Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey Bill O'Reilly here. Welcome to the No Spin News, Monday, February 26, 2024, stand up for your country. Well, a good weekend for Donald Trump. He won the South Carolina primary. We'll tell you why he not only won that primary, but why he's kind of running away with it. There's nobody competitive in the GOP to him. There is one reason why, and it's not being reported in the media as usual, but we know what it is. And that's the subject of this evening's talking points memo. So South Carolina went the way of the polls. Trump's 60%
Starting point is 00:00:48 and he'll leave 40. The campaign was lackluster because there isn't any Republican in the country. who can compete with Donald Trump for GOP votes. And here's why. Nikki Haley is a conservative person, okay? And in a normal time, she could compete for the nomination. Poll shows she could beat Biden. I believe that's true. I think Nikki Haley up against Joe Biden.
Starting point is 00:01:23 Haley would win, perhaps easier than Donald Trump. But the reason that Trump is unbeatable in Republican precincts is because many Republican voters not only want a conservative in office, they want a president who will punish the progressive movement. Now, that's the key to this whole Trump campaign. okay Nikki Haley is not going to punish anybody if she were president
Starting point is 00:02:00 and neither were any of the others Trump will because Trump is angry and the anger that Trump has reflects many voters in the Republican Party so they know that so they're voting not only for
Starting point is 00:02:19 a Republican president but an avenger two things in particular have people crazed on the right the open border and there's no excuse for it again i've told you this in past if i have a friend or an acquaintance or a family member or anybody who wants an open border i am polite and ask why but my respect for that person diminishes quickly And I don't say that, but I got to be honest with you, it does, because the open border hurts all of us and has killed hundreds of thousands of people through the use of narcotics.
Starting point is 00:03:03 And there isn't any excuse for it at all. And if you support an open border, then you don't want a country. And progressives really don't. They want a whole new thing, and we've been through that. The second is equity. And this was just a stunning statement that the media totally ignored when Biden came out and says, I support equity. Equity is putting a certain group above everybody else in the country
Starting point is 00:03:31 so that we're not equal. Some of us get favorable treatment. Now, we all know where the equity lies in the minority precincts, in the gay community, in the migraine community, these people get favorable treatment far more than the rest of America. Biden supports that, and that has led to massive problems on the campuses across the country, in employment. Supreme Court ruled that you can't do it. You can't hire or admit on basis of equity. That's a violation of our Constitution, which it clearly is. Biden supports that.
Starting point is 00:04:17 Again, if I'm talking to a liberal person and they support equity, you know, I say, do you not understand how the country was founded here? And they'll always throw up the slavery thing, and that was a historical injustice. Of course it was. But that does not apply here in 2004 as it relates to individuals. It doesn't apply. Okay? And so if you want that application that you deny Americans opportunity because you give opportunity to a certain skin color or lifestyle, it's not what we do. So those two things, open border and equity, drive anger, I feel it. I feel it myself. I'm angry about it. I mean, I'm not this passionate about these issues, and I want not punishment, but I want these people banished who support it. I want
Starting point is 00:05:27 them out of here. That's what Trump brings to his campaign, right? And that's what viscerally, the MAGA people and others respond to, not just policy. It's a point of view, a state of mind they're voting for. Nikki Haley doesn't have that. None of the other Republicans have it. And that's why Trump, for the third time in a row, is going to get the Republican nomination. Now, in his comforts, zone, this works 100% for Donald Trump. But when you go out, then you run into trouble. And Trump
Starting point is 00:06:15 is not a lock, as I have written. I wrote two columns last Sunday and yesterday. First one, can Trump win? Second one, the Trump Dilemma. They are accessible to everybody on earth on Bill O'Reilly.com. You don't have to be a member. Read those columns. I guarantee you that is the insights that I bring because I know him. You won't get anywhere else. Okay. What happens to Nikki Haley now? She goes to Michigan. She'll get waxed in Michigan and she'll hang in for Super Tuesday on March 5th. Super Tuesday, she isn't running close in any of the states. All right. So we got two, four. I don't know. I can't even got a lot of states. states, okay? The closest Nikki Haley comes to Trump is in Massachusetts. Remember, this is just
Starting point is 00:07:11 Republicans now, where she's down 17 points. So it's going to lose every state. So why then does Nikki Haley stay in? Why not? Still got money coming in. And remember, Nikki Haley can use that money for any political purpose she wants. Okay? And obviously she's going to run again in 2028, so she has a big war chest. All right, and she can spend that money. She can't use it on personal stuff. But believe me, she can hire attorneys, she can hire pollsters,
Starting point is 00:07:46 she can do a whole opposition researchers. So why not? If the money's still pouring in, and I understand a million dollars went into Nikki Haley's campaign after she lost in South Carolina, why not hang in? Now, after a week from tomorrow, then she'll get out, because then it's money, she's spending the money that foolishly. The other thing that's going to happen the next eight days, the media is kind of going to ignore Nikki Haley now.
