Here's this happening today in America. 50-year mortgages. Tariff, dividend, Chicago Lies, and BBC Chief fired. It's all coming up. Then Bill's going to be here with your message of the day. But first, the Trump administration is indeed working on a plan to introduce 50-year mortgages for homebuyers. This is according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency Director.

He said, thanks to President Trump, we are indeed working on the 50-year mortgage, a complete game-changer. The director included a graphic from a truth social post by the president from earlier yesterday showing a portrait of FDR, where it says 30-year mortgage. And that picture of President Trump says 50-year mortgage. Roosevelt established the fixed-rate 30-year mortgage as a part of his new deal to help Americans during the Great Depression. Before FDR, mortgages were three to five years. The average age of a first-time home buyer reached the all-time high of 40 years old this year.

It used to be late 20s and more recently even early 30s, but it's never hit 40 before. The president also said yesterday that he is planning on giving a dividend of at least $2,000 per person paid to all Americans except for, quote, high-income people. This is money that has come in because of the tariffs. The president said people that are against tariffs are fools. We are now the richest, most respected country in the world with almost no inflation and a record stock market price. 401k is our highest ever. The lamestream has been sharing a story about ICE targeting a preschool and arresting for deportation, a preschool teacher, an innocent preschool teacher.

The truth is, according to DHS, officers attempted to conduct a targeted traffic stop of a female illegal alien from Colombia. The male driver refused to pull over, and then he sped into a shopping center, and the female passenger, the illegal alien, jumped out and ran inside the preschool, attempting to barricade herself inside, putting, of course, all the kids there at risk. Ice did arrest her. She lied about her identity. Now you know the rest of the story. The director general of the BBC and the head of its news division have announced their resignations. Over a documentary, they aired about January 6th and Donald Trump, where they sliced and edited things that Trump's. said in order to make it seem like he was calling for violence, but in reality, of course, he wasn't. He told people at the rally to go to the Capitol and peacefully and patriotically gather. Well, the BBC took a clip of him saying, go to the Capitol and then later, 54 minutes later in the speech, Trump said, fight like hell. And BBC just sliced those together, thinking they'd get

I had little confidence in his ability, and I stated that. I was proved correct, second worst president ever in my estimation. But along the way, I was not rooting for President Biden to fail. I wanted him to bring down prices, to get a ceasefire in Ukraine, to seal the southern border. My stance was, as an American, to root for the president to solve problems. Of course, Joe Biden let me down big time. Today in the corrupt media, many want President Trump to fail at everything.

Deporting migrant criminals, uncovering wasteful spending, getting Putin to stop killing people. Angry partisans are hammering Donald Trump on every single issue. They want things in America to get worse so he will suffer. I believe that's anti-American. No question in my mind. Those haters are rooting against their own country. I'm Bill O'Reilly.
