Bros & Shows - Flamenco Dresses, Affidavit's and Larsa's "Ex Boyfriend" (RHOM Full Recap)

Episode Date: August 19, 2025

Whats up bros? Miami is still in Seville and the ladies are going dress shopping. Larsa brings up Lisa following Marcus still and the rest of the group doesn't understand why Lisa still follows him. S...tephanie and Alexia appear to be cordial at the very least. Even Marysol and Adriana are getting along. It's obvious that Larsa is yearning for the spotlight as she continues to force in this Marcus stuff. At dinner, Lisa receives an affidavit claiming she must respond in 1 hour or face trial. Larsa throws a fit at dinner blaming Lisa for ruining the whole weekend. Kiki opens up about her life some more and it looks like Guerdy and Julia may have found some peace. Just in time for Larsa and Lisa to lose theirs. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Starting point is 00:00:58 Volvo.com. It's like Christmas come early. We got two ROMs back to back, a little double Miami action. Back to back, it's the best week ever, as far as I'm concerned. Good afternoon, pros and shows. I'm your co-host, Steel Russell, joined as always. by the one and only down the shore Magouter what's up dude I'm here for a little double
Starting point is 00:01:33 dip of some ROM action that's what I'm here for hell yeah brother and you're down wildwood right now I wore my shirt in solidarity I'm there in spirit you know they're there in spirit yeah I thought I saw you on the beach today but I think it was just your spirit floating around yeah it's just my spirit floating it looks good it was nice to tan hey thanks man but we are here for our second episode of Miami this week, which look, if they wanted to double up every week, I'd be thrilled. This show is getting better and better. It would be over in six weeks.
Starting point is 00:02:04 I don't know. I want that. I want to do more episodes. Oh, so you want them to do like 28 episodes, but just double up. Oh, okay. I'm worried with that. It's probably like a careful what you wish for kind of thing. Maybe that's too many. Yeah, we just exclusively let them do it for Salt Lake, whose trailer released today or yesterday,
Starting point is 00:02:23 looks awesome. but yeah just do it for salt lake miami and i'm okay with that give us as many episodes as possible you stay away beverly hills you stay away oc i don't want more than 12 episodes from you we did the 25 episode season of beverly hills like three years ago that was awful but for this one i'm i'm down for it yeah but before we get into the business i've got a couple announcements to make and by you've got some business i've got some business to attend to before we get down to the business and that is we have our first live show in a long time.
Starting point is 00:02:57 September 11th, Thursday night at 7.30 p.m. We're going back to the city winery in Philly, back to home field advantage. We're both stoked to get back up on stage. We are vetting some potential special guests right now. We had a couple people reach out and say they would like to join us on stage, very emphatically. So we have the idea that we're vetting them. Like, what are we actually doing? We're vetting.
Starting point is 00:03:19 We're going to do like a game show. We're making sure they don't have any problematic comments. It's like six years on social media, yeah. No priors, but we will probably end up having a special guest. We will keep that under wraps until we get closer to the date. But make sure you go get those tickets. You can go to the link in our Instagram bio or go to City Winery, Philly, and go to the events page there. But the easiest way, just go to our Instagram, click that link, get your tickets.
Starting point is 00:03:45 They're $20 to $25. So they're not too expensive. Come out, hang out with the bros for a night. Hell yeah. It's a nice Thursday night, too. Mm-hmm. Yeah, a little thirsty Thursday. I always hate the like we do, we've done a couple that are like a Monday or a Wednesday or a Tuesday.
Starting point is 00:04:01 It just doesn't have the same feel. Thursday's the night. That's the night. So get your tickets ASAP, Rocky, so you can come hang out with us and have a damn good time. But now let's get down to business since we just cover that business. To beat the hunt? Let's get down to business. That's such a good movie.
Starting point is 00:04:22 It's such a great song. It's a great soundtrack overall in that movie. But we're here to talk about Miami's second episode this week. Obviously, we got to see everything up to that dinner. But we're picking up after Lisa finally gets there and we're talking about everything the next morning. It's like a recap of the dinner with Alexia and Marisol. Yeah. And they're talking about Stephanie.
Starting point is 00:04:44 Obviously, we saw a way forward at that dinner. Both of them just kind of yelled at each other until they agreed to stop yelling and potentially be friends. so we'll see how that goes but the big thing they're doing today is these flamenco dress fittings right I love I really love the timing of the episode at the beginning of the episode for this
Starting point is 00:05:03 because watching it back to back and knowing very very you know it's very vivid in my memory of what happened at that dinner but then we still get the first five minutes is like here's a breakdown of what happens I just watched this we did this yesterday
Starting point is 00:05:17 yeah nope nope we're going to recap it always to make sure everyone's on the same page But the one thing that is clearly going to be a problem again. And we talked about it last episode because Larsa feels like she's not in the spotlight as much. So she's talking about Marcus again, or as she calls him her ex-boyfriend. And the fact that Lisa, Lisa is still following Marcus. And that's going to be a big issue once again.
Starting point is 00:05:43 And Lisa's already under the gun because she was late for her flight, Mr. Flight, traveled for 14 days to get there by train, by boat, by horseback. So I still think that the trip there was punishment enough. But the group, is this something that they're actually pissed off about? One, two, is it just so many times she's done this that they feel disrespected and angry? Or three, she's just fucking annoying. And this is a reason to get mad at her. I think it's the third one, honestly.
Starting point is 00:06:14 And I think that we can figure that out pretty quickly just based off of how this episode goes. You and I talked about it being punishment enough that it took her 23 plus hours to get there and she had to ride by train. What if by land, two, if by sea. We don't know where Lisa is. She's somewhere in Europe. I don't know. And we thought, yeah, that's punishment enough.
Starting point is 00:06:34 Let her breathe for a second. But now after watching this episode, I have a different take. I like that they didn't let her breathe. They didn't really let her get comfortable again. Like, hey, I know you had a shit day yesterday. We're throwing you right into it because she starts. And that's the thing. It is reciprocated because she.
