Hey, Bill O'Reilly here.
Welcome to the No Spin News, Wednesday, July 10th, 2012, stand up for your country.
Here's an interesting opinion.
Donald Trump would rather run against Joe Biden than anybody else in the Democratic Party.
It's true.
I'm not going to report it as fact because I don't use anonymous sources.
But I am telling you it's true and you know me.
Why?
Would he rather run against Biden?
Because he knows what the New York Times knows, what Barack Obama knows, what I know and what you probably know.
Something else is going to happen to Joe Biden.
So, say it's October, and all of a sudden the President of the United States can't get out of the bed.
Uh-oh!
It is not going to get better for Mr. Biden's mental state.
Everybody who has any intelligence knows that.
It's not about ideology.
It's not about Kamala.
It's not about anything other than there's going to be some.
something else. And that could happen tomorrow night. It's a press conference after the NATO
meetings, solo Joe Biden. Now, I was on Hannity's radio show today, and we have it on
Bill O'Reilly.com. Hannity gives Biden dropping out 50-50. I have at 80-20 that Biden leaves
because as I reported, okay, and I was the first one to report this in the nation, the Democratic
chieftains, that's the word I used, had made the decision after the debate that Biden couldn't
carry on, that he would lose to Trump and the Democrats would lose the House and the Senate
November. That's true. And that's why you are seeing the New York Times and others call for
Biden to step down. And the key is Barack Obama. He is the most powerful man in the Democratic
party by far. So George Clooney writes an op-ed in the New York Times today, saying Joe's got to go.
George Clooney, who just hosted the fundraiser with Biden. Now, he didn't do that voluntarily.
The New York Times went to Clooney. And then Clooney's first call had to be was to Barack Obama.
Remember, Barack Obama was a headliner along with the president of the Clooney fundraiser.
in L.A. And Obama goes, yeah, we need to get them out of there, George, and that's what George
did. I'm going to have more analysis tomorrow on the Clooney op-ed, but I'm just giving you a
heads up of how this all works. Okay. If you really want an interesting discussion, go to
Bill O'Reilly.com and listen to the Hannahy O'Reilly segment. All right. Where does Joe Biden
stand right now on July 10th? That is the subject of this evening's talking point.
memo. So the national polls, according to real clear politics, got Trump up by three nationally.
Battled Ground states Trump is up by four. Okay? Almost every single liberal newspaper in a country
is now no longer supporting Biden. There are two exceptions. The Philadelphia Inquirer and the
Scranton Times Tribune both in Pennsylvania. There's the Inquirer had left.
line. This came to us by a viewer, Kim Robex. Thank you, Kim. And the Scranton thing came from Rick
Day, another viewer, thank you, Rick. Now, the politicians are being told to shut up on the
Democratic side because it's not good to have warfare inside the party. So people like Jerry Nadler,
the Uber leftist from New York and other people.
So, look, tone it down on the Biden's got to go.
They are being told that by both the Obama wing and the White House wing.
See, Obama doesn't want this whole thing to blow up.
And Obama doesn't want to be attached to it at all.
Okay?
Haney asked me an interesting question, do I believe Obama's been running the government?
And I gave him a very specific answer to that question.
I'm not going to tell you because I want you to listen to the Q&A that we do.
All right, so Joe Biden, he gave a speech yesterday to NATO.
He got through it okay, but he looked a little annoyed.
Roll the tape.
In Europe, Putin's war of aggression against Ukraine continues.
And Putin wants nothing less, nothing less.
than Ukraine's total subjugation, to end Ukraine's democracy, destroy Ukraine's culture,
and to wipe Ukraine off the map. And we know Putin won't stop at Ukraine, but make no mistake.
Ukraine can and will stop Putin.
Okay. You know, the standard issue, teleprompter, no teleprompter tomorrow in the press conference.
going to be really fascinating. By the way, the press conference will be after we tape the
No Spin News. However, I will be tweeting during the press conference a lot. So all of my staff
is standing by. So you'll get kind of a mini show. And we have tens of millions now following our
tweets. I don't know if they call them tweets anymore, but I do. They aren't X, right? X. It's at Bill
O'Reilly, at Bill O'Reilly. You want to dial into that because it's going to be real time.
It's going to be pop, pop, pop, pop for tomorrow's press conference. If Biden does not get through
tomorrow's press conference, if he fumbles and bumbles and he looks discombobulated, it's over
by the weekend. All right? So that's how fragile Biden's position is. Now, finally, the press
makes a big deal out of, you know, the struggle, the pro and con Biden. But there really isn't.
