Starting point is 00:00:27 Welcome to Buenta Vista. It's episode 461. I'm leaving that one there. And I am the creative director here at Red Rocket Creative. My name's Lucy, and I'm a fuckwit cunt. With me, three other fuckwit cunts. We're all wearing head-to-to-toe Ted Baker, and we've all sucked off Todd Sampson upwards of seven times.
Starting point is 00:00:49 We're here in the boardroom brainstorming and thinking outside the box together. We're going to throw together a sick pitch deck and whip up some Soch posts and brand assets for some of our amazing clients. Oh, and yeah, we're just throwing back a few Bolter XPAs because we just kind of do that here. Now, this is a, we're going to throw around some slogan ideas for a youthful rebrand of chemist warehouse. Client wants something a little silly, maybe a little like, like some meme stuff, maybe like some tongue tongue tongue so her, like the, some meme stuff. Yeah, okay.
Starting point is 00:01:28 Hang on. No, no, don't worry about it. We'll move on. You know about it. You know about it. Don't worry. Okay. Did it really?
Starting point is 00:01:34 No. Fuck. Now, this is an audio medium. Don't, just don't worry about it. Oh, Jesus. Okay. This isn't starting off. Well, this is an audio medium.
Starting point is 00:01:48 I'm going to ask you guys for like a thumbs up, thumbs down for me on some new slogans. I've gone, come up with for a chemist warehouse. So how about? It's giving chemist. Thumbs up. Thumbs up, yeah. I'm going to get another balter. Okay, cool.
Starting point is 00:02:04 Yeah, open another balter. No, because certraline? It's just those three words. My only issue is that we probably need to get searchalline on board for, you know, double-income stream there, I think. Like a collab, like a collaboratively. Yeah, yeah. Otherwise, it might be, yeah, back to, like, Xanax. whatever, you know.
Starting point is 00:02:28 Yeah. In your personal left, you've found yourself saying no because search relate a lot because of one specific question? Searcherleet? I don't know what searcher lean. Did you come? No. The way I'd be using this damn blood pressure monitor.
Starting point is 00:02:45 Yeah. I don't know about that. Yeah. And it could link to, like, their helpful materials they've got on on, on, how to use. How to use. Blood pressure monitor. pressure monitor as well. Or, you know, we'd get an AI collab going on.
Starting point is 00:03:04 You know, maybe agents could be like replying. Searcherlene can be, you know, it says here, it's actually the agent's telling me it can be injected via IV. We might have to, I don't know if there needs to be sorted out before it goes to production. Sounds like a lawsuit, yeah. Maybe we'll have to sort that one out. No, you just follow it out.
Starting point is 00:03:22 Am I pre-diabetic? Is that something? Yeah, it's good. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, more and more people are asking that of themselves and chat. And chat. And chat.
Starting point is 00:03:34 Hey, how about go emotium mode? Yep. Like when you go diet. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. That was my favorite one. Can we backpedal a little? Uh-huh.
Starting point is 00:03:45 I mean, I was about to throw it out. I was about to throw it out to the group because you're all fuckwits as well. I just wanted to ask about the, thank you. The chat thing. Because people say that as, because they're using the. voice of a streamer talking to their audience. Yeah. Because that sort of goes are there.
Starting point is 00:04:01 It's sort of empirical, yeah. Chat Chibb-D. Because they refer to chat as chat. Like, that's its name. I've never met someone that. I asked chat. I asked chat, yeah. But I've seen it in instant gram reels.
Starting point is 00:04:16 I've definitely seen it on the instant gram reels. You know, back in my day, chat used to mean just the good old-fashioned human beings that were in your Twitch audience. And now? Men you're going to sit in those white plastic chairs out the back of somebody's place? Yes, dude. Just kidding you. If you're lucky.
Starting point is 00:04:35 This is chat to me. It's the glass table. Glass table, white plastic chairs, you know? And then Twitch audience. And now a robot. That's a robot. A fucking robot. They made chat.
Starting point is 00:04:50 Used to be the only concern was that you got there late because you had to finish your shift at Domino's. but you have to sit on the crate for some reason. Even though you've kind of been working harder than everyone else. My dogs are barking. You're making me sit on the crate. I'm making me sit on the crate. Sitting on the crate while my dogs are barking. You're crating me and my dogs?
Starting point is 00:05:10 We used to drink from the hose. And I brought some leftover pizzas. Leftover pizzas and you're putting me on the fucking crate. You're still putting me on the fucking crate. Anyway, Ben, Andrew and Theo are here also. Hey. You guys put any cool ideas? What about chemist warehouse?
Starting point is 00:05:28 We bounce on those prices crazy style. Oh, okay. All right. Is that good? Do we bounce on those prices crazy style question mark? Oh, you're right. I think I post this in the chat. Did I post it in the chat?
Starting point is 00:05:45 I can remember when I was in New Zealand and I was at a chemist warehouse in Queensland. It had sex toys in there. A chemist's toys? Like roses and lemons? Or roses and lemons Or like double-ended dildos. No, no, we're talking like, you know how there's
Starting point is 00:06:01 the like Scandinavian design sex toys that are removed from the human form? Yes. So like, you know, they have the sort of, they're a long... Like a table leg? It looks like clockwork orange artwork. Like a 70s walnut polished table leg. They're like the Bauhaus versions of the... It's like the simplest possible geometric recreation of a penis,
Starting point is 00:06:24 but with none of the attributes of the penis, you know? Yes. They've got those ones where it's just like, sort of like a... It's not your granddaddy's penis. Okay. No. No. But they're just like the most...
Starting point is 00:06:41 Your granddaddy's penis. They look like modern app design style sex toys. But yeah, it was bizarre. I was like, wait a damn second. Material design... These are for putting in your pussy or your asshole. And they're here and they can swim in us. You meant to like sit them on your bedside?
Starting point is 00:06:57 Are they like pendulum? Conversation piece. Conversation piece. What's that? Oh, it's for my pussy. Yeah. Oh, this thing on the hallway table? I put it inside my pussy when I want to make it feel nice.
Starting point is 00:07:09 And as a consequence, me. 2029 tentacles in Cambridge Warehouse? Oh, easily. Yeah. Maybe in beautiful, Attero, New Zealand first. And then 2020, 20, 301. The tentacle. tentacle vibrator
Starting point is 00:07:25 the undested out in Brisbane maybe 2032 how about 6 to 7% off and then all the kids can come in an aura farm
Starting point is 00:07:35 over the signs you know we just put 6 to 7% off on most things but then when you bring it up to the counter it's always 6% off so we get a little cream back I think aura farming
Starting point is 00:07:48 at the chemist warehouse is a trap I think the devil's getting in to be honest If you're opening your aura, right, if you're opening yourself to the aura of the chemist warehouse shelf, I think a little bit of the devil's getting in you. So what am I doing? Turning my swag off when I walk in? Like what would you do?
Starting point is 00:08:09 You want me to go swagless into chemisware? Swag frame, chemistry. One of the beautiful things about chemist warehouse is swag or no swag, you're welcome there. You can be the least swaggerest person and stroll into chemist warehouse. and they will not look at you or even acknowledge you from behind the plastic screen. It will be just as alienating to you either way around. They're going to treat everyone like that. They're swaggnostic.
Starting point is 00:08:37 They're swaggnostic. Camus Warehouse is swaggnostic and our prices be buss and FRFR. Yes. Our religion, swaggnosticism. Looking for swagnostic truth. This is very different to a swag gnostic. Yeah. Yes.
Starting point is 00:08:58 We believe in doing real research on this show. I'm looking at Axis.org's parents guide to teen slang 2026 update. Yeah. I think Bussin's out, dude. Well, we got Bustin on there. We got 6'7. We got beige flag, bed rot, you know. And I'm very surprised to see Cannon, head cannon.
