Are you ready?
I'm kind of nervous.
Welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome.
Welcome back to the studio, Brooke.
The teeth, the tongue, the tip of the clit.
Say it for me.
That's what we would do in middle school before the play.
The teeth, the tongue, the tip of the clit.
Yeah, that's a good tongue twister.
Welcome back.
Go ahead.
I didn't say anything.
Oh, no, no, go ahead.
To what?
To welcome everything.
Oh, welcome back.
you guys, we are really genuinely so excited to be back. I think this is the most I've ever
missed you and the most excited I am to be back. Ditto. She sent me a Snapchat last night just
grinning to bits about how just giddy, it's Christmas morning. I've never felt like,
no offense. I love you guys to death. I've just like never felt that way about like going to work,
you know? It's a good day. It's a great day to be back. I'm really excited. It's a good day to be a
Montgomery Bay. I am always excited to come here. I can't stress that enough. But
There was just like an elevated excitement.
Because I wasn't here last week.
You might not know that I actually wasn't here last week.
Because it seemed like I was because there was an episode with me in it.
I wasn't.
We did that one in advance.
Yeah.
Was that the egg episode?
The egg episode.
I don't know.
I don't know.
It's hard to say.
It's definitely hard to say.
Shoot.
I was going to say something.
It doesn't matter though.
If I can't remember it, it doesn't matter.
No, I'm going to stop fighting for things of your
Something tells me I was going to say something too
Oh, I know what I was going to say
What? I was going to say
Oh my God, I lost it again and I had it for a second
Oh no, I know what I was going to say
This is the first morning not to jinx it
That one of us hasn't come in and been like
Of course I'm getting a phone call right when
Who is it?
It's a FaceTime from Mimi
Oh
Nope friend Mimi
Not grandma Mimi
Oh
This is the first time we haven't come in and been like, I'm sick.
My head hurts.
Like some of us hasn't had, one of us hasn't had an ailment.
Not one complaint.
And you know what?
I did have a complaint to come in with.
What was it?
But then I was like, oh, I actually don't.
This doesn't bug me at all.
I don't know why.
You did touch on the itchy feet.
But it's not, it's not something hindering me from.
It's actually just my left foot is itchy.
Okay.
It's great because in perspective, it could always be both.
your feet. Literally, it could always be worse.
But I got a coffee this morning and like from a coffee shop and there was a hair in my coffee.
Huh? How'd you get in there?
You know, we learned about that phenomenon. I remember. The two things I remember.
The phenomenon on having a hair in your coffee. The two things I remember from high school
science was if you smell something bad like poop, for example, there's usually a particle of it
in your nose. That's the first thing I learned. The second thing I learned is the only thing I learned is
the only reason that you think hair in your coffee is gross is because it's called matter out of
place because like you wouldn't think just like a piece of hair is gross. It's just not on
your head. That's why it's gross. Because like hair in your head is like the least gross thing.
Well it depends on. Her is not inherently gross. Like it depends on whose head that hair is on.
I've seen some people with gross hair. Well, I guess that applies to literally anything if they're
gross. Yeah. I didn't see who made my coffee. But like hair is not generally gross. Well, the good thing
about me is I am able to remove
the hair from my coffee and move on with
my day. And you didn't
you didn't let that hinder you?
No. Good for you.
No, I kept trucking. I think
that people that
send back food because it has a hair in it
what do you
think about them? I don't want to
I mean, I would never do it.
Yeah. Just due to shyness. Yeah.
I mean like I do
kind of, I could see
where they're coming from, but I would like judge someone
for doing it. Does that make sense? Yeah, my head would be at, oh, if you're sending back your food,
I'm going to go ahead and dive into mine. Oh my God, that goes without saying. I was just talking
about what I think of the person's character. Oh, right. I'm saying more like, I'm not waiting
for your second course now because you couldn't get past a single hair. Yeah. No, I don't think anyone
would expect you to. Now, if it was a ponytail, if it was a full ponytail in my spaghetti, I'm sending my
plate back because what's going on in the back a barbershop quartet i do kind of struggle if it's like a small
black curly hair why it's like you don't uh like if that's from someone's like head or literally could be
from their privates they're their buns yeah they're loomy they're loomy spaces yeah that's a that's a
that's a only loomy should yeah yeah but also like how would that i guess i don't even want to kind
to get into how that would get onto the food.
I could move past a small black hair.
I can also move past other things.
I can move past, you know,
I keep getting these TikToks,
probably because I keep talking about it,
how people are like,
look, when I put my broccoli under a microscope,
I can see a bug.
I'm like, I don't have a microscope.
Toss it down my golet.
Right.
As long as I can't see it
and it's something I've done before
that has not made me sick,
then I'm all good.
They're now selling to us,
like a separate product to wash your fruits and vegetables.
No.
I rip you that product.
Do you not rinse like your apples?
I get them a little rinsy rinse, sure.
That's what I do.
Yeah.
But would you eat one without rinsing it?
Yeah.
I would be hesitant.
Because of what?
Not because like I actually think something bad will happen, just more of from a like,
just like health anxiety.
Oh, I mean I wouldn't go to the airport.
it and get an apple that's just sitting out for all to touch and then toss it in my mouth.
I'd definitely wash it.
But like if I'm outside and I find an apple on the ground, yeah, I'll eat that without washing it.
Is rinsing it in water even help if there's like no like cleaning product?
I think it's supposed to get residual pesticides off of the skin of the apple since you're going to bite into the.
So when something is like a banana or like an orange, that's coming off of a.
It's person.
Have you ever met anyone that has washed one of those?
Well, I wash oranges.
You do?
Yeah.
Because when you cut through it, it just drags whatever's on the outside through the
whole orange.
What if you're peeling it?
No.
Okay.
What if I were to tell you here in this space right now and everyone was going to agree with me,
no hesitation, that yes, I wash my bananas, soap and water.
And you have been doing it wrong for your whole life.
That's called gaslighting.
No, no, no.
it would be like um mandela effect but fake yeah that's gaslighting yeah that's the definition of gaslighting
that's actually just a lie yeah yay we've gone so far that we could just call it lying it's just gaslighting
yeah but if i got everyone involved i guess that's more of a merry prank a what a merry prank a merry prank
yeah what are you the court jester what do you mean like mary pranksters says that's more
That's one of those Jeremy Strong memes where he was like, they're Mary Pranksters.
Oh, man, you know it.
No.
Yes, you do.
I promise it.
You have known it at one point in your life and now it's gone.
Oh, I mean, we watched about 40 of those.
So I think that I've lost.
Yeah, here it is.
If you don't mind.
They were anarchic.
They were Mary Printers.
Oh, yeah.
Like he says it.
Often.
Often.
And a bit of a merryster.
and defiance
Mary drinks
It's just like crazy
To even need to say that once
In your life, let alone three times
No, I'm telling you
He probably has that thing that I have
Where I get certain things stuck in my head
He could
Phrases
Yeah
Oh, I had one I was gonna say it today
I know what it was
I'm just gonna have to slip it in
My word of the day
I'm gonna get it too
Oh, I just remembered it
Is it gonna be something
that I'll be able to flag out
Oh, that's your word of the day?
