Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey Bill O'Reilly here. Welcome to the No Spin News, Thursday, August 17, 2023, stand up for your country, but stand down in trying the Donald Trump situation in your own home on television and radio or anywhere else. I'm going to flood a mail, well-intentioned people, by the way, that want to discuss the minutia of the charges against Donald Trump and Hunter Biden. But I can't do that responsibly because I don't have discovery. So do you know what discovery is? In any court case, civil or criminal, both sides must put forward. forth the evidence and the defense, so that no one is surprised in a court of law by stuff
Starting point is 00:01:08 they're not expecting. So there's a rigorous process that goes on before any trials. Information changes hands, ebb and flow. So anybody can make any allegation about anything. And the press does that all day long. I don't care about discovering anything else. All right, the press just want the giant allegations so people read or buy them. whatever they do, consume their news.
Starting point is 00:01:33 But responsible people like me, I have to wait and see what the special prosecutor, Jack Smith, has in the case on January 6th. I don't think he has much, but I don't know. I don't know what Donald Trump's defense is going to be in Maulagga. Now, we're going to get into all of that tonight. I'm going to tell you what is on the record, what I can report. But if you want speculation, it is not the program for you. One thing I can say with certainty is that much of the action against Donald Trump is politically driven.
Starting point is 00:02:22 That is the subject of this evening's talking points memo. Number one, Stormy Daniels, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Brad. Uber leftist, Bragg. The city is in chaos because of him. Statistics. He took office on January 1st, 2022 last year. From that time to November of 22, 11-month period, Bragg downgraded 52% of all felony arrests.
Starting point is 00:02:58 That means the police arrested somebody. They were charged with a felony. It went to Bragg's office. He goes, nope, downgraded him. Either threw it out or downgated it to a misdemeanor. 52% compared to 39% in the year before Bragg took office. So you can see, this guy didn't want to prosecute many people. He lets heavyweight heroin dealers go out on Nobel.
Starting point is 00:03:25 He lets gangbangers with a rap sheet a mile long, caught with loaded pistols out on Nobel. This is not a responsible human being in any way, Alvin Bragg, in my opinion. Okay, so he's charging Donald Trump with a felony for allegedly paying Stormy Daniels money to keep her quiet. 90% of high-profile human beings, male or female, would have done the same thing
Starting point is 00:03:58 because they don't want their families embarrassed and they don't want their business as harm. Remember, anybody can make an allegation about anything. Just wanted to go away. Bragg knows that. And Bragg never would have charged this case unless Donald Trump was involved. Never in a million years.
Starting point is 00:04:17 with this man, Alvin Bragg, have brought that case, and he still has not defined what the felony charge is. After all this time, and he says, I don't have to until the discovery process. Makes me angry
Starting point is 00:04:35 because I know it's corruption. That's number one. This is political here. Let's go to Atlanta. Fannie Willis, Fulton County. Okay. She has charged Donald Trump with 13 felony counts to try to illegally overturn the Georgia vote, not just in Atlanta, but all of Georgia.
Starting point is 00:05:00 So, where is the Attorney General of the state? That's his purview. Annie only has jurisdiction in Fulton County, one county. So, I went on News Nation with Chris Cuomo last night. and said this. Go. Do you know how many counties there are in Georgia? Do you know? No. How many?
Starting point is 00:05:25 159. Do you know how many district attorneys joined with Fannie Willis in this action? Zero. Okay. Interesting. Now, jurisdiction, she has it in the Atlanta-Fulton County area. Does not have it in Cobb County? Doesn't have in Savannah.
Starting point is 00:05:46 doesn't have anywhere else. But who does? The Attorney General of the state, who should have brought this case because it is a statewide case. The alleged fraud, the alleged racketeering did not just happen in Atlanta. It happened all over Georgia. But not one district attorney from any other of the 158 counties would join with her. That should raise every red flag in the world. Okay. That logic is irrefutable. And a lot of these counties in Georgia have Democrat DAs. Nobody signed on. So the only conclusion that a fair, rational person can come to at this juncture
Starting point is 00:06:34 is this is political, just like New York City. Here's what Jonathan Turley said about it. Willis seems to have charged everything, and everyone is allowing God to sort them out. You know, you look at this indictment and every call, every tweet, every speech seems to be a separate criminal act that composes this conspiracy. That raises really troubling questions as to the criminalization of the challenges to elections. Now, we went over that in the historical sense with Thomas Jefferson, Aaron Burr, John Marshall. It's a message of the day. you can access it on Bill O'Reilly.com.