Starting point is 00:06:49 She immediately starts talking about all the stuff that she's going through why she was late, which sounds like bullshit. She's got these things going on. So yeah, you know what? Hold her feet to the fire. If she came and she wasn't complaining about anything, I think we would feel like, all right, let her go for a little bit. And then you can get into it at lunch. You can get into it at dinner later tonight. But instead, she starts complaining.
Starting point is 00:07:09 So why not go after her? Because they're probably all tired of her. Well, the reasons that she gives, because Larsa joins, they're all in the lobby. and Larson is asking her questions, like, what the fuck happened? And she's like, well, there are legal matters. But you were in St. Barts. Yeah. So there were legal matters in St.
Starting point is 00:07:28 my attorneys are also in St. Bartz. It's like, what were you traveling? I bet you. Her and Jody are probably closing on a timeshare in St. Bartz. And that's the thing. They probably had to go down there. And they probably didn't even have to go down there, to be honest.
Starting point is 00:07:41 Because timeshares are just happy to have you. They will sign you up for whatever 24-year deal that they have going on. So they just want to get you in the door. They'll do it online. But they probably see this as, oh, this is so cool. We're going down there.
Starting point is 00:07:53 They're probably just signing a contract for a time share. That's all they're doing. I don't think there's any legal matters here. She instantly puts her foot in her mouth because she's like, it was an expensive villa. And I keep my commitments. It's like,
Starting point is 00:08:06 one, you don't keep your commitments. So you're lying. Two, I thought it was a legal issue with your lawyers who are also present in St. Barts, but now you're saying that you couldn't leave because it was an expensive. expensive villa pick one like the villa one probably would have been the best one to be like look
Starting point is 00:08:22 we spent a ton of money on this place so like i wanted to stay till the last minute and i missed my flight okay or is it that your lawyers were hanging out with you in st bar like what is it Lisa i think she she just always this that's the thing i you can say this about pretty much every housewife on this show they're all very self-important so they want to make it seem like what they're doing is very important and it's really just it would suffice to say, I was on a really expensive vacation that I already had plans before we decided to go to Seville. That's really all you have to say. And then say, yeah, I miss my flight. It sucks. I had a shit day yesterday. But I'm here and I'm ready to have some fun. That's all you have to do.
Starting point is 00:08:59 That's the approach. But I feel like for all of them, it's like, I know you guys were riding a private jet over here. You've got stuff going on. Stephanie's a self-made CEO. Larson's got only fans' feet picks going on. I got to make myself feel self-important. I had some legal stuff going on down in St. Parts. What are you doing down there? For what? Getting divorced.
Starting point is 00:09:20 Could you imagine an attorney? Yeah, my divorce attorney, he lives down in St. Bartz. So I do have to go visit him all the time. It's a very expensive trip. I'm sure it is. It's really frustrating that he only works out of St. Barts.
Starting point is 00:09:31 I don't know. And he only works in like, well, I guess they're in Miami, so this doesn't matter. But for us, it would be he only works in December and January in the coldest months. I have to go to St. Barts for a week just to settle some things. It's awful. I can't imagine it. hate it so much but we split up into flamenco dress groups and the groups consist of
Starting point is 00:09:51 stephanie lisa adriana and marisol which is an interesting grouping there and then alexia julia kiki and gertie and it actually works out pretty well for the most part for the most part we'll get to it at the end there but got to give steve a shout out steve's just such a good sport marisol wants another wedding that's her thing he's getting married in multiple places she's got her sight set on spain now so she calls steve and she's like we got to to do it here. Steve's like, okay, sure. You know what I thought of? It's the late one. I think that that song, that Flamenco song that they were crying to last night. I think that really got under her skin and really caused her to have this outward body experience. I got to get married in Spain.
Starting point is 00:10:32 We have to have this guy sing in our wedding. And then I imagine Steve sitting there with the two of them sobbing, not understanding a word this guy's saying. Steve's just like like patting Marisol in the back. Like what the fuck's going on? It's going to be all right. You want to You're going to be fine. Yeah. Let me get you a drink. I brought the teos. It's okay.
Starting point is 00:10:49 We get into the drama dinner again between Steph and Alexia and, you know, they hashed it out. And this is the group with Marisol and Stephanie in it. Alexei is not part of this group. But they hashed everything out. And at the very end, we got a little extra that we didn't see the night before. And that's Marisol. Chimes in. She goes, I'll bet on Alexa every time.
Starting point is 00:11:11 She'll bury anybody. Interesting approach. I like this is this is why with Alexia and Marisol you're never in right you're never in with yeah it's still those two verse the world and that's Marisol it was squashed you have Alexia saying we're going to be good friends they're now arguing on whether or not their friends are going to be good friends and then Marisol chimes in with just a little dig at the end like ha she kicked your ass and then it turns into a burry I wonder a burry I wonder if it was as confusing for everybody else just after what happened
Starting point is 00:11:47 on that yacht going back and forth about which animal they are in the animal kingdom and now we're here. I don't think anybody really knows what the hell's going on. But this seemed, it seemed very Julia esk to come out of Marisol's mouth. I could see Julia chiming in
Starting point is 00:12:03 from across the table saying she would bet on Alexia at any given moment and she's going to bury someone. That would have been funny and I would have expected it and I would have laughed at Julia because that is just so ass kissy. I don't even know how to start there. But Marisol saying it seems weird because she's always had this like unspoken bonds with Alexia. Like we always just assumes like of course you guys are best friends. Of course you
Starting point is 00:12:24 guys are going to have each other's backs. And we've been questioning in a little bit recently with the Todd situation. So I wonder if this is just Marisol even though it's completely like it's the worst timing possible because they squashed it to chime in at this point and try to reignite the whole thing. But maybe she's speaking outwardly because she's been feeling so weird about Alexia and Todd and maybe feeling like she's going to be on the outs because if they get back together, all the bad things she said about Todd, even though Alexia said them too, might push her out a little bit more. So maybe she's speaking up a little bit more. That's at least what I think because it just seemed out of character for her to chime in at that point because we already know you've got
Starting point is 00:13:00 her back. You don't have to say anything. So is she speaking up just to get a little extra support out there so that Alexia likes her or she's speaking out? Is that alluding to Todd? Where she's just using a generality? No, right? I don't think it's alluding to Todd. I don't think it's alluding to not at all. I think she's just showing, it's showing some support. But in a way, I mean, it also just kind of knocks Stephanie down. Now you have no real shot at being friends with Stephanie if you're going to do stuff like that. So it is a little weird. It's definitely ill-conceived. The Stephanie responses are potentially going to get her in a bad spot because she's very quick to get emotional about things. She gets, she gets upset in a hurry. And even
Starting point is 00:13:39 with this comment, because then she goes on the offensive and she's like, well, I'm glad we get solo time because I feel like I've got a totally different Marisol. Yeah. You just met Marisol like you guys are getting to know each other. That's a bold statement to make. Of course, you're with Adriana. So you get some support. No, not at all.