Starting point is 00:09:21 Cap, no cap. catch these hands, so on and so forth. Very surprised to see Chugie on there. Chugie, still going. Still going, still going strong. I mean, it just shows the power of that zeitgeist. I think it's got another two years left in it. I think we kept it in the zeitgeist.
Starting point is 00:09:39 I think we've kept it in the zeitgeist. Yeah. And it starts to slip out of the zeitgeist. It's time to, that's when you buy, you've got to buy the dip. Buy the chuggy dip. Buy the chuggy dip. I find that sometimes it's kind of nice what it slips out of the zite coast. because then you've bought yourself a little more time.
Starting point is 00:09:53 It's kind of like a reset for your body. Hey, I don't think Zoomers actually like any of this shit that we're talking about. But there is one thing that they will like. It's GDA6. We talk about a GDA-type world in GDA world. That's shorter than I remember. This is from listening. David, thank you for sending this in.
Starting point is 00:10:24 Should have slipped it out of the sidecast. from the Boston Globe, New Hampshire man arrested for allegedly stealing fire truck from crews as they work to extinguish blaze at his house. That is, that's fucking, that's the doing a crime and then stealing the police car of GTA behavior. That's a classic move. Classic move.
Starting point is 00:10:48 Classic move. A man in rural New Hampshire was arrested after he allegedly stole a fire truck from first responders while his house was. was burning down Tuesday morning, official said. Nestor, Roman the 2nd, 30, allegedly stole a Whitefield
Starting point is 00:11:05 See, and Roman. Roman? Roman? Yeah, all right. Like from GDA 4. Like from GDA 4. Yes, Andrew. Correct. Very true.
Starting point is 00:11:22 Oh. No, not that one. Why, what do you think that one was? I thought I was just making a noise. I don't want to say. Allegedly stole a white-filled fire engine while multiple agencies responded to a fire at his Dalton home just before 4 a.m. New Hampshire State Police sent in a press release.
Starting point is 00:11:39 Oh, it's not what I was picturing. I was picturing a guy whose house was on fire, and he stole a fire truck from a different location to bring to his house. Oh. No, no. He just needed a fire truck. Yeah, yeah. I was going to say, this is reasonable.
Starting point is 00:11:56 It's like when a cop needs to come. commandeer a vehicle, you know? Yes. Yeah. I just need this right now. It's an emergency. I need this. My house is a fire.
Starting point is 00:12:04 Instead, this guy, this is the real grind set mindset, right? Like, God's closed the door. But he's also opened a window and he's led through that window and sort of Jimmy the lock. Yeah. And hopped in. Yeah. I'm going to say, the door was probably already open and the keys were probably in the ignition. It's probably just a walk straight out of your house straight into a fire truck situation.
Starting point is 00:12:25 They probably don't lock that thing. Sometimes when God closes a door, he opens a different door. A different door. Sometimes when God burns your house down. Yeah. Yay, fire truck. Surely this guy set his own house on fire, right? Because he wanted to drive the fire truck.
Starting point is 00:12:39 Because he wanted a fire truck. Yeah. This is like the psychopath test. This doesn't seem like it's kind of like a crime of convenience. Just like, oh, fire truck. Yeah. Well, what if he'd been waiting his whole life to drive a fire truck? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:54 What if he was only renting? Yeah, true. It's not really your problem, is it? That's actually true. I have some friends who've burnt down multiple houses that they've printed. Multiple? Multiple? Well, just for fun or?
Starting point is 00:13:07 One was because someone left a candle on in their bedroom. Left a candle. That's a mistake. Left a candle on. Yeah. I've got to switch the candle off. Idiot. Yeah, fucking stupid.
Starting point is 00:13:18 iPad. I can't remember what the other one was. But then there, he's kind of a call the real estate and be like, uh, hey. It happened. story. Promise you won't be mad. The funny thing happened to me tonight.
Starting point is 00:13:32 Your house burned down. Pretty crazy. Yeah, so I'm going to need a new house. Yeah. Effectively is what I'm saying. Spin me up a new house real quick. Spin up a new instance of a house for me, please.
Starting point is 00:13:46 Can you just quickly sort of chuck a new Queenslander with four bedrooms into prod real quick? Yeah. I've seen stuff online. They're 3D printing houses now. Could you 3D print me up? just a quick I'm gonna want to be there in about six hours
Starting point is 00:14:00 I gotta talk to some people first but how long we've been seeing headlines about 3D printed houses for and where are they Oh is this is this a real thing? Where are they? I'm not really worried
Starting point is 00:14:10 Where are the 3D printed houses? John! Doesn't a 3D printer just use like plastic there? Yeah but they do They're gonna have other stuff They kind of pipe out they pipe out like concrete
Starting point is 00:14:22 and they just run around on a track and they go And they do it, they do it sort of two tracks apart. And then they fill in the inside with insulation. Looks pretty cool. Take it away. Take it away, honest Greek jobs.
Starting point is 00:14:36 Come on, Theo. You know there's no such thing as an honest Greek. Cut it. Don't get it. Don't cut it. Mark, lock that zone. Mark, lock that area. Lock it.
Starting point is 00:14:54 Lock it. Delete. Flatten the podcast. Flatten it. Make it impossible to edit. Flatten those fast. Flatten the podcast. Flatten those.
Starting point is 00:15:04 Let's make it bigger. Those are the methods that are using for 3D printing those houses. I also too sometimes pipe out concrete, but I'm really dehydrated. That's awesome. Do you sculpting into anything of you? Well, he does scoot his ass around. Well, yeah, it's itchy.
Starting point is 00:15:22 On a track around the living room. Yeah. What are we doing? Just making fun of people for doing normal stuff? Okay. It's a regular bodily function, I say,
Starting point is 00:15:33 Winnie the pooing on my butt around the living room carpet. Yeah. New Hampshire State troopers who responded to the scene were informed that Roman had allegedly stolen a fire engine and fled east on faraway road.
Starting point is 00:15:48 Fled from what? From the fire? I think he's cruising. I think he's cruising east. He's on faraway road. That's one of the most magical of Hockett is it. He's cruising east on faraway road. He's not running from the fire. Like the fire he can't arrest him. What's east from New Hampshire? Not much, right?
Starting point is 00:16:03 Probably east New Hampshire. The ocean? East Hampshire. East New Hampshire and then the mighty Atlantic Ocean. Yeah. The police is going to say the Atlantic too. Oh, he's got some soul searching to do. Yeah, he's got a lot of thinking to do in that fire truck. Yeah. When he's taken faraway road, you know what? Let him be. Yeah, come back when he's ready. That sounds like a shitty eagle song.
Starting point is 00:16:28 About a guy cruising on faraway road. Fuck the Eagles. All my homies hate the Eagles. Whoa, whoa, whoa. What's that, Borat? That's what say things on you. We can't take back. What?
Starting point is 00:16:41 What's the angle here? What do you like? I think the angle is that Lucy likes the Eagles. The Eagles? Or Eagles? Eagles. Eagles? It's just Eagles.
Starting point is 00:16:51 It's just Eagles. Lose the the, the. It's cleaner. It's not cleaner. I don't like it. I was listening to Hotel California by Eagles. Which ones? Yeah, okay.
Starting point is 00:17:02 Classic tune though, I guess. Hotel California? Yeah. That's a fucking sucks shit. It's a stupid, fucking terrible. You don't know what you're saying. I doesn't feel to hate everything, Ben. On the guitar, though, those licks.
Starting point is 00:17:18 On the guitar, though. On the guitar, though. Dude, Hotel California on the guitar. On the guitar goes on the guitar. Oh my God. It goes off so hard. It goes off so hard on the guitar. I heard a guitar version of Hotel California.
