Starting point is 00:01:03 Lots going on. This is quite a week. President Trump has appealed to the Supreme Court to stop the hush money sentencing in New York City, said for Friday. So the court's going to hear it. New York City authorities have until 10 a.m. tomorrow to respond. And obviously, the ruling from the court has got to be handed down before Friday. So what you have here is states' rights, okay, versus interference with the federal government. You know the three liberal justices is going to say, no, the court can't interfere with the states.
Starting point is 00:01:45 But the other six are going to go hold it. President says that states can't interfere with the federal government. and there is a transition going on. So I'm going to come down and say that this sentencing will be delayed. That's my prediction. Could be wrong as always. And I don't have any more to tell you about it, but that's where we are, and we will obviously watch it closely. Talking Boys memo is about Mexico versus USA, and this is a very fascinating story.
Starting point is 00:02:18 So Mexico is America's enemy. I don't care what they tell you. When you have a country run by drug cartels who are smuggling fentanyl and heroin and everything else in here, killing hundreds of thousands of citizens, they're the enemy. And the government in Mexico City can't control the cartels. Simple as that. I'm not even getting into the 14 million undocumented aliens that most of whom have come through the southern border. Mexico City won't stop that.
Starting point is 00:02:49 Under Biden, this whole thing got out of control. Everybody knows what I just said is true. All right. So Trump comes in and says, look, you're going to stop all of this nonsense or we're going to slap a 25% tariff on all Mexican goods coming into the USA, which would crush the Mexican economy. Put them out of business. All right. So what do they do now? What does Mexico do?
Starting point is 00:03:14 It's the new president, Sheila Scheinbaum. All right. and she's a socialist, doesn't like Trump at all, been very sympathetic, President Scheinbaum to migrants, built some facilities for them, lets them come marching up from Guatemala any time they want. But that's just changed, almost within hours. And it's very underreported.
Starting point is 00:03:41 Liberal president doesn't want to report it. So now the Mexican government has changed its policy has adopted the practice of dispersion and exhaustion. This is unbelievable. The authorities say they're going to let migrants who violate their border in the south, that's Guatemala, exhaust themselves, and then they're going to scoop them up and put them someplace, but they're not going to let them go to Texas and Arizona and New Mexico. So the first group of these migrants got dumped in Acapulco, which used to be the premier resort in Mexico, but it's now a dangerous cartel-run city.
Starting point is 00:04:19 They dumped the migrants there. Now, all it is is because Trump's coming in. Again, Biden never explained the open border, never explain anything about it. Obedoer the president at the time, allowed the cartels or run while to do whatever they want to do. Smuggle drugs in here, smuggle people in here. It's fine. Obedoer, no problem with me. And Biden, no problem with me either.
Starting point is 00:04:44 And Trump won the election largely because, of this. He knows it. Roll the tape. And when I took it over, it was a mess. Nothing like it is now. This is ten times worse. I got elected because of the border the first time. And I think I got elected largely because of the border the third time. So even though he is not president until January 20th, the Mexican policy has already changed just because of the threat of the tariff. Isn't that amazing? Biden could have done that like, rain, boom, and saved hundreds of thousands of lives. But President Biden does not care. Doesn't. And that's a memo. So the House yesterday passed the Lake and Riley Act, Lake and Riley, the young woman,
Starting point is 00:05:39 a University of Georgia student who was murdered by a criminal alien. The act was HR 29. It passed 264 to 159. 159 Democrats voted against them. Incredible. 48 Democrats crossed over, but were Republicans. So what does it say? It basically says that the Department of Homeland Security can detain non-U.S.