Starting point is 00:13:55 She's not. She's correct. 100%. It's just that's not coming from a place of like I'm so happy. You get to spend time with you. That's coming from a place of you took a dig at me. Well, old two-faced Marisol like at least they get to know you this time. And you're with Adriana.
Starting point is 00:14:10 So you get immediate support like, hell yeah. 100% like she's yelling from the back just to support Stephanie on this whole thing. So I just see this. Yeah, no. Yeah, that is definitely true. Oh, you're freezing.
Starting point is 00:14:27 Hold on. Let me catch up. There we go. I just see it going south for. I think she's going to clap back in a moment that may not call for it. And she's going to bring on a much bigger shit storm than she's, I think she can weather the storm. She's shown that.
Starting point is 00:14:41 but I just think that it's a dangerous game to play with people that you're still getting to know and that's like the newbie thing that we run into sometimes. Yeah, we run into it and we can already kind of see what could happen in the future, especially if you're going to take on people like Alexia and Marisol because those are the types of people
Starting point is 00:14:57 in the group that you'll get the outliers, you'll get the key keys, the other people that'll just try to look for some sort of validation from Alexia and Marisol for whatever reason. They'll turn on you too. You can quickly alienate yourself in that group by going against one of them if it doesn't land.
Starting point is 00:15:15 And it could be, we might just be on a fast track to Stephanie and Adriana being really good friends, which I would actually support right now. And that'll probably last about a season until they turn on each other. But that would be fairly fun for me. Well, Adriana is the all star this season. She's definitely up for MVP of the year. The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox is an eight-episode Hulu original limited series that blends gripping pacing with emotional complexity,
Starting point is 00:15:42 offering a dramatized look as it revisits the wrongful conviction of Amanda Knox for the tragic murder of Meredith Kircher and the relentless media storm that followed. The twisted tale of Amanda Knox is now streaming only on Disney Plus. When your investors, customers, and workers demand more from your business, make it happen with SAP. And, you know, they're eating some oysters. The biggest fucking oysters I've ever seen in my life. Those things were massive.
Starting point is 00:16:52 Yeah. And I love oysters. And I don't know if I could choke one of those down. But we do get. I don't think I can. I don't think I have it in me. Yeah. It's up.
Starting point is 00:17:00 That was a big ass oyster. That thing was like the size of a fist. Like I love oysters, but that, the texture at that size would probably not be super fun. but you're painting a very funny picture though yeah can you fit your fist in your mouth no you want to watch me try oh boy but we do get into some stuff with kiki and we've obviously gotten to know kiki a lot more this season than any other season she's divulging much more of her personal life i guess with her success in the united states and her making money and her doing so well. She's been trying to bring some of her family members over periodically
Starting point is 00:17:44 from Haiti to the U.S., especially because the situation in Haiti is declining, so she's trying to get people out. But I guess part of that is you have to be able to support them 100% financially. So you're taking on a lot of burdens. So she did this, obviously, to help her family out. But the people that were not getting chosen to come over are now starting to turn on Kiki and get frustrated with Kiki and to the point they're sending death threats they're they're saying horrible things to her and dad gets a big kadoos here because her dad actually stepped in and told them to fuck off which is kind of a big move that's a huge move and it sucks to hear that she she had to move within like two weeks because she was getting so many things sent to her
Starting point is 00:18:30 house and all these people knew where she lived and she was it seemed like she was fearful for her life at that point like all of these things that were coming in and why wouldn't you be honestly And it sucks because it comes from a place of trying to help people. And even when you're trying to help people, you can still have people turn on you. And it's insane to me that people weren't immediately just like, thank you so much, Kiki, for looking out for the family. I'm sure she was incredibly methodical with who she chose, how many people she could take on, all of that.
Starting point is 00:18:58 I'm sure she thought everything through. And it sucks because she does all of that. And it's a very nice thing to do. And it's very well received or it should be very well received. And again, I agree with you. The dad's stepping in, this is huge. I didn't see something like that happening. The instances that we've seen him on the screen,
Starting point is 00:19:13 what we've heard from Kiki talking about her dad being back in her life. She didn't even know she had another sibling because he didn't bother to tell her. Him stepping in this is a really nice move. So hopefully that's a step in the right direction because I think that's something that she wants. She really wants to repair that relationship, that family. So if this is what he has to do and he understands what he has to do, then that's good. I can't say enough about him. Yeah, and I think that it's also important.
Starting point is 00:19:37 to note that within this group specifically, you have a lot of other people that have either immigrated or their parents immigrated to the U.S. So there's a lot of understanding going on, which is nice that Kiki has this group to kind of bounce it off of. So it probably feels more support there. That's a really good. That's actually a really good point. And the other part of it is Alexia knew and said you don't seem like you're yourself right now.
