Hey Bill O'Reilly here.
Welcome to the No Spin News for Wednesday, March 12th,
2025, stand up for your country.
Well, President Trump gave another presser today.
You know, he's really sticking it to Biden
who wouldn't talk to the press at all.
It was Irish Day at the White House.
the Premier of Ireland was there.
Mr. Chumbulled, very relaxed, took a series of questions.
I wrote, I watched the whole thing.
Today has been a hellacious day.
Boy, what a workday this has been.
But I wanted to watch the body language and the interaction between the President
and the Premier of Ireland because Ireland benefits very greatly from American trade.
I think you guys know that.
That country has enriched itself by,
attracting American industry over there because very low taxes and American
expats too they have big tax breaks for people like me authors and musicians
and things like that to move there and mr. Trump was interesting on how he
handled that he scolded Ireland a little bit for its imbalance his trade imbalance
the USA but he complimented them too and the premier the prime minister didn't
seem to take it personally. It was a pretty interesting exposition. And what Donald Trump
was doing with the press is interesting as well. He's calling him out on the spot. I have to tell you
this. I must have face-to-face suggested you don't tell a president anything. I used to be able
to tell Trump stuff when he was a businessman. But now I suggested, look, just real-time them.
If they ask you an unfair question, if their tone of voice is disrespectful, in real
time is pointed out. He's starting to do that. And it's tremendously effective. And I hope he
continues. Lots of questions about Ukraine, and that is the subject of this evening's talking
points memo. So good news on this front. It's clear to me both publicly and privately that
Donald Trump does not want this killing to continue. Most politicians will, they give you
that, oh, yeah, they don't really care. I mean, Putin couldn't care unless how many people die.
The Chinese don't care. But something in Trump emotionally doesn't want this. And I believe that.
And I know I'm well enough to give you that assessment. Okay. So Ukraine, after being cajoled and
threatened and booted around, has agreed to a 30-day ceasefire. Now, it took place.
Saudi Arabia yesterday. We covered it. And then in the 30 days, there would be extended negotiations
to end the war. Putin has not agreed yet. All right? I think Putin will agree, but he's going to be
a pain in a butt every step of the way because he's evil. That's it. He is. And again,
he doesn't care how many people die or babies are maimed or he couldn't care less. How about
own people. And at the end of this broadcast, in this day in history, I'm going to get,
I'm going to prove that case. Okay. All right. Now, a guy named Steve Whitkoff, 67 years old,
real estate billionaire. They say, I don't think he's a billionaire, but he's very wealthy,
and he's a friend of Trump, personal friend. He is the appointment of Putin. Now, Whitkoff
has been effective. We've been effective talking to,
the people in the Middle East. And he's a good negotiator. Trump trusts him. Whether he gets
through to Putin or not, I don't know. But it is in Putin's great interest to stop this
madness. But Putin has to walk away with some kind of win because that's the kind of evil
person he is. Now, I predicted on May 6th of 2024 this would happen.
go. Trump will govern the same way he governed the first time around. He'll make deal after deal
if the deal. I believe that Trump would get Putin to the table on Ukraine. Okay, I believe that.
And Biden, of course, wasn't even close to getting Putin anywhere in a discussion. Putin would
even take his phone calls, just so you know the history of this. Now, after the blowup was Zelensky in the White House,
March 3rd, here's what I said again. Go. So going forward, which is the most important thing now,
I think a deal is going to happen. All right, is when Trump, if you follow his history, if you read
the United States of Trump, a lot of times this happens. The deal seems like it's going to never
happen and then all of a sudden it happens. Presto. I'm not a genius. I just know the players
and the world.
All right.
I know the many better than anyone else as a journalist.
Okay, and you know, if you're watching the Northman news on a regular basis, listening
on the radio, you know that I know.
But I don't know whether this war in Ukraine is going to stop forever.
I think it will stop.
And I think a deal will be made.
Who could break the deal?
But what's the alternative?
There is no alternative.
It's all about Putin.
Not about Zelenskyy.
But the USA will get the mineral deal.
Now puts us there.
Okay?
Very important part of this.
Okay.
Now, both Trump and Putin are boxed in.
This is fascinating.
Putin doesn't make a deal.
Trump's got to hurt him.
