Monday, February 10th, 2025, stand up for your country. Well, in the chaos, is that the right word, of Super Bowl weekend, you might have missed my new column.
Starting point is 00:01:22 We posted a late Saturday night called Blitzkrieg. That's a military term about President Trump's executive. orders. Bill O'Reilly.com has it. You don't have to be a member. You just go there and read it. I think you'll like it. Then the message of the day is my post-Super Bowl analysis. Same thing. Bill O'Reilly.com. Just go there. There it is. And no strings a tat. So I hope you read them. Let me know what you think. Bill at bill o'Reilly.com. Bill o'Reilly.com. So the talking Point's memo is about President Trump with a very busy weekend. I mean, this guy, talk about the Energizer Bunny. So we enter week four of his administration today, right? And there is
Starting point is 00:02:09 a new CBS poll out. Poll is fairly simple. Approval ratings. So Donald Trump, three weeks after took office, 53% approval. Compare that to Biden, pretty much same time. timeframe four years ago, 57, Obama 66, George W. Bush, 57. All right. So Trump's holding his own because of all of those men, he has caused the most trouble. Is that the right word? You know, all these executive orders, more than 200 executive orders in three weeks. So like that, but he's still above water as far as public approval. I found this interesting in the poll. 70% those queried by CBS, and that was 2,175 adults. 70% say Trump's keeping his campaign promises.
Starting point is 00:03:07 59% approve of Trump's deportation operation. 66% said the administration has not focused enough on lowering prices, and the majority described Trump as tough, energetic, you know, on and on and on. And the price front, pretty hard in three weeks to drive down prices of anything. Now, I don't know whether the president will be able to do that or not, because once a business charges you something, it does not like to cut it. Now, gas is an exception to that because the gas floods the market, and, you know, the prices can fluctuate up and down fairly quickly, but a little harder.
Starting point is 00:03:52 So the restaurants have to make new menus, all of that. And they don't want to do that. And the grocery stores, grocery stores can, they have some room. But now we get the bird flu with the eggs, and it's always something, as Rosanne, Rosanna Dana once said. But all in all, Trump has done pretty well in perception. It's important. in perception the first three weeks because we don't know how all of this is going to play
Starting point is 00:04:26 out my job is to indicate it how it might and i will tonight now let's go to this super bowl where donald trump showed up the only president ever to attend well it was like he wasn't there you didn't see him because fox sports didn't want him and not only didn't Fox Sports won him and didn't want Taylor Swift either. Now, let me back that up. So the pregame festivities were five and a half hours long. If you sat through that without going insane, you are really a strong person. Five and a half hours of nothing, nothing.
Starting point is 00:05:12 Yet, Fox Sports. could only give an interview with Donald Trump seven minutes. Okay. Five and a half hours, seven minutes. Now when I interviewed Barack Obama, first time around live at the Super Bowl, 15 minutes. And I had a fight for it. Fox Boys is they don't want politics. They don't want it.
Starting point is 00:05:40 Okay? So I remember the brawl. I said, I'm not even doing it unless I get 15 minutes. And this wasn't a pre-Madonna. It's just that I had a good interview with Obama. And then I did another one. I got about 15. And then the Trump one was a little less.
Starting point is 00:05:54 I think it was 12 in 2017. But we had a fight for the time. But obviously, the interview with Trump this time around, it was like, but I couldn't believe it was so short in a five-and-a-half-hour window. here's what he said in that interview that made some news go yeah it is i think canada would be much better off being a 51st state because we lose 200 billion dollars a year with canada and i'm not going to let that happen it's too much why are we paying 200 billion dollars a year essentially in subsidy to canada now if they're a 51st state i don't mind doing it we have a
Starting point is 00:06:35 deficit with mexico of 350 billion i'm not going to do that i'm not going to let that happen Now, he's right, and this isn't a partisan analysis, but it's just the numbers. So Canada benefits tremendously from trade with the USA because it's not balanced. Mexico benefits more. Listen to this. So Mexico, Mexicans working in America legally and illegally, send back at least $65 billion to their family in Mexico. according to the central bank of Mexico. And then you add to that almost $200 billion trade deficit.
