Starting point is 00:00:00 Girl, winter is so last season. And now Springs got you looking at pictures of tank tops with hungry eyes. Your algorithm is feeding you cutoffs. You're thirsty for the sun on your shoulders. That perfect hang on the patio sundress. Those sandals you can wear all day and all night. And you've had enough of shopping from your couch. Done hoping it looks anything like the picture when you tear up on that envelope.
Starting point is 00:00:24 It's time for a little in-person spring treat. It's time for a trip to Ross. Work your magic. This episode is brought to you by Prime. Obsession is in session. And this summer, Prime Originals have everything you want. Steamy romances, irresistible love stories, and the book to screen favorites you've already read twice. Off campus, L. every year after, the love hypothesis, Sterling Point, and more.
Starting point is 00:00:51 Slow burns, second chances, chemistry you can feel through the screen. Your next obsession is waiting. Watch only on Prime. Do you not like mayo? The thing about mayo. You like it when you don't know it's there. Mm-hmm. Don't tell me you're going to put it on.
Starting point is 00:01:09 Yeah. And don't ask me if I want it. Just put it there. I'm getting to the point where I would like eat it plain. You would scoop mayo into your... It's getting to that point. What do you mean? What got you to the point where you need to have a just straight mayo?
Starting point is 00:01:24 I think when I started using it as a dipping sauce. Then I became like very comfortable with it. And it became my favorite dipping sauce. and now I'm just like so comfortable with it. Well, it's a slippery slough from aoli to straight mayo, by the way. It's such a fine line. And once you cross it, like, you can't come back. It's easy to lose yourself in the aoli game.
Starting point is 00:01:44 I almost prefer just straight mayo to an aoli because it doesn't leave that like garlicy taste in your mouth. I guess aoli. It's just mayo like garlic. The fact that half my sandwich is sitting here just balancing in a balancing act, it's right here. Do you see that? Yeah. Just sitting there balancing.
Starting point is 00:02:04 No. The thing is, you notice when a sandwich doesn't have mayo on it because you're choking to have to death. Yeah. You're choking halfway to hell. And you say, there's something that is missing. I'm not going to say it. I'm not going to say it. We start the episode to talk about mayo or no?
Starting point is 00:02:22 Okay. Oh, I thought we were. No. Oh my. No. Oh, fuck. Okay. We have a special guest here today.
Starting point is 00:02:52 Who? Who? So right now I'm going to say hello to everyone from Brooke as well as Connor. I want to say hello. I have a young man here today. Let me guess. Talk about shit. Okay.
Starting point is 00:03:05 Start guessing. I guessed Hunter and it's not Hunter. But is it one of your friends? It's one of our friends. Our shared amigo. It's not Jack M. Is it? No.
Starting point is 00:03:17 Oh my gosh. That will be a good surprise when I do that. It's one of our shared friends. Yes. This young man is. is visiting here and he is boarding a plane in about, he's about an hour out. He's a visitor. And he's a visitor.
Starting point is 00:03:33 Does he, is he based in Los Angeles? Not at all. How do we know him? Oh my gosh. It's impossible to say. Is he based in like Orange County? In a way, but not at all as well, too, also. Is it like a family member of yours?
Starting point is 00:03:52 No, gosh. Stop looking at him. He's chosen. I mean, he's so tall. He's hard to miss. He's so handsome. He's so tall? Yeah. Come on, Brooklyn. You know, you know that. I'm very nervous. I'm getting very nervous. Let's just say he has three first names. John Jacob Jingle? His name is my name too, by the way. But no.
Starting point is 00:04:19 His name's also Connor? No, I'm just going to squeeze him in really quick. Oh, I want to guess. Okay. Keep guessing. No, just show me him. Show me the man. I almost forgot this is the whole point. Hang on.
Starting point is 00:04:33 Please make sure you're talking into the microphone. Well, as I shift my set over here, let me just see. I'm getting, I'm like so nervous. While I'm shifting the set, what if it was Obama? It's not Matthew, is it? No. Look, like, oh my God. Wait, I want to talk about him, but we can do that later.
Starting point is 00:04:56 We totally can. And while I shift my set over, I do want to flag my neighbor that emailed me about the noise complaint. Did I talk about that on here? Yeah. So I got the noise complaint. I don't know if it was in the bonus or not, though. Well, I got a noise complaint. Talking to the mic, baby.
Starting point is 00:05:15 I got the noise complaint, okay? And I'm like, oh, crap, was it like the two times I've had people over to my house. Like, when we're watching YouTube music videos, like, were they loud? whatever. Was it the pot? Whatever. She emails me direct. So the landlord gave her my direct contact, which has become a new issue for me. And she said, hey,
Starting point is 00:05:41 I think we have different sleeping schedules. Can you please not use your closet at night because I sleep under your closet? So my noise complaint was from maybe getting a T-shirt or underwear out at night to sleep in. It's kind of crazy, honestly. I was like, I am so sorry. Like that just happens when you live in an apartment building.
Starting point is 00:06:04 Like you have to be able to put up with some noise. Don't use your closet. Yeah. Formal request. It's okay, bud. Okay. Show me who it is because I can't focus. Okay.
Starting point is 00:06:20 It's time for this tall man. Are you able to move this chair just in? Are you like having an episode? Is there no one in there? Yeah Wow, you actually just You actually just made me scared And double-checked
Starting point is 00:06:33 And there's someone else here Is that gonna It's not No one's there You're gonna have to sit on the edge of the chair This way Oh Henry Henry Henry Henry is here
Starting point is 00:06:51 Oh my word I'm there you are You look darling I didn't even consider that You look amazing Holy shit Oh you're being too sweet What are you doing there?
Starting point is 00:07:03 I wonder the same thing, Brooklyn. I do. I'm, uh, sometimes, well, you know what? And I've always dreamed of the day where I had, I'm doing something in life where I say, I don't know if I can actually tell you what it is that I'm doing or who I'm working with. Yeah. You know, you reach a level in your life where you can finally say it. It gets to a point.
Starting point is 00:07:21 It gets to a point. It does. It does. Um, so I genuinely actually don't know if I'm allowed to say. Henry's Secret Project, Henry Henry. I was on, I was on stage. You were on stage? I was on set.
Starting point is 00:07:32 I was on set. On set. Was it like a set of like an ad opportunity? Yes. Yes. At opportunity. I was doing some paid work. And then I, you know, the beautiful thing is when I make my way across the pond to New York, I get to see my best friend Connor.
Starting point is 00:07:50 It's so nice to study abroad. That's incredible, boys. Where do you look? We look right at Brooke. Hi, Brooke. Wait, this is so funny. I need to tell you guys, this is my first ever podcast. appearance ever.
Starting point is 00:08:01 Ever? You would never know. That's sweet. Ever. Oh my God. Well, I'm honored that you're here. I'm so glad it's you. Like I was getting, I am comfortable with you and that's good.