Starting point is 00:07:16 Okay, so the two so-called local beefs against Trump are undeniably political, in my opinion, and I think I backed it up to the extent. Cuomo didn't have anything last night. He couldn't dispute it. He didn't agree with it, but okay, you believe what you want to believe. All right. Now let's get to the feds.
Starting point is 00:07:36 So, Special Prosecutor Jack Smith, all right? Now he's been maligned on the right. He blew the case of the former governor of Virginia, McDonald, and he's a zealid. I mean, he's going to do what he's told to do by his boss, Merrick Garland. We all know that. Nobody challenges that. So Smith's whole case on January 6th, his entire case is that Donald Trump knew he lost the election of 2020.
Starting point is 00:08:10 He knew it, but he tried to overturn the election anyway. That's his whole case. Now, the key witness to that case is Vice President Mike Pence, because Trump wanted Pence to go in and delay the electoral count certification. We all remember this. That's what happened on January 6th, right? Pence would not do that. Now, if Pence would walk into discovery,
Starting point is 00:08:40 where he's under oath and say, Trump told me he lost the election, but wanted me to stop it anyway, Trump's then convicted. But Pence goes on NBC News and doesn't say that. Go. I looked through the process.
Starting point is 00:08:58 I was determined to hear the objections that Republicans were planning to bring, Chuck, and many did bring. I mean, you remember Democrats brought objections to electoral college votes in three of the last four elections that Republicans prevailed. There's nothing unusual about that.
Starting point is 00:09:13 But I did ask the parliamentarian. Under the law. I did ask the parliamentarian very directly, Chuck. I asked her because I was hearing rumors. I was reading in the newspaper that there were alternate electors. I just, I asked her point-length. Was anybody in the White House telling you this? From any state?
Starting point is 00:09:30 And she said there was not. I don't recall that. I just remember hearing it in the public. And I wanted a definitive answer whether or not the parliamentarian had received any additional electoral vote she had not. Okay, once again, was anybody in the White House telling you this? I don't recall that.
Starting point is 00:09:51 That's Trump's strongest point. Now, somebody told Mike Pence, hey, we know we lost, but we want you to go in there and boot it anyway, delay it anyway, so we get fake electors in there. And Trump is guilty. And so are all the people who would have advised them to do that. But that's not what Pence said publicly. So is what Pence going to go back now in an evangelical Christian under oath and counter what he said on meet the press?
Starting point is 00:10:20 I don't think so. Now, I'm not trying this case. I'm not doing that. Because Smith may have other evidence about his assertion, allegation, that Trump knew he lost and took illegal steps to negate the election. He might have had something else that I don't know about. But if it's Pence, he loses. Smith loses.
Starting point is 00:10:47 Okay. Ma La Lago. I'm going to give you a timeline because I'm getting a lot of mail from pro-Trump people telling me that Ma LaGo is nothing and this and that. So I'm going to give you the facts, and I'm going to put them up on the screen. Radio, I'm going to read it slowly, so you can make your own determination. The whole thing started on May 6, 2021, when the National Archives requested that Donald Trump returned some classified material.
Starting point is 00:11:21 A month later, the archive warned Trump that it would refer the matter to the Justice Department if the classified documents weren't returned, and the archives told Trump which documents they were looking for. So they gave him a month, then they warned him. All right. Six months later, seven months later, Donald Trump returned 15 boxes of documents, but it took them a long time.
Starting point is 00:11:54 One month after that, February 9, 2012, the archives apparently dissatisfied with what was returned by Trump referred the matter to the Justice Department. Now, the archives had to know that if you refer this to Merrick Garland, Merrick Garland's going to charge. They had to know that, just to be fair. Okay? March 30th, the FBI opens its investigation. All right?
Starting point is 00:12:20 April 26th, less than a month later, a grand jury investigation begins. Now, that's pretty damn fast. But Garland wanted this. He wanted to charge Trump. Okay? Hunter Biden took five years. This took a month. okay, for the grand jury to be convened.
Starting point is 00:12:38 Five years for honor Biden, one month for Donald Trump. Come on. Okay. Then the raid at Mahalago. And documents are found in the raid. All right. It was a warrant signed by Judge Bruce Reinhart in Florida. And they seized 102 classified documents in that raid.
