Thank you, Bill. It's Monday, March 31st, 2025. Here's this happening today in America. Major election day. Supreme Court hearing, earthquake damage, and final four set. It's all coming up. Then Bill's going to be here with your message today. First, massive elections going on tomorrow. Florida's sixth congressional district, northeast portion of the state, south. of St. Augustine north of Daytona Beach, Trump won this district by 30 points. This is to replace Mike Walts, who's the new national security advisor.

The Democrats have outraised the Republican Randy Fine 10 to 1 because the Republicans have taken the seat for granted and the Democrats are going all in with money from all over the country to try to win something. The election day is tomorrow.

Similarly, in Wisconsin, a statewide race to make up the Wisconsin Supreme Court. One major issue is if the court redraws congressional districts, if the progressive of justice wins, then they can take out two seats that are currently held by Republicans. Elon Musk the other day said he'll give a million dollars to two people who signed his petition. The Wisconsin Attorney General said, you can't do that and appeal to the Wisconsin Supreme Court,

which is currently controlled by liberal justices, four to three, but they unanimously, with no reason given, refused to stop Elon Musk. Musk's attorney said the payments are intended to generate a grassroots movement in opposition to activist judges, not to expressly advocate for or against. any candidate. Musk wrote on Twitter, the goal of the million dollar a day prize is to maximize awareness of our petition to support the Constitution. The Supreme Court is hearing a case on abortion. It's called Kerr v. Planned Parenthood. Federal law says that every state's Medicaid program must ensure that any individual eligible for medical assistance may obtain that care

from any institution, agency, community pharmacy, or person qualified to perform the service or services required. The word in question here is qualified. South Carolina back in 2018, the governor signed an executive order excluding Planned Parenthood from its Medicaid program, saying, yeah, sure, maybe they do a couple other things here too, but they also provide abortion and we don't want taxpayer money going to that. It's now going in front of the Supreme Court to see if a state has a right to do that. Oral arguments are tomorrow. That 7.7 earthquake in Myanmar, death toll over 1,700 people. Some estimates say it could climb as high as 10,000 deaths.

The epicenter was in a city that's home to 1.5 million people. A key bridge to the city has also collapsed. There were aftershocks all weekend long, one of a 6.7 magnitude. The final four is set for the first time since 2008. All four number one seeds made it to the final four. In office, a little more than two months, he has done some very good things, like sealing

up the southern border. and finding wasteful spending. But the tariff controversy is still undefined, and here is where the danger lies. The stock market doesn't like this, and stocks have been going down. They rally, then they go down, but it's shaky. It's uncertain.

Millions of Americans have money invested in the stock market. 4-1Ks, college funds, you name it. They become very uneasy with unpredictability in the stock market. Donald Trump essentially has one year from today to improve the American economy. He believes that tariffs will do that, will bring more money and jobs back to the USA. If it doesn't work, however, however, and prices remain high and the job market is soft, the Democrats are likely to win the

midterm elections, which will then put a huge crimp in President Trump's administration. That is the danger of this tariff stuff, and the President has to know it. I'm Bill O'Reilly. Here are some stats about our personal finances. First, the rich, according to the Census Bureau, America is home to 22 million millionaires. That's nearly 9% of the population. However, there are just 800 billionaires living in the USA, and they pay an average tax rate of 38%.

In total, the country's top earners pay more than 50% of all-income tax. Next, the middle class. Half the American population earns between $40,000 and $90,000 a year. but expenses here are high child care health care housing utilities food gas and car payments the average middle class family has less than five thousand dollars in the bank finally poor americans as of two thousand twenty four last year twelve percent of the population thirty eight million live beneath the poverty line those are families families making less than $27,000 a year.
