Starting point is 00:00:00 I want to go ahead and get this out of the way immediately. Okay? Everything discussed from here on out on this podcast is alleged. Hardcore, allegedly, allegedly alleged. Okay, let's just do that now. I think you were going to want to get the Epstein talk with over now. And I'm like, no, no, we're not doing this as early. We've got to let it simmer.
Starting point is 00:00:22 Yes, no, I'm just allegedly. As there's a drive in a deep left field by Castellanos. Oh, man, it's 8 o'clock. And so that'll make it. I don't need the spotlight. I shine just fine. Hi, I'm Karma. And yes, I am a bitch.
Starting point is 00:00:42 Brab Bros. Good evening, everybody, and welcome back to another episode of Brav Bros. Your favorite podcast from the Bros. For everybody, for whoever wants to listen, I'm your co-host, Steele Russell, joined as always by the one and only mosquito. Shooter. Yeah, you know where I was going with it. I didn't want to do that.
Starting point is 00:01:01 So I just sidetracked as I was saying it. I, you know, what's up, dude? I was actually hoping you were going to call me allegedly Magouter. And then I had a follow up to that about how there should be some sort of like teen sitcom that we could do at some point. Like if I were to get big enough and I were to get more famous, we could do like young Sheldon, like allegedly Magout. And that's kind of just like the origin stories. Also kind of hoping they're in a weird way. We're going to call me like Epstuder Maguder.
Starting point is 00:01:34 Nah, I see I was going that direction. It's close. You know what? I don't want to do that. There's a fine line. Yeah, I think that's fair. We're going to have a very funny take on that scene. I have one of my brain right now that it could go either way with you.
Starting point is 00:01:49 You might get mad at me or you might think it's really funny and accurate. I'm not really sure. But I'm going to let that one go for a little bit. We're going to wait until we get there. but what an episode for the rest of the cast realizing that you know maybe even Aaron herself realizing that you know you might be the problem because there's there's other things going on here and somehow the road leads back to you also have it great guy very funny capitalized on Instagram put a whole video up you guys should
Starting point is 00:02:20 go check it out of him walking into Equinox and just kind of showcasing what he does there which which they're kind of funny because I didn't think that he went to Equinox which you know you could look at it that way but I decided to think it was funny so there's a lot to discuss here and still all roads lead back to can Aaron get out of the way for just a second and let things kind of settle in?
Starting point is 00:02:40 It appears not as we're starting to find out like you said the rest of the cast Jessel included solid up this is a good episode I enjoyed the vast majority of it the only parts I didn't is when Aaron was trying to take the helm. Yeah it's like I know it's getting annoying saying this. It's almost ironic because that's what it does to this podcast.
Starting point is 00:03:01 But it's a hard stop. It's a hard stop when she starts doing her bullshit. Like everything else that we're doing is just nice and continuous. There's a flow. They're vibing. Even when they're not getting along, there's still that rapport amongst the ladies where they're kind of firing back and forth with one another.
Starting point is 00:03:17 Every time Aaron gets involved, it's just a hard stop. And then we're talking about something totally different. Then we've got to do this same song and dance of, you got caught and now wo is me. Now I'm the victim. You probably plan to that glass to step on. I, oh,
Starting point is 00:03:34 yeah, you like that. You get out of my brain. You get out of my brain. Stop stealing my takes. I also love how much hate I got last week. Like, shooter,
Starting point is 00:03:42 come on. You're not allowed to say that about a private island. It's like that's the bit, you guys, I'm allowed to say it because I think it's funny. You got shit for it. Yeah, there was YouTube comments where it's like,
Starting point is 00:03:52 all right. Like, you can't say anything about. that island. It was beautiful. Like, that's the whole joke. Oh, I thought you're talking about about about, it's confusing. It's confusing being on a private island. The island. I'm not even talking about that. I'm talking about, was that Michael Bay
Starting point is 00:04:09 who made that movie with Johnny Depp, the island? The island? No, that was with Leo. Yeah, it was Leah. Yeah, what did I say Johnny Depp? Yeah, it was Leo. It was definitely Leo and I think it was a Michael Bay movie. It was a Michael Bay movie. It was a Michael Bay movie. Before the explosions. Man, weren't people trapped? it was some trippy shit
Starting point is 00:04:27 I remember it because when we were Revisit the island Has anyone done that? No I didn't know that's not you I'm saying it might have ties Like there might be some Easter eggs in there Different podcasts for a different day
Starting point is 00:04:42 Stay on track what we're talking about I don't remember what I was talking about Oh no With the Aaron thing The thing like I still think Erin in particular Can't get out of her own way But revisiting what we've said up until now for the last like three episodes. I don't think this episode was nearly as stop, start, stop, start as the other.
Starting point is 00:05:04 I agree with you. Because everybody was on Aaron's shit. Side turned. Jessel's obviously been there. Erica gave her motives, which this is what confessionals are supposed to be for. When you're walking with Aaron kind of just dragging her through this and like apologizing, quote, unquote, just to say, like, I want everybody to get along. Like, I'm just, this is annoying.
Starting point is 00:05:23 I want her to like, feel. that I'm apologizing to her so at least she can move on and then Eric goes to her confessional she's like you know that's really it's really important to me that she apologizing because now I can move on it's like really I don't think so you're just going to talk shit about her as soon as you get back on the island that's what you do with everybody which is why you keep falling into this trap and it's not a fun trap to be in unless everybody starts pressing you so this one had a little bit more flow to it you're right again the rest of the cast like them don't like them dislike them entirely hate them I don't care there's still a good rapport they're still having good conversations
Starting point is 00:05:55 that is typical for any other housewife cast, a good housewife cast, a good season. So those are the pieces that we have there. And when they're all kind of pointing and no one's jumping in for Aaron's defense, at least not right now, you know, Carol kind of seemingly is,
Starting point is 00:06:09 Daisy seemingly is, but she needs to get out of it too. Yeah. It's just got better flow to it. Rather than us flashing over, which we had one scene in this entire episode where we flash over and it is Aaron, Daisy, and Carol sitting there talking shit.
Starting point is 00:06:23 That's kind of what we've been getting. but there's a lot less of that as we go along. No, I agree. You're right. It wasn't the same hard pivot, but that's kind of what we need is the ladies to start to shift, to start to recognize what's going on. And honestly,
Starting point is 00:06:37 for the new cast to kind of claim control of this show, like we're seeing a transfer of power right now, where Aaron came in, she thinks she's hot shit, getting knocked down pretty quickly. And if you go on any social media right now, pick one, threads, Twitter, Facebook. Everybody
Starting point is 00:06:56 talking is saying they love the newbies. I did an event today downtown and I was putting shit in boxes and we were talking Bravo. Two people I'd never met said. What were you putting in boxes? Friendships? No, we were doing boxes to, we were packing boxes to provide
Starting point is 00:07:14 food to people that need it. So not for, you weren't putting friendships. I wasn't putting friendships. I was putting friendships. I see what you did. No, no, there you go. I don't want Tamara on your case. like you're out trying to do charity and be a good person. I don't want Tamara to hear this and be like, was he put friendships in boxes?
Starting point is 00:07:29 I've got a problem with that. Yeah, that went right over my head. Well played. Well played. But these two individuals that I had never met before both said, really like the new Roney. Can't stand Aaron. The other one said that they can't stand Aaron and Jessel.
Starting point is 00:07:42 Jessel to me is kind of hitting her stride. I'm totally fine with her now. She is. Yeah. Yeah. She has melded into the group. And I think, again, I think if we were to revisit those first couple episodes,
Starting point is 00:07:52 I think we had a sour taste in our mouth because we weren't really sure what we were going to get. And you can throw sigh in there too. Obviously, Sai just kind of started off on a completely different page than everybody else. But she is a non-issue. Jessel was a bit of an issue, but it still goes back to an errand problem. And this is kind of what we're having to endure.
Starting point is 00:08:10 And I think in real time in this episode in particular, we did see Jessel kind of spin out of that. Like, you know what? I'm not engaging. I'm not doing this because that is pretty much what she's been doing. but she has behind the scenes. I think we saw it the night before when the shit was popping off and Jessel was not getting activated.
Starting point is 00:08:27 She was kind of joking around at Aaron's dismay. Yeah. Yeah. So look, there's a world in which this can be some sort of wake up call to Aaron. Like I don't have much support. Carol is not enough. Carol,
Starting point is 00:08:41 somebody pointed out that Carol already knew most of the cast and it was okay. And that's why she joined the group because she's friends with them. You cannot convince me that Carol knows anybody on this cast. Like the way she's, she interacts with people. It's like she's, and like this isn't ageism or anything, but it's almost as if she's like asking what the internet is.
Starting point is 00:08:59 It's such a weird conversation for everyone to have. And she's like walking them through it. And they're walking her through it. Like that is not friendship. She doesn't know any of these women. She's not friends with any of them. So she's bizarre. And Daisy,
Starting point is 00:09:10 I think is going to snap out of it. Or rather someone's going to have her snap out of it. Like I could see her and sigh have had a longer friendship. They're going to end up having a discussion because things are getting tense between the two of them. And I think that that conversation is going to come right back to Aaron and Sye's essentially going to say, stop hanging out with Aaron. Stop taking her side.