Starting point is 00:13:03 So, this is. is a legitimate case in Mahalago. Trump and his lawyers have to explain why after all of this and they had a year and May 6th
Starting point is 00:13:19 2012, August 8th, 2012, 15 months, and they still had 100 documents classified in Montalago. They got to explain that. Okay? They have to. Now, again, in discovery, maybe they'll say, whatever they're going to
Starting point is 00:13:35 say? Trump declassified them. They could say that. They could have backup for that. I don't know. But this is the only one as a reporter that I can see presents a threat to Donald Trump. Now, will the kangaroo court in Manhattan and Fulton County and Washington, D.C., and it is? There's no doubt about it. convict anything. But on appeal, when you have federal judges looking at the whole thing, that's why Governor McDonald's Smith's case was thrown out. Smith got a conviction on McDonald to take any illegal gratuities while he was governor of Virginia. It was free, boom, throw it out. It wasn't even a close case. That's what's likely to happen here. And most of the indictments, So I think they're in 91 now against Trump will be thrown out before it even gets to court
Starting point is 00:14:39 because some of them are so stupid. Okay. So I think I've gone over this about as methodically as I can possibly go over it. I took 15 minutes of your time, but I think it was well worth it. Now again, bill at bill o'Reilly.com. But you in your living room or in your car, wherever you are listening and watching me, okay? you can believe what you want to believe, and that is your constitutional right, just as Donald Trump believed that the election was rigged, that he won.
Starting point is 00:15:14 Constitutionally, he can believe that. That's not a crime. However, if you want to really be an honest person, you have to look at what is on the record. And you cannot speculate about anything until you know all of the evidence, and we don't yet. But if I had a bet, if I was a Vegas guy, I'm going in and saying three out of these four are bogus. The Mar-Lago thing, dangerous. Power, politics, and the people behind the headlines. I'm Miranda Devine, New York Post columnist, and the host of the brand new podcast, Podforce One.
Starting point is 00:15:59 Every week I'll sit down for candid conversations. with Washington's most powerful disruptors, lawmakers, newsmakers, and even the president of the United States. These are the leaders shaping the future of America and the world. Listen to Podforce One with me, Miranda Devine, every week on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. You don't want to miss an episode. Hey, I'm Caitlin Becker, the host of the New York Postcast, and I've got exactly. exactly what you need to start your weekdays. Every morning, I'll bring you the stories that matter,
Starting point is 00:16:37 plus the news people actually talk about, the juicy details in the worlds of politics, business, pop culture, and everything in between. It's what you want from the New York Post wrapped up in one snappy show. Ask your smart speaker to play the NY Postcast podcast, listen and subscribe on Amazon Music, Apple Podcast, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Starting point is 00:16:59 Rudy Giuliani. So CNN, not a reliable news agency. is reporting that Giuliani didn't have any money, sown his house in D.C., in a New York City, I'm sorry. This is anonymous sources, and Rudy's broke because of all the lawyers that he has to pay to defend himself. Remember, Giuliani is charged in Georgia along with Trump. Okay.
Starting point is 00:17:25 Is that true? Probably. any court, local, state, or federal can bankrupt you. That's the power they have, and you can't do anything about it. You've got to pay these lawyers to defend you. If you've gone through a divorce, if you've gotten through an action where somebody's suing you for whatever it may be, all right? The money goes out. So Giuliani, I would say the odds.
Starting point is 00:17:57 are that he's in bad financial shape. Now there's a report that he went to Mar-a-Lago twice to ask Trump to help him pay his legal bills. I don't know. I can't get any confirmation whether that's true or not. I don't believe an anonymous source at CNN. Why would I believe that? Okay? I don't know the Giuliani-Trump conversations. They're privileged. Giuliani is Trump's lawyer. I don't know. If Giuliani is in financial trouble, I think Trump should help him. And this morning on WABC, our flagship radio station in New York City, Judge Andrew Napolitano, you remember him from Fox, said this, go.