Starting point is 00:08:11 That's sweet. I was getting scared that it was someone that I wouldn't be comfortable with. But I'm so comfortable with you. Well, I wouldn't, I wouldn't do that to you after the, wait, nothing happened. But like. After what? I don't know. I was thinking of a time when I had a guest on secretly.
Starting point is 00:08:28 Is chewing gum a faux paw on a podcast? It is, yes. Oh. Oh. Are you chewing gum? I am. I didn't notice your gum. I'm a very consider gum chuer.
Starting point is 00:08:39 I couldn't help but notice you put it in my sandwich. I'm going to eat that. Where else would I put it? But in your sandwich. Okay. I broke out. This is what I wanted to flag to you earlier. Flag it.
Starting point is 00:08:51 Something came across my desk. Okay. A stat. And someone said, owning a cat is associated with two to threefold greater risk of schizophrenia. Please be sweet for once. I just want to spread the good word. The leading suspect is a parasite known as...
Starting point is 00:09:10 Oh, toxoplasma. Yeah. Gandhi. Gandhi. I'm familiar with toxoplasma Gandhi. I thought that was the thing that makes you like debilitatingly in love with your cat. Well, that's schizophrenia, babes. Is it?
Starting point is 00:09:26 Yeah. You just call me babes. Babes. This is now the third time. I've spoken about schizophrenia today. Who else where you went? It's so early. I spoke with my mom about schizophrenia earlier.
Starting point is 00:09:39 Were you actually on the phone or were you talking to you? Yeah, I went for a nice walk on the West Side Highway. Great place. Sorry to. No, no, no. It's one of the better places, I would say, as well. Have you been to West Side Highway, Brooke? No, I don't think I want to take a walk on the highway.
Starting point is 00:09:57 I see. I see. Yeah. It's, it actually, like, that is a good flag, but there's trees in between the highway and then the walking and running. It's a walking highway. Okay. And then it's on the water. I can picture that.
Starting point is 00:10:10 Boston had something similar. There's bikes. Are you from Boston, Brooke? No. God, no, Henry. I went to school there, though. We have that in common. You're not from Boston either.
Starting point is 00:10:21 Not from Boston. Right. No, you're from San Diego. I am. It's true. I am. And I live there to this day. And that's okay with me.
Starting point is 00:10:30 I think a lot of people ask me often if I'm planning to move. I'm so sorry we moved away from your schizophrenia topic. I hope you're not. No, that's just how this podcast goes. It really is. But anyway, I do have that parasite. Well, you know that the parasites like Toxoplasma Gandhi might also alter human behavior, boosting sexual risk taking and sexual aggression.
Starting point is 00:10:51 I definitely have not been doing sexual risk taking as of late. Okay. but I do. I'm so debilitatingly in love with my cat that it affects like my day to day and my behavior. Do you have two now, Brooke? Cats, yeah. I do. Robert and Jonathan.
Starting point is 00:11:09 They're both black. Yeah. They're both black men. And you didn't really give me many. They're tuxedos. And they love each other. Were you worried about that when you acquired the second cat, Brooke? What?
Starting point is 00:11:26 Were you worried about that? Yes, Henry, I was. The reason I got a second cat is because I was scared that Jonathan was lonely. And then when I got Robert, it was like immediate a hate on site in like an amazing way. Like it was so intense the hatred. And it took three months for them to start even like remotely tolerating each other. And then probably four to become lovers lovers and brothers in Christ. It was a slow burn, Brooke.
Starting point is 00:11:57 It was a slow burn enemies to lovers, which is my favorite trope. So it worked out well. What is this deep cough you're suffering from? It only happens when I'm recording a podcast. It's a deep cough. It's almost like when I go on a run, I have to spit when I'm on my run. Oh, oh. It's like when I start recording the podcast, I have to clear my throat every 10 seconds.
Starting point is 00:12:19 Well, yeah, no, I also called that, by the way, R.E. Cats, that they were going to be best friends eventually. Did I think it was going to take this long? No. No one did. Now, did I just have the thought, how crazy would it be if a cat got its nipples pierced? Yes, I did have that thought. Yes.
Starting point is 00:12:38 Now, why did it? Of course I did. They have like six, don't they? They have several. They have tons. That would be expensive. They've got several nipples. And that's not even a conversation.
Starting point is 00:12:48 That's not even part of it. Yeah, they'd have to get six. That's for sure animal abuse, right? Six to 12, yeah. I saw an AI image of like a naked cat, one of those with no hairs. Yeah. And it was tattooed all over. That's not good.
Starting point is 00:13:05 Like that, to me, that's the same like entity as Travis Barker. It is 100% the exact. That's what you just described was an image of Travis Barker. The exact same thing. Yeah. Which is amazing. Wow, Brooke. Well done.
Starting point is 00:13:22 Thank you. That's, um. what's the image association thing that people have? I was about to say your like ability and like a knack for like animals relating animals to like humans is osmosis saying to me. Oh my gosh. Well done. Like that made me really proud of you. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:13:42 Do you guys find that doing this podcast? Podcasts. The podcat makes you quicker. Quicker you think quickly. Well, the thing about Brooke and I is that like. Like every time after we finish recording, hello? Hey. Hey.
Starting point is 00:14:00 Sorry, no. Please. The thing about broken eye is every time we feel so dumb at the end of an episode, people are like, that was our favorite episode. Right. I think the podcast has made me. It's tough because like I used to think I was a smart girl. And then with the pod, I'm realizing that might not like always be the case like 90% of the time. But I also think what people don't realize is if they had the opportunity to just dumpsack into a mic for like 60 minutes straight unfiltered, they would realize how dumb they are too.
Starting point is 00:14:34 Like it's just like unfiltered thoughts and you don't know how much you don't know until you're faced with it. It's almost therapeutic though I'm finding. Really? I'm feeling very, well, to be honest, more than anything, I'm wondering why Connor looks like he wants to be nowhere near me. Ooh, what's going on? I don't know. Have you ever read about the leaning thing about in pictures? Well, I just, I, I want to be more. Henry's knees are definitely pointed towards you. And I see, I can see that you're completely on the other side of your chair.
Starting point is 00:15:03 That's what I'm saying. My mic's over here. Let's keep you mind. And then also, I'm trying to get him more in frame, even though I can't because we have chairs. He's in frame in a big way. I'm perfectly in frame. I'll just move the mic closer here. God forbid. No, I'm not trying to get away. Seems like it. I'm not. I wanted to flag. I had this most special situation ever happened to me the other day.
Starting point is 00:15:26 What? I was on a flight and a flight attendant gave me a note on a napkin. Like, you're very funny. Wow. That's like, that's it for me. Frame that.
