Here's this happening today in America. debate last night 9-11 related injuries arson in california an officer wants to be reinstated that's all coming up then bill's going to be here with your message of the day but first if trump's goal of the debate last night was to get kamala to talk and get her in some word salads that did not happen trump spoke for 42 minutes kamala for only 37 trump was also fact-checked by the moderators i counted seven times kamala of course not once and cn said that Trump lied 33 times and they could only find one instance of Kamala exaggerating the truth. Yeah, just one.

Kamala's team right after the debate said they wanted another debate. Trump said that's proof that she lost. He said like a boxing match, it's the loser who instantly wants the rematch. The 9-11 attack was 23 years ago. Right now there have been more firefighters that FDNY have died from 9-11 related injuries than who died on that day.

343 FDNY members died on 9-11. 32 firefighters have died from 9-11 related injuries just this year bringing the total to 360. It's way worse for NYPD. On that day, 23 police officers died. So far, 377 have died from 9-11 related injuries. An estimated 400,000 people were exposed to toxic contaminants while searching the wreckage.

Also, still today, 40% of the victims have yet to be identified. Last week, two more victims were identified with DNA evidence. San Bernardino, California Sheriff Department arrested a man for arson, 34 years old for starting that fire that's now burned 32,000 acres. It's only 15% contained. 65,000 structures are threatened. The state has two other major fires that they're dealing with as well. Both of them, zero percent contained.

A Miami Dolphins player was arrested on his way to the home. Home opener pulled over for speeding in a construction zone. We now have the body camera footage of the arrest. The officer has been put on administrative leave. His lawyer says he wants to be reinstated immediately. Hill told the officers multiple times during the arrest to go easy because I recently had surgery on my knee. He went on to score a touchdown a few hours later. I'm Mike Slater. On this Wednesday, here's a fascinating political play. Republicans in the House have issued a report. It says President Biden overrode his military advisors leading up to the disastrous evacuation of U.S. forces from Afghanistan. Rather than accepting that, the Harris campaign is blaming the entire Afghans screw-up on President Trump, saying he made a bad deal with the Taliban and Biden is not responsible.

Malarkey doesn't even come close to describing that propaganda. However, that's what the nation heard during the debate that the Biden administration's bad policies were the fault of Donald Trump. Open border, Trump rejects comprehensive immigration reform. Inflation, Trump did it. His policies lighted the fuse. Social disorder, Trump caused the January 6th riot at the Capitol. Now, political propaganda has always been with us since the first president, George Washington, who was a bit immune from it because everybody loved them.

But after that, the propaganda kicked in. And the Trump people do it as well. Everybody knows that. But in this very important election cycle, enough is enough. If you screw up, admit it and try to fix it. Those are the kinds of leaders American needs. I'm Bill O'Reilly. I approve the message by writing it.

Well, the United States immediately declared war on the terrorists and eventually defeated al-Qaeda using a new technology drones. Between 2004 and 2018, the U.S. military launched more than 4,000 unmanned strikes against the terrorists. As for the masterminds behind 9-11, they too received American justice. 11, Osama bin Laden was killed by Navy SEALs at his compound in Pakistan, his body dumped into the Arabian Sea.

You can get a full accounting of that in my book, Killing the Killers. 11 years later, Al-Qaeda's second-in-command, Zawahiri, was obliterated in Kabul, Afghanistan when his apartment was leveled by a CIA drone. The result, al-Qaeda has failed to launch a terror attack since February 2016. And here's something else you might not know. The death toll associated with the 9-11 attack continues to rise today. In 2019, the National Memorial at the World Trade Center unveiled a new addition an unmarked granite stone honoring the growing list of victims who perished from diseases, required on the day of the terror attack.

Officials estimate 30,000 people have developed life-threatening illnesses from the toxic debris that fell over Lower Manhattan. Since September 11, 2001, more first responders have died from disease than those actually killed on the Terra Day.