Starting point is 00:17:33 I feel like our listener journey, our ideal listener, the like the age range is just getting smaller and smaller and smaller. Until there is no ideal age range. Until there's just one person. This is for me. They have to be in our age range. We can give up. We can let go trying to target anybody and we understand that this podcast is for nobody.
Starting point is 00:17:53 I don't think we're trying to target anyone. It wouldn't be like this if we were. Oh, except whoever is listening right now. Thank you, Jeff. You are a targeted individual. You are targeted. Are you the one individual who knew that four members of Eagles were all Linda Ronstad's backing band?
Starting point is 00:18:10 And they were just hanging out, playing music together. And they went, let's be a band. Let's be Eagles. And then Glenn Fraser says, you mean the Eagles? No. No, it's not what I said. It's clear. Let's name all four of them.
Starting point is 00:18:22 Don Henley. Yes. The other one you just said, whose name I've already forgotten. Glenn Frey had that six song on the Miami Vice soundtrack. Smugglers, booze. From the first of course. That's Glenn Frey? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:34 Glenn Frey who also does, you belong to the city? You belong to that Glenn Frey? Yeah. That's a fucking great song. Hey, maybe the Eagles are cool. I mean, Eagles, sorry. Maybe Eagles are cool. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:46 Maybe they, maybe they did some stuff that helped everybody in the end, you know? Yes. Yes. You've been eagled. But they never explained how you could leave Hotel California. Oh, this is not good. You're stuck there. No, this isn't good, good deal.
Starting point is 00:19:02 It's about addiction, right? That's what it's about. Yeah, so you can't make fun of it. I can. Yeah, grow up. Stop taking whatever it is. We'll just go up to the Poconos for a month. Cocaine.
Starting point is 00:19:16 What? Good light read. What? I was reading about Eve Online at the same time. Stop that. No. You cannot be trusted with Eve Online. As he drove the allegedly stolen vehicle,
Starting point is 00:19:35 Roman hit another Whitefield rescue engine, ran over multiple water supply lines, narrowly missed hitting three firefighters and damaged wooden fences on two people's properties, police. Okay, now I know why he was fleeing. And why they were really mad at him. Yeah. Firefighters hate that.
Starting point is 00:19:51 So the firefighters at his house are just kind of like standing there with a dick in their hands, right? Yeah, they're like, they don't have all their stuff. I think they probably had fire hoses in their hands. They're all standing there with each other's dick in their hands. Yeah. Well, they had another fire truck, the one that he almost hit ordeered here. Oh, okay. And their hoses are connected to the hydrant things they've got over there as well.
Starting point is 00:20:18 Yeah. They don't plug them into the... Little red rockets. Yeah. I don't think they plug them into the truck. Well, they start by plugging into the truck, and then when the truck supply runs out, they run it off the other things.
Starting point is 00:20:27 Or I think they run the thing into the truck. So they use the truck to like start off. We'll kind of get things a little bit wet and then move to the... Jesus Christ. I think this guy might be horny as fuck. I feel like a lot of the jokes has been making so far today. Anything going on lately? A lot of talk about eating pussy where I'm like,
Starting point is 00:20:47 hey, what's going on with you? We don't do that on this punk. don't do that. We don't do that. It's pre-water coming out of this hose. DJ car. Don't spray that on the house.
Starting point is 00:21:00 It's nasty. It's just piss. Troopers were later alerted by another Dalton Holmo owner that a fire truck or a local homo did you say? I sent Ben that article.
Starting point is 00:21:13 I'm reading about evil line. They were later alerted by another Dalton home owner. That's really hard, Ben. for you. You could have a third go at both if you'd like. I'm going to, yeah, let's try it.
Starting point is 00:21:28 And we'll just, we'll get a clean one now for the... Yeah. Troopers were later alerted by another Dalton home owner that a fire truck had crashed on their property, police said. Well worth it. Trying a bit hard on that one, I think. Great name for a guy, Dalton Homer. Dalton Homer.
Starting point is 00:21:45 My name is Dalton Homer. My name is Dalton Homer. I've only ever rented. It's the last name of a last name of, Patrick Swayze's character in Roadhouse. That's right. Dalton is his first name. Homeowner is his last name.
Starting point is 00:21:58 But ironically, he doesn't have one. I'm talking about some fucking movies I've seen for once. If you haven't seen Roadhouse in 2026, that's your fault. It's so good, man. It's amazing. Oh, he's doing beautiful Zen shit. He's doing shirtless oil. Tai Chi.
Starting point is 00:22:16 Just watch the Jake Gyllen. He's killing people by ripping out their throats. Okay. Jake Gyllenhaal now. Lucy and I watched the new one. No, not. Who's the one that I live with and I'm married to? Oh, no.
Starting point is 00:22:27 Maddie, Maddie. Oh, no. I was going to say, I don't think we watched that. This is how Maddie finds out. Sorry, I was reading an article about even online. Maddie and I watched the new one last week. Holy fuck. You're probably aren't reading articles about Steve online.
Starting point is 00:22:40 I know a thing about you. Yes, dude. I'm sexually attracted to men. Yeah. The new road house. The new one is like, if you did a super cut of, All the bits were just Jake, Gillen Hall talking to the guy that plays Jaime and Broad City. Great movie.
Starting point is 00:22:58 Hilarious movie. Very well written, very funny. Unfortunately, the rest of the movie also exists. It is filmed in the most sickeningly disorienting video game cutscene style way. And Cona McGrether. Conno McGrether. He doesn't deserve a real name. He sure has one facial expression and it's insane.
Starting point is 00:23:19 He can't act either. He can't deliver his lines. He seems to have forgotten. what his own accent is, and he is walking like someone who's never had a camera on them before, where he's like legs are super stiff and he's holding his arms weird for the whole fucking movie.
Starting point is 00:23:32 It is an odd on-on movie. It's very serious. Doug Lehman directed that, Ben. Oh my gosh, Doug Lehman. I made Edge of Tomorrow and shit. Oh, shit, Doug. You fucked up, Doug. What are you doing, Doug? What happened? Doug.
Starting point is 00:23:50 Come on, Doug. It's just, come on, brother. It's not good, great potential there. We're going from 2005's Mr. and Mrs. Smith to this? Well, you'll be excited that they are making a sequel. Yeah, Roadhouse? May not do it. Of Roadhouse, yeah, Roadhouse too.
Starting point is 00:24:09 Well, they do, they, Reachy style, he's just on the bus at the end of the movie. He's going to another town to have another adventure. Reachy style? Which is what? Do it at Richie style. At the end, he says, hey, my work here is done. Time to go to another town. Sort of Ritchie style or Lone Wolf and Cubs style.
Starting point is 00:24:26 I'm always feeling like a Ritchie vibe when I'm on the bus to like a new city. How come he goes to a richie style? Riffing on stupid like 80s movies and no one's seen instead of like Lone Wolf and Cub. I could riff on Lone Wolf and Cub all day long. All right. So no movies from the 80s, but a TV show from the 80s and its movies. From the 70s, apparently. No, manga?
Starting point is 00:24:51 There was a manga? Oh, my way. Checking out. This is definitely staying in. Mark, lock this year too. Flatnet. Lock it down. Flatten it.
Starting point is 00:24:58 Flatten it, lock it. That's the first two things I ask a sex worker to do. And then don't talk to me for the next hour. I'm just going to be over here with a flat lock. It's just that. I literally just want that. Yep. But the you not talking to me is part of,
Starting point is 00:25:21 of it. Very important. If you weren't here and you weren't talking to me, it's not the same as you being here and not talking to me. I want to be clear. Go on your phone. Go on your phone. I'm paying for the hour, but I want to be really clear.
Starting point is 00:25:36 It's easy money, but if you talk to me, the hour starts again. That's all I'm saying. Turn off your ADHD monitor on the phone. A handshake deal. And then being really annoying, please talk to me. Please talk to me. Talk to me. You fell for my trap.