You will be
Okay, okay, let's see.
But you never know, because this one I know how to use, so.
Okay.
So it's going to slide.
It's not so much a vestibule.
No, it's going to go into wherever I put it almost inconceivably.
Nope.
Kind of.
What?
Like, yes, like you could use inconceivably that way, but I feel like you met seamlessly.
I'm throwing her off my scent.
That's not even the word.
That's not the word.
No, I didn't think it was.
I'm just saying like you're, you were just saying that you're using words, right?
And that was just like a little off, not that off.
Inconceivable.
Unable to be conceived.
No, I guess that is, yeah, I guess that's right.
Sorry, I'm just getting hard on you.
No, it's okay.
I know you've a hard on for me.
Dude.
Damn.
Got you.
Eight minutes in.
She has been absolutely put into the dog house.
How were you, Brooke?
How was your trip?
How are you, Connor?
You've been gone.
You've been studying abroad for months at teams.
I was studying abroad for...
Months, it seems.
Two and a half weeks.
Here's the thing.
Doing a Europe trip like that,
and this is not me complaining about a Europe trip.
I really had the best time,
such a privilege, but it's not a vacation.
No, I'm really serious.
It's like a...
It's not relaxing.
It's a trip, but it's not relaxing.
Like we did about like...
six different cities and like the one like day we had to relax like on the beach I couldn't really relax
because it was like oh we're getting on the plane at 4 a.m. in the morning. You know what I mean? So that was
kind of a bit of a trial and tribulation for me as someone who needs to be sitting in the same
spot for weeks at a time. But it's good to push yourself out of that of your comfort zone.
It is. I'm really sorry about. But like I wouldn't say I'm like refreshed. I would say I'm drained.
The stress from that beach trip. Yeah. No. And you know what seems inconceivable. It's all good.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But it seemed fun.
It seemed like a fun trip.
Yeah, I'll take you through a little bit.
Yeah, take me through.
Walk me through the trip.
Okay, I'll tell you what we did.
Got to Paris first, and I flew on Norse Airlines, which I had actually never heard of.
Yeah.
And I was able to get the premium seats.
I was in 1A for like very cheap, which was interesting.
Because I thought it was a lie flat and it wasn't.
It was just kind of like a bigger seat.
So that was excited.
And then North Airlines.
But did it go back?
How long is that flight?
It was only 11 hours.
It went back, but it wasn't a lie flat.
Did you prefer the beach for X amount hours or the Norse Airlines seat 1A for 11 hours?
Definitely the beach.
Okay.
Yeah.
I didn't sleep and it was like an overnight get there in the morning kind of thing.
Gotcha.
But I did enjoy being in 1A despite it not being a lie flat.
So that's really exciting.
The flight attendants on Norse were really great.
Just so you know your carry-on can only be 20 pounds.
So I actually did have to check my carry-on after like trying to fit everything into a small carry-on for two and a half weeks so that I didn't have to check a bag.
And again, not complaining.
Can't throw that enough.
Do you get that gas?
Yeah.
Sorry.
20 pounds is.
It's not possible.
I've gotten groceries that are 20 pounds.
Yeah.
And I packed light and it was 27.
And I could lift it because I wanted something.
I could lift.
Okay, so Norse Airlines, that sucked, but the flight attendants were nice and I liked
1A, but it didn't go all the way back.
Got to Paris.
I actually had a lovely time in Paris, which I was surprised about because I've been there
before and I kind of felt just like, eh about it.
Like the people were like not super friendly, but the people were the most friendly in
Paris out of anywhere I had been, including Italy, this trip.
the food was great
I was able to read
some of the street signs
for my nine years of taking French
That's good
Which was really exciting
I could figure out how to work
The washing machine and the Airbnb
Because of all that
So it really is worth it to take a language
I want to do that
Yeah I want to pick it back up on
What's that called?
Duolingo
That would be yeah
We should do duolingo
Oh you want to do French
I kind of do just because I have like
But I also like
Cannot pronounce the words ever
I don't think I'll ever be able to get to a place where I can.
That's fine.
It's nice to be able to communicate.
I don't know if the French would be the people that I would like try to communicate with.
I'm telling you they're great.
I didn't have an awesome experience.
I didn't either.
But now I'm telling you something is completely shifted on the axis.
Yeah.
Awesome place.
All right.
Well, sometimes maybe it was the eclipse.
It could have been.
But they were like so much nicer than the people in.
Italy this time around.
Whereas before the Italians were like,
and I'm not generalizing. I never would.
I'm just talking about this trip and my general experience.
So things that Brooke is not doing today?
Complaining, generalizing.
Generalizing.
Because I wouldn't.
And I'll figure out.
Yeah.
I'll figure the rest.
Had a great time in Paris.
Yeah.
Then.
Wait.
Yeah.
On the language thing.
Yes.
Oh, yeah.
I think maybe I should do another.
I don't know.
I just, I also am embarrassed to even try to say things
correctly in a French accent because it's embarrassing to try as an American, especially one
with like a Philly base.
No, they would just think that you have a speech impediment.
Going from like Pougy to like, bonjour, it's like not the natural path.
Yeah, no, those are probably as far as you can go in terms of the language spectrum.
I think it'd be funny if we took the same language.
Okay.
And did it together.
And then by the end of the thing, this is a fully Japanese podcast.
Do you want to do Japanese?
I don't know, maybe, because I love Japan.
and the Japanese people, that's the nicest,
that is the nicest group of people
you'll ever come across.
And the most courteous
and the most,
courteous, I could have left it at courteous,
consider it.
Consider it courteous, kind of go hand in hand.
But consider it.
When I was in Japan,
I was taking a picture
when I was trying to be a photographer,
and I was taking a picture of this temple,
and then it was like a really traditional looking temple
with people in traditional garb there.
And then there was also all these business people
walking by with briefcases.
And I wanted to get that dichotomy of those two groups.
Is that the word?
Nope.
And so I was waiting to take it.
And I'm across the street and I'm looking at these people crossing in front of the temple.
And I'm like, I'm looking only through the viewfinder.
Okay.
The vestibule of the camera.
And I'm looking through and they're not passing and I look up.
They're all waiting for me to snap my photo.
They didn't want to get in the view of it.
Really sweet.
Yeah, they stand on the right side of the escalator if they're standing and whatever.
Okay, go ahead.
It's really considerate.
So Paris.
Yeah, so I really would rate Paris very highly.
Can I pause really quick again now that we're talking about Paris and Tokyo?
Yeah.
There's a song.
My sister used to watch Disney Channel when my dad was flying planes and his three places were London, Paris, and Tokyo.
And there's a song that goes that would play all the time.
And I really thought, like, oh, like my dad must be flying who.
over the artist was London, Paris, maybe Tokyo.