Starting point is 00:08:17 She's not going to get nearly the airtime that she did because the media knows it's over. And that, of course, infuriates the media. The media's hatred of Trump is at the highest level ever right now. because they can't stop them. And they are so angry about that. I can't even tell you. Now, finally on the Talking Points memo, what should Trump do?
Starting point is 00:08:48 Trump should take a vacation. But I don't think he's ever taking a vacation in his life. I cannot find a vacation destination for Donald Trump in his whole life. And, you know, I wrote the United States of Trump. He never plays golf, yeah, all time. But he doesn't, like, go to an island or a mountain. He just never does.
Starting point is 00:09:15 But he should just, yeah, campaign, campaign, you know, Michigan, okay, Super Tuesday, go to the spots that you need in the general. But the most important thing is, don't even mention Nikki Haley. Because it's over. You don't have to attack her. Attacking her doesn't help you.
Starting point is 00:09:38 You need her voters. The 40% of South Carolinians who voted for Nikki Haley, you need them, Donald Trump. Come on over and vote for you. So don't attack her. You don't have to anymore. Now, it'll be interesting to see if, and I know the President Trump, people, get what I say. It'll be interesting to see if he follows that.
Starting point is 00:10:04 And that's a memo. Okay. Now, as I said, the media is furious. Now, this is an unbelievable soundbite. I'm going to set it up by saying, I have never heard a more foolish statement in my entire 50-year career from a national news person, as you are about to hear right now.
Starting point is 00:10:25 This is the most foolish analysis I have, ever heard in my entire life. Roll the tape. Congressman, let's just be clear. All four indictments against former President Trump were brought by grand juries. There is no evidence that the indictments are political in nature. Are you kidding me?
Starting point is 00:10:48 There is no evidence that the indictments against Trump are political. It's just when I, my head snapped back. So number one. She says, and she was told to say this by NBC News, this is what NBC News's philosophy is. Well, the grand jury did it, so there can't be any politics. I guess maybe she doesn't understand what a grand jury is. They sit and they listen to a prosecutor, in this case, New York Attorney General Letitia James,
Starting point is 00:11:26 who campaigned on getting Trump, said it. we've run it. I guess Ms. Welker doesn't remember that. The grand jury folks, they hear what Ms. James contends that Trump perpetrated a huge fraud in the real estate industry. They don't hear any defense at all, nothing. And of course, they don't know. How would they know? All they hear is Letitia James, who campaigned on getting Donald Trump, coming on in and telling him, he perpetrated a huge fraud and then running in stats or whatever she does. No defense, none. So if you're a person who doesn't know anything about this, of course you're going to vote for indictment. That's what grand juries do. And then it comes down and you get a jury trial
Starting point is 00:12:18 where every all sides are presented. So Welker is basically saying because it was a grand jury that indicted Trump, there's no politics involved in it. I mean, really, think about it. This is the head of Meet the Press, Kristen Welker. Do you imagine Tim Russer saying something like that? It's stunning. It is absolutely stunning that this is going on NBC News. And again, she was told to say that.
Starting point is 00:12:55 she would not I don't think she would have ruined her I mean for me now and I hate to be uncharitable I don't know the woman she comes on I'm out I'm not to listen to her anymore because she's not honest no whether she's not honest consciously or she's just incompetent I don't know but it doesn't really matter to me does it my waste of my time
Starting point is 00:13:22 credible Joe Biden So he comes to New York to money grab. This is what he does every day. No people's business, even though we got budget talks coming up, we got board of talks coming up. He was supposed to write an executive order. He didn't do it because the progressives don't want it. Now he doesn't know what to do. And he's going to tape an interview with Seth Myers.
