This is a partisan-driven story, and the truth is very very.
very hard to ascertain? I will have analysis on Thursday after Barr's testimony today on Capitol
Hill. Hara on another American campus, says a lone gunman opens fire at the University of North

The end of an era in Japan with Emperor Akihito abdicating the throne, making him the first living monarch to step down in more than 200 years.
Akihito's father, Emperor Hirohito, led Japan during World War II, was considered a divine,
ruler throughout the course of the global conflict. For more on that, you might check out my book
Killing the Rising Sun. Now to the campaign, Beto O'Rourke issuing another dire prediction for the health
of the planet telling a crowd of supporters the USA has less than 10 years to roll back America's
carbon emissions or face a total environmental disaster. My question is a simple one. How does Beto know?

radical students on many college campuses knew they could pretty much do whatever they wanted to do
in the name of anti-Vietnam War protests. Now that radical defiance is back in America. William's
college in Massachusetts is a fine school with an impressive educational legacy, but a radical group on
campus called the Coalition Against Racist Education is bringing insanity to Williams. Among the group's
demands are these, that the school pay reparations for slavery and for seizing Native American
land, that Williams immediately provide $34,000 to support Heritage Month events that the
radicals are running. That the college provide free weekend travel to New York City and Boston
for minorities on the faculty. That separate housing be given to blacks and gays on campus.
That free therapy also be given to blacks and gays. And on and on. Now, if the president
and board of directors of Williams give into any of this stuff, the college will be gravely
damaged. It's not the purview of a college administration to cave in to partisan demands by any
group. It is obvious that across this country, radical left students are emboldened, and many of them
are totalitarians, refusing to listen to any other point of view, demanding that conservative
speakers not be heard. We have not gotten to the level of violence yet, mainly
because many college presidents simply give in to the madness. And there are a lot of radical faculty
members. In fact, studies show that only 10% of college professors in America are registered
Republicans. And that's amazing. And that's not diversity. Now, radical college students hide behind
social justice. This reparations for slavery is a perfect example of that. William's college,
doesn't have enough endowment to give cash payments to African Americans in Massachusetts
or anywhere else. And Williams College was not responsible for slavery. Every institution in America
has done bad things in its history. We are not perfect people. But radical students who
obviously are not perfect themselves feel that they are in the right to demand insane
things. Now, I don't want to be Dean Wormer of the movie Animal House and put anyone on double
secret probation, but this stuff has really got to stop because parents and many students
themselves through loans are paying extraordinary amounts of money to attend college.
Williams College, the fees can get up past $70,000 a year. And if I'm going there,
I don't want a bunch of loons running around telling me what to do.
So it's long past time for college presidents and boards of directors to stand up
to radical movements on either side.
No one would put up with neo-Nazis doing this kind of stuff on campus.
Why should they put up with the radical left?

can actually see me. And we'll be right back with May Day. Many financial experts believe
we are in a hidden recession. And make no mistake, they are worried. Some of these experts
work for the largest banks in the country, names you'd surely recognize. It's important to
think about ways to protect your family and your finances from what could be another financial
crisis. Many Americans are turning to physical gold and silver to protect their retirement
accounts and life savings. And a relatively new law allows you to own physical gold and silver
as part of your IRA. To get you started, the Hartford Gold Group is gifting a free silver coin to
all of my radio listeners. If you are listening right now, you can get this free silver coin
from the Hartford Gold Group. No purchase is necessary. All you have to do is call 877-444-4-gold.

It is May 1st, and in many parts of the world, they're celebrating May Day, also known as International Workers' Day.
If you feel that has communist overtones, you are correct.
The holiday was first declared in Paris in 1889 by a gathering of various Marxist and socialist groups
called the International Socialist Conference.
While the holiday is the creation of international communists, its roots are actually right here in America.
The day May 1st was chosen to commemorate the so-called haymarket affair, which occurred in Chicago three years earlier, 1880.
On that day, seven police officers were killed by a bomb as they attempted to break up a labor demonstration in Chicago's Haymarket Square.
In the ensuing confusion, police fired on the demonstrators, killing at least four of them and wounding dozens more.
An awful moment in American history.
If May Day was established to commemorate an incident that happened right here in the USA, why don't Americans celebrate it?
Well, you can thank President Grover Cleveland for that.
In the 1890s, American labor organizations were debating which day America should choose to celebrate its working men and women.
The argument fell into two camps, one favoring a date in September and the other favoring May for its political significance in Chicago.
In the end, President Cleveland, a conservative Democrat, believed that celebrating American workers alongside international socialism might prove unwise.
and ultimately signed a bill designating the first Monday in September as the federal holiday
we know as Labor Day. While we might not celebrate International Workers Day here in America,
we do have something to celebrate. In response to May Day's significance in the Soviet Union,
President Dwight Eisenhower declared the 1st of May Law Day. According to a joint congressional
resolution passed in 1961, a codify law day, the 1st of May would be set aside annually for
Americans to appreciate their liberties. So while others around the world might be following a Marxist
tradition on May 1st, we should use this opportunity to celebrate something uniquely American,
the United States Constitution, and the liberties it guarantees. We will be back in a moment.
If you are age 75 or older, and if you own a $100,000 life insurance policy or larger,
I want you to get a pen and paper to write this information down. Many Americans are making
the decision to convert their life insurance policy into cash, giving them extra money to pay off
credit cards, medical bills, any number of things. Look, the economy is always dicey. Some people
need cash. There's nothing wrong with that. You can get that cash if you are over 75 years old and
if you have a $100,000 or larger life insurance policy. Please write this number down. 844, we buy
75. It's totally free to call. Get rid of those insurance premiums. Stop paying them. Consider turning
that policy into cash. The number again, 844, we buy 75. 844, we buy 75. We, W-E-B-U-R. That's 8-4-4-We- Buy-75.
