Well, we reached the end of a very, very interesting season.
And what an ending it was.
It's just, it's almost like they knew that this was going to happen.
So they decided to highlight Sierra being the best friend you could possibly,
possibly have an Amanda taking advantage of what a great friend she is.
It was gut-wrenching.
Yeah.
I mean, we thought it was over.
Like, you get close to the reunion, you're like,
all right, I just want to get to the reunion.
They drop the trailer.
Then you just have to get through the finale.
And you know the finale is going to be a little weird.
It's going to be a little wonky.
And then you get through it.
And I felt empty inside of this episode.
I'm not going to lie.
As there's a drive in a deep left field by Castellanos.
Oh, man, it's 8 o'clock.
And so that'll make it a...
I don't need the spotlight.
I shine just fine.
Hi, I'm Karma and yes, I am a bitch.
Brov Bros.
Good evening, everybody.
Welcome back to another episode of Brov Bros.
Your favorite podcast from the Bros.
For everybody, for whoever wants to listen, I have your co-host, Steele Russell, joined as always.
Really got him for a few more episodes, Sherlock Magoutes.
What's up, dude?
I don't even think I'm going to be Sherlock Magoutes in the reunion.
I'm just going to be an observant McGee.
I'm just going to watch and see what happens.
I mean, yeah, maybe I'll read into a couple things, but.
I mean, there's no more tape to go over.
It's just get all the reactions out there.
That's what the reunion is going to be.
But we're here to talk about the finale.
And so many different emotions for this one.
This was weird.
The very end of it just felt like the show is over.
I don't know what the hell to make of that.
I mean, we'll try to decompress and figure that one out.
But the rest of this episode is just, it's gut-wrenching.
I mean, it just felt like getting stabbed over and over again.
And I will say this right now.
We need to revisit this.
Amanda's not getting enough hate.
She just isn't.
Mental,
fucking, you know,
whatever you want to throw out there that Kyle's trying to protect her from.
She's not getting enough hate after this episode.
She deserves everything.
It's crazy.
It really was heartbreaking to watch in so many different areas.
Like, you know,
the closure of Amanda and Kyle after all these years
obviously carries its own weight.
watching Amanda navigate the group and pull at people's heartstrings and throw another pity party.
And we get to watch one more time, Mia, Sierra rally around her, lift her up, say all the things she wants to hear, knowing what she did, knowing that she stabbed Sierra in the back very shortly after this.
Like, all of it was just, it was borderline too much, you know?
and like, I don't know.
I agree.
Like, I think that it's very interesting to look at this from a social standpoint of, you know,
fragile white woman going through something.
Let's not pile on too much.
But I would ask everybody out there if the roles were reversed and Sierra was the,
the assailant, if you will, would she be given that same reprieve?
I don't think so.
I really don't think so.
I'm not trying to make it about race,
but that is a very big part of this whole thing.
And I think that you have this, again,
like this portrayal of Amanda that she puts out there on the screen is like,
whoa,
is me.
I'm so fragile.
I can't deal with anything.
Meanwhile,
the way that she moves behind the scenes is indicative of somebody entirely different
than she's trying to portray.
So I don't like to throw my hat in the ring of like,
yeah, let's pile on somebody.
But at the same time, this is really fucked up.
And I feel like she's given kind of an out because of her mental fragility.
And I think that's interesting.
Yeah, I think it's interesting too.
I think the biggest issue for me while watching this episode and getting to the end of the episode is that they had such a great summer.
I mean, they really did.
And if this West and Amanda shit didn't pop off the way that it did after the season, we'd be talking about this like one of the best and most fun seasons of the summer.
Knowing that Kyle and Amanda separate at the end, we don't have that dark cloud hanging over us.
where it's like, oh, shit, Amanda's got to go through this again.
They're getting back to the city.
We've got in the city, so we're going to have to be exposed to even more Kyle and Amanda
drama.
We are going to be exposed to a lot of Kyle and Amanda drama, but it's going to look very different.
And we knew that going into this.
They were viving so hard.
I mean, they even pointed out at one point.
We had two people couple up, and usually that's the biggest problem of this house.
And it wasn't the problem.
I mean, yes, they were outsiders, but they were ingratiated.
They got brought into the fold pretty quickly.
We had to get to know all these people.
They had such a great summer.
And this was like a genuine, oh, man.
I think they knew that that house was being sold, by the way.
I think that was part of it.
They definitely did.
At the same time, they had such a great momentous summer.
They had so many good moments.
Kyle and Amanda aside, everybody else was vibe being really well.
Sierra and West came together.
I still think by the end of this episode, even if West and Amanda didn't hook up,
a lot of us would be sitting here like, yeah, no, West is going to do the same thing again.
He's absolutely going to play her and he's going to play right in her face.
and this whole thing's going to blow up once again,
and we're going to have to go through it.
But we'll always have this summer.
We had a dark cloud hanging over us since week four,
since episode four,
and that's pretty much what we've been navigating through.
It's just tough.
It really sucks because the show was really hitting its stride.
It was in such a good place,
and they had to blow everything up.
And now we don't know what it looks like.
And the uncertainty in the reality TV world is always a big problem.
It could be fine.
It could be okay.
But no matter what,
we're going to have to work through and dig through a lot of that shit
just to get back to even like level footing
and that's going to suck.
Yeah, the one shining light here is that we know Sierra signed back for next season.
I think Kyle did too.
So they're coming back in some capacity, what that looks like, who the fuck knows at this point,
especially after watching this episode.
And it does raise a lot of questions.
Like, what do we do now?
It's kind of the big one.
It's like new house, new people, new structure.
Like the west part of it, like you said, you know, I was able, I think we've been in
this log through long enough with the news dropping that I'm able to to watch it from different
perspectives of like, okay, let's take the Amanda shit out of this.
Just West and Sierra.
All this episode confirmed is what we talked about last week.
It's like this guy's fucking panicking.
He is scared shitless because he realizes he jumped in way too heavy because he wanted her to
like him again because he hates him people don't like him.
So he over extended his hand.
And now he's in a position where he's going to fuck her over again.
And he knows that.
And now he also knows what it happens when he does that.
He knows what the backlash is.
So now he's spiraling like, oh, my God, what the fuck am I going to?
That's all I saw this episode was side conversations of trying to figure out how to not get in that same spot.
And then his stupid brain superseding all of that and going, I don't care because I'm horny.
I'm going down this road.
That's all I saw.
And the one thing that I will never forgive West for is taking away something.
that is near and dear to me.
And that's calling a lot of people idiots because I would have been in my fucking glory
in this episode, watching him squirm, watching him freak out and then make out with her.
After telling Ben, I don't know, you know, just please tell Sabrina that you don't want us to
date.
There's no reason to date.
Like we have to navigate this a lot better than we did the first time.
We got to figure this out.
We have to be friends first.
