Bros & Shows - Even Vegas Can't Break The Boring Streak (RHOC Full Recap S20E7)

Episode Date: August 24, 2026

What's up bros? We're still in Vegas despite our disbelief that they're still there because we forgot. Shooter has believed that boring was better than bad but at what time does boring become bad? The... snake is eating itself and even that sounds wrong because that phrase is more entertaining than this show is currently. We have a minor dust up between Vicki & Carmella but that instantly resolves itself so we really don't know where to go but i'll tell you what, it's not fun to turn to Heather choosing rooms to make her a villain. Starting point is 00:00:00 Two and five Canadians will hear the words, you have cancer. That's why every step and dollar raised matters. On September 19th, join thousands in Toronto for the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation Walk. Challenge yourself, friends, and family to walk 21 kilometers in support of life-saving research. Together, we can carry the fire and help create a world free from the fear of cancer. Register today at pmcf walk.ca.ca. It's fascinating to me, like across Bravo as a whole. Everybody treat ziplines as though they're going skydiving without parachutes.
Starting point is 00:00:39 And it is like one of my least favorite tropes. Fucking. Like they're going off to war. Like I am so proud of you for being able to hoist yourself in the air very safely with a lot of safety nets and a lot of people there to make sure you're saying. That was incredible. I never thought you'd be able to do that. And look at you go. that was the most
Starting point is 00:01:00 there's one actual thing to talk about this entire episode I know we're harping on the fact that it's a boring season and I know I've been saying that boring is better than bad we're getting close
Starting point is 00:01:12 we are really getting close here to just I don't know what we're doing anymore as there's a drive in a deep left field by Castellanos it will be oh man it's 8 o'clock and so that'll make it a I don't need the spotlight
Starting point is 00:01:27 I shine just fine Hi, I'm karma. And yes, I am a bitch. Brov Bros. Good morning, everybody. Afternoon, night, whatever. And welcome back to another episode of Prov Bros. Your favorite podcast from the Bros.
Starting point is 00:01:42 For everybody, for whoever wants to listen. I'm your co-host, Steel Russell, joined as always by the one and only. Shooter Vaguiter, Vegas Shooter. What's up, dude? yeah i forgot we were still in las vaguenes yeah everybody likes that one too and you just kind of got sorry guys lost baguos very very bravo of you actually no it's kind of meta it's very bravo of you to just get rid of things that people like and people like yeah yeah you guys like Miami pause yeah
Starting point is 00:02:21 because fuck you that's why yeah it's too fucking funny um yeah um yeah Yeah, I genuinely forgot we were still in Vegas. But I turned this episode on today. You know, summer's almost over. Steele and I are recording on Sundays. So that's cool. We have a ton of energy. We're ready to rock, ready to roll.
Starting point is 00:02:38 Very Vegas. But I forgot we were in Vegas because I don't remember anything from this show. There's nothing going on. It's not like a cool cliffhanger. Like, whoa, it's getting crazy in Vegas. We're on a trip. Let's see what happens. There's a lot of things they have to talk about.
Starting point is 00:02:53 There's like nothing they have to talk about. I mean, we're going to get into the whole Vicki. being a Carmela thing. That's the only thing that's happened. And then obviously there's more of the same with Tamara. What do you mean? We do a scavenger hunt.
Starting point is 00:03:05 Oh, man. Yeah. Look, scavenger hunt is cool for Ultimate Girls Trip because you get to relive moments. And the scavenger hunt is based off of that. The scavenger hunt here, I'm like, we're really, this is a filler episode. And why? They're all filler episodes. So I don't know what's going on.
Starting point is 00:03:20 Again, boring is better than bad. I like that I'm not really getting hate to. Have you seen that in the comments? people are like, I'm really trying shooter. They say like, shooter. Cover your eyes while I say this. Yeah, yeah, they're being nice as if it's going to offend me if they're like ripping it and saying that it's really bad.
Starting point is 00:03:37 It is, it's boring and then borderline bad. It's just so boring that it's bad, which I didn't see coming. It's like a backdoor to bad, which I didn't think about. I don't know how I didn't think about that. But this show always like fucking kills my brain. So I don't really know what's going on. It's just you kind of forget. it's there. It's one of those shows right now where you just turn it on. You're like, oh, yeah,
Starting point is 00:03:59 we're still doing this. Okay. Let's see where it goes. I don't know. And then like 35 minutes goes by and you're like, what are you guys doing? You're gambling. I thought I missed an episode. Okay, that's kind of fun. Yeah. I thought I had to go back. I was like, oh, wait, no, I'm caught up. And yeah, I mean, as far as content goes, there was really nothing. And that's the thing. If this was ultimate girl's trip, that's one thing. but this is episode seven. We should be getting into some shit at this point. And the Carmella Vicky thing is the only thing that we have of any substance. And the rest is just reminders of things that we don't like about this show.
Starting point is 00:04:39 It's battling. Like it's crazy. And they thought that bringing Vicki was going to do something. She's worn out her welcome, at least in my eyes. The rest of the cast, they're not doing anything. Heather's not doing anything but taking room. Shannon's doing her wacky Shannon stuff like, oh my gosh, wacky Shannon on the wacky bridge in the wacky Grand Canyon.
Starting point is 00:04:59 Like, oh, we might fall through ladies. What is happening? Why can we not, they're not even making shit up anymore. Like they're just not doing anything. Well, and that's the thing that I feel like people aren't really putting together. And they're actually close. And it's fun too because we've been talking about it for a while. And I think people are kind of waking up to what's going on.
Starting point is 00:05:20 But I saw a few tweets. specifically about Tamara because people are talking about how boring the season is. And people are saying it's because Tamara's not doing anything. And when Tamara does something, then the show kind of, I don't want to say it picks up, but it goes in a different direction. Usually that direction's rough because the rest of the cast can't handle it and they don't do the right thing when Tamara does something. So with Tamara not doing anything, there's nothing to talk about.
Starting point is 00:05:44 There's nothing to do. There's nothing to focus on because there's no real storylines. It's almost as if this is a brand new show and these women don't really know each other. And they're just kind of hanging out like, hey, let's go to Vegas. And I need to talk to you to get to know you. I'm like, what are we doing? You guys have known each other for years. Like I just don't know what's really going on.
Starting point is 00:06:02 And I think that's that final piece where, yes, if Tamara does something and she sets her sights on something and she decides to forego this changed Tamara that we have to talk about this episode with Emily, which is goofy. Then, yeah, there's going to be something. But every time that happens, the cast responds terribly. and it ends up being awful. So we're in that limbo right now where Tamara's not doing anything,
Starting point is 00:06:27 but it's so glaring to, I think, us because we talk about it so often, that that's the reason why it's boring. And boring is better than bad because when Tamer does something, they respond poorly and then it becomes bad, and it's a bad product. It's boring right now because Tamer's not doing anything.
