Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey, Bill O'Reilly here. Welcome to the No Spin News for Tuesday, October 28th, 2025, stand up for your country. Well, about 1.30 in the morning. I got a text from President Trump from Japan. You know, it was the daytime there. and he said that the trip is going very well. And at this point, all the news reports backed that up.
Starting point is 00:00:38 Good deal in Malaysia, a good deal in Japan, where they are treating Mr. Trump with more respect than I've ever seen Japan treat an American president going way back. And they're doing that for their own self-interest because Japan needs the United States, number one, economically, and number two, to protect it from China. So Japan is of big vested interest. Anyway, I was very happy to hear from President Trump. It's nice of him. I don't take this stuff for granted. But I will tell you again, and I know this sounds like bragging, we have the best
Starting point is 00:01:18 sources in the world when it comes to the Trump administration. I don't understand why everybody in the country is in a Bill O'Reilly.com premium member. If you really want to know what's going on, okay, and our record is stellar, and we're entering, you know, ending year one of the second term of Donald Trump, and I can't remember ever misreporting anything in the five years he's been president because we have such good access. Anyway, I am bragging a little bit, but it's for your benefit. Now, going forward to President's optimistic about his meeting with the Chinese on Thursday.
Starting point is 00:02:07 He stays until Sunday in Asia, so he's got a good amount of time. He's saying he wants to go up and visit the North Korean nut. Okay, it doesn't really matter to me whether he does or doesn't. He just wants to calm that down in case this loon would launch a nuke or something. You know, geez, ridiculous. But the Asian trip is the subject of this evening's talking points memo. So China looms on Thursday, as I mentioned, but the Chinese have not confirmed that meeting is what they always do. So China is a whole different scenario than the United States.
Starting point is 00:02:50 States. And China won't confirm a meeting until it's underway. So they have their own system. I don't object to it. If Donald Trump tells me, he's meeting with the Chinese, then he's meeting with the Chinese, unless something blows up. And that's always a possibility. But this isn't Putin. The Chinese government is much more disciplined than the Russian government, because there's only one guy that matters in the Russian government. And in the Chinese government, yes, she is the leader, but believe me, there are guys underneath him that have power. In fact, you may have noticed, and we did report it, that last week, she wiped out seven generals. Now, I banished them. That tells me that a little discontent in Beijing. I'm not sure. We don't get any information
Starting point is 00:03:42 about it, we do know those generals and some other civilians were banished. They're out. Okay. So when Donald Trump meets with President Xi, it's likely that she will give up the fentanyl stuff. And that's what I talked to the Chinese about last May. It's likely that will be, because that's easy for China. China didn't make a lot of money from it. They make the precursors to fentanyl. And that's a big thing for Donald Trump. Okay, so they'll give Trump that. And then in return, President Trump will slash some of the tariffs on Chinese goods
Starting point is 00:04:27 because China needs our market. Beyond that, I don't know. I'm hoping that they can make some kind of Putin thing where China would back away. Now, last week, China cut its purchases. of Russian oil somewhat. I think that was in response to America, but I'm not sure. Very, very hard to get inside stuff
Starting point is 00:04:52 until after it happens. As soon as the deal is made, I will know. Okay. Back here, this is a very interesting story. So according to an online newsletter called status, the boss of CNN, Mark Thompson ordered his anchors to knock off the White House renovation criticism and concentrate on a far more important story, the Asian trip. Now, I can't confirm that. It's anonymously sourced, but I think it's true.
Starting point is 00:05:34 Okay? And that sends a pretty big signal on a number of fronts, that the corrupt, Media in America is frightened. And we'll get into that a little bit later. On the Asian trip itself, I'm not as optimistic as Donald Trump is, but I am thinking that things may work our way. And I said that last night on News Nation. Go. If China will pull away from Putin, because China is propped up Putin by buying Putin's oil.
Starting point is 00:06:21 Already, I understand the Chinese have cut back buying Russian oil. They're not going to do it 100%. But they're sending signals. Any chance you're misreading the signals, Bill? Sure, absolutely. My sources are the best in the world, but the Chinese. Chinese are so secretive, and they, you know, nobody ever says a declarative sentence in the whole country. Yeah, that's true. You can't ask a question and get an answer.
Starting point is 00:06:55 People are too afraid. They're not going to tell you anything. And the government is, you know, I don't know. But the Chinese are not nice boys, as I wrote in the message of the day yesterday. So they can do anything. Now, right at this point, most of the television anchors and analysts and pundits would tell you, we'll see. How many times have you heard that? Well, we'll see. That's not news analysis.