And Trump will.
He'll crush him economically every way he can.
Putin knows that.
But Putin almost has to make a deal.
If Putin reneges on the deal after making it, again, Trump will go after him.
Trump has to go after him, though they're both boxed in.
Keep that in mind.
Now, this is an incredible display.
And again, this is NBC News Comcast.
I don't really care what Rachel Maddow says.
I've never picked on her.
I don't belitter her.
She gets a decent audience.
You've got to be an absolute progressive lunatic to watch her.
But there are two million of them.
And what Ms. Maddow says, he's entitled to say.
But last night after the ceasefire announcement was very disturbing.
Go.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio said this plan is all good to go.
As far as he's concerned, he just has to go run it by Russia now.
You know, sit tight here for a second.
I got to go check with my manager.
I'm sure it'll all be fine.
Apparently, the way the Trump administration is running their deal by the big guy,
running the deal by the boss is that they're sending Donald Trump's real estate friends,
Steve Whitkoff, to go meet personally in Russia with Vladimir Putin to get his OK,
to run the whole end-the-war plan by Putin. Steve's going to do it.
Steve's great. You know, I mean, Steve's a real estate guy. So I'm sure it's going to go great.
Snide off the chart.
Ms. Manno conveniently forgets that Whitkoff got Mark Fogle.
released who Putin had in jail, American Mark Fogle, who was at the address that Trump gave,
okay, with his 95-year-old grandmother who asked Trump to get Fogel released.
We'd cough did that. And it snide, snide. I'm not. Not going to do a personal thing.
Has it gall to say that? The other thing about it is,
That far left person has objected that pretty much every war ever.

it's okay let's keep that war going in Ukraine
yeah let's keep it going
Ooh. So I'm Comcast, right, and I'm watching this. I've got to say something. I wouldn't fire her or suspend her. I wouldn't do any of that. But I'd say something.
Now, this is another insane thing. New York Times White House correspondent is a guy named Peter Baker. Here's what he says. Go.
Everything that Russia wants, it seems to be getting it.
It would get sanctions lifted.
If Trump had his way, they'd even be readmitted to the G7.
I don't think it's going to happen.
But everything that Trump has talked about has been toward Putin's version of a peace and not toward Ukraine.
There is no Ukraine version of peace, you pinhead.
Okay.
Ukraine can't stop the war, can't win the war, can only lose the war.
war. Only person who can stop the war is Putin. That's it. Unless you want to send American
troops in there and NATO troops, want to do that. Now, this guy Baker, he knows better. He
knows the only person on the planet could stop this is Putin. Yet he lies to the audience
because that's what he's told to do. That's what the culture is. That's what the culture is.
is. Whatever Trump does is bad. Even if Trump wants to stop the war, it's bad.
Often. That's the memo. All right, ladies on tariffs is, I'm not even going to get into
the specifics because they change hour to hour. And that's what Trump's plan is.
Threatening the tariff, we're going to do this, we're going to do that, then we'll make a deal,
then we won't do it, then we will do it, then it's in, then it's in, then it's
Now, I believe that they will make a bunch of deals.
U.S., Canada, Mexico, EU, China is a different story.
Will these deals bolster America?
Good chance they will, but not a lock.
Are they hurting America now?
Yes.
because the market is so wobbling.
But I think you've got to give me a chance
because the trade imbalance is insane.
Trillion dollars of trade imbalance under Biden?
Come on.
All right.
There's another story I don't even cover.
It's the budget funding bill.
I don't even bother with it
because I know it's going to all work out.
And if it doesn't work out
and they close the government, then I'll cover.
it. So yesterday, the Republicans in the House said, okay, we'll extend the budget spending
through September 30th. Good. Gives Trump a little breathing room. Government's not going to shut
down. Trump may shut the government down. He's firing everybody. I might shut it down.
But Congress isn't going to shut it down. Only Republican who voted against this is Thomas
Massey of Kentucky, who, I don't know. I don't know him. I don't know why he does.
He does what he does.
Why don't we try to get him on next week?
Let's try to get Massey.
He won't come on, but we'll try.
One Democrat voted for it, Jared Golden of Maine.
Okay?
So now Congress can do its thing until September 30th.