Starting point is 00:20:00 There's a lot going on. I can tell when my friend is like this. And we've said this in the past. I mean, Kiki's been on for this is her third or fourth. fourth season and we haven't really gotten a whole lot from her but you can tell that she is very very close knit with these women and we don't really get to see it that often so i think that was also nice too it's almost like um you know we always give alexia credit because she's a great mother it was almost like a motherly instinct like hey yeah something's up let's you know talk about it
Starting point is 00:20:25 and kiki's willing to talk about it which is even bigger so i think we've known for a while that she can add so much more so much more depth to this process and that's what makes this such a good show because it can be so camped and stupid and also you can get a moment like this where it's like holy shit really you're going through that that's wild yeah yep but we check back in with step's crew just real quick because nobody eats ice cream like that okay yeah nobody eats ice cream like that it's it's annoying like does anybody watch that and go hell yeah like it's just like stop yes we do who Marcus Jordan probably Scotty Pippin I just don't get it, dude.
Starting point is 00:21:06 It's like, and even someone calls it, I think Marisol calls it out. It's like just not, I don't know. I thought it was stupid. But the other crew gets their dresses fitted and Alexia and Julia are talking. And we get a lot more info on the Todd front, which we don't like the Todd front. But I guess we have to check in about the Todd front. And we called it. The ring does come out on the trip.
Starting point is 00:21:27 She's wearing a ring again. We find out from Marisol. Alexia went to New York City with Todd for an entire weekend. So, a little romantic getaway. We all know where it's going, right? Like, she's going to get back with Todd. It's, I don't even think that she's probably back with Todd right now as we currently speak.
Starting point is 00:21:45 I'm sure she's already back with him. Yeah. It's just really frustrating because, like, from Marisol's standpoint, she's continuously watched this go downhill multiple times. It's the same song and dance. The fact that Todd ditching Frankie while he's moving out, like, you'd think that would move the needle and that would keep her from going back in. We watched that dinner that she had with all of her friends.
Starting point is 00:22:06 And I get that it's a layered issue. But at the same time, it's like, it just seems pretty cut and dry to me. And I guess obviously there's always more depth to everything. So I can't really comment on a lot of it. But I don't know. I don't have the whole story. That's why it gets. I think that's why we get so frustrated watching it because it's tough to watch.
Starting point is 00:22:28 And it's, I wouldn't even say it's one-sided. We get all of the the narratives that her. friends have about her and all the context from that situation and how Alexia is different when she's with Todd or not with Todd or whatever it might be. We hear all of these stories from the people that are closest to her and we see her doing it. So we get frustrated because I'm sure there's so much that we don't know and there's probably so much that her friends don't know that they can only allude to or only try to understand. And it really comes back to and I think it's going to based on scenes from next week. It comes back to the family thing and what he did
Starting point is 00:22:59 to Frankie. And I think her other son steps in and is like, how are you going to get back with this guy after what he did to Frankie, which we know her other son's not a great person. There's other things going on, but it might need to be something like that that hits so close to home rather than a Marisol complaining or rather than Larsa, even though Larsa probably doesn't give a shit, even then like any of her friends stepping and saying, what are you doing? Why are we doing this? Are we really going to do this again? You already did this.
Starting point is 00:23:23 Let's go have dinner with Joey and all of his friends and let's talk about who's circumcised. Like that was way more fun than talking about Todd with you for two, three hours and then you disappearing for a weekend because you're in New York. So I think it might just need to get boiled down to this is what he did to your son, that your son that you love more than everything in the world and you're going to get back with this dude? Like, why? Why are we doing this?
Starting point is 00:23:43 So maybe something will break through because it's tough to say, like I said, when we don't have the whole story, but when we watch as much as we do and we know all of these things and everybody talking about it, it's pretty cut and dry. This shouldn't be a thing right now. No, and Marisol's concerned because she even says, you know, Todd and Alexia makes Alexia unpleasant and Todd and Alexia getting back together means that Marisol's on the outs entirely because
Starting point is 00:24:08 Alexia turns into an entirely different person so I don't know we're going to see it devolve more and more I think until this is going to be a reunion topic and they're probably going to be back together at the reunion so that's my I'll show up when the husbands come out
Starting point is 00:24:25 yeah and act like nothing happened I was in the gym the whole time dude god the husband's segment I don't think they're even going to bother doing one it'll probably be or i guess the spouse's uh segment you'll have martina come out yeah frenchie comes out french she's gonna get like martina you'll get martina steve uh maybe lenny'll pop back out no jody'll be there i'm just kidding um but yeah i what a motley crew that is such a motley crew and the only person i would really care about there
Starting point is 00:24:55 would be steve and maybe missude depending on how the season goes i'm still up in the air about him yeah i'm back and forth as well but don't worry we are going to get back into the marcus thing because larsa is going to force the issue on us as much as she possibly can now do i understand where larsa's coming from totally like lisa should unfollow marcus this shouldn't be that big of a absolutely this should not be a big deal yeah and lisa's defense of it makes it even worse because she's like well i was going to but then you've been not so great lately and larsa yeah which is funny, because that's true, but Larson's like, what are you talking about? Like, what are you talking about? And all Larson's defense ever is is, I've been such a good friend to you. I've been such a good friend to you. And you aren't being a good friend to me. It's like, you're not a good friend to anybody except for Stephanie. And that's because she takes you on her private jet.
Starting point is 00:25:52 But that defense is so tired and so played out. And every time she says it, she never gives any examples of her being a good friend. She just says, no, I'm a good friend. she yeah in theory she's a good friend at least in her brain it is pretty obvious though lisa should just unfollow him there's no reason to be following him she's not even asking jody to communication with him she's not saying jody needs to unfollow him and you need to unfollow him yeah maybe that would be stepping over a line because you're telling somebody's boyfriend to do it but at the end of the day it's pretty obvious just unfollow the guy if you want to be friends with me unfollow my ex-boyfriend every other friend in the world would immediately do that
Starting point is 00:26:32 As soon as they break up, yeah, maybe you'll refollow them when they get back together inevitably. If it's one of those relationships, sure. But honestly, just unfollow, who cares? It means absolutely nothing. And I love that Lisa's sticking to this saying that it's Larson's fault that she's not unfollowing her. I'm not going to do something just because Larson tells me to do it. You know how upset I get? Imagine if someone told you to do something, you don't want to do it.