And then he goes and makes out with her.
There was so many people in the beginning of the season pushing for Sierra and West to get back
together and they would have been living for it.
And then this episode would have popped off and I could have finally had my moment to call
everybody idiots, which I love doing more than anything on this show.
And he took that away from me.
He took that away from me.
And I'll never forget him.
I mean, he's got a lot of things I won't forgive him for, honestly.
You know, I think the biggest thing is, is like you said, this was the best summer,
possibly ever.
This is top two, minimum.
And he ruined that.
He literally ruined that by being.
too horny and that sucks and I hate him for it.
So he's got a lot of things to atone for that I don't think you ever will because he's a
bitch boy and he's not going to do it.
I will say I got a talking to last week.
I shouldn't have said pooch belly.
That was mean.
I should have just made fun of his tiny penis and I didn't.
I was caught up in the moment and Dev,
dev checked me real quick as she will and that's why I love her very much.
She's like, really? Really?
How would you like if someone said about you?
I was like, all right.
You're right.
I don't know.
The Russell household might be going soft because I'm on your side, buddy.
I don't know.
You can say pooch billy, whatever the hell you want.
Fuck that guy.
Yeah, well, you know, I like to refrain from body shaming other than tiny penises.
So I'll try to keep it penis-centric this episode.
But let's jump in.
And, you know, obviously I read through everything now with a fine tooth comb.
I don't like that Amanda kiss Jesse.
I just don't like it.
You know, it starts off with that.
I'm just like, I don't like it.
It's probably friendly.
probably means nothing, but you're weird and you move different.
I don't like it.
And, you know, her saying things like, we could be friends inside the city, but nothing beats
this, right?
I'm like, who are you?
What, where's this coming from?
And it comes back to, you said it last week.
And it's, it's just sitting in my brain now.
Her hanging out with West, when you said she's turning into that lady that only hangs
out with dudes and then starts talking like all that shit, you're completely right, which
tells me we put that together with with kyle saying you spent more time with west than you have
with me put all of that together like how much time was she spending with this guy because she is
talking like west now she's acting like west we've never heard her proclaim oh my god this is the
greatest house in the world this is the greatest summer in the world like that's all i ever want to do is
be here and then the episode kicks off with nothing beats this who are you well you know what the other part
that is she and this is jealousy towards sierra now that sierra and west are cool she sees once
again which i remember vividly that she did not really like it and she was sort of like squidward
watching sponge bob and patrick outside having a great time while she was inside dealing with
kyle she watches sierra west and jesse have a great time and have that friendship and like
it obviously blossomed into a terrible relationship with sierra and west but she was jealous of that
and now that's back so while we're watching jesse which is very funny to watch
Jesse because at first he's like, cool, the gang's back together.
And now he's like, oh, fuck, are you going to do it again, West?
Like in real time, you can watch that in this episode alone.
But Amanda's also watching the three of them.
Amanda's also watching them like, I've been having conversations with other people about
separating from Kyle.
I'm thinking about what my life can look like.
Could it be similar to what Sierra has with West and Jesse?
Could I be part of that crew?
Maybe I don't want Sierra there.
I mean, obviously, I can say that right now, you know, in hindsight.
Maybe I don't want Sierra there.
Maybe I want to replace Sierra and be friends with Jesse.
and West and do that and go out and live my life.
There's a certain line that she crosses where it's like,
okay, I get that.
If you want to be separated from Kyle and you want to try to live your life,
enjoy your time in New York City as a single girl, fine.
If you didn't do this with West, I'd be rooting for you.
I really would want you to go do that.
And I would even probably be making excuses and saying like,
all right, it makes sense.
Like you wouldn't be part of that crew.
You would have a lot of fun.
Like you should go do that.
Maybe it'll change your personality a little bit.
They'll have a little bit more fun going out in the city.
That would be great for you.
instead I'm looking at it completely differently.
I'm looking at it waywardly.
I'm looking at it like,
you probably don't want Sierra to be there.
You want to be Sierra.
You want to do all the things that she's doing.
And instead of doing the cool things that Sierra does
and being the pretty girl in New York and having the time of your life,
you end up replacing her and doing the stupidest thing that Sierra did.
And that was shacking up with West in the first place.
So good job.
Way to go.
Not to mention,
I always come back to the idea that you're big hold up with
Kyle was that he's this party animal.
You go out. Like, West is Kyle 2.0?
Like, to the T. There's very few differences, actually, between the two of them.
And you decided to shack up with him after giving Kyle shit for years.
In the intro to in the city, Kyle says, like, somebody gets to fall in love with the version of you that I fell in love with.
And like, to me, I thought was really interesting because I'm like, oh, yeah.
And Dev pointed it out.
She's credit to her.
She was sleuthing this shit way before I was.
And most people, she noticed.
Well, not even that.
Like, at the beginning of the year, Amanda was posting a bunch of shit.
And she brought it up to me like, hey, isn't it weird that like Amanda's now suddenly like this party animal.
Like she's going out day drinking all the time.
Like, what's going on?
And I was like, hey, you know, she's done with Kyle.
She's living her life.
Who cares?
And she was like, I don't know.
That just seems very out of character.
low and behold, all credit to Deb once again, as per usual.
But yeah, that was interesting.
And now it's like, I think that you take your theory and put it in with, you know,
wanting to be this, I don't even, I don't know.
It's like, does she want to be like iconic?
Does she want to be like this, this new standout person that comes from the show?
She's trying to like elevate herself to that status.
Like, is that part of it?
I don't think so.
I want to know what was going through her.
Ed. Yeah, I don't even think the phrase out of character for Amanda even applies to anything anymore because we don't really know who Amanda is.
It's a really good point. negatively, you could look at it with all the people going back and rewatching early seasons of Summerhouse and, you know, the spat between Kyle and Hannah, you know, was Amanda orchestrating that.
Did Amanda, was Amanda the one to tell Kyle like, hey, don't sit down with Hannah and don't talk this thing out because I want her gone because I want to be with Paige.
Like that was probably true. So there's so many different things that she's done over the years that I feel like we've kind of turned a blind eye towards.
it's because of the way that Kyle's been acting.
It's like, all right, Amanda's not the problem.
Kyle's the problem.
We recently had conversations about Amanda being part of the problem,
but still not a big part of that problem.
So I don't know what her character is.
I have zero idea of who she is,
but I do think, and this is just something that I got to get,
her personality just doesn't align with being iconic at all.
And I think she gets that.
And I think she has that sort of anxiety where, yeah,
she was shacking up with West,
but she was still trying to hide it,
probably not because she knew that there was going to be blowback,
but because she didn't want to be in the public eye.
So I don't think that she would ever really even be aligned with,
and everybody uses this as an example,
I don't think that she would ever be aligned with the Ariana edit.
I don't think that she would ever have to rise to stardom
because she just doesn't have that personality.
Like, she was okay.