Starting point is 00:09:30 Like you can be friends with her, whatever. But when she gets into shit, you're only going to get dragged down by her. You need to kind of spin out of it. Look at Haley. I mean, Haley's a delight. She is having her own time. She is standing alone, having a great time. Daisy could be doing that, but she is falling into the Aaron trap.
Starting point is 00:09:45 So I think she'll spin out of it and it'll just be Aaron again. And I hope and pray, the rest of the cast ignores it. Because if we get into that errands on an island that we have to talk about this all the time, that could bring the show down. Have fun on your own. You guys are doing a great job. She's not. No, I agree. And I think the thing with Daisy, I don't even know if it's an Aaron thing.
Starting point is 00:10:04 I think that Daisy, first of all, she's doing great, like really enjoy her on screen. She's messy. She does not have any foresight as to how something is going to affect her later, potentially. I like housewives like that because it's just chaos. But to me, it's giving the vibe of. She just wants to be involved in what's going on because she jumps in pretty much with everything and has an opinion. It might even be just, oh, leave her alone. It's like, you haven't been here.
Starting point is 00:10:31 You can't say that you don't know what's going on. But she's just trying to get involved in everything, which I don't mind either. If we're going to try to, I will never fault the housewife for trying. You know, we need more of that. Yeah. Yeah, definitely need more of that. And it's funny too because even like just going back to when Daisy was jumping in, I didn't really take note. of Jessel's response to the Sheehan comment.
Starting point is 00:10:53 Like you were actively making fun of her popcorn ceilings and cracking more jokes. Because like, again, I don't think it's a big deal. I think we kind of squashed that to an extent. But she returned fire just by saying like it would be like me telling you, you have Shean outfits. And Jessel was like, she really took that to her. She really like that hurt her. Like that's kind of funny that hurt her.
Starting point is 00:11:13 Maybe bring it out in a more funny way as we go along. Like those are the things that I think Daisy has it in or do those things. I just fear that she's going to keep. keep falling into that errand trap. And that is where you don't want to be. No, I agree. It's all going to come down to will Aaron get checked hard enough to either write the ship or everyone else abandons the Aaron ship.
Starting point is 00:11:33 I don't know. I have a lot of faith weirdly, which I don't normally say with a newer cast. But I do. They seem to know what they want this show to look like from what I'm seeing, which is encouraging. But let's jump in and we start out, Daisy. This bit. She's going to make coffee in a jera, the greatest coffee machine ever made. You never get your hands on a jera. By all means, get one. But making coffee, and she's still making digs.
Starting point is 00:12:02 It's a great Marriott. People are going to think I'm a spoiled brat, but Bonvoy, which is Marriott's rewards program, for those that don't know. Now, this part is the most telling, okay? Because she FaceTimes Martha. not one time on that call, at least not on camera. And I don't think off camera it happened. Never once complained to Martha or talk shit about the island because if she did, Martha would have said, who the fuck are you and checked the shit out of her? And she knew better. So that tells me, you're just peanut butter and jealous walking around a private island
Starting point is 00:12:39 trying to turn your nose up, which only shooter Magoutre can do successfully. It's funny, but it's not working. And I don't believe you. I just think you're jelly. No, I think it's a bit that really should have just happened once. Like if you made a comment once and said, yeah, for a private island, I mean, it's Pier 1 furniture. Come on. What are we doing here?
Starting point is 00:12:59 That would have been okay. And I think it would have been a split audience on, uh, here we go. You run the world or you run around the world with Martha Stewart. You think you're hot shit, but you're not. You live in a rent control department. Like people would think that. And I think a certain amount of other people would think it was kind of funny. Like that is a funny situation.
Starting point is 00:13:16 But you leave it there. you really don't hammer that home. Maybe you didn't get the response. Although honestly, you brought it right to Erica's attention. She didn't like it. So it didn't work. So I don't understand why she's keeping, like,
Starting point is 00:13:29 going on this one. The Jura, this was a funny scene to me because, like, I'm familiar with that model. Is that the one that you have? No, I got the E6. Okay. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:38 So this one, like, you select a fucking coffee that you want. And it does support you. Like, there's a touch screen right on top. It's essentially, what she's asking for, but the machine does it by itself. The machine does it already.
Starting point is 00:13:51 So it seems like one of those situations where as long as there's beans in there and there's milk in the other side and there's water in the back to make the coffee, you don't have to do anything. You put a cup underneath and it does everything for you. So it is kind of funny. Like that could have been something like you come across in your life and you know how to use that machine. The other thing is kind of funny is like, yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:09 I mean, last night you guys did get kicked out from behind the bar because there was a bartender there. So you might be looking around for somebody to make your coffee. That's reasonable. that's okay. And if you want to add it into the roll decks of, what's going on here? Why is there no one like waiting?
Starting point is 00:14:22 Sure. That's fine. That's okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So I agree with that. But she almost like kind of towed the line there and then just decided like,
Starting point is 00:14:31 I'm going to give up on this one. Here's what I think, though, with her. I think that she's the type of person that we're going to come back around to it. I think she's going to beat a dead horse so much that we then think it's funny again. I just think that might be who she is. but yeah, had the same thought about the juror. It's like you just got to press the button and you can literally have any kind of coffee you want. But Jessel and Sy are hanging out and we get a split screen.
Starting point is 00:14:57 Jessel and Cy on one side, you get Carol, Daisy, Aaron, and Haley on the other side. And we're just kind of recapping last night. This is where you find out that Jessel was, in fact, quite taken aback by the comment about the Sheehan. She's like, huh, how dare she? This is Drie Van Nautin. This shit's Coutre. I'm sure it is. But she's swimming in your head right now, and that's a tough book, Jay.
Starting point is 00:15:21 But on the other side, you get Carol Daisy, Aaron, and Haley. And they're talking Google. Now, I started everything out with the legend, okay? Just so we could get it out of the way. I will probably say it more times. But if I was allegedly on one of those damning lists and the history of lists, probably wouldn't bring things up. because in my head, what this is giving, what this whole episode essentially gave, and I'm not
Starting point is 00:15:51 accusing or pointing fingers, I'm just making a statement. It has that feeling of the hubris that you would see in, I don't know, a Jen Shaw, who knows they're guilty and yet goes on TV because they're so narcissistic, they think that they can beat the system. I'm not saying that that's Carol, I'm just saying there's a similar vibe. That's all I'm saying. Did you pick up on said vibe? Yeah, I picked up on said vibe. I picked up on the, let me get ahead of it.
Starting point is 00:16:24 You know what? No one's going to expect me to bring this up. So I'm going to bring it up, but I'm going to bring it up under my own power. I'm not going to be forced to talk about this. I'm going to bring it up randomly. And that's sort of what happened. Like there were some loose ties in there. We were talking about it.
Starting point is 00:16:38 And obviously, you know, we have a much larger conversation as we, move into sigh and then we move into Haley, move into Daisy, and everybody has opinions on it. But what this told me was, yes, I'm getting ahead of it. Yes, I'm going to start talking about it now under my own power. But also, I'm going to try to spin the narrative a little bit. Like, this is how Google works is what I got from this. What do you mean? This is how Google works.
Starting point is 00:17:02 Like, are you explaining how Google works and how this all works and what's going on? By the way, the first five episodes of the season, all we've talked about is loves. story at this time i would imagine there's probably a pretty healthy balance between carroll rat as well along with love story along with the epstein list it's probably not all epstein list but you don't want to talk about love story so this is what we're going to talk about it was just a very weird move like i didn't understand what she was like i think i know what she was trying to accomplish by this it was like get ahead of this you know what and then the rest of the girls can go back and be like yeah we talk to carol about it seems like you know she's kind of tore up about this whole epstein list thing but i mean
Starting point is 00:17:39 the vibe I got from her is that she's not associated with any of this. She hung out with Galane a bunch of what was how was sigh saying her name that's that was the weird one. Gay Lane Gayleine she said it well Carol said it weird weird too it was like Galane I but people say every time I've watched a documentary or everything they everyone says it differently yeah I don't know maybe Carol was trying to like cover her tracks like I'm going mispronounce her name too I don't know where that would be really funny What is it?
Starting point is 00:18:09 Jislin? I don't know Jisland. Yeah. Not a Jisland? Nope, that's nope. Anyway, I'm going to continue that joke. The other thing is the eggs.
Starting point is 00:18:23 How do you mean to get scrambled and end up with an omelet? What? And I know that's like your wacky thing. Like we had that cut scene of like, give me one hard boiled egg, two scrambled. Don't have them touch. But, but, but, but, but, it's, far beyond me to understand how you could go for scrambled and end up with an omelette.