Starting point is 00:18:44 Here's what Donald Trump could do for Rudy, and he may do this. He could hold a magnificent fundraiser for Rudy, at which he, Donald, is the principal speaker. That would raise a lot of money for Rudy. and it wouldn't cost the former president anything but a couple of hours of his time. Well, that's a good idea. I think that Donald Trump should do that. Remember, Donald Trump is on the hook for about 40 million in legal bills at this point, but his political action committee pays those bills,
Starting point is 00:19:16 so it's not coming out of his personal bank account, but Giuliani didn't have that. So when I heard in the ball of town, I said, yeah, that's fair. Giuliani obviously went out and did whatever he could do to try to help Donald Trump. So I hope that the former president helps Giuliani in that way. Because if he just gave him cash, then everybody else would be lining up. I can understand that. But a big fundraiser, that would be okay. Okay, so Donald Trump and his lawyer is going to have a press conference on Monday.
Starting point is 00:19:51 I think it's supposed to be 11 a.m. And they're going to put forth evidence they say about voter fraud in Georgia. That's going to knock the case out of the box. Some people say Trump shouldn't do that. I disagree. Donald Trump is evidence, I mean hard evidence, that there was voter fraud in Georgia. Every American should see it.
Starting point is 00:20:18 That's 11 on Monday. All right, let's go to Biden. So he went to Scranton, Pennsylvania, where I started my career at WNEP TV, and he paid his respects to Ellen Casey, former first lady of Pennsylvania, husband, Governor Robert Casey. That's a good thing. And then he started his weekend early, as he always does. Biden goes to Camp David for the weekend and relaxes, plays miniature golf. I don't know what he does. Camp David's in the mountains of Maryland's a little cooler than Baltimore but would I be going there now?
Starting point is 00:20:59 I'm going back to the beach. All right, approval rating. I don't trust this AP poll. I don't trust the Associated Press at all. Zero to me. So it took a poll, Republican 36%, Democrat 44%. Just that. You should say, what do you do it?
Starting point is 00:21:17 Okay. However, the poll is on Biden's handling of certain things. First question, overall, do you approve or disapprove of the way Joe Biden's handling the economy? Approved 36 percent, disapprove 63 percent, even though many more Democrats in the poll than Republicans. How would you describe the nation's economy these days? Total good, 34, total poor, 66. generally speaking, would you say things in this country are heading in the right direction 24, wrong direction, 74.
Starting point is 00:21:52 And then a job approval, 42% of Americans approve of Biden's job, disapprove 57, but if 74 said the country's heading the right direction, how can 42% approve his job? See, it doesn't make any sense. It doesn't. And his polls, but look, was out there. I mean, there's another poll out there that has Biden-Trump tied in a race
Starting point is 00:22:19 head-on, head-on. But it's too early for that now. I'm not going to bother with that stuff. So one of the reasons that the economy is still shaky is mortgage rates when you buy a home. So last year at this time, August 17, 22, average mortgage rate in the USA, 5.13. Now 7.26. That's a whopping increase. Because Biden blew. on inflation, how to raise interest rates to control inflation, and as interest rates go up, the mortgage rates go up. But he knows that.
Starting point is 00:22:52 So now people who are going to buy a home aren't. And that spirals down on the whole economy. So this is Biden. This is all. And Biden's out there going, oh, I have such a good economy, Bidenomics. He's such a moron. He doesn't know anything about
Starting point is 00:23:09 economics. Nothing. Okay. Let's get back to Trump. Can't get away from him. So I got three sound bites for you that I thought were really ridiculous. I think that's the best word. On television news, what are you going to do? The first one is a historian named John Meacham.
Starting point is 00:23:37 I used to use him on the O'Reilly Factor before he became a hate Trump guy. Here's what he said. Go. I'm not just popping off here. This was a coup d'etat. This was an attempt to seize power that was not legitimately granted by the electoral processes of the Constitution of the United States. Full stop. That's what it was. Namesian knows better, but doesn't care.
Starting point is 00:24:05 Do you see how smuggy was? So coup d'etat, according to the dictionary definition, is a sudden, violent and unlawful seizure of power from a government. Number one, Trump didn't seize any power. Okay? He tried to delay the election, and he tried, in a misguided way, to do it on which he thought the powers that he had. There's no violence involved on Trump's part. Now, Meacham will say, oh, January 6th, Trump cited it, but the special prosecutor did not bring any charges in that area at all. So Meacham is just blowing smug smoke here. And because he hates Trump, that's why he does it. And because he hates Trump, he gets paid by MSNBC. If he'd like Trump, he wouldn't get
Starting point is 00:24:52 paid. Okay? All right. Second sound by a guy named Tolu Oni Ronipa. Tolu Oninoripa. All right. He is the Washington Post White House Bureau chief. Go. argument from Trump and his allies isn't that the Department of Justice shouldn't be weaponized at this point. It's saying that we should weaponize the Justice Department against liberals. He says, I'm going to be a candidate of retribution, that I'm going to go after the quote-unquote Biden crime family and all the Democrats who have been weaponizing government against the conservatives for a long time. So this is a revenge strategy that he's taking. Why isn't it a justice strategy?