Nah, nah, blah, da, da, da, da, da, da, da, da.
Oh, hold on.
I'll get there.
London, Paris, maybe Tokyo.
It also reminds me of a Christmas that me and my sister forgot to get my dad in anything
for Christmas.
And we were just opening it, opening and opening presents.
And he just, like, was just watching.
He didn't give a shit, but because we were, what, eight or nine?
What were we going to do, drive to the mall?
Oh, yeah.
Get him a polo?
and a belt?
No.
But that song came on while I was like, oh, this is so awkward.
All right.
What is that song?
Wake up.
Wake up.
On a Saturday night.
On a Hillary Duff?
On a Hillary Duff.
Yep.
On a Hillary Duff.
She has such a robust catalog of songs.
When I was a teacher, there was one little boy who was four, and he was so obsessed
with Hillary Duff, which was like so darling because, like,
it's like not the same they weren't born on the same time like he's like a complete different
generation than Hillary Duff like I think his mom was the generation of Hillary Duff which is crazy
but he would literally sing coming clean like all day every day sing coming wait we let the rain
oh okay okay I think if you sing too much we get demonetized right because we were both singing that last
one for a while that's okay but I just thought that was like so that's special most sweet and
random thing. That mean that his mom. That mean his mom like Hillary. Like Hillary. So much that
she's imparting that on his son. Yeah. Yeah. So that was sweet. I missed him. Okay. Paris was great.
Then this is, I think you had mentioned something about Florence. This is when I went Florence.
This was just not like the way to do Florence at all. We got there like very early in the morning.
And we were only there for less than 24 hours. Yeah.
just like kind of a stop on the way to the Amalfi coast.
And we were only in, I don't even know where we were, but it was just like the main like touristy square with like horses.
Oh, okay.
You're at the grove of Florence.
I was probably the Grove of Florence and like, but there was like crazy like, oh, I've seen that before in a history book type of thing, but also like an iPhone case store right next to it.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You know.
And then I didn't realize they don't eat like breakfast or anything there.
Nope.
So I was, we got there at like 7 a.m.
I'm completely starved.
The only place that was open was like, I think probably like the dominoes of Florence.
So I had like a really horrible piece of pizza.
And then I was exhausted because I was traveling.
So our friends went shopping and I just rested my eyes for one second, Connor while they went shopping.
Woke up six hours later.
Yeah.
Okay.
So I had missed most of Florence.
And then it was really.
the evening then and I had spilled
a carton of balsamic all over my favorite
dress and that kind of just, it was
a wash. So I just have to go
back to Florence. That's the main
piece. It was just a wash.
At least balsamic is
almost, it's pretty unnoticeable.
I mean, you could hardly tell.
It was only, it was like a light cream pink dress
so it blended seamlessly and inconceivably
as well too. Yeah, it was conceivable.
So that was just why
Florence, like I just have to go back
to Florence.
And then we went to the Amofi Coast.
We went to Positano, which I've been before.
Have you been there?
It's really such a great place.
I love it.
I think it's probably my favorite place I've been.
But it's built like in a hill.
And it's all just steps.
It's an archipelago.
I don't know about that.
But maybe.
I don't even.
I don't think that's what an archipelago is, but I don't want to start something that I can't finish.
Why don't we dive in?
We have here.
We got to come.
Okay.
Hey, computer.
I think that's like a cluster of islands.
It is, you're right.
No, we can move on.
I already know that Rick is right.
An archipelagio is a group of islands.
That is absolutely correct.
Oh my God, thanks.
Good job.
Thank you.
A group of islands.
Oh my God, word for words.
Like Indonesia is an arch.
Right.
The Indonesian archipelagio.
Like Bali and such.
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
So, Connor.
Italy.
Italy might be.
Italy is anyways
It doesn't matter
The thing is
They can't drop you with your suitcases
Yeah
At your at the Airbnb
Yeah
You have to drag them
Not only down
The steps to your Airbnb
But back up
Yeah
So we were like at the bottom
Yeah
Like on the beach
So that was definitely
Something that took a lot of time
And energy on my part
Especially because you know
My suitcase is 27 pounds
And for a little girl
What are you cross-fit
Queen? Yeah, right. Connor, it was the next day I was diagnosed with Doms.
Are you laughing? What does it be? D-O-M-S.
D-O-M-S. Is it something this is, okay, country of origin?
English. D-O-M-S. Okay. Can you use it in a sentence.
I was diagnosed with Doms the second day and positano.
Okay.
is it is this is um this is uh how you say um i came down with a bad case of the doms you're shitting your pants
but like via domino's is that what it is doms doms do you know what it is delayed onset muscle
sickness yes oh my god have you been diagnosed before no i've had it before you've had doms
here i am thinking you made up a new word no because i've had like that kind of thing that kind of thing
before like with F-45 when I couldn't move.
This was a, this was, it actually, this had me Googling like, what's, what's wrong?
And that's how I was diagnosed with DOM.
Delayed onset muscle soreness, isn't that just like, I'm sure from yesterday?
Connor, but yes, but in a way that it's actually needing a term to be diagnosed because it was
so, I was literally had to go down the stairs on my butt the next day because I couldn't bend my
legs straight.
And I'm not being dramatic.
Dom's should be taken very.
seriously. Well, I mean, I like calling to work because I worked out yesterday and Dom's.
Connor, I'm telling you it was that bad. If I was someone's boss and they called me and said,
I have Dom's, I can't come in. I would say, oh my God, please take all the time that you need to
get well and stay home and recover. It was really, you could get a break out there. Conner,
couldn't get a kid, couldn't get you a damn break. You know what's funny? There's an episode of
Always Sunny where Charlie, who's like the bar back, he's never left Philly. That's his whole lore is
like I've never left Philly.
He's scared to leave Philly.
He's like the shorter one.
Yeah, it's Charlie Day.
Yeah.
What could happen if I leave Philly?
And there's an episode they're going to go see the Grand Canyon.
And they do not make it out of Philly basically.
And he's really excited and he just hangs out.
He's scared of it.
You kind of have that.
Something bad happens to every time you leave your bubble.
That's why I, that's like part of the travel anxiety.
I think I like honestly like manifest that for myself.
Like I think like also also so
So sorry to do this on the other end of the spectrum
Yeah
Did you see Brett Neustrom posted the other day
Um person who has like just universal life experiences
Happened to them and says
Well
Here look at me now of my bag of spinach I bought three weeks ago
It's gone bad of course this would happen to me
Why didn't you tag me?
I just thought of it right now because I'm like yeah
Oh you're sore after hiking. Yes
No this was
This was not hiking.
You're sure after hiking with luggage.
That makes sense.
Honor, I'm telling you if you, again, put yourself inside of my body.
If you could, you would literally understand what I was going through.
Okay.
With my doms.
But anyway, obviously, you have to keep going up and down.
You need to change your Instagram bio right now to Dom Survivor.
Okay.