Starting point is 00:25:54 The hour starts again. Resetting the timer on my phone. Please talk to me. Yeah. She has the right to kill you, by the way. Yes. We all agree on that. We all agree on that.
Starting point is 00:26:05 And she's getting paid when the timer restarts as well. I want everyone. Oh, yeah, yeah. Of course. That's part of what I like. That is also part of it. Trippers were alerted by another Dalton homeowner. There's two Dalton homeowners.
Starting point is 00:26:21 Homeowner? How many homes does this town have? They were alerted by another Dalton homeowner that a fire truck had crashed on their property. I think we're now at the seventh time of reading that sentence. They reported to police that Roman was allegedly on their porch attempting to steal various items. The porch items. What do you got that? Old rock and chair.
Starting point is 00:26:44 Rock and chair. Glass with a mid-jolip inside it. Weird ornament. Ashtray. Chimes, chimes. Wind chimes. Wind chimes made out of forks. You got it.
Starting point is 00:26:57 Yes. A plant pot that the plant died in years ago. That's just soil. He's going to deck out that fire truck and start a new life in it, right? That's, yeah. That's, it's giving. He's going to put that, the fire truck on hip camp. Yeah, I mean, he's got almost everything he needs.
Starting point is 00:27:15 He won't be gone thirsty. That's for one thing. Yeah, see, jokes don't have to be crude. They don't have to be sexual. They can just be good, clean jokes like, there's lots of water in a fire truck. Oh, a little joke. He can sip.
Starting point is 00:27:31 Put it on hip camp with a special note for Gen X's. All the water you can drink from the hose. Yes. Yes. Yes. I pick the hose right up, pointing it at your mouth and dying instantly. Drive around to sports clubs, selling your wares. That's how you said to Gen X person to Valhalla.
Starting point is 00:27:55 You killed them by drinking from the hose. He drank straight from the hose. Straight from God's hose. If you are a Gen Xer who encounters us, remember to ask what kind of hose it is before you drink out of it. If you die, that's on you. What of the pressure. In a statement on social media,
Starting point is 00:28:14 oh wait, hang on, Trip has arrived moments later and arrested Roman, who police described as, quote, uncooperative. Yeah. No shit. Yeah. The guy with the burning house who stole the fire truck crashed into another fire truck, went to another house and started stealing shit, wasn't like, oh, my man, you got me.
Starting point is 00:28:32 Yeah, I did it. I did that. You got me. Yeah. So I did that. I will come down with you to the station. Oh, he's going down swinging. That just happened.
Starting point is 00:28:42 Yeah. You were using that truck? I am so sorry. I am so sorry. I have no idea. I didn't know. I'm sorry. looking at the other Dalton homeowners and being like, oh, this is your stuff.
Starting point is 00:28:55 Oh, shit. Oh, I thought this. I'm such a confused. I'm so embarrassing. I'm such an idiot all the time. I'm an ADHD girl. Because my eye is Danlos syndrome. Mark cut it.
Starting point is 00:29:10 Unflatten it. You can't unflatten it. Maybe with AI. Yeah. Oh, you can make it big and round with AI. Let me see. Maybe the stuff's good. In a statement on social media, the Whitefield Firefighters Association said that two of their fire engines sustained a great deal of damage in the incident.
Starting point is 00:29:31 Roman faces 15 charges including six felonies for reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, theft by unauthorized taking and burglary. Thiefed by unauthorized taking. That's so, don't see. Padding out your essay much? Yeah. Lose the buy on authorized taking. It's cleaner. theft?
Starting point is 00:29:54 Well, how old they know he wasn't allowed? Yeah. Are they saying that the deadly weapon is the fire truck? It's the fire truck, yeah, that's classic. This is probably one of those little Americanisms. Yeah. Yeah. I guess that's how you're like if someone tries to kill you with a brick, right?
Starting point is 00:30:13 You can't have the lawyer up there in court saying, no, I'm just a simple country lawyer. But I believe a brick to be part of a house. and a house never killed nobody. May I put it to the jury? House is illegal? Are they not? You telling me, Your Honor, I'm living in,
Starting point is 00:30:36 I'm living in a dwelling composed of deadly weapons. We will represent you legally, if you want, by the way. Yes. But it has to be in that accent. Andrew's going to do the voice the whole time. The whole time. We will all, up sitting in jail with you.
Starting point is 00:30:54 Yeah, I'm still at his suspenders. And we need to make something clear again. Like we have said this before and we'll say it again. This podcast is legal advice. And financial. And financial advice, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Legally binding financial advice.
Starting point is 00:31:10 It's not protected speech in Australia. It isn't. Lord, isn't it? It's not? No, Lord, no. We only have him. We have to change a bunch of things. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:20 Yeah. We need to get a problem. The law rights in this country. Yeah, okay. Yeah. Yeah, we should move to me out. He's also charged with misdemeanor counts for fleeing an accident, driving over a fire hose, burglary, obstructing government administration, resisting arrest, and driving with a suspended license.
Starting point is 00:31:36 Official said. I love driving over a fire hose is a crime. That's not a civil penalty. That's a crime? Yeah. That's a crime? How is that a crime? How is that a crime?
Starting point is 00:31:45 How is like, oh, come on. Yeah. Oh, man. I didn't even. Maybe strike that one from the books. I don't know. Come on, man. It's the first one I've ever driven over.
Starting point is 00:31:57 You guys got so many crimes. Don't just like smear it out by making more crimes. Yes. Hey America, don't bog out the crimes. Don't bog out the crimes. You've got to pass some of them around. Leave some crimes for the rest of us.
Starting point is 00:32:11 He's due to be arraigned on Wednesday in Lancaster District Court, police said. Roman's actions created an extremely dangerous environment for firefighters already working to control the structure fire. Littleton Fire Rescue officials who also responded along with three more departments to his house wrote on social media. Oh, you don't have to worry. He's not home.
Starting point is 00:32:32 He probably shouldn't have been doing that shit. He probably shouldn't. I'm going to say it. Can we get real for a second? Let's just be real for a minute. It sucks to have to break character. Yeah. Sometimes people don't understand the high level, incredibly elaborate satirical structures.
Starting point is 00:32:51 Sometimes we get comments that say like, fire is actually extremely dangerous. Yeah. And we're like, oh, sorry. Yeah. Just so I think he shouldn't have been doing that shit. Fire is really hot and can be quite destructive. Thank you. Thank you for letting us know.
Starting point is 00:33:09 A Dalton Town spokesperson said that Roman's log frame home was completely destroyed by the blaze. Though fire officials said on social media, they managed to extinguish it by dawn. I mean, that'll do it. Yeah. Well, you live in... You've got to think. Logfront. Is this...
Starting point is 00:33:25 Oh, God. He's got... He's coming. There's coming. There we go. Yes, too. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:37 Doesn't have to be sexual. Doesn't have to be... Doesn't always have to be about pre-com. Guy who lived in a log cabin. Ait Lincoln was born in a log cabin. And sometimes Ben is piping out logs when he's dehydrated. yes that is true you've got to think that by the time
Starting point is 00:33:55 you've stolen a fire truck and crashed it into another fire truck and hit some fire hydrants and been arrested and everything that the firemen who are there you got to think that urgency kind of goes out of it a little bit when it comes to putting the fire out at your house I think that they have
Starting point is 00:34:12 they have the like the whatever the fireman's hypocritic oath is they've got a code right they go live by a code yeah First do no burn Yes Although a lot of them One in three firefighters
Starting point is 00:34:25 Breaking that one They love to burn stuff That's why they got into the game To get eyes on a big fire I think you got to You got to put out the fire Regardless of how much you personally hate The person
Starting point is 00:34:37 Whose house it is Yeah you put out the fire That's in front of you That's just life advice I think as well You put out the fire That's in front of you That sounds like
Starting point is 00:34:45 When everything around you's on fire You just could put out The fire Put out the fire Yeah. Is that something Martina told you? No, but sort of one good thing was, imagine that, like, you know, there's, you don't know everything that's going to happen in the future, right? It's very, very, like, it's a future is a dark and scary place and you're driving in a car, and you've just got your headlights and you can just see what's in front of you, right?