Starting point is 00:25:34 Why would it be revenge? So if Trump really believes that the Biden family has not been investigated in a competent way, and that's not justice, why would that be revenge? Trump's saying, look, I want justice, so if I get reelected, I'm going to get it, or I'm going to try to get it. These people, I mean, I don't know this guy, but I'm going, you know, this is just makes no sense. And here's the worst of all. It is mind-blowing to me, and I will never, ever allow it to be normal.
Starting point is 00:26:14 That to cover Donald Trump, we have to go to Italy and draw on the history of holding mob families to account. That we have to go to South Florida and draw on the history of holding drug cartels account. This is who Republicans pick. That's insane. I mean, she's going off the racketeering charges, the RICO charges by Fannie Willis. But, you know, there comes a point where if you don't have any perspective or any knowledge or anything and you're still getting paid by Comcast, NBC, to just spew this nonsense, you know, I don't know Nicole while I met her a few times. Very nice when I met her.
Starting point is 00:27:00 She's a former Bush the younger spokesperson. person, you know, she doesn't seem to be, but she's getting paid just like Meecham is getting paid to hate Trump. Now, you can write to me, bill at bill o'Reilly.com, bill at bill o'Reilly.com, and say, well, certain people on Fox News are getting paid to hate Joe Biden. Okay. Okay. You know, you can back it up.
Starting point is 00:27:32 And I'm sure there are people. getting paid to hate Joe Bud. All right, on that note, MSNBC defeated Fox News in the ratings from Monday and Tuesday of this week, which is shocking. I don't think I ever thought I would see this, ever. I mean, CNN's always last,
Starting point is 00:27:53 but MSNBC in a very intense news week, beat Fox both days. You know, the average. viewership was higher on MSNBC than a Fox News. Now, I'm trying to think of myself, why. So Fox News talent, air talent, far better than MSNBC, just as performers, far better. And I have friends over there, full disclosure. I mean, I'm not a disinterested observer, but I know who's good on TV and who isn't. The Fox News people are much better. There are some talented people on MSNBC, I think, is Ari Melbur.
Starting point is 00:28:35 I mean, he's pretty good. I mean, he's a lefty, but that's all right. I mean, he conducts his program in a way that's coached. And there are a few others there during the dayside, but most of them are being paid to hate conservatives and hate Trump. Now, when I was at Fox, I didn't know anybody who was being paid to hate anybody. All right? it just didn't even cross my mind.
Starting point is 00:29:01 And I got to tell you, there was not one day in more than 20 years when MSNBC came close to beating Fox News. I'm going, what is going on? Now, I know that all the Trump haters go to MSNBC because CNN doesn't hate Trump enough. They hate them, but not enough. So the real hardcore. And a hardcore is about 2 million, maybe a little. bit more. We hate Trump and we want to hear bad Trump things all day every day. All right.
Starting point is 00:29:33 And you got about two million that we hate Biden and we're going to hear bad things all day every day and they go to Fox. But in this kind of a situation, you get people that want information going in and always they went to Fox News. I remember in the terror attack at the Boston Marathon, we're on live, of course. The O'Reilly Factor not only get the highest raising cable, we beat all the networks that did specials at 8 o'clock. We need everybody. By a big margin, people came to us for information. Now, the tenor at Fox News has changed. There's no doubt about it. You know that. I mean, anybody, you have to know that. It's changed. Some say for the better. Some say you got rid of O'Reilly. He's not there anymore. That's much better. I like whatever,
Starting point is 00:30:24 but we didn't like him. Okay. That's fine. Fine, the mud of me. But when I saw that number roll in Monday and Tuesday, I went, whoa, that's not a good sign. Because MSNBC is not a news that war. And I know you can make the same claim at Fox. I know. But MSNBC is about as propagandistic a place as ever existed on television in this country. And that's the truth.