Starting point is 00:07:20 And you can see the dollars going into Mexico, but they're not coming back. And Trump is right, we're subsidizing those two countries. We have to even it out. You see, it's just math. Now, Canada, the 51st state, not going to happen. Sorry, Amiga people, sorry, there's no way on earth that happens, because there's no mechanism for it. So, are we going to invade Canada? Are we going to have U.S. troops, seize Ottawa?
Starting point is 00:08:01 No. Is the United Nations and every other country on earth going to be? going to recognize us? No. We would be an outlaw. We would be Putin. No, that's not going to happen. Now, it's conceivable that the Canadian people themselves might vote and say, yeah, we'd like to be part of the USA, but I don't think that's happening. I don't think the vote will even take place and is, what, 40 million Canadians? I don't think most of them want to be Americans because of the health care. So it's socialized medicine in Canada. Each Canadian, it's about $5,000 of free health care a year.
Starting point is 00:08:42 Yes, it's a mess. Yes, you've got to go to Tampa if you want a knee replacement. We all know that. But there's almost $200 billion spent on health care alone for the 40 million Canadians. USA is going to adopt that? No, we don't have socialized medicine here. And that's just one of a thousand cultural, differences. So there is not going to be, and I get a lot of mail from Canadians, I understand,
Starting point is 00:09:14 but don't worry about it. It's not happening. Here's what will happen. Better trade deals for the USA. It's going to happen, okay? Tougher border protections for Canada is going to be toughen it up. Will happen? I don't know to what extent, but it will. And finally, Finally, Canada will have to pay more to NATO for defense, which it should. So that's the endgame for Donald Trump. And that's the memo. All right. One more footnote. I love this. I'm doing to my family, because we're going to Burlington for the event of
Starting point is 00:09:58 liquidation candidating. We're going to now to find the best of the best in articles of liquidation, From Ropa to decoration of the home and much more.
Starting point is 00:10:07 With offers over offers, I can go back every day to be how much I'm going
Starting point is 00:10:13 to be able to because it's all because it's very cold to burlington Marks
Starting point is 00:10:18 Rebaugh Wow You set the table put on a playlist even made the lasagna
Starting point is 00:10:23 from scratch and now you're wearing it OxyClean Max Force spray tackles tough set in
Starting point is 00:10:28 stains the first time Adulting is hard fighting stain shouldn't be OxyClean Maxforce
Starting point is 00:10:33 It's not clean unless it's oxyclean about uh trump and taylor swift at the big game so face time camera time donald trump got 19 seconds in addition to the interview i mean this is just cutaway shots in the pre and during the game 19 seconds how much you think taylor swift got come on take a guess 17 seconds trump got two seconds well that's nothing commentators didn't say anything It's obvious Fox Sports that we don't want any of this. Okay, it's their ball game, pardon a pun. The game was terrible.
Starting point is 00:11:23 And I felt bad for Patrick Mahomes because you can't throw the ball with giant men hitting you in the head after three and a half seconds. Now, why Andy Reid didn't have Mahomes roll out and throw quick? I don't know. In the second half, they started it, but come on, Andy, you could see it. It wasn't going to get any better. I'm sorry for the inside sports stuff, but I felt sorry for Patrick Mahomes. He's a great quarterback. Didn't deserve what happened to him.
Starting point is 00:11:56 All right, enough for the Super Bowl. Let's go on to the tariffs. So today, Donald Trump announced 25% tariffs on aluminum and steel. All right, I'm going to break this down, so even I understand it. We buy steel and aluminum from Canada, number one, Mexico, number two, the United Arab Emirates. I did not know that. Number three, and Brazil, number four. Okay, they send their aluminum and steel here, but they don't take U.S. aluminum and steel there.