Starting point is 00:07:31 That's bilge, B-I-L-G-E, word of the day. I never say, or try never to say, we'll see. Of course, we'll see. Why am I wasting your time with trivialities? Let's just review, and then we'll get on to another fascinating story. President Trump believes he'll be successful in negotiating a deal with China. I am fairly optimistic that he is correct. However, there are a lot of things
Starting point is 00:08:05 that could happen, but we're not going to see things will unfold, and we will report them here accurately. That's a memo. All right, the Defense Department, the War Department, whatever you want, waxed four more boats in the Eastern Pacific, allegedly smuggling narcotics into the United States. All right, that brings the total of drug. boats, alleged drug boats, blown up to 14. Total narco terrorists, alleged, killed 57. Now, the left does not like this, the anti-Trump cadres, they want due process, which is impossible.
Starting point is 00:08:53 They don't have due process in international waters. We all understand this. Okay? You're in international waters. Now, I guess we could chase those boats around, but it's not working. in the past, this will work primarily because it's going to be an inhibitor. These drug smugglers, they're going, maybe I'm going to take a vacation. All right, and because of the designation of terror groups with the cartels, President Trump has the authority to do this. Let's go to the Department of War again. Not only are they blowing up alleged drugboats, but they are blowing up reportage at the Pentagon.
Starting point is 00:09:43 So this story came from the Secretary Pete Hague Seth, and he says, you know what? If you are in the Pentagon physically as a reporter, you have to submit what you're going to write or say on radio and television to me before. you do it. And I said, that's nuts. All right. And then it was some pushback. Roll a tape. Ever heard of gold belly? It's an amazing sight that delivers the best of America's iconic foods right to your door anywhere in the USA. Craving New York's famous cheesecake from juniors or the legendary Franklin barbecue from Texas. Gold Belly delivers. Don't miss the world famous Stone Crab from Joe's in Miami,
Starting point is 00:10:40 or meals from chefs like Ina Garten and more. The shipping very easy, and the food quality is outstanding. I know. I'll be using Gold Belly for my next craving. So if you are looking for that perfect gift, or why to impress your friends and family with an epic meal, as the kids might say, the next time you host,
Starting point is 00:11:03 Go to goldbelly.com. Get 20% off your first order with promo code bill. That's goldbelly.com code bill, 20% off your first order. Let's face it, the US economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver, through the only dealer I trust, American Hartford Gold.
Starting point is 00:11:36 And you can do this. Get precious metals delivered to your door or place in a tax advantage, gold IRA. They'll even help you roll over your existing IRA or 401K, tax and penalty free. With billions in precious metals delivered thousands of five-star reviews and an A-plus from the Better Business Bureau, you can trust American Hartford Gold as I do. Please call 866, 326, 5576, or text bill to 998899. Again, that's 866, 326-5576, or text bill to 998899. So I got a couple of letters, and I know on social media, some MAGA people are going,
Starting point is 00:12:25 that's right, hey, Seth, right. Let's make all the press agencies that cover the Pentagon sign a paper that they will not report anything that happens in the Pentagon unless they get permission from Pete Hague, said. Are you kidding me? All right, so everybody pulled out. All the established media, the corporate media pulled out. But there are still organizations that have. have said, okay. All right, we're going to play along with this. And one of them surprised me very, very much. So you know that we have the utmost respect for John Solomon's news operation
Starting point is 00:13:14 called Just the News. And he's going along with HECSeth. He joins us now from Washington, D.C. I was surprised, John. You're a staunch freedom of the press guy, and nobody pushes you around. Why would you do that? Well, first off, these rules are not really any different than what have been in place or what's in the law for years. And I think that that's one of the great parts of the disinformation campaign, that these standards weren't in place for the last 40 or 50 years. The current Press Association goes back to the 1940s, and we made public for everybody to see all the censorship restrictions that the Pentagon Press Rule agreed, starting in 1942. By the way, they submitted their work back in those days to a Department of Censorship, just so you know.
Starting point is 00:14:05 Obviously, that was wartime footing, but the Press Association has always been in a position of having to abide by certain national security roles to gain access to the building. And by the way, just recently, we put out all of the forms that the New York Times, the Associated Press, and others used to visit Gitmo for the trials. Okay, but let me stop you there. The difference between national security reporting because there's a law. Yeah. It goes all the way back to the Pentagon Papers in Vietnam. There's a law. There is.
Starting point is 00:14:37 If there's classified information that you or me or anybody else reports and you violate that class. classified status, government could prosecute you. That's not the same as submitting a routine report to Pete Hague, Seth, that you can say yes or no and tell you what you can, I cannot say. It's not the same, John, you know that. That is not what the final rule say. I had my lawyer go through every single line. All right. Well, so what's the rule? What is just the news have to do to stay in the Pentagon and report. Well, by the way, I actually wasn't in the Pentagon. I've decided to go into the Pentagon because there's a void.