Starting point is 00:13:43 You can imagine what that's going to be, right? I'll run it. I'll run whatever he and Seth do. But this is what he does. We got Israel. We got Ukraine. We got all kinds of stuff going on. This guy doesn't work a day. Not a day. Does he work? Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver. through the only dealer I trust, American Hartford Gold.

You can find us at Apple Podcast, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. All right. I'm going to show you this video. It happened last week. I was debating whether I wanted to run it, but I have to run it. So you may remember that Wednesday of last week, February 21st, Biden was in California,
Starting point is 00:15:59 a whole week money grabbing. That's all he did, the whole week. He and Nancy Pelosi met up in San Francisco, very appropriate, and they walked on the tarmac, okay, of the San Francisco airport, and watched this walk. I mean, it was, look at Joe Biden. United States. Look at his gait. He can barely, it's, I'm sitting there going, she's older than he is, and I think she's going to lap him on the tarmac. And you're going to give this guy four more years? I don't know. I'm going to have more on that in a final thought.
Starting point is 00:16:46 Gallup poll, 1,016 adults that should be registered voters. Democrat 30, Republican 28, independent 42. It's a fair sample, but should be registered voters, not adults. First question, do you approve or disprove of the way Joe Biden's handling his job? Approve 38, disapprove 59. On the Democrat side, approve 82% of Democrats, approve of Joe Biden's handling. of the country. Disapprove 18. Republicans, 3% approve. That's got to be Liz Cheney and her
Starting point is 00:17:25 crew, right? 97% disapproved. But here's the key number. Independence, approved 32, disapprove 62%. That's the election if they go for Trump. Jimmy Carter's job approval at this time in his administration, three years plus. He's looking at Ronald Reagan now in 1980. It was 34%. So Biden's got him by four percentage points. I just finished writing, confronting the presidents. Where do you see what a mess the Carter administration was? I mean, truly, it was way worse than I thought it was. Donald Trump's job approval this time in his tenure, same as Carter, 34%. Okay. It's coming off COVID and a lot of other things that were going on there. Okay, I wanted a different perspective from a guy who's independent, and of course we want that.
Starting point is 00:18:24 I've given orders to my staff. I don't want any partisans on the program to analyze the election because there's a waste of your time. So I turn on Fox News, and all I hear on Fox News, 100% of the time, as far as guests are concerned, are Trump people, Republicans. And I turn on MSNBC, and it's 100% Biden people. Now, CNN sneaks in one or two, but it's so boring. I want independent people. So we follow a website called Tangle News, readtangle.com. You can get it.
Starting point is 00:19:04 Independent. We don't agree with them a lot of times, but that's okay. They're coming at it from a point of view of non-ideology. Isaac Saul is the founder and CEO, joins us now for Philadelphia. Okay, first of all, on my run-up to this, because I did an interview with you, and you fact-checked me on the interview, which is fine. Some of your fact-checking was fallacious. It was wrong, but that's okay.
Starting point is 00:19:30 And so I know you try your hardest. Your staff isn't as good as mine, that's all. And don't try to poach my people. But anyway, in the run-up to this segment, what I've reported on, Trump and Biden. Do you have a beef with any of it? No, I mean, I think you're 100% right that Nikki Haley's toast. I don't really understand why she's still in the race unless she doesn't want Donald Trump to be in the White House. You made a great point that she gets to keep all this money
Starting point is 00:20:05 and do what she wishes with it from a political perspective going forward. So maybe she's got some plans we don't know about yet, whether it's just 20, 28. or supporting some other PACs or candidates who have big Senate races coming up. But it is peculiar that she's hanging around. I don't think she has any chance. I do think there are some blaring warning signs for Donald Trump based on some of the results we're seeing, which you touched on a little bit.
Starting point is 00:20:30 I think it is a problem for him that 40% of South Carolinians are voting for Nikki Haley in the Republican primary, even though some independents participate in that primary. So she should drop out, you know, in any traditional year. I don't think there's much left for her to do. I don't think she has any reasonable path. But she's sticking around, which raises a lot of questions that I think are curious, I would say. Now, one of the reasons that she got 40% is a hometown gal.