Starting point is 00:12:39 So Trump says, okay, you pay us 25% of the perceived value of your product, which we make anyway. They're not going to say it. We're going to make the value until you start taking our stuff. That's it. That's it. Okay. Federal judge blocks Elon Musk. Now, Elon Musk has replaced Trump, I think, is the most vilified individual in the country.
Starting point is 00:13:06 That won't last long. Trump will get back pretty soon. So, as you all know, Elon Musk in charge of efficiency, making sure that tax dollars are spent responsibly. So he's going into all the departments, and he's going into the Treasury Department. but there's personal data in some of the Treasury Department files. And I don't know, left, I guess, left doesn't want a must see in it. So they filed suit. And a judge said, okay, pause it.
Starting point is 00:13:40 And the judge is a liberal guy. Okay, Paul Engelmeyer, Southern District of New York. They cherry picked him. The left cherry picked him. filed suit, Southern District of New York, okay, and the judge is appointed by Barack Obama. And you said, okay, we're going to hold it up. Now, there'll be a hearing by another federal judge. In the end, there'll be a compromise. But here's the interesting thing. Must do a pretty good job. If you weren't, there wouldn't be these lawsuits. Because the left wants uncontrolled spending.
Starting point is 00:14:16 Why? Because most of the spending helps progressive causes. Very simple. They don't want audits. They don't want you, me to know where the tax money is going because it benefits progressive causes. And Musk is going in with a big sledgehammer to stop it. That's what it's all about. Okay. We all understand that now? We've got to break this down or you'll never understand any of it. So let's go back to US AID. This is a corrupt agency and Trump has said, we're closing it. So he's fired almost everybody. Okay. And it's what? A lot of money in there. So Trump has placed 2,200 workers on furlough and a judge blocked that. But he's not going to get that because the agency is corrupt. And you know it. You know all the stuff they've been.
Starting point is 00:15:14 and wasting money on. And Trump says, no, we're not going to do this, OK? And it's what, about almost $500 million dollars going out at USAID. That's a lot of money. So I'm very sympathetic to this. Very sympathetic to Musk. I don't know Musk.
Starting point is 00:15:35 I don't, I don't. But I'm sympathetic. I want these agencies to be held accountable. Is that reasonable to you? Bill O'Reilly here, I recently. I recently sat down with President Trump in Florida, and I can tell you, he is laser focused on helping Americans prosper during a second term.
Starting point is 00:15:53 That's why I have joined forces with Alexander Green, chief investment strategists at the Oxford Club, for a special presentation called The Rebirth of the American Dream. In this groundbreaking event, you will discover why Donald Trump's policies could trigger an economic boom, how the AI revolution could help create more millions, millionaires than at any other time in history. Details on six specific stocks that could soar during Trump's presidency, and most importantly, how you can achieve the American dream.
Starting point is 00:16:27 Now, I followed Alex's work from more than 20 years, and he spotted some of the best-performing stocks of our time. So please don't miss this opportunity. Visit trumps's American dream.com. Trump's American dream.com. joining us now from bedford virginia is sandra adam she is the author of book government servant or master exposing america's runaway bureaucracy and abuse of its citizens okay that book just came out brand new book and if you're really interested in this you need to get it now mizam's a very interesting background she is a nurse for 30 years but then went into government and worked a for Congressman Bob Good of Virginia as a district director.
Starting point is 00:17:17 So she's in there, I think, four years, Ms. Adam. Is that correct? Did you work for a room? Yes, sir. So you went from nursing into government. That's pretty interesting. Now, when you went into government, I mean, you're working for a Republican,
Starting point is 00:17:32 but did you have any preconceived notions of the Washington, D.C. bureaucracy? I had some preconceived notions, but I was not to the scale that I found out once I got in government. To be honest with you, I lived overseas in Ukraine for eight years and experienced the kind of government control that was shocking to me as an American. And when we came back in 2000, I began to promote conservative, constitutional people to get into office. That's really kind of where I got involved in politics, but very minimally. When I came four years ago, into this office and started helping the people of our district,
Starting point is 00:18:14 I began to realize we were fighting a tyrannical government. It was just unbelievable to me how much control the federal agencies had. And on a daily basis, we would be dealing with anywhere from 50 to 90 agencies. And so it's not just the USAID that is corrupt. There are many other agencies. I would say almost there's some corruption in every agency. And so I got really upset, and I started doing my own research saying, how in the world did they get this much power over us?