She was fine,
but she's fucking boring.
Like she is.
And now she's got this whole party girl mentality where she's going out,
but it's just because she wanted to be with West.
That's all it was.
Oh, gross.
Well, Kyle and Sierra chatting, and you're seeing the dread set in on Kyle.
He's recognizing the end.
I think he knows that he has done too much.
It's irredeemable at this point.
I do think at this juncture, West is in the picture in some way, shape, or form.
And I think that he's in Amanda's ear.
Oh, dude, they got caught at the end of the episode.
Did you see that clip?
Yeah.
Yeah.
That little like whisper.
Jumping to it.
Yeah.
So there was a whisper when they're all saying goodbye.
And this isn't really part of the goodbye anyway.
so I don't really care about jumping into it.
But there was part of that where they're all saying goodbye.
West gave Amanda a hug.
There was definitely a whisper,
which I think was,
let me know when you get to the hotel
because West probably knew that she was going to a hotel before Kyle did.
Yes,
probably told her to go to a hotel.
Still think that they're fucking separated,
but whatever.
But yeah,
Wes did that.
And then when Sierra comes over and goes,
what the hell,
she was talking about something completely different,
but Amanda's face was like,
oh, fuck, did we just get caught?
Did you just say something to me that she overheard?
And now she's like, what the hell?
She's done that three times this season.
The most notable was when she was sitting at the table,
and I think it was Lindsay or Mia that said,
oh, yeah, Sierra's got something to talk to you about.
It's like, oh, fuck, do you know?
So yes.
It was that and then the Ben moment at the mini golf course.
Yep.
Oh, gross.
It's gross.
I don't like it at all.
But, you know, Kyle's going through it.
His whole entire life is seemingly coming apart at the seams.
He even says so himself, like lover boys and shambles.
his marriage shambles, his reputation shambles.
So he's going through a whole range of emotions.
And I do think Sierra's right.
It's like, look, I get it.
I think the thing with Kyle Cook for most people that watch the show is like,
we're rooting for you, dude, but get out of your own fucking way.
Like your reactions suck.
How you talk to people sucks.
You can't blow up like that.
Sierra's telling him as much.
And that's why I love Sierra is like she's always unapologetically herself in a way.
where it's like, I'm going to tell you what's up.
She does it in a way that's not inflammatory.
It's just like, hey, big head, you got to fix this.
I love you.
But like seriously, fucking fix this shit.
And I think that she also in this moment, this is more of a like, hey, this isn't in
regards to your relationship.
I think Sierra knows that it's over.
I think she's giving him like life advice.
Like for future Kyle and for whoever Kyle ends up with, you need to fix these things.
That's the by my God at least.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I think this was a better conversation.
to it and we all knew it and Kyle the way he goes about things.
Yeah,
that whole separation conversation that we had on the beach was really weighing on me and it
really affected me the whole weekend.
Like that is typical Kyle where he's just going to make excuses.
It's always somebody else's fault.
There's always something else going on.
He usually uses lover boy as the big excuse,
but we've heard enough about a lot going on.
It's so much dead up to my eyeballs.
That's why I got up my money dollars.
I thought it was two.
It's 10.
Oh, Jesus.
God,
every time I bring it up,
it's going to be something else.
But yeah, I mean, that's just part of the course with Kyle.
Now, I think that Sierra approaches this conversation a little differently because I think that the separation thing that popped up in like five or six episodes ago at this point, it was sort of like a flip of a switch for Sierra.
She's like, oh, fuck, all right.
Yeah, you guys should definitely get separated now that I'm thinking about it.
But now she handles this conversation a lot differently than the beach because it's more of Kyle-centric.
It's more Kyle focused.
Like, leave Amanda out of this.
You're going through a lot of shit.
Yes.
This could be good for you to just kind of take a beat.
That's all I'm asking.
Just take a beat.
Stop thinking about Amanda.
Stop talking about Amanda.
Like you woke up this morning and had an opportunity to apologize to her.
You didn't.
You just kind of went about your day, which is why she's mad at you right now.
And she doesn't want to talk to you.
So all of those things are coming into play.
But especially with that, like focus on yourself.
All of these things that you keep bringing up when we're talking to you about Amanda in your
relationship, you're like, I've got this going on, this going on, this going on.
And she doesn't do anything to help out.
She doesn't even care that I'm doing this.
It's like, okay, it sounds like you personally have a lot of problems.
focus on that. I think that's pretty good advice. I think that was the right way to go about it from
Sierra's standpoint. I do too. I do too. It just she's always a voice of reason that I'm glad
she's coming back next to see. I'm very curious to see what they're going to do as far as her
storyline next year goes like what she's going to be doing. What we're focused on. I have no idea
like that. Like you said early on, it's it's hard to be in a place with reality TV shows where there's
uncertainty. Uncertainty and reality TV tends to be a negative thing. But we'll see. Lindsay,
Lindsay, Lindsay needs to have a convo with Carl. I will say this. It was a nice conversation,
actually. Initially leading up to it, I was like, why? Like, what are we going to talk about?
You guys broke off for a fucking engagement. There's not really much to say. In real world,
you wouldn't ever talk to each other again, more than likely. So I get that the show is part of it.
I get you're going to see each other.
But all of that being said, and, you know, I tend to be a little biased towards Lindsay,
not because I hate her.
I think she's awesome for the show.
I just am team Carl.
Everybody knows this.
This was a really nice conversation.
And when I watched, I was like, oh, I think they needed this genuinely.
This was definitely needed.
Like, for all of the things that you just listed, all the reasons that you just listed,
this was absolutely needed.
I was very excited when Lindsay pulled Carl for a chat.
I needed this.
I really wanted.
wanted to see this. And I do think that I actually believe her where she says this. Like,
you know what? I think it's partially like, yeah, Sharon coming into the fold and talking to her
while she was at soft bar. I think that brought up some emotions for sure. I think that she's leaning
heavily on that. But I do think it's also like, all right, maybe I have been kind of oblivious to
what's been going on. Like Carl and I have been a little bit better. And do I want that friendship
again? Do I want to get back to that? And Lindsay's going to go more into it when we get to
in the city because that's her show and she's going to talk a lot about what she's going through,
what she's been going through with Gemma and the breakup and all of those things and what she wants
the rest of her life to look like. I do think she wants Carl in her life. I do think that she kind of
had that maybe not in epiphany, but she had that feeling like, all right, maybe this is good.
Maybe Carl has changed a lot. And I think the fight the night prior probably changed some things.
And she says that and that was really nice too where she's like, I could see what was going on with
you. And I knew that me, my voice, me pulling you over, like looking at you, that was going to be
enough for you to kind of like chill out a little bit.
I thought that was really nice.
Like this was a really good conversation and I don't think this was really for the show.
I do think there's a lot of love in there.
They never really had that conversation.
