Bill O'Reilly here. You are listening to the O'Reilly Update. Coming up next,
The News with Mike Slater.
Thank you, Bill.
It is Monday, October 19th, 2026.
Here's this happening today in America.
Foreigners destroy France.
Airmen dies from fall.
Slotkin plans retaliation.
And Holman says no one, not even a congresswoman, is above the law.
That's all coming up.
Then Bill is going to be here with your message of the day.
But first, the riots are increasing across France.
A beautiful town hall in Limoget, France, built an 18.
1773, beautiful, perfect French architecture burned to the ground amidst the riots and looting.
Fifteen people were arrested for that case of arson, 1,200 arrested nationwide.
Our president wrote, France is burning.
The immigration of people from an entirely different world, people with hatred in their hearts, has shattered that once great country.
Close your borders and take control before it's too late.
J.D. Van said Western liberals impose the third world into France and other countries in the name of diversity.
and compassion.
They ignored fundamental questions of assimilation and compatibility.
They were told it would lead to this, and they did not listen.
Terrible news here.
Maybe you've seen the video.
An Air Force member was repelling from the ceiling of the Alamo Dome as part of a
pregame ceremony honoring military veterans.
It was right before the kickoff of Navy and University of Texas in San Antonio.
There were three service members doing the repelling.
This airman dropped about 170 feet, never slowed down.
And they died of their injuries at the hospital.
Senator Slotkin of Michigan said at an event that she wants planned prosecutions of Trump administration figures to deter people from ever taking jobs in the administration.
This is at the University of Chicago's Institute of Politics.
She said, I want to look at these signature cases and not just focus on the president, but focus on the people who enabled him.
I want young people coming out of school to say, should I go work for the Trump administration?
That sounds fun.
I might get an opportunity.
I want them to be like, Lord, that may be.
buying myself a ton of problems that I don't want, so let me avoid participating in that.
I want that deterrence message.
Our borders are Tom Homan said, Congresswoman Elon Omar could be denaturalized and deported
if investigators find that she indeed committed investigation fraud.
He said, if you lie during the naturalization process, there is a process to denaturalize somebody.
We've done it before, about 163 times, by the way, this year.
And certainly, if the evidence points that way, that could happen.
He said Omar will be held to the same standard that you and I are held to.
If she violated the law, then she'll be held accountable.
Federal investigators seized the phone of Omar's sister, Sarah Noor, earlier this year.
She currently lives in Kenya.

Time now for the O'Reilly Update, message of the day.
On this Monday, I'm thinking about the midterm election, as I have been, for the last month.
The vote is less than three weeks away. The partisans are running wild. We can expect craziness
in the polling, most of which is incompetent. There will not be honest reporting. That's a tragedy
because Americans are confused. The folks are befuddled by problems facing our nation,
affordability, war in the Middle East, on and on. Now, I waited as long as I could.
to get into the midterms because things are constantly changing.
Last weekend, President Trump made a diesel deal with Putin, as you know.
In Texas, James Tolariko went missing.
He says he had the flu.
El-Sayed in Michigan is getting scrutinized there.
Now, most polls give the Democrats the edge to take the House and the Senate.
Again, I don't really believe those.
outfits. They have been wrong more than they have been right. The vote, however, is going to be
very tight. And we here will give you an honest look. So keep in touch. You need the information.
I'm Bill O'Reilly. I approve the message by writing it. You can reach me. Bill at billowrily.com.

Name in town if you wish to opine.
Now let's go to the mail.
Anthony Delamonica.
Hey Bill, outstanding report.
You did an awesome job.
I left feeling scared, sad, and bewildered as to what to do.
I do not feel any animosity toward the Muslim community,
which speaks wonderfully towards your presentation.
But was more aware of the problem overseas and what we are doing here.
I don't think we're going to be overrun by third world Muslims.
I don't think that's going to happen geographically.
That would be very, very difficult.
See, in Europe, it's easy.
Come up from North Africa, the Middle East, you sneak in.
Here it's harder.
So I don't think that's going to happen.
What has to continue to happen is that foreign nationals here without credentials
have to be scrutinized.
Congress has got to pass a new law.
Congress sits around.
Okay.
Rosanna.
Again, Rosanna doesn't give me a home,
but I shouldn't even be reading your letter, Rosanna,
because this is for concierge members.
Your letter and your question is for concierge member.
But because I'm feeling benevolent,
I'm going to read and answer your letter.
Hey Bill, considering visiting Georgetown for my son, is the school progressive left?
My son just got a master's degree from Georgetown.
I was hyper interested on the progressive aspect of the campus.
He had no trouble.
Zero.
So the Jesuits at least have contained the creativity.
left on the campus of Georgetown. Again, I usually would not answer Rosanna's question because this
comes under progressive membership on bill o'Reilly.com. I can't answer all of those. In a moment,

Now the O'Reilly update brings you something you might not know. 21 years ago today,
judges and lawyers assembled in Baghdad outside the courtroom, hundreds of
U.S. soldiers guarded the complex from potential terrorists. Inside, one of the most infamous
killers in the world was finally facing justice. Here is the story behind the trial of Saddam Hussein.
President Bush, the Younger, ordered the invasion of Iraq after 9-11. He believed the nation
possessed weapons of mass destruction that could be handed off to al-Qaeda than used against
the USA. But no weapons. W.M.D.
were ever found. Saddam went into hiding. He was discovered in a small underground hole by
American soldiers in December 2003. Hussein and seven associates were charged with committing
atrocities, including the genocide of Kurds in the 1980s. The trial began on October 19, 2005.
From the beginning, Saddam Hussein proclaimed his innocence. Dozens of people testified against him.
including members of his own government.
Eyewitnesses told prosecutors they personally saw Saddam order the execution of thousands of civilians.
The dictator would sentence to death hanged on December 30, 2006.
After the execution, an angry mob attacked his corpse, desecrating the body with knives and sticks.
The butcher of Baghdad was gone after 24.
years of brutality. At least 250,000 civilians were killed or vanished during Saddam's reign.
Today, Iraq is relatively stable, a U.S. ally in the Middle East. The country suffered its last
major attack seven years ago. And here's something else you might not know. Saddam Hussein
remained defiant until the end. The dictator's final words before,
the rope snapped, Muslims will be victorious. Palestine will be free. Back in a moment.