Starting point is 00:18:41 That doesn't make any sense. And those are the things that I get stuck on. Yeah. Were there things in the omelet? Yes. There was green like maybe bell peppers or spinach. Yeah, there was stuff. There was like a made omelet.
Starting point is 00:18:53 And you can make a scramble with stuff. But even then she was like, I, you know what? I'm terrible at ordering eggs. And Carol has done this a couple of times where she makes callbacks of her own, which tacky. I don't like doing that. I mean, that's, you could. do that ultimate girl trip all you want. That's what that shows for.
Starting point is 00:19:09 On the new Roney when you just come back, you don't have to keep making callbacks to the things that you've done in the past. But that still doesn't make any sense. Like, even when Daisy told her to send it back, she was still saying like, you know, I don't even know what I ordered.
Starting point is 00:19:21 I think I ordered. It's like, what do you mean? Where are you going with this? Let's talk Google. What? I'm not an ambiturner. Anyway,
Starting point is 00:19:33 Erica and Aaron, this is where we get that I guess an apology. It's more Erica being like, hey, it was not supposed to be that deep. Sorry, but hurt your feelings. You get Aaron absolving her. This gives me a big cause for pause
Starting point is 00:19:46 because it seems so contrived. It seems so thought about beforehand, planned, whatever you want to say. She clearly went to this confession, which is after the fact I know that, but it's like, do you apologize so I can check that box? It's like,
Starting point is 00:20:05 you're moving through this season, like a bullet point list, that you're trying to set things up. You're trying to produce these moments that aren't hitting. Not one of them is hit. Erica, oddly enough, the billionaire is probably the most normal person on this cast, which I think is awesome. I'm really enjoying Erica on screen. I'm curious where she's going to land with all of this.
Starting point is 00:20:26 I don't see her holding on to Aaron's coattails as Aaron drags herself down. I don't think she's going to go down with the ship. I think that this was kind of a glimpse into that where she was like, yeah, you know, it wasn't that big a deal. Like, I apologize so, like, we can move forward. But the fact that Aaron then makes it a bigger deal and then says, this is that, like, this is what drives me nuts. If Jessel just said that, like, I wouldn't have lost, shut up.
Starting point is 00:20:54 What do you mean? She could have told you to your face. Like, it wasn't that serious. And you would have cried and left. It doesn't matter. Once you get the ammo, you're going to go full victim and ruin the whole series. because you're going to go pal. Like, that's what you do.
Starting point is 00:21:07 Yep. Yeah, this was a, this is like the full roundout true return to form for Aaron. And this whole episode was this was like the prime example of that. She talks shit about everyone, about every single person on the cast, about every single person not even on the cast. And then it gets back to her and they give her shit for it and she can't handle it. And she spins out of control. It's like, you cannot keep doing that.
Starting point is 00:21:32 Like, I get if that's really who you are, I mean, that's a problem. Like, I don't know how you go through life doing that. But also for the show, more importantly, for our entertainment value, you can't do that. It's not fun to watch. It's kind of annoying. And we do it every single time. Like, it hits every time.
Starting point is 00:21:47 It's 100% success rate of her talking shit, then them talking shit and making late jokes back to her. And she spins out of control and freaks out because she can't handle it. So now when she's having this conversation with Erica and you can kind of juxtapose that the conversation that's Cy and Jessel are having. I mean, it kind of puts the whole insurance. thing to bed. You didn't have personal liability insurance for any of the shit that you
Starting point is 00:22:08 had in that house? What do you? Or did you? She doesn't want to say that. Somebody that would cover their tracks. Be like, what do you mean? It's fraud. I didn't even have personal liability insurance. Yeah, that's also I mean, it does raise a couple of eyebrows when Jessel even says, like, how are you married
Starting point is 00:22:24 to an attorney and you don't have normal things like personal liability insurance? Yeah, allegedly, there's a chance. Aaron could have swapped out all of the designer clothing back to Manhattan and left the shitty clothing that she doesn't care about anymore in the closets in the Hamptons.
Starting point is 00:22:43 And that's the stuff that went away. And now she could say, yeah, I look, there is a world in which that's true. But we shouldn't even be discussing that. It's not that deep. I agree with Jessel. I agree with Erica. It was a joke. Anytime that happens.
Starting point is 00:22:57 I mean, you can go around the country anytime that there's something that's like, yeah, I heard that they're having some money. problems and then you see six months later that they had a fire in some house or whatever it might be everybody's first question and it's not that's serious it's just like oh i wonder if that's what they did but at the same time like she can't handle it like it's a very common joke common comment especially on a show like this and you don't have anything you just kind of freak out and say that's despicable like is it i don't think so not really sounds like what you said about pavit is probably despicable, but we'll get to that as we get there a little bit later.
Starting point is 00:23:34 But that's like her thing. She goes so far over the line. Someone toes the line and she loses her fucking mind. And that's what we were saying in the beginning of the season when we're like, oh, maybe it's a new note for Aaron because it doesn't seem like she's getting that rattled after some shit pops off. She starts. But it only took a few episodes and poof.
Starting point is 00:23:51 We're right back where we were two years ago on the first reboot. But we talked to Cy and Jessel and a little text. We get a posthumous genital. who's texting and saying, hey, wanted to check in, heard about the news. And Cy's like, oh, you must have read it somewhere. Now I've known for a bit now. Of course. And like this is telling in itself when she goes, oh, Aaron, that's size first question.
Starting point is 00:24:19 Is it Aaron? Because she knows Aaron. We all know Aaron. You just assume it's Aaron. Not directly. That's very important for the conversation we have later when Aaron's involved. Not directly. And you get the scene of Aaron sweating up and down to Cy.
Starting point is 00:24:31 I would never say a word to anyone behind your back. Brother, that's literally all you do with everyone. When Sai said later on, you do this with everybody. So why would she spare me? I was like, that's the most insightful and true thing about Aaron that's ever been said. Why would you be the one person to not get shit on? Because we've yet to see it. She does it with everyone.
Starting point is 00:24:54 She did it in the fucking Bluestone Manor with a bunch of housewife. She didn't know. She can't help herself. No, the Bluestone Manor thing in the car on the way up with different housewives. We know housewives. They do that all the time. Fine. I can chalk that up to whatever.
Starting point is 00:25:09 I mean, you and you and Jessel don't like each other. And we do get to kind of talk about that as we get there a little bit later. But that's okay. This shit's not okay because you don't have a response, a good response to it. You just kind of claim innocence and then spin back and forth and blame it on the other person. It's just a nightmare. And then cut your voice less.
Starting point is 00:25:28 Jenna Lyons in this conversation did more than she did in the two seasons that she was on. So at least, you know, they're not paying her this time. So it works out in the long run. But yeah, I mean, even that when you think about how sigh heard about the news, or at least as far as, you know, we understand. Sye heard about the news because other people were texting her. And then Aaron texted her in the first text was, holy shit, you guys actually, he filed for divorce. Like, yeah, that's telling too when you go back. and now you're hearing that she's talking about it.
Starting point is 00:25:58 That means that she's looking for it. That means that she wants to talk about it. That's who she is. And that's only going to shoot herself in the foot at some point and multiple points throughout her tenure as a housewife. We thought that, again, maybe she had changed and not, she didn't change that part, but maybe she changed her reaction to it. No, this whole episode, this whole visit to the island is a full truiform. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:21 Completely returned back to our old self, which sucks. But the good thing is, and we're not going to shit. on air in the entire time. So a lot more stuff happens that I'm excited to talk about. Oh, yeah. What do you're excited? Not excited.
Starting point is 00:26:34 I don't know. You know what I mean? But the good that I'm watching this show now that I know, it just took a few episodes to get used to it. It's the same as you watch a Potomac with Ashley Darby. Right. Keep her out here. Enjoy everybody else.
Starting point is 00:26:49 We'll have our time on the pod to shit on that one person. The rest we can just talk about a pretty great episode of Housewives. And that takes us. to the Googling. This is when we fully get into the Epstein files. Now, I would like to actually make this very clear. I'm not accusing her of anything, all right, genuinely. I got, when I say allegedly, there's some things that are a little fishy that don't match up.
Starting point is 00:27:14 That does not mean I'm accusing Carol of anything. All right, I want to make that very clear. Now, that being said, she leads everything off with a very interesting statement. If you are the one driving this conversation, why are you leading off with? Never knew him. Never heard of him. Galay never spoke about him. Okay.
Starting point is 00:27:33 Because then, now I have to do this. Then I have to go and look it up and be like, okay, well, then why does it say in the files that you and Jeffrey Epstein discussed the book? Why does it say in the files that you had a FedEx from Galane in 2004? Why does it say quite a few things? Why does it say that you saw Jeffrey at a party, but you didn't go talk to him? Because now you're saying, and I'm going to read into everything you're saying, because of the severity of this whole thing, you never even heard of him. That doesn't track.
Starting point is 00:28:07 And if there's one little question mark, I'm going to question everything else. And the rest of this conversation doesn't go great because she's also saying, oh, you know, me and Galane weren't really that good of friends. If you read the files, no, no, dude. not the files. We read your emails where it looks very clear that you guys were close.
