But first, the former national security advisor, John Bolton, has been indicted within proper handling of classified documents. Eighteen counts by a federal grand jury. Eight counts of transmission of national defense information. Ten counts of retention of national defense information. From April of 2018 through August of 2025,

the indictment says that Bolton abused his position as national security advisor by sharing more than a thousand pages of information about his day-to-day activities as national security advisor, including information related to national offense, which was classified up to top secret with two unauthorized individuals. The indictment goes through what type of top secret documents from human intelligence to covert action programs. Pam Bondi said anyone who abuses a position of power and jeopardizes our national security

will be held accountable. No one is above the law. A dozen items are seized from his home in Maryland. President Trump announced that he and Vladimir Putin have agreed to meet in Budapest. Trump said they are meeting to see, quote, if they can bring this inglorious war between Russia and Ukraine to an end. The call that took place yesterday between Trump and Putin comes as Trump is pressuring the Indian president to stop buying Russian oil. Ice has arrested an illegal alien who is also a police officer. He was an officer at the Hanover Park Police Department

just outside of Chicago, and he was encountered during a targeted enforcement action as a part of Operation Midway Blitz. It seems as if he wasn't the target, but they picked him up as a part of the overall operation. But Jovic has overstayed his tourist visa for 10 years. He was required to leave the United States March of 2015. Homeland Security also may note that it is a felony for someone in the United States illegally to carry a firearm. DHS said Governor Pritz doesn't just allow violent illegals to terrorize Illinois communities. He also allows illegal aliens to work as sworn police officers. Christy Noam said radical sanctuary politicians have allowed criminal illegal aliens to infiltrate

our school districts, communities, and even police departments. A federal grand jury indicted two alleged Antifa members with terrorism-related charges. This is after an attack on an ice facility in Texas on the 4th of July. Cash Patel said for the first time ever, the FBI has arrested anarchist violent extremists. and charge these Antifa-aligned individuals with material support for terrorism. I'm Mike Slater. Time now for the O'Reilly Update, message of the day. Last week, I filed a column comparing the style of President Trump to previous presidents Andrew Jackson and Theodore Roosevelt. The point is that Mr. Trump is governing as a. strong man leader who gets things done by using naked power. The Middle East chieftains like that, because they govern the same way without constitutional restraints that we have in America. The Chinese respect unbridled authority, and so does Putin, who still idolizes the mass murderer Stalin to this day. But here in the USA, million.

do not like authoritarian leadership, even if it stays within legal bounds. The Woke and Me Too movements are dedicated to bringing down male power, and some politicians, perhaps most, have become terrified. Barack Obama and Joe Biden did not lead with swagger. Neither did George W. Bush. They were all rather conventional and at times timid. Donald Trump completely rejects that approach. He is the king of swagger, as well as a very impatient man.

Get it done, we'll find a way to keep it legal. It doesn't always work out, but unless in a year, President Trump has shaken up the entire world. I'm Bill O'Reilly.