Starting point is 00:21:00 I'm governor of the state. The Haley machine still in place. I'm not making an excuse for it. But if you win by 20 in a former governor's state, state, that's a pretty impressive win, I think. I mean, for me, I was looking at, if it dip below that to 15 or 12, then I would go, ooh, next question is, Nikki Haley's voters, Republicans, mostly, do you believe they'll cross over to Trump, or were they not vote, they're not going to vote for Biden?
Starting point is 00:21:33 Only 3% you see, of Republicans support Biden. So they need to stay home or vote for Trump. You think there'll be a big stay home component? in November? I predicted, you know, a couple of years ago that I thought this election cycle, we would see the largest share of votes since Ross Perot, who got around 8% go to an independent or third party candidate. And that was before we ended up with Trump and Biden as the two primary candidates in
Starting point is 00:22:03 the race, which is what we're going to get. And so I feel pretty confident about that prediction. I don't know, you know, it could be RFK Jr. It could be Nikki Haley. Joe Manchin sounds like he's going to stay at home. I don't think it will be. No, she wants to run again in 28, so she's not going to commit suicide now. But Robert Kennedy will be on the ballot.
Starting point is 00:22:25 I mean, he's an organization will get him on the ballot. It looks like a 12% or to me. You know, he doesn't have any momentum. And it looks like he takes more from Biden than Trump. Is that your analysis? Yeah, I think he takes more from Biden than Trump. I think by virtue of his last name, his previous associations with the Democratic Party, the fact that most of his policy agenda is actually quite progressive.
Starting point is 00:22:53 I mean, I think the things that he will say and do that resonates with conservative voters or Trump voters will be on vaccines. It'll be about the deep state. It'll be about, you know, the way the government has overstepped in certain areas over the last few years. It'll be about the border. All that stuff will resonate with conservative. voters. But, you know, he's a climate change guy. He cares a lot about diversity and equity, stuff you talked about at the top of the show. He is somebody who I think fundamentally is more
Starting point is 00:23:20 progressive and liberal than they are conservative. So if he stays in the race, I imagine he'll take more from Biden than Trump. I also think Biden's- He's going to stand. Trump's voters are a lot more loyal, which is important. Yeah, you also think Biden, what? Biden's voters are not as loyal as Trump's voters. And so they're a lot more malleable in this race, is my view. The media will ignore RFK Jr., big deficit for him. He doesn't have the money to spend on independent TV commercials and the media because they favor Trump,
Starting point is 00:23:53 they favor Biden so intensely. They're not going to give RFK any. You're not going to see him. They will black him out. I can guarantee it. Final question. The betters, you can't, it's not legal to bet on the presidential race in the U.S. but you can bet on it in London.
Starting point is 00:24:12 And they've got Trump almost two to one up now over Biden. Do that have any credibility to you? I mean, they were off on the 2020 elections. I think that undermined them a little bit. Trump was a favorite among many betters in 2020 heading into the election. But I think it is, it is certainly significant in that the people who are willing to put their money up on this, who are, you know, by all intensive purposes, smart people who are tracking election trends, who are looking at the data, are siding with Trump at this point in the race.
Starting point is 00:24:47 I think Trump is in a stronger position than Biden right now. I think the media coverage for Biden is terrible about his age and his capacity. The special counsel report was very bad for him politically. I think he's in a really, really big hole. And you've got a lot of big Democratic names calling from the drop out now, whether it's Ezra Klein at the New York Times or, you know, other big progress. progressive commentators saying he should step aside. He's not operating in a great political position. No, it has no momentum at all. There's no doubt about it. He's got nothing. Yeah, I agree.
Starting point is 00:25:16 He has got nothing for him. But, you know, Trump is Trump. So we'll see. Isaac, thanks very much. We really appreciate it. The website, again, reetangle.com. Okay. Last week, there was a story that broke about ranking the presidents. All right. Now, as I said, I just finished writing a big book called Confronting the Presidents, no-spin assessments from Washington to Biden. So I looked at a survey, and right away, I knew it was bogus. But the media just glommed on to it, and you heard about it, I'm sure. So they had Barack Obama as the seventh best president, and Biden as the 14th best president,
Starting point is 00:25:59 been 45 presidents. When I saw that, I went, this is absurd. this is propaganda. So we contacted the two academics that put this survey together. Brandon Roddinghaus from the University of Houston and Justin Vaughn from the Coastal Carolina University. There they are. And they're happy.