Starting point is 00:30:53 Hey, it's Sean Spicer from the Sean Spicer Show podcast, reminding you to to tune into my show every day to get your daily dose inside the world of politics. Starting point is 00:31:26 Target. This is, you know, Bud Light, okay, Target. So Target put on, you know, they wanted to sell gay-themed products and Satan-themed products, all of this. Unbelievable. But that's what they did. So on May 17th of this year, before they started that, Target sold for $161 a share. Today, it's about $130 a share.
Starting point is 00:32:01 Three months, 30 points, decrease of 20%. And it's all because of the pride stuff and all of that. I don't, these corporations, you've got to stay out of this stuff. Okay, leave it to MSNBC and Fox. And Target's not coming back. The Christmas season at Target? I don't know if you sell Satan gear at the Christmas season because Satan, of course, doesn't like Christians.
Starting point is 00:32:35 I don't know. That might be a cheap shop. Okay, smart life. I'm doing this every six months for you guys because a lot of notesmen news, listeners, and viewers have gotten money from this. Missingmoney.com. Write it down.
Starting point is 00:32:52 Missingmoney. com. Missing money, one word. You go to the website, and then if you have unclaimed property, if you have money that's owed you, anything, you can recover it. They'll send you money. So you've got to search your name, your hometown, whatever they want, you've got to give them. And then they see if there's a claim anywhere in a country that you get money. All right?
Starting point is 00:33:17 Smartlight. Missingmoney.com. So I had my assistant run me. I didn't get anything. But I hope you do. To say in history, August 17, 1998, 25 years ago, President Clinton admits he had an affair with Monica Lewinsky. As you know, in a deposition in January, I was asked questions about my relationship with Monica Lewinsky. While my answers were legally accurate, I did not volunteer information.
Starting point is 00:33:50 Indeed, I did have a relationship with Ms. Lewinsky that was not appropriate. fact, it was wrong. It constituted a critical lapse in judgment and a personal failure on my part for which I am solely and completely responsible. Well, it happened 25 years ago today, and then Mr. Clinton was impeached in the House and the trial was in a Senate. Two charges, perjury and obstruction of justice. He was acquitted in a Senate, 55 not guilty, 45 guilty on the perjury charge, on obstruction of justice 50-50. So you need two-thirds of vote in the Senate to boot a president on impeachment. Nobody has ever been booted.
Starting point is 00:34:35 Nixon quit before. Andrew Johnson survived impeachment by one vote. Now, interestingly enough, when that was in 1998, by the time Clinton left office three years later, his job approval rating was 66%. because the economy was good. All right, big mail segment. Final thought that you absolutely want to hear. We'll be right back.
Starting point is 00:35:01 Let's get to the mail. Rich Brothers, Petaluma, California, Bill, your insightful monologue on the Jefferson Bird treason trial was amazing. I loved it. You're a great reporter with a true historical background. I never knew that Justice Marshall was Thomas Jefferson's cousin. Okay, so we did that for a reason. and just check out the message of the day
Starting point is 00:35:23 and all the stuff on bill o'Reilly.com and you'll see it. Become a premium or concierge member. Get transcripts. If you're a concierge member and premium member, transcripts, if anything you want, free. You know, this is stuff to have. Joseph Severino, Bronx, New York,
Starting point is 00:35:39 I agree with today's column about Donald Trump hurting the Republicans and himself by not sending the classified documents back, but you have to understand the Democrats would have come up with something else. It doesn't matter. You don't, you do the right thing. Just do the right thing.
Starting point is 00:35:53 Yeah, all right. They come up with something else, but it's not Mala Lago. Sharon, we can only hope President Trump has documented every detail about the Mar-a-Lago documents, and it will be clear he did nothing wrong. Well, maybe we'll find out a little bit on the Monday, but I think a Monday is going to do the Georgia thing. But I gave you the timeline, and the timeline is where we are now. But obviously in discovery, other information will come forth.
Starting point is 00:36:17 Paul, President Trump says he was working with the National Archives at the time of the rate. I gave you the timeline, Paul. Okay, you make your own decision. Carol, I had multiple attorneys inform me that very few attorneys good or bad will work for Trump because they may be blackballed. It's true. Absolutely true. It's not easy for him to get attorneys for him.
Starting point is 00:36:43 Lisa Rosati, Montreal, Canada, if the indictments were posted on, on a court's website in Georgia before the grand jury voted, would the case be dismissed? You'd have to investigate that. It should be investigated. But everybody knows if fix was in in Fulton County. Anybody that doesn't know that, every Canadian, Lisa, like you, knows.