Starting point is 00:28:30 So your immediate defense having not been pressed, by the way, no one's pressed you about this yet. And your first defense has never knew them, never heard of them. We weren't that close. We were friends through other friends.
Starting point is 00:28:40 All of that is debunked if you just Google you, which is what you told us to do before. So again, what are you doing, Carol? The way that she spins it into you, well, you know, like, you know how it is. I mean, you're friends with somebody. You're not really close to them, but that's just how girls talk.
Starting point is 00:29:00 That's just how people talk. Like, we hung out a couple of times. There are way more emails that indicate that you hung out a lot. There are way more emails about hanging out with the girls. There's way more emails about a lot of things. She checked in and said, hey, did you get home safe? Galane to Carol, did you get homesick? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:18 And to say, also like, because I'm going to forget it. she's like they're emails like trying to mean like they're impersonal it's like that's how everybody on this fucking list communicated and they talked through emails as though they were texting so that's also inadmissible in my opinion well yeah and that was just honestly par for the course for the times because there were like you weren't really texting people you had a no kia phone as you say and by the way dropping the prince andrew line as if that makes it any better he's the one who's actually confirmed he's the only one on that list. And I can't wait to get to the spin of, well, you know what? The men haven't had to. Nope, nope, we're not talking about that right now. And that's not where you're going to get on your soapbox. We're trying to exonerate you or rather you're trying to exonerate yourself. You're doing a terrible job at all of this. And again, I don't even know like how connected she is. I'm not accusing her of being involved in the ring. No. But you brought this up. Why are you ready to talk about this now? And you're
Starting point is 00:30:20 are doing a horrible, horrible turn to try to get yourself out of it or try to explain that you weren't even really that close to her. Because again, like you said and like she said, as soon as you walk away from this conversation, you can Google her and read the emails that she's involved in. And there are a lot of emails that go back and forth between her and Galane where she is acting like you are best friends. There are many, many pictures of the two of you hanging out, being friends. And I'm not buying any of your story when it comes.
Starting point is 00:30:50 to well you know high society life and you know if my name i don't know what's her name demarko her last name i don't know she says something yeah whatever i i have literally never known her as her maiden name so i'm still going to call her razzwell yeah when you have that name the way that jeline works she ends up just trying to befriend you she wants to befriend everybody that has an important name and that was the most important name for her how like what the fuck are you doing how do you think any of this is coming off correct how do you think any of this is coming off like yeah now i get it you guys had like a social friendship and that was it let me go read those emails nope that's wave deeper than a
Starting point is 00:31:29 social friendship again you brought us to this you let us to this river and now you're like yeah but only drink a little bit of it don't drink the whole thing like yeah i know you're thirsty but like only drink the cup that i gave you yeah like how did you think this was going to go and the way that the conversation breaks into everybody else is kind of funny because you do get to see where everybody stands and look i think everybody is on the right side of it. They're just like, let's see what she says. Let's see how she responds to this. Let's see how this goes. Sye is a little bit on a different agenda, which we'll get to it a second. But I don't understand where she's going with any of this or why she brought any of it up.
Starting point is 00:32:04 And to do it on a private island is bizarre. It is incredibly funny. It is undoubtedly very funny that you decided to sit on a private island and talk about this. It tells me, I remember this private island. I remember another private island. Wow, I'm getting a lot of memories. Let me talk about this now. Like, I'm sorry, but that is kind of where my brain goes. Like, that's kind of how brains work. Like, holy shit.
Starting point is 00:32:32 Not saying that's what you're doing. It's just easy to put those things together. That's all. Yeah. And look, I'm not saying that you've ever been to the island. I don't think I've seen anything out there that have said you've been to the island or alluded to it at all. But it is very peculiar when you're saying.
Starting point is 00:32:47 there on a private island and you think, huh, yeah, this is topical. Let me talk about this. Like, it's just weird. It's just very weird. The way she started the whole conversation, the way she worked through the conversation. I do not know what the end game is. I do understand you're going to have to talk about it at some point. You want to do it on your terms, but very, very bizarre setting to do it.
Starting point is 00:33:09 Yeah. And again, we're not accusing. There's no accusations being made here. We're just saying when you bring things up, there's so much. weird shit that goes a lot. It's weird. It's like last episode, we kidded on, you walked out to the pool with Erica and was like, I've, I've been so many places. I've been everywhere. We all have. I've never been to a place like this. That's a weird thing to say. That's a very weird thing to say. The drone comment was weird. There's just so many weird comments, man.
Starting point is 00:33:41 Yeah. And I don't know if you're like super nervous and like you're just blurting things out because you're like panicking that people are going to think something when it's not true. And you're just like, blah, word vomit. But shush, just stop it. You're making people think things. And again, not accusing. It's just this is how it comes up. I don't think she has any idea that it's coming off this way.
Starting point is 00:34:01 That's where I get to the hubris part where we see people go on TV on Bravo to either get ahead of things or they think, and I'm not saying that's what she's doing. I'm going to be very careful about how I talk about all this. I'm not saying this what he's doing. Yeah. But that's what we've seen. in other instances. It's like if you're being investigated for fraud and you pull up to season 11 in a brand new G wagon called Psalm 91.
Starting point is 00:34:26 It's like, why are you doing this? It's also like you might be getting investigated for fraud or insurance claims and you go ahead of your way to tell everybody you didn't have personal liability insurance. Those are the things that we see. Those are the things we see all the time. Yeah. And look, I'll give tip of my hat to sigh for being the. one to broach this topic. I'm sure that it's on the tip of everybody's tongue, but she's the one
Starting point is 00:34:51 that actually dives into this whole thing. She's talking about why she's so empathic about it, which makes sense to me. At Daisy, I think she's just trying to keep the peace, but at the same time, I'm like, yeah, let her talk. And I know that Cy's not fully letting her talk, but size pressing, because the answers that we're getting, they're not great. They're not clearing things up. So size pressing harder and Daisy's over there diverting the conversation. I've been waiting to talk about this since I found out that Carol was going to be on the show. So I need everybody other than the questioner to just zip it for a minute. And let's push through this and see what happens.
Starting point is 00:35:33 Yeah. Now, look, I think I have a take on this. At least I had a very, very early take on it when Daisy started talking. I thought what was going on and this is this was what I was waiting for. this was almost like at least to me Daisy was trying to get side to be like all right you're going a little too hard at her you're going to get her to go back into her shell
Starting point is 00:35:54 and we're not going to get any information like I understand where you're coming from which by the way like if that happens if somebody in the group in this situation like if we were all hanging out weirdly enough we were all hanging out with somebody on the Epstein list oh god
Starting point is 00:36:10 if we were all you know the same room and someone's You too out there listening. Yeah, we're all there. Everybody's here. And someone jumps up to take that stance. You just, you don't say anything. You just like, in the back of your head, you're like, oh, fuck.
Starting point is 00:36:26 Like, is she going to turtle and we're not going to get any information because you decided to do this? And like, you would never stop anybody from doing that. You would never stop Cy from going down that road and really pressing her because it is an important issue. And you do want to make sure that you hold her feet to the fire. You do want to make sure that you get some answers and try to clarify. things. It doesn't really matter if she's going at her hard or a little bit softer or whatever
Starting point is 00:36:49 it might be. You just kind of let it go. And in the back of your head, you're like, yeah, fuck, all right, maybe we won't get the answers that we wanted because we didn't make Carol feel comfortable. We made her uncomfortable. So now she's instead of scrambling, she's going to shut down, which would be kind of annoying if you wanted to get the answers. But the way I viewed it, at least, and then Daisy kind of lost me immediately after because it did seem like she was kind of taking Carol's side. And she was like, hey, sigh, calm the fuck down. You don't go after her like that. you're going to make her feel uncomfortable. It's like, no, no, Daisy.
Starting point is 00:37:15 Like, sit this one out. So at first, I'm like, ah, shit. This would kind of be like, if Steele and I were hanging out with an Epstein list guy, I know Steele would be like, hey, what the fuck is going on? And I'd be like, will you shut up and let him talk? Because I would hear everything. And then you and I can go back and talk about all the weird shit that that person said. That's what I thought Daisy was going to do.
Starting point is 00:37:35 And it would have gone a long way if Daisy just kind of pulled aside afterwards and was like, hey, I wanted to hear what the fuck she was going to say. because she was saying some weird shit before you got there. Then you pressed her and she kind of spun and stopped and turbled up. That's what I didn't want to happen. I want to hear what the hell she has to say because now we can compare it to the notes and be like, whoa, she's lying about this or that or whatever. So that's where I thought it was going.
Starting point is 00:37:58 And then obviously Daisy lost me very quickly after that. But again, I don't fault sigh for doing that. That makes total sense. If you finally have someone in your grasp and you've been wanting to ask these questions, if you're a sigh and you see carols on your cast and you know that she, She's on the Epstein list. And there is some weird conversations between her and Galane and Maxwell. You're going to press her.