And I do think she felt really hurt the way that Carl went about the end of their engagement.
Now, they're both in much better places.
I think admittedly so they're both going to tell you that.
They're both in much better places and there is no reason for the two of them to ever get back together.
All right.
Neil.
Okay.
But I don't want them.
I just think they're going to end up in like 10 years.
just going to be like, you know what?
Weird partnership.
Daddy Carl.
Yeah, I could definitely see that.
I don't know.
But that being said, I would have loved if she had broken the fourth, fifth, sixth wall,
whatever, and just said, all right, you're invited to be on in the city season two.
Because that's what I want.
That's all I fucking want.
Like, Carl being left out of that show is my main grape with Lindsay.
The rest of it, I'm okay with.
I think he's going to wiggle his way in there.
There's no reason.
Like, Carl is having absolute renaissance right now.
like everybody's team carl and now that him and lindsay are cool like there's there is no reason
for him to be off that show unless he personally doesn't want to do it for some reason which would be
stupid so yeah i think that we'll see him i would be shocked if we don't see cameos of him in season
one and then season two being a full-time cast member especially who knows what kyle has a lot of say
on that too so i mean if kyle and karl get together they're not going to be like well lindsay
didn't want this they're not going to have any lindsay karl moments but kyle and karl will definitely be
together. Yeah, I agree. But Kyle is navigating the party trying to just talk to Amanda. I wanted
your feelings on this. Let's take the West stuff out of it. Do you think that Amanda was too harsh to
not give him the time of day the entire night? Um, I think she could have said something to the
tune of like not right now we can talk a little bit later we can talk in the morning i just want to
enjoy the party like i just don't spring this on me like i think she could have spoken a little bit more
i think the cold shoulder at first was completely fine but if he keeps coming over you do have to
say something like that is still your husband and i i don't know if i believe either of you when
you say you're working on things and you're not separated yet you definitely are but i do think at
some point you just have to say like all right look i know you really want to talk right now that's okay
I appreciate that.
You still didn't apologize to me,
but we'll have this conversation tomorrow morning.
Like,
that's all I really want.
Just let me go have fun.
That's all she really had to say.
I don't need her to have the fucking conversation with Kyle right now.
The conversation in the morning was a much better segue into in the city.
It was perfectly made.
But at the party,
like with Kyle coming over like a puppy dog every five minutes,
like just fucking say something to him.
Just at least give him throw him a goddamn bone so he stops.
Like I don't understand it.
And again,
you know,
it's hard to not bring the West stuff in.
it's hard to not bring what Amanda turned into into all of this.
I think she gets off on that.
She absolutely does just as much as the pity party that she shows or that she throws herself
in a little bit where she acts like she doesn't love that people are coming over to
her asking her if she's okay.
Just do something.
You can't sit there and tell me that Amanda's not doing this for her own pleasure.
Like, ah, yeah, this is good stuff.
Like I hope Kyle comes over again so I could shoe him away in front of more people so that
more dudes see me pushing my husband away and they have to ask what's going on there.
And then when I get back to it in the city, I can maybe flirt with some more guys.
Maybe West isn't the end all deal.
Like that's all, that's the vibe I was getting from the man for the whole time.
That's the vibe I got to.
It's not that I thought that she owed him a convo because he is the one that lit the match.
And I acknowledge, we've talked about that so many times.
And I forget his name.
He always comments on YouTube.
He doesn't like me, but listens and comments about me all the time.
And I was going to say ad nauseam.
He was like, no, so does ad nauseum anymore.
Well, we do.
bitch. So ad nauseum. We've talked about this ad nauseum that Kyle is part of the problem.
Like he's a bigger part of the problem. And that's not going to go away. It's more so acknowledging
that it was not a one-sided issue that Amanda definitely played her part. And I agree with you.
I think that she enjoys these moments of get away. Hey, I want to introduce you to someone. No, I'm good.
Go fuck yourself. It's literally it's the next level of,
having that sympathy from everybody else.
Now it's like,
oh,
wow,
you're empowered.
We like that.
We want to see that.
I just,
I don't get it.
Again,
I don't know what Amanda's personality is anymore.
I don't know if I ever knows.
No,
what Amanda's personality was.
I'm questioning a lot of things now,
but this is like,
why are you being tough?
Like,
what is this?
We're getting,
that's not usually who you are.
No,
I think what we saw at the mid to end of this season's almost like an identity crisis.
Like,
she doesn't know she is anymore.
And she's doing things that she hasn't done.
And then,
like, ah, I'm going to try to be tough now.
Now I'm going to try to be cool.
And now I'm going to go back to my OG and cry.
Yeah, that's what I always come back to with watching this season into a different scope of just what's going on with Amanda and Kyle.
I think it would have made sense.
And we would have been like, yeah, that totally checks out.
Like, you're done.
And we know you're done because you guys get separated at the end of the season.
So we're watching this in real time.
And we understand why you're doing these things and why you're having this identity crisis.
And I get it.
That would have been it.
I think that would have been the end of the conversation.
We wouldn't have had a deeper conversation about it,
but we have to now.
Unfortunately,
but I didn't know that the real villain in all of this is fucking Sabrina.
I had no idea.
You asshole.
Because Sierra goes over to Sabrina.
She's like, God.
First of all, Ben said, I love you.
Yay.
Second of all, Sabrina, you're the greatest blessing of my life, Sierra.
You're the greatest, but I love you so much.
Yeah, well, I love you.
You made me believe in love.
You made me believe to wear my heart on my sleeve.
And that just because you love and lost, at least you love.
Fuck.
Fuck.
Yeah.
You're why.
You're why she gave West another chance.
You did this.
You were in her ear.
You gave her false hope.
It's Sabrina's fault.
You can't tell me any difference.
I just,
I love the conversations between Sabrina and Sierra because it's very clear to me that we're not
seeing how much they hang out.
Like they must be hanging out every single day in the city.
Like, Sabrina strikes me as somebody who.
just keeps texting and texting and texting and wears you down.
Like we watched it with Jesse.
Jesse was joking about it originally and then he's like, I guess we text now.
And then a week later, he's like, I love Sabrina.
Sabrina's the best.
Like that must just be her personality.
But when you see when you see Sierra and Sabrina talking, I'm like,
you guys are talking like old best friends.
Like me and Sierra don't even talk like this.
How long have you guys known each other?
They must be hanging out and texting and calling each other and FaceTiming every single day
the way they're talking to each other right now.
Yeah, yeah.
And she, she, damn it, she infiltrated Sierra because she wouldn't have given a message.
I think Sierra was going to do it either way, to be honest.
No.
This is, we'd be having a much different conversation right now.
Let's be very honest.
The way that this episode played out didn't lead to West and Amanda.
If it was just West and Sierra, we'd be like, God, damn it.
Sierra, we did it again.
You're falling for it again.
And West is doing the same fucking shit.
Why are we doing this?
