Hello, O'Reilly here. Welcome to the No Spin News, Tuesday, May 14th, 2024, stand up for your country. Well, the presidential campaign has shifted because of all the legal stuff directed at Donald Trump. Some in the corporate media, some in the newspaper business. they know the shift is taking place, but they don't know why. We do. And that is the subject of this evening's Talking Points Memoir. So the 2020 election was a referendum on Donald Trump.

All right, Joe Biden didn't do anything. Didn't pour forth anything new. He was just there and not there much. Okay? So Americans went to the polls and they gave. gave Biden more than 81 million votes, a record. No presidential candidate has ever gotten more than Joe Biden got in 2020. And they gave Donald Trump more than 74 million.

Another record. A losing candidate never gotten 74 million, even close. Okay? But now it's three and a half years later. It's no longer a referendum on Donald Trump. knows two things, that Donald Trump is a bomb thrower that he will not campaign or govern in a conventional way. Everybody who pays attention knows that.

They also know that Trump did much better governing the country. Now, some people will deny that because they believe what they want to believe. The statistics are overwhelming in Trump's favor. Let me run it down for you. Okay? Well, before I do that, before I do that, I explained to News Nation last night exactly what was going on. Go. The real advantage Donald Trump has is that the Biden presidency is blowing up before our odds.

What happened on Sunday with Blinken going out and basically saying, we're not going to support Israel. When in October, Blinken said 180 degrees opposite, you can advise them, and you should, to be as humanitarian as you can be in the middle of a war, okay? But to just say to Israel, out of a bunch of war criminals, out of doing, I'm telling you, Leland, the basic person at home, is gone, Biden stands for nothing. He's got no principles. He's a disaster. And I will continue that thread tonight on News Nation with Chris Cuomo. Now let me back it up because that's what we do here. We don't believe what we want to believe. We believe based upon facts. I know that's novel in the corporate media because they don't care about that. But we build our whole corporation on it, Bill O'Reilly.com.

Fact number one, U.S. home prices to buy a house in this country of 47% since the start of 2020. Okay? Median home price in America, $421,000. Do you have $421,000? dollars. And now it was a report today that a lot of folks can't pay the mortgage. And that is what caused the Bush, the younger recession that got Barack Obama in in the first place. Just remember that. Grocery store food prices under Biden up 25 percent. Gas prices under Biden up 50 percent. Home insurance under Biden up 64 percent. Auto insurance, 52%. Now, what kind of a person

is going to say Biden has been a successful president? It's impossible. This is a disaster for the folks. For families, for people trying to make a living. It's a disaster. Okay? So it's not about Trump anymore. It's about you, your house, your dinner table, your car. And it's going to get worse if Biden is reelected. In addition to all of those facts, and again, we all.

And that's on top of another billion dollars to clean up the Great Lakes, which provide drinking water for. million people 20 million people. By the way, used to make beer brewed here. the brew beer. It is used to make the brew beer. Oh, Earth Rider. Thanks for the Great Lakes. I wonder why it's trying to. Earth Rider? So Biden got that wrong. It's actually 35 million people, not 20. They get drinking water from the Great Lakes, so five of them. So, no, what do you? he's talking about he just doesn't know because his mental acuity is on the decline severely add that to the disastrous economy and and you're telling me this is about trump it's not about trump it's about biden a hundred percent about biden that's a huge shift in this country and that's a memo All right. Joe Biden today gave a couple of, not speeches, but remarks to promote American investment. Okay. Asian Pacific American Institute. I don't know what he did there, but he showed up. Gala. Okay, fine. Now, the smart left wing, smart people in the Democratic Party, Axelrod, Carvel, those people. They know the disaster. that if the election were held tomorrow would unfold.

But again, remember, in the six months, up until we vote, in November, stuff's gonna happen. But tomorrow, it's hallowed President Trump. Okay, so Hollywood is mobilizing what's left of Hollywood, which isn't much. Biden has scheduled a fundraiser a whole weekend in Los Angeles, June 15th and 6th, in case you want to go out there.