Starting point is 00:35:08 And you just make your way forwards, just seeing what's in front of you. Yeah, it's good. Yeah. Clearing the map, like fog of war, you know. Yeah, that's right. It's right. Don't worry about the stuff that's great out. That's not important right now. Yeah. Hey, hey, that's not important right now.
Starting point is 00:35:24 That's not important right now. I guess I'll come back to know about it. It wouldn't be grayed out. Yep. You know? Yep. Yep. And hey, it's like, it's like that old saying,
Starting point is 00:35:35 when God lights a fire, he often lights a fire right next to that fire, like very close to that fire. Yeah. Fires often have preceded a fire very close to that fire. Fires love company. Why is that, do you think? Isn't that crazy?
Starting point is 00:35:49 Isn't that crazy? Kind of a coincidence. I mean, it's almost too much to be a coincidence. I guess we'll never know. Yeah. You'll never know. Hey, if you were a Dalton homeowner and a fire truck appeared out the front of your house so that a guy got out and started taking your wind chimes,
Starting point is 00:36:04 you'd probably say something along the lines of what the. We're talking about things that are what the in what the. Right now, though, it's what the. I'm really going to miss the what the stinger when Rove becomes like a Dave Hughes-style mutating. I don't think Roe will do that. I think Love is pure actually. Yeah. I think we're safe from Roeb McManus.
Starting point is 00:36:31 I don't think he's funny, but I think he's so funny, but I think. I think even the fact that he had a success, like a successful in the context of the Australian market. He was the David Letterman of Australia. He was huge. He was huge. He was huge. He was the Bert Newton of our time.
Starting point is 00:36:53 That's right. Oh. But he just sort of went, oh, I'm just going to chill out on that. Like he hasn't been on every radio station and like, you know. He's behind the scenes there. I think he produces stuff. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:08 He's got like a shooting. He's got his fingers and some pies, I think, behind the scenes. He's pulling the strings, I think. Roe McMahon's puppet master? I think he might be pulling all the strings. Oh, my God. It's back to Roeve. All loads.
Starting point is 00:37:23 All roads leave to road. Yes. All roads leave to roads. All roads leave to road. I don't know. We had to get up at 8.45 in the morning to record a podcast. It's so early for a podcast. It's hard. It's too bad.
Starting point is 00:37:42 I'm feeling good. Yeah, you look great. And you sound great. You're kind of a morning guy, huh? I don't chipper in the mornings. As far as I know, he smells great. Yeah, I have a shower in the morning, too. Didn't have time.
Starting point is 00:37:54 I needed as much time at bed as possible before recording. This is from WIVB in New York. Dental x-rays from decades ago, washing up in Dunkirk. Okay. Oh, okay. And it's not the Dunkirk, you think. Unless you thought it's probably in New York. Is this like a Dunkirk America?
Starting point is 00:38:13 Fuck's sake. That's a good movie. It's the plot of Duncirk. Oh, that's good. Dunkirk America. Dunkirk America. And an unusual find keeps showing up on the shoreline of Lake Erie in Dunkirk. Quote,
Starting point is 00:38:31 First I thought it was just a fun, different thing, and now I'm finding quite the collection that I wasn't planning on, Julia Baguage, a Fredonia resident said. Okay. First I thought it was just a fun, different thing, and now I'm finding quite the collection that I wasn't planning on. That's a strange sentence that you've said. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:52 Sometimes you point a camera. I think they might be saying it's not. fun. Yeah, but it still is different. Maybe she means when she had one of them, it was a fun different thing. Like imagine, imagine showing someone. Now it's weird. You show your friend.
Starting point is 00:39:07 Hey, check out this X-ray of a stranger's teeth that's decades old. Oh, that's fun. That's different. That's fun. But then all of a sudden, they keep washing up and suddenly you're the psycho with the dental x-ray collection. You're fun, you're different. And you can't stop that, please.
Starting point is 00:39:24 No one wants to talk to you about it. You've got to keep getting him. What are you going to do? Julie Bagasas has become a pariah and Fredodia. Pagarsius walks the shoreline of Dunkirk for years to see the sunrises and sunsets. She tends to find various treasures along the way. However, this year she's starting to find items she was not expecting to find. Okay.
Starting point is 00:39:48 So she pre-cogged the items before now? She pre-visioned the other stuff. Yeah. A boot. Oh, I felt. a boot today. I honestly think it would it would be strange if she was walking around
Starting point is 00:40:00 expecting to find this. Yeah, she's got the gift. That would be pretty weird, yeah. She's got procombescence. In what form are these gentle records? Quote, usually I find fishing lures and random unique pieces of driftwood and stuff,
Starting point is 00:40:15 a few pieces of beach glass, but this was definitely different, Begaj said. Since June, she's been finding these little packets on Cedar Beach and point gratio in Dunk. Gracio?
Starting point is 00:40:28 Throughout the summer she's found more than 20 of them. Quote, there's no rhyme or reason. If it's been stormy, I've found them. If it's been calm, I've found them. They just seem to be washing up, she said. A lot of times they're found in the driftwood
Starting point is 00:40:40 that floats ashore or the seaweed. Is it possible that you have been chosen to receive these? Yes. Yeah, 100%. I'd say, I'd go further than possible. It's certain. You have been destined to find these.
Starting point is 00:40:54 but like listen to yourself. Doesn't matter if it's stormy, doesn't matter if it's calm, doesn't matter what time a day, it doesn't matter what day of the week, they just find their way to me. Just find the way to you, yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:05 In like, in Prince of Darkness, the people that are getting the dreams when they're close to the church that are the messages from the future from the year 1999, that's what this is, except it's,
Starting point is 00:41:15 it's dental x-rays. Yeah, you've got to find this guy and tell him to look into his back left molar. Yeah. Poseidon's teeth are fucked and he needs you to know. But maybe he's very handsome and maybe something starts between you. Maybe you've got to track down this guy.
Starting point is 00:41:33 And you're thinking, hey, whoa, whoa, whoa, if he's a mermaid, how's his penis going to work? Don't worry. Which half? Which half is that mermaid? Don't worry about it. Don't worry about it. That's covered in that movie with that hair gesture that she makes. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:46 You see now we're talking now. There's a movie I can talk about. That's a great fucking movie. It's so good. She fucks the fish. And I don't love it just because she fucks the fish. fish. No.
Starting point is 00:41:54 Oh, I do. It doesn't hurt. It's a good looking fish man. Great looking fish man. Good looking fish. Just a good movie. It's about Hollywood. It's beautiful.
Starting point is 00:42:04 A La La La Land? Yeah. Yep. Hey Hollywood. Can I fuck a fish man? Some of them have writing on them, including a name. Some of them include the word start and a number, along with dates that range from the 1970s to the 1990s.
Starting point is 00:42:21 Quote, some are completely full with actual, you can see the writing on there. They're still intact in the envelope. They're only about an inch to half inch type size. So very tiny. And some of them are kind of falling apart. They've seen better days, but they've been washing up
Starting point is 00:42:37 mostly here at Cedar Beach, Bagaj said. Yeah, do you think the better days was maybe where they were like in an office, in a filing cabinet, they hadn't emerged? They were sort of in the water. They didn't throw them in the lake. She's lived in the Fredonia area. She's lived in the Fredonia area for more than 20 years
Starting point is 00:42:54 and said she recognizes some of the names. Oh. You've got to go find it. This is a message from the universe. You need to find these people or their children. And say, hey. There's a message for them. Are these your teeth?