Like, I literally will.
but and I couldn't rest my doms because I had to keep going up and down the steps for the old trip
oh my gosh my my doms is acting up imagine my doms is getting better and I had to lug my luggage up
is that way to get luggage because you have to lug it oh we are just constantly dissecting language here
yeah you're giving on the map anomologist I think that's what it is yep anemologist
Yeah, so imagine how I felt.
Imagine how I felt.
The day I'm finally starting to feel better from my doms.
I have to lug my luggage up and Connor.
Yeah.
All the Posatano porters, which I had spent a lot of time Googling for if maybe there was
someone who could carry my luggage up there's for me.
And there are the Positauna porters.
They don't have a roadway.
I couldn't figure out of contact them.
They don't have roadway movers in Positano.
They have the Positano porters.
But I couldn't figure out of contact them.
and I guess I didn't really try that hard
but anyway
it was that was much better than bringing it down
for some reason
but you mean bringing it
oh bring it down was a lot worse than bringing it up
because I think bringing it down was heavier
on the legs which is where my doms was really concentrated
whereas bringing it off was more arm base
the doms was kind of focused in your lower
half in the leg region
in the loomy region yeah in the loomy area
but yeah
that's another like good example of how social media is like not what it appears to be because
you guys would never know that I had doms based off of my fun Instagram posts my fun and cute
Instagram posts and my cute outfits you would never be like okay that girl's struggling with
domes that's your that's your post where it's like social media isn't all what it's cracked out
to be a slide I had I was sore from walking yesterday exactly so that was probably my favorite
part post atonado
because I love it
and then
oh and then I had that pizza
did you see my pizza
that looked like throw up?
Yeah
it was awesome
it was pistachio
which I didn't know I love
but I love a pistachio base
it's so hard to post food
that looks like slop
because the best food does look like
slop like when you make food at home
say you make like a chabola bowl at home
like that is literally slop for pigs
like that is what and that's what it
It doesn't look good to anyone else.
You know the ingredients.
To me, you could have been like, my doms kicked in and I threw up in a bowl.
Yeah.
And this is what I'm having for dinner.
Right.
But yeah, I mean, personally, it looks foul.
But like, I'm sure in person, yeah.
Yeah.
I'm sure in person was great.
It's crazy.
Like, I didn't even realize it until I posted and all the DMs were like, this is fucking disgusting.
Like, delete it.
Which is mean.
But, like, I didn't even realize, like, how gross it looked.
But then I had to double it.
down and post it again. No, it literally, it looked like a Shrek. Yeah. No, it looked bad. It did look
bad. I'll give you. I'll give you guys that. But it was awesome. Then I went to London,
which, like, it's all good there. Yeah. You know, it's nice to be able to understand the language,
but at the same time, it does kind of feel like New York some, especially in the places that I've been.
Of course. They're not that far away from each other. Yeah. And I went to,
There's this place called the Chiltern, which is kind of just like a restaurant.
It's like the Craigs of London, I guess, because I always see that Andrew Garfield is spotted at the Chiltern, so I had to make a reservation.
He wasn't there randomly, but I did wear my Spider-Man, Miandis, just in case.
You did all you could do with what you were given.
Yeah, I did.
But, you know, who was there?
Who?
Billy Porter.
Yeah.
And Eric Andre.
Oh, neat.
Which is just like, it's just like cool to see famous people.
in another country, especially when that's your goal as you're going to the chill turn.
Of course.
The food was good, too.
I would highly recommend.
What else?
Then I went to the countryside.
O'Connor, get this.
You know how my biggest fear is like getting sick in another country?
Woke up one morning.
Throat hurts so bad I couldn't swallow.
But I got myself medicine and I moved on.
because when faced with challenges,
I think I can actually deal with them a lot better
than I can deal with the like anticipation and fear of them.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So it was nice to know that I can,
I can deal with a sickness.
So I had a horrible sore throat.
Right.
And then Will and Arden's wedding was absolutely.
It looked Gorgine.
Gorgine.
It was in the countryside and the Cotswolds.
Oh, you guys would love the Cotswolds.
You would have loved the Cotswolds.
And I guess all I have to say about that,
besides they're perfect.
It was gorgeous.
I did, I had like two like kind of embarrassing things.
Hit us.
Okay.
Unload.
One is I don't, or do you think like mushrooms like the shroom chocolate are just like big in
L.A.?
Or is it happening everywhere?
It's everywhere.
It's like the new thing.
Yeah.
It's like the new weed.
Yes.
That's a good way to put it.
Yeah.
Well, I was like I've been way too scared to do it.
Yeah.
And everyone around me is like, it's like.
constantly munching on those chocolates and they do look delicious but I've been spooked that's the thing
they are delicious yeah and if you have any sort of sweet dude like the shrimp chocolates tastes like I would
take a bag of them to the movies yeah go ahead they are really good but I did have like a little nibble
at the wedding yeah and it was actually like lovely I was just feeling like so content yeah and like
happy to be listening to the music and so like a prayer by Madonna came on which just so happens
I've been listening to Like a Prayer, the Glee version, nonstop because it's on the Glee X Jonathan
Groff playlist because he is featured in that piece. So I've been very familiar with that piece
recently. Turns out there's a part in the Glee version that's not in the Madonna version, which is the one
that was playing. So in like a moment of silence in the song, I like belted. Like belted out a moment
that was in the Glee song but not in
What was the moment?
It was like I'll take you there
Like really really and I was like so happy
And like on my little chocolates that I like
It was like performing and that I was like really embarrassed by
Don't be
You're having fun
It was because also do you know who the Harry's twins are
Finn and Jack Harries?
They were like very big Izzy to you
They were like very big on YouTube
Back in like the Tumblr days
and like everyone just like out of respect
just like had to re-blog
just like photos of them
because they're just like so gorgeous
can you pull out?
Yeah I don't
I don't even
They are just like the sweetest
those twins
I don't even recognize these
really I'm
Yeah they were just like big
for my community
Anyway they were there
That's good
And they were a present for the
My singing too
So that was why I was really embarrassed
And also
they were so like they're so nice and they were like hi how are you i couldn't i was like good walked away
so less is more yeah sat across from them they were like trying they were so sweet like genuinely like
trying to make conversation i turned to the person next me instead so i do feel bad but like i gave it my
all that's great yeah i gave it my all and that's it that's awesome thank you wow that's any that's
Better than...
Questions.
No.
Okay.
I kept up...
The thing is I had so many friends there that I feel like I was there.
Yeah, I felt like you were there too.
Yeah.
I was watching from abroad.
I was abroad.
You guys were home, it seemed.
Yeah.
Like I was over here.
What?
On this side of the pond.
Right.
You guys.
That was our home.
That was so many of y'all there that was you were all.
Yeah, you were like the outlier.
Yeah.
Well, how was your...
How was the wedding?
Well, let me take you back.