Starting point is 00:38:19 You're going to get after it. You're going to try to get the answers that you want. It could also just have that after effect where now all of a sudden Carol's not going to stop, or she's going to stop talking about it all together. So you kind of have to tow that line. But I don't fault's time for doing that. Of course you would. From the parents behind law and order comes a mystery the whole family can enjoy.

Starting point is 00:40:24 We get right to the story. We don't do a lot of extra talk in. And when we do, it's usually to roast the short hairs off of some loser, murderer, or scammer. You'll laugh, but only at the people who deserve it. Like, which serial killer would you most like to shove into a locker? BTK and is awful poetry. Dude got caught because he. didn't understand what a floppy disc was.
Starting point is 00:40:44 We look for the stranger than fiction stories, like the case of Patty James, a killer catfish before the internet was even a thing. Or Howard Walmsley, a sentient wad of damp laundry who convinced his town he'd won the lottery, fleeced local businesses out of thousands, and then became a romance scammer.
Starting point is 00:41:01 We've covered tons of cases you've never heard of, cults, scammers, killers. So come find your next great binge. Starting point is 00:41:33 And they'll do anything to fix that. No, and you know, Daisy, at the end of this going, you don't treat people that way. Here's the thing. Yeah, yeah, I lost me entirely.
Starting point is 00:43:43 Yeah, totally. But I think that this is an important distinction to make. because people might be listening to us kind of dissecting this and going, come on, guys. Look, assuming that she did nothing wrong, again, we're not accusing her of doing anything. Let's assume she did nothing wrong, okay? Unfortunately for her, due to your proximity to the biggest, most scathing, disgusting controversy in the history of humanity, you have to you have to defend yourself now you have to explain to the group you have to explain to us at home why are you in these emails why are you on this list you are not the victim and you don't get
Starting point is 00:44:24 to sit there and play victim again assuming that you're completely absolved of everything then it's just a shitty day for you it's a shitty day we're to relive some shit and talk about shit that you're not comfortable talking about but unfortunately you are on this fucking list You have an email with Galane Maxwell, one of the worst people ever saying, She says to you, even a girl that I like very much will be all too happy to step in and replace you as the chick I most like to hang with. He, he got to go. My boyfriend, Jeffrey Epstein, is on the phone. So sorry, I'm not going to sit here and act like you are the victim in this whole thing.
Starting point is 00:45:02 There are real victims out here going through fucking hell right now because nobody's listening to them. So this is just par for the course. You wanted to come back on this show. You agreed to do it. You knew two things were going to be discussed. One of them you wanted to talk about. And that was Love Story, despite you saying you don't want to talk about.
Starting point is 00:45:18 The other one is this. It seems like this is the one that she wants to talk about. Oh, yeah. That's a good point. Yeah. When you put those two side by side, but now, yes, that's true. When you put them side by side,
Starting point is 00:45:33 everything we talk about with Love Story gets shut down, unless Carol's the one talking about it, for whatever reason, she's seemingly an open book with this whole thing. I don't get it. It doesn't make a lot of sense. And like, maybe it does.
Starting point is 00:45:45 Maybe you know what? The love story thing is actually like a personal story to her. And she doesn't really want anybody else to talk about it. It's too close and dear to her and it really hurts her. This one, maybe she is genuinely an open book because she's like, I've got nothing to hide. But the more she talks,
Starting point is 00:45:59 it's like, ugh, God. And even like within all of this, and this was my biggest take. away about the whole conversation with Carol. And this is my biggest problem with the whole thing. Did she ever once condemn Galane Maxwell?
Starting point is 00:46:15 She did in alluding to it where it's like, imagine knowing somebody, then you find out their predator. She never said like fuck Elaine Maxwell, I guess. She didn't, she should have started the conversation off with that. I didn't know that I was friends in high society with an absolute fucking monster. I didn't know what was going on with anything. of these things. Like she never said and like she should have. And again, like I, I believe that she probably does and that is the truth that she didn't know anything. But you have to say that.
Starting point is 00:46:46 If you're involved in these conversations, you have to lead off the conversation with, hey, by the way, fuck the two of them. They're monsters. They're disgusting people. They both deserve to die in rotten hell. Good. That's where you start. And then you open up the platform for questions. But she never did that. She was just kind of explaining her friendship with Glein Maxwell well, and then trying to float it into a, well, you know, we hung out here and there. We weren't like best friends, but you know how people talk and you know how friendships work. How did your friendship end? Well, like any other friendship, you just kind of float.
Starting point is 00:47:15 No, no, no, no, no, no. That is just not every other friendship. No, it's just not you're supposed to be handling this conversation. It was bizarre. It was fucking bizarre. And I would have understood it if someone just decided to just turn, have a drink in their hand and be like, you know what, I've had a couple of drinks. And catch her off guard.
Starting point is 00:47:34 Hey, Carol, what the fuck is up with your friendship with Gleine Maxwell? Yeah, I would get it if she was scrambling. You did this under your terms. You started the conversation. It seems like you had something prepared. And this is what you had prepared. It was so weird, dude. I mean, I was laughing at times just because I think it's just unfortunate the way that the conversation went.
Starting point is 00:47:55 But at the same time, you knew this was coming. And this is what you have. Like, if we press again, there's no telling what kind of weird shit you're going to say. No, it's all self-inflicted because you're saying weird shit. Your answers are weird and they don't match up to your emails. They don't match up to what they do have in evidence. Did you know that Galane Maxwell took the picture, the author picture in Carol's book? Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:19 Galane Maxwell took that picture. Organized the whole thing. The inconsistencies are sketchy as fuck. It does not mean we're saying that she did anything wrong. It's just if this was your plan to. come on this show and clear your name, then clear your name. Don't muddy the waters further. Now it's confusing his shit.
Starting point is 00:48:40 You're lying about your friendship with Galane Maxwell. You know, that's based on evidence. That's not my opinion. That's what I read, what I saw, and then watched you try to talk about it and flounder the entire time and then try to spin it back on Sye and be like, how dare you use your daughter as a sword and a shield? You're talking about like awful, horrible. things and she has a teenage daughter.
Starting point is 00:49:04 So she, that makes sense that she's bringing that up. So it was just, I don't know what her plan was coming into the season to address this. I think that the setting alone is ludicrous, as you pointed out. How the fuck are we going to do this on a private island?
Starting point is 00:49:22 Like, it's not funny. But at the same time, it's just like, what, what are we doing? It is, though. Like, how could you not be better or do better than this is your plan? It sucks. it really sucked. Yeah, I mean, honestly, I don't get the takeaway from this that the rest of the cast is now cool with Carol.
Starting point is 00:49:42 But they're just like, all right, we had the conversation. I mean, as I said she doesn't buy it, which was bold. Nah, that was strong. Yeah, that is a bold, bold thing to say. She's going to have to be specific about what she doesn't buy. Unless she's going to get herself some trouble there. But yeah, I mean, it was just, it was a very, very, very weird conversation. Not at all how I thought it was going to go.
Starting point is 00:50:02 I thought we were going to get like the skeleton story. I really did. I thought it was just going to be beaten around the bush. I think it was going to be, well, you know, it's not something I like pretty much the love story. It's not something I like to talk about.
Starting point is 00:50:13 That would have been smarter. It made more sense. That would have made way more sense. And like, again, the way she's talking, the thing she's saying, I don't really think she has anything to hide.
Starting point is 00:50:23 But she's still saying some weird shit that now we're all sitting here like, what does she say? Let me reread these emails. It seems like, Pretty tight. Why would you say you were? Like, what the fuck?
Starting point is 00:50:33 Like, she's casting more doubt than I previously had on the situation. I thought it was like, you were friends with Colleen Maxwell, turned out to be a monster. That sucks. You're going to have to explain why, because everybody needs to know that an Epstein listener that we're watching on TV, explain. You owe that to the audience. And you're acting like, and Daisy is furthering it. Like, how dare you question this? Like, what do you mean?
Starting point is 00:50:56 Of course they're going to question this. And your answers were not good. They weren't good. Again, not accusing, not saying anything. All alleged, just like, you had so much time to prepare for this. And this is what you fucking did. On a private island, no less.
Starting point is 00:51:12 And also, like, I mean, I look, who knows how long that we're going to be like talking. Like, is it going to be a hot button issue in like six years? Why would you join the cast right now? You know you're going to have to do if this is what you have. Like, it just nothing she does makes any sense to me. I don't really understand what's going on or why. she's on the show. It gives us something to talk about. I mean, this was, in my brain, this was a killer scene to talk about. Like, this was a riveting. This is the most locked in.
Starting point is 00:51:41 I think I've been in a house I've seen in a long time for any show, like across the board. I needed to hear every single thing. And boy, oh boy, was I confused. I was weirded out and I was very confused. This is the most locked it up in since we got that bullshit aftermath episode of Summerhouse with Kyle and West and all of that shenanigans, which didn't pay out to anything. But I loved the because look, Haley's not wrong in that there's a lot of shit about you online. You're, you're right. But Daisy's not wrong in saying, whoa, whoa, whoa, dude, John and Kate is not the same as Jeffrey Epstein. Like, well, shush, honestly, this makes you look worse.