Starting point is 00:43:10 Tell me. You had a cavity 40 years ago. Did you deal with it? Did you fix this? Guy smiles to reveal. His teeth are all fallen out. You should. have been there.
Starting point is 00:43:22 There's an obvious way to approach this, which is that she needs to start a late in life stand-up comedy career in the local area. And every time you get a big laugh, quickly hold it up and scan around the room. Hold it up.
Starting point is 00:43:41 No. I mean, she could just start like a portrait photography business maybe, but you will get to see more mouths at once. Yeah. And it's always been her dream to do stand. Plus, if you focus on like crowd workers, a speciality, you can kind of move along and tick people off. You can target them.
Starting point is 00:44:00 Where are you from? Oh, Fredonia. Nice. Nice. And where are you from, sir? Fredonia, too? Yeah. Nice.
Starting point is 00:44:08 And, madam. Did you get your teeth scanned between 1970 and 1990 here in Fredonia? She posted a picture of them online on a Dunkirk community page, wondering what they are. Yeah. I don't know if that's the mystery. I thought you already knew what they were. Dental x-rays. Well, I think, no, but this is going to the start.
Starting point is 00:44:27 This story's told in a non-tronological. We're jumping back in time. It's like 21 grams. We're doing Christopher Nolan shit, yeah. Oh, it's not like Dunkirk. No, it's like 21 grams. Yeah, it's not like Dunkirk. It's not like he's using time as a friend.
Starting point is 00:44:46 It's not like for her over the course of the movie, it's a day. and for the x-rays It's a minute. It's a cruisy two and a half hours. I think Dunkirk was pretty good. Dunkirk was a pretty good movie. I enjoyed Dunkirk. Yeah, it's a good movie.
Starting point is 00:45:01 I like Tom Hardy as the pilot and you only see his face for like one second. That's like a brave choice. That's sick. That's sick. It's to be like, hey, we've got one of the most beautiful guys in Hollywood. And he's going to put the oxygen thing on
Starting point is 00:45:14 more or less immediately that start of the movie. We're never going to see his beautiful, big Mark beep that lips ever again for out the entire movie plus he's got that rap album out track it's a face puller
Starting point is 00:45:29 yeah it's fucking good is it is it I mean it's soft face like it's fucking fantastic it's great the beats are good the samples are great the winter of our discontent speech is bane goes real fucking hard it is one of those products that seems like it's been engineered in a lab
Starting point is 00:45:47 to appeal specifically to people me and Ben. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it's honestly good. I was like, it took me a while to figure out
Starting point is 00:45:55 which verses were his a little bit. Because I kept hearing some other voices and I was like, there's no one would let him do that voice. Well, there's another white guy in the crew too. Yeah. Well, you've got to have a couple of white guys in the crew, right? Gotta have a few white boys in the crew.
Starting point is 00:46:10 Come on, let me into the crew. You got to have a couple of white guys in the crew. Please. One. Oh, geez. Couldn't you fellas do with one? white guy in the crew. It's really important that we start spreading the information that there can be more
Starting point is 00:46:26 than one white guy in the rap crew and it could be one of us. Yeah. You know? 100%. Tom Hardy's rap crew specifically? Yeah. Any of them. Any of them.
Starting point is 00:46:36 I'd love to be a fly on the wall when Tom Hardy's hanging out rapping with Sarface. Frankie Pulitzer? Yeah. Forget about it. Me and Facebook. Speaking of musicians, we, we got. word, a little bird told us that there was a music festival that they were at. They were watching a band.
Starting point is 00:46:56 It's one of the biggest fucking musical events in the Brisbane calendar, in the Queensland calendar. It's pretty fun, yeah. It's huge, it's a big deal. And there was band playing, and they said, hey, if anyone knows Bonta Vista, tell them we said, hi, because we like their podcast. Yeah, and our listeners are very obedient. We got a message We didn't get a message instantly Maddie got a message instantly
Starting point is 00:47:22 because we do have shooters everywhere but sometimes the shooters are better friends with Maddie than they are with us She's just good conversation Any young mechanic Name of the band Can I I'm going to delete this if it sounds insulting
Starting point is 00:47:39 Mark, flatten it Flatten it, keep it, protect it No, I don't, because this is, so I listened to them and I was like, oh my God, these guys are like kind of doing something inspired by, I guess you would say, or in the vein of like the Decemberists of like a very sort of specific moment in time from our 20s that I personally thought would never, ever happen again. I thought that young people would never find that thing that we thought was cool in that moment. Yeah. Would be a cool thing again. Because they're kind of like swagger than us. So they have no,
Starting point is 00:48:18 they don't like sincerity, you know? Well, because like I'm just basically thinking there will never be a time when like a, a band that's doing music that cool people like would have like a banjo player and a fiddle, fiddlest in there again. And you wouldn't be doing songs about old-timey stuff. And I guess I'm fucking wrong.
Starting point is 00:48:38 Wow. I'm just kind of surprised. Stomp clap is back? Stomp clap back? I think they would probably be insulted. I don't think I would call it Stomp Klapp personally. I haven't listened yet, but. Any young mechanic,
Starting point is 00:48:50 I have purchased your record from Warner Brothers Australia. It is coming to me. Wow. They're on, they're Warner Brothers? They're already fucking, they got a deal? They're on one of the big ones? Holy shit. I was looking them up.
Starting point is 00:49:04 It was like, they're hotly anticipated debut album. It's huge. They're bigger than us. And I ordered the record that said it was in stock and then I immediately got a thing from Water Brothers saying, hey, we'll send it to you at some point when we can. Like, they're like distribution's hard. It's pretty slow sometimes.
Starting point is 00:49:23 Who knows what the delays will be? Hey, Hollywood. It's Water Brothers. Hey, Warner Brothers. If you say you have it. Yeah. Yeah. I think only the drummer listens to the podcast.
Starting point is 00:49:33 So we're kind of just chatting. Yeah. Okay. Yeah, I'd like the second or third highest ranking member of the band. Not the bottom Definitely not the bottom We all know who the bottom is We all know who the bottom
Starting point is 00:49:47 Hey base players You know your scum She's awesome They know it They know it Quote When I found the first one I thought that was just a random find
Starting point is 00:50:01 That you can't actually see anything on the films Okay Yeah Okay Yeah But I was finding more and more It was kind of interesting to see that now that I've collected so many
Starting point is 00:50:12 it's starting to add up, which would be interesting to find out where they have actually come from and why are we finding so many? Why is find dentist this what is? All of these sentences are making me feel a little not together. What?
Starting point is 00:50:30 Yeah, I guess true. Where from? Paper together. Where from? Now that I've got them, where are they from? And what are they? WIVB News 4 reached out to the Chautauqua County Health Department, which declined an interview regarding the story. What have they got to hide?
Starting point is 00:50:47 Yeah. What are they hiding? They're supposed to serve us. Yes. Who do they serve? The snake has turned. Roe McManus. Robbottes.
Starting point is 00:50:57 That's where they're serving. However, they did recommend reaching out to the New York State Education Department Office of Professionals. What? The New York State Education Department Office of Professional. I found some dental records. I need to call the New York Edg... New York State Education Department Office of Professionals. Now, the New York State Education Department did not have anyone available to speak with News 4.
Starting point is 00:51:25 However, News 4 heard from the 8th District Dental Society, which is part of the NYS Dental Association. Quote, those are dental x-rays. Great. Thanks. I think you use that by the fact that you contacted the... The dentist association, right? The medium is the message. The fact that you're talking to the dentist means they're dental.