Okay.
take me back i had two weddings last week i had one in austin
and one in florida i missed the austin one well the austin one was kind of special it was i like
with my friends in austin abby and beau they they got married at the courthouse and then we all
were there at the reception waiting for them to get there was like kind of i liked how they did it
where it wasn't like oh it wasn't like a whole it was a two-day thing welcome party everyone comes in
and then the wedding part we just weren't at and then they came to the reception we danced and had so much
one. That was a blast. And then let me let me hit my notes really quick so that I don't because I want
to tell you about something dramatic. Oh, yay. All right. I have a note in my thing from like from this
weekend from late at night that says revenge is a dish best served frozen and I don't know what I'm
no, Connor, we did talk about this. Right? What were we saying? We were wondering like why it's best
served cold. Yeah, we were wondering like, oh, why is it best served cold? And it's because, like,
you need to wait on it. It's better not to react, like, right away. I wonder if I meant, like,
let me, let me. Yeah, because someone, like, submitted a question about, like, getting revenge or something
like that. It's best served cold and then we said, wait, why? I've moved it to Frozen. I've moved it up to
the freezer because I don't need to use it right now. Who knows what I meant by that? Um, okay,
hang on okay okay okay okay okay okay okay I'm here okay so you remember last week was the end of my tour
yeah my comedy shows I had Houston Dallas Austin yes I fly in to Austin I go to the wedding
oh yeah this seems crazy I bust down Dottiana style from Houston to Austin to Houston okay
get to my parents house I had
one day there and then I had my shows.
Yeah.
I get a call the day of the show.
The storms from last week, the venue still doesn't have power.
Is that like a, that's a Texas thing?
Yeah, there's like really tough storm right now in Houston.
Well, in the southern part of the United States.
Last week, I said I have never had a show canceled.
Remember?
I think you were like, you said that's your biggest fear and you almost missed one.
That I almost missed a show?
No, you said, you said, oh, that.
That's your biggest fear is like having to cancel a show.
Oh.
Yeah.
I vaguely do remember this.
Yeah.
And I was like, yeah.
You have to be so careful.
I'm so lucky nothing's happened yet the next show was Houston show and it was canceled.
Two shows.
You have to be so careful here.
Kat fully manifested her boyfriend by the way in this space.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, I know.
Isn't that the most insane thing?
Yeah.
Like you have to be really intentional.
Yeah.
About the things you say in the space.
Well.
Um, so I had to post that it was canceled.
I want to take a moment really quick just here in this space to remind everybody that I do not work at Stubhub.
I do not work at any of the airlines.
I'm sorry you bought a flight.
I'm sorry you bought a ticket.
I do not resell tickets.
I do not know how to do anything.
I would encourage you if you can't make it or you bought a ticket to the wrong show to reach out to either wherever you bought it from or go to the BNC Facebook
page and resell it there because it seemed like that's what people were doing and I'll move on from
that but I do not know how to answer your ticket questions because I do not work there yeah or and I
also don't work at the venue yeah um sorry to cancel that and then I go up I do the Dallas shows
those are great um and the next morning I'm going to fly to Dallas close to Houston three hours
if you're driving three now.
They're all the exact same amount apart.
It's annoying.
Whatever.
I go to go from Dallas to Austin.
This is my final show.
My flight is at 9 a.m.
Dallas is one of those cities that has,
this is so much less interesting
than Pasatano in France.
So sorry, everybody.
No, I'm enjoying.
Dallas is one of those places.
This pisses me off.
When you're in New York and you type in,
New York to LAX, flights.
It gives you every,
Every airport in New York, and it just says NYC.
Right.
It gives you JFK, LaGuardia and Newark.
Yes.
Newark is in Jersey.
Yes.
Why are you putting...
Anyways, that's my airport that I'd fly out.
But it gives you all three as options.
Yes.
And then if you don't check closely, which I never do, they do the same thing in Dallas.
There's two airports.
So I...
Because Dallas is one of those where you get to the airport, you take a shuttle to the terminal.
So, like, it was too late for me to get to the other airport.
So I'm like, I'll rebook here.
Next flight, since you...
and a half hours. I'm like, okay, whatever, it's fine. I'll go regroup at the airport. I'll have lunch,
whatever. Do you always buy like the flexible ticket so that you can cancel and rebook? Yeah. Also with the
tour, I'm flying every freaking week. So if they just give me credit for my next flight, I'm going to use it.
Yeah. And so I get to the airport. It is delayed six hours and then two hours, two and a half hours were
on the tarmac on the plane and they would not let us off.
And the AC wasn't working.
That is the most panic attack-inducing situation to be stuck on the plane on the tarmac.
Like, I can't.
That's what nightmares are made of.
You know what the worst part was?
And you also have to be somewhere.
You know what the worst part was?
What?
Wait, hang on.
Pause.
Where did I rent a car?
I rented a car at some point and had to drive from Houston to Dallas.
One of those.
I had to rent a car because my flight got canceled.
Whatever.
I can't remember which leg of that it was.
it was Houston to Dallas
my flight got canceled from
Houston to Dallas first I drove
Houston to Dallas three and a half hours
got there did the shows my flight
the next day delayed so much
it got delayed so much from Dallas to Austin
the next day that I was
like it's too late to drive
I am sitting on the plane in Dallas have not taken off yet
and people are arriving to the venue and I'm getting tagged
in stories like
can't wait like they're ordering drinks and I'm
How long is the flight? Forty minutes but they're not
taking off.
We finally take
the hell off
and then they're like we have to reroute because of
weather and so I'm watching
on the map we're going towards Ozza and then we just go
right.
People are going to be at the venue and I'm
going to have to cancel.
Finally we land. I Ubered
from the airport to the venue
we started 10 minutes late and then
did the whole show. You are
a warrior.
And then I left
for the airport at 3.45 a.m. to fly from Austin to Miami, Uber, an hour and a half from Miami to Palm Beach.
God.
Get on a boat. I step foot on the boat when I get to Miami.
Slipp and fall. The second I step foot on the boat.
In front of, by the way, 40 people.
And it was one of those...
And that, like, to hit your arm in that spot feels like kind of like a...
like a tough one to picture.
And it was really hard because I'm late.
I'm running.
It was not a slip.
I'm running.
I got my freaking dumbass West Palm Beach sandals on,
which I thought would be cool.
They aren't cool.
They aren't cool.
They're clogs.
They look different than me than they did on the website.
I sound like this coming down the dock.
And this was only the guys for the wedding, by the way.
I'm running down in my stupid ass little shorts and my dumbass sandals.
step foot on the boat
your cup is making me a little bit nervous
step foot on the boat
slip and it was one of those falls
and I have a picture of me sitting there
where I was like
have you in your adult life cried
because of pain
no
I have doms right now
falling on the boat last week by the way
I was just about to say like I can't mention my
doms right now but
yeah
but yeah
oh my gosh so that was bad
the wedding was glorious and so much fun
oh so
me and cat
yeah cat came to the wedding with me
this is we were drinking one night and she was like
take like I want to come to the wedding
and then and then later on she was like
I don't think I should come right
but I was like well it's too damn bad
because your your name is on
in gold shiny cursive
on a physical invite you're coming to the wedding
Yeah.