But instead, it's like, oh, God, you poor girl.
Oh, man.
It's Sabrina.
Sabrina is the villain.
I love that you're blaming her.
Yep, 100% all blame goes on Sabrina.
But Ben and West are talking.
And here's your first little glimpse into panic mode.
Panic throttle, West is panicking and saying, look, I know I handled last year terribly,
but like, hey, can you make sure Sabrina isn't trying to make a date immediately?
All right.
Like, please don't have that her putting things in Sierra's head.
I'm not trying to, this is the line.
I'm not trying to be a boyfriend.
You can't deny the sexual tension, et cetera.
But the last thing I want to do,
the last thing I want to do
is have her heart broken again.
Mind you all in about four hours.
He's going to make out with Sierra.
Oh, that's much longer than four hours later.
That doesn't matter.
I know.
And then upon departure is going to say to Sierra, I love you.
So no, dude, you're not going to protect your.
So that's all he's doing, by the way.
He knows it's on camera.
He's trying to protect himself.
He's trying to get ahead of things.
And he's trying to say this in the moment so that we think that he thought it through.
Yeah, but it's still so fucking short-sighted.
Because even if you, like, that would make things worse if you had this conversation with Ben.
and very clearly did not have this conversation with Sierra.
And that's all we wanted.
Yeah, I know he's stupid.
But if you did this and then we got to the reunion and that aired and you and Sierra
rekindled something and maybe it was still going on.
Maybe you guys were still hitting it off and things were okay.
And you did actually have a conversation at some point.
And you were able to try to make this thing work.
And we got to the reunion and you guys were still dating but figuring things out.
And then we get to this and you roll the tape.
You're like, what the fuck?
Like, you knew this back in August.
in September, but we're still doing this.
Like, that would have been such a weird situation to be in.
And again, like, you're able to have this conversation with Ben.
You just met Ben.
Like, how are you able to just do this?
When Ben doesn't understand most of the history, most of the context, he knows what's going on,
but he wasn't there for all of it.
He doesn't know how deep it is.
He doesn't know how heavy it is on the rest of the house.
You're able to have this conversation with Ben.
You should be at least having that conversation with Mia.
Like, what the hell?
How are you doing this?
And like you said, it's just a way to protect himself.
It's just so stupid and short-sighted.
If he wasn't such a moron and had any kind of semblance of a spine or balls,
this would have been a conversation with Sierra.
Well, I don't know.
I didn't see his balls in that picture.
Were they tiny as well?
I just assume, given the P.P.
But metaphorical balls.
We don't have to talk about the actual nuts.
Like, you fucking, even Jesse was telling you.
Like there needs to be a.
boundaries conversation. There needs to be a boundaries conversation. And you have the conversation with
everybody but Sierra because Horny West doesn't want to close that door because Horny West wants
the opportunity to maybe hit it again and try to wiggle his way out of it. That's all.
This conversation is for nobody else but Sierra. Make your intentions very clear to her. Hey,
I'm so happy we're friends again. We can't go down this road. I'm not ready. I don't want to hurt you.
anything would have sufficed, but you don't.
You don't have a spy.
So instead of doing that, you talk to everybody else because in your head,
his grand plan was when shit fell apart,
Amanda stuff aside,
he could be like, look, I told people, like, I wasn't ready.
I wasn't ready.
That's all he's trying to do.
And he's such a fucking coward about it.
It's so stupid.
He's such a dumbass.
Yeah.
But Kyle and Lindsay have a quick chat.
Amanda walks by,
blows Kyle off again.
And, you know,
again,
you're getting kind of the reckoning.
at this point, Kyle is realizing, he's like, I've given her every reason to walk out.
Even he's saying, like, what are we going to do?
I have another conversation about how we recover.
Like, we've been there, done that.
He knows it's the lost cause.
It is sad to watch him, like, slowly get beaten down more and figure out, like, fuck,
I think I ruined my marriage.
But you have Amanda after that gets to go over and snuggle up with Sierra and Mia and say,
I'm just so grateful to have both of you.
You truly say what I think, and you speak it out loud.
well, we just want you to be happy, Amanda.
Well, I fear that I'm not enough.
Fuck you.
Fuck you, dude.
Like, stop it.
This is so self-serving and you probably get this weird tingle while they're saying like,
ooh, I am.
Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, no, no, no.
Knowing what you did and what you're capable of now,
every single one, how many pity parties have we seen her throw?
This exact scene copy and paste.
There's one in episode pretty much this whole season.
And she was doing the thing, which I always fucking despise when people do this.
I don't want to be a burden to you guys.
I feel like I'm taking away from your experience because all I do is have to go through all of this.
And then the two of you have to just get in bed with me and talk things out.
And you have to make me feel better.
And I feel like I'm burdening you.
Anybody who actually feels like they're burdening somebody isn't somebody that's actually going to feel bad.
Like they just want to do that just to get the sympathy.
They just want to do it so that they can get through all of it.
It's fucking insane.
Yeah, and it's so...

Easy to read through and see through, but I did like, you know, again, we have to separate
what's going on and what we know now, but I like that Sierra in this one was like, all right,
well, then you want tough love? Well, here it is, bitch. Fucking put on your big girl pants and
knock this shit off. Because at some point, we can't keep doing this pity party. We can't
keep coming to your defense.
Like you need to go and stand up for yourself and say,
hey,
I'm fucking done with this and leave.
And we've been fucking yelling this for years.
And imagine if you've done this two years ago,
when you should have done it,
we'd all be team Amanda.
Hell yeah,
you probably could have hooked up with West two years later.
We'd be like,
oh, that's kind of fucked,
but it wouldn't be this shit.
So,
Jesus,
it would still be pretty fucking bad.
I take that bad.
I know it would be.
As soon as I said,
I was like,
yeah, no, that doesn't make sense.
But you should have left a while ago.
Now you're finally getting the pep talk from Sierra to actually do it.
You're going to do it.
Even though I agree with you, I think you've already done it.
I think you guys have been separated for a while.
So this is a whole lot of hoopla for nothing.
Yeah, I love that Kyle on Watch weapons live.
They really kept talking about like showing up together and driving into the Hamptons together
and not doing it and all of those things.
I don't believe anybody, anything that you guys are saying.
But I'm happy that this happened.
I mean, I don't know if happy is even the right word.
Like you try to find happiness in this show.
You try to find little things here and there.
And you're like, good for you.
I'm happy that you stood up for something.
I think Sierra has been waiting to get that off of her chest.
I think Mia, more so than anyone, has been waiting for Sierra to get that off of her chest for a while.
There must have been so many conversations.
I can only imagine being a fly on the wall back in New York City after a weekend of the
Hamkins where Amanda and Kyle are just budding heads the whole time.
And Kyle's being a piece of shit.
And then you get back and you're like,
Oh, God, fucking Tuesday.