It has to go to the Senate, but because the Republicans hold a majority,
all the Republican senators will vote for it.
I can't imagine one wouldn't.
But Schumer, he doesn't like this.
No, go.
What do you say to some Democrats who might go ahead and vote for this because they're concerned that if the government shuts down, that's a bad thing or gives Elon Musk more enterprise to go through the government?
We're going to wait and see what the House does first.
You're not giving any specific to those members.
Now, again, every Democrat in the House, except for one, voted against the spending bill because they want more spending and more and more and more.
And that's where Chuck is.
You don't cut any spending
They don't even want to root out the waste
Let's just spend more
ICE
There is 646 undocumented people in Houston
Houston not a sanctuary city
So they're cooperating with Homeland Security
646
ICE says 543
out of the 646 are criminals
pretty impressive got no coverage anywhere but they uh they've arrested them and they'll
i guess all be deported and on that deportation front how about mamud calil so he's a former
columbia university student got his master's degree in public administration married his wife's
going to have a baby now this guy is an agitator he's here in the united states on
on a green card. So he's legally here. But he leads all the protests against Israel and, you know,
he says he's not anti-Israel, but come on. Come on, Mahmood. And they nailed them. I just picked
him up. He's in a detention center in Louisiana and they want to deport him. But a judge has
stayed the deportation till they hear the case. And I wrote a message of the day on bill o'Reilly.com saying that was a right decision.
decision. Let's see what Khalil actually did. Okay, because remember, if you're here on
a green card or student visa or anything, you're here on this soil, you get all constitutional
protection of due process. Now, it's murky when you cross the border illegally because
they can put you right back without a hearing. But Khalil was here, okay? So he gets
through process. I don't have any problem with that. Let the immigration judge look at the record.
It looks to me like Khalil's an agitator. And he does, remember, a green card or a student visa
is a privilege. It's not a right. The United States are giving you a chance to better your
life. And you come in here and cause trouble. If I'm a judge, boy, Khalil, you got to prove to me
that you're a benign guy, and I don't think Khalil can do that. So why don't you read my message
of the day on bill o'reilly.com and we'll keep you posted on this so trump wants no department of
education to speak of the government's fired 1,315 department of head employees but 600 of them
took voluntary retirement so it's not as bad as it sounds why why is this happening because like
the abortion issue trump believes education should be handled by the states and there should be a
of Ed, there will be, and they oversee it, but you don't need a battalion of people
if the states are going to control it. Now, I pay a school tax, and I'm sure you do too,
if you own a home. And I pay that locally in my district, the money goes to the schools.
And in my district, on Long Island, schools are good. They're good, because the affluent district,
they get money, and they're educating well. In poor districts, not that way.
Education is bad, and that's a very tough problem.
Trump believes that problem can be solved better by the individual states than a colossus in Washington.
I agree with that.
Some scores, 66% of American students are proficient in math.
So 34 or not.
That's not good.
We're better in writing and English and things like that.
Reading.
We're better in that, but math went so good in.
Tulsi Gabbard.
So she's stripping security clearances of 51 officials
who signed that bogus Hunter Biden laptop letter.
You'll remember them.
This is Clapper, former Director of National Intelligence.
Hayden, former CIA chief, Panetta, former Secretary of Defense, Brennan, CIA chief.
They all signed a letter and said, ah, Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation.
You remember that, right?
Now, all of these former intel people, they get briefings, nothing serious.
But it's more of a professional courtesy.
No more.
Okay?
Trump administrations knocked them out,
he goes, nah, you're not going to get it.
The interesting thing about this story
is even though these 51 were wrong
that the Hunter laptop was fake,
it wasn't.
Whereas it had nothing to do with it.
None of them apologize.
And here's what Panetta said.
So you don't have any regrets about doing what you did?
No, I don't have any regrets
about not trusting the Russians.
That's not what you did.
You told the American public that Hunter Biden's laptop was a phony.
But the Russians put it in there.
You know, I know Leon Panette pretty well.
I lost a lot of respect for him.
I don't think we'll ever be chatting again.
I gave money to his foundation out of Monterey, California, because he was educating students.
No more.
Maine.
So remember the governor of Maine, Janet Mill.
said, hey, federal government, I'm not obeying the executive order.