Starting point is 00:06:40 So it's really just like the lesser of two evils. What do you want? For us, I'm probably pretty close. If it doesn't move in any direction in like two episodes, I'm going to be asking for Tamer to do something. I'd rather at least have something to talk about because I can't keep doing these episodes. I think she will.
Starting point is 00:06:56 I think she'll see the writing on the wall and step in and do something. But I would rather see Tamara make an adjustment. What she's doing is trying to play to the audience and play to the cast, right? She's trying to show like, look, I'm going to have a good season without any blowups. So she is trying to do her job in a different way.
Starting point is 00:07:15 This show should not hinge on one housewife showing up her. No. That's the problem. because you have a whole group of ladies that don't bring anything. And then Tamara has to stir shit up. They get mad at Tamara for stirring shit up. The shit's not that captivating anyway. And then the season ends.
Starting point is 00:07:31 And rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat. So I don't know what the answer is. I did figure something out, though. I made a connection, which is very funny to me. When they do the Cartzilla thing at the end, you know, that big cart on the way back, this show is the TV version of those things of the gimmicky rise of duckboats.
Starting point is 00:07:55 This show is the duck boat of reality TV because it gets by on the gimmick of the OG Housewife franchise. It's OC. It's been around for 20 years. We started it all. Wacky moments with Vicky. Like they just use these gimmicks
Starting point is 00:08:11 to try to sell us this bullshit that never lands. So this show, is the duck boat of reality TV. And that's kind of mean to duck boats because they can be fun. That's a very good point. I mean, duck boats, for me anyway, when I think of duck boats, I think of, as it was weird as it is because it's a different city. But Boston, when they have, no, no, when Boston has championship parades,
Starting point is 00:08:33 they use the duck boats. So they're celebrating something. Duckboats for this show, if we're going to try to pull it back into that, there's nothing to celebrate. Like, yeah, 20 years is a milestone. That's fantastic. And I think that actually makes a lot of sense. With Vicky coming back,
Starting point is 00:08:48 maybe that's why Tamara is kind of taking a step back. She's allowing Vicky to get in just to see what happens. It's almost like, we say the Tammers is a very good housewife because she knows what to do. She has a terrible cast around her that doesn't do anything. But I do think that's what she's doing. She's almost kind of like lying and wait. Like, all right, let's see how Vicky does with this group.
Starting point is 00:09:08 Is she going to start some shit? And then I can kind of choose my side and either pile on with Vicky or go against Vicki, that would be good for the show. Like, she does have that producer's mind. So I think right now what we're seeing is how Vicky gets entrenched with all of the people that she hasn't really filmed with like most of them. So maybe something will happen. And now, especially after this episode, it's like, yeah, we get finally a spat between
Starting point is 00:09:29 her and Carmela or she finally speaks her mind, which we'll get deeper into as we get to that. Again, it's really the only thing to talk about this episode. And it's over, almost in an instant. Like by that night, it's like, all right, yeah, you know what? Yeah, I don't see. That's the thing. You say for now, I don't think it's for now.
Starting point is 00:09:44 I think it's done. I really do genuinely think it's over with. I think that Vicki's just moving on and I don't know what's going to come of it because there's other things. Like when we watch this and you and I recap it, we kind of figure out the different routes they can go. There really isn't a ton to do, but there's definitely people you can go after and start to question.
Starting point is 00:10:03 Like you could start questioning Emily's loyalty to Gina. You could do the same thing to Gina and put the two of them against each other, which might be the final storyline of the season. because I would hate, I don't know if I would hate it. I just don't fucking know what's going on right now. They have nothing. There's just absolutely nothing and we're seven episodes in. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:21 And the only reason I think something may come of it is there's a couple things like scenes from next week and the fact that Carmelah didn't really accept the apology. She did to her face, but then in the confessional was like, no, this isn't over. And then they talk about it ever so briefly in the scenes from. But, you know, that's still not like reason for me to be like, they're going to figure this out. This is going to pop off. It's going to be so entertaining and fun to watch that.
Starting point is 00:10:46 It's not. It's not going to be. And we'll just jump in because we're going to jump around and try to find things to discuss. We're going to the Grand Canyon. You know, obviously we had the nonsense with Shannon and Heather in the room change and Shannon having a fucking meltdown. As per usual, the real Shannon showed up. Then she's going to have all the scenes later where she starts crying and saying, oh, it's because of this and because of that.
Starting point is 00:11:10 I'm not actually a monster. I'm not a big cry baby when, in fact, you are. Everybody that works behind the scene says you are. You have the worst reputation in Bravo from a production standpoint. So at some point, I'm not going to sit there and listen to you cry and be sad after you have a meltdown. Because we've gotten to the point, Shannon, where it's like, no, that's who you are. And production has said that for years. JKB went on a tirade at 2 in the morning on Instagram after Love Hotel.
Starting point is 00:11:37 Like, there's enough writing on the wall. like people literally say that the second the camera like she'll be screaming at somebody and they'll go rolling and she stops and just pivots and turns into somebody totally different that's been stated by like 50 different people i think yeah and how frustrating is that knowing that she has that monster in there and we see it so little yeah but no one ever calls it out like i know her and tamer are trying to like build their friendship back up or whatever and maybe tamer goes about it in a way that just doesn't land. But for the rest of these women, you've been filming with her for years. We've heard these stories from outside sources. We've heard the things that happen in the weird little spin-off shows
Starting point is 00:12:20 that she's been filming or in different franchises they know about Shannon. Why is no one on her cast ever doing that? Like, that seems like something that you would want to uncover. You could spend a whole season. I'm not telling you to do this, but it's better than what we have.
Starting point is 00:12:33 But they could spend an entire season where even Emily and Gina could do that. That's low-hanging fruit. Like, that is small, potatoes that could evolve into something a little bit bigger if you get Shannon on that trajectory into bigger potatoes. Yeah, you get small potatoes into big potatoes. So maybe we could go down that road. I think that that would be something. And it's funny because we've heard about this for like six or eight years somewhere along there. No one has once been like, all right, Shannon,
Starting point is 00:12:59 enough of the fucking act. Like you're not actually tripping. Take the mask off and be Shannon. Like keep pressing. Yeah, she's going to go into that like weird mood where she's going to cry and like she's being attacked, but eventually the real Shannon will come out. That's going to be better for the show than what we get. Like this whole wacky, I'm falling. I have no balance. I'm all over the place. Look at me ride this scooter around with my scar.