And so she comes, and it was a blast.
She knows the whole group of, like, my friends that went.
And we did mushroom chocolates.
How many?
I only did half a square, which was half of a microdose.
So, so did we.
We took half of what everyone else took.
And this is after the wedding, after the official reception at, like, the bar that they rented out to dance.
I have never physically laughed harder in my entire.
entire life and it didn't hit anyone else in this way besides me and cat i'm dropping it low i'm
like me and cat are making up jokes me and cat kept going up to people at the wedding going
wait cat wait are you is is that are you like are you from cat she is she's from and we were
crying laughing and it was not funny to anyone else and they were saying those are the funniest things
though no but it was like not being well received but like we could it's similar to your flip
fell out.
Your clip fell out.
Yeah.
So we just, nobody move.
Yeah.
Because no one else thought that was funny either.
No.
Oh my God.
It was, it was cracking me up.
And then Kat kept meeting people.
I had like a friend that kept like hitting on her.
And she kept, I could hear her saying this thing so many times to people that she was meeting.
Oh, I would take a bullet for you in the foot.
And then like, oh my gosh, this is my girl.
I would take a bullet for her in the foot.
She would like slip in.
in the foot.
Oh my gosh, I love you to death.
I would take a bullet for you in the foot.
Like it would just like slip in at the end.
I love you so hard.
That's good.
Oh my.
Yeah.
So the shrooms hit us in a really,
really weird way,
but also just like fun.
The DJs at the reception
at the after thing looked.
Do you know who Sophie Tucker is?
It sounds familiar.
Who is it?
We kept saying,
it's like a man.
and a woman and they're really they look like everyone in the world combined.
Oh no.
But they were at Sophie Tucker Doop and we kept calling them Sophie Tucker dupe.
They look like that.
Oh, I've never seen them.
They look, Sophie Tucker kind of looks like a stock image of like.
Are they the same as Carmen?
Yeah, basically.
I don't know who Carmen is.
Are you okay?
I don't know what that was.
I'm getting back into eggs.
Oh.
I dropped a whole carton of eggs on.
the floor this morning.
Speaking of eggs.
So you're kind of getting back.
I'm getting out of eggs right now.
You're getting out of eggs and the way the universe works is I'm getting into eggs.
Let's get you slipped into something a little bit more comfortable.
Yeah.
For every...
Slip into your shell.
For every one egg closed, another egg opens.
Vice versa as well.
Yeah.
Crap, I had something for you.
Not a physical thing.
I thought, which I'm sure you're dying to hear.
I know I am.
Well, hold your clit.
Let me pull it up.
Oh.
So two things, really quick.
Okay.
One, we don't even, well, let's talk about one thing.
One thing I need to say in terms, remember my 2024 predictions for 2024?
No, what were they?
One was they're going to make Instagram Carousel dump, photo dumps bigger.
Oh, my God, yes.
Like Facebook albums, they made them 20.
They made Instagram Carousels 20.
I don't think everybody has it yet.
I saw Megan did that.
Our friend Megan? Yeah, our friend Megan.
Did 20?
She did a 20 dump.
See, my feeling is like, why not split that into two posts, but whatever.
That's going to be hell for people that have babies.
I don't need 20.
Like, I don't, I hate when I get to 10 and I have to decide between an awesome meal that I have.
Look, she's got 20 here.
Oh, that's great.
I guess it really depends.
Like, these all, like, are from the same event.
So it's like, that makes sense to me to all be in the same dump.
but it's like if you're just like posting like 20 different unrelated images yes then let's do two yes
yeah that's a good point that's a really good point thank i hate when i have i get to the end and i have to
decide between two photos of like my and i'm like i'm gonna i'm gonna have to make a new whole new
doubt for my spicy food yeah yeah totally aligned with that um did you see i am so obsessed with that game
where you put the phrase
on the phone
give it to you
you have to guess it
I can't
I just want to play it
all the time
I want to play with you
I have phrases for you
Do you want to do it in the bonus?
Yeah let's do it in the bonus
I couldn't think of any that we could say
on the podcast
and have another episode
I have so many
for you
That's fine
We can just do one-sided
Yeah
No I have two
Okay
Whatever lucky I have two
Hey that's fine
Luckily, I, did you see Kelsey's purse?
I have purse story.
No.
She got car sick in an Uber and threw up in her purse.
Yes, I did.
And then that was literally the perfect use of luckily I had purse.
That was the perfect use of luckily I had purse.
Yeah.
Did you see I have purse at EDC, electric daisy carnival in Vegas?
I heard of it, but I did not see it.
So Subtronics, which is a big DJ, like artist, he has made a full-blown
remix to the song. He did it at
EDC. He did it at Hangout Fest.
Oh, I didn't see you posted it. Yeah.
Well, I didn't realize that the wind blowing in the background would pick up in this video.
So that's on me.
Look at that crowd. I think it was 30,000 people, they said, that he's playing this remix, too.
And then he did it at EDC the next day. And people were posting it.
Can you go to my, oh, you can't see reposts on...
That's insane.
Yeah. Yeah, it's crazy.
now I don't mind
I'm like over you doing like the most like viral moments when I'm gone
What do you mean the most viral moments?
Like you and Jake were also like hitting it out of the park
Well that's because everything Jake touches turns to gold
Yeah so maybe you could just
Just have no one on when I'm gone
Honestly my solo clip that we posted
Because I'm talking about the only thing I've ever known in depth
Which is me being hung over
Sure
Did do well
So maybe we
Maybe we just move forward with that.
It's easier.
Like, Brigg, I don't know why, God forbid, you and I don't have one viral moment.
That would be nice.
Yeah.
Oh, it's not all about that, Connor.
No, I don't actually prefer that we don't.
It's just about the time we've had.
Cyclops Rocks Night 1?
How many festivals are there now?
I don't know.
I've actually never heard of Cyclop's rock.
He actually put the video up there.
He actually, he DMs me too, afterwards.
And we're like very.
very close now. Oh, that's cute. Me and Subtronics are probably going to hang out and
who knows where that will go. I'm looking forward to it. But that was really special. I have another
thought and this is unrelated and I want to be very clear that this is not my feelings towards this,
but I'm curious. Do you know that the girl that did the like, I'm looking for a man in
finance. Yeah. Six, five. I do. Buna. Blue Eyes. So, so that's now being remixed all over the
internet people are using it in the same way this is i i wrote this and before this had happened to me um
but she just signed at an agency like a music label did you guys know that
she got an advance but do you guys know what in advance is in in music it's like they give you
what like a million dollars say and you get that straight up you get that and then your your streams
have to pay off that debt
or else you still owe them a million dollars.
Oh, I didn't know that.
Yeah, like if it doesn't work out for her
because she's like you always have to pay it back.
Like if you make just a million dollars,
you're alone.
You know she's from the main line?