George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Barack Obama, just to raise money. Okay? Hillary. They're all going to be there. I don't know Bill's going to be there

because Bill is doing a fundraiser for him back east in the summer. But anyway, it's not going to help. It's not. I mean, Biden can put out his propaganda stuff all day long,

but you've got to go to the grocery store. Okay, so they're mobilizing. The following people are crazed and are trying to help buy in any way they can't. Lynn Manuel Miranda, okay, he's a Broadway guy, and very talented man. I mean, that play that he put on, Hamilton,

maybe the best play I've ever seen. So he's a big Biden guy. Lady Gaga, Seth McFarlane, Queen Latifah, the equalizer, but I'm sorry, Queen, you're not going to be the equalizer in this one. Mark Cuban, we expected. Anna Wintour, she's the magazine mogul and Mark Hamill, Luke Skywalker of Star Wars. They're all going to do whatever they do, but it's not going to matter. there's no, there's literally no one in this country going to listen to any of those people about anything. I wrote a message of the day. It's fairly amusing. I apologize to the country of Chad for that message. Bill O'Reilly.com has. I don't know what to tell you. All right. I mean, I'm on the jury. I'm looking at my watch.

Like, when can I get out of here? So the trial should last another 10 days or so. Tomorrow and Friday, you know, after Stormy Cohen finishes today, that's it. There's nobody else. I don't think, so I don't know what they're going to do. The other cases, Georgia, no date, federal election interference, January 6th, special counsel, no date, classified myelago documents, no date. So Trump gets by this, and he well, even if he's convicted, they'll appeal and never going to be upheld on appeal. So he's got a free avenue to campaign until November.

Okay, let's go to overseas stuff. Now, we were supposed to have Leland Vitterd of News Nation on to talk about the essentials of what's going on with Israel and Gaza, because Leland worked at Fox News for four years based in Jerusalem when I was there. And Leland's a good reporter, and you saw him and I earlier in a program talking about the Biden situation. But News Nation was not able to technically get that up and running, so we apologize. And kind of strange and frustrating, but that's what technology is these days.

So I have to do this segment, and I will do it. I'm not as versed as Leland because I've never lived in the Middle East, but I have been there and I know the situation. Let's begin with Sunday two days ago. In a fairly shocking display, Secretary of St. Anthony Blinken said this to the world. Go. What the report concludes is that based on the totality of the harm that's been done to children, to women, to men who are caught in this crossfire from Moss's making,

it's reasonable to conclude that there are instances where Israel has acted in ways that are not consistent with internationally mandatory law. Now, there was so much backlash against Blinken that the White House panicked. That's pretty much what happens over there. So yesterday, during a press briefing, they put out the guy who's really running this show. Biden's not running this Israel Gossip thing, and either is Blinken. It's a guy named Jake Sullivan, who is the National Security Advice. He is behind what's happening over there.

Here's what he said. Go. We believe Israel can and must do more to ensure the protection and well-being of innocent civilians. We do not believe what is happening in Gaza is a genocide. We have been firmly on record rejecting that proposition. So to use a cliche, he's walking it back now. So Blinken says acted in ways not consistent with international humanitarian law.

that will get you in the Hague charged with a war crime. If that's true, that's what it'll get you. You go over to Holland. But then one day later, national security, no, no, no, no, no. No genocide, none of that, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no war crimes. Now, this is just another example of a White House that has no consistent message about anything. All right? They just don't.

So you want four more years of that? You can have a world on fire if you have four more years of this. So what is the solution over there? There isn't any. I'm sorry, I got to tell you the truth. You hear two-state solution. All right, that's what Great Britain wanted when it ceded the land to the Jews. They wanted Israel and they wanted a Palestinian country.

Palestinian country has never evolved. Why? Because the people over there aren't run. They're not run by an elected government. They're run by terrorists. Hamas, Hezbollah, whatever it may be. Al-Qaeda, ISIS, they're all floating around there. There's no central government. Remember Yasser Arafat? Remember him? He got all the ink with Jimmy Carter and all these other people. Yash just come over in the headdress. Yasser stole hundreds of millions. of dollars. I think his wife still alive in France living large over there. That's all what Yasser did. He was a gangster. And he was directing what was happening with the Palestinians. So now it's Hamas and Hezbollah. Hamas and Gaza Hezbollah in the West Bank. They call the shots.