Starting point is 00:13:22 Like, no, it's just, it's loopy and stupid. Like, it's just, I don't really care for it. And I feel like that's more frustrating when we have to see that and we talk about it every week. Like, oh, there goes Shannon with her antics. There's something else there. There's a deep monster in there. And no one's doing anything about it.
Starting point is 00:13:37 Like, that's why I keep going back to the fact that this cat, is just terrible. You can keep Tamara, you can keep Vicky, you can keep Shannon, you can keep Heather for all I care. You have to get rid of the red. Maybe Carmela, I don't know what she's going to turn into. You have to get rid of everybody else. No one's doing anything.
Starting point is 00:13:52 Like, no one does anything to try to stoke a fire. They're just trying to live in their own little bubble. When something pops up, they talk about it, and then they move on. It's just, it's too boring. And it's not even like good resolution. That's also the problem. It's not good resolution. It's like, ah, yeah, I understand.
Starting point is 00:14:05 I don't feel like doing this anymore. That's what he does. Like, yeah, I've got over it. Yeah, I agree. But that's the thing. Like pulling up on a rascal is funny 99.9% of the time. Right. Like that's a funny move to pull up in a little motorized scooter.
Starting point is 00:14:24 Yeah. Because this show, I was like, boo, I don't know why, but I don't care for it. And normally I'd be like, hell yeah, rascals rock. But no, it's just annoying to me. But anyway, we go to the Grand Canyon, listening to the discussion of, of how the Grand Canyon ended up out there. You know, it's beyond me. It just poof, a big asshole.
Starting point is 00:14:47 It's from erosion, everybody. It's from years and years of erosion with that river right there, carving into the mountainside. And also glaciers moving down south from the north. But anyway. They all use chat GPT for things. Like you would think that we would have at least a scene where someone asked chat GPT, hey, how'd the Grand Canyon get formed?
Starting point is 00:15:07 and then we could just leave it there and not talk about it for, you know, every few. We're going to discuss it for a while. We're going to go to confessional to talk about it. We're going to do all that stuff. But the one thing that was actually happening while this is going on, one, Carmelo's daughter sick and Danny is her boyfriend. He has decided to stay with the daughter, get her back to health.
Starting point is 00:15:29 She says he's not really the caretaker. So I'm a little nervous. Don't know if he can handle this. I feel kind of awful. But what I appreciate about that, From a show standpoint, newbie has a sick kid still shows up on the cast trip. I think we have to give some credit there.
Starting point is 00:15:45 That's a big move. And I do think that she's a good mom. I do think that her kids are her life. So it's not like it was hers to be like, yeah, whatever. I think she deserves credit for going on the cast trip because we give people shit for not going on the cast trip. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:59 I agree with that. I was just going to say the thing that bothered me, you can tell, and I think you probably caught it too, was Gina immediately. Well, that's not a big deal that he's taking care of your kids. Like, why is that such a big deal? Dynamics, Dinaics.
Starting point is 00:16:12 And look, Carmela answered that perfectly. Look, I just, I take care of my kids a lot. I appreciate it deeply. And he says it's not a problem. And I understand that. It's just something internally. Like, I just really appreciate what he's doing for my kids. And then she goes down her road of, you know, step kids.
Starting point is 00:16:30 You love your step kids. You move on. Like, all right, Gina, you don't really want to talk about this. There's a lot going on there. We just talked about the whole appendicit. sightest thing a couple weeks ago. I don't think you should be the one talking about this right now. Maybe you guys can find common grounds and maybe you can speak on Danny's behalf.
Starting point is 00:16:45 I don't know. Something like that could be in the future. But I saw that initial question. Yeah. That initial question. I'm like, no, I know what you're doing and don't do it.
Starting point is 00:16:54 And I think she backed off almost immediately again, because Carmel does handle herself very well. She's able to just immediately answer in a way that doesn't require a follow-up, which I appreciate because usually you want follow-ups because it turns into something else. With this group, I don't need follow-ups. I don't trust any of them. Exactly. And yeah, I had the same exact reaction where she started to jump in. I was like, you don't know the details. You have no idea, Gina. And just like Carmela wouldn't comment on you struggling with whether or not you should take your stepdaughter to the hospital amidst
Starting point is 00:17:26 appendicitis, which is still a big question mark to me. But again, to your point, I don't know the situation. So I'm not going to comment on it from a place of knowledge. I'm just going to say, interesting and move on from it. Yeah. But do you have something? No, that was it. That's literally it. That is it.
Starting point is 00:17:45 Yeah. That's it. It sucks because I think that's where we are. We're in purgatory now where we are agreeing. That's it. We don't need to keep going. I don't want you guys to keep. I know this show is about you guys interacting, but I'm kind of tired of you guys interacting.
Starting point is 00:18:00 It's boring me. That's put a pin in that. That's put a pin in that. But the one thing that should be happening right now and is not happening right now, is Vicky should be listening, not just sitting there and hearing, you know, bits and pieces and going,
Starting point is 00:18:14 huh, that's weird. That doesn't make any sense. Something's not adding up. What do you mean that you run the finances? What do you mean that Mark wasn't, or what's his, Jeff wasn't a good businessman?
Starting point is 00:18:25 So you took over, like what about things that she's saying are like, oh, well, that's definitely not true. Like what she's talking about handling the finances because her ex was not good at it.
Starting point is 00:18:36 and the fact that she is now working and providing for her kids. So she's in charge of all that stuff. And Vicki's like, this doesn't make any sense to me. And then you offer Jen 20,000. What's she doing with Carmela? I just think you need to establish a friendship for, what the fuck?
Starting point is 00:18:54 What are we doing? Guys, like this is the weirdest. I understand if we're going to come out of the gate and we want to talk about this in regards to the purse as well where it's like, it just feels like you're trying to buy friendships or whatever. we are now at a point where it's like, I don't give a shit. She's offering
Starting point is 00:19:11 $20,000 to Jen, who she clearly wants to be friends with. Is she trying to throw money around a little bit? Yeah. But is this not a housewife show? Like, are we not supposed to be doing that? And at the end of the day, the final product of this, the outcome, Jen makes 20 grand,
Starting point is 00:19:27 maybe finds something that she's interested in. Carmela has a new friend and everybody wins, except for all of the other ladies in the group. And this is what I think happened. And I'm like fairly confident about this. I think that they're all jealous. I mean,
Starting point is 00:19:42 that goes without saying. But I think they're jealous. I don't think a lot of these ladies have as much money as they want us to think they do. So when they hear 20K, they're like, ooh, I could do a lot with 20K. I think that they're,
Starting point is 00:19:54 they're showing their hand a little bit right here. I mean, who outside of Heather Dubrow has money? That's what I mean. I think they show their hand. And by them being so jealous of 20K and questioning it so hard, to me says you don't see 20K a lot. See, I'm fine with the 20K thing because I do think it's weird enough that you can ask
Starting point is 00:20:13 questions. I do think it's strange enough that you can say you don't even know Jen and you're bringing her under your wing to teach her something and give her $20,000 for doing what? Like that's very bizarre to me. That's fine. I honestly think that's fair play. But Vicki, I do not understand. Like, it's one thing to just not trust somebody because of their actions.