Kyle's out in Toronto doing a DJ set.
Amanda texted me and asked if I can come over.
I already know what this is going to be.
I don't want to deal with it anymore.
Just fucking go.
Move on.
Like, do you want us to move?
Like, I would have much rather gotten a text that said,
can you come over?
I need to pack a lot of shit and I'm getting the hell out of here for a little while.
I would have loved to have done that.
But instead, I know I'm coming over there just so I can make you feel better.
I've been doing this for years.
Like this, it must have been building.
So the pity party did not go hell
and man to thought it was going to go.
I do think that no matter what
they were going to have that conversation
because it's captivating.
It goes right in the city.
They probably already had this pretty well thought out.
Kyle was holding on to it,
you know, whatever.
And we'll get to that scene a little bit later.
But for Sierra, it's like, all right, fine, cool.
We're not going to do a pity party anymore.
I'm going to tell you what the fuck's up finally.
And we're going to be able to get through this
and you're going to be fine.
And that's, I think, the start of probably the worst feeling
while watching this is watching Sierra
empower Amanda knowing what Amanda does later.
It's like, oh, I'm really happy that you got that off your chest.
But this is going to look so much worse than you just holding her and saying you're going to be okay.
Don't really worry about it.
Like, yeah, obviously that's going to make you feel icky.
But this is worse.
This is like that on steroids somehow.
It's disgusting, honestly.
And all signs point to her and West had at least at the very minimum, bare minimum at this juncture, an emotional affair.
I truly believe that something physical has happened at this point, just given their interactions
with one another, especially at the end of this episode, all the weird moments that we've seen
throughout this season.
But to sit there and watch again for seasons, seasons, years, Sierra has gone to bad for
Amanda.
Sierra has gone to bad against Kyle.
She's checked Kyle.
She's raised Amanda up.
She's picked her up from the ground time after time after time.
And we get to watch it one more time in the most drastic way because this leads to their quote unquote separating allegedly.
It's fucking gross.
And this is where anybody that's like, oh, you're going too hard.
And Amanda, it's like, did you watch this scene?
Yeah.
Like, did you watch this actual scene this moment right now where she is stabbing her in the back while smiling in her face?
Yep.
Yeah.
Wow.
It's pretty dirty.
It's fucking gross.
Yeah.
It's filthy.
But Kyle walks up to Amanda again.
Third try here because Sabrina,
who I want to live in the universe that Sabrina lives in,
wherever she is parked,
it seems so very lovely.
She's like,
go talk to her.
That's your woman.
Come on.
Love is love.
Love is love.
I'm like, dude,
come on.
Your rose color glasses are just awesome.
I think the combination of Sabrina with her rose color glasses
and also the way that Kyle keeps talking about it,
Yes, he's talking about Amanda in the way that Amanda is like treating things and how it's not going according to plan at all.
But he always talks about summer.
And he's like, you know, this summer, I really had high hopes for it.
I wanted to have a good time.
He has high hopes for every summer.
He's in love with summer.
Like, that's what it is.
He's not even in love with Amanda.
He's only in love with summer.
That's what I convinced myself of this episode because every time you brought it up, he's like,
oh, man, I really thought that this was going to be the best summer ever.
and we did have a pretty good summer,
but, you know,
just didn't all go.
I'm like,
you're just talking about
how the summer could have been better.
That's your true love.
You know what I think that is?
Why?
I think that they in their relationship,
when they're back in New York,
are so distant and so separate from one another
and separate lives and don't really interact.
I think summer forces them to be together.
And for Kyle,
that's his chance to rectify all of his mistakes.
He actually gets her in a room,
in a house where he is,
she is forced to have.
have one on one time with him and it's his chance to make some some strides yeah so i think that's why i think
i think it's partly that but i also think it's when they're in the city and he does stupid shit he has
no excuse to do that stupid shit like yeah i mean the dj career is fine and you're coming home late
try to button that up figure it out but once we get to the summer in the hamptons it's like well i'm
doing it's doing it's not go out until 5 a m with the boys like i have to i have to put on a good
show for all the viewers at home.
Like, I am Summerhouse.
This is what this is all about.
So I think he has like a built-in excuse, which is funny because it's not an excuse
because it gets them in trouble, but he doesn't really care about that.
No, he should, but he doesn't.
But I think the funniest, funniest epiphany for me is that I've come around on his
DJ career.
Because in the beginning, I'm like, what an idiot.
And now I'm like, no, don't do it.
Go live your life.
I'll be a DJ.
I think I would have done that regardless of the West demand of shit.
I would have gone to that point.
And I'm like, yeah, you know, it makes sense.
At a certain point,
when they kept making the jokes,
they were actually pushing us towards
Kyle. It's like, all right, guys. Like, can we
fucking drop it? Who cares? It's not that serious.
But everybody
goes out after the group pool
jump, whatever, and they go out
and get back home, and that's where
the shit goes down. It's 4.45
in the morning. Nothing good ever
happens this late at night.
Sabrina, Sierra, West, and Ben are
outside. Sierra's like laying on
West and they start making out.
And I wrote
in my notes.
Thought you weren't trying to be a boyfriend,
fuck face.
What the,
like any,
any semblance.
Sabrina was beaming,
by the way.
Of course she was.
Because love prevailed in her mind.
By the way,
this whole morning scene,
this whole very,
very,
like I get it.
It's the last,
weekend of the summer.
It's the last episode.
It's everything.
I couldn't help but notice.
Everybody's pupils are fucking massive.
Like,
that's all I fucking saw.
At one point,
And like, this is all a legend, of course.
But at one point, Kyle's standing in the kitchen and it's probably 545.
And it's what Amanda comes down.
And I can see him on the opposite side.
The cameras that they use inside aren't that great.
And all I can see is just black pupils.
Like, you look like a demon.
Like, what the hell's going on?
And I know they were out all night and whatever.
But that's true summer house.
That's a very true summerhouse fashion.
Let's bring back the pool house next year.
Hey, allegedly, let's just say, allegedly, they were all
up till five in the morning and woke up at eight and they were all pretty chipper yeah that's all
i'm going to say allegedly but yeah i mean you know let's go to the pool house is crank out of
a c baby come on but we're just checking in around the house you know the aftermath of everything
jessie and west are talking and i love that jesse's first question is did you guys have a conversation
no what the freaking crap which i'm going to say a lot more now but yeah that's the best way to put
it what the freaking crap what do you mean
mean you didn't talk to her and then you made out with her and then you're trying to get her to
sleep in your bed and then here we are once again take all the Amanda shit out of it we are back
in the same exact place that we were at two years ago at the end of the summer in a place that we don't
want to be we don't want to see Sierra in this spot and you have wiggled your way you fucking
weasel back into her good graces back into her life you have knocked down all of her walls
one by one because you knew how to manipulate the situation to get back in
there knowing full well you didn't want anything to do with it good job dickhead yeah great job
i love jesse's confessional right afterwards too because he's like i don't even fucking know what to
think anymore i have no idea i don't know it like that that i feel like paired with the reunion trailer
where jesse's crying i actually believe him i don't think he's being performative at all i think he's
got a lot of weird mixed emotions from all of this but i do think that he's like god dude really like we're
why are we doing this again?