Starting point is 00:15:40 It's at Framebridge as we speak. It's being framed. Good. That's really special. Brick back napkin notes. Oh. Holy. I want someone to put their love for me on a napkin.
Starting point is 00:15:52 freaking airbus. I am floored. And like I told her, I was like, you have no idea. Like, obviously I have a lot of friends
Starting point is 00:16:01 that get these notes all the damn time. And then I go to dinner last night with Big H. And her best friend is at dinner at the table and next year she goes, my friend gave you a note.
Starting point is 00:16:14 Caroline. Wow. Yeah. And I was like, I know. It's being framed at Framebridge. That's amazing. And a five by five.
Starting point is 00:16:21 and a five by five Brooke are you familiar with Frambridge With Framebridge? You're right No but I'm getting the sense that it's like a framing store I just wish Right I just wish you were around Last year yesterday evening To hear just how much Connor was speaking about Framebridge
Starting point is 00:16:40 It was almost It was almost compulsive Yeah it's down Yeah Did you just find it? Yeah there's one near me and they frame any thing. They can get anything in there and get it framed.
Starting point is 00:16:53 It's like, and like I'm talking to this guy Ray. And Ray from Braybridge? Yeah. And it's kind of like, hey, frame this. He's like, okay. We will. We will. How much does it cost to frame something like a napkin that's like five by five?
Starting point is 00:17:10 Like $200. No. It's like $26 box or something. But I'm getting all the tote bags framed from my tour merch. Yeah. And Brooke, I'm. I'm going to see a picture. They color match.
Starting point is 00:17:23 And it's like tortoiseshell shiny green frame, but tortoise shell. Oh my God. Because Hunter gave me the idea to do a wall in my apartment that's like mile shown vibes. So I have a variety article up there that I'm getting framed at Framebridge. And all the tote bags, my napkin from Delta. Did you print the variety article? No, I ripped it out of the magazine. Where did you get the magazine?
Starting point is 00:17:55 Oh, I found it. Where do you find it? I went to Barnes and Noble. Oh my God. If I go to Barnes and Noble, I'm in there right now. Yeah, unless I don't think there's a new episode of our magazine of Variety out. Okay, I've got to go. You do got to go.
Starting point is 00:18:13 You guys were in variety? I'm so sorry. Where have you been? I've been touching my eyelash to the microphone cover. Someone has been muted on the Instagram. No, no, no. I did post about four or five times. I follow you closely.
Starting point is 00:18:29 Okay, that's cool that it's in print. There is no reason. I think about checking it out. Yeah. Oh, I would go get it if it wasn't a half mile away from where I'm sitting. But there's no reason a young man like me. I have so many accolades. I have so many.
Starting point is 00:18:46 so much goodwill out. I have a pure heart. Why do I have a mosquito bite on my rim of my belly button? That's a tough one. I've never done anything in my life or in past lives. I feel confident saying that to deserve a little bite that's itchy on the rim of my belly button. Because I keep slipping into the hole. Ew.
Starting point is 00:19:07 Yeah. Do you guys know the feeling of when you put your finger into your brain? That reminds me my cousin like slipping into my grandpa's grave when he was burying when we were burying. him. Feels like every product claims real protein these days. But real doesn't start on a label. It starts at the source. Like real California milk from California farm families, it's real dairy delivering high quality, complete protein, with all nine essential amino acids to help build muscle, give you energy, and keep you satisfied longer. So keep it real. Look for the seal. California milk.
Starting point is 00:19:49 Ready to soundtrack your summer? With Red Bull Summer All Day Play, you choose a playlist that fits your summer vibe the best. Are you a festival fanatic, a deep end DJ, a road dog, or a trail mixer? Just add a song to your chosen playlist and put your summer on track. Red Bull Summer All Day Play.
Starting point is 00:20:07 Red Bull gives you wings. Visit Red Bull.com slash Bright Summer Ahead to learn more. See you this summer. Oh. But he got, he didn't go all the way down to the casket. He just, it's like, when you said like slip in, like that's what it, because he just slipped in very quickly. My dad got him. So before it was too late.
Starting point is 00:20:32 Because in Jewish, in the Jewish tradition. But in Jewish, right. Well, we're Jewish, so he fell in. No. But in the Jewish tradition, you like, your family like digs dirt and then puts it on top of the grave. Like you bury your loved one. Yeah. And so when we were doing that, Cousin Drew.
Starting point is 00:20:52 slipped, slipped in and made himself a little bit more comfortable. Maybe when God forbid, well, Connor's going to live forever, but maybe we'll take his, Brooke, you can, you and I can. Yeah. Take his corpse down to Frambridge and get him framed. You can do whatever. You would frame your corpse. Ray would, my closest confidant, Ray at Framebridge would 1,000% put my corpse in a shadow box.
Starting point is 00:21:18 And it would be $200 flat. Your casket is going to be a shadow box. Oh my God Custom framed by Ray And Shadowbox And Wait I want to be hitting like Tor it
Starting point is 00:21:32 It'll be toward a shop And Ray will do it He will You could flat Stanley me And take me to Paris I mean Hang on Let's take
Starting point is 00:21:41 Let's do it Let's freaking do it Let's flack Stanley you And take you that Act to Paris You would love Paris I heard Paris This is beautiful this coming year.
Starting point is 00:21:52 No. Have you been? It's gorgeous. No? I've been to Paris. Yeah. Now, I don't want to, I don't think we have any Parisians that would, that listen to this. There's a fat chance.
Starting point is 00:22:06 Is fat positive connotation? Yes. Let's make fat positive. There's just, I think there's a, the, a flat, Stanley chance that there's anyone from Paris, France listening. If you are, I apologize. New York is cleaner than Paris, France. I
Starting point is 00:22:23 like I went to Paris once in high school and I was like I hated here and then I went back last year two years ago whenever and I was like this is the most magical place in the world and it similar to cats like I think we've been poisoned against it just because everyone was hopping on the like people in Paris are mean train like Paris is dirty train
Starting point is 00:22:47 in the same way that they hopped on the like cats are like mean train and then it's not the case. It's just the Mandela effect. It's a very inspiring place for an author like yourself, Brooke. Yeah. Who could that be? Oh my gosh, you guys, hang on. Who could that be?
Starting point is 00:23:03 I'll take over. Is the door ringing? Yeah, he, someone must be here. He's so crazy, isn't he? He's so funny. This deep cough of his. Who might be? The deep cough is.
Starting point is 00:23:15 Our second surprise guest. There's no way. Obama, Brooke. Do you have another surprise guest? No. Yes, it's cousin Drew. We got him out. We got him out of the-
Starting point is 00:23:26 Cousin' Ben's brother. Do you guys ever think about, do you know, are you familiar with franco-file? Yeah, I took French. Thank you, Brooke. For eight years. And wait, Brooke,
Starting point is 00:23:38 I'm going to bring it all back full circle. Right now, I have an older sister. She also is a terrier, proud alumni of. Seriously. I wouldn't say proud. Yeah. Yeah, I'm open about it and I'm open about the fact that I am not.