Starting point is 00:20:32 And if you want to focus on her bringing Jen in her, Like you want to build a case against Carmela. And you want to start with the purse that she got Emily, then move on to her bringing Jen in and giving her $20,000. You could stay on that. I'm okay with Vicky staying on that. You're buying friendships. You're trying to get into this group,
Starting point is 00:20:51 trying to sway people in your favor so that when things happen, when shit hits the fan, you've got a team behind you because you gave them money. That's okay for me. But when Vicki goes into it, you don't really understand what her issue is. I know you don't trust her. I know you think that things aren't adding up, but you're focusing on the wrong things.
Starting point is 00:21:08 You're focusing on her kid being sick and her talking about how her boyfriend is home while she's in Vegas and her boyfriend's taking care of them. You're like, something's not adding up. That's not the thing that's not adding up. What do you mean? The thing that's not adding up is the fact that she's throwing money around to make friends. That's what it is. Stay there, live there, and question that.
Starting point is 00:21:28 I'm fine with that. That is normal house wafery. But then you focus on the stupid shit and you're saying things aren't adding up. like she calls herself a developer. Who gives you shit? She's literally developing an existing property. She gave herself a very literal title. Fine.
Starting point is 00:21:43 Move past it. Go into the friend dynamics. That's the only thing there. And it's enough for me to even say, yeah, it's probably a little bit weird and you can ask some questions about it. Go ahead, see what she says. But she's focusing on the wrong things.
Starting point is 00:21:54 And then when she goes later, it's like, all right, you're really losing me here, Vicki. Exactly. Because I think my biggest thing, my biggest issue with it, and I don't have a problem. If we jump to judgment, not we, but like housewives, if you have a vendetta against somebody early on for no real reason, but you just have an inkling or a feeling, cool. That's funny.
Starting point is 00:22:16 Just out of the gate. I don't like her. Why? I don't know. Ha, ha, fine. Once we're seven episodes in, if you've made no effort to get to know that person or have any conversations to find out more about them and you're just dying on this hill if something's wrong, it's like, well, now it's just annoying because you're not trying
Starting point is 00:22:34 to figure out why something's wrong. It's like if you want to die on that hill, exactly, like fine, Dickey, if you want to hammer home the 20K thing, I agree with you. That's weird enough where you can kind of poke and prod,
Starting point is 00:22:46 but she's not poking in prod. She's just saying that's weird. And here we sit and everyone else is like, yeah, we can get a board with that. That is weird. Well, someone fucking ask about it then.
Starting point is 00:22:56 Like, let's figure out exactly why. Like, hey, okay, fine, you want to give her 20K to come under your wing. You want to try and show her the ropes.
Starting point is 00:23:03 Why, Like, what's your end goal? What's your end goal for her? Do you think that she could take this and turn into a developer? Because you're skipping a lot of steps there, blah, blah, blah. Gina can say that whole stupid stick. Yeah. No one's pressing.
Starting point is 00:23:14 It's just stating the fact that it's happening. And then Vicki going, that's weird. And other people go, like, I'm jealous. I mean, that's weird. That's it. That is exactly what it is. They're skipping steps. There's two steps that Vicki's completely skipped.
Starting point is 00:23:27 One is having the conversation with Carmela. You could do that. Even if you question the things that she's doing. And that's sort of weird to see Vicky do is you think it's weird. You think she's hiding things. You think things aren't adding up. But you're keeping your distance immediately. Like you need to have that conversation with her.
Starting point is 00:23:44 If weird things come from that conversation, then yeah, take your distance. Then keep like monitoring the situation from afar. I don't care. But you didn't have that conversation. The other thing you didn't do was have the conversation with Jen. Like sit down with Jen and say, what do you think about all this? Like, how did that conversation arise? How did Carmela pull you in?
Starting point is 00:24:03 to say, hey, you know what, you don't know what the hell you're doing. Come with me and maybe you want to do this. That could be fun and I'll give you $20,000 for your trouble. You can get in Jen. Like, Jen is very easily manipulated. We've seen that in three seasons. You could have a conversation with Jen where at the end of it, she's kind of on your side.
Starting point is 00:24:20 She's kind of questioning things like, wait, is Carmela genuinely being a good person and trying to uplift women or is she trying to buy friends? That's weird. Then Jen will do your journey work for you. We've seen that before. Tamara's done it countless times. So there's so many different things that Vicki just completely skipped and jumped to the end of the road.
Starting point is 00:24:37 She's like, yeah, that's weird. I don't really want to be friends with you. I don't trust you. I'm going to keep making comments behind your back. You missed everything in between that usually leads to something else. You're never going to uncover anything. And it kind of just leads to your undoing of this whole case, which I agree. There is a case to be had here against Carmela.
Starting point is 00:24:54 But now there isn't because of the way that you did it. Yeah. Now, I'm staunchly team Carmela. Like I think that she is, one, I think she's a good housewife. Two, and I think the biggest reason I think she's a good housewife, she can handle herself. Like she doesn't buckle,
Starting point is 00:25:12 she doesn't, like, curl up into a ball and, and disengage and not respond. She stands up for herself, but she also doesn't blow things out of proportion. So I enjoy how she handles everything, especially with Vicki and all of this bullshit.
Starting point is 00:25:26 But, yeah, that's what it keeps coming back to for me. It's like, we are scratching and clawing for storylines. lines right now. Yeah. Here's one, but we're not digging into it in any way, shape, or form,
Starting point is 00:25:39 or just say, that's fucking weird. Anyway, where's the Grand Canyon come from? Let's do a scavenger hunt. Like, fuck you. No, it's literally like, where the Grand Cabin can you come from? I can't even talk. Oh, wow. I'm really afraid of heights.