Starting point is 00:26:53 It's like, not all the time. Like, it's in a situation like this. Yeah, I mean, it makes sense. But yeah, I mean, if somebody tells me to jump off a bridge, I'm not going to jump off a bridge. but I'm probably just going to unfollow their ex-boyfriend that gives me literally nothing. Like, what am I going to miss the guy when I go on social media? I'm going to miss seeing him in Abiza, just wasting his fortune away. Yeah, sure.
Starting point is 00:27:13 It's Abiza. No, it's certainly not. Ibita. Sabia. It doesn't make a lot of sense. Her defense is lackluster. But it is funny because now Larsa, I like when Larsa gets activated, actually activated. because she's not composed and she just starts saying things like she's composed to a certain
Starting point is 00:27:37 point but then when you really press a button she kind of loses it we saw that at the lunch with Lisa when Lisa was like well the paparazzi told us that she's like well you're full of shit it's like whoa where did that come from so yeah you get that here again because Larsa starts getting pissed off and she's like you know what you were not missed yesterday nobody missed you yesterday. It's like, I beg to differ because so many people had an issue with yesterday. But okay. And then she just throws out words. She's like, you're a groupie. What? Brew. What? What do you mean? Like, and that's the hardest one. The groupie thing is very funny because you could say that Lars is a groupie. I mean, come on. You dated your ex-husband's
Starting point is 00:28:21 ex-teamates son. Yeah. You date rappers, athletes. Like, do you? I don't give a shit. But, you can't throw groupie out there she's she's been married to lenny and she dates jody that's all i know about who are those people i don't know who jude i didn't know who jody was beforehand who knows no i do love and i do miss when larsa was with marcus because we can't really paint the picture anymore but last season was a lot of fun talking about her babysitting him when he was growing up i oh god i didn't like that i didn't like that i loved that i thought that was so funny and so many people took offense to it it's okay I don't know why people are taking offense to it.
Starting point is 00:29:00 I don't think it's a yucky. No, you don't. It is yucky. It is very yucky, which makes it funny. Yeah, but at least somebody lists off the reasons that Larson's a group. I think it was Adriana. I'm not sure, but it was like, well, she's always with an athlete or a rapper or a Kardashian. I was like, ooh, sick burn.
Starting point is 00:29:16 Adriana continues to kill this season. Marisol, as usual, is trying to be the voice of reason. And she's like, look, just unfollow him. Like move the needle in this friendship a little bit, do something. It really, it's so non-consequential other than she's going to be upset with you the whole time. But Lisa taking notes about what Larsa is saying, I think is hysterical. Like every mean thing she's saying, she's writing it down. Marisol takes issue with that.
Starting point is 00:29:41 I don't think that's a problem. I always, I always think it's funny when notes are taken to be used later. But anyway. I think it's a really funny move, honestly. I have no issue with it. I think it's hilarious. sitting in the back, just walking around, listing all of the things that she's saying
Starting point is 00:29:57 so that you can remember for later. I love it. I think it's funny. It's good gameplay. Smart. Because especially how many times we have, we have people misremembering quotes from Housewives all day. We get to a reunion and everybody's just spouting things off that they said
Starting point is 00:30:10 that they clearly didn't say. If you've got notes from exactly when it happened, I love it. Good. I do too. It's good detective work. Bring some receipts. But Lisa and Jody are FaceTiming.
Starting point is 00:30:21 And the Larson thing comes. up obviously and she points out that all Larsa does is what's up poor Adriana in this oh yeah she had to be party to that she's like I'm gonna go back to my room I'm gonna get ready I can't be part of it oh Adriana's here you can say hi we're gonna bad mouth Larsa for about 30 minutes we're gonna shit on Larson you game no excuse me I'm out of here no we can talk shit about Alexia and Marisol if you want but I'm not gonna talk shit about Larsa I did enjoy this scene though because you do get one side of the story somewhat the biggest thing we're missing here is like details and
Starting point is 00:30:54 evidence, but Jody's talking about the last three months and the fact that Larsa's been coming after both of them the last three months. Obviously, Milan happened. We don't still know the whole story about that and what went down there exactly. But I guess it got so rough between Jody
Starting point is 00:31:11 and Lisa that they almost broke up because of all this Larsa shit. Now, if I had to guess, I would imagine no, we still don't know what happened. But in my brain, I'm assuming that Larson is the antagonist. I'm assuming that Jody was defending Lisa and quite possibly overstepped.