Starting point is 00:37:08 Bill, why do you always say Bobby Kennedy Jr. is no chance of winning? Because he has no chance of winning. The odds are 11% that he will be there. ex-president, the Vegas odds. And if you go to London, you can actually put money on it. It's illegal here in the United States. He just doesn't have a constituency. The Democrats don't like them. Most Republicans don't like them. The anti-vaxxers like them, but that's not enough. Christopher, Mark Twain said, if you don't read the news, you are uninformed, and if you do read it, you are misinformed. Mark Twain, love him. Okay, killing the witches. This book will

We have 150 tickets left for the O'Reilly Show live, Paramount Theater and Huntington, Long Island, on October 27, 2023. So obviously, with just 150 tickets left, you're going to have to move it. And if you can't go, just sell them on a secretary of market, you make some money. Beautiful time to be on Long Island, the end of October with the leaves, and go to Sagamore Hills, to Teddy Roosevelt's house, and I mean, it's really a nice time to come and see us, and we hope you do. This is the last announcement for the summer reading program, killing Crazy Ors, killing
Starting point is 00:38:30 the killers, killing the legends, all 3295 and will throw in a free Team Normal hat. Last one, you want them? You got to go now. And all the Team Normal gear marked down 15%. And then if you're a premium concerted member, you can't. get a discount on top of the 15%. So we're giving this stuff, do you? Word of the day, one of my favorites did not be a poppin' jay.
Starting point is 00:38:56 I used it recently, and I called somebody a poppin'jay, and it just confused. They were like, what? I'm going to use that on Cuomo. On Chris Cuomo, I'm going to use that pretty soon. Hey, don't be a popping jay. Okay, let's take another fast break. Final thought, you're going to want to hear it. Right back.
Starting point is 00:39:15 Here is the final thought of the day. I'll be off on vacation next week, but with an asterisk. Family coming in, annual summer family thing. But I'm going to do special messages after the Trump presser. And I don't know what's going to happen with the debate. I'll do something on Thursday after the Wednesday night debate. If it gets like bloody, I'll come on. I'll break my vacation.
Starting point is 00:39:45 I'll come on. But just go to Bill O'Reilly.com each morning. We'll guide you through the day. We've got a lot of good stuff there. And I got to take time off. I mean, family is really important. And the whole year, people look forward to coming out here on Eastern Long Island for a week, and I got to do it.
Starting point is 00:40:04 And I'm looking forward to it. You know, I'm a big family guy, and I think that is very, very important for everybody's life. But I am, I do have responsibility to you, and I will uphold that. Anything happens? My staff is very nimble. We can bang, bang, bang, and we'll, we're on it. Also, I want you guys to have, we've got three more weeks of summer now, okay?
Starting point is 00:40:36 So this is a time to kind of put it aside. I know you've got to follow it, but don't get emotionally involved with this. as I said, so many things are going to change as more evidence comes out. I mean, they get 91 counts against Trump. I'm going to predict about 60 of those counts are getting it thrown out, maybe more. And so when you hear these charlatans and this dishonest people on television radio telling you one thing or another and this is another and they don't know, I mean, I don't know why you even consume that stuff.
Starting point is 00:41:11 I don't. I mean, I'm not always right, but I'm right. write 85, 90% of the time, because I don't do the speculation stuff. Everything we say is based on, like the timeline we gave you on Montalago, that is a very valuable piece of information to have.
Starting point is 00:41:27 Because it just says, this is what happened. Here's what happened. And it takes out all the propaganda. That's how you have to come after this. And the stuff I gave you about Bragg and Fannie Willis and all. Stuff's in stone.
Starting point is 00:41:42 I mean, the most stunning stat that I gave you to 159 counties in the state of Georgia. And no DA, none of them on 158 would join up with Fannie, including the Democrats. Come on. I mean, you know, when I saw that, I just went like this. And believe me, there aren't very many people. people in New York City supporting Alvin Bragg, Stormy Daniels. There aren't. So it comes a time where you have to be rational, to step back, three weeks left of summer, enjoy it.
Starting point is 00:42:28 After Labor Day is pedaled to the medal, I mean, campaign kicks in, and whew, anyway, thank you very much for watching and listening to the No Spin News, and I will see you in some form next week on Bill O'Reilly.com. Thank you.