Starting point is 00:23:51 Like a prideful terrier. Oh, I see. Anyway, she got her degree in art history in French. Oh, my God. Which connects to you to. When did she graduate? Ah. I don't know her, but.
Starting point is 00:24:05 Yeah. 20. Me too. Me too. Anyways. What? What is that? Someone's in your house?
Starting point is 00:24:17 Should I look? Why did they come in? Someone's in your home. Delivery. So, and now they're in the home. Hello? You heard that. They were inside.
Starting point is 00:24:31 They were inside your home. That's incredible. Talk about it. I mean, talk about it. That's fine. If you wanted to. I feel like work does have something meaty to tell us. I do.
Starting point is 00:24:41 And I want to get into it. So the girl that you met last week and that you had known all that time prior. Is she dead? Dead. Because now she has a Nintendo Switch. Oh, we're talking about you. I see it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:58 Right. And she's a completely different person. She's a freaking gamer. Holy freaking air ball. She's a gamer. Can you make yourself a little smaller so that I don't look like a little man? On the podcast. No, just like you're just really making me.
Starting point is 00:25:18 I'm so sorry. Making me miniature. I'm so, so sorry. My big fat ass. Brooke, I'm so sorry from distracting from your switch. I mean, what is it, please? My Nintendo Switch. It's just the one.
Starting point is 00:25:30 I didn't get the two. I do want to say, I feel like you got me like a little bit of a research. Like it started making me miss Animal Crossing. So I didn't even like know what Animal Crossing was really. And I saw a TikTok on Saturday morning. Wait, you've never played Animal Crossing? I never played Animal Crossing. Like, I really was not in the Switch world, like, at all.
Starting point is 00:26:00 So... Animal Crossing is on GameCube. Never played it. I never, so I never played any game that's not, like, leveled. Like, I never played a cozy game, you know? You would, you would absolutely bust your nut over Animal Crossing. And my intentions... Like, it's crazy to have a game.
Starting point is 00:26:19 It's, it's purely for the love of the game. There's no levels. There's no. There's no reason. Well, it's my life. It's beautiful. There's nothing sexual. No.
Starting point is 00:26:28 Well, it's you, Brooke. It's lit. So let me tell you about it. If I may. Please. Saturday morning, I'm scrolling through TikTok. I see there's this new game that just came out called Tiny Bookshop, where you can become a bookseller who is recently retired to the coast and travels around town,
Starting point is 00:26:52 in a cart and sells books out of their cart. And I saw a TikTok for that. I said, great. I will same day order the switch from Target right now. It got to me within two hours. Within two hours of seeing that TikTok, I had set up my cart in Bostonbury. I became a local bookseller.
Starting point is 00:27:13 And nothing has ever been the same since. Is it a lucrative business? You have, at first it was not. At first, I was pretty much in the red every day. So basically, you're going around town, depending on where you go, whether it be the lighthouse, the beach, the university, you stock your shelves with different types of books because some towns like crime, some towns do not like kids books. So you really have to be in tune with what the townspeople like. So at first, like, I wasn't really getting it. I wasn't making a lot of money.
Starting point is 00:27:49 but then once you collect things and once you get it, like now I have a bunch of plants that lure people in. I have like some collector's editions of books. I have a guest book. I have gardening tools. I have some really exciting things that lure people in. And my sales are through the fricking roof. I recently just got a huge like Edward Cisorhands type of like garden display that my friend and close confidant Harper made. And she actually won the flower show. And so she, She gave me that her award-winning flower thing. Harper? Is it online?
Starting point is 00:28:27 Are you, are those real people? No, Harper's a character in the book or in the game. So she won the flower show and because of me, really, because I gave her three points. And so she gifted me with her flower design, which I now keep outside of my cart. And that has increased my sales by 15%. 15? I know you're lying. 15%
Starting point is 00:28:49 That's unheard of And that is actually made up for Harper's actually pretty annoying So that's made up for all of her shenanigans And do you I have two questions that mind Happy to answer any of them Will you be able to somehow bring your book Your real life book into
Starting point is 00:29:06 And she's really glad that you asked Incredible question Thank you So the books that I've been dealing with Henry They are real books So I've been able to recommend A Court of Miss and Fury to people who are looking to get into a series.
Starting point is 00:29:20 I have been able to recommend some Jane Austen to people who are looking for some of the classics. They're all real books. I don't know if maybe there will be an update in the future and my book will be a part of it. Could you imagine? That would probably be like the biggest honor of my lifetime
Starting point is 00:29:37 like more so than it being published like in bookstores. Speak of the devil. Your books out of your hands in two days. Not going to happen, Champion. in the process has been delayed. Thank you. As it should be. So I'm not even going to, every deadline I've ever had is like it's always been like pushed
Starting point is 00:29:58 out for whatever reason. It's been kind of squashed up and pushed out. Apparently just like that's what happens in the world in this world. So I'll just tell you when it's done. I'm not going to give you any more dates. Okay. I'll just tell you. Well, Harper's going to love it.
Starting point is 00:30:10 But thankfully it's been, the book has been out of my hands like being edited. So I've been spending most of my days in books. I love it there. Did you have a second question? Yeah. Just, you have to into the mind. I'm so sorry. I will. Because I'm itching a head with the mic. Okay. I asked you about your book. Perhaps, oh, author meet and greets might be good for your sales. That's so again, Henry, it's like you're reading my mind. There has been an old, there's an old printing press in Buxtonbury that has.
Starting point is 00:30:46 hasn't been used in years. And since Tilda has retired, she is cleaning out her shop and she found the printing press and is like, hey, like I think we should make use of this in addition to the typewriter that I've found. So I have a manuscript. And in the game. I have a manuscript in the game that I wrote with my typewriter.
Starting point is 00:31:10 And it is on the table. It's on my front table in front of the cart. And having that manuscript there. it lures in other people. It gets them asking about the printing press. And we might actually be bringing back the town printing press, depending on the townspeople's interest. Right now, we're still gauging that interest.
Starting point is 00:31:30 You could also franchise and open a frame bridge. So again, now that Tilda's retired and now that she has, Tilda's been hesitant to give up the shop. Okay. Oh. She's retired, but she's like not ready to. to let go, you know, but she just got a hip replacement. I visited her in the hospital. She had me going back and forth to every part of the city to bring her shit. But now that she is out of the
Starting point is 00:31:58 hospital after her hip replacement, she's kind of starting to feel ready to let go of the shop. And I don't want to jinx anything. It's starting to feel like she might be giving her permanent storefront to me. I do not want to jinx it. I do not want to jinx it. I don't know if that's what's going to happen. It's just she's been saying things. She's been saying things to make me feel that. way. So I'm in it for the long game. Do you feel sad when you stop playing the game because you're back in real life? Um, kind of. I play for like six hours at a time though. So it's like I could almost use the break. But I'm looking forward to getting back. There's been some huge milestones that have just happened. Klaus just had his concert that I fundraised for for like three seasons
Starting point is 00:32:43 straight and we just did a production of Julius Caesar. Well, is this in the gamer in real life? The game. Oh. But lines are blur. Are you ever going to happen? What was that one movie with the dreams? Inception.