There's no state. It's not like you pay taxes. You do because the terrorists come and say, give me money, but there's not a form. There's nothing. So you can't have a two-state solution when there's only one state that's Israel. Okay? That's number one. Number two, the Palestinian people, from the time they are lucid at two or three, children are taught to hate the Jews. Like the Nazis, Hitler youth, they hate the Jews. That's what you get.

So what do you think is going to happen? They hate the Jews. And they like Hamas and Hezbollah because they kill the Jews. That going to change? No. How could it? How could it change? Okay.

Then you have the Israeli point of view, which is divided. Israel is a democratic country. It votes. there are parties. A lot of Jews in Israel hate Netanyahu. Hate them. Netanyahu is what they call a hardliner. Okay?

Civilians dead in Gaza? Do you think Netanyahu cares? I may be doing too harsh here, but I don't think it's just top priority. Could be wrong. Haven't seen that side of them if I am. And I followed them for a long time. Excuse me. So in Israel, you've got a division. They don't necessarily hate the Palestinians, but they certainly hate the terrorists.

When you have a Hamas raid that kills 1,200 innocent people in a horrible way and takes hundreds of hostages, you're going to hate them. Just like we hated al-Qaeda after 9-11. Okay. So is it going to get any better? No. It is not. From Israel's point of view, they say, enough's enough, the 1,200 dead, we're going to kill all the Hamas leadership. That's what we're going to do. And if the civilians are in the way, they're going to get killed. Now, more than 300,000 Palestinians have evacuated for Rafa. It's a lot. So they can get out of there. At least somewhat, they have some mobility. Egypt's not going to take them.

Egypt is the country of budding South Gaza. Lebanon, they're not taking them. Lebanon can barely function as a government. That's Hezbollah. So there's really no solution other than a ceasefire. But Israel is not going to do a ceasefire until they kill all the Hamas leadership, or the hostages are released. So if Hamas would release the hostages, there could be a ceasefire.

The problem with that is Hamas has killed a lot of those hostages, murdered them, and they don't want the world to know that. So there is what you have. This is, I think, the worst foreign situation. This is worse than Ukraine, because I believe if Trump is reelected, he's going to be able to get Putin to make a deal to stop the madness in Ukraine. I could be very wrong about that. But Trump neutralized Putin somewhat for four years, and I don't know how he does it. He will not tell me.

I have asked him 10 times to define his relationship with Putin. Trump won't tell me. So you know, but he has sway with Putin, which Biden, Putin thinks Biden is just a, you know, epistle. Okay? It now says that as of the end of April, 5,000 women, 7,800 children have been killed in Gaza. Okay, that's half of what the U.N. was putting out there two weeks ago. I told you and told you and told you. There are no reliable statistics. coming out of Gaza or Ukraine, except for British intelligence, for some reason they're pretty good in Ukraine. Okay. Again, I'll be on News Nation tonight. When I'm on, there's no technical problems. Let's go to something there where I support the Biden administration. Okay. So they are

trying to force the White House, the Department of Transportation, that's Buttigieg. The airlines said, tell us when we book a ticket, how much all the extras are. Okay? Is that reasonable? I think that's pretty reasonable. Whenever I call for a hotel room, I say, okay, that's the room. Give me all the other stuff. And add it all together, because that's what the hotels are doing. Charging you 30% more for stuff. You don't even know what it is. The Department of Transportation has ordered the airlines to do that, to tell you up front what the total cost is. Check a bag. This is how much it is. Check two bags. Here it is. You want to wear a bow tie. Here it is. You have sneakers

on. We charge it. Whatever. Whatever. Guess who's suing the federal government? The airlines, they don't want it. They don't want to give it up. This is a unbelievable. So they're suing in federal court an order that requires the companies to disclose extra fees, junk fees. Okay. The airlines say, quote, this will greatly confuse consumers, be inundated with information that will only serve to complicate the buying process. This will be thrown out in like 10 seconds. This is so ridiculous, but the airlines don't want to give it up. Hey, Pete Buttigieg, you keep going. Public safety. This is another deficit for the Biden administration. If you live in a big city, you know what it is. Okay, two examples.