Starting point is 00:26:21 Look at them. They're happy guys. Well, I weren't happy to talk to me. No way. They're talking to me. Okay? Run and hide. So they're not coming on.
Starting point is 00:26:34 Now there's no reason on earth for them not to come on because they want to promote their survey, right? No way. This is such a fraud. It's so phony. So we looked into it. These guys went to the American Political Science Association, which is a left-wing crew to get their rankings.
Starting point is 00:26:57 But they don't say that. I'm telling you, you're lucky to have me here. You hear this stuff, and I know right away it's bull. Biden, the 14th best president? Jesus. Power, politics, and the people behind the headlines. I'm Miranda Devine, New York Post columnist, and the host of the brand new podcast, Podforce One.

Starting point is 00:28:22 Listen and subscribe on Amazon Music, Apple Podcast, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. Okay. Mayorkes is going to be impeached this week, but he's really not. The House is sending over the articles of impeachment. They say that Mayorkas practice a willful and systemic refusal to comply with the law, immigration law, and a breach of public trust. Okay, that's what the House says, by one vote. So Schumer is going to get this. He is the majority leader in Senate, and he's going to immediately table it. What does that mean? It means the Senate will vote not to hear it. And all you need is a majority. And there are more Democrats in the Senate than Republican. So there's not even going to get to a trial. Boom,
Starting point is 00:29:12 out. That's why they even should bother with it. Made the Republican Party look bad. When are they ever going to learn? I don't know. All right, here's a terrible story. So last Thursday, 22-year-old Lake and Riley at Augusta University in Georgia was out jogging, never came home. She was brutally killed, okay? And who killed her? Well, the police say Jose Antonio Ibarra, 26-year-old Venezuelan illegal alien, killed her, okay, while she was jogging. All right. So why is he here?
Starting point is 00:29:54 he caught he was caught crossing the border in 2022 they let him go he didn't even ask for asylum the bide administration's let him go catch and release no supervision so he comes to new york low-level beef gets arrested they don't inform ice new york is a sanctuary city so they let him go he He splits to Georgia, where his brother lives. Brothers is an illegal alien. And he allegedly kills this poor woman, 22-year-old Lake and Riley. Now, if I'm Lake and Riley's father,
Starting point is 00:30:37 I sue every agency I can sue. I get lawyers pro bono, you can get them. I sue New York City. I sue Homeland Security. I sue every single person I can sue. This guy should not have been here. If I'm Donald Trump, I make this a centerpiece. Okay?
Starting point is 00:30:59 Remember Kate Steinley, Kate's law, Lakin's law. Same thing. And there's Biden. Does he care? No. Will he ever mention it? No. Will he visit the parents of Lake and Riley?
Starting point is 00:31:14 No. That's why, viscerally, President Biden and me, Okay. Now, the Associated Press covers this story, as most news agencies did. The Associate President, the CEO of the Associated Press, you might want to write this down, is named Daisy Versingham, V-E-R-R-V-E-E-R-A-S-I-N-G-H-A-M. Okay, Daisy Versenegium, or something like that. She is the president.
Starting point is 00:32:00 She is in charge of the Associated Press. The Associated Press goes out to all of the newspapers in the United States and some foreign countries. They cover the story. It was written by a reporter named Janie Har. They don't mention the man charged with killing Lake and Riley is in the country. illegally. They don't mention that, the Associated Press. The stress of their story was how dangerous for coeds to jog. Yeah, it's dangerous. Perhaps because we've got 10 million unsupervised migrants in here, and at least 10% of them are criminals. Now, we have our own homegrown
Starting point is 00:32:50 problems here. No, not trying to excuse that. But this is so outrageous that the Associated Press once thought to be the finest wire service in the world has collapsed into this, just like NBC News. It's the same thing. And it's all because of woke, politically correct stuff. Smart life. Commercial foreclosures in real estate down, about 100 people. percent from this time yesterday, 97%. I'm not going to get into that. I am going to tell you the economy is okay because we consumers are spending an enormous amount of money.
Starting point is 00:33:31 We continue to spend money we don't have. That's not good. The stock market has done very well in the last six months or so. You may remember in the Smart Life segment on March 5th, 2022, when the stock market was down big, Here's the advice I gave you, go. Now, the reason a stock market is up and down and in and out, and again, don't panic. Hold on.