Starting point is 00:32:56 Do you think you might, are you worried about an inception? Maybe you don't remember which is real life and which is game life. Because it's sounding like. It's sounding because you have a manuscript in the game. Well, I woke up this morning and I was like, whoa, like I hope Mora and Miriam made up because they're fighting. and I've unlocked a challenge to help them reconcile and I can't figure out how to do it.
Starting point is 00:33:17 So that was the first thing on my mind this morning. So it's definitely seeping into my real life in a pretty big way. So I'm going to bring up schizophrenia for the fourth time today. No need. Oh, and I'm so sorry. No need. Everything's fine. Everything's fine.
Starting point is 00:33:34 But I definitely think this will be a pretty big coping mechanism for when I finish writing my book. because like I to say goodbye to that fictional world will be really hard so it's just best to throw myself into something else in a healthy way like this don't be um it's exciting to have something agreed I have my switch with me I know I couldn't help but notice it got like from the arm of your chair to your seat now you're holding I'm just holding it's just I'm just holding it's in a way closer than it's ever been but you know what's weird about the the game is like I'm not like I don't have an avatar or a name or anything I'm not like a person like I'm just like I think like I'm not there what what you don't have a name everyone else is like a
Starting point is 00:34:21 person but I'm just the bookseller like I don't have an avatar that stands there you know is it like your point of view I guess yeah it's just like P.OV or the bookseller and Buxhambury is there yeah it's like yes it's like big oh so you are a person you are a person you are a person you I guess that the point is that it, I guess that makes me even, like, more involved because it's legitimately me as a human. Like, I don't even have an avatar. This is going to, Brooke, this is making me really scared. That's, like, almost putting you more at risk for losing yourself. You're real, your, yeah, you're, yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:58 Let's go to the beach on Tuesday. In the game? Nope. See, Brooke? They just, they don't know what's happening. winter and now it springs. You raise a good point. We should get back there.
Starting point is 00:35:13 I've got to collect shells for Harper. Not to mention the Sandcastle competition. You don't even have to. You didn't even have to mention it. Oh my gosh. I'm going to L.A. L.A. and Monday. I remember you told me that.
Starting point is 00:35:28 Oh my God. I get to show you my game. I'm out of stuff to tell you because we went to We went to dinner. You can talk to me. We caught up so much. Well, it's just like I told him at Framebridge already. And then I told him I'm going to L.A. already.
Starting point is 00:35:46 So it's, that's a two things. Wait, but you want I to be transparent. Don't remember what. Oh, no, I do. Don't. No, I don't remember why you're going what the occasion is. Well, we're going to, me and Brooke have a have work together on next Wednesday. We've a, so you'll be ensued next week.
Starting point is 00:36:07 Yes. Oh my God. Which will be amazing. And then I will be in New York in a few weeks after that. Yeah. And like Blessed be thy fruit as well too. Completely. Speaking of topics we spoke about last night.
Starting point is 00:36:24 Do you mind? I don't know what you're going to say. Well, I just, Connor and I finally got to speak. I don't think there's a single Brooke and Connor edit that I don't repost. Oh, yeah. It's one of my favorite things to do. I like him. And I cannot not hit that damn repost button.
Starting point is 00:36:41 I know. I ship them so hard. I love it. Shout out Kayla. Kayla. Yeah. Shout out Kayla. I don't like I don't comment usually because it's like I don't know.
Starting point is 00:36:52 Why? I don't know why I just never do that. But know that I'm there. Oh my God. And it's birds of a feather playing. I DM'd Kayla. That makes the edits of Brooke and I. What did you say?
Starting point is 00:37:03 I said please keep doing these. I know. They make me feel like so. warm. She has such an eye for it. She is such an eye. I'm shocked there hasn't been one about the Kalamari conversation. Oh, in time. I bet this will come out and don't worry. But I love that Kayla's branched out to the whole friend group as well. Yes. I'm such exciting happenings as well in that like in our greater space. Yeah. Yeah. Trish and Channing's podcast is doing so proud of them. I'm so proud of them. It's doing so proud of them. It's doing
Starting point is 00:37:37 so well and it's just like remarkable to see their language spread like wildfire to the mass. It's crazy. I have to say this is going to sound negative. It's not negative. I get annoyed when other people, the only people that I don't get extremely annoyed doing the, and it's like their voice is I only like it from them. Right. But when I was at shows this last weekend, I go, you listen to nothing. They all care. They don't you? And they're like, yeah. And I was like, I know you're talking like that. I get, I get that. I do not like it. But I like it in written form like on their Facebook group page. It cracks me up. Like I love when people are like hello like my very very huge and fat ass like would like to like that like it's just it's just sweet. That's at its core. It's just
Starting point is 00:38:26 sweet. I do I get cynical about TikTok comments though I feel like it's where creativity goes to die. People really beat things into the ground in those damn TikTok comments. My I was about to say my eat them into the ground. My favorite. Like, I've never once seen a Britney Broski podcast video where the top comment is, and she's in that studio all by herself. Like, it sucks because like sometimes, like, I'll see the comments and I'm like, holy shit, like a comment like that.
Starting point is 00:38:52 I'll be like, so funny. And then I'll see it a million more time. It's like, oh, wait, I thought that was an original think. You're so funny. Are you diabetic? I thought that was so funny the first time and then I got it 50 times. I don't get that. I have to read my favorite genre.
Starting point is 00:39:05 Wait. What is the joke there? People will always comment and be like, oh, you're so funny, don't, you're so funny, don't go bald. Yeah. You're so funny. You're so funny. Yeah. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:39:16 You're so funny. Are you diabetic? I don't. I think it's just an unrelated. It's, I don't know. Oh, okay. My favorite new genre of young man is. That reminds me.
Starting point is 00:39:30 Keep talking. There's a type of guy. You're going to know when I start talking. This is not about anyone. It is low key, but like, no biggie. I'm not upset with it. It's just like, I, there's a genre of,
Starting point is 00:39:42 of young man that's been posting on TikTok and Instagram. Are there, oh, are there any girls out there that just like want a sweet and loving man or anymore or maybe, and we were typing up fake comments the other day. Aiden sent me, Dear future, dear future wifey,
Starting point is 00:40:00 I hope you like your feet rubbed, smiley face. There's like this genre of, dear future wife. Connor. My whole for you page. I know. You know that. Because I put them on my close friends and I'm very mean. Hey, wifey, get ready for some extreme dates.