Starting point is 00:18:44 And, of course, it led me to the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence and why we fled and where did they get their permission? And I found out that it was in 1946 that Congress passed the Administration Procedures Act that gave them that started this ball rolling. And it's been like a snowball effect from that time to today. And I do share about that in my book in Chapter 4, I mean, chapter three, when I talk about how we got from 1776 to 2024. Okay.
Starting point is 00:19:11 It's not a, yeah. When you use the word corruption, what are we talking about here? What's corruption? Corruption is, for example, I'll give you an example. There was a gentleman, one of my first cases, he got received a letter from the Department of Labor that told him that he owed $48,000 and he had 30 days to pay it. And he said, they said in the letter that we know that you could not possibly even know about the mistake that was made, but the law says it has to be paid back and you're the one, you're it. You're going to pay it. Well, he tried for two weeks on his own to appeal to the number and the phone number and the email. And then they would, nobody responded. So he got a lawyer. Nobody responded them. But on the 31st day, they said, hey, we didn't hear from you. You didn't appeal. You have 30 days to pay. And penalties and interest are in place. That was just one of many cases.
Starting point is 00:20:05 What happened to that guy? Did he finally get justice or no? No, he did not. I did. We were, two appeals were failed. We got involved and contacted the Department of Labor. And then when those two appeals failed, I finally called and said, I want to talk to somebody in charge.
Starting point is 00:20:22 And she talked to me and said, Sandy, it's just the law. It's the law. I said, it's the law that he has to pay for a mistake your agency made. And it was in the middle of COVID. guy was going, his wife had passed away. Okay, but what happened to the guy? What happened? Well, the penalties and interest kicked in. I finally talked her into cutting 15,000 from that, you know, because they have the ability to do that from this act that was passed. All right? So, you got him back some money and he had to pay some money, right? Yes, but by the time the penalties
Starting point is 00:20:50 and interest had been taken place, I talked to him a few weeks ago, and he said that he is now $800 is being taken from his Social Security account every month, and he owes $50. thousand dollars yeah now my as you as you just heard i believe that the democratic party and the liberal movement liberal progressive movement wants this kind of chaos they don't want accountability for the tax dollars where the tax dollars go because most americans don't know where they go how could they possibly know they can't it's too much money all right because it most of it goes to progressive causes. So why wouldn't the Democrats and liberals
Starting point is 00:21:34 want the chaos to continue? Am I wrong there? The best coast just got better. Introducing Quantum of the Seas sailing from L.A. this fall. Conquer next level thrills on the boldest ship in the West, like flow rider surf sessions, bumper cars, and soaring 300 feet above sea level on the North Star. Starting point is 00:22:38 No, I believe you're correct. All right. Let's stop. Stop. All right. So that's the motivation. So the Democratic Party wants this out-of-control spending because it benefits them. It benefits their programs with their vision all over the world. There doesn't seem to be any kind of. a counter. Now, I know each agency has an inspector general. You know that. And that person is supposed to be responsible for seeing that our tax dollars are spent responsibly. Is that
Starting point is 00:23:16 happening? No, it is not happening. And unfortunately, even the Republicans, while we have a lot of good, you know, members of Congress that are Republican, and even Democrats, probably there are a few. But they are not holding any of these agencies accountable. And the agencies are so vast now. When I did my research, I found 473 plus all of their subcommittees, their sub-agencies, and their boards. And Congress cannot possibly oversee these thousands of entities. They can't. So the departments have gotten so crazy that nobody knows where the money is going.