Starting point is 00:34:00 I have a two-year time frame in a stock market right now, so I'm willing to just sit on losses for two years because I think by that time I'll be in a much stronger position with the stocks that I hold and the mutual funds that I hold. Again, I only have 23% in that area. because I'm very conservative investor, okay? But I'm holding. Okay, it was almost two years ago.
Starting point is 00:34:27 Now, because the stock market is up so big, you need to put stops on your individual stock. Stops are, if it hits this price, sell automatically. 15 to 20% down is what I do. Can't do that on mutual funds. Okay? But now you need to protect profits.
Starting point is 00:34:48 So I hope you listened to me in May of 22 and held on. If you did, chances are you got some nice profits in stock market, but protect them. Robert Downey Jr., brilliant actor. We all know that. Okay, so he won another award for Best Supporting Performance in Oppenheimer, which is going to sweep the Oscars it has to. I wrote my message of the day on it. And the SAG Awards, Screen Actors Guild, I'm part of that union.
Starting point is 00:35:16 Here's what Downey said on Saturday Night Go. I'm going to do a name check. I have Chris Nolan in my ear. This is basically the only note he gave me. Maybe just one more with nothing on it. Terry Gar, James Spader, Anthony Michael Hall. Mel Gibson, Whoopi Goldberg, Alfree Woodard. Woody Harrelson, Holly Harrelson, Holly.
Starting point is 00:35:46 Hunter, Kenneth Branagh, Jody Foster, Annette Benning, Val Kilmer, Jamie Fox, Jude Law, Gwyneth Paltrow, Killian Murphy, Emily Blunt, Alden Werenreich, Susan Downey. Okay, notice Mel Gibson. Now Mel Gibson made some anti-Semitic comments when he was drunk in 2006 he was canceled. Once Downey said to name Mel Gibson, all of the despicable internet gutter snipes attacked him. Gibson gave Downey work when Downey was being shunned because of substance abuse. Gibson saved Downey, but it took guts for Downey to acknowledge Gibson and I wanted everybody to know him. Hollywood's controlled by our very few people. You don't tow their line, you get hurt. Donnie knew by mentioning Mel Gibson he was going to get
Starting point is 00:36:57 attacked. Courageous. This day in history, February 26, 1815, Napoleon escapes from the island of Elba. Where's Elba? There's Napoleon, a little guy. He's a bad guy. All right. So you see Elba, and, you know, it wasn't a tough escape. So he got there. He was exiled because he got his butt kicked by a bunch of military defeats. France had had enough of them, so they booted him out of him being the emperor of France and threw him onto Elba where he was supposed to be in prison, but of course he wasn't. Comes back. Starts the same stuff again. This is 1796, all right? So, I'm sorry, 1796 is when he started his campaign. Comes back 1815, February 26th, all right, 209 years ago today.
Starting point is 00:37:51 And he starts it up again, and he gets his butt kicked again. Okay, Waterloo, you all know the battle over there. Well, this time, Friends, overthrows him again and puts him out to the island of St. Helena. Wait, do you see where that is? All right, so he can't come back. He's in the middle of nowhere. He dies in 1821. He's 51 years old. Napoleon. Okay, I got mail. I got a final thought on me and Joe Biden. Right back. Let's go to the mail. We got Gillian. Bill, I think this is one of your
Starting point is 00:38:27 great, your best columns. This is the one I wrote yesterday, the Trump dilemma. You lay out everything about Trump in what I believe is fair and impartial way and you're not emotional about it, which is more than I can say for the mainstream media. Wardo, I agree with everything you said in your piece. This is a dilemma. And I can understand all too well why President Trump feels what he does. Swamp, progressives left. I've hounded this man mercilessly over eight years. There's no end its sight. It's true. He's angry, and I understand his anger, too. But if he wants to really help the country, he's got to discipline himself. Carlos Fernandez, Santander, Spain. I've been to Santander, very nice.