Starting point is 00:40:15 By the way, I always make sure you finish before me. Like the gentle bra I am. Dear future wifie, you cook and clean while I provide the life you always deserve. By the way, I hope you like backgubs and getting eaten out. It's tough because like they hear what girls want and then. They take it and they run with it in a direction that is the opposite. I don't think you're going to think this is funny. I'm laughing.
Starting point is 00:40:46 I probably have like the least suckable dick ever. Someone please prove me wrong. That was the funniest one. Oh, okay. Good. It's just good. It's just like unbelievable. Yeah, it is.
Starting point is 00:40:59 It's like. And then all the comments are like weird way to propose, but all right. You know, or like... Yeah. Some girls really are, like, feeding into it, which is unique. New York. It is. It's unique and it's...
Starting point is 00:41:16 There is a lid for every damn pot. I mean, I'm going to be a bully for a second. Which is something I do in private. But there's somebody that I found on TikTok who I just, you know when someone just... I just want to punch them. and it's through no fault of my own. It's just my instinct. And it's a,
Starting point is 00:41:39 it's a young man who's very, he's conventionally attractive and knows it. And it's just like trying to get girls through, like reading a very popular series. And I find that to be, it's like, it grinds my gears in a way that I can't even express. And all the comments are,
Starting point is 00:42:01 or a weird way to propose, but okay. Yeah. And I'm like, What are girls, what are you not seeing? Like, this is a death trap. It's a freaking death trap. Some people don't, they see it, but they just ignore it.
Starting point is 00:42:15 Literally me with my bags. Like, I'm like, I'm, this is me telling you guys, it's a trap. I'm a master of my. No, like, Henry, the thing with you is that I can tell that your interest in your bags is so genuine. It's an authentic project. Right. Like, you are passionate about your bags. Like these, this man is reading the series to appear a certain way.
Starting point is 00:42:40 But, but Brooke, and I completely agree with your, with your pessimistic view on the young man. You should choose, what happened to your, um, your husband, the farmer reader guy? Oh, Luke was great. One of my closest friends. So let's, Luke is engaged. No? How did I end? No.
Starting point is 00:42:55 I think he's with someone, but regardless, he's my buddy. Right. Like, and I love the guy. I choose to My approach to life I choose to focus on that young man Over the performative You can tell when it's performative
Starting point is 00:43:11 Oh yeah I don't find like Luke to me I'm like his love of reading Like I feel it in my soul Like that man loves to read You know Authenticity will always prevail And I don't feel that way
Starting point is 00:43:24 About this other young man Who I want to punch I brought my book That I showed off on the podcast Long Island Compromise? No, I mean, I had to give that one up because so many people dogged me for it, but the creative act or whatever. By Rick Rubin. The guy who you thought throws the white party.
Starting point is 00:43:44 The music guy? No. Mark Rubio? Not him. He's a politician. Okay. I don't think it's him either. Okay.
Starting point is 00:43:54 Oh, no. I'm not reading a book by him. You originally thought you were reading a book by the guy who throws the white parties. Rick? Oh. It's not him. Either. That's fanatics or whatever.
Starting point is 00:44:07 No. Okay, the creative acts, whatever. I, there's no one else to say this. I was sitting on a toilet and I was at the airport and I had my backpack and put my backpack on. You had your backpack on while you were sitting on the toilet? No. I was putting my backpack on. On the toilet?
Starting point is 00:44:28 On the toilet? I had to change my shoes. You were on the toilet. You put your backpack on because. You know what? I don't want to tell this story. Basically, I'm not going to go into detail. I dropped the book into the toilet, and the automatic flush just went off immediately.
Starting point is 00:44:44 Destroyed the whole book. It's that automatic flush, like, could, could rip your body to shred. Like, it's no reason to flush in that aggressive format. It's so crazy. I don't know how anyone is able to relax their sphincter when that automatic flush is just firing off like an AK-F. It's so insane to suction things.
Starting point is 00:45:10 I guess at some point you probably do need that level of... I prefer that toilet to the one that you can't get to flush. That's true, but it is going to turn me inside out. I'll tell you what. It destroyed my book. I left the book. I just said, I'm sorry to this man that has to... Or a woman that has to clean this book out of the toilet.
Starting point is 00:45:29 I can't get it out. It's just ripped the bits. You left the book in the toilet? I took the cover out. There was pages. Flop and around. Just good. I was like, oh, damn.
Starting point is 00:45:44 Wait, now, do you opening the stall door walking out? Womp, waw. Do you, you can't get the soap dispenser to automatically dispense the soap on your hand? Oh. There's nothing more of it. It's nothing more embarrassing than, like, you have soap on your hands, but your faucet doesn't turn on it. You're walking, like, you're walking faucet to faucet, like, hi, can I have a, can I have some, please? Sir, can I have a little bit of water so I'm going to soap off my hand?
Starting point is 00:46:16 Or like, it's like asking for crumbs. Okay, I'm sorry. Anyways, my book's destroyed. I am going to get a new one because I did like the first two pages. Oh, wait. I have a bookstore for you. Which one? It's called.
Starting point is 00:46:31 Brooke, I'm going to look at you here. Brookshop. What's it called? Books andbury? You're going to love. The Strand? No, you nailed it. Brooks and Barry.
Starting point is 00:46:40 I'm going to walk over to the Strand this afternoon. I love the Strand. Actually. I really do. Apparently they have a new coffee shop, Connor. Oh, I'm looking forward to that. Or it's mostly just a coffee shop with the few books at the checkout counter. Oh, see, that's like my speed.
Starting point is 00:46:59 But I don't think we'll have like the book you're looking for. The strand is massive. No, the strand will, but not the strand coffee shop. Starting point is 00:48:37 I'll be here too. Oh, my God. We have to get dinner. Oh, okay. Let's do that. Do you like oysters, Brooke? I want to try to Yeah, I'm trying to too
Starting point is 00:48:46 I love all other shellfish There is no reason to have yourself Start liking oysters like there's Just don't Just get a steak I don't want that either Because I just I love muscles and I love clam So it's like I should love oysters
Starting point is 00:49:01 So I've got some muscles and a clam for you Come on That's disgusting Sorry Didn't we had Remember like very early on In the podcast
Starting point is 00:49:14 we had like something about clams. Something about clams. No. Yeah. Never mind. So I'm going to start doing a bucket hat. You like that? Yeah, I'm going to start doing a bucket head.
Starting point is 00:49:27 It's not working right now and I can see myself. I know that it's not working. What if you didn't fold it at the edges? No. I don't know. You look like you're about to, oh, run DMC. Do you think I look like run DMC? Well, I think they wore hats like that today.