Starting point is 00:23:55 and a few bureaucrats in positions of power inside those agencies, just funnel it out. Now, Trump says that he's going to go after Department of Education, you're going to find unbelievable amounts of waste there, unbelievable. And the Department of Defense, which is probably the biggest one. Now, the Department of Education is liberal. But Department of Defense usually hasn't been, historically speaking. What do you think about those two agencies? Well, I think those two agencies have also been subject to these social agendas and so of the left and have been taken hostage by that.
Starting point is 00:24:33 And I think the government has taken a lot more control where the states should have been involved in the education. And as far as the Department of Defense is, these contractors, you know, while a lot of people have great jobs with them, these contracting positions, I could tell you stories that would curl your hair. No, listen, I understand. So I think that Trump is doing the right thing. Last question. Is a polarizing guy like Elon Moss, the right crusader? Well, I think you're going to have to have somebody bold. Just like in 1776, our founders were bold.
Starting point is 00:25:11 They went up against the largest power. And I believe it's going to take someone like Trump, who is not afraid. He has nothing to lose. He's not getting a penny from our government. He has lost so much as far as being fought against. Elon Musk. You have to have somebody who's smart enough to get to the bottom of it. And I spoke to somebody this week who is actually working with Doge. And there were some young men who come in there. They're coders. They know how to find and follow the dollar and follow the trail. All right. We need it. This is really out of control. So the book is government servant or Master by Sandra Adams. And we appreciate it, Ms. Adams. Very nice of you to help us out today. Thank you. Go to government servant or master.com. Thank you. All right, South Africa. So as you may know, Elon Musk, it was born in Praetoria, South Africa, became a naturalized U.S. citizen 2002. So South Africa is now doing something heinous.
Starting point is 00:26:13 And the United States gives that country a lot of money. All right. I have the stat, but I don't have it with me. How is that possible to have the staff? Because he came in at the last juncture. Can you tell me in my ear, I'm talking to my producer now, how much money we give them a year? Okay, $400, $440 million a year. The United States gives South Africa. Okay, and we don't even get a safari out of it.
Starting point is 00:26:47 If you want to go, you have to pay. What is South Africa doing? It's seizing land from whites and giving it to blacks. Here is the new law just signed two weeks ago in South Africa. Quote, to provide for the expropriation of property for a public purpose or in the public interest, to regulate the procedure for the expropriation of property for a public purpose or in the public interest, including payment of compensation to identify certain instances where the provision of nil compensation, that means nothing, may be just inequitable for expropriation in the public
Starting point is 00:27:24 interest, that means we can take your land, your farm, your house, we the government, in praetoria South Africa, and give it to whoever we want. It's communism. So, Musk, he didn't like that. But why are we given $450 million of South Africa? For what? Migrant update. We haven't gotten an update today. I was surprised. So between January 20th, February 3rd, according to the Newsweek, that 6,000 people were deported to 121 countries. That costs us a fortune.
Starting point is 00:28:06 But we don't know the last week how that is playing out. We do know that the intrusions across the border are down 90% from the last. few weeks of Biden. There you go. Hello. Finally, I got a letter about some undocumented migrant who married an American and believes that he is going to become American citizen because of the marriage. No. Nope. Doesn't happen. Now, you can, it's easier to get a green card to work, but you're not going to automatically be a citizen. smart life so all the surveys say that most Americans are living paycheck to paycheck which means they don't have any savings I believe it but the spending is at a
Starting point is 00:29:03 record level here this Christmas holiday okay a trillion dollars spent by Americans oh trillion okay and it was like four percent more than the last year This is according to the Kearney Consumer Institute. Traxas kind of stuff. So everybody's spending. When I go to these restaurants, when I was in Palm Beach last week, I'm sorry, Palm Beach. The restaurants are insane. $31 for cheeseburger.
Starting point is 00:29:40 $31. I think they gave you fries, but I'm not sure. Pack. Pack. Oh, yeah, $31, so I'll take five. Are you ready to dairy-free your mind? This summer, melt away your dairy-free expectations with so-delicious dairy-free frozen desserts.