Starting point is 00:15:21 So we didn't have a reporter there. I didn't operate under the other rules. I've been able to cover the Pentagon effectively on the outside. But when so many people left, I decided to make sure we had a reporter there because, hey, we're blowing up Venezuelan boats every couple days. We're in armed conflict. We had a major thing. I felt it important to have a reporter there in the rules under which Pete Hegseth asked us
Starting point is 00:15:41 to abide by for that reporter in the Pentagon are not any different than what the Associated Press operated under when I was the assistant bureau chief for AP 20 years ago. You can't solicit classified information. You can't go and tell someone, please leak me a classified doctor. Nobody has a problem with that. Classified information is different than a reporting a store. But that's what these rules say. That's right.
Starting point is 00:16:05 That's what these rules say. They say you can't go to certain parts of the building without an escort. That's always been the case. It might have been blacks. Yep, that's right. But that's not what the press is objecting to. They're objecting to having to submit stories to the defense secretary, the war secretary, and he signs off on it. Find me that passage in the final rules.
Starting point is 00:16:26 It's not in the final rules. That is the great story. A lot of the people that reported on this bill reported on an earlier set of rules from September. They never showed the public the final rules. I read the final rules. I've published the final rules. There is nothing that says, I must submit my story to Pete Hagseth for approval before I do it. It does say I can't roam the building in certain places.
Starting point is 00:16:47 It does say that I can't solicit national security information. The final rules, which were published after the shutdown began, and you can't find them in the New York Times stories that mention them, aren't that? Now, we interviewed, and we got, I'm going to tell you how this story evolved. The media is reporting what the early rules from September showed, not what was ultimately issued. in October. So you're saying it was revised. There was a revision made by HECSeth. Is that way? HECF, in concession to the media. Well, of course. Yep. And the rules that ultimately were published, the rules are ultimately published, are no different than what we operated under for the last one. All right, I got that point.
Starting point is 00:17:28 But I'm not, I wasn't aware that there was a revision by the Secretary of War. That may be intentional, by the way. What example? Sure. Let me tell you why. The media. didn't want people to know what the debate. They wanted to keep the old debate up that this was a censorship debate when it wasn't. Let me tell you what this ultimately came down to. And how do I know this? Because I have the internal emails of the Pentagon press poll to the key handlers in HagsS office. What were they objecting to at the end? They no longer objected to any of the restrictions. You can look at this document. It's up on just the news. They did not want to sign a
Starting point is 00:18:06 document that had the words, we understand the document we are signing. That was the final objection raised by the Pentagon Press Association lawyer, David Schultz, in this memo. They didn't object to anything else in the rules after they were revised. But Fox News and Newsmax, very pro-Hex, very pro-Trump, they pulled out, too, so there had to be some kind of onerous provision for them to be. And make that move. I will tell you, I would never have signed the original rules in September, the rules that came out in October, which, by the way, we weren't at the Pentagon, we decided to step into the void, because I think it's dangerous not to have a person at the Pentagon at this moment in history. They did not require me to get any prior consent from Pete Heggseth or
Starting point is 00:18:56 anyone at the Pentagon. Let me ask you this, then. I didn't know that the rules were revised, and I'm pretty on it. Okay. Yeah. And that. And so is my staff. We're on it. Yep. Why didn't Hegseth come out and say, you know, maybe we went overboard here. Let's bring it back a little bit. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:18 Why do you think he didn't do that? Well, it's funny. I think when you look at the exchange of emails between Hegseth and the Press Association, that was the conversation. Hey, we've made these things. We heard what you said. No, we're not going to require you to do this. Yeah, but it wasn't to the public.
Starting point is 00:19:32 I don't care about the dopey press. Why don't HECSeth just sit down, have a press conference? Well, I have to ask Pete why. I don't know the answer. You know, I made the decision based on. That is a good question. And now that you're there and you're going to ask it for you. Yeah, you're probably the leading news organization there.
Starting point is 00:19:51 I mean, you are. Yeah. We're going to, we're, yeah. Yeah, say, what are you doing? Why don't you just make this public and tamp it down? Right. Because I, you know, I do have no. I can tell you that.
Starting point is 00:20:04 Yes, the final rules never got published because the office that publishes them got closed by the shutdown. Now, I think that's a lousy excuse for not publishing them. And it's a really lousy excuse that the media used to because they didn't publish them in their own stories. He can type them up and then throw it out. He can talk anytime he wants.