Starting point is 00:49:46 I'm unfamiliar with their game. I'm so sorry. There's a few things that have happened in pop culture if you want to talk about them. I want to talk about my weekend very quickly. I'd like you too. I was in Denver. I started my tour in Denver at five shows this weekend.
Starting point is 00:50:06 Sold out five shows. Thank you so much. In Colorado. It's incredible. And to the young people that came in from North Dakota, appreciate you driving in because I probably will not make it to North Dakota. anytime soon, even though that is where Mount Rushmore is, and I would like to see that.
Starting point is 00:50:21 I think it's South Dakota. And I think it's North Dakota. Y'all are at an impact on. Please continue. Oh, we're going to have to agree to disagree. This is going to get really messy. I had such a good time. I was so for me.
Starting point is 00:50:40 Thank you. And then that's all I'm going to say. I do want to say one quick thing about the hotel that I stated. So the hotel that I stayed in was so very very much. very funky. It was unique in a way. We go in and Maggie, who's on tour with me, Maggie enters, she texts us and goes, hey, my room is late night game show theme. I go, what do you mean? She goes, it's deal or no deal themed. Yeah. And it was. It was like, everything was like, deal, note, like all the frames, pictures, like everywhere. Howie Mendel cut out. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:15 Xavier. And the whole floor is that name. Xavier went to his floor. It's pets themed fur babies. There's pets on the walls. There's pictures of dogs, cats. I can't wait to see the theme of my floor. Game show, pets.
Starting point is 00:51:38 Guess what my theme was? Don't tell me. Game show, pets. Like Dungeons and Dragons? So close. Kids. How, like, did you have like slides and stuff? I was so looking forward to the elevator door opening up to see what it was.
Starting point is 00:52:03 Door opens up, hopscotch, hula hoops on the wall. That's kind of fun. A carton of milk. I feel like you would actually really like that. Yeah, that sounds up your alley. No, it's not good, guys. It's not good. And it's not good to come home after working to hopscotch.
Starting point is 00:52:18 long day and then you're just greeted with a classroom like this was the entreated way to my hall hall yeah well it's uh wait hang on kids kids children
Starting point is 00:52:35 the famous kids it's like really washed out like I can't maybe turn down your brightness oh no no now that the blackgrounds black it might be better the hula hoops yeah yeah who like books all your hotels.
Starting point is 00:52:53 Sometimes the venue. Oh, that's nice. Other times it's sometimes Hotel Tonight, which I really adore. My parents, so I got my parents on Hotel Tonight. I love Hotel Tonight. I use it a lot because of these shows or if a flight gets canceled or something and I'm somewhere random. Hotel Tonight always has.
Starting point is 00:53:10 Not an ad, by the way. I don't even think they do ads. I don't even know if they're a company, but they're an app. But they always have a hotel available and it's like very unique. And it's very cheap, affordable for the most of it. Your floor will be kids themed. This was not hotel tonight. But my parents asked me the other day.
Starting point is 00:53:29 They go, Connor, we are never using that app again. I go, oh, God, what happened? They go, we booked a $42 hotel. And I go, okay, I don't even need to hear the rest of the story. Right. You're in. Know how to work the app. Don't let the app work you.
Starting point is 00:53:43 They're in a, like a genuine city. And they booked a $42 hotel. I go, they go, it was this guy. Discussing and go, you paid $42. Like, that is less than a take of gas. You get what you paid for. So, like, I couldn't, I was like, I don't even need to hear the rest. That is, that is on you.
Starting point is 00:54:05 Did you read the reviews? No. Why would we? Yeah. No. And they slept there. They're troopers. They really are troopers.
Starting point is 00:54:12 Where were they? They were driving somewhere for sure. It's impossible to say these days. You know, we're parents can just go. wherever they want. With hotels tonight. I wonder if I'm going to have to put my parents in a home at some point. Well,
Starting point is 00:54:28 let's think about that at another time. Oh my gosh, that's so true because it's miles and miles and miles away. It is miles and miles and miles away. I've been listening to so much Royal Otis. You and me both. Have you really? On my walk this morning.
Starting point is 00:54:43 Do they have an album out? I have to shuffle all their songs. No, they're all. I only know their covers. And they simply will not respond to my DMs. Do you know they were really? at Red Lion, like the bar here, like just performing a few weeks ago. Hey, don't piss me off on the podcast.
Starting point is 00:55:00 Okay, sorry. Did you go? No, I didn't know about it until after, but I would have. Brooke, this is a band that you would fall head over heels. We've discussed my falling before. For Royal Otis? Yeah. I don't remember if it's Royal or Otis.
Starting point is 00:55:17 You would love Royal. Royal. There's one young band. He should ever want things. Okay, yeah. I mean, the other one doesn't show his face, which... The one that shows his face. Yeah, he's handsome.
Starting point is 00:55:26 He has a girlfriend, of course. Don't piss me off on the podcast. That's my bad. That's my bad. Do not piss me off on the podcast. That is my bad. How do you know that? Oh, I looked into both of the personal lives.
Starting point is 00:55:42 Deeply. They're great. I love... What did you DM them? Let me see. I'm not going to show it publicly. Hey, I heard. Paris is beautiful this time of you.
Starting point is 00:55:55 Let me see what I DMM then. Gay Paris. To Brooke's point, though, it doesn't... Oh, they did respond. What? And then I responded again. Let me unsend that. What did...
Starting point is 00:56:14 How did you not know? Tell us what happened. I said go see Royal Otis and their prong when I went to their show in Columbus, Ohio. Put your mouth closer to the mic. when I went to go see them in Columbus, Ohio. And by the way, Columbus, you are not lost on me. I love you to death.
Starting point is 00:56:31 I will go back to you and I'll be inside of you at any point that I can. I love Ohio. And I love Vancouver. Vancouver and Ohio. Like, I need to travel a little bit because the places I've fallen in love with are like right there. I feel like you travel too much, young man. I feel like you could stand to travel a little less.
Starting point is 00:56:49 Well, I need to go like. For fun. Somewhere outside of the Midwest. Like, that's the distance that I travel. I really want to go to We are overdue for that Bali trip Bally is where I want to go I'm going to plan a Bali trip for the spring
Starting point is 00:57:06 And it's going to be just like a It's going to be like a belated birthday trip I really need to get back into deli meat In such a big way But I'm just not willing to eat anything with hormones Because I don't want to get all girly Organic I don't want to get all girly
Starting point is 00:57:25 after I eat my ham. There's a good place to start. There's non-girly deli meat. No, I don't want to, I don't want it pumped in with preservatives and processed. You don't, it doesn't have to be. I don't think it does have to be. It's like sliced turkey from whole foods. Yeah, you're so right.
Starting point is 00:57:41 Take your ass to whole foods. But I've already told you this, but you don't, you don't know this either probably. Of course. But the whole foods in California and like in Austin, it like is an experience and it's very wholesome. You can have your headphones in. and it's, that's like your community. Here, bring a bow and arrow.