I'm going to let trans men compete with girls on the athletic fields.
Okay?
Trump scolded her in the Oval Office, remember.
Well, now, Department of Agriculture has cut off $30 million in funding to the University of Maine.
But we're not getting a grant.
Revenge, yeah.
And it's hardball.
And Maine, there's a lot of money up there for them.
Joe Biden.
Where have you gone?
Joe DiMaggio Biden.

Our nation turns its lonely eyes to you to quote Paul Simon.
He didn't have Biden in there.
He had Joe DiMasio.
Okay.
So now there is allegations, there are allegations that Biden didn't know what he was signing
when he made executive orders.
And auto pen.
Now it's insane because you see Trump every day signing executive orders holding them up.
Biden couldn't do that.
And Autopin had to do it?
Very strange.
Worth investigating.
Now, throughout history, beginning with Harry Truman,
Autopens were used by presidents,
but not on executive orders and laws and things like that.
However, Edith Wilson signed her husband's name Woodrow Wilson
to a whole bunch of very important documents
because Woodrow had a stroke couldn't do
couldn't do anything and nobody knew about it.
Confronting the presidents.
If you haven't read it, shame on you.
So either of who's actually running the government.
But now we have Autopen running the government, maybe.
So an outfit that's looking at this very hard is the Heritage Foundation, based in D.C.
And its chief counsel of the Oversight Project, Kyle Brosnan, joins us now from Washington.
So how bad do you think this is?
It's pretty bad, Bill.
So zooming out a little bit, the Constitution vests powers of signing bills into law, issuing pardons, thing like that in one person and one person only, the President of the United States.
And for things like pardons and bill signings, his physical signature is what authorizes or completes that process.
And we have found evidence that President Biden did not hand sign multiple pardons and acts of clemency throughout his presidency, including the pardons of the January 6 committee members, Dr. Anthony Fauci, General Millie, and the pardon for the commutation for everyone on federal death row in the waiting days of his administration.
And so it leads to a question, if you combine that with the practical issues of Biden was clearly out of it.
His mental faculties were diminishing throughout his presidency.
It begs the question of who was running the country, who had authorization to sign these pardons, who had access to the autopet.
And so we are uncovering multiple exercises of the pardon power, which only belongs to the president of the United States, that he did not hand sign those documents.
An argument might be made that he knew about the documents and was just too lazy to sign him.
That may well be the case, but we need to control, we need to understand who had access and control of that autopet.
And maybe there is a written trail of evidence of who, of him authorizing those actions.
But we've seen time and again throughout the last four years that the President Biden's mental capacity greatly diminished throughout his presidency.
We saw the disastrous debate performance where he paused for over a minute.
We saw gaff after gaff on the media and speaking in public.
We saw special counsel Robert Hur refused to prosecute him in part because he is an elderly man with the poor memory.
And so if he is too senile to see his day in court for mishandling classified documents,
then there are serious questions as to his mental ability to execute his offices of the presidency.
All right. So what if it comes to light that Biden didn't know about,
what he was signing or what the auto pen was signing and he had no interest in it and they just went
out. There's no mechanism to reverse those orders, is there?
Well, that's an open question. We're studying that here at the Oversight Project now where we're
engaging with legal scholars and continuing our research on that. But it's unprecedented here.
Generally speaking, you know, President Bush, for example, would have bills flown,
roughly around the world for him to sign here, but for use of the auto pen to this scale
to exercise a power that solely belongs to the president and cannot be legally delegated to
anyone is unprecedented. So I think the next step is that can, oh, it's terrifying. Yeah. And there's no
doubt about it. And I've said this from the very beginning. He was not in charge. Let's look at the
men who were in charge. And you give me a rundown of them. First one is Ron Klein, White House chief of
staff from 21 to 23. Clayne had an enormous amount of influence in that White House, correct?
Yes.
What's your assessment of him?
So, I mean, you see the reports that President Biden kept in notoriously close circle.
He had a number of conigliers throughout, you know, his political, his very long political
career.
One other person that may have had access to it is near attending.
She served as what is what is called the Staff Secretary, which is basically the
the nucleus of the White House. Any piece of paper that goes in front of the president,
the staff secretary sees and sort of keeps a train running on time. And she served as
as secretary for, I believe, two years during the Biden presidency, including times where
we noticed that clemency warrants and pardons appear to have been auto-pent.