Starting point is 00:39:11 down. I'm perfectly content to let Nikki Haley stay in a race because she's helping the Democrats make the case against Donald Trump. I would never vote for her because she's a hypocrite and a phony. I don't know if she's a hypocrite and a phony. I haven't seen that. I don't particularly like her, but I haven't seen that. Donna Gordon, Lexington, Kentucky. Can the family of the Georgia victim sue the Biden administration for her death? Yeah, but they have to do it in a shrewd, calculated way. Rob Rumba, Mechanicsburg, Virginia, would love your take on the CBS firing of Catherine Herridge. It's outrageous seizing her confidential file.
Starting point is 00:39:51 Look, the reason I haven't weighed in on a Catherine Harwich story is because I don't know what it is. And neither to you and neither is anybody else. Ms. Harwich hasn't said a word. Her attorneys haven't said a word and I assume she has them. I don't know what CBS did or why they did it. How am I going to analyze a story like that? I'm waiting for either Catherine herself, who I know,
Starting point is 00:40:14 or one of her attorneys, to define the story, and then I can analyze it. Can't analyze stuff you don't know. It doesn't stop most people, but it stops me. Steve in Pennsylvania, I'm not using his last name. Bill, my humble opinion, you were wrong about the actions taken by women in Utah, by the woman in Utah. Her main job is to protect people in Utah by not letting the bad guy be sent back to New York.
Starting point is 00:40:39 She's telling the other bad guys, if you come to Utah, you'll be locked up. Number one, it's Arizona. It's good to get the state. Number two, I'm wrong about what? The district attorney of Maricopa County says she's not extraditing this killer. Okay, back to New York because she doesn't trust New York. I said, fine. I don't trust New York either.
Starting point is 00:41:03 But I also said the authorities in New York wouldn't let him out, not on a capital of murder, charge. Beth Pelladini in Modesto, California, I've always thought the loser pays lawsuits here in the United States. No. That's why the system's so corrupt. In England, they do. The judge is the power in England.
Starting point is 00:41:23 If you file a frivolous lawsuit, you lose. You've got to pay everything. The other person's law fees. Not here. Our lawyers don't want that. They make a fortune. And bankrupting people like crazy. You can, if you are sued.
Starting point is 00:41:39 you're screwed. Even if it's the most frivolous thing in the world, it's going to cost you 50, 100,000 just to get it dismissed. Oh, it's awful. Mark at Godfelter, Pensacola, Washington, Mr. I've been a premium member for 2,256 days. Wow. Never miss an episode of the no-spin-news. However, in the last three years, you've been on your game. Well, what happened to the four years before that, Mark. I appreciate the loyalty. I really do. We try to bring it every night here. All right, confronting the presidents, as I said, we have handed it into the publisher. You can pre-order, Bill O'Reilly.com. We will not charge you until we ship. September 10th is the pub date, and you will like this book. You will learn an enormous amount about your country.
Starting point is 00:42:31 Where to the day, do not be a plonker, P-L-O-N-K-E-R. Bill at Bill O'Reilly.com, Bill at Bill O'Reilly.com. Name and town, if you wish to opine, right back with final thought. Okay, it's the final thought of the day. So I turned on, I mentioned this earlier. I turn on Newsmax or Fox or whatever, and I don't sit there for the whole shows. I don't have time. But once in a while, I just cruised to see what's happened.
Starting point is 00:43:00 100% we hate Biden. Now, there are certain people who don't participate in that, but there's, that's what it is. Okay? And then the others, we hate Trump. Okay. Now, I am so negative toward Joe Biden that I'm sitting there going, am I in the same category as these people? I think Biden's the second worst president, and I back it up in confronting the presence of all time. I don't know bad he is
Starting point is 00:43:32 because he doesn't care he doesn't care about the poor girl in Georgia and he does inexplicable things to hurt the country I can't I just can't and I back it up, back it up, back it up
Starting point is 00:43:47 but it's negative, negative, negative against Biden and I'm going oh I don't want to be boring here I'm looking once in a while he does something okay like trying to get the drug prescription cost down, but he's just, uh, anyway, I want you to know that I am aware of this and I'm thinking about it. I'm not going to be fair because I don't want him to be president anymore. He's hurt
Starting point is 00:44:16 too much. He's hurt the country. Not going to be fair to guys hurt in the country. Be like you being fair to some neighbor who's coming over and throwing Molotov cocktails at your house. Well, I're going to be fair to it. All right, I had to get that off my chest. Thank you for watching and listening to the No Spin News. We'll see you again tomorrow.
