deploys mobile abortion clinics to some states. Governor Newsom shields wrappers from criminal charges.
Bust out the bottle, it's officially vodka Appreciation Day.
Also ahead, the Biden economy is sinking.
But first, Donald Trump filing a defamation lawsuit against CNN,
former president seeking $475 million in damages.
The suit filed in Florida claims a network is using its influence to stop Trump from running for president in 2024.
Trump's lawyers say the channel routinely labels him racist, a Russian operative, a Nazi, and an insurrectionist.
Primetime viewership at CNN is down 60% since Donald Trump left the White House.
Planned Parenthood sending mobile abortion clinics to some states that limit the procedure.
The fleet of 37-foot-long RVs based in Illinois, but will make daily trips to Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, and Iowa.
The trailers consist of two examination cubicles, a lobby, and an operating room.
According to a spokesperson for Planned Parenthood, the vehicles will be open by Christmas.
What a nice gift for the unborn.
California Governor Newsom signing new legislation that shields rappers from some criminal charges.
The bill called Decriminalizing Artistic Expression Act blocks prosecutors from using violent lyrics as evidence in court.
Said Newsom, quote,
artists should be able to create without the fear of unfair and prejudicial prosecution.
Similar laws are being considered in New York and Illinois. More on Governor Newsom later in the
broadcast. It is officially National Vodka Day across the USA. The drink dates back to the year
880. The word vodka, Slavic for Little Water, first appeared in prayer books in modern day Poland.
Today, Americans spend $20 billion on vodka every year.
Typical adult consumes three gallons every 12 months.
I have never even tasted vodka.
In Russia, of course, vodka is the national drink.
In a moment, the nation's economy, it's bad.
I'm right back.
Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress.

Time now with the O'Reilly Update message of the day.
The Biden economy is getting worse, and almost every American is getting hurt.
Former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, a liberal, cast doubt on President Biden's recent soft landing comments.
The president believes he can get inflation under control without triggering a recession.
But Summers says, no.
Quote, that is really quite unlikely, unquote.
The fact is that just two years ago today, the U.S. economy was the most vibrant in the world.
Now, it's a mess.
Just today, about 85% of CEOs in the USA are predicting a recession.
We're already in a recession, but they say it's going to get a lot worse.
Let's get some comparisons, Trump v. Biden.
Inflation September 2020, 1.2%.
Inflation five days ago, 2012, September, 8.3.
1.2 to 8.3.
Real wages, September 2020,
up 3.2%. Real wages, September 2022, down 3%. A 6% swing. That is astronomical. Dow Jones,
October 2020, 31,000. Dow Jones today, about 29,500 and sinking. Why? Because President Biden
does not know anything about economics. So COVID caused massive federal spending. Everybody
knows that. Some of that spending was necessary. Some was not. But in conjunction to COVID,
Biden attacked the American fossil fuel industry. By doing that, he made the oil and gas
companies, the coal companies, the shale companies pull back on production. That caused gas,
oil, and everything else to go up in price, and therefore trucks transporting food, every
industry, they raise their prices as well. So you combine massive government spending
with higher prices, and you have inflation approaching 9%.
Does Joe Biden understand it?
No, Joe Biden doesn't understand anything.
So most Americans, as I said, are getting hurt.
Now, you would think, you would think,
that working Americans would say,
look, we have to get a competent administration in place,
at least in Congress,
to fight this faltering economy.
I believe that will take place.
I believe Republicans will do very well
five weeks from today in the midterm vote.

President Biden's approval rating down five points in the last week.
Video of the befuddled president searching for a dead woman at the White House will not engender
support.
With Vice President Harris's poll numbers, also a shambles, another four.
far left politician from California is circling the White House. Here is the story of Governor
Gavin Newsom. Born October 10, 1967 in San Francisco, he's the son of an appellate court judge
and descends from one of the most privileged families in the Bay Area. Newsom attended Santa Clara
University graduating in 1989 with a degree in political science. He then said,
started a successful wine business in Napa Valley. The venture grew to a multi-million
dollar empire, 700 employees, restaurants, theaters, a wine label, and a ski resort. I hope they
weren't skiing while drinking wine. The progressive Newsom was elected mayor of San Francisco
in 2004. Lieutenant Governor, California, 2010, and Governor 2018. He survived a recall election
one year ago. Gavin and his wife have four children, estimated worth $25 million, and he used
to be married to the Republican Kimberly Guilfoyle. Remember that? Now, politically, Newsom is one
of the most radical progressives in this country. He supports government-run heroin sites,
giving addicts free rein to do what they want. He wants to decriminalize hard drugs like LSD
and cocaine. He wants reparations, direct payments to black Americans for slavery. He backs
soft-on-crime district attorneys. Also, he signed legislation to ban gas.
powered vehicles within a decade in California. In the last week, Newsom has designated the
Golden State a sanctuary place for women seeking abortions and for transgender kids. And here's
something else you might not know. All these far-lit policies are causing carnage across
California. Since taking office in 2019, homicides in California's four major cities,
Los Angeles, Oakland, San Diego, and San Francisco up 20%.
Does Gavin Newsom know that?
Violent felonies in the Golden State up 25%.
Car theft, up 100%.
Will Newsom run if Biden does not?
He wants to.
Back after this.
Power, politics, and the people behind the headlines.