I don't think there's any doubt that she saw everything that went through the system.
What I'm trying to get at, though, is Claim was his governing style different than
Biden's? Was he far left? Was he a moderate Democrat? What was he?
Well, I think you saw a leftward turn during the Biden administration from, you know,
ranging from their cabinet appointees to GEI policies, energy policies, you name it.
You know, I think President Biden ran in 2020 as a moderating and uniting candidate.
And then when he got into office, he veered the country sharply in the leftward direction.
The open border was stunning. Open border, executive order was absolutely.
Absolutely stunning. Second guy is Mike Donaldan, senior advisor to Biden from 21 to 24. You know anything about him?
Personally, no, other than public reports that he is a very, you know, close advisor to him. He's part of the Biden inner circle.
You know, depending on what his position was in the White House, he may have that access to the autopay.
We were going to assume that there was some sort of policy governing this and the individuals that have,
had access pursuant to that policy are people that were likely need to be spoken to by
investigators. Yeah, all right, because you got to run this down and see what the point of view
of these people were. Now, Susan Rice is the next one. Our national security advisor 13 to 17
under Barack Obama. She was in the White House all the time. She's a committed leftist,
no doubt about that. And if there was a link to Barack Obama, she would be it because they're
close friends, correct?
That's right.
She was a prominent force in the Obama White House.
And in the Biden White House, she served as domestic policy advisor.
And she played a big role in another investigation that we uncovered about the
Biden administration's attempt to federalize elections and mobilize the weight of the
federal government to support Democratic candidates.
Yeah.
That, if I'm you, I'm looking at Susan Rice real hard.
This guy is Jeff Zions, White House of Chiefs of Staff, 23 years.
25. I don't know anything about him. Do you know anything about him? Well, he was Biden's
original COVID czar when he first came into office. And we saw all the efforts from the Biden
White House to censor any dissent about COVID and then was elevated to the chief of staff
by the end here. Again, as chief of staff, he's side by side with the president all the time,
oftentimes access his proxy and meetings and things like that. He has the potential to be a big
player here as well. He would have been chief of staff when those, you know,
auto-penned partings in the waiting days of the administration for the January 6th
Committee, General Millie, Dr. Fauci, and Biden family members were issued.
Yeah, those four individuals, I think we're running a country. But, you know,
you really have to get in and bore down on what their agenda was, who they really are,
and it's complicated. The final thing is, will the Heritage Foundation,
file a lawsuit here? What's the end game for you guys?
So we have submitted a follow-up Freedom of Information Act request to gather more information.
We have the potential to sue for those FOIA requests if they're not answered and they don't
follow the law. But we are in court on a number of cases concerning President Biden's mental
acuity. And the most significant one on that is for the audio tape of special counsel
her's interview with President Biden.
And in that interview,
in that interview, President Biden,
forgot key details of his life,
like when his son passed away,
when he was vice president,
and other important details.
And that interview is formed the basis
for special counsel,
her, to determine that he was not going
to try and prosecute President Biden
because he's an elderly man with a poor member.
You think you're going to get that?
Hey, it's Sean Spicer from the Sean Spicer Show podcast,
reminding you to tune into my show every day

Who knows?
you know, the President Biden has served an executive privilege over those documents.
The case has been pending and fully briefed since August, and the judge is asking for whether
the new administration has a new policy here. But, you know, when the president has served
executive privilege, it's rare and it's a big deal. And so we're still continuing to.
Right, right. So then. All right, Kyle. Let us know, keep his posting on what you find out.
I'm going to predict it's going to be a huge scandal about Joe Biden.
not being in charge for four years.
That is unprecedented in this country.
We appreciate time very much today.
All right, Smart Life, wallet hub, good financial website, it's worth your time.
They have a poll, only 200 respondents, though, about tipping.
Nine out of ten Americans think that automatic service charges should be banned.
So if you get your check, usually in a restaurant, if you have a party of more than six,
they'll build in a 15 to 20 percent tip.
I don't have a problem with that.
But more and more restaurants now are forcing you to tip at a certain level.
I do have a problem with that.
And so do 90 percent of Americans?