All right. Mark my words. I could be wrong on this. Somehow Biden may survive it.
There's always that possibility. But every step of the way, I have been accurate about Mr. Biden.
And I told you there would be a surprise, something big would happen, and boom, the debate
pops up.
And I'm going to tell you another bad thing is going to happen too to the president.
I don't know what it is, of course.
I'm not psychic.
I'm a journalist with a pretty good gut.
And that's the memo.
Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress.
National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets.
And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold.

on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. You don't want to miss an
episode. Okay, Pew Poll just out about who do you lean to politically? They asked
5,626 adults, American citizens. Who do you lean to? Republican 47, Democrat 46. Refused to
Lean 7.
All right.
Last year, it was Republican 48, so GOP has lost one, and Democrat 49, so the Dems have lost
3%.
That's a substantial number.
Doesn't sound like a lot, but in voting circles, it is.
So George Stepanophilus, this is a very strange story, but let me set it up for you, and then
I'll give you the strange part.
So Stepanopolis is walking in New York City.
Okay, he's a recognizable figure.
Somebody stops him on the street and asks him about Joe Biden.
Roll the tape.
Hey, excuse me.
Hey, how are you doing?
What do you think?
Do you think Biden should step down?
You talk to him more than anybody else have lately, and you could be honest.
You don't think you can start four more years?
All right.
That's an answer.
Okay, so people don't use it.
walk up to me with a camera rolling. I mean, I wouldn't talk to them if they did or a hidden
camera or anything like that. I mean, a telephone, yes. So I don't do a lot of telephone work
anymore because I know that odds are somebody to be recording whatever it is. Okay, so you don't
do that. But TMZ broadcast that. Now, I don't know whether TMZ sent somebody to follow stepping
I just don't know. But it's very strange. TMSA does pay for tape, which is why they got
that tape. Whoever did that got paid one way or the other. Now, Seponov was had to apologize.
Why? Why? That's your opinion, George. You don't have apologized for it. You know more than most
people know. You sat across from a man a couple of days ago. You don't think he can do four more
years? What's wrong with that? Oh, I'm sorry. I said it. Why? How about, you know, embracing the
Okay, what about Kamala Harris?
Is it in Dallas today?
We'll run a soundbite of hers tomorrow.
It's the usual stuff.
She didn't say anything about Joe Biden in Dallas in her speech there.
Not one way or the other.
We do know she's warming up in the bullpen.
She's, you know, people are coalescing or trying to figure it out.
It's a money play because according to federal law, fundraising, the Biden people
240 million in a bank, okay? Kamala can get 91 million of that, boom, right away for her,
and put together a staff and all that, 91 million. No other Democratic candidate get anything.
So that's why it's going to be Kamala. And then the political action committee has told the other
money, which will go back to them, they can support Kamala. But, you know, it's the money factor
here is Kamala's way ahead of any other person who could possibly get the nomination at the
Democratic Convention in Chicago in October. So what about Kamala Harris? Well, there's a book
out and I read it over the July 4th weekend. A book is called Amateur Hour. Kamala Harris
in the White House. It's by a reporter for the Daily Mail and a guy that does a lot of
internet work, Charlie Spearing, who joins us now from Powell, Wyoming, where he is on
vacation. So I read every pagey book, and it's an anti-comla Harris book. You don't like her
at all, but I have my staff check out a lot of the facts. That's what we always do for every
author, and everything checks. Was it anything I saw or could find that you read, you
wrote that wasn't true. So that's why you're sitting there with your little headphones on in
Wyoming. Okay. Well, thanks, Bill. I'm glad I passed the test. So I submit to you that Donald
Trump wants to run against Biden more than he would like to run against Harris. Do you believe that?
I think that's right, Bill. I think she, I think Donald Trump has absolutely spent his entire
four years campaigning against Joe Biden using those arguments of why voters can't trust him
to be the next president, you know, to get reelected as the next president of the United
States. And I think if Joe Biden leaves the stage, Trump has to start from ground zero. He
hasn't spent a lot of time attacking Kamala Harris, you know, a little bit here and there,
but it's never been the central point of his campaign. And, you know, it's telling right
before the debate, Trump was the one who issued a video warning people that if Joe Biden
doesn't, doesn't do well in this debate, then we're facing the very real possibility of a
President Kamala Harris. Yeah, and Trump believes, as I do, and probably you as well, that Biden's
going to get worse. Manages just a matter of time and when another catastrophe is going to be
for the country. That's what this is all about, the country. Now, you trace Harris from her
childhood all the way through her California political career, and I know Willie Brown,
and I know the situation where he was the mentor of Kamala Harris.
