Starting point is 00:00:01 I'm so glad that my friend Carrie, she reached out to me. She's supporting me from a content management perspective. And she reached out and said, I know someone who can really help you get that business to that next level through the LinkedIn perspective, right? And she shared with me about the LinkedIn training that Jordan has. And I'm so glad she did because it was in the first couple of classes, it just made a world of difference. So I wasn't a novice when I came into the program. I had been using LinkedIn, but not optimizing. And there's a difference.
Starting point is 00:00:38 You can use something, but not optimize it. So from between week one, which was the introduction to the next week, my profile was updated. My header was much more advantageous and inviting to people. And so it just, I had links, the things that were calling people to me. and giving them more information about me. Without me being salesy, it was really just telling my story through my profile.
Starting point is 00:01:09 And that was just between weeks one and two. Like that I had been vacillating around being become premium or not, right? But when you really recognize what the investment brings and how small the investment is, and Jordan continued to show and explain, you need to look at the investment and your return on investment, right? And so that was one. It took me over, stopped playing with this, right?
Starting point is 00:01:38 Just go with premium. The other thing that I've learned is that if you're going to get to your ideal client, the decision makers, LinkedIn has to be the place and you have to, again, once again, use it to its fullest extent and continue to learn in that space so that you do reach those clients, you keep them engaged, and you add value.
Starting point is 00:02:03 I just heard something this morning and said you add value 10 times before you even ask someone to buy something for me. And so what I've learned in the LinkedIn training is helping me to add value on that scale of ratio so that when I go ask about people using my services, they're going to be more willing to buy because we've built a relationship through that. So I really, in my heart of hearts, wanted to release a newsletter. And I wanted to do it through the most invatigious platform that I have. Most of my clients are corporate clients. And so LinkedIn is ideal for me. And I wanted to do that newsletter through that platform.
Starting point is 00:02:51 I didn't want to just email a newsletter. I wanted to be in a place where, people are going to get to the information, and actually it pushes the information to my subscribers. So I went from zero. I mean, I've only had it. The class started in, I think, September. And so within a couple of months, I'm up to over 600 subscribers. That's just phenomenal to me.
Starting point is 00:03:18 And so I can push out, again, more value to them. I can share my services with those folks. And the subscribers keep climbing. So a newsletter, it was the right decision. I was able to, through the one-on-one coaching that's afforded to us in that LinkedIn program, training program with Jordan, he offers a one-on-one session with him. And I went in targeting that newsletter to figure out how I could get that done. And within that one session, because Jordan has tremendous teaching skills.
Starting point is 00:03:53 And he makes it so easy and he makes it so inviting. And so we were able to work through the details, the logistics, get it up and running. And it is also pushing out to my email list, email list, but also most importantly, it's growing my list of subscribers every time I publish. And I started to go, like, maybe I'm only going to do it a month, right? But I'm really doing it a week, once a week. And like I said, I'm up over to 630 or so subscribers. I couldn't have done it without the LinkedIn training that Jordan provides. I wouldn't have.
Starting point is 00:04:30 So I am a coach and I believe that I can get farther, farther, faster with someone's help. And I don't know what I don't know. But I do know that I don't know something that's going to help me get over the hurdle. And every time I get into a coaching session or a coaching relationship, it's because I recognize the There's something I'm missing and I need the help of somebody who's been where I want to go. So I would encourage you if you are looking to grow your audience, if you're looking to be able to amplify your voice, if you're looking to really make a true difference and add value and be a relevant player in your industry and your field, LinkedIn training is going to take you there. It's going to the LinkedIn training that Jordan provides is not only going to get you out there, but he's going to show you how to amplify your voice, amplify your message,
Starting point is 00:05:32 and be able to add more value to your clients or potential clients, and really show you how to maximize the use of it. So it's, to me, if you know that you don't know, you need to connect with Jordan. Yeah, so the other thing that I think is awesome, and valuable is the community. We learn and we get to know additional people who have services that each of us can lean on and really utilize when we're needing them. We're meeting people that we would never be exposed to.
Starting point is 00:06:12 And so I now have, I think my community has now been expanded because I was in that class. And we're coming from the same perspective. and we, because we've been in that class, we've shared and gleaned from the knowledge that Jordan has brought to us. So I would say, don't hesitate to be the best that you can be. Be the best that you can be with the best help that you can get. And I hope that is genuine, authentic, and really cares about you and your services and not just about what he's bringing. So I would say community and information, valuable information, it's a win-win equation.