Starting point is 00:51:49 You already know. You already know. It's implied in the communication. Those are dental x-rays. Those packets are what the dental x-rays are inside of. And the black film you see, that's what the film looks like inside those packets. Right. What? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:06 What are they hiding here? What don't they want us to? What are you covering up, Rov McManus? The x-rays are the x-rays. The envelope that the x-rays are in are the envelopes that hold the x-rays. And the film is the x-rays? It's usually in the packets of that. I don't want to be rude, but is there anyone else we could talk to?
Starting point is 00:52:32 Have you got someone else there? I don't think this guy usually answers the phone. I think you might have been napping when you call these offers. X-rays! Tensile X-rays. I'm Ben, do you know, on the December thing, do you fuck with the Punch Brothers? Or just Punch Brothers rather?
Starting point is 00:52:56 Drop the... Punch Brothers. Do you fuck with the Punch Brothers? Someone says before they hit you. Is it just Chemical Brothers or the Chemical Brothers? Yeah. Punch Brothers. They're doing like modern bluegrass stuff.
Starting point is 00:53:07 It's got Chris Tile in it. He's a cool guy. American sniper? It's good. It doesn't have to be about calm all the time. A guy's name can sound like another guy's name. Chris Thiele? Feeley?
Starting point is 00:53:24 Feele? He learned something new every day. He shared the, sorry, Michael Earle, as dentist and president of the 8th District Dental Society shared that the rule of thumb is that the records are stored for seven years after a patient leaves in office including patient radiographs. Quote, the white packets you see
Starting point is 00:53:45 that hold the x-rays, there's an aluminium foil film, aluminum foil of some type inside as well, some kind of metal, but I don't see it in here. But inside those packets, those packets are then disposed of through biohazard waste they get thrown out and collected, he said. As for where they might be coming from
Starting point is 00:54:01 how they got to the shores of Lake Erie, he said it would be difficult to find out and that they could be coming from anywhere. How many garbage calls? collection companies do you think are out there that are picking stuff up and saying as part of our service we dispose of this correctly responsibly and then they drive down to the shore of the local lake and dump it in the lakes yeah yeah because the lakes is really big right yeah oh my god yeah and they're run by that guy it's his name johnny gubergul
Starting point is 00:54:29 from that tv show johnny lake he has the garbage trucks he's uh talking to his therapist all the time yeah all right i was going to say tony surprised i was going to say tony surprised No, that's a different guy. Okay. No, no, no. Different, different one. These things are so old. My assumption is they've been in some kind of storage chart or somewhere,
Starting point is 00:54:49 and my feeling is they were not disposed of by a dentist, only because this is not how we get rid of things. Yeah, I mean. It's not like the proper practice for qualified dentists to throw them into Lake Erie. Yeah. And I appreciate that you're being so serious. literal about this
Starting point is 00:55:11 but I ask again, is there anyone else? We could talk to. Anyone else there today? Someone who's like kind of a bit more with it, you know, sort of eye contactee. Who are you got?
Starting point is 00:55:25 Just offer the phone around the room. I'll take, is there a janitor there? Yeah. So my feeling is that someone either just dumped them or they were part of a flood and they ended up in the lake that way, but I find it hard to believe that one of my colleagues would do something like that.
Starting point is 00:55:38 Oh, bud. so fucking naive. A dentist. A dentist would never do wrong. That's against the rules. They're the wrongest. They're the wrongest doing motherfuckers. Oh, you're getting an x-ray. Can I put you unconscious in the chair? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:55:54 Hang your pants up by the door. This is something all four of us believe. Most dentists are molesting you if they get the chance. And they will endeavor to create. the chance. Mark. Yes. And... Lock it. Lock it down. News 4 asked if there's any concern of having these x-rays floating in the lake.
Starting point is 00:56:21 Quote, I mean, anything in the lake is not good, I guess, right? It's litter. It's not a good thing. So it's not the right way of disposing of these things. Yeah. It's so sick to get asked by the news and go, maybe. Yeah. Yeah. Is dumping shit in the lake bad? For me, dumping shit in the lake bad. For me, dumping shit. in the lake is bad. So I think it's bad that they dump the shit in the lake. Thank you Michael. Thank you so much.
Starting point is 00:56:45 How long have you been president of the 8th District Dental Association or whatever the fuck? It's a straight shooter though. I mean, he'll give you an honest answer every time. Old honest Mike. Hey, if you have some clue as to how these dental x-rays ended up in Lake Erie, you can maybe tell us
Starting point is 00:57:03 about it in a segment that we call You Report and we decide. That's what we usually do But sometimes We find out that something happened to you Maybe you were posted up on the corner And you saw it with the guys Whatever it is, just let us know
Starting point is 00:57:32 You report and we decide Oh, oh, oh Mailbag at Boutavista.com Yeah You report and we decide This comes to us from listener Camille Camille writes Hi, Bonta Vista.
Starting point is 00:57:59 Always delighted to see a new app in my feed. A lot of people see one pop up and they go, fuck! Again! Oh, Christ, shut up! Taking psychic damage from their podcast notifications. Oh! Another one.
Starting point is 00:58:19 Oh! The same way I feel whenever I see that I've gotten an email. Oh, no, come on. Leave me alone. But not you, Camille. My beautiful wife tidy up her like Google One storage so that she could fucking get everything off there.
Starting point is 00:58:35 And I looked at her email and you know how it like automatically sorts stuff into categories? There's the promotions category where all of the I made a purchase and I didn't untick the box thing. 75,000 emails in there. Christ. Promotion ones don't count. They're going to straighten the bin.
Starting point is 00:58:55 Fempty calories, right? Right? They're empty calories. So I delete all of them. Zero bytes. I delete 75,000 promotional emails. I come back several hours later. There are 35 new promotional emails. That's no good.
Starting point is 00:59:09 That's got to start unsubscribing. There's too many. Is she looking at the checkboxes? Is she looking at the checkbox? She's not looking at the checkboxes. I'm sure I've said it before, but now I think you buy stuff, you know how now you can go to buy something and instead of doing the checkout, you can just go Apple Pay,
Starting point is 00:59:27 and it comes up and you go, blip. I don't think they're even putting the box in front of you to uncheck anymore. Yeah, it's just automatic when you're using your Apple Pay. Because you're skipping the whole checkout process. Hey, where's fucking Mr. EU, huh? Yeah. Jimmy EU. Jimmy EU.
Starting point is 00:59:46 Hey, European Hollywood. How about a little more breasts in the movies? Yes. And untick that box by default. Yeah. How about a little more like flaccid cocks, huh? A couple more of those. Bring it back.
Starting point is 00:59:59 How about a few European style? Yeah. Half, about like half. About half. Yeah, where you're just like, oh, geez. Can you show half? Any more would be vulgar.
Starting point is 01:00:08 You probably can't show half, can you? I think, I mean, no one's showing a nothing. No one's showing a zero percent unless it's for a sight gag. You know, everyone's juicing it a little. You got a little. Do you think they're seeing like a flaccid European penis on a, oh my God. I think they're giving a zero.
Starting point is 01:00:24 One juice? Before the cameras roll, there's a little jiggle happening. Just a little pump. Just a little primal. I don't know. They're putting one pump of juice in there. Just get a little fuel in the carbie, if you know what I mean. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:36 Yes. Yeah, okay. All right. I believe you. Probably seen a lot more dicks than the rest of us, Ben. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:45 I don't think you're supposed to be able to read your emails anymore. Like, I think we're just waiting in the stream. Right. Like, Like, like, occasionally you're going to, you're going to reach in
Starting point is 01:00:58 and you're going to grab a salmon out or whatever. Yeah. Yeah. Wait in the stream long enough, you're going to grab a salmon. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:07 Yeah. An e-s salmon. Nice to e-samine you. Following on from your reports about the woman feeding tons of raw chicken to vultures, here's a little slice of life from my Zuma brother in Bristol for your enjoyment and is thanks for making such an enjoyable podcast. Hey, thanks for giving us Trip Hop. Yeah. And the Bristol sound, much appreciated. The first photo is the view of this
Starting point is 01:01:37 neighbor's backyard from his room a few weeks ago. Beyond the soulless misery of the garden design, any sane person might ask, what are those 40 plus weird things placed individually at the center of each concrete paving stone like chess pieces? What are those strange pale pink squares placed on the lawn. Now I'm going to post some photos in the chat for you guys. Now this to me is so utterly insane and the fact that it's a Bunta Vista exclusive made me
Starting point is 01:02:03 really want to do it at the live show but it is entirely visual so I'm only punishing people that are listening to this free episode. I've just posted the photos in the chats for you guys. In the chats. Fuck my life. There's some ARG shit.