I don't think there was anything untoward about that.
Willie Brown was separated from his wife, at least in Willie Brown's mind.
There was out in the open, Herb Kane, the gossip comments in the San Francisco wrote about it every day.
And then Harris benefited from that.
Got to be the Attorney General, then got to be the senator.
When she goes to Washington, she doesn't really do anything.
The two headlines she made were attacking Joe Biden as a racist in the debate.
Everybody knows that.
And attacking Brett Kavanaugh, convicting him of heinous crimes with no due process.
Was there anything else she did in the Senate that anybody took notice of?
Right.
From the very moment she gave her speech after winning the Senate race,
She really defined herself as the person who would go to Washington and tackle the newly elected president Donald Trump.
So she became a voice, a mouthpiece for any sort of Democrat that was looking for a hero, a new superhero presidential candidate who could go and attack Trump.
And it was very clear right away from many senators who I talked to, many sources in the Senate I talked to that Kamala Harris did not come to the Senate to be a workhorse.
She was there to be a showhorse and she was there to run for president.
Okay, so they were grooming her as a DEI candidate, diversity, equity, inclusion for the presidency of the United States.
That's what they were doing according to you, right?
Well, it's interesting.
The media very much saw her as a possible Trump slayer in the 2020 election.
But when she finally ran, you know, announced her candidacy for president, it only went downhill from there.
This is why she made her famous attack against Joe Biden.
you know, branding him a racist was because she was already sputtering and running out of gas in her
campaign. Voters did not take her seriously. They viewed her as inauthentic and sort of
unwilling to talk seriously about the issues. And she really struggled during her presidential
campaign. Anyone who as a student of that came would have never chosen her as the vice president
of the United States. Yeah. And the reason Biden did was ethnicity and vote ketting among the
African American community. Now the reason that Kamala Harris is not
connected with the folks, in my opinion now, is that nobody knows what she's talking about.
Roll a tape.
Be it a meeting room, a boardroom, a courtroom, a hearing room.
You walk in those rooms knowing that we are all in that room with you, applauding you on
and expecting certain things from you, including that you will not be silent in those rooms.
And that we expect that from you because we also expect that you will internalize and know we're there with you.
And so your voice can be strong.
I have no idea.
None.
What that means.
Do you?
No idea.
Yes.
She's really trying to make the case that, you know, encouraging, you know, encouraging students to stand up
make themselves heard in a room where people might be telling them no.
Kamala frequently talks about how she, you know, quote,
I eat no for breakfast.
I don't let anyone tell me no when I want to do something.
I go forward.
And she's encouraging students to do the same thing.
Okay, but why didn't she just say that?
I mean, this stuff in the room, and she used the word you 10 times,
and that's how she speaks.
I submit to you that no voter listening to that 35 seconds soundbite would know
anything that she's talking about at all, unless she, I just, it's staggering. So that's why she
hasn't connected, because people can't make sense of what she says or does. Remember when a Biden
sandbagged her, this was revenge, in my opinion, for the racist comments by making her queen of
the border and saying, Kamala's going to go down and find her root causes and solve it. And that
wasn't fair to Kamala, believe me, and she knew it. And then Kamala went to Guadena. And then Kamala went to
Guatemala for like an hour and a half, and that was the end of Queen of the Border. That was it.
So there's nothing for her to run for president on that I can see. Do you have anything that she can
run on? Right. At this point, she's basically going to run, if she does become the, you know,
the Democratic candidate for 2024, you know, if Biden steps down, it'll be very much a campaign
on, you know, preserving the Biden-Harris legacy for whatever.
that is, and then moving forward into her number one issue, which is that of abortion with no
limits at all. And I think that she sees that as a key jumping point for any of her presidency
or a future candidate to see for presidency is the issue of abortion and all sorts of issues
that she wants to lean on. Cultural issues, legalize marijuana, all sort of voting rights.
These are the issues she would probably weaponize to use against Republicans and really paint them as
as out of touch and out of the center.
Yeah, but I mean, most Americans don't want abortion on demand for any reason
in the ninth month of pregnancy, and so there's that.
Final question for you.
She, Kamala Harris, to me, is not the best and the brightest, nor is Joe Biden.
But what she will bring if she runs, and that is my scenario now,
she will viciously attack Donald Trump.
I mean, in ways that we have never seen in this country.
I mean, Biden does what Biden does.
Kamala Harris will do it on steroids to use a cliche.