I don't want to do this.
We just got back.
We were just back to a good place.
We had a conversation about boundaries and you just didn't do it.
I think he just wants to like grab West by the neck and be like, dude, what the
fuck are you doing?
Like you're going to ruin everything you got.
He did, by the way.
He does.
And he did.
But Sierra and me are talking.
And I like that Mia is just like flat out, dude, I had to pick you up off the floor last
time.
Like, what are you doing?
And Sierra is like, oh,
I rarely make the same mistake twice.
And I was like, oh, faceball.
Like, oh, boy, that's, that's going to not age well.
And Mia even.
Three times, I like, but yeah.
Yeah, right.
But Mia even acknowledges, oh, yeah, well, you know, if I want to go back that far.
But no, no, we are team Sierra.
We're not going to bring up other stuff.
Nope.
But Mia even acknowledges like, I didn't want to like them.
But God damn it, West is charming.
He's a charming fella.
I would love, I can't wait to hear me.
at the reunion.
I cannot wait because she is going to go to bat so hard for Sierra.
And I'm very much looking forward to that.
I hope that she tears Amanda a new asshole.
But yeah,
I don't know.
Like even the conversation out the window when Sierra was like,
hey,
like I thought West was awkward as shit.
I thought he was like,
oh shit.
Don't want to address that one.
I'm like,
oh boy.
Yeah.
He's like,
shit,
it's already starting.
All we did was make out.
I didn't even get to have sex with her.
Yep.
Exactly.
But Lindsay gives a speech.
to end the summer, Carl gives one big group hug because he loves the hugs, doesn't he guys?
Like, at what point is he allowed to just give a hug without being the hug guy?
You know, that's my question.
You might have to take a summer off from hugs.
That's my question.
Why can we just give hugs without him being the hug guy?
But barely, Bailey and Carl have a nice moment.
You know, Carl restored her faith in men, which good job, Carl.
What a guy.
And then you get Lindsay and Amanda chatting, West and Amanda chatting.
this is where you get that weird fucking moment he whispered something in her ear i don't know what
the fuck it was but he whispered something in her ear and i guess as you're saying this is that moment
where the oh shit moment happened because when sierra comes up with what the hell it's like
shocked what oh god what and it's like fuck did she hear you uh it's an absolute mess but this
was where it just it started getting weird and again like building off of such a good summer and you guys
They're all viving and like, yeah, Jesse's got his reservations.
Mia's got her reservations about West and Sierra.
The majority of the group, I mean, just take it from Lindsay's speech,
take it from Carl, chiming in, take it from Kyle, whatever it might be.
Aside from Kyle and Amanda, everybody's in such a great place.
I know.
So why were we all saying goodbye?
Is it partly because in the city is going to start filming in a few weeks and they don't know
what that means for Summerhouse?
Are those people going to come back?
Is Summer House still going to be around?
which obviously would be, at least in my brain.
I don't think that would even be a problem or a question.
But I do think that it was just bizarre.
Like they're all saying goodbye and they're like long lasting hugs.
In seasons past, you can go back and watch them.
They just get in their fucking cars and leave.
And like, yeah, we'll get some confessionals about how the summer was or whatever it may have been.
But it's not a long lasting goodbye.
You all live in the same fucking city.
Like why was it so weird?
And it felt like the end of the show.
It felt like the end of an era.
And instead, I'm like, no, I mean, like, yeah, Kyle and Amanda are an absolute shit show, but you guys don't know what's going to happen.
We know what's going to happen.
The rest of you, like, it just seems bizarre.
It was just a very, very weird ending scene.
I think part of it is it was such a good summer.
So it's like, oh, my God, it's over.
Like, this is so sad.
I think a much bigger part of it is the Kyle and Amanda thing.
I think everyone acknowledges and recognizes like this is the end of an era.
And it's the last year in the house.
So I think that you have enough finalities where it does feel like it's coming to an end.
And I think that this, I mean, it is really.
Like this version of Summer House, the version that we all know is over.
It's done because of what has transpired.
Like we are not going to ever be back in this place or this house ever again.
So there is some finality there.
And I think that they recognize that from a Kyle Amanda house standpoint.
but obviously given what happened shortly thereafter,
it's going to take on a much different role.
But yeah,
I think that's probably,
I don't think it's much deeper than that.
I think it's just like,
oh man,
such great summer.
It did.
And I would imagine the production was trying to make it feel more final
because we get that leading up to this Kyle and Amanda conversation
when everybody leaves.
And like,
I don't know,
this is,
it's tougher to watch this unbiased now.
Like,
I was trying very hard to and,
And, you know, obviously it's the, I guess what you would call like the what you'd expect from the conversation.
It's like, yeah, we've been through so much, so much great, so much bad.
It's been amazing.
It's been hard.
Blah, blah, blah.
Back and forth.
All in all, I'm going to stay in a hotel.
We need some time apart.
We got to figure out what's going on.
I'll meet you at therapy on Wednesday.
And they give a real hug.
And I, this is where my head goes, knowing what we know.
I think she's going to do everything in her power to paint this as amicable as possible
and not be honest about it.
I don't think that this is a genuine conversation.
I think that there's parts of it that are.
I think I'm not going to take away from the fact that they were together for 10 years,
married for a lot of years.
I'm not going to take away from that,
but I do think there's some PR happening in this moment.
Yeah, I think there's definitely some PR happening in this moment.
And I do also think like all the things that we've been talking about this whole season where were they together, were they not together, where they already separated?
I think Kyle's tears were genuine because I do think no matter what separated or not, he viewed that summer as we're going to fix our shit.
And instead things got worse and now it's pretty much over and she's moving out.
Or rather she's going to go stay at a hotel for a few days, whatever it might be.
I think Kyle's tears were genuine.
So I do think that Amanda, this has been her plan.
whole time. As soon as somebody even brought up separation brought up taking some space.
Oh, wait. She lied to his face, by the way. Oh, yeah. I know. She, what did you say?
She said, I didn't think about separation until Sierra talked to me about it. No, it wasn't even that.
She said, she brought it up to me and I had no intentions. That's not what you said. You said,
Kyle would never go for it. She said, Kyle would never go for it. And also, you said that she did that
recently. We watched it happen like four episodes ago back in the city when you were sitting out
lunch. So you would already thought about it. You said you thought about it pretty much right after
your first therapy session when you guys were sitting down together. So that's obviously a blatant
lie. But yeah, I mean, the rest of it's just like it's Kyle. I mean, Kyle really thought that
summer for whatever reason he eludes himself into thinking this. He thought that summer was going to fix it.