Starting point is 00:25:54 I shouldn't be up here. Oh, let's go ziplining. That'll be fun. You know what? Instead of ziplining, because I'm out on that. I'm already kind of scared. Let's go and make fun of the. culture because that's pretty much what we got from that i want to go for the culture experience i wish i
Starting point is 00:26:09 could understand a word you guys were saying weird very bizarre thing to say like a very weird thing to say why did they show that why are we including that in the final cut i don't know but that's what we get at the end of this the grand canyon thing is half the crew does the zip lining and it's about 10 minutes of going through and dicky freaking out janin freaking out and then you've got who are the other ones Emily and Jen, I think, went and did it. Emily, Jen, Vicki, and Shannon. They all did the zip lining. Yeah, so Emily and Jen just go right down, no issues.
Starting point is 00:26:41 The other two, we have to, like, fucking endure about six minutes of them freaking out and not wanting to do it. And then they do it. After Vick, he goes, I was deep on in Mexico all the time. Whatever. That was crazy. And then the other side of things, like, yeah, we get a little snippet of them sitting down and watching these people who do these, like, whatever they're doing is, like, showcasing.
Starting point is 00:27:01 Yeah. thank you for saying that they do that for them and then the end of it it's just like wow that was really cool wish i understood what you were saying okay why are we including this like just show them afterwards because they have conversations afterwards but again we don't go anywhere because it's just emily talking to tamer or talking about tamara to tamara about tamer in front of the group about how proud she is for what she's doing like the whole fucking thing was in there i'm sorry it wasn't even emily guy i'm all over the place it was gina jina was the one who you're such a different person.
Starting point is 00:27:32 I can tell you're feeling better. Dude, every episode is just Gina bagpiping the shit out of town. And it's unreal. Like, you are such a different person. I'm going to go to my confessional.
Starting point is 00:27:44 I'm going to say the exact same thing. It's every episode copy and paste of Gina realizing that Tamara is finally becoming a better person. She's not. She's just not doing anything. She's trying to just wait and see what happens. She does it every year. Sometimes she gets ahead of herself and does it in the first five
Starting point is 00:28:00 episodes. Most of the time she waits until about the eighth episode. We're still on track for that. So just hold on to that one for another two weeks and we'll see where we are. Agreed. And it was just a bizarre scene. I'm glad that they, the wallop I were able to get some coverage for them. But as far as like what we saw, I was like this is kind of borderline disrespectful. He could have done a better job with this. I will say side note. I did, I've been doing more research into my Native American background. I found some really cool shit. Like my family was one of the founding families of,
Starting point is 00:28:39 like my tribe within the Potawatomi as citizen of the Pottawatomie Nation. My family was one of the founding families of the citizens of the Pottawatomie Nation. My great, great, great, great grandmother, Madeline, Broussard, Bertrand. There's a statue of her in a park named after her in Michigan. and she signed the treaty of Chicago in 1821 as a Potawatomi woman. I found this whole thing. My great, great, great grandfather, Alva, he was a police chief and a fire chief. And he died climbing a building to save people from a fire in Kansas.
Starting point is 00:29:18 Make a show about that and supplant OC. You got it. It's more interesting. Yeah. It's not even really that interesting to me. I'm very happy for you. But that's more entertaining than what we've got for. O-C. Let's be honest.
Starting point is 00:29:30 Agreed. I agree. We're going to take a quick little ad break and we'll get right back to O.C. This episode is sponsored by Vinted. I feel like we all have that section of our closet filled with clothes that we keep telling ourselves that we're going to wear again. I promise. We're
Starting point is 00:29:44 definitely going to wear that shirt again, even though it didn't really fit that well, even though I didn't really get any compliments, or it still has the tags on it and I actually never wore it, but I have an idea that I might wear it. And I've been trying to be better about cleaning out my closet. And Vinted makes it really easy to actually do something with the stuff that I'm not wearing. Vinted is a
Starting point is 00:30:02 secondhand marketplace app where you can sell your clothes you no longer wear and make some extra money while giving those pieces a second life. And the thing I really like about Vinted is how simple the selling process is because it could be a headache. A lot of those other sites are very, very stressful, but all you have to do is list your item and when it sells, Vinted creates the prepaid shipping label for you. So you don't have to do all that stuff yourself. Plus, there's no seller fees. So you keep everything you earn. And the Vinted app is free to download, which makes it really easy to just start listing some of those pieces that you have sitting in your closet day after day. Honestly, it's a great feeling to clear out some of that space, get some extra money along
Starting point is 00:30:41 the way, and then you use that money toward refreshing your wardrobe. Maybe it's some pieces that you'll actually wear this time around. Ready to clean out your closet and make some extra money, download the Vinted app for free and start listing. With no seller fees, you keep every dollar you earn. And listen to an episode right now, something you should know. But anyway, let's get to the wacky skywalk with wacky shit. And again, this is a fucking walkway. This is a walkway. I get it. Like, here's my thing.
Starting point is 00:34:56 I understand that plenty of people would walk out on this thing and be like, whoa, don't love that. This is a fucking TV show. And we are spending far too much time afraid of heights. Like, it has taken up 12 minutes of this episode is simply a discussion of heights. What can we do to change this?
Starting point is 00:35:23 This is crazy. Here's the other thing. This is like, I think you should leave. Like, I think you're just here for the zip line. If you ever have a show, if you have an episode with two zip lining scenes in different locations at different points in the episode, if you have enough time to plug and play two zipline scenes, you don't have enough content to make a show. You need to wait.
Starting point is 00:35:47 No, you know what it is? It's a children's movie. It's like early Pixar where in the beginning of the film, you see them struggle with something. and then the whole climax is I overcame my fears and I won the competition. Yeah, you're right. It's not even, it's not even Pixar.
Starting point is 00:36:05 Pixar's way better than that. It's a Disney Channel original movie from like 2005 after the good Disney Channel original movies. It's like somewhere in that realm where I remember, I remember the doubt friend of those. Yeah, and you could see what's going to happen early in the movie. They struggle with something and you know they're going to have to overcome that struggle by the end of it and that's going to win them whatever it was that they were after.
Starting point is 00:36:25 That's what we had in this episode. Wow, I had a really hard time zip lining there, but I am so proud of myself. And then the entire cast has to say how proud they are of Shannon and Vicky because they both did it. It's crazy. It was crazy work. Let's watch a Disney Channel movie. Wasn't that it? Nope.
Starting point is 00:36:44 I don't know, but it wasn't that. I think it was. It was. I swear it was. Now I have to look it up. Disney original movie theme song lyrics. Lyrics. I don't think you're going to get a cadence down.
Starting point is 00:36:57 for the lyrics. No, that was definitely the cadence. I just don't know if I got it right. Yeah, the first day it says, let's watch a Disney Channel movie. I fucking told you. I don't remember that at all.
Starting point is 00:37:11 I'm gonna have to go around the screen. Yeah, I know. I remember that. Yeah. You watch the Disney channel. Not Joe Jonas. It says I look like Joe. I tapped out before the Jonas thing.