Starting point is 00:06:07 nationals have been arrested, not convicted, arrested, for burglary, theft, larceny, or shoplifting. Okay? Also allows the states to sue the federal government if the individual states like California do not obey immigration law. Okay, that's, I'm simplifying, and you can get it off the screen. So it passed in a house. But I remember, 159 Democrats and outvoted against the law. Now, there is a constitutional problem with due process because you don't have to be convicted
Starting point is 00:06:42 to be handed over to ICE and detained just have to be arrested. I got it. I'm still voting for Lake and Riley law. In the Senate, where it goes now, is going to be another brawl. Now, I think it's going to pass the Senate because the people voting against it really putting their political careers at risk. America's a furious and fed up. Okay, and then Trump will. sign it. Now, Lake and Riley law gives Homeland Security Tom Holman a big advantage to take
Starting point is 00:07:14 criminal aliens off the street because they can detain them. They can put them in detention centers for an unlimited amount of time and then deport them or do whatever they want to do with them. That's huge. But it's not what I did, Kate's law, on the O'Reilly Factor. Kate's law says, and I'm working it now very hard behind the scenes, and I'll have some information for you. Case law says if you are convicted of a crime and you're a foreign national and deported and you come back 10 years mandatory prison sentence
Starting point is 00:07:54 just for coming back, case law, need that with Lake and Riley law. All right, let's go to the fires. You're out of control. I was there a week ago in the same area these fires are. Pacific Palisades are spreading all over the place. Trump is blaming Newsom, saying that California doesn't clear the brush. I think that's an oversimplification, but certainly California is not done nearly enough
Starting point is 00:08:21 to protect its citizenry against natural disasters. We'll have a full report on that tomorrow. Now, this fire, there are actually four fires, and they're all over the place. and it's going to be billions of dollars of damage. Two dead already, probably more. Firefighters put in their lives at risk. President Biden's out there. I told you yesterday, this is a boondoggle.
Starting point is 00:08:47 He flies out there with Jill on Air Force One. That's millions of dollars right there. To give Native Americans some monuments. He can't do that because the winds are so high. And then the fires break out after he lands, so he's staying to buoy the fire department. Okay, but you never should have gone in the first place because this is a total waste of money. All right, this is tax very.
Starting point is 00:09:09 I don't Biden cares. He doesn't. All right, so we are following the fire situation, but there's zero under control now. And it's an incredible amount of damage because this is a very populated area in Los Angeles. And I'm saying to myself, boy, I was right there just seven days ago. Everything was calm. Let's see what else. This really makes me angry.
Starting point is 00:09:40 And I told Hannity about it today on the radio show. We have that posted on Bill O'Reilly.com. Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver. This episode is brought to you by San Pellegrino-Chao, a new kind of flavor sparkling water. the kind made with real fruit juice, a pinch of Sicilian salt, and the sparkle of the Italian sun. With no added sugar and just 10 or less calories per can, enjoy with love from Italy.
Starting point is 00:11:15 By San Pellegrino Chau now. Joe Biden, tomorrow, I don't know how he's going to do this, go to Italy to visit with President Maloney, minister maloney and the pope why why you're out of here that's going to cost 10 million dollars air force one is 200 thousand dollars an hour to operate it you got to bring secret service he's got you know motor care 10 million dollar trip easy easy why go after you're office on your own dime. Even worse, Kamala Harris going around the world. She leaves January 13th. And she's going to Singapore, Bahrain, Germany. For what? For what? That's going to cost double what the Biden trips costing. The grifters, that's what they're grifters. That's what
Starting point is 00:12:30 they are. This is taxpayer money. Oh, it makes me so angry. Everybody else is, oh, okay. Let's go to a very underreported story that's a little frightening, I guess, China, where we can't get any information. Of course, they got a new virus there called HMPV. And it's, and it's It's the word that this report is using is surging. Now, I don't know because Beijing doesn't let free press operate there. But remember, COVID came out of Wuhan, we all know. So now there's another virus over there. What is that?
Starting point is 00:13:19 It says that most cases are a mild, but young children and adults over 65 with weakened immune systems, you know, could be very adversely impacted. Cough fever, nasal condition, shortness, and breath. This is all HMPV. And you get it by just being in proximity to a person who has it, just like COVID. Identical. But not as bad as COVID. So they say. This is coming from the World Health Organization, which nobody believes.
Starting point is 00:13:49 So I don't know. I'm just reporting. Anyway, I asked my staff to review the COVID stats. 11% of U.S. children have the new VACs, 21% of adults have it, 44% of adults over 65. This is the new vaccine. I don't have that. I got the old vaccine. I think I got four of them, but I didn't get the new one.
