Coming up next, the news with Mike Slater.
Thank you, Bill.
It's Tuesday, November 19th, 2024.
Here's what's happening today in America.
military assets, new transportation secretary,
RNC wins lawsuit, and a Pentagon audit.
That's all coming up.
Then Bill, it's going to be here with your message today,
but first President-elect Trump has confirmed,
as if he needs to confirm any of his campaign pledges,
but he has confirmed that he would declare a national emergency
to follow through on mass deportations.
Tom Fitton from Judicial Watch said there are reports
of incoming administration preparing to use military assets
to deport illegal aliens,
and Trump wrote back, true.
with three exclamation points.
At the Madison Square Garden rally, he said,
I will rescue every city in town
that has been invaded and conquered,
and we will put these vicious and bloodthirsty criminals in jail,
then kick them the H-E-L-L out of our country as fast as possible.
So far, the governor of Arizona and the mayor of Boston
have said they will not comply
and will not have their local police force work with ice.
Tom Homan, the new borders are,
said, get out of the way, because we're coming.
The new transportation secretary,
replacing Pete Buttigieg, is Sean Duffy,
Trump said he will prioritize excellence, competence, competitiveness, and beauty
when rebuilding America's highways, tunnels, bridges, and airports.
And I'll make our skies safe again by eliminating DEI for pilots and air traffic controllers.
There's currently a class action lawsuit against the Department of Transportation
because they replaced the air traffic controller test with a questionnaire.
Sean Duffy was on MTV's Real World Boston in 1997 and a congressman from Wisconsin in 2010 to 2018.
The National Republican Party and the Republican Party of Pennsylvania,
have sued Bucks County, Pennsylvania, to stop counting votes that failed to comply with state
election code. The Bucks County Commissioner has voted to count 405 misstated or undated mail and
ballots, even though the law is explicit. They can't do that. One of the commissioners said
that people violate laws anytime they want. So for me, if I violate this law, is because I want
the courts to pay attention to it. Well, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled in favor of the
Republican Party. They said to disabuse local election officials of the notion that they have the
authority to ignore election code provisions that they believe are unconstitutional.
I talked to the head of the RNC.
He said that no matter what, McCormick's going to win that Senate seat, but he wanted
to sue anyway to create legal precedent for the next election.
The Pentagon failed its seventh audit in a row, failing to account for much of its $824 billion
budget.
Senator Rick Scott said the federal government is now $9 trillion more in debt than when Biden
took office.
It's time for a reckoning.
I'm Mike Slater.
Bill O'Reilly with your message today.
Next.
Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress.
National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets.
And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold.
That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver.

Time now for the O'Reilly Update, message of the day.
On this Tuesday, while the liberal press is melting down over Donald Trump's controversial
cabinet elections, I submit that many Americans do not care.
Trump won because working people want and need financial relief.
All the other political stuff pales beside
that. If you read my book confronting the presidents, you will learn exactly why Joe Biden
is the second worst president in history. And incredibly, Vice President Harris cheered the
incompetence every day. That's primarily why she lost two weeks ago. No solutions to a vast
array of problems Biden created. Now, here's some backup for that. The average American family has
$9,000 less in assets than it did four years ago. The FAM spends $500 a month more for the
essentials of life. Insurance costs are up 54%. Beef, up 30%. Your meal on Thanksgiving,
up 40% from four years ago. So if Donald Trump can bring prices down, he could not
nominate Lady Gaga to be the Treasury Secretary without much public indignation.
Only kidding about Ms. Gaga, Mr. President, please don't take that seriously.
I'm Bill O'Reilly. I approve the message by writing it.
Let's go to the mail, Ralph Bean, Laplace, Louisiana.
With the pushback, Mac Gates is getting and the uncertainty about his confirmation,
could President Trump withdraw his nomination?
Sure, anytime he can withdraw it.
Martha. People are tired of lack accountability in a government sector. It's time to control
government spending and we the people spoke. Absolutely. Donald Trump thinks he has a mandate.
That's what I wrote in my column, war. Yesterday, Sunday column, war. Don Corleone makes
an appearance in the column. I hope you read it on Bill O'Reilly.com. Anna Moshella, Stanford,
Connecticut, president should pick people who have extensive experience and expertise in their
departments. Can't argue with that. Regis Frank Monument, Colorado, can President Trump
eliminate the Department of Education in conjunction with Congress? You can starve it from funds.
He can have an executive order saying, we don't want it. But he has to consult Congress.
Linda Cordena, Salina, Ohio. Mr. I wish I could see the reactions of Elon and Vivek when
they discover all the stupid, wasteful, and frivolous projects the federal government is spending our
money on. I'm following that very closely. We're trying to get Mr. Ramaswami on the program.
Diane Ajensich, Cheyenne, Wyoming. I thought the country, I thought with the country voting
the way we did, TV news would have learned a lesson. They have not. They're not going to learn
any lessons. They're all getting their salaries cut, audiences dwindling. They're going over the
cliff. Not learning any lessons. J.R. Nelson, Bennett, Colorado. I have a 10-year-old,
loves learning about the presidents. I would like to get them a copy.
of confronting the president's for Christmas, but before I do, is it appropriate for a 10-year-old?
What I would do would get the audio, confronting the president's audio, and I would listen
to the book with him, with your son, JR. And that way, if he's in questions, there's no
objectional material, but he might have questions that you have to explain stuff to him.
Get the audio, sit down, you know, maybe 15, 20 minutes at a time. He'll learn a lot, and you'll have fun, too.

Now the O'Reilly Update brings you something you might not know.
Two weeks after the election, President Trump is going to the mattresses.
He is bent on dismantling the Washington power structure,
which has demeaned and persecuted him.
Many were shocked when he nominated Matt Gates to be Attorney General.
But why the surprise?
Gates is a dynamiter.
who would cleanse the Justice Department of leftist partisans.
In the MAGA world, it all makes sense.
The federal justice apparatus has terrorized Donald Trump for nine years,
relentless accusations and investigations.
More than 100 million taxpayer dollars spent to ruin the dawn.
The result?
The former president garnered 75 million votes.
cruising to a second presidential term.
Now, for some, that would be revenge enough for some, but not for Donald Trump.
He wants the military purged.
Nominated Secretary of Defense Pete Hegsef is the spearpoint.
All woke officers will be banished to the private sector.
Anyone who ever commiserated with the dreaded General Millie is toast.
But Hegeseth will have a hard time getting the Senate to confirm him.
Dr. Fauci Squad will join the military people.
Bobby Kennedy, Jr. will see to that.
The Centers for Disease Control is staring at a political contagion that no vaccine will stop.
Again, Kennedy, not a lock to get through the Senate.
And here come Elon Musk and Vavec Ramoswamy to evaluate federal spending.
Anything could happen with this.
Deputy Chief of Policy Stephen Miller will oversee all this, as well as migrant situations.
Miller's a tough guy.
He doesn't suffer fools, as they say.
He's not Pete Buttigieg, if you know what I mean.
Finally, here is what Donald Trump believes.
The majority of Americans want him to avenge perceived political corruption.
And now it has begun.
As Don Corleone once promised, I'm going to blame some of the people in this room.
Back after this.
Power, politics, and the people behind the headlines.