Nothing will be sacred.
She will go after that man and attack him personally every hour on the hour,
hoping to provoke him into an inappropriate response.
That's what she will do.
Am I wrong?
That's very insightful, Bill.
That's absolutely what she's going to do.
she, this is what she's done throughout her political career. Not only has she shown, you know,
thrown people that who help her in politics under the bus for her own political advantage.
She relishes the idea of a campaign fight, a bare knuckles match. She frequently describes
California politics as, you know, bare knuckle boxing, you know, a no-hold barth.
So this is absolutely what she'll turn the 2024 campaign into, a really vicious personal race
against Donald Trump, really trying to paint him as out of touch and old.
And a criminal and a philanderer and whatever else, a Nazi, a Hitlerite, you know, on and
on and on. It'll be the dirtiest campaign in American history by far. You know, Biden does it,
but she'll never do it like Kamala Harris. And when you punch back, then you're going to be
a racist and misogynist that she'll use that. All right, Charles. The book is Amateur Out.
and I think it's the best book on Kamala Harris. Again, you're coming at it from she's not
very, I don't know, tenable to traditional Americans, but the facts are the facts, and they're
there. I've nice vacation out there in Wyoming, lovely state. Love to go there. And thanks

All right, Trump was in Florida last night, big rally there.
We don't know how many.
unbelievable hot as it is in South Florida in the summer, but thousands of people showed up for the rally.
Newsmax and Fox News took a bit of it. I think Newsmax took all of it. Fox News aired some of it.
It was not, you know, anything that jumped out at me.
Marco Rubio was there, and he's my guess as the VP pick, as I told you yesterday, for the Hispanic ethnic,
ethnicity vote.
Trump carries Hispanics like 50, 55%.
He wins.
But I could be wrong on that.
Just a guess, all right?
And the VP will have to be announced in next few days
because the public and convention begins next week.
Anyway, Marco Rubio was on the stage, and here's what he said.
It's the most important election we've had,
and you hear that every four years.
This one truly is.
Because we are truly now, I don't, if we cannot afford
Can we afford another four years like this?
What will this country look like?
Four more years of this?
Destruction.
We can't afford it.
Okay.
And the former president himself,
he was on his game.
Go.
Meanwhile, the radical left Democrat Party
is divided in chaos
and having a full-scale breakdown,
all because they can't decide
which of their
candidates is more unfit to be president, sleepy, crooked Joe Biden, or laughing Kamala?
Laughing Kamala.
I would have used giggling myself.
Okay.
Now, I said before that this Democratic move to get Biden out of the election isn't based on performance.
The progressive left loves him.
It's based on that something that worse is going to happen to him and Trump will win by a landslide.
That's what it's based on.
So there is a proposed bill in the House, H.R. 8281, the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act.
What it would say is that all states have to obtain proof of citizenship in person before issuing a voting card.
You couldn't do it by driver's license.
You couldn't do it by mail.
You have to go to the polling place or the state election office in person and apply to vote.
That makes sense to me.
I mean, it's a lot more word for the states, but I get behind it.
No, no, no, no, no, Biden and the Democrats, no.
And here's why.
They say that the bill is based on easily disproven falsehoods and say that the laws are already in place to prevent non-citizens from voting in federal elections.
Well, the laws may be in place, but they're not enforced.
And in Pennsylvania, up to 20,000 non-citizens were registered to vote by the Department of Transportation in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
because they got driver's licenses.
They're automatically ready to send them to both.
20,000.
Okay?
And this is from the Heritage Foundation.
We believe that status true.
That's just one state.
So why wouldn't you want to tighten that up
and prevent this voter fraud?
It's a felony to vote in American election
if you're a non-citizen.
Democrats don't want it.
Biden doesn't want it.
It tells you everything you need to know.
Smart life.
Okay.
So I get letters every day.
We love the News and you O'Reilly and on and on and on.
I get hate mail too, but most of it's good, positive mail.
But who else can we trust?
And it's a tough one.
There's not many media vehicles anymore that are honest.
Wall Street Journal editorial page is honest.
I get it every day.
The rest of the newspaper is in and it's out.
It's tilts left.
There is an operation called Smart News
And it's run out of Tokyo, Japan, if you can believe it.
Smart news.
You can find it in your app store.
I don't even know what an app store is.
My staff does this for me.
Sets up every news calibration you can find on the planet,
so I have access to everybody.
Well, this smart news is pretty good.
And I go every day and I look, probably twice a day,
once in a morning, once a night.
And they list stories down.
You don't have to read them all.