Starting point is 00:14:14 But when I want to know what's going on, so let's bring in Dr. Daniel Hoff. He's an MD, a PhD, director of the St. Louis University Center for Vaccine Development. So what's going on in China, you know? Well, what we know is that they've identified increasing cases of human metadumovirus this season, but it is coincident with the beginning and ongoing respiratory season in the northern hemispheres. So this happens every year that we do have flu-like illnesses increasing caused by, multiple different types of viruses and HMPV is one of them. Influenza and R.R. Why is it always China where these things are breaking out?
Starting point is 00:15:06 Is there a reason that China's ground zero? We don't really have any evidence at this point that there's a significant outbreak just since yesterday when you had asked me to be in this interview. Right. There's newer information indicating that it looks like the rates of HMPV have increased, but similar to what they normally do during the respiratory season. Okay. So we shouldn't be worried here? I shouldn't be getting my mask out of the mothballs. Is there any...
Starting point is 00:15:42 I don't think so. Not at this point. Not for HMPV anyway. Certainly whenever there's a patient in a hospital with an infectious disease, and they're very sick, it's standard around the world, to take precautionary measures, such as using masks and isolating the individual patients. Okay, so no worries now, but keep an eye on it, right? That's the advice. That's always true.
Starting point is 00:16:14 We always have to be vigilant for new outbreaks. Now, one of my writers got COVID over Christmas, and his whole family got it. But it's not as bad as the COVID that we had a few years ago. Is that where we are? Yes, that's predominantly related to the fact that so many people have been vaccinated and or infected. And particularly, the combination has led to very strong immunity
Starting point is 00:16:40 against the earlier strains of the virus. But the COVID-19 virus is continuing to circulate. and it's continuing to mutate. And so the vaccines that we had before aren't going to work as well as new ones that are a better match for the new viruses. Did you get the new virus vaccine? I did.
Starting point is 00:17:04 At the same time as my flu vaccine this year. All right. So it's worth considering then, in your opinion? Definitely, especially in people that have higher risks of disease. such as compromise immune systems or just getting older and age the very young age spectrum you and I don't have to worry about that aging thing because maybe you don't last question for you so Robert Kennedy Jr. is an anti-backed sky you know what he said in the past he's going to go in
Starting point is 00:17:38 front of the Senate try to convince them to confirm him as head of the health department here in United States. Would you vote for him if you were a senator? I probably would not, but my thinking about him is that he's certainly an unconventional candidate to lead a complicated organization like HHS, but I will work with whoever the new leaders are to do the best that I possibly can to continue to protect the U.S. public from infectious threats all right but you don't have any problems with the vaccine generally speaking correct uh with i'm sorry what vaccine you're talking about now covid vaccine oh um i don't have any problems with it no and i've got and he does so there would be a
Starting point is 00:18:36 well that is what does concern me the fact that there's talk of reducing funding for infectious diseases and vaccine development work, because what I worry about is that with decreased funding, we won't be as ready for the next pandemic. Yeah, you've got to stay. There are more coming. Okay. Dallad, doctor, thank you very much. We appreciate it.
Starting point is 00:19:02 Stay strong. And if anything happens on a China thing, we'll check back in with you. Okay. Thank you very much. Media Madness. So after President Trump gave his press conference yesterday, to ask my staff, look, monetary action, said, does any change from CNN, MSNBC, the network news?
Starting point is 00:19:24 No change. Headline. Trump doesn't rule out using military force against Panama. Okay. And we explained this yesterday. I'll explain it again. In every negotiation he's ever done. And if you, I chronicle it in the United States of Trump.
Starting point is 00:19:48 He opens with a hand grenade, boom, to try to throw the other side off. And he says outrageous stuff, like Canada's going to be the 51st state, whatever it may be. Okay. That's just a negotiating ploy. That's not your lead. If you look at the four years that Donald Trump was in Oval Office, he didn't start any military action. He wiped out ISIS because he had to, but he wasn't invading anywhere,
Starting point is 00:20:20 doing anything. All of this is hyperbola. That's what he does. You may not like it. You may have voted against him because he does it, but he's not going to change. He'll get a deal in Canada, probably in Greenland, and I know he'll get a deal in Panama to lower the cost. and to get those Chinese people out of there. I'm not going to invade anywhere, but not the pro. Oh, no, oh, they're not going to put a thought. Oh, God. All right, two sound bites from CNN.