Starting point is 00:31:32 That's kind of what I see in my head. I just don't see a situation where, and we don't know Jody that well, obviously, but I don't know. He doesn't strike me to somebody that's like going to go out of his way to talk shit to one of Lisa's friends. I actually, I beg to differ for that one just based off of this phone conversation. I think he's very eager to talk shit on her. her. And I think that him and Lisa probably do it all the time. But I was disappointed because we didn't really get the context. I thought we were going to get full context of what happens. We heard about this in episode three or four talking about how Jody blew the whole thing up. And Larsa came back
Starting point is 00:32:07 and she had all these stories about how we freaked out. And they got back together and they were fine. But then Jody came back from the bathroom and he started yelling at me. It's like, all right. Well, what happens? Why do we do this? And we kind of painted the picture where they got back together. Jody got back and he was just trying to have fun and bop around and the two of them were still talking and he stepped in and then Larsa took offense to it. That's probably still in my mind's what happens. I just don't know and I'm pissed off because I thought we were going to get it. We started talking about it and then instead we just got nothing. We just got more confusion on exactly what happens and as things get confusing, we start to just assume the worst or we start to assume
Starting point is 00:32:44 based on past behaviors and speculate and past behaviors indicate to me, Larson was probably the antagonist and she probably went made a comment about lisa made a comment about jody and one of them took offense and it blew up i think that's still what happens i do too i do too let's get to the spiritual flamenco car ride we're headed to a little spiritual flamenco performance dinner cocktail i'm not really sure what it was but we're going to do that we're talking more about marcus now and that's kind of the main topic of conversation and the fact that lisa didn't unfollow and it's turning into just a simple power struggle it's just uh who's going to break who's going to bend to the other person's will because Lisa's not even upset now about the
Starting point is 00:33:26 context. She's just upset because you're like, don't tell me what to do. It's like, okay. This is dumb. This is just stupid. It just got to a point like you said for the power struggle where neither of them were going to budge, but all we were going to talk about was that. So I get it that people would be frustrated because if you or I were sitting in a car with
Starting point is 00:33:48 somebody like that and they just kept going on about. something that was just so menial and we're like shut up like yes stop i don't want to hear this shit anymore unfortunately the person who got fed up with it was julia and the way that she breaks things up or just you know kind of like unleashes on one person is annoying it's just not good at it she's not an entertaining housewife and it just irks me it just pisses me off and it's not even like a lot of times our complaints about housewives is that they don't do enough and then we get to julia and it's like stop i don't want you in much it's yeah i don't want you're you're gonna get out of the car and walk oh we're here okay thanks julia that was really dramatic thanks yeah riveting stuff
Starting point is 00:34:28 and you're asking lisa all these questions and making all these points but then when she tries to respond you're talking over her and then you're wondering why she's getting so irritated and then in turn you're getting irritated threatening to get out of the car it's like yeah get out walk the rest of the way i don't understand the strategy either let's let's really irritate the person that will freak out and it's Lisa like again the subject matter is very stupid I think everybody agrees just unfollow him and Lars will probably be like thank you we can move on that's what she does and instead you're holding on to it for whatever reason because you don't don't do what Lars it tells you to do still a very dramatic point who cares like Julia
Starting point is 00:35:10 you can be annoyed but like getting involved to this extent is so stupid and nobody likes you So that's also part of it. That's a big, big part of it. And I think Kiki, Kiki speaks for all of us at home. She's like, we're in Spain. This is dumb. What are we doing? We're in Spain.
Starting point is 00:35:25 Can we enjoy Spain, please? He's just, he's just eager to just strip down naked and get into her flamenco dress in front of everybody. Yeah, she's supposed to flamenco, man. Like, just let her flamenco. God damn it. Let her boobs out. Come on. Let her flamenco.
Starting point is 00:35:40 But anyway, we get to the spiritual flamenco. And you get a little. little nice moment between Stephanie and Alexia, they're dancing, you know, they're they're starting fresh for the fourth time, as Stephanie says, which is pretty funny. Oh, I have to also mention that Adriana with a top-notch chime in earlier. She's like, well, I still follow Lenny. I'm like, oh, that would probably be more problematic than Marcus. That is, yeah, that's actually kind of funny, though. I mean, for Adriana to do that is very on brand. Like, I still follow everybody's ex because I want to see what's going on. I want the dirt. I want to be able to make comments.
Starting point is 00:36:15 I agree. I agree. I want some evidence. 100%. And we get through the whole spiritual flamenco thing. It was, you know, nice. Lisa actually hits that eye. Pretty good. I was, I was pleasantly surprised. Summer's here, and you can now get almost anything you need for your sunny days delivered with Uber Eats. What do we mean by almost? Starting point is 00:38:33 And once again, Kiki with the dynamite drop it, I think it's a confessional. She points out that all of this aggression or whatever you want to call it with Lisa seems to still be Lenny centric and she's taking it out in the rest of the group. And I think that there's some validity there. I think there's just something. There's something about Lisa this season where she's just very irritable, very quickly.
Starting point is 00:38:59 Do you know what I think it is? Last season, all we really talked about, even though she had just started dating Jody, was Lenny and all of that stuff. And that was I don't even want to say it's Lisa's storyline. That's what was going on in her life. And she made a point a couple of weeks ago, to say, I'm not even talking about Lenny. I don't know what's going on. All I'm talking about is things that I've got going on in my life and things with Jody and send him pictures of my dad in the casket.
Starting point is 00:39:23 That's all I'm really doing at this point. So I don't really understand why everybody wants me to talk about Lenny or thinks that I'm doing this. I think you're right. I think it is internalized. She might not be speaking it. She might not be saying Lenny's name, but it probably is. And I'm sure she's still going through the divorce stuff and there's a lot of things going on.
Starting point is 00:39:41 And Lenny just broke up with his supermodel girlfriend, but I think he's got another one who's even younger. I thought he started dating another one that was like two years younger. I don't know, dude. That guy's a nightmare. Yeah, he's the worst. But yeah, I think you might be right. I think that she's still, and like Kiki said, I think there is validity to it.
Starting point is 00:39:59 There probably is a lot of demons associated with what she's got going on with Lenny. She's just not saying specifically it's Lenny's fault. She's just taking it out on everybody in the weirdest way possible. Yep, I agree. I agree. but we're going to get to dinner in a second. I said last episode that it feels like to me, Stephanie and Massoud are producing some scenes
Starting point is 00:40:24 to make it seem as though they're much deeper in love than they might be or just to play it up for the camera because they're getting ready. And she's FaceTime Massoud and he's like, I need you to come home tomorrow. You've got to come home tomorrow. She's like, oh my God, is it because of work? I have all this stuff to do.
Starting point is 00:40:39 He's like, no, I miss you. And I don't like. sleeping alone. She's like, oh, I'm a sued. And he's like, oh, Stephanie. And it's like, guys, it's too much. It's too much for me. It might be real. It's still. I don't know. I don't know. I, there are people, people, what do they call it? They call it love, you know, and I think you hate it. They call it love. I think you hate love. Absolutely not. I just, do you love love? I love. I love love. I love. but just in the same two episodes
Starting point is 00:41:14 in the same week we get that check-in scene where she's blowing it overboard and then you get this scene. It just seems like there's a lot of these where it's like, look how much we love each other. I just think if we really love each other, I think it would be more organic. I don't think they'll love each other, but...