So there was a tourist from Pennsylvania walking around Times Square over the weekend. suddenly a guy, homeless guy, Cyril Destin, stabs her for no reason, just stabs her, all right, there it is. And then he sits back down. So the woman is okay, Amber Lour, 36 years old, she's in stable condition, stab wound to the chest. Cyril is 62 years old, serial violent guy. okay last year he threw a chair through a window at a homeless shelter he attacked people there threatened them and threatened the police when they came to calm them down so he's out of control he has 20 years of criminal arrests 20 years but it's low level stuff like stabbing somebody in

the chest and new york will let you out i don't think they're letting out, they can't let him out now, okay? They won't tell us where he is, but they can't let him out now. So that's one. Here's two. Remember Rick Moranis, Ghostbusters, good guy. Okay, he was punched in a face by a man for no reason. Moranis is walking on the Upper West Side and Marquis Ventura arrested more than 13 times, five felonies, punched him in a face. And Moranus got seriously hurt. So who is Marquis Ventura?

It's the same old thing. All right, he's got a rap sheet all over the place. He is in and out, in and out, in and out. Well, he was back on the street in April, and he did, he assaulted some. somebody else in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. They keep letting them out and out and out and out. So they can hurt more people. This is public disorder. This is what happens when you vote for left-wing governors, legislators, and district attorneys, and attorneys general. That's what happens. They do, oh, it's low level. And most of these arrests, they drop, they don't go to trial,

they'd drop them. I think Bragg in Manhattan, I think he drops about 60% now of the cases that are brought to him. Let him go. Smart life. Okay, so we here at the No Spin News want you to be healthy and live a long, happy life. And that is most of the reason I continue to do this. all right because I'm working hard obviously you don't have to work hard I could be down at the villages in a golf cart like I told you all right or playing pickleball okay I could I could do I could I've been doing traveling around a world snorkeling all over the place right sound good but I have a platform that reaches millions of people and I want you to benefit from that. Food is your most important item. Okay. Frankly, when you get older, when I was younger,

I used to eat all kinds of junk because I was on a run. I remember being a Boston University. My dwelling was right behind a Burger King, which is not a good location. But I, you know, I had a whopper a couple of times a week. Now, never. Sorry, B.K. Never. Would I ever do that? Okay. So there's a study, the British Medical Association, and they're good. Even though the government runs the health care system, British Medical Association, good. They put out a study. These are the foods that will kill you or give you heart disease or cancer. I'm going to run it down. I'm oversimplifying, but you need to see this. Ready to eat meat, hot dogs, stuff that comes in a little package in the grocery store,

baloney of that, okay? Dry sausage, deli style meat and poultry. This is wrapped up, okay? The stuff that you got in the freezer, you throw it in your little cart. Sugary drinks, we've been over this. The amount of sugar that these drinks have, you've got to look at the label, okay? I recommend sparkling ice. Okay, that is what I am drinking.

Dairy-based desserts, ice cream, custard, pudding, dessert mixes, cheesecakes. Now, once in a while, they're okay, maybe once a week. Because I like ice cream and cheesecake, but that's it. And then breakfast foods, this is a killer. Cereal, you have to look at the label. They pump sugar into those boxes. I eat Irish oatmeal, McCanns. I got nothing to do with McCann, okay?

Because it doesn't have any sugar, very little. Sugar in it. I put a little honey on a spoon, okay? But sugar frosted flakes with the dopy tiger? When I was a kid, I couldn't get enough of that. Can't eat that. All right? So, cereal packaged oatmeal.