Starting point is 00:20:55 CNN's ratings are so low, historically low. Okay? I don't know how much longer they can function. Nobody watches them. So I said, you know, maybe they'll moderate a little. One of their main anchors is Caitlin Collins. also the chief White House correspondent. This is what she said. Go. But I do want to say one of the biggest things that stood out to me from that press conference, from moments when Trump got out there
Starting point is 00:21:20 before even started taking questions, is the level of anger. He's really agitated. Well, we know why. He made it quite clear a few moments in. It's two things. It's his legal issues overall. But it's, it's the sentencing that he is facing on Friday that so far is still Judge Marchan has denied efforts to delay it. Now, I watched that press conference. He didn't seem angry to me. And if I'm wrong, if you thought he was angry, Bill at Bill O'Reilly.com, name and town. Bill at Bill O'Reilly.com.
Starting point is 00:21:50 Very simple. I didn't see him as I saw he was annoyed as any human being would be. All right, but angry? I thought he was very polite to the reporters, and he was very deliberate in the way he spoke. I don't see any anger. But I could be wrong. Maybe I wasn't watching it closely enough. So set me straight. Second sound bite I'm going to play with CNN is their chief national correspondent. I'm
Starting point is 00:22:22 named John King, who hates Trump. And he's not going to stop hating Trump. The best coast just got better. Introducing Quantum of the Seas sailing from L.A. this fall. I'm doing to my family, because we're going to Burlington for the event of liquidation
Starting point is 00:23:02 candidacy. We're going to now right now to find the best of the best in articles of liquidation, From, from to decoration of the home and much more with offers
Starting point is 00:23:11 over offers. I can go back every day to be how I'm going to ask for the
Starting point is 00:23:17 liquidation because it's very calient for pervers burlington Marks Rebaugh
Starting point is 00:23:22 wow but there are a lot of lies in there that was a trailer that was an hour long trailer for the next
Starting point is 00:23:30 four years in that he tells a lot of lies he hedges he exaggerates and hypes a lot of things
Starting point is 00:23:36 but he also made a of news there. You're right about the idea that it's posturing, but the idea that he couldn't rule out using either economic leverage or military force to take Greenland and the Panama Canal. He says he's going to rename the Gulf of Mexico, the Gulf of America. Canada, our closest friend in the world, our neighbor to the north, a giant economic partner, is in the middle of a political crisis right now, and he just poured kerosene. The lies thing is, you know, you're going to continue to hear that.
Starting point is 00:24:07 So, King, look, he's entitled to his opinion. They're paying him for that analysis, making a good buck, but he's totally off it, all right? So Trump sends Don Jr. to Greenland. I think Greenland basically said, look, whatever deal you want, Mr. President, we'll give it to you if you take Don Jr. home, okay. I mean, come on. We're going to spend forces to Greenland. And these people should know better.
Starting point is 00:24:41 Maybe they don't. Maybe they're just dumb as a stump. Maybe I doubt it. I've talked to Ms. Collins. She's very smart for a young woman. I don't know King. But it's absurd. And no matter how low the ratings go,
Starting point is 00:25:01 it's not going to change. I don't think they should be fawning over Trump, but just put stuff into perspective. Washington Post laying off 4% of its workforces comes on the heels of other layoffs. They lost $77 million in 2024. Bezo's going to sell a paper. It's done. Washington Post, wow, big, big time. Finished.
Starting point is 00:25:28 They went far left. Can't do that. Even in D.C. Smart life. So do you want to live long? I don't really care myself. I don't want to be a burden to anybody. I don't.
Starting point is 00:25:49 And if I get to a position where I have a debilitating disease, I'm not going to go to Holland and pull a plug. That goes against my religion. But I don't want to be lingering around. I'm not going to have tubes, and I'm going to say, look, if I'm done, I'm done. And I'm okay with that. As I wrote today, yesterday, the message today I'm in a year of business, 50 years, accomplished a lot in my life. Very lucky.