The other questions are, do you think tipping culture has gotten out of control?
86 percent of Americans say yes.
No. Our business is replacing employee salaries with tips. That's interesting question. Yes, 55, no 45. Should automatic service charges be banned? Yes, 83, no 17. Even when you go in for a takeout, just to pick up, they're asking for tips and all that. So here's my thing. I want to be generous because people, younger people are working and, you know, all of that. So I tip 20% usually. I gave a guy 10% last,
weekend because he was the worst waiter I've ever seen. I should have given him nothing,
but I gave him 10 because I felt sorry for him. If he couldn't even do that job, what's his
future life? About 20% is what I do. I do not tip on picking up stuff that I order over the phone.
I mean, that's insane. He's handing me the bag. That's it. I'm out of there. And I don't tip if I have
a credit card thing and they twirl the thing around and go, okay, I said, for what? I called. I
you cooked it up your hand in it to me what am i tipping for you didn't come to the table and
pour water you didn't do any of that so i'm a purist in that regard but i think americans are
generous if you do get good service 20 is good rosie o'donnell moves to ireland um okay uh that's
fine i'm going to do a big uh youtube uh thing on it beginning tomorrow i hope she's happy
in ireland but what disturbs me is her 12-year-old
daughter. Roll it. I'm happy. Clay is happy. I miss my other kids. I miss my friends. I miss
many things about life there at home. And I'm trying to find a home here in this beautiful
country. And when, you know, it is safe for all citizens to have equal rights there in America.
that's when we will consider coming back.
So she refers to her daughter as Clay.
Now, I usually stay out of this stuff.
It's none of my business, how you raise your children.
But she's 12 years old.
And this girl, according to her mother, is non-binary,
which means she doesn't identify with any gender.
12 years old?
And you're calling her Clay?
But again, I could be wrong about this.
I don't know the details, but it just got to predict the kids.
12 years old is not old enough to make any binary decisions.
Stay in history, March 12, 1938, we referred at the top of the program with Putin.
Adolf Hitler annexes Austria, the Anschlis.
All right, so German troops marched into Austria.
Austrians are happy to see them, all right?
And Hitler said, hey, Austria is going to be part of Germany because they're all
Germans anyway, they speak German, and that's it.
Took it over. All right.
Boston didn't have any problem with it.
Fought on Hitler's side during World War II.
Paid the price.
And the argument was, to the world, old Adolf said,
hey, if you're Germans, you're going to be part of Germany,
and we don't care what you think.
We don't respect territorial lines.
Well, guess who believes that?
Bad Vlad, roll it.
Despite all the difficulties of today, I've always thought that Ukrainians and Russians are one people, at least one ethnic group.
There you go.
Hitler game plan, bad Vlad.
That happened 87 years, so every seven years ago.
Today, Germany annexed Austria.
Okay.
Final thought.
back in a moment. Okay, here's a final thought of the day. I'm old school guy. I do reporting
the way it used to be done. I do analysis based on facts. I hate cliches. I mock cliches.
I turn on television news. It's cliche America. Here is the latest one. Go.
We'll take this offer now to the Russians. And we hope that they'll say yes, that they'll say yes to peace.
the ball is now in their court.
So, Joe, right now, it does sound like the ball is in Russia's court.
Yeah, Rubio, they're saying that the ball is now in Russia's court.
Yeah, Victoria, the ball is in Russia's court now when it comes to this ceasefire.
Now the ball is in Russia's court to prove that it is also interested in peace,
or at least a ceasefire, I should say.
I'd give you 100 more.
Lemmings, not a Russian ball in their court.
They don't think.
They recite.
worst is we'll see yeah we'll see you're insulting me i know we'll see everybody knows that you don't
have to say it 45 000 times and then there is at the end of the day if i'm trump i'm signing
executive order today says if you say at the end of the day you have to donate 10
dollars to charity every time you say it and if you don't ice is going to come to your house
at the end of the day uh it's painful to me it's painful it's like you know the nail and this is a
cliche the nail is on a blackboard so ball in a court how many times you're just can you just
just be original, just try. I'm pleading with you. Thank you for very, very much for watching
and listening to the No Spinoos, where we try never to use clichés. We'll see you tomorrow.