Starting point is 00:31:19 they say, oh, you should have six months reserve in case something bad happens. You should have six years. Not six months. You've got to sacrifice your own pleasures to build up security for yourself and your family. You have to. Because you're going to get crushed. Something bad is going to happen. And with all of these insurance, oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:31:49 Have you looked at your insurance rates on home and car health? That's out of control. I want Trump to get into that. I don't know how he's going to do it. Because the United States government doesn't run that. We don't have socialized medicine here. But you're getting killed. So when he's going out and out and out,
Starting point is 00:32:11 and then you're running out to restaurants and paying $31 for cheeseburger. Smart life. Be disciplined, be tough on the spending. All right, back to the Super Bowl. $8 million, these companies spend on a 30-second spot. $8 million. $30 seconds. Okay, here is the worst Super Bowl ad.
Starting point is 00:32:38 Go. Do it remain my power, my pleasure, my strength. Well, this is the weirdest thing I've ever seen. Mountain Dew, Baja Blast, a blast of tropical line. Good looking seal. None of this makes sense. Yeah, okay. Now, I understand why Seale did it.
Starting point is 00:33:02 Was it jazz some record sales? Okay. But come on. Ah, my name. This day in history, February 10th, 1967. Now, remember the date. Feb 10, 16. Finally, after all those years, Congress passed a secession law for the United States federal government.
Starting point is 00:33:31 So if a president goes down, here is the secession list. Vice President takes over. Speaker of the House is third. President pro tem of the Senate. Then the Secretary of State, fifth Secretary of Treasury, six Secretary of Defense, seven attorney general. That's how it goes, okay, because I get a lot of mail on confusion on that. All right, so we got a good, you know, I always say this, but we get thousands of letters here. And I'm very careful about selecting the letters. I don't want to waste your time.
Starting point is 00:34:08 And the letters are usually things that interest me, informational letters. I don't use a lot ideological letters. I get a lot of, you know, hey, how are you going to, how are we? It's always we're going to elect J.D. Vance president. I don't care. If J.D. Vance wants to be president in 2008, then he's got to work it out, right? Trump does well. He'll get the nomination, I think, but it's not my job to engineer J.D. Vance into the White House. But I get that kind a mail. Back in a moment. Okay, final thought of the day. We live in confusing times. And the reason is the bad people, and we got plenty of them here in the USA. I mean, that's why I wrote Confronting the Evil. I'm showing you the top of the chart there. No politics in a book,
Starting point is 00:35:01 by the way. I'm showing you the top of the chart of the bad people. But we have lots of bad people in America. And they advance their own cause by creating confusion. That's how you advance it. People don't know what to think. Because they hear this, they hear that. Now I'm in business for one reason only, not money, a guy got enough money, all right, is to cut through that confusion and to tell you the truth based upon facts. So you can fact check me. Now if you are a concierish member to Bill O'Reilly.com, you can get a transcript of every single thing I say. That's a big, if you're really interested, you know, if you're really interested in your country, in the world.
Starting point is 00:35:46 And premium membership is one low. Below that, you get lots of perks there as well. But what I'm finding is that people who are casual viewers of the No Spin News and listening on our 300 radio stations, they are very, very confused about what is true, what isn't true. Because, and President Trump's a good example, when he does something, many times he does not explain it in a micro way like I do. So tonight we went over tariffs, we went over South Africa, we went over how corrupt the agencies
Starting point is 00:36:26 are and why they got there. Trump doesn't do that. He just throws the grenade out there. Now, when you are nonspecific about what you're doing, your enemies then can take it out of context, it's a ethnic cleansing, dictator, Hitler, and when they do, they do it all day long, you've heard it. But what you, as an American citizen who loves Himmer Heard's country, you want truthful information.
Starting point is 00:36:54 That's what we give you. You know, when I see the premium membership, we are surging in that. But there's always a column about people who, we have an 85% retention rate. So 85% of our premium and concerted members are real. But I'm always going on 15, unless you're dead or in a coma, why would you want to be out there on your own without us helping you? I just don't know. Anyway, we appreciate you watching and listening to the no-spin news,
Starting point is 00:37:29 and we'll see you tomorrow.
