FTC Sue's Ticketmaster. And after 146 days, finally coming home. It's all coming up. Then Bill is going to be here with your message of the day. But first, Homeland Security has designated this Sunday's Memorial Service for Charlie Kirk as a special event assessment rating Level 1. It's the same level of security as the Super Bowl, inaugurations, national conventions, and UN General Assembly meetings.

The Glendale Police Department predicts that they could see up to 100,000 people show up for Sunday's Memorial. Tickets are first come first serve, so they expect people to start lining up at 2 a.m. It's going to be an amazing day. The memorial starts at 11 o'clock mountain time, 1 o'clock Eastern. He said, I'm pleased to inform our many USA patriots that I am designated Antifa,

a sick, dangerous, radical left disaster as a major terrorist organization. I will also be strongly recommending that those funding Antifa be thoroughly investigated in accordance with the highest legal standards and practices. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Stephen Miller said, there's this whole network of organizations. and the key point is somebody's paying for this. This is not happening for free. And so under the president's direction,

the attorney general is going to find out who's paying for it, and they will now be criminally liable for paying for violence. The FTC is suing Ticketmaster, saying they're forcing customers to pay more money to see live events. They're deceiving customers by advertising lower ticket prices than what you have to pay, and falsely claiming to impose strict limits on the number of tickets that consumers can buy for an event.

The FTC says these brokers with fake accounts buy up millions of dollars with the tickets and then sell them in a markup on Ticketmaster's platform, which Ticketmaster then gets another cut of. Ticketmaster controls over 80% of major U.S. concert venues primary ticketing. A baby in Long Island is finally coming home. Why does that make the news that happens all the time? This one's significant because this baby was born at 26 weeks, three months early. She was born one pound, 14 ounces. The director of neonatology said seeing her finally go home, cradled in the arms of her mom and dad is the kind of moment we all hope for.

Mom said they really treated Trinity like she was their own child. The love they had for her, the care they gave her was outstanding. We knew that she was in good hands. They were strangers, but now I consider every one of the nurses in the NICU as a family. They're absolutely amazing. If I may, in the spirit of Charlie Kirk, one of the arguments that pro-abortion people make is it's not a baby till it's viable, but that age keeps changing, as baby Trinity can attest to.

On this Friday, Jimmy Kimmel has lost his job at ABC, hosting a late-night program. It was predictable. I think Mr. Kimmel himself knew that he was on shaky ground.

But after the Charlie Kirk murder, sensitivities are heightened. And Mr. Kimball, unfortunately and inexplicably, made some comments on Monday night that were offensive in a sense that he implied people that support Donald Trump were involved with the murder of Charlie Kirk. That's kind of stunning. And I don't know why Jimmy Kimmel would do that. He's not a stupid man. He's got 10 writers.

He's got producers. Nobody's there to say, hey, Jim, this is inappropriate. You can't be doing that. Anyway, the affiliates rebel, not Disney. Disney and Burbank, the Disney Corporation owns ABC. I don't know what they're doing, but they have gone so far left progressive woke it's insane but the affiliated stations that are owned by other companies like next star sinclair they said enough we're not carrying kimmel we're

going to drop them and disney panicked and then got in front of it and said well well we're going to suspend them too uh that's usually the way the corporations go anyway i don't feel any joy that jimmy Kimmel lost his job. I have a pretty good relationship, or at least did with him. But I don't understand one bit why he is so self-destructive. I'm Bill O'Reilly. I approve the message by writing it. You can reach me. It seems half of the left is fine with celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk. The other half is condemning the action, which is great, but half a 25%

of the country, even if we're half that, it's still millions of people. Yeah, I mean, I put the number of mentally ill people because you'd have to be mentally ill to celebrate Mr. Kirk's assassination. Twelve percent, maybe. I was wondering how many parents would turn their sons or daughters to authorities if they knew they killed another human being. I think most Americans, I would. If my children murdered somebody, I'd turn them in because you can't protect evil like that. I get them the best defense attorney and I pay for it.

That maybe would be wrong, but I'd feel that's my responsibility, but I turn them in. Christopher Smith, Dayton, Wyoming, in your comments and interviews, you make the point that people are turning away from evil, choosing to live in a bubble. But what would you have us do? The area in which I live as less evil than most, but there's surely some. I doubt you're advocating vigilanteism. No, you do what you can. You do what you can. But if you see evil in your town or in your home, you've got to figure out a way to try to mitigate it.

Don't put yourself in physical jeopardy, but there are ways. And each case is different. In a moment, something you might not know. 84 years ago today, the German Nazi party ordered all Jews in that country to wear an emblem bearing the star of David. The decree further stigmatized the group and caused a new wave of religious hatred. Here is the story. The persecution of Europe's Jews reached a new high in the 14th century, blamed for spreading the bubonic plague. Jews were required to wear certain garments when visiting Christian towns, pointy hats, black robes, eventually a yellow star with a white background. The idea was resurrected by Adolf Hitler after the outbreak of World War II. On September 19, 1941, Nazi leader Reinhardt Hedrich issued the following decree.

All Jews over the age of six must wear a yellow. yellow star on their outer clothing. The symbol must be at least six inches long with the word Jew inscribed in either the local or German language. The order eventually applied to all Jewish people living within the Third Reich and occupied territories. To gain favor with the Nazis, some residents reported their Jewish neighbors to the authorities. The decree further divided the religious minority from the Christian community. To avoid further persecution, hundreds of thousands relocated. Businesses were shuttered.

Some Jews committed suicide. The outrageous order was a precursor to mass murder. One year later, nearly all Jews in the Third Reich were living in ghettos. The badge made it easier for the Gestapo to deport the population to concentration camps. In January, 1942, the Nazi High Command met in Wantsy, the suburb of Berlin. There, the final solution was put into motion. By the summer of 1945, 6 million Jews had been systemically slaughtered by the Nazis and their sympathizers across Europe.