Starting point is 00:37:25 Yeah, that was kind of, my peak era was. I saw a little. Dude, I had the fucking high school musical. I could recite word for word. Still never seen it. And I am very proud of that. It's, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:37:38 It's kind of a great movie. I kind of love it. But my era peak Disney channel was the Brink Johnny Tsunami Days. Lucky of the Irish was another one. And, oh, Xenon. Zon, girl of the 21st century was fucking awesome. But anyway, back to zip lines because that's we should be talking about. Tamara's awesome now. Everyone thinks that she's changed. Emily is telling
Starting point is 00:38:05 Jen that you should say something to Shannon about these tantrums and all of this bullshit and blah, blah, blah. And Shannon, who took it out on everybody but Heather, is claiming that because of Heather, she had that lash out because it just feels like Heather always has this air about her. I don't like that. Well, it didn't come off that. Well, it didn't come off that. way because he yelled at Jen and you threw a fucking temper tantrum like a toddler because you didn't get the room you wanted because Heather big dicked you walked in there and took her shoes off and pretty much said get the fuck out of my room and you curled up into a ball and crawled away. That's no one else's problem.
Starting point is 00:38:43 And the best part is when you go and try to talk to Heather, Heather's got a big dick you again and go, okay, then fucking say something next time, you loser. Like, I don't, what are we doing here? This is embarrassing. I don't want to do this anymore. Bye. And that's it. That's all of it.
Starting point is 00:38:57 And it just shows that Shannon is still not tough enough to go after Heather. It still shows that Heather knows damn well. If she puts her foot down in this group, she's going to get what she wants, which allows her to continue to clock in when she feels like it. Because she knows, no one's going to hold her accountable because they can't because they're afraid. And here we are again.
Starting point is 00:39:14 Heather's just saying, go fuck yourself. And Shannon's going, okay, I will. I'm on the side of Heather for this one, though. Like, honestly, Shannon, go fuck yourself. Like, what is that?
Starting point is 00:39:25 Seriously, we have room spats. We talk about rooms that's all the time. Who gets the best room? We do it on every show for every trip without fail. This was the dumbest one possible. Shannon didn't want to stay in that room because there was radioactive fucking whatever coming off of the elevator. Electromagnetic radiation.
Starting point is 00:39:44 Like fucking kill me, Shannon. Like actually, like truly come to my house and kill me, Shannon. Because I can't deal with you anymore. You doing this and then somehow going to Jen, who's the nicest person in the group who switched rooms with you. And her biggest issue is not that there's an elevator here that makes noise, which she didn't really talk about. It's just that she was unpacked.
Starting point is 00:40:06 And she didn't feel like packing back up and going over, but she did it begrudgingly because we all know, they all know, if you don't switch rooms with Shannon or somebody doesn't switch with Shannon, you're going to have to deal with it all fucking weekends. And no one wants to deal with sad Shannon, who's got her own room over there. No one wants to listen to her.
Starting point is 00:40:24 It is depressing. So they opted to do this. That's the end of it. Why is this Heather's problem? Because Heather walked in and said, oh, I want this room. I'm going to stay in this room. Every trip does it. Every housewife trip, every other spinoff show that we have on network TV at this point.
Starting point is 00:40:40 Everybody does it. Who the fuck cares? This just isn't something that Emily needs to talk to Jen about to go talk to Heather about because it's really Heather. The whole thing is such bullshit. And the only thing I can think is maybe it's trying to gear up. towards Heather realizing that Emily's talking a lot of shit behind her back and trying to get people to go after her. And then we can kind of do that.
Starting point is 00:41:02 We've done it before. It never really works. I'm still hoping that there's a Trump card in there where somebody does pull out the fact that Katie Janella's daughter was right and Emily's kids were talking shit on Heather or Emily was talking shit on Heather. That's the only thing that I want to come of this. And even when I play it out in my head, it's still bored. Like it's just so stupid.
Starting point is 00:41:20 And none of this shit ever matters. And I don't think that a lot of the housewife, like, trifling like back and forth really matters in the first place, but at least it's fun. This shit's boring. Exactly. And that's when we get to the, the blackjack table,
Starting point is 00:41:34 which by the way, I'm fiend in for a casino night. Yeah, you texted me. Yeah, you and George. You texted me a couple weeks ago. I saw it.
Starting point is 00:41:43 I think I read it on my watch and I was like, oh yeah, that'd be fun. And then I'd never responded. And then you texted back the next day and you're like, so. Yeah. So,
Starting point is 00:41:51 yeah. Yeah. Yeah. How about I throw it around the golf and then we could go. All right, now you got me. Yeah, come on. What do I have to do to bribe you to go to the casino with me? Look, I don't go often, but I do like to go every now and then.
Starting point is 00:42:02 And I, the blackjack looked fun. That looks like a good time. It does. I always appreciate it when you go to a casino and they actually allow you to film. Like, that's fun for me. I don't know. I do have some questions about it, though, because at one point, Emily made the joke and said $3,500 on red and threw her purse in the middle of the roulette table.
Starting point is 00:42:24 I was like, wait a minute. Now I'm starting to think this was an empty table and they let you film on it. And you guys didn't actually gamble. That's what I think is going on. Oh, shit, maybe. Oh, that's a bummer. That's not fun. I want to see people gambling.
Starting point is 00:42:39 They probably, I mean, they have enough connections in Vegas, but I was thinking maybe. Right. Allegedly. Yeah. No, I didn't mean them specifically. I meant Brian. Yeah. That's a really good point.
Starting point is 00:42:49 They do have enough connections via Ryan via his whole network of, allegedly. Very upstanding citizens. No, not allegedly. Oh, yeah. I guess it's pretty. Actually, no. Actually, no.
Starting point is 00:42:58 Allegedly upstanding citizens is more, way more fun. Yes. I like that. Yeah. Yeah, let's go with that. And they were allowed to film at a table so that they could get this whole thing out, which again, I shouldn't have to do this. And I like the fun scenes.
Starting point is 00:43:12 And I actually enjoyed this. But because everything else is so boring, now I'm starting to brag on them. Now I'm starting to brag on the fun scenes. Like, that was a fun scene, but I've got some holdups. that wasn't real. Now it's not fun anymore. And I'm still not having fun. I have to convince myself to still not have fun with the show.
Starting point is 00:43:29 That's a good point. But we get into the Carmella $20,000 thing. And again, is there a route to go with this? Sure. Sure. If you want to question it and dig in a little bit, but you're not asking the right questions. We just keep going back to that.