Starting point is 00:52:25 It makes the situation with John and Kate worse. please don't compare your situation to the Epstein situation. Yeah. Crazy. And then get that was another thing. Well, that was another thing that I thought was very funny was Daisy's response to it. Like,
Starting point is 00:52:41 yes, Daisy's being a good friend right now. Like, whoa, whoa, dude, shut up. Like this says, you leave Carol alone and not in the,
Starting point is 00:52:49 don't pick on her way, in the you do not want to be mentioned in the same sentence right now. We are talking about the Epstein list, not about John and Kate plus eight. Haley was so confused by the whole situation. She thought it was a poke at her. Like, what do you mean? Like, I am in the, it's like, please stop.
Starting point is 00:53:04 Please stop. Please stop doing this. But even Haley, I mean, Haley's a star. Her reaction to the whole thing is very funny. She's like, you tell me that like, I'm the reason why I'm in the publicity. I'm still on the, on the lists. No, I can't even say list. You can't say list?
Starting point is 00:53:20 Why I'm still on like page six and doing all these things. You think I'm the reason that, you know what? Fuck you. But also, I'm not going to go. very far because I still want to get my eyelashes though later. Like that's a funny response. That is the response. That's the golden response that you want from housewives is be
Starting point is 00:53:35 peeved, tell her to go fuck herself, but also say, I'm not going to go too far because I need something from you and then laugh it off. Like that's such a good way to kind of break up all the tension because sigh is still staring daggers and Carol across the table. We need to try to move on at this point because we're not going to get anywhere else.
Starting point is 00:53:51 No. And yeah, I thought that was a masterful move. That shows that shows a seasoned housewife to get the point across but then pull back to make, eh, whatever, it's not worth it. It was good. But we get to the pool after all of these shenanigans have occurred and sigh is being talked about. And again, we have a lot of shoddy comparisons going on. That's a theme of this episode is shoddy comparisons because Daisy is like, look, she came in hot.
Starting point is 00:54:23 She's ride or die, but she got to crack through. a lot of layers, but like she's my girl. Like, that's just how she is. What do you mean, Carol, when you say, I'm surprised because Sai has a pretty colorful past. So I was a little surprised. She was so quick to judge. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:54:43 I'm not even sure really what you're referring to with Sy's past. But again, you're comparing that, whatever it might be. And it could be a lot of crazy shit. Yet nothing that she has ever done will ever come close to. comparing to you being on the Epstein list due to the gravity of this situation. So to compare it and be like, I thought she'd understand me because you hug out with Galane Maxwell is crazy work. That's ludicrous.
Starting point is 00:55:12 What are you talking about? I have no idea. I have absolutely no idea. And again, like Carol, yeah, you were caught off guard by size reaction to the whole thing and how she pressed you. But it's, again, very just a weird comment, very weird comment. Either you know what's going on or you don't. I don't buy the back and forth that we're trying to get from Carol right now.
Starting point is 00:55:31 Yeah, I don't either. But everyone joins the pool and it's awkward as shit, obviously. And AZ, she does have something foresight. And I don't know if this is actually what the root of it is. She's going to claim popcorn ceilings. I think there's more to this than just the popcorn ceilings. But she's like, hey, you're in a better mood? She's like, then what?
Starting point is 00:55:50 I wasn't in a bad mood earlier. And you know if you're not in a great mood. And someone asks you that, it's about to be World War III. Because shut the fuck up. what do you mean? I'm not grumpy. Her husband also just filed for fucking divorce secretly. Well, she was on her way to the airport.
Starting point is 00:56:04 Yeah. Guys, that's when she found out. Did everybody forget about that? I think everybody forgot about that. Yeah, like, which is again crazy.
Starting point is 00:56:10 But Aaron, I believe. Oh, sorry. No. Erica talks about how rich it is that somebody is lecturing sigh on manners, somebody being Daisy, because she's been talking shit and complaining,
Starting point is 00:56:28 which is even more credit to Erica, she's been hearing the digs. She's been hearing the snide remarks. She's not taking the bait because it would derail the trip and we'd be focused on that and she would probably go to her room and not talk to anybody
Starting point is 00:56:42 as we've seen other housewife shows. She's not. She's like brushing it off and continuing about her merry way trying to have a fun trip. That shows class. It shows a seasoned host and it shows somebody that knows what they're doing on this show.
Starting point is 00:56:58 We've seen a few moments from multiple people in different areas because Daisy's shown some things too in a completely different respect than an Erica because they're different types of housewives. Both have shown very promising things here and there. Haley, in a totally different realm, shown very promising things to bolster their individual roles on this show. That's what gets us so excited about this show because you're seeing these little things start to happen.
Starting point is 00:57:25 And in other shows where we get derailed, we're not getting derailed. We're soldiering on. That's fucking beautiful. That's a great thing. It is a good place to be in. And I don't really know what Daisy's hard on for Sia's. I really don't get it. Like I, I like to think it's completely separate from her issues with Aaron.
Starting point is 00:57:48 I like to think that she's not just going to bat for Aaron. I think this is something else, something deeper. Like maybe it's just something psychological. that happens when the cameras turn on. It's like, hey, I've known Sye a really long time. I'm going to flip on her because you know what? I know a lot more about her and we've had our stats in the past. But you know what?
Starting point is 00:58:02 I'm going to press her and I'm going to get after. It just doesn't seem like the time or place. That's a really good point because we've seen this on other shows like a lot. You get somebody on the show. They've known somebody for a long time. Never been on the show with each other. They get on the show and something like shifts. It's almost like because they're comfortable with this person,
Starting point is 00:58:21 they're comfortable gunning for them. But they don't know the other people, enough to go for them. Yeah, and again, like on the heels of this, and this is where Daisy has completely, completely lost me, I'm okay if you chalk it up to, I feel uncomfortable right now. I'm going to try to get my friend's side to calm down about going after Carol.
Starting point is 00:58:39 I'm going to say some weird shit, but like, we'll squash it later. It's not that big the deal. But then coming to the pool with the same energy and like asking her if she's okay if she feels better was bizarre. And then pressing her more is even more bizarre. Like I just don't get what the beef is.
Starting point is 00:58:54 And yeah, you can maybe just chalk it up to their close friends and they've known each other for a long time. Maybe they just get on each other's nerves every once in a while and they have to like really hash it out before they can get back. Sure, maybe. But I haven't seen anything to the contrary. I haven't seen anything at all that would have sparked any of this. I haven't either. That's why, you know, she claims you never defended me when they were talking about my popcorn ceilings. I'm not saying it didn't rub me the wrong way.
Starting point is 00:59:19 But to go after her for like multiple episodes, multiple days. Yeah, it doesn't make a lot of sense to me. But that gets us to where we're trying to go here. And that's Aaron. Because even if Aaron wasn't talking shit about size marriage, she never needs to chime into a conversation with. I think when you're friends with somebody, you expect certain things.
Starting point is 00:59:42 Uh, not you. You don't get to say that. You have burned everybody that you've been friends with that we've seen on TV. So you can't then take the high road, be like, well, that's what they expect. That's what good friends do. All that does is T. sigh up who's already animated.
Starting point is 00:59:55 She's already ready to go. You're going to tear up with this. And then she goes after you. Of course she does. Because you, she told you intimate stuff about what was going on between her and David. Didn't seemingly tell other people could she have perhaps. And like we'll see what other evidence comes out. But the problem is because Aaron has an M.O. We know how she moves.
Starting point is 01:00:17 Yeah. This comes up. Jenna Lyons brings up. It's like, yeah, probably. And the most important factor. because Aaron seems to forget about it. As she's trying to defend both in confessional's and in real life, Jenna Lyons said she heard through somebody that heard from Aaron.
Starting point is 01:00:35 Aaron's defense is not that. It's I didn't tell her anything. I never talked to Jenna. No one's claiming he did. She's, and like I caught the same thing. I think probably, I would hope everybody else caught it because that's exactly what Aaron's trying to do.
Starting point is 01:00:49 she's not lying, so to speak. She's saying I didn't tell Jenna directly. We're not saying that you told Jenna directly. We made it very clear. Jenna heard it from somebody else, but she knows it came from Aaron. That's what we're trying to nail down here. Stop trying to squirm her way. I was trying to stay unbiased on the whole thing.
Starting point is 01:01:05 Like, yes, obviously Aaron is just, she's a colossal asshole right now. All she's doing is talking shit. It gets back to her. And then she has no defense other than, you guys are attacking me. I can't believe you're doing this. This is really despicable behavior is all she says. I in my process, in my journey of trying to stay unbiased because I'm not, I'm trying to not let her ruin the entire show and I'm trying to just kind of look at things as the way they are. I thought it was a little weird that we got the first couple of Jenna Lions text messages and they showed us on screen, but we didn't see specifically where Jenna said.