Starting point is 01:02:22 What are they doing? Okay. Okay, all right. Now I see. Zooming in. Mark, can you zoom that in? Yep. Mark, can you enhance that? Can you enhance sector C?
Starting point is 01:02:32 Thank you. I'll let Camille describe this. Unsurprisingly, my brother had these questions too and decided to take a closer look. See my next pick. Those brown blobs at the center of each square of paving, they're single croissants. And on the lawn,
Starting point is 01:02:48 individual slices of white bread topped with piles of raw chicken. That's what I'm. I thought it was. That's what I thought it was. This looks like, what if the backrooms wasn't happening in the backrooms, it was happening in normal? What if backrooms was backyard? It's backyards.
Starting point is 01:03:05 Outside backyards, yeah. It's sort of very featureless fence there as well. It's all like the one color, the one texture. And there's just a lot of white bread with raw chicken. It's like if the procedural generation for your like urban planning video game had decided that one of square equals one of croissant. Yes. And that sum of lawn equals one white bread plus raw chicken on top, sort of open face
Starting point is 01:03:32 sandwich. Yeah. And genuinely disturbing imagery. There's like one little ring of the bread and the chicken. One of, you know, some of them, about half of them are in like an ellipse form. And then the others just seem to be just thrown out there. And there is a bit of a disruption. to the pattern as well in that there is two halves of a croissant on the lawn.
Starting point is 01:03:56 I think they generate on the lawn. I think a bird might have got at them. I think, yeah, if you look at the big photo and you look at the far back paver, you'll see a croissant is missing. Ah, we. Yeah, we, wee, wee, we. What is this? What do you mean?
Starting point is 01:04:16 It's back-goy. It's back-up. I like the idea that someone has. I like the idea that someone has set this up just so they had an excuse to email us. Like, gee, I really wish Punta Vista would read my email on the show. I've got a great idea. If this is the sort of like IRL weird shit you're doing to get noticed, keep it up.
Starting point is 01:04:36 Keep it up. Unless you like poisoning local wildlife, at which case, please stop. Don't do that. Don't do that. Camilla continues. On the neighbors, I'm told, quote, don't know much T.B.H. I've said hi to them and they seem normal at a glance.
Starting point is 01:04:52 It started with a couple quassons, then a small pile, then a larger pile, and then the great seagull offering. So are these, are they luring sea gulls? It's so funny to be like, hey, how's it going? What are you been up to today? So if you're seeing normal at a glance, you might need to work on your glance. Your glance might not be penetrative enough. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:05:16 Your Zuma brother in Bristol is saying a couple croissants A couple croissants American style? Not a couple of croissants, a couple croissants I don't know, this story is not fall apart Globalisation. It's fallen apart, yeah. We don't say three glasses, we say three glasses.
Starting point is 01:05:37 Who's pulling the strings here? Roeve. Rove. Roe? Is that you? Roe is that you? Looking like the British soldier with the three fingers up. Rove, are you Camille?
Starting point is 01:05:47 Camille, are you Rove? Just a couple croissants. Three croissants, please. I just held up two fingers. I'm so fucking stupid. And that's how we caught you. And I only called myself because I saw it on the webcam.
Starting point is 01:06:00 This guy isn't smart at all. It'd be real funny if that's how he caught him. He said, three drinks and held up two fingers. Yeah. The guy goes, huh. In Germany, we don't say two for three. We say three for three. You said you had 135 IQ, no
Starting point is 01:06:18 Charter member of Mentsa you say It hasn't happened again for a while Which is nice because we started to have seagulls lining all the roofs on our street Yeah Yeah I'm not sure you should Seagull should be eating raw chicken either
Starting point is 01:06:38 No I don't think you should be feeding birds to seagulls No Fucked up Fucked up. Sure, it doesn't discuss in terms of sheer quantity like the Vulture Lady. There's something absolutely bat shit going on here. The geometry?
Starting point is 01:06:51 I get that us Brits are weird and cringe in general, but this... Have a great day. And all the best. See, my biggest problem with the geometry is that there is a geometry there, but it's not sacred. It's not perfect. Yeah. Or sacred. I think the fact that it almost is either like...
Starting point is 01:07:08 If there was enough imperfection that you could tell that it was done by hand, but it's still conformed to a robust pattern, I'd be like, oh, that's visually satisfying. I've got to say the croissons on the pavers, they look great. The open-faced raw chicken sandwiches on the lawn, dog shit. What was the plan? Unless they were just disturbed as well.
Starting point is 01:07:33 I hate it when I'm on a flight, and they ask what I would like for my meal, and I'd say, I'll have the croissant. And they say, oh, I've just checked, and we actually only have the open. face raw chicken sandwich. Just the open face raw chicken left. Oh, God damn it.
Starting point is 01:07:48 They never put enough of those on there. Hey, this was definitely an episode of the podcast, Bonte Vista. Thank you so, so much for joining us on this wacky journey. We've got six days until we come for the first time as a podcast to the city. We're all going to come for the first time as a podcast. Same time. Just next to you.
Starting point is 01:08:10 Parallel. Parallel. In the green room before the podcast, so we're all prepped. We got that out of the way. I'm going to be sleepy when I come out. If we come out looking really relaxed, you'll know. Hey guys. Sleepy.
Starting point is 01:08:30 And kind of filled with shame. No, you shouldn't have that. You're a grown man. We have sold out the first show. We sold that out very quickly. And then people got just so actually mad at us that it was upsetting. And so we added a second show. There are still tickets available to that.
Starting point is 01:08:53 It's going to be odd. But it'll be fun that, I believe. Yeah, it'll be fun. You can get tickets to that at Buntavis.com slash sloppy seconds. We would very much love to see you there. If you've got a ticket to the first show and you were like, I don't want to take up a ticket on the second one in case that sells out. You can now.
Starting point is 01:09:13 You can get a second one. Yeah. We got, there are 200 seats. We've sold about 135 tickets to the second one. Get a second ticket if you want. We're all about transparency here. We might make fun of you. We might be like, hey, it's that guy again.
Starting point is 01:09:27 Oh my God. That's like that guy. Loser. Same shirt again. What, did you do the washing when you got home last night? Expecting to believe that was the last shirt into the washing. And the first one you put on when it. came out.
Starting point is 01:09:43 Wow, getting called out for doing the podcast audience of shame, you know? I think that's probably, that's what we should do. Because we're not going to have a lot of material, so I think it's going to have to be a lot of sort of crowdwork, roasty. Yeah, krautwork. Crowdwork. You say crowdwork? Yeah, what if they were called crowdwork?
Starting point is 01:10:03 They're German. They are German. Yeah, nothing would change. I know we are crowdwork. Where are you from? What do you do for employment? Hopefully we'll see you on the post of the show coming in late. If you want another one of these episodes, we do two every week,
Starting point is 01:10:30 Patreon.com slash Bunter Vista. We will talk to you so, so soon. See you in Melbourne, can't fucking wait. Bye. Bye. Goodbye. Goodbye. Goodbye.
Starting point is 01:10:42 Bye.