Starting point is 00:43:47 Steve's kind of weird. And then all you're going to do, I was already team Carmelo on this. I know that everybody's not. A lot of people do have the question marks. But for me, it's like, all right, no one's really tried to figure out what this is. To me, at this point, seeing how she's moved, seeing her business side of things, I think that she was trying to throw a little money around, but also as being genuine, like,
Starting point is 00:44:09 hey, let me help you out. You're kind of lost right now. You have a similar situation at home as I did. I understand what you went through, understand what you're going through. Let me help you out. Let's do something together and see if this is a fit. That's fucking it. That's it.
Starting point is 00:44:22 And you have Vicky, who's over there, like, there's a lot of red flags. I just, I don't know. There's a lot of red flags. And where do you actually live? You left your kids? What the fuck? What are you doing? It did escalate very quickly.
Starting point is 00:44:35 That was funny at least. But like, the content wasn't fun. Just the way that it escalated was funny. Everything else was just stupid and terrible. Like you leave the kids out of it. I'm finally happy that we got somebody to walk in. Heather's like, no, I don't know. We're not doing that.
Starting point is 00:44:48 Jen says we're leaving the kids out of it. Gina agrees. everybody at that table agrees. Like, no, you're going about it the wrong way. Shut up. And look, I can live with the idea that Carmel is doing it actually out of the goodness of her own heart, but no one's asking those questions.
Starting point is 00:45:02 We don't know. I want to find out. I want to see what she says. And if there's inconsistencies, then yeah, hone in on them, talk about it a little bit more, see what her actual thing is, what her desire is with this group. That's where you go with it. But Vicki, this is what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:45:16 Like it undoes every possible situation that we could have about Carmel are doing this. this because now Vicky's doing that excuses all else, everybody else's behavior. You start bringing up the kids and start questioning Carmela's actual character in her motherhood. Now we have a fallback. If Carmela is doing what we think she might be doing, it doesn't matter anymore. Because you can just say, oh, yeah, Vicky started this whole thing.
Starting point is 00:45:40 She's going after me. She put a target on my back. And now she just wants me to just suffer and fail while I'm on this show. That's all she's doing. That's going to be the easiest scapego possible. It just goes away. a flash because Vicki doesn't know how to handle this and she doesn't know how to properly escalate.
Starting point is 00:45:54 So yes, it was funny that she did that, but otherwise not really that funny. No. And like her trying to draw comparisons like when my kids were this age, like my daughter would never leave my grandchild. Like, what are you doing? Shut up. And from everything we've seen from Carmelo and her daughter,
Starting point is 00:46:10 don't even talk. Thank you. I was going to go with this. Literally going to make that point. Like, who are you to say any of this? Your family doesn't seem super close, dude, at all. And also, every scene we've seen with Carmel and our kids, they seem to love their mom. I don't see any discrepancies.
Starting point is 00:46:26 Yeah, a lot of people have to travel for work. A lot of people are back and forth. Like, this is not that ridiculous. But what it does do is shed a light on this witch hunt that Vicki has decided to go on because she doesn't like the young pretty Carmela joining this show. And she has a fucking bone to pick with her because she's grumpy and jealous. Like, it's just dumb. It's dumb.
Starting point is 00:46:49 And I'm like you said, I'm so glad that everybody there was like, dude, no. We're not doing this with the kids. The funny thing is like because it went so low because Vicki decided to go so low. And again, I know that she doesn't trust Carmela and that's fine. But because she did that, it does at least kind of save us from continuing down there. Because it could have gotten worse. But because it was still. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:17 Yeah, because because she decided to just jump to that, and it clearly appalled everybody that was there and told everybody told Vicky, like, no, you can't do that. It does force Vicky to immediately resolve it. So at least we don't have to endure wherever the hell that was going to go, because it was only going to get worse from there. If Vicki's first instance while talking to Carmela face to face is you're a bad mom, it's only going to get worse.
Starting point is 00:47:40 We're not getting any better from that one. So by resolving that, it does kind of save us from that. But again, we just go right back to boring. Like we could have gotten there. I would have been okay if you start questioning her, what she's doing with the group, and then you have some more questions about her and you really don't trust her. Then she starts talking about Danny and the kids. Then you can go, oh, I don't fucking trust you.
Starting point is 00:48:01 What do you do? What do you mean? Danny's with the kids. Now you're talking about his infidelity all the time. What are you getting ahead of? What more is going on there? Like you can go that rude. You can try to pull that off as a storyline, but she does it so quick that it's just dead immediately.
Starting point is 00:48:16 Yep, exactly. And here's the funniest part. There's still about 15 minutes left in the episode after this. The next thing to talk about genuinely is Vicki giving Carmela a hug at dinner at the end. She's going, hey, I'm sorry. That's it. Here's the other thing. This is how far gone we are as a cast.
Starting point is 00:48:37 They pulled Tamara away from that. Yeah. Why? Why are we pulling Tamara out of a situation where she usually thrives? If she's the third party there, she's going to make Carmela start asking questions to Vicky. Instead, they actually resolve things. If Tamara's standing right there, she will say, well, Carmela, she's questioning you as a mom, like at least have some more things to say, get after her.
Starting point is 00:49:02 And then we might see some fight from Carmela or Carmela is going to say, no, it's fine. Don't worry about it. Like, I understand where things are coming from. And then you start seeing the wheels turn in Tamara's head. Like, why was she so quick to resolve this? Maybe there's more here. We could have gotten more of it. Instead, the whole group is like, Tamara, get out of there.
Starting point is 00:49:18 Come on, come over here. I have to talk to you. It's like, your children. You really are children. You're like, hey, it's better if the two of them just talking out by themselves. Let's pull our nuisance friend out of here. Your nuisance friend is the only reason why this show even fucking thrives when it does, if it does. Why are we pulling her out of something?
Starting point is 00:49:34 The only storyline that's happening right now. It's so stupid. It made no sense to me either. That's the first thing I wrote down. Why is Tamara going away from this conversation? And why we're going to end up talking about this again, or at least why I think we are, is Carmela goes to a confession and says, no, this isn't over.
Starting point is 00:49:50 She really upset me. I just don't want to cause a scene at dinner. And Vicki goes, the only reason I'm doing this is there's a lot of peer pressure coming at me. And I want these ladies to stop yapping in my ear. So even after all of that, this scene is somewhat worthless because we are going to be in the same spot that we were in. And the end of the episode is just them talking about sex.
Starting point is 00:50:07 But the one thing that I do need to bring up, and then we'll get to questions. So Carmel is talking about being. cold and and having walls up because of Danny's infidelity. Right. Emily starts talking to her. It's like, you need to soften up. I do the same thing with Shane. I'm like, careful, Emily.