Starting point is 00:26:18 If I'm going, I'm going. That's just the way it is. It's the Bible says it's a time for every season. Okay? Time to be born, time to die. But a lot of people are very frightened of dying. Most of them I've found in my personal experience of secularists. who don't believe in anything, and they don't know, and they're scared.
Starting point is 00:26:35 I'm not scared. All right, I'm not. I think I can, if there is a judgment day, I think I'll have more positives than negatives. But anyway, be that as it may. Here are the five states where you live the longest. First, Hawaii, and it's, Hawaii is so beautiful and so relaxing. 97% of residents Hawaii have health insurance. Progressive state, very liberal state, highest 80 years, life expectancy.
Starting point is 00:27:07 Massachusetts also 80 years, they are very healthy state and very good doctors, very good medical staffs all across the commonwealth. Connecticut, 79, happy state, right, the seventh happiest state, 94% of people in Connecticut have health insurance. New York, 79 years. All right. 5% of residents lack health care coverage. I mean, 95%.
Starting point is 00:27:36 So these big liberal states, they give health care. All right, and that's why you live longer. Here are the least states. Mississippi, 71. Wow, that's nine years off your life than if you lived in Hawaii. 10% uninsured in Mississippi, 70%. 17% of adults smoke. That's right there.
Starting point is 00:28:03 West Virginia, 71. 21% of West Virginia smoke. Okay? Alabama, 72. I'm going a wrong way here. No, no, I'm going the right way. 72. 16% smoke, 9% uninsured.
Starting point is 00:28:21 Louisiana, 72, 70% smoke. People can't go to sleep in Louisiana for some reason. reason. Kentucky is number five, 17% smoke there, and 25% of all Kentuckians are depressed. Pretty state, but there you go. That's a smart life, this day in history. So we go to January 8th, 1815. Fascinating story. War of 1812 is over. They signed a treaty in Europe. All right, the Madison government in USA and the British Crown, signed a treaty. It's over. But nobody knows it's over because there's no media.
Starting point is 00:29:08 They don't know. They just signed it. And so, the British Navy wants to capture New Orleans and control the Mississippi River. Remember, in 1815, all the lands west of the Mississippi were not part of the United States. Okay, they were not states. and it was a huge territory, and Great Britain wanted it. So did France. Spain was on the rocks, but Europeans wanted that territory.
Starting point is 00:29:37 So the British Navy is going to New Orleans, and the Madison government sends Andrew Jackson down there. Jackson had become the premier fighter by defeating the Creek Indians in Florida. If you want to know about Jackson, the Indians, you eat killing crazy horse. Okay, so Jackson goes down to New Orleans, and he doesn't really have an army as a militia, and he's got guys who like them that they go down from Tennessee with him, and then he's got Native Americans who don't want the British in there, and he's got some French. Remember, New Orleans was settled by the French first.
Starting point is 00:30:20 French hate the British. He's got this rag-tag team, all right? And so he's got 4,000 guys, and then he makes a deal with the pirate Jean Lafitte. This is so fascinating. Jean Lafitte was his brigand who ran around the Caribbean, mostly attacking British vessels and plundering. That's what pirates do. So he got Lafitte in his ships, and he got the 4,000 guys, and he goes about 12 miles south
Starting point is 00:30:50 of the Big Easy. and he sets up fortifications. Jackson does, because that's where the British have to land. They can't land in New Orleans. If you've ever been there, there's no landing point. Got to land on land, and it was 12 miles outside of town. I went down there only because I'm so fascinated by this,
Starting point is 00:31:12 because the state of Louisiana, under Governor Landry, really has a good display. and it's identical to what Jackson did. Jackson put hay, all right, big thick bells. And all of the army, his forces, were behind the hay. And then when the British ships land and the troops got off and the redcoats marching with their fixed bayonets, it's mowed them down.
Starting point is 00:31:40 Listen to this stat. The Americans under Jackson suffered 71 casualties. The British 2000 I just mailchimp my marketing You mailchimped your what? I mailedchimped my marketing with AI To create an effective marketing campaign in minutes

So the British got back on their boat and sailed away. Jackson became the biggest hero by far in the country. Madison blew it because Madison never should have gotten involved with the war of 1812, as I tell you, in confronting the presidents. And that led to Andrew Jackson becoming president. So that battle was fought 210 years ago today. How about that? I think that's a pretty interesting historical situation.