Starting point is 00:57:59 You are, you're, it's hunting, gathering, it's competitive. It's get out of my way. It's, right. And who are you? It's, what floor am I even on? Why am I, why am I on the third floor? Where is the deli mean? Don't tell me it's on the bottom floor.
Starting point is 00:58:12 It was just there. You know, like, the experience is so fighter flight in New York to go to Whole Foods. I feel like there has to be one good one. Maybe if I go to like Brooke. Beventure. I don't know if Brooklyn would have way out of town. Every time I talk about New York on the podcast, when I'm like, yeah, there's a pond in Central Park,
Starting point is 00:58:33 the way everyone was like, that's a lake. I'm like, okay, like, I can see the other side. So I don't know if I would call it a lake. And I never saw a turtle the other week. Oh, no. Were you hoping to? Yeah, because I had this massive dream about all these turtles twice. And I never saw a turtle.
Starting point is 00:58:52 Wait, can I say one more thing about my weekend, before wrap because your whole foods your whole foods conversation reminded me of it at the mega marchet what is that it's like a French
Starting point is 00:59:07 or I guess it's usually a French way to say market in the parking lot you know those like young men that are inflated and like they're usually outside of like car shops and they go Oh yeah very familiar Someone slashed it What
Starting point is 00:59:23 and so now they're There's an open investigation. I'm sick about that. Also, sorry, this is in my game. There's an open investigation. Thanks for having me on, Connor. About who slashed, it's a murder case, who slashed the young man. He's still there at the Mega Marche with like a tarp over him and caution tape.
Starting point is 00:59:46 And he's been there for like seasons because the game goes by in seasons. He's been there for so long. I can't even figure out like the first step in finding out who did it. I know it was Klaus. goes without saying that it was Klaus. What motive would Klaus have for slashing the young man? He didn't, he thought it was, he didn't like the young man. I thought it was tacky.
Starting point is 01:00:05 He's like very alternative. Klaus? Yeah. You hate Klaus. Like I can see it in your eyes. Klaus is the one that I spent like so long fundraising for his dumbass concert. And had to pay separately for the production of Julia Caesar because that's the only way that I could have gotten him the stage is to fund
Starting point is 01:00:26 that production first. God knows why. You couldn't outsource for No. The only way was to do Julia Caesar first, but I cannot figure out how to crack the case of the young man in the parking lot of the Mega Marchet.
Starting point is 01:00:43 Fern is trying to help me. Fern is the reporter. But he's being no help. What'd you say? You're just making shit up. You're just making shit up now. I swear to God. I'm not. You're not even a real person. I swear. So if anyone plays
Starting point is 01:00:56 tiny bookshop and knows like the first thing that I need to do to get this case moving because I'm ready to solve it. That's really, it's so nice to have a project. A passion project. I, um, hate when couples wear a costume that's like, I have sex with my girlfriend vibes. Like when he's the plug and she's the socket. I've never seen. Oh, and you want it. I recently sent, please finish actually. That's it. But like when, when couples are like,
Starting point is 01:01:25 when they wear like pregnancy t-shirts and it's like he got me pregnant. I've never seen this. Couples costumes that are like inherently like, yeah, we bone. I like, yeah, that's disgusting. I sent a text recently elaborating on a deep-rooted hatred I have towards somebody I follow on Instagram, well, no longer. I think I must have un-a-old them. They posted Instagram stories for their siblings' birthday that were so uncomfortably romantic. I might know who you're talking about.
Starting point is 01:02:05 Never mind. I don't know. What did Brooke have? You know what? I might know who you're talking about. Oh, no. It's a personal acquaintance. It might be.
Starting point is 01:02:16 Let's talk after. Let's talk shop later. Sounds good. I just don't like siblings who are. Well, yeah. Touch on the. internet. I,
Starting point is 01:02:28 yeah, I also feel the same way. It's not ideal. Maybe it's because of my relationship with my family. We're very close, but we don't kiss on the mouth, you know? Right.
Starting point is 01:02:43 My chelitis is back. Oh, Brooke, get your fingers off your lips. I can't. But we used to go. We do have to go. Yeah. So quickly yesterday on set when I was,
Starting point is 01:02:54 me when I was on set yesterday. P.O.V. I was my first time. Well, Brooke. I said POV boy who's been on a set. POV me when I've been on set before. I've never been the same since I was on set. I've never
Starting point is 01:03:08 interacted with hair and makeup before, at least in recent memory. And I was on set and I she was like they were doing my hair and makeup in between scenes or whatever and she's like playing with my lips. And she's like really playing with him a lot. I was like, what's going on with my lips?
Starting point is 01:03:25 Did she tell you? She wouldn't leave them alone. No, they apply. They apply chaps. stick every egg. Yeah, I had this nice white film going on. And so she's like, we cleared off for me. So I cleared off. I don't know where this white film came from. I think it was from my aquifer.
Starting point is 01:03:40 I hate white film. I had this nice big white tag of like dead skin. And she's like, do you want me to get it or do you want to get it? And I said, I'm happy for you to get it. And then she doubled. She went back. She said, no, please get it for me. So then I sucked into my mouth and I ate it.
Starting point is 01:03:56 That must have been very hot. Very yum. Very yum. So that's all I have on that. Well, I, like, really appreciate the transparency and that you feel comfortable sharing your white film with us today. Yes. You know? I feel so comfortable here. It is nice.
Starting point is 01:04:15 I think that, um, what time is it? Like, so time to go. Oh, guys. Okay. Okay, you guys. Thank you so much. Hi, guys. Stop, dude.
Starting point is 01:04:28 Hi guys. Today I did something crazy. Brand is too much, man. He's too much. Did you see that, Brooke? Is it? Did he do an impersonation? Yeah, Brandon impersonation to me. And then someone commented and was like, and then the bread is all moldy and then never mind. Well, thank you guys so much for listening. Henry, thank you so much for joining us. What a nice surprise. This was so sweet. I want to just say how proud I am of both of you and I love you both. And I look up to you both deeply. and when people ask me about my life on the internet, I will always say Connor was one of the first people to ever reach out to me and give me advice and like hang out with me.
Starting point is 01:05:08 And when people ask me what Brooke is like in real life, I will always, always say she's one of the sweetest people I've ever met. There's no way. I swear to God. I swear to God if you are one of the people who I've had that conversation with, please DM Brooke or me so I can prove to her that it's the truth. Henry. Well, we love you.
Starting point is 01:05:27 so much. Sorry you've been looking at the bottom of my foot. It's not the best. Okay, well, we'll see you guys in the bonus. Thank you guys for listening so much. This was so unique. Amazing. Henry, thank you again. I love you, Brooke. I love it, Henry. I love you. I love everyone listening. Time to take a bite of my sandwich.