It's amazing what's coming out of there.
Who is not from the main line?
Mainline is pooping out these internet celebs.
Yeah, so she signed, where did she sign?
Yeah, see, she does comedy.
She's funny.
It is really catchy.
Oh, that's like a big one
So probably the only one I know
Capital Records?
Yeah
Wow, what?
Oh my gosh
See like I would need
That's something that I know so little about
That I would need an advisor to come in and be like
Should I do this?
Yes, agreed, I don't know
But she doesn't do music
So I probably would never do that
But I guess she can just launch her DJ career now
She could be a DJ.
I mean she showed us she could do it
But the thing that I was saying is, see, what I would have done.
And I guess, like, now it's, it happened with, like, the, like, going to, like, the song is built around and looking for man in finance.
Like, technically she should be getting royalties from her IP of, like, her voice and her thought.
Like, she wrote that song, you know?
So then you should be getting royalties from I have purse at the Cyclops Festival.
Well, I just think it opens, like, a whole new bag.
of worms where it's like I can't use um like a song by I don't know I can't think of a
for a dollar name an artist I can't think of a person Ed Sheeran is the only one coming to
mind for me right now I can't use a song by Ed Shearin on a video like if I'm doing an ad right you know
or like a sponsored post I can't use I have to use royalty free music which is why I always have
elevator music on in the background of my
but people can
use all these brands are using
I have purse
sound and then making money off of it
there has to
so maybe you can do something legally like file a
trademark of I have purse I don't know
I mean I'm not gonna do shit
I'm not gonna do squat no I know
that but I'm just saying maybe
it's a possibility theoretically
perhaps I'm sure
it is I mean I don't know if like
the sound thing
is grounds for like if if
if stat went so viral
if I'd be like oh damn
yeah I guess I mean it literally is happening over here too
but I don't it doesn't bother me as much
well that's nice it's like empathetic of you
for it to be bothering you for her but not for you
I don't know why I don't such an empath
women's stories matter yeah
um okay wait should we do
some pop culture for the next eight minutes.
We could.
We definitely could.
Okay.
Did you see the Wicked trailer?
No.
Do you want to?
No, I'm so sorry.
No, that's totally fine.
I'm so excited.
For Wicked?
And that's it.
Like that's, I'm just like, I'm so excited.
Like, I don't see how it could go wrong.
It does kind of seem like it's going to be like one of those movies that
reinvigorates the movie space.
Like reinvents what a movie can be.
Well, because I was sitting on the plane yesterday.
I'm coming home.
I flew JetBlue, which is the only airline that hasn't pissed me the fuck off recently.
I love JetBlue.
Yeah.
They were very professional, except at the end, the lady was like, I'll take your trash.
The flight attendant.
I'll take your trash.
Woke me up.
Trash, please?
I'm like, oh, it's not trash.
And he goes, just hand it to me.
I'll just take it.
I'm like, there's half a bag of M&Ms in there.
I'm going to take them home.
It pissed me out.
Yeah, I don't.
She's like, give me the trash because they want the plane to be really clean because they are
professionals.
But I was just like, get out of my face.
But that was a good flight.
That being said, the movie selection, buns, cheeks.
Oh, you watched, Wonka.
I watched Wonka.
That's not made for you.
That movie is a horror movie.
That's not made for you.
No.
No, that was a bad movie.
straight up.
That's not made for you.
You know, my options?
Anyone but you?
Wonka?
Those are just, quite frankly, those are the new releases.
Movies have been...
We're just going back to the thing that we were talking about where they're just
like pumping out movies and shows so fast because people are watching movies and shows
so fast and need like a full, bingeable season of stuff right away.
We're like hungry little oinking piggys for content right now.
It's sad and just...
Well, also there's going to be like a lull, like the effects of the strike.
Oh, you're right.
I don't think that's hit us yet.
You don't think so?
I don't know.
Because how could writers write faster if they were doing shitty work, I guess?
Wow, I'm like truly just so excited.
Yeah, this is going to be good.
But you know what sucks, Connor?
And you're going to fully understand what I'm saying because you've seen Wicked.
It's coming out in two parts.
So the first part's coming out this November.
And then the second part is coming out.
the next November I think.
Okay.
So we're, in terms of my favorite songs, which you know are.
Yeah.
Exactly.
Oh, some of my favorite songs.
We're getting dancing through life with Jonathan Bailey, which is going to be the, like,
I literally need to watch it from a padded cell.
But I have to wait a whole other year for as long as you're mine.
Oh.
Jonathan Bailey.
Which is when I was telling you like, oh, this is my favorite song.
This is my favorite song.
But it was not awesome to be seeing that with our Fiero, who we didn't,
love. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Oh, don't let him hear that. Um, the thing is, like, that he doesn't know the dates
that we went. I, okay. Because the, our, uh, princess followed me on Instagram that we saw.
Your princess? The, Glinda? Linda. Oh, that's crazy. Yeah. I don't think that, I think,
they don't know what fear we saw. Okay. I mean, I think it's fine.
I don't say anything horrible
No you didn't
I was checking
to see if I had anything
Oh I just want to say like
In terms of the writing thing again
I'm so not scared about
AI
Having seen what AI's been
When cooking been cooking up recently
AI is like
Pretty dumb
Oh really AI has written me some really good
fan fiction
Oh
When I've asked
Like it's not like
Awesome, but it's like, oh, that's nice to hear.
Maybe what I've just been saying is, it's, I'm like, oh, that's all you got.
We're good.
We're going to be okay.
What has AI been giving you?
Well, they made like a full-blown, like Google AI.
Have you been seeing that?
Like, they added in an AI to like the Google search.
It's just the first thing that comes up now.
I wish I could pull up what Google is just being like, is India real?
And Google, like, no.
India is not real.
Oh.
I haven't seen this yet.
Probably because I never use my computer.
I'm getting an iPad today.
Wait, I want an iPad.
I'm not picking my lips like raw.
I want an iPad.
I'm getting one today.
Why are you getting an iPad?
So I do my crosswords on.
Oh.
And also my Sudoku's and all of the NYT games.
And also just because I...
You're going to love this.
I'm not.
It's not I want to.
I am going to start writing for 15 minutes every day.
Cool.
Could I do that on my computer?
Sure.
Would it be more exciting on my iPad?
150%, especially with the stylus of it all.
Because I don't want to do it on paper necessarily that's too slow.
But what a dream it would be to do it in a way where I could type and also use my stylist too.
This is my first trip this past like nine days where I didn't bring my laptop because I had to bring my like tux bag.
And I found myself needing my laptop so bad.
also I could have done it on like a small screen and just typed like when I was writing new sets for the shows.
I have news for you.
iOS 18 for the iPad.
You can control your iPad with your eyes.
Oh, that's dangerous.
Oh, they're just doing royalty free music right now and no explanation.
Okay.
You know what's also crazy about the iPad?
It will fit in my hands for Kindle experience.
Oh, that's nice.
Contraption.