He thought being together and him not having to travel all over the place with DJing and whatever
it may have been that they were going to be able to repair and get back to the good times. And they
didn't. So I believe Kyle, Amanda, she's full of shit. Yeah, exactly.
I think it was a PR move.
I think she was trying to look nice for the camera.
I don't think that this was genuine.
The fact that she,
in this moment,
given that your marriage is pretty much over,
you are separating.
You're going to a hotel away from your husband.
And even in that moment,
you're going to say and lie to his face that I had no intention of separating.
Okay.
Okay, cool.
Sick.
Yeah,
awesome.
Whatever you think.
Obviously,
it leapfrogs into in the city.
We love those.
transitions to a new show. Yeah, it was one of the better ones. It was yeah, I would say,
I think the gold standard for those, uh, those transitions is it, no, it's, God, no,
it's, God, no, it's Beverly Hills into BPR. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, are the best, uh, BPR to
summer house, um, and that VPR to the valley was fucking awful now that I'm looking back on it with
jacks sitting down. I was just Jacks sitting down with, it was, it was funny in the sense that
Jacks walked out of the bar and it's like the valley starts now it's like okay whatever but if you're
thinking about it like this was a pretty good transition which we'll talk way more about when we do our
in the city episode later but for uh for all intents and purposes i think it was it was pretty well done
going back and it's even funnier because they didn't actually start filming like right away they just
had that kind of set up yeah well like you said we'll cover that intro scene with our in the city
recap but i'm sure we got a billion questions so let's get to it
it. Yep.
Yeah, Jacqueline Michelle Crest, did the Sierra Sabrina dynamic make anyone else uncomfortable?
Yes, me, because she's the reason that this all happened.
I think they are friends.
I think it's incredibly funny to blame Sabrina for all.
I think that they genuinely are very close.
We just didn't get to see a lot of it because every time they talked, it was like, yeah,
we met up for coffee or whatever it may have been.
So I think they were actually close.
Just the way Sierra was talking, Sabrina, I feel like she would talk.
like that to somebody she just met.
I love how deep people are reading into things now.
Melanie Leah Jay was her weird way of eating a buffalo wing copying West.
Sea hot wings.
He did that whole performative in one bite, pull the meat off the bone.
That's incredible.
I love that.
From a new C8-11, why can Amanda talk about Kyle to everyone?
Because mad that he makes their problems to houses.
That's a good point.
It's a great point.
Very, very good point.
um rachel michaelis will you cover in the city yeah oh yeah come on r t i pb what do you think west said to
amanda at the end right before leaving meet you at the hotel yep let me know when you get there i'll be over
yep uh i just have to figure out what to do with sierra because she's going to want to meet up too
but i can probably do both i'll have drinks with her in the lobby you stay in the room yeah
from lash 16 how excited was sheena that she got mentioned
Probably ecstatic.
All roads lead back to Sheena no matter what.
That's exhausting, honestly.
Oh, well, Haldita La Del Barrio.
Was I the only one who got overly emotional at the goodbye scene?
Don't let me down steel.
Looking at you, buddy.
Normally I would have been more emotional.
I think, given everything going on, I'm just mad.
So there wasn't room for tears.
Don't worry.
I'm sure I'll cry at something in the reunion.
But yeah, no, I'm just more pissed off watching this.
all go down.
A lot of people are asking what we think that West said to Amanda.
I think we,
we've looked at that from every angle,
but we are correct no matter what.
From
Zengabilla,
why is Amanda always wearing that damn suede coat?
I don't fucking know.
She's afraid that somebody can a water gun.
Yeah, that's true.
It's probably West.
That's a very good point.
West Amanda embraced you at the end when Sierra started crying.
They looked spooked.
Yep.
That's her.
Elija.
Yeah, exactly.
That's the moment that people were pinpointing on social media.
From Casey Danzig, imagine having rare unconditional love friendships and tossing it for an unshowered micropecker.
Good point.
Hell yeah.
Very good point.
Okay.
Amanda telling Kyle, she told Sierra they were in a good place during the separation convoy, question mark.
Yeah, I forgot to even mention that part.
Yeah.
Yeah.
What do you mean?
You're in a good place and you're getting separated.
That doesn't make any fucking sense.
And he didn't tell her that.
You said that you were thinking Kyle wouldn't go for a separation.
You actually went from therapy to go to lunch with Sierra to say how vindicated you were by the therapist and that your love story was more of a horror story.
That's what you said.
Yeah.
God.
Yeah, from Mel Mitch 89, why did this feel like a series finale?
Scamanda, aside, did the cast think the show?
was ending? I think so.
I don't know. It's bizarre.
I don't get it. From Laura Recky,
our Kyle's blowups this season also about anxiety
of who stays on Summerhouse and a divorce
relatedly was Amanda pursuing West also
trying to keep a place on TV after divorce.
The latter...
Yeah, in the city I wouldn't worry about. And also, Kyle
is Summerhouse. So yeah, maybe they would
try to transition him further in the city.
But I think regardless, he was going to
to come back for another season.
Yeah, I don't think it was a play for screen time.
I think that they both were fine.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah, this is interesting.
Janice Ingram, why did Amanda owe three years of rent,
even with separate finances, don't you contribute to the home?
That came out that, obviously in the city.
Kyle had Amanda pay, like back pay for the apartment because she hadn't paid in three years,
which was like $117,000 or $1,000.
grand or something that she paid.
Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. We'll talk way more about that tomorrow.
From Melissa Lang,
why do I get the feeling that Amanda is going to blame Sierra for some reason at this reunion?
I would not be surprised, honestly.
I could already see it.
I'm formulating a couple sentences in my brain that I don't really want to say out loud right now.
Yep, yep, yep.
And a lot of people just asking about what West said to Amanda.
That's funny.
see if there's one more in here to get it going something to lead us into everything oh yeah
brittany o 117 also cried at the end of it and she's not ashamed to say it good for you britt good
you shouldn't be ashamed um let's see okay this is a going end on a new c 811 i fear i would
have disliked amanda even without the scandal so annoying these two episodes yeah she uh
that's what we were saying earlier in the season there was
a few moments where if you take the the current drama out where she was still very unlikable
which was interesting to watch her kind of whole personality shift so yeah it's a good call
yeah absolutely but yeah that's about it yeah that's that's i can't find it anymore that'll wrap up
uh summer house before the reunion huh yeah buckle up everybody everybody hydrate stretch get ready uh it's
going to be fucking insane.
I don't know what to expect.
It's going to be an absolute whirlwind.
Lots of emotions, lots of deflecting from Amanda,
and lots of silence from bitch boy West.
So we have that to look forward.
That's what I'm expecting.
Mm-hmm.
But that's all I got.
You got anything else?
Nope.
We'll see you at the reunion.