Starting point is 00:41:31 I would accept that there might be a little bit a little separation anxiety, perhaps. Maybe we could talk to Larsa about it. Larson Marcus? Larca Marcus. Lamarcus, Lamarcus, Alder. I think we can, yeah, I think maybe there's a little separation anxiety in there, but I'm getting a lot of love, getting a lot of love.
Starting point is 00:41:52 Whatever, dude, whatever. Let's get to the Red Dress Night Dinner, and I had to point out the car ride. Clearly, Lisa wants to look a certain way on camera, has her halo light just hitting her right in the face, and she's like responding to things happening up front, like, ha, ha, like posing in the camera. camera. It's a really good point. This goes, this goes back to like, when she walks into a room, I'm over analyzing. It's just, no, I love this. This is good over. This is good over analysis. Yeah. It just makes me laugh. She, she always expects like fanfare when she walks into a room or
Starting point is 00:42:31 if she's on camera. Like, I don't think I've ever seen anybody as self-absorbed as Lisa, like genuinely, even across Bravo. And that's saying a lot. It's a bold statement. I don't know if I can co-sign that because I'd have to do some serious thinking. And I don't want to do serious thinking right now. Yeah, you're on vacation. Yeah, come on. You're there to cut loose, pal.
Starting point is 00:42:54 Yeah. Hank Tim, right? Yeah, brother. But we're at dinner. And I guess Jody has now texted Larsa. And Julia breaks down what happened. They were in the elevator, they being Lisa and Larsa. I don't know why I didn't see this.
Starting point is 00:43:09 Maybe there's no camera in there, but they should have been liked up. So I don't know, but I guess in the elevator, they had a verbal brawl. And then Larsa, her phone is blowing up with text from Jody. Now, we don't know what the texts are. We do know that they're long, but they're not threatening and he's not calling her a bitch. Okay. But Larsa- It's very important.
Starting point is 00:43:32 Very important that we get this out. But that, well, I think it's important to be a context. Yeah, it definitely is. I mean, those are the major strikes. If he called her a bitch, absolutely not. You can't do that, Jody. If he's threatening, absolutely not. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:43:49 I think it's crazy enough that he's texting her this much, like texting a friend's, or I'm sorry, texting your girlfriend's friend or a friend of me or whatever you want to label Larsa, in general is wild. I don't think you should do that in the first place, especially somebody like Larsa, when you know that they're filming and you know that she's going to say, Jody's texting me.
Starting point is 00:44:08 How do you not realize that you're going to come across as a lot? lunatic. I don't really understand like regardless of the context and you can defend yourself which he probably will. I'm sure he'll get a confessional next week. That confessional by the way was bizarre with Lisa sitting there scanning. I mean I
Starting point is 00:44:25 I understand if he's he's nervous because he hasn't done one before and his girlfriend's just sitting there scrolling Instagram next to him while he's talking it's kind of seems like you always do this every time I'm talking like yeah that's what I got doing I'm like all right yeah that's a little rough but uh how do you and not realize that you're going to come across
Starting point is 00:44:43 is crazy. And I know he's going to explain it away and say, I was just reaching out to try to squash things from afar. You know, Larsa and I thought we had a great relationship. He said he loved her in the one thing, one of the confessionals. So it is very weird, but I don't know. That's what I said earlier
Starting point is 00:44:59 that I kind of see how Jody could be an aggressor, but Larsa has more of a history of being the aggressor. So I'm still leaning her way right now, at least for the Milan thing. In my head, she texts him first. That's what I think. And like that could just be biased.
Starting point is 00:45:13 You got to get a handle on it. Something like that. I don't know. Or I just could see that being the initial kickoff. And then maybe he goes too far and is texting too much. I'm not sure. We need more content. Well, didn't somebody say that she texted him first?
Starting point is 00:45:26 Somebody reached over. Yeah. I can't really believe Lisa. Exactly. So it's like this is why we need a middle party. Yeah, we need a middle party. I need, uh, who do I trust the most? Probably Gertie.
Starting point is 00:45:38 Yeah, get Gertie. Just take her phone and read it and just. see who text me first that would be great that would be great text up on the screen yeah why don't we have another me party I mean Gertie's party was that was valid but maybe Larsa could have a me party and then she can show text messages that's the new normal for the show I would love that the callback to that moment would be great awesome and while they're at dinner Marisol gives a great speech you know this has been
Starting point is 00:46:01 lovely everyone's getting along except for two of you and points out Lisa and Larsa like her and Adriana are doing fine even Gertie and Julia seemed to have amends at least for this trip. So it's nice to watch. And amidst dinner, Lisa gets an email or a text or something along the lines of legal issues. And she's like, oh, God, I have an affidavit and I have one hour to sign it and it needs to be notarized. And there's no notaries here. And I'm pretty sure Adriana said that she's a notary. Was that? Did I catch that? Her son is. Yeah. That doesn't mean anything. Like, that's not helpful in the moment. I don't think it is. But like, I got a little nervous at first because, I mean, I've never had legal issues.