So I could watch something with.
and move it with my eyes if it's above my head.
Yeah, it's going to allow users with physical disabilities
to control their devices just by looking at it.
So you with your DOMs, like you'll be on cloud on.
You're literally always looking out for me.
I know.
You think I don't know that?
No, I do know you know that.
It's really sweet.
Is there a technical, like, DOM's kind of term for chapped lips?
But, like, more serious, like, Dom's level, chapped lips?
It's probably, um, clinical dryness of the lips.
No, it's, I think it's like a totally different work.
C, D.
Oh, good.
It's chelitis.
I have the worst chelitis.
Ever.
And it's like I'm putting on...
Chilitis.
And I also chilitis silica, too, as well.
Lidus sycica.
I'm putting on aquifer.
I'm drinking water.
What else?
It's just, it's, I don't know what to say.
I don't know.
It's just, it's chilitis.
I'm making sure.
I have all my stuff done.
The second prediction that we had for,
I guess this isn't a prediction,
but did you hear about the Japanese study
that are the developments with cats?
Tell me about it.
Okay.
I saved this one so that we can talk about it
because we're always touching on evolution.
Always.
They, I'm just going to read it.
Japanese scientist develops treatment
that can help cats live up to 30 years.
Okay.
Here's the thing, what I was saying, you when we talked about this briefly yesterday.
I don't, you know how we like truly like we would have been elderly?
Like our time would have been up if we were living in the days of your right now.
Yeah.
We would be the golden bachelor.
We would literally be golden bacheloring.
Just because our lifespan has increased so much.
Is that what's like going to be happening with animals?
Like are they going to start like living to 100 like humans?
Just like advancements.
Yeah.
In veterinary medicine.
that's just evolution as well I guess
is it
yeah cats are working out more
they're more active I don't think it's
it's human intervention
by way veterinary care
and science
I guess not technical evolution
even though like maybe if you have
healthier cats for a few generations of cats
like they will pass down traits of healthier cat
and then that's evolution
but that's not what we're talking about
no we're talking about modern medicine
yeah for felines
Which is not evolution
Yeah, it's evolution of medicine
It's like evolution but like evolution B
It's evolution of something that isn't just a natural development
Inside the body
But there's so many robust ways that evolution can
Can show itself
Tell me about them
Yes
I'm so glad you asked
Here's my big concern about
Is robust the word?
Damn
I said it earlier and you didn't get it
I didn't.
What did you use in a sentence?
Oh,
Hillary Duff's robust.
Do you mind if I like can't get a sentence out right now?
Robust Discography.
I was talking about.
Oh, I should have.
I should have fired.
Hillary robust.
See, like that's not a pun either.
Hillary robust a nut.
But her last name is Duff.
We're Duffulous.
Like that's more.
You understand how I made the jump from Hillary Duff to Hillary Duff to
Hillary Robust, but not.
Here's what, yes, because I know you.
Yes.
And your heart.
Yes.
But if you're talking to like a cashier and you drop that as like a play on words,
have you heard?
It's not, it doesn't make sense.
I love your Hillary Robust and that array of candies and gums here at the front counter.
I think he would understand what I met.
See, I don't think he or she.
Cachiers can be both male and female.
So true.
I want to get head.
of that.
So true.
That would,
our,
our DMs
would be absolutely
inundated
with corrections
for me there.
I,
here's what I want to say
about the developments
in cat lifespans.
I am,
why not do dogs first?
Because I think
that's harder.
Cats will live in.
I honestly think
that like
anatomy and
whatever's going on
and a dog
is probably more complex.
Well,
now that we have a
direct line with Hank G of Green Enterprises.
I think maybe we could reach out to Hank to ask him.
I don't want to take advantage of our line of directness, of direct contact.
I do.
Hank, why don't we make dogs live longer?
Why don't we do that, Hank?
Good question.
Why don't we do that?
Why don't you just pick up the phone and call Hank?
Call Hank up.
That would be like really...
Ooh, Ask Hank would be like a good, like invention of sorts, like an AI type of like button.
Like, oh, Hank, or just like kind of like Hank as the new Siri.
Yeah.
Who's Jeeves?
You don't know about Askjeeves.com?
Did anyone have AskJeeves?
Do you know that was, this was my primary search engine for like a long time?
No, ask.
You're not AFGFM, like the Aconator.
Askjeeves.com is now ask.
Ask.com, which happened in July 2005.
Whoa, it sucks at my earliest memories of my childhood are not like my dad coming to my T-ball game.
It's me using askjeeves.com.
That's okay.
To look up what?
Can you just ask Jeeves anything?
Ask Jeeves was like a butler.
Like it was the OG Siri.
I can picture his logo now.
It was like Ash Jeeves, he's holding a platter.
He's holding the search engine.
You know Jenkins.
It was Jenkins.
It was Jenkins.
It was Jenkins.
Can we see images of Jeeve?
Oh my God.
That is literally Jenkins.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Brother.
Whoa.
Wait, that's freaky.
No, that's just what butlers look like.
That's like very identical to Jenkins.
Yeah.
Down to the outfit.
Whatever.
Okay.
I understand like people have butlers still, right?
I don't know.
What?
Like you can't be a paid assistant essentially, like in a home?
That's just like a house manager.
I guess.
I think it's a house manager.
Yeah.
Maybe in different places.
But I've never met a, like,
a butler. I've never met a butler. I've met a house manager. I've never met a butler. Yeah.
Bucketless. Bucketless item. Um, I was going to tell you about London when I was in London,
um, we also stayed on the countryside for a couple days and I went on a run one day. And I got
lost on the London countryside and I kid you not like where we were, there was nothing.
Oh, we couldn't get a car to the wedding or anything like that. But in the distance, I was scared.
I was so scared because I was like, I don't know.
Is London countries safe?
If you wanted to kidnap me, here I am.
Here I am, Jeeves.
Take me home.
How did you get back?
Take me, Jeeves.
I saw a horse that I recognized from when I left the house.
And I was like, oh, this must be the fence line because this horse looks familiar.
Oh, wow.
And I took that fence line back and I found the house.
Whoa.
Yeah.
Smart.
Yeah.
There's something a little bit eerie about the London country.
countryside.
Maybe any countryside is just eerie because there's nothing out there.
You don't like countryside.
Mm-hmm.
I don't.
Yeah, I know that about you.
No, I need a, I need, I need access to, uh, access to infrastructure and, and real, real people doing things, you know?
Yeah.
Like, okay, I'll go escape for the day.
I kind of like hearing a siren every now and then, you know, like, but not, I, I get it.
I don't think it was for me either.
Yeah.
Okay, should we move to the bonus?
Yes, y'all.
Oh, wait.
Sorry.
What?
Like completely not important.
I didn't need to be interrupting you over that.
No, no, no, go ahead.
Do you know the Aconator?
The Aconator?
Yeah.
Yes, I know the Akinator.
I think we should see if they have us on it in the bonus.
Oh, let's do the Akinator in the bonus.