Starting point is 00:20:21 So he owes us, we'll get that explanation. All right, John. But when you get an answer to that question, let me know. So what are you guys working on now? I think the big story of the next few days is going to be the next revelations in Arctic Frost, which is an investigation that looks like it was about January 6th in stopping the electors,
Starting point is 00:20:41 but really was the second major operation, opposition research project for the Democratic parties that masqueraded as a criminal investigation. We're gonna learn in the next few hours bill that over 155 conservatives were targeted in an alleged plot to stop the counting of votes. Now, there can't possibly have been 155 people, working together to stop the January 6 count going on.
Starting point is 00:21:07 There aren't that many senators even in the Senate chamber. This was launched a year and a half after January 6 occurred. Why do you start a criminal investigation about January 6 a year and a half later? And then why are you widening it to the sort of things around? So 155 conservatives targeted, 92 groups in addition to those 155, 30 million lines of phone data being gathered, including phone data on eight sitting senators and a House House. member. This is Russia collusion, too. And what you're doing is the Democrats use the investigative
Starting point is 00:21:40 power to build a case against Donald Trump not winning in 2024 and called it a criminal investigation when it wasn't. And I think the- And what if Christopher Ray, who's the FBI chief, who had to sign off on this. And by the way, appointed by Trump. Yeah? Right. What did he want to accomplish, in your opinion? It's unclear how well he understood. what was going on. It's clear from the FBI agent who opens the case, a guy named Tim Tebow, who is openly anti-Trump. He's a guy that had those anti-Trump messages. What did he want to accomplish? What did he, by tapping these eight senators and by, you know, doing all this nefarious stuff, what was the end game? What did they want? They wanted to be able to map
Starting point is 00:22:28 anybody and everybody that was in support of Donald Trump who could come back and help him in 2024 win re-election again. The reason this doesn't open until the spring and summer of 2024, based on the, uh, 2022, excuse me, a year and a half after you think you'd be opening a January 6th investigation is Trump began looking viable again in the spring and summer 22. His numbers are coming up. He's on the trail. Nothing has knocked them off his game. And I think at that point, they go back to just like Russia collusion. So what I'm getting from you and it's a little murky, is that the Justice Department under Biden wanted to show that certain conservatives,
Starting point is 00:23:09 both in and out of government, all right, had worked with President Trump, gin up this January 6th, right? Power, politics, and the people behind the headlines. Our country's back. We're really back. Candid conversations with the people making the rules and changing the game. Can you see yourself as prison one day? I don't think about death.
Starting point is 00:23:35 You just had an invasion over our southern border. My husband is in the corner for the record, pumping his fist right now that you're asking this question. This is real talk with lawmakers, newsmakers, and political disruptors. I think Elon's poor probably fences himself more of a Viking. I think I'm more of a ninja. Available wherever you get your podcasts. The fight back starts here. And yes, bring the popcorn. Well, that is what the predicate of the investigation says.
Starting point is 00:25:16 But some of the people that I look at don't seem to have any role at all on January 6th. No, no, I'm not. Listen, but I just want to know what they were fishing for. What are you fishing for? I think they came up with a map of everybody that would be in Trump's 2024 MAGA camp and tried to pin them down with legal liabilities. Get a lawyer.
Starting point is 00:25:34 Go before a grand jury. You have to spend money. Get your attention off of winning the 2024 election by fighting a 2020. But why would they have to get a lawyer? Because they colluded to foster a riot. Is that what they, the ultimate goal was? This investigation is not about the riot. This investigation was purportedly, were they trying to stop, either get faith?
Starting point is 00:25:55 make electors named or stop the counting for a couple days so that more issues keep us off. Stop the counting of the election. Okay. Yeah. All right. Let me know what you find out and, you know, tell Hague Seth, I send my best. I will.
Starting point is 00:26:10 We'll get to that answer. I promise. I don't think he's a fan of mine, but, you know, we want to be fair, John. You know that. Anyone who's a fan of the truth is a fan of yours, I will say. Okay. Appreciate it. We'll talk soon.
Starting point is 00:26:20 All right, Homeland Security there, there's allegedly, a not. another unnamed source, but again, rings kind of true that there is a rivalry that has formed. And this is being reported by CBS, ABC, Fox News, all right, the rivalry is this. It's Tom Holman, the boarder, and the ICE director, Todd Lyons. They want all or most of the resources focus on criminal aliens and undocumented people who have a deportion deportation order. They don't want to be rounding up people who've been here for 10 years or whatever. Okay, that's that side. The other side is the Homeland Security Secretary Christine Noam and her folks who believe that everybody here without documentation should be
Starting point is 00:27:25 deport. And now President Trump has got to make a decision, which I think will come next week when he gets back, on which side is going to win this. For me, I'm with the Holman crew. I'll tell you why. I'm not soft on undocumented migrants. I would have all of them in this country, and I estimate they're between 15 and 20 million right now, register with the government. And if you didn't register by a certain date, then automatically you'd be deported if Homeland Security found you. That's what I want. But right now, in the initial stages of getting this thing under control, it's got to be the criminals and the deportation orders. That's where we should go.