Starting point is 00:46:47 I'm going to knock on some wood right now. You better knock on some wood. I can't imagine being in Europe and getting an email saying you have to get this signed by a notary at some point. But at the same time, I imagine that you probably got that affidavit days ago and had plenty of time to go to it. And you were just spending time with your lawyers down in St. Bart's. You could have had them signed it down there. I'm sure there's a notary close by. or one of them is a notary i don't know how that works but then i'm like ah never mind okay i don't
Starting point is 00:47:15 this isn't something to be nervous about i don't really feel bad for her because i'm sure she probably one already did get it signed and notarized and she's just making a big deal about it to get attention at the dinner or to try to excuse herself away from what the hell is going on with larsan jody and all of that or two she truly is an idiot and didn't get it done and then freaked out and really only had an hour left which is also very very feasible it could be any of those honestly i don't really know nor care the the the ramifications are that she would have to leave a day early and go to court like she has a court date or something like that that's what she said so it's not like the end of the world courts move that fast i mean we're lawyers and not lawyers sorry we're not
Starting point is 00:47:57 lawyers we are not they make that clear you're not lawyers but i don't know a court that moves that fast. You didn't get this notary signed. There's a warrant out for your arrest. Like those are the things that my mind goes to. And I mean, you're in Spain. I don't think they're going to catch you. We're sending Interpol. Like, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:48:18 I have no idea. But this is the problem with the Larsa Lisa situation. There's just a lot of she said, she said. We don't have any evidence to go off of. Even this, we didn't see the affidavit. So we don't know. But even so, as far as Lisa freakouts go, was fairly mellow meanwhile across the table larsus like smirking and like hmm another blow up at
Starting point is 00:48:41 the table blah blah blah so this is just the perfect storm and larsa's looking for a reason she's trying to find a reason to go after her yeah and this is such a bizarre freak out from larsa because she's like i just want to go back to the hotel i just want to go back to the hotel this is bullshit she ruined the whole weekend everyone at the table is like whoa what are you talking about and larsa tries to let least go yeah it's not that deep let her leave the table or just give her a second she'll she'll settle down she always does and she's like everyone at the table said you're not the greatest friend here we go again and gerty's like whoa make a call back to the party we have to and gertie's like whoa whoa like don't do that don't speak for all of us like you're like you
Starting point is 00:49:30 ruined the whole weekend and Jody's texting me and blah blah blah and it pretty much ends there with a cliffhanger. But as I'm watching that scene, her reaction did not fit the situation whatsoever. She took it from zero to a thousand. And she again, she was looking for a reason and she found her reason. Lisa got an affidavit. But the way it blows up after that, this is what gives me, like, cause for concern as far as what Larson's role in everything is. Because she's trying to say that Jody's blowing up her phone, Jody's texting, or blah, blah, blah. The other lady see the text and react. So he probably stopped.
Starting point is 00:50:12 Well, we know how this group feels about text messages. Every time that they see text messages without reading them, they go, whoa, that's a lot. How dare you show me text messages? I can't deal with this right now. But we need to see them. I know. we need to see yeah why are we not seeing these damn even the even going back to the gertie julia thing why didn't they show the the text messages like were they just really nothing at all they're just
Starting point is 00:50:35 not like that no i paused and read what i could they're not like damning all they do is show that julia stiff lined gertie that night yeah yeah and if that's it it provides context we don't have any context here so hopefully next episode somebody can read the text and be like okay Jody's crazy or Larsa, you started it because Lisa's claiming that Larsa either text that are called Jody first. So again, we're just taking the only two outcomes that I'll accept, by the way. If there's anything in between or in the middle, I'm going to be annoyed. Those are the only two outcomes that I will be like, okay, cool, there we go, some clarity. That's great.
Starting point is 00:51:16 But we have to listen to two people who frequently lie or exaggerate about things and try to decide. who's telling the truth. Between Lisa and Larsa, that is impossible. You can't do that. That's a nightmare. That is a nightmare blunt rotation, my friend.
Starting point is 00:51:33 That's the worst blunt rotation. Actually, really is just the two of them. No, the two of them, Jody and Marcus. Oh, God. Oh, God.
Starting point is 00:51:42 No, thanks. I would rather do anything else with anybody else. So I don't know. It's such a crapshoot. It's a great episode. It's a great season.
Starting point is 00:51:50 It's just, we need some clarity. A trip. We need clarity on things. There's too much up in the air that we have to take people's word for and the two people that we have to believe are the two most untrustworthy on the whole cast. That's a good point. Yeah. I don't see this anything well for us. No, God, no. We're not going to have any info. And then the reunion's going to come around.
Starting point is 00:52:11 They're going to sidestep it. It's going to be a nothing moment. It's frustrating, though. All I can say is that Larsa overreacts, Lisa overreacts. They both lie. They both exaggerate. and they both try to find moments, you're having a moment off right now. And they're both losing. Yeah, that's what we're doing. They're both. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:30 No, we're losing the most to be honest. Yeah, we at home are the losers. It's still entertaining in a weird way. I think it's just, I have a soft spot for Miami. I always know that it returns to form pretty quickly.
Starting point is 00:52:39 And I don't even think this is bad. It's just, it's confusing because we don't have any of the context. That's all it is. It's not bad. I'm enjoying it. I just want context. Show the fucking text messages.
Starting point is 00:52:51 Give us the text. Come on. we deserve to see everything show it to us put it on a screen gertie let us read these text messages so we can figure out i imagine it's somewhere in the middle of all three of them i imagine jody's kind of a psycho larsa's overreacting and lisa is doing something unnecessary yeah she's doing too much least doing too much jody's kind of a psycho and larsa is overreacting I think that's probably true. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:23 Somewhere in the middle of all that is where we'll have our answer. I just hope that we get it. Like I'm going to, I will be frustrated if we don't get more clarity. That I, that I will promise. Well, yeah, I mean, good week. Good week for Miami. Great time. Great.
Starting point is 00:53:37 So far. I'm hoping that this, uh, night move from Wednesday to Thursday is going to loose ratings. Yeah, night moves, baby. Night moves. I hope that it gives them. more ratings. They deserve it. This show's fantastic. They're doing a great job. Absolutely. And especially since we're getting away from, you know, all the pile up on Gertie,
Starting point is 00:53:59 that that was getting old in our hurry. Yeah. So now that we're getting away from that, like, we got a really good season on our hands. Now we see some clarity for these idiots and then we'll be good to go. Oh, yeah. Well, I don't want to hold you for too long. I know you're on vacay there, pal. So just a quick reminder.