You've got to look at the label. Pre-made pastries. When you actually pick them up, they stick to your hand. There's so much glop in that. Frozen waffles and pancakes. Fresh, you can get away with it. A lot of blueberries, strawberries in there. Not the frozen's.

Okay. That's about as simple as I can make it. Memorial Day coming up. End of the month. record amount of people traveling 50 miles or more. Now, if you live in San Francisco or Boston or New York or D.C. or L.A. or Chicago. Stay off that Dan Ryan. You know the horror that this is going to be.

If you live in Oklahoma or Idaho or Montana, not as bad. But if you live in a crowded place, drive at night. Do not go in the daytime. You will get hammered, okay? Take a nap, drink some coffee, whatever. Drive at night, cautious. Don't speed, don't get crazy, because the troopers are out at night looking for you.

And that's four or five hundred bucks, so you don't wanna do that. Drive at night. If you've got to fly, and 38 million Americans are going to be driving more than 50 miles, so you're going to have a lot of company. Another 6 million are beyond the flights. I can't help you there. I now take the night flight, the last flight, or the first flight at 5.30 in the morning.

Because the first flight, the plane has got to be there at the airport. All the other all day long are connections coming in, if anything's screwed up in. morning and you're in Chicago, your host. So I'll get up. I'll take that first flight out or the last flight out. But I can't count on you can't count on the airlines actually telling you what's going on. That's the problem. So those are my tips for travel. Stay in history, March 14th, 1948, Israel comes into being what we were talking about. Fascinating story. Number one, if you have not read Killing the SS, and you're interested in this story, Israel, Jews, Gaza, all of that. Killing Nias is the best book to read about it. Seventy-six years ago today. So after World War II

ended in 1945, there were about... they say eight, but I'm saying 12. About 12 million people in Europe who were what they call displaced. Their homes have blown up. They had nowhere to go. And country boundaries changed. Stalin was occupying Eastern Europe.

Nobody wanted to live there. And in Germany, everything was leveled. So these people were floating around. A lot of them were Jews. We don't have a number. because at that time, everybody's afraid to say they were Jews. But we don't have a number on how many, but there were millions. Great Britain ran Palestine.

So Great Britain was a winner in the war. And it granted the Jews territory, which is present-day Israel. And today, 76 years ago, Ben-Gurion became the first Israeli prime minister. next day, the next day, March 15th, 48, okay, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, and Lebanon attacked Israel. And a war started. The Israelis were tough enough and organized enough, and they were armed by the allies to beat them. And from that moment on, Israel has never had an extended period to peace, this day in history. All right, good mail segment and a final thought that is vital to your life. Not on the level of the food. That was a really good smart life tip I gave you,

So from Illinois, you are now stating as fact that Biden is clear-headed and everything he says is to mislead you and lie to the American people. You got no backup for that. You are believing what you want to believe. Not like me.

The president has the authority to cut off any foreign aid at any time. Remember, Congress passes budgets, not specific amounts of money, unless there's a bill, like the Ukraine-Israel bill.

That was a specific bill. But if Biden or any president thinks that bill is going to hurt national security, you can hold it up. Power of the presidency, executive branch. David Will, Ashland, Ohio. Bill, I agree that Biden has done nothing to stop the illicit drugs from coming into the USA, but I don't care. Anyone who takes medication not prescribed by a doctor or buys drugs on the street, I have no empathy for them whatsoever. I'm kind of in your camp, except for one big issue, public safety. fentanyl every drug addict on the street knows it could kill you they don't care many of them

want to die they just want to die you wouldn't take a heroin packet or cocaine or methamphetamine when it could be laced with fentanyl you don't know push her doesn't care doesn't know I'd rather die. I don't care. I want to get high. If I die, I die. So I'm with you on that. And these people, what happens to them,

they're bringing it on. Yeah, they have a disease, but they acquired the disease. They're not innocent. But public safety? Because these people steal and they cause all kinds of social problems. You flood the country with this kind of stuff.

More crime, more disease. I mean, like AIDS and stuff like that's the thing. Tim McSherry, Manhattan Beach, California, you've stated Biden will not run. Do you still believe that?