Starting point is 00:28:16 The other people should have a fair hearing. The government should say, okay, if they came when they were, were four years old with their parents from Paraguay, are they responsible? Do we boot them back to Paraguay where they've never known anything and been here for 20 years? That should come under a new immigration law, but that I'm in. So I'm siding with the Holman crew here. But I am open and I want more information. Health care. Now this is going to be big a year from now in midterms. And President Trump knows it. So there's a survey by undue medical debt. They hired an outfit called Perry Undem, research firm out of Bethesda, Maryland. I don't know any of
Starting point is 00:29:11 these people. I can't vouch for them. But they asked, do you think health care is affordable these days. No, 68% Democrats, 31 yes. Republican, 66%. Now, that is one of the few times you're going to see both parties coalescing. Yes, 34, Independent, 7229. Now, this is a big thing. If this survey is correct, I believe it is. Most people know that the health care costs are way too high. So, if you have both parties knowing that, believing that, then you get new legislation for oversight. Congressional oversight. Here are the rules, pharmaceutical companies. Here are the rules, practicing physicians. Okay? That's what we need. Now, if Trump would get behind that, that would help the Republican Party, but they don't even need. The party doesn't even need the president.
Starting point is 00:30:13 They can do it on their own. And they should. Media Madness, CBS News anchor John Dickerson, don't know him. He's a professional. He quits. He's out. He doesn't like the new regime headed by Barry Weiss. But even more so, she's going to wipe everybody out, Ms. Weiss.
Starting point is 00:30:36 So if I were Scott Pelly at 60 Minutes, I wouldn't be buying a house. All right, she's going to get all the lefties out. bring in more moderate crew. And that's underway. MSNBC changes its name to MS now on November 15. That organization is done. Okay? Finished.
Starting point is 00:31:00 And here's a big reason why. So there is a woman, and I know Nicole Wallace, who wish to work for Bush the Younger. I've always had respect for Ms. Wallace, but then she signed on for a fairly big paycheck with the radical left, MSNBC, and totally changed your point of view on life. Totally, 100%. Now, I'm not going to say she sold out for the money. That wouldn't be fair.
Starting point is 00:31:29 I don't know. But Ms. Wallace at one point was, you know, a person that you should have listened to. Now, no. Okay, she brings on J.B. Pritzker to her podcast, the worst governor in a country, Illinois. Now, Pritzker has been leading the charge against Donald Trump for being a fascist and Hitler and all that stuff. Here's what Pritzker said to the Economic Club of Chicago. Go. People have criticized me for talking about the Nazi regime.
Starting point is 00:32:08 On the right, people have criticized me. It's the one I know most about because I helped to build a Holocaust museum. He doesn't know anything about the Third Reich, as we showed you a few days ago. So after that statement, he comes on Wallace's podcast, and she brings up the Hitler thing. Go. Well, I definitely want to separate myself from him and from the idea that, you know, that I'm not suggesting, I haven't suggested that Donald Trump is Hitler, I wouldn't say that. I don't think any Democrat has. I actually, and I think it's a smear that they project back
Starting point is 00:32:53 on to critics. Well, that's just not true. So Pritzker has been referring to the Trump administration as the Third Reich for about six months. And as far as other Democrats are concerned, Remember, Nicole Wallace just said to her audience, I don't think any Democrat has suggested that Trump is Hitler. I think it's a smear. That's what Wallace said to her audience. Roll a tape. They understand the importance of standing for what democracy is and making sure that it does not fall by the wayside. They understand that we have a Timu Hitler in the White House right now that thinks that he is going to become the dictator of the United States.
Starting point is 00:33:38 This on his official account? Wow. A Unified Reich? That's Hitler's language. That's not America's. Well, when you say that you want to pollute the, when immigrants are polluting this country, that to me and the blood of this country,
Starting point is 00:33:52 that is absolutely reminiscent of things that Adolf Hitler said. I give you 30 more. And that woman has the gall to say to her audience that she doesn't think any Democrat has referred to the Trump administration as the Third Reich and Hitler? I mean, this is just beyond belief. I've never seen anything close to this