Starting point is 00:33:16 Okay, final thought about Jimmy Carter in a moment. Okay, final thought of the day tomorrow, President Carter will be buried in Washington in a worldwide exposition that is very positive for the USA. You'll see all the living presidents together. I hope a brawl doesn't break out. Biden's got to be back. He's given a eulogy. And then he's getting on a plane, as I said, to go to Italy for a vacation that we're paying for. Carter would never have done that.
Starting point is 00:33:44 And Carter wasn't a grifter. And yes, I am calling Joe Biden a grifter. Just to be clear, I think the man's a grifter. Anyway, Carter was an honest man. Wasn't venal. He was not the nicest guy in the world. Everybody go, oh, Jimmy Carter is a nice and big smile. Nope, little testy.
Starting point is 00:34:09 I write about him in a very fair way in confronting the presidents. It's terrible president, at least. But it wasn't because he was dishonest or he just didn't have the knowledge to run the country. That's all it was. He didn't have it. And he appointed advisors, you know, and then that gets around fast, just like Biden. So the villains overseas took advantage. of it. I mean, the Mullahs in Iran and Russia invaded Afghanistan on his watch. I mean, nobody
Starting point is 00:34:51 respected him. Nobody feared him. Nobody in the entire world. Just like Biden. Nobody fears Biden. And the world got into turbulence. And we paid the price because of the oil embargo and the gas lines and oil shut up and the economy and inflation. Carter had no idea about macroeconomics. None. And that's why he failed. But he was president. And when a president dies, he should be honored. All presidents. I believe you honor the office. And there's only been 45 men that have held it. This is an extraordinary position. I still can't believe that I'm friends with Donald Trump for 35 years. I mean, I dealt with eight presidents directly, to some limited extent,
Starting point is 00:35:51 Barack Obama the most, because I was helping him with Brothers Keeper, which I still think should be a very big priority of the federal government to help poor kids with mentors. Boy, that's such a good program. but it never really got to the status it should have because of politics. That's why. And I'll get into that someday. But anyway, it's a good thing that Carter's being honored and eulogized, and we're putting him in a context that's true.
Starting point is 00:36:26 He tried his best. He did. He tried. But he didn't succeed. And everybody knows that. Not everybody. The loons don't. We don't care about that.
Starting point is 00:36:40 But Carter's administration, I want you to think about this, led to a revitalization of the entire country. So when Reagan came in, it was dicey, and this is in killing Reagan, because he was almost killed the first few months of his first term. And that really set him back a whole year, right, that assassination attempt. But Reagan would not have been elected if Carter had been a good president.
Starting point is 00:37:09 Carter would have won re-election. Reagan, because Reagan was not that well-known and at that point a little unsteady when he was running against Carter. He waxed him in one of the debates. But Carter's record sunk him, just like Biden's record sunk him. And Reagan then revitalized the whole country. in a good way, and became an outstanding present. Never would have happened if Carter had been better.
Starting point is 00:37:40 And so there's always a reason. If you believe that the United States is a special nation, which I do, and was developed to help the world, I believe that, the ebbs and the flows, you know, bad leads to good. But again, tomorrow, when we honor Jimmy Carter, everybody should be respectful, but I think context is important. I think people need to know what happened during Carter's administration, what happened afterward, and then honor him because of his achievement. He became one of only 45 individuals to hold that office. That's why the Trump thing is so, and I told Trump this, man to man, eye to eye, I said, nobody's ever done what you did.
Starting point is 00:38:36 And that's absolutely true. I don't know if it's sunk in yet, the historical aspect of it to Donald Trump. He didn't reply it when I said that. He looked at me, but he didn't say anything. I don't know what he could have said, because it's a fact. All right, we're going to cover the Carter situation tomorrow, but we have a lot of other stories we're working on, including one that's very, very disturbing about the state of California and how it is not protecting its people. All right, so thank you for watching and listening to No Spin News. We'll see you tomorrow.
