Starting point is 00:00:00 Welcome to the No Spin News. Monday, June 24th, 2019, take your country back. A lot to tell you about today. So this morning, President Trump signed an executive order, putting more sanctions on Iran. Sanctions have been fairly effective as far as breaking that economy down. If you are an Iranian who saved money, the Iranian currency is called a real. Your savings and everything else down 60%. So this is not good for the Persian people. Remember, Iran used to be Persia. So the strategy is to have the people of Iran rise up and overthrow the mullahs who basically are behind a lot of worldwide terrorism
Starting point is 00:00:45 and want to develop a nuclear weapon so they can hand it off to their surrogates in Hezbollah to, you know, set off in Israel or even the United States. Suitcase bombs, scenario, that kind of thing. So that's what the big picture is. So Donald Trump, after the drone got shot down, could have hit him, but decided that a military action would probably cause more problems in his short run, that he needed to build more consensus for that. And so he's imposing more sanctions. I'm okay with this because I remember what happened with Iraq, the unintended consequences there, or her reference. for the United States, so you've got to be careful.
Starting point is 00:01:31 You know, if we hit them militarily, a lot of things are going to happen that this country is going to have to deal with, and a lot of them are not going to be good. But you can't be perceived as being weak. So, more sanctions. Hopefully that economy will deteriorate further. All right, President Trump called off the ICE raids
Starting point is 00:01:53 that were going to round up people who have warrants out for deportation. Rades have been delayed for two days. have been delayed for two weeks. You know, it's a political reason why the president wants to show the nation that the Democrats won't cooperate on illegal immigration at all. But this is what has not been reported. In February, I sent out letters to families illegally residing here in America that said, you know, you have to go back to your home country, that your case has been adjudicated. And the judge has been.
Starting point is 00:02:28 judge has ruled that you can't stay here. Those are the people that ICE is going to round up, people with warrants out on them. Did you hear that anywhere? Oh, no, no, no. It's all the babies and the kids and this and that. In February, they got the letters and you've got to get out, and they haven't. So now ICE is going to round them up and they'll be deported. Now, in Chicago, Mayor Lori Lightfoot says she's not going to co-wark.
Starting point is 00:02:58 operate it and she'll take quote concrete steps all right to support immigrant communities so this is basically the mayor of chicago saying i'm not i'm not going to obey federal law i don't care about the warrants i don't care about the judges decisions i don't care about anything i'm not going to obey law violating her oath of office ocasio cortez the congresswoman from queen's bronx same thing same exact thing you know know your rights uh sea ice threatening this that and the other thing so uh you may know this guy um jake tapper first a quick break if you are over the age of 50 i have an important message for you there's a true alternative to aARP the liberal retirement group that lobbies in favor of progressive policies for less than $20 a year
Starting point is 00:03:54 year. An AMAC membership gives you members-only pricing on car insurance, roadside assistance, discounts on hotels and travel, cell phone plans, discount dental plans, and on and on and on, and on. So please join more than one million fellow Americans right now at amac.us. That's amac. dot us and yes I am a member visit amac.us amat.us amat.us. CNN, Jake Tapper. Okay. I have no use for this guy. All right, I don't know, I think he's a total fraud. Nobody watches his show. But he gets Vice President Pence to come on the show. Why? I don't know. Roll the tape. I think we're making great progress reducing carbon emissions America has the cleanest air and water in the world will continue to use market forces.
Starting point is 00:04:54 We don't have the cleanest air and water in the world. We don't. I mean, you get back to me with some statistics and show. Okay. So Tapper is correct. Vice President Pence was wrong. However, air quality in the world, in the world, what is that? 200-plus nations, we're 10th.
Starting point is 00:05:20 Here's the top 10. Australia is the cleanest air. Barbados, Jordan, Canada, Denmark, Finland, New Zealand, Brunei, Iceland. None of them are industrial powers. None of them. The United States is 10. So we have far more industry, far more people than any of these. New Zealand's got 4 million people.
Starting point is 00:05:42 Iceland, I think, it cracks a million and a half. we're 10th that's pretty damn good and this happened he has no blank and clue he just wants to make Pence look bad now Pence should have this at his disposal
Starting point is 00:05:59 he goes look we're 10th but look at all the Finland Denmark nobody lives there nobody lives there okay as far as water and sanitation we're 29
Starting point is 00:06:13 still pretty good we're pretty good. But I'm so tired of these people, the gotcha people. But Tapper was correct that we aren't the best, but we're close. And if you take into account the
Starting point is 00:06:31 small population of all countries in front of us, you can make an argument that we're the cleanest air on per capita basis. Go to our store. We have great stuff for you. Quick break, and I will have a final thought. on your mail. Go.
Starting point is 00:06:49 Here's something interesting. Glenn Beck launched Real Estate Agents.ITrust.com for a very simple reason to help you sell your home quickly and for top dollar. Selling or buying a home is very complicated and difficult to navigate, so they chose agents with a long track record of success. Market value for your home cannot be done by calculation. It just can't. It takes. It takes years of expertise to evaluate your market to price your home and to sell quickly for top dollar. Home sellers must genuinely like the agent they choose to trust their home to, and that's why Beck and his team select agents that are fans of his, like you are. So get moving with real estate agents, I trust.com. Real estate agents I trust.
Starting point is 00:07:45 All right, here's the final thought of the day. I got a lot of mail that's having no name, full name, and no town. Remember when I was on Fox and I said, name in town, name in town, if you wish to opine. Same rules, because we can't have phone email. We don't check it with you, we don't share it, but we don't know who you are and where you're coming from, literally, what town? And then when you write me something, a lot of you, not a lot, but some of you are taking crazy insane stuff off the net and saying, what about this? What about that? And I'm going, look, you've got to know that if you're going to go into the websites, the crazy websites, is that telling you the truth. Now, some of it I correct, but I have time to do it all. So be judicious. And I like answering the questions. You got a question. It's a legitimate question about a legitimate news story.
Starting point is 00:08:45 I'll answer it for you. But to take conspiratorial stuff from the crazy websites. Ah, come on, you're better. Don't do that. We got Dennis Miller coming up this week and do a simulcast with his podcast. We got the Democratic debate. Lots of good stuff. We'll see you tomorrow.