Starting point is 01:01:39 I know it's from Aaron. I heard it from somebody else. It was just kind of left out. I thought it was just very weird that Bravo showed us the actual text messages verbatim. of what Si got. And then it just kind of shifts. And it's just Cy telling Jessel what she heard from Jenna. It's like,
Starting point is 01:01:55 well, if you have the whole text thread, show us the whole text thread. So is Cy kind of spinning things a little bit here? Now, again, do I think that Aaron was talking shit and told a lot of people that Cy and David were going to be breaking up and that they're separated? A thousand percent.
Starting point is 01:02:11 Did she tell somebody that told Jenna Lyons? Probably. But why didn't they show us that? I think Cy knows. And obviously the return text right away was, was it Aaron? So Sain knows it was Aaron. I just don't know if it got that far. And knowing about Gen.
Starting point is 01:02:26 Alliance and seeing her on the screen for two years, she's an absolute dud. Like I don't think. She probably denied it, to be honest. And that's why we didn't see it. It doesn't fit the motive. It doesn't fit the narrative. She probably did say like,
Starting point is 01:02:37 oh, I don't know if Aaron had any part to do with this. Like maybe she did, maybe she didn't, but I heard it from somebody else. Like that is a typical Jenna Lyons text. And that is why she was a terrible housewife. She didn't actually do anything.
Starting point is 01:02:46 She never spilled the beans. So I think that's probably where it was. But again, Sa's not entirely wrong. I just don't think she has that evidence and she wants to press error, which is totally, totally fine.
Starting point is 01:02:56 Yeah, she won't have damning evidence. And I wish that Aaron had the capability to sit there and be like, show me the fucking text messages. Show me where she said that. And you know what? Let's call Jenna together.
Starting point is 01:03:07 Let's find out exactly who she heard it from. But Aaron doesn't have that capability. She's talking shit. Yeah, she knows she's talking shit. She knows she just got caught. And she's, knows that it probably did get to Jenna Lyons. But if she were to call Jenna and press, then yeah, you know what?
Starting point is 01:03:23 You have substantiated beef and you can go after side. You can have a little back and forth. But right now, I mean, just like getting up and walking away and crying, stepping on the glass was very funny. Instant karma. Instant, instant karma. That was very funny. And she sits down and she's like, Erica, will you just take a shot with me?
Starting point is 01:03:40 It's like, you had beef with Erica last night. Now you want her to come over to your side. I just can't figure out what the fuck Aaron is trying to accomplish. she does this thing. One, I do think she is clawing for that HBIC position. I think she thinks that she is the face of Roney and is gunning for that spot. Doesn't care if she leaves in her wake.
Starting point is 01:04:00 But when she walks out of the pool, you get that line from from Sye, obviously they must be boinking the shit out of your mouth because your lips are so loose, you're queathing everyone's business. I bring that up because I have a question. I don't want to talk about this, but I have to talk about this because Carol says something.
Starting point is 01:04:16 What's your question? Carol says something. Oh. And I didn't know what she was alluding to. And I didn't want to bring it up, but I don't know where else to talk about it. And I think this is a safe space. If a guy's got a small penis,
Starting point is 01:04:31 sometimes it happens too. Is she talking about like a weiner queef? I'm so sorry. Yes. Honestly, I think that's exactly what she's talking about. I thought you were going to ask me what a quiff was. No, no, no.
Starting point is 01:04:44 No, no. I was wondering what she was talking about. Yeah. but I look. I don't know. Like, does that have to? If Carol,
Starting point is 01:04:52 if Carol could get over the whole Epstein list thing. What a sentence. And maybe get over the love story thing. If this is what we got from Carol, that would be totally fine. Like it would just be like Daisy, Haley, 2.0,
Starting point is 01:05:09 some sort of hybrid of the two. Like, I'd be totally fine with that because that is what Carol can bring. She can have weird lines like that. I have no idea what she was trying to get across. I don't get it. I have no idea, but it was still funny.
Starting point is 01:05:21 I still laughed at it, but there's still just a giant elephant in the room that she is making much bigger than it needs to be. So until we get over that, I can't really talk too much about this or dig into that because I think it was a funny line, but I'm not going to give it that much credit. That's fair. That's fair. But back to the main point here. Aaron does her thing. So I loses it. Aaron storms off, starts being the victim again, terrible friend.
Starting point is 01:05:46 terrible friend as she saunteres down to that couch with glass in her foot and that's when Erica comes over you can't do this because this is literally copy paste copy paste every single time you've gotten into with anybody go back to when you got into with Uber like you can pick out anyone that you've been a castmate with and you have this moment of Erica coming over somebody coming over to your aid because that's what you want you always leave the room and separate from the group to try to pull somebody away to force them onto your team. And Erica comes over and you say, it's fucking mean. And I'm getting tired of it.
Starting point is 01:06:22 It's like, I'm the easy one. You start all of this shit, dude. This is all you. And then you get called out. And I'm glad that Haley's going to a confessioner going, fuck this. Like, no, she's trying to put the victim. Size in the right. I wish she said it in person, but at least we're getting that somewhere from somebody.
Starting point is 01:06:40 Yeah, no, I fully agree. Skies go, oh my God. I am mixing up everybody. God, sigh is going scorched earth because she immediately turns the jessels. She said some shit about your husband too. Despicable.
Starting point is 01:06:53 Apparently that's the word of the trip. So we're going to go down that road when we get there. But yeah, this is what I'm talking about with Aaron. Like, it's just not entertaining. Like, in a real life setting, that is a person you don't want to be around ever. You know she's talking shit. You know she's gossiping.
Starting point is 01:07:08 And when she gets pressed, she leaves and seeks sympathy. She seeks to be the victim of the whole thing. when you know she's out there talking shit. It really doesn't convey to a TV show. It really doesn't convey to a reality TV show because no one feels bad for you and it disrupts everything.
Starting point is 01:07:25 Like if you took that on the chin when Sy was coming after you, you would have been in such a better position and that's honestly, it sounds like a broken record because anytime someone goes after her for gossiping, she has a different reaction and it's always seemingly like this
Starting point is 01:07:38 and it's not fun to watch. It disrupts everything. You need to be able to stand toe to toe if you're going to be the one out there talking shit. The side conversation just makes everything worse because again, we get a split scene. You get Jessel and Aaron talking about what Aaron allegedly said about Abe or sorry, Povett. And the other side, you get Aaron who's like, it's the acting. It's the way that she talks.
Starting point is 01:08:06 It's the phrasing. She's like, why am I being? But that's not cool, Daisy. That's not cool. What are you doing? Who is this person? I haven't seen this version of you yet. This is strange.
Starting point is 01:08:16 And why all you try to do is start shit, get caught, pull sympathy, play victim over and over and over again. But we're seeing a different result because like you said at the beginning of the episode, go ahead. It's the Eagles set throwing screen passes. It's literally what it is. Oh my God. Yes. It's so sad to watch. It's infuriating to watch.
Starting point is 01:08:37 They keep thinking there's going to be a different result. There's going to be a different thing that happens. It doesn't ever fucking happen. And it ruins my Sundays. This is what's happening. And I'm not letting it ruin Rooney. Like the Eagles can ruin my Sundays for the rest of my life and they probably will. But Aaron, I'm not going to let ruin Roney because there's so many other things going on.
Starting point is 01:08:54 It's a good show. It's a good cast. And then you get to Aaron and she pulls some shit like this. The same thing every time, the same playbook, she pulls it out. I just want her to be different. Like either stop talking shit and we can actually see what we have or continue to talk shit, which is more likely. continue to talk shit and then stand toe to toe and be like, yeah, what the fuck do you want for me? You know I'm talking shit.
Starting point is 01:09:18 Stop telling me things. Put it on them. That's a good way to put it on that. You're trying to paint other people as bad people and everybody else there is all pointing at you saying you're untrustworthy and not a good friend. So even Erica's like approaching you with caution gloves on, whatever caution gloves are. She's like afraid because she's believing what she's hearing from everybody else because everybody has an experience with you.
Starting point is 01:09:43 So clearly there's a common denominator. But that gets us to tipsy tennis, but not before we get a phone call. Cy calls Chris. Chris was with Sai at BravoCon. They went to dinner with Aaron. Hey, did Aaron not, she phrased it weird, but I don't think she meant to. I think she was frazzled. Did Aaron not say some despicable shit about eight?
Starting point is 01:10:08 Or, pavit, damn it. Did she not say some despicable? shit about Povett at BravoCon. And he says, yes, okay, what did he say? He said, or she said, I know she's not happy with her husband, and I know for a fact that he's gay.
Starting point is 01:10:22 I have proof. I know someone that goes to his gym. So, we've gone down this road in other shows. It is not received well, ever. It's a fucked up thing to say, even if he is gay, because now you're outing him on national television. So there's a lot of layers to this, that you just
Starting point is 01:10:38 don't do it. It's a no-no. but she decides to do it. Do I believe she did it? Yeah, 100%. Do I believe this setup? Could it be a little like, hey, Chris, I'm going to call you when I get there and bring this up? It doesn't matter.