You can read what you want.
But if you decide to take the smart life tip and check this out in the app store,
then the smart news situation comes down to your awareness.
So if you see Daily Beast, you know, it's not going to be true.
If you see Slate, it's not going to be true.
MSNBC, it's not going to be true.
And there are corresponding sites on the right that are extreme sites.
Okay?
So you've got to know who's doing what, and that takes some education.
But you can always go in and just see what they have, you know,
invalidate it.
But you've got to be smart in the smart life to make the most out of smart news.
Okay, Justice Suna Sotomayor, like the other eight Supreme Court Justice has security.
U.S. Marshals guard them.
And on July 5th, Friday, U.S. Marshals were sitting in a car in D.C., an armed carjacker came up,
and the marshal shot the guy four times.
He stole a lot.
He tried to carjack the marshal's car.
And it was an unmarked car.
Okay, so D.C. has an epidemic.
pandemic, 260 carjackings this year so far.
Last year, there were 959 carjacking incidents in the District of Columbia.
Why?
You'll prosecute them.
Even if you got a gun.
It's crazy.
Anarchy.
It's hot.
Global warming, yeah.
Yeah.
It's hot.
Getting hotter on this planet.
This week, here are the hottest places.
Baltimore, 113 degrees.
Phoenix, always hot.
11 Mesa right outside of Phoenix.
111. Raleigh, North Carolina.
Whoa, Raleigh, 111, Arizona.
You can just say Arizona, Vegas.
But in Portland, Oregon, Seattle, up there in the northwest,
it's usually not hot.
It's hot there.
The out west is hot.
A study by Harvard says that if you are in hot weather,
you lose mental acuity.
So we got to keep Joe Biden air condition.
Okay, it's an interesting study.
Hotter temperatures impair memory, reaction time, and mental performance.
And I know that's true because I've been to 86 countries.
The most vibrant countries I've been to are the cooler countries.
When you go down to the hotter places, you know, Central and South America, Africa,
South East Asia, production drops.
No doubt about it.
Singapore is an exception.
That's an exception.
That's a vibrant place.
It's hot.
But mostly in the hot countries, people are taking that siesta.
Stay in history, July 10th, 1965.
British rock band, the Rolling Stones, hit number one in the USA
with a song called satisfaction. I can't get no. That's grammatically correct. Mc Jagger,
you can't do double negatives. I can't get no is not correct. It's I can't get any satisfaction,
but not what the boy said. Anyway, off that hit, they just exploded. The Rolling Stones sold 200 million
records, 200 million. Listen to this. The combined wealth of the band,
Okay, Charlie Watts, he's deceased, Jagger Keith Richards, and Ronnie Wood is $1.5 billion.
Whoa, those guys are beyond rich, but they are still touring America this summer.
Go.
Everybody know
It's a champion
Yeah, I'm going to fly away
Oh, cheer a head
It's just to shine away
It's just the shine away
Oh
It's just to shine away
It's just the shout away
all right jaggers 80 years old prancing around up there still making a lot of jack
Rolling Stones first hit USA 59 years ago today right back with a final thought you're
gonna enjoy okay I'll be on News Nation Cuomo program 8 p.m. he slots me in when he wants I
can't give you a precise deal on that but I figured I'd run a clip tonight about you
know again some people haven't seen it so O'Reilly
Cuomol can't get more opposite politically, roll of tape.
Oh, I almost had a seizure.
God forbid.
When you said MSNBC.
God forbid.
I know.
Do you believe that they, not during Holy Week, of all times, I have to wash your feet
tomorrow?
I know you've got to run because you got dog, the bounty hunter, he's warming up.
Do you, Chris Hormow, think that Carville is starting to look.
like Roy Orbitson with the dark glasses.
Orbson?
I thought he was going to break out with pretty woman.
I thought Carvo was going to sing pretty woman on this broadcast.
He's looking just like Roy Orbison.
Rivera and I will chip in and buy you a tie, Cuomo, if you promise to wear it.
I'll tell you what, as long as you put it on me, because I want to get you
close enough to me to snatch up your old dusty self and crack you in half.
How about that is a deal?
Okay, you can threaten me all day long.
No, I don't beat up old men.
I'm teasing.
I'm teasing.
I'm teasing.
I'm teasing.
Right.
I want the audience to look at the sartorial splendor of Rivera and O'Reilly.
And then look at you who looks like a maintenance man in Penn Station.
Okay, so that gives a little bit of the tone.
Now, tonight, I've already told Cuomo I want to talk about George Clooney.