Starting point is 00:50:29 You just compared Danny cheating on Carmela to you hating Shane for just being Shane. Those are different things. They are very different things. But it was a, I actually wonder, the way. that Carmela was able to bring up Danny's infidelity and no one's really talked to I mean they kind of talk about it but it's not like other shows they would be digging on that yeah like who did he cheat on you with is he still in contact with that person
Starting point is 00:50:59 now I have to do some digging on my own like we and like I'm not telling them to do that because that would be awful with this group they would never get anywhere and it would be really annoying but it was very quick to just kind of move on it's almost like Emily forgot about the infidelity like or this is my other theory, especially when it's Emily. She had an opportunity to talk and talk about herself and talk about her marriage to kind of throw her hat in the ring like, hey, I'm part of this show too, guys. I do the same thing with she.
Starting point is 00:51:24 I get really mad at him. We didn't talk for weeks. Why? Why didn't you talk for weeks? She never tells us why. Yeah, did he cheat on you? Yeah. He was just, you know, it was really stressful with the kids.
Starting point is 00:51:33 And then when we find out why, we're always like, all right, shut up. Please stop talking. It's like he's breathing funny and drinking a big gulp and it pissed me off. Yeah. Yeah. He had one too many sodas during the week. He's being too rational. and his approach to how he's raising our kids
Starting point is 00:51:47 and that bothered me. It bothered me that he's unbothered. He told me that I couldn't work out for the fourth time on Monday and I got really pissed at him because I already got my three workouts in, but I wanted a fourth. I haven't talked to you too least. I forgot how dry and boring you guys are. That's the best way to put it. Just blah.
Starting point is 00:52:04 But let's get to some questions. From Colie Marie 1, do you think the producers are showing Vicky in a bad light so people stop asking for her back? Honestly, maybe. I hope that she's just trying to find her footing, and it doesn't look like she's getting her footing. But I do not think that producers are like stacked up against her.
Starting point is 00:52:27 Kate Elftman, are Gina and Emily a package deal when it comes to staying on the show are getting fired? I hope so because if you whack one, that means you have to whack them both. Get them both out of there. Yeah. T-Gal-Nal, why, just why, end it. We can't do this with every show, but it's a bad state for Bravo when we get questions and everybody's just saying end the show.
Starting point is 00:52:52 Because we get that with the Valley, we're doing that with this. They're not going to have a slate anymore. We're not going to be able to get through the week. This is a good point. Myra Hellwig. Vicki's hate towards Carmel feels really odd and old school. Should Vicki be out after this? I think she should.
Starting point is 00:53:05 But yeah, it does. It's indicative of the earlier days of Housewives, which this show has transcended that. we no longer do the same things that made these shows great back in the day, which is fine. Things change. But yeah, it does have that air about it where it's kind of like the old school, like, oh, I'm just going to dig at very personal things and make you feel like shit. Yeah, yeah, totally. From Shoshi Davis, if Vicki's return was staggered and not two shows at once, would she be more enjoyable?
Starting point is 00:53:35 No. Probably ever so slightly. I don't, I see, I don't think so because I'm actually in a very weird way able to kind of separate the two. I don't even realize that she's kind of doing two shows at once because I don't know. I guess it's just the way my brain works. I think she's still doing what she's doing on OC and I think it would still rub people the wrong way and people still wouldn't like her. Again, I like Vicki. I think she'll figure it out, but I understand like a lot of people are incredibly frustrated with her because it does just feel so weird. And it's almost like she joined this show,
Starting point is 00:54:04 this cast of people who force issues that aren't good. And she started forcing issues that aren't good too. It's like what's going on? What kind of black magic is kind of floating around in that group? The OC effect. Oh, this is a funny one because of what my answer is going to be. Jess 516, which of the scavenger hunt task would you be best at? Couldn't tell you what they were. I didn't watch it. I skipped not watch the scavenger hunt. I don't know. I genuinely skipped it. I don't say. Actually, no, I correct. I are sorry. I did not skip it. I was cleaning up. Yeah. That's what I was doing. Yep. I was not paying attention to that.
Starting point is 00:54:41 Yep. Sorry. But probably all. No idea. Well, it's just like projecting, I guess, what could have happened. From Ace Me, imagine if Vicky had gone to the cultural experience, how rude and embarrassing she'd be. Oh, God. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:57 I don't need to be that. Yeah. Production probably stepped in and was like, you can't do that. Yep. Yeah, we can't do that. One or two more. I'll end with that one. I don't have anything else.
Starting point is 00:55:11 If you want to just end on that one, that's fine. All right. From Don Hatton. We always have to answer this one because we get comments from people. But Don Hatton 20 asks, why is anyone still watching? Well, we're watching because you are all listening and we will watch as long as you guys want us to. And this goes to the people that always say, you guys don't, you don't need to watch these shows. You're just going to hate him so much.
Starting point is 00:55:34 But yes, we do. Because that's what we do for our people. We buy the amount of people. the amount of people that leave comments and say I'm already, it'll be like three episodes into a show. Thank God you guys are still covering this because I am done watching it, but I'm listening to you guys. Not watching this season,
Starting point is 00:55:51 but look forward to your recaps. A lot of those. This show in the Valley and sometimes Beverly Hills, it's about 50-50. People still watching and complaining about watching, but at least finding solace in the fact that we have to watch and talk about it. And the other 50% is people who stopped watching, but still want to know what's going on.
Starting point is 00:56:08 so they listen to us. So that's why we do it. It's our job. It's for you. That's why. Because we love you. You think we would do this if we didn't love you guys? You think we would subject ourselves to this show season in and season out?
Starting point is 00:56:22 If it wasn't for you guys, that's why we do it. You know how freeing it would be? Could you imagine going into a season not really expecting? Actually, Beverly Hills might be that season. But just based on it, they went to wherever Bose had her, uh, wedding and that's all I've been seeing for the last couple of days and every comments just talking about how boring the season's going to be you know how freeing it would be to just go into a season and be like hey guys we're not watching this not this year
Starting point is 00:56:50 we're not not even talking about it not dealing with it and we just move forward and never talk about it again oh god I don't even tease me with it that would be so good the idea that we could just do going about our lives and like and then the questions bleed into other shows that we actually enjoy covering and we see it. It's like, hey, how come you guys are watching Beverly Hills and we just get past it? We don't even read it. Oh, man. Oh, what a life that would be. Dream on, pal, because our highest
Starting point is 00:57:19 listen to episodes are Beverly Hills and O.C. Beverly Hills and the Valley. Yep. Top three. You guys clearly like listening to us be miserable, but we will continue to because once again the last time we love his, but that's all I got.