Starting point is 01:10:52 Maybe. I would 100% believe that Aaron said this. And I think there's more evidence. I think it's going to come out. I think it's going to kick her right in the head and she's going to try to backpedal. But at this point, like that's what Aaron, she's gotten to this point unscathed seemingly. Like she's gotten through the re-reboot. She's still around.
Starting point is 01:11:12 I think she thinks that she's untouchable. This is the kind of thing that can send you into a career-ending spiral on Housewives. You better be ready for the backlash because you opened up a very dangerous can of worms. Yeah. Honestly, my brain kind of goes to, she's close with Lindsay Hubbard. I imagine if she's talking shit on Lindsay Hubbard, I would love to see that conversation. Like, like, sigh is a pretty tough opponent. Jessel, you know, Aaron,
Starting point is 01:11:38 her have clashed a lot. I don't think she's really afraid of her, but Lindsay would be a mean opponent for Aaron. But yeah, I'm, I'm with Haley at this point. I just want to go hang out, you know, take an edible, chill out by the beach, relax, I agree, I have some fun, enjoy myself because I'm not having any fun right now. And then Haley's probably still thinking about the John of K plus eight comment that Daisy made earlier the day, which is totally fun. But this is definitely going to turn as we go to tipsy tennis into like, not a lot happens. in tipsy tennis until sigh hears a pop.
Starting point is 01:12:11 And that was, look, I'm not a doctor. I like to diagnose because I watch a lot of sports. If it was an Achilles pop, that is a very loud pop. Everybody hears that fucking pop.
Starting point is 01:12:22 I don't think it was that. It may have been a little ankle turn, maybe a little bit of this. That was, I'm not laughing at her misfortune, but it was very funny to watch. There's a non-contact injury. Everybody talk about getting an airlift.
Starting point is 01:12:35 You need a medevac. We need to call a private plane to get you back to New York. I'm sorry, but like, go sit it out a little bit and like, you know, obviously don't go play tennis and don't do anything else. It could be an M-TL. I have a drink. I doubt it. I mean, we haven't heard anything to the contrary, at least from what I've seen.
Starting point is 01:12:53 It was just very funny to watch them all like, oh my God. Like, we have a medic coming on the way. We need to get you airlifted out of here. You need to get back to a good hospital. No, no, no. You can wait until you get that because she wanted the private plane. She was talking out like, we need the private plane. Call onker and get the private plane here.
Starting point is 01:13:09 But Aaron sat out. She didn't go and run over there and check on her, which I do think is going to come back into conversation. I agree. I hope that she's right. I think Aaron, Aaron is doing the karma. Like you came after me.
Starting point is 01:13:24 No, Aaron, karma already happened. You already stepped on the glass. That was your karma. This is not karma. This is completely unrelated. Oh, man. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:13:32 I mean, look, what an episode, honestly. Like, that shit was crazy. Top to the bottom. We talked to Epstein.
Starting point is 01:13:41 We had a sports injury. We had a little bit of, Martha Stewart was in that episode. That was a very packed app. But anyways, let's see what you guys had to say about. I'm actually very curious to read these questions. First one up here from Brony T. Love the username for this one. Do you guys like quote unquote activated Psy?
Starting point is 01:14:05 Or do you think she does? to me, to much me, I love it. What? I don't know what that means. Or do you guys think the quote-to-quote activated sigh? Or do you think that she does too much? Me, I love it. There was no punctuation. There was hard to read.
Starting point is 01:14:23 No, I think sigh, she needs to be a little bit more measured about being activated. And I think that she was correctly measured in this episode. This is the first that we've seen her get like actually activated. I think she popped off randomly in the reboot originally, but that was just kind of growing pains, and I think they were on a very, very short leash. This is more calculated. This is more measured.
Starting point is 01:14:44 This makes more sense for her to be in Carol's Grill talking about the Epstein list and also in Aaron's Grill talking about her own separation slash divorce when it comes to David. Which happened two days prior. Yeah. And she's very pointed too. Like she gets to the fucking point, which I really appreciate.
Starting point is 01:14:59 Yeah. And I think that you have to take into consideration in everything that size brought this whole season because we've gotten a much different sign. So now, like you said, in the first reboot, this would kind of come out of nowhere. Like she'd get activated in a hurry. Like, whoa, what happened?
Starting point is 01:15:17 She took her time with this. You know, this is building. Aaron's been pissing her off. She hears something from Jenna Lyons. She presses Carol. Carol's answers are weird. That pisses her off. So she's already heated.
Starting point is 01:15:27 And then Aaron's going to chime in at the worst time and say, well, real friends do this. That would have sent me too. So yeah, I think that it was much more calculated and concise. And we have a well-rounded sigh right now. I think she's great for TV. Yeah, absolutely. From Sarah Trapps, the gay husband rumor storyline again.
Starting point is 01:15:48 Come on, Aaron, do better. Yeah, full agree. I don't know what the fuck she's doing. No idea. Let's see. This is just funny. Oh, go ahead. You go ahead.
Starting point is 01:16:02 No, you go ahead. All right, Casey L. Fowler. uh jessel's reaction to pavitgate he has a dad bodd yeah jessel was unbothered by that whole thing she doesn't care she knows who she's dealing with she knows it's erin just talking shit she does not care yeah that's the good thing about them going back and forth so many times is that jessel is fairly unfazed by it which is exactly where you want people to be when you go up against erin because you can pick apart her defense you just have to be patient and ask very obvious questions and she'll fall apart uh ray gandalo
Starting point is 01:16:35 Pavit is the best husband on Roney, changed my mind. He might be the best husband on multiple shows. He's great. He's a big pop-vice. Yeah, we like him a lot. And look, I mean, who else do we have to deal with? I mean, we don't really know Daisy's husband, aside from the weird comments that she makes about him. Encore, we're going to have to get to know a little bit more.
Starting point is 01:16:56 I mean, he seems like a delight, too. But Pavett is in a league of his own. Agreed. Let's see. from C. Colin. Oh, from C. Collin. Do you think the Carol's actually going to come back next season? No.
Starting point is 01:17:10 Yeah, I actually do. I think that this is going to be her get it all out there, talk about the Epstein list, talk about love stories as much as possible. And then I think next year she's going to expect that that stuff's going to die down, which it probably will. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:17:27 Where to go? Yeah, Bree Bird. As of right now, is Roney better than Rob. I don't want to do that. I don't want to do that either. They're both good. They're both good. But right now, if you're going to tip the scale, I would say Roney's got the upper hand
Starting point is 01:17:43 ever so slightly, but both good shows as of right now. Yep. Absolutely. How to follow up on that, Lindsay Bucks, Roney taking a Roslick showrunner really made a difference, huh? Yeah, it's amazing what you do when you hire people that know what they're doing. Yeah, a lot of shows could learn from that one, that's for sure. the other Lindsay Buck's comment
Starting point is 01:18:02 It's kind of funny Someone said that Haley looks like Grown up Maddie Reese And now that's all I can see I kind of see it They definitely kind of see it From Pat Kearns Do you guys think it was mean
Starting point is 01:18:15 Aaron not going over to Sye when she got hurt Yeah actually I do Yeah I think it's a little fucked up Like yeah you guys got into a fight But like who cares like go over At least stand like you don't have to say anything to her But at least like walk over and stand around with everybody else.
Starting point is 01:18:31 They can instead they pan the camera over to you and I'll read this one because you caught it. But where to go? Where to go? Trying to get up. Shoshi Davis. The editors were smart showing Aaron smirking when Sai got hurt. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 01:18:48 So yeah. Yeah. Yeah. She was definitely doing the, uh, oh, karma got you in the ankle, did it? This one I did not catch. Um, okay, so I'll, I'll do these together because they're, they're, they're sort of of the same cloth. From Sunny Esperaza 1212,
Starting point is 01:19:03 do you feel like Cy had her makeup artist waiting for her call to confirm what was said and also from the 86th housewife did you all see Cy's lips moving replicating exactly what her makeup artist was saying?
Starting point is 01:19:19 It kind of goes in the same box as Aaron was absolutely talking shit and she absolutely said that. I do also think that Cy and her makeup artist talked about that recently and said Yeah, if Aaron's talking shit, we're going to break this one out. What exactly did she say so we could have our story straight? Exactly.
Starting point is 01:19:34 I brought it up earlier. Do I think that it could have been that? Absolutely. Does it matter to the overall storyline because Aaron actually said it? No. No. Doesn't matter how we get there at all because I do one million percent believe Aaron said it. Yep.
Starting point is 01:19:49 For sure. If you don't want to get called out, don't do stupid shit. But, uh, correct. Yeah. Good show, man. It's a good show. I'd like to finish the episode with all of that was alleged. and we're not making any accusations once again.
Starting point is 01:20:02 Absolutely. So tell your lawyers to fuck off. JK, guys, you're cool too. I'll probably not making it better. That's all I got. You got anything else? Nope. Oh, that's our show.
