So the good news is Vicky has been tolerable in Ultimate Girls Trip. The bad news is OC is still a hot dumpster fire. Is it all Vicky's fault, though? Or is it more of this name? No, it's the whole show sucks. Whole cast, whole show, throw it out. We're done. We're done with this.

It's like almost a mean thing to say. It is. Yeah, it's sort of an insult. Don't compare me to this show. What I'll say about this show in Bravo. I hope they're listening. People have a lot of things going on in their lives. People look to television, to shows like this, to kind of break away and enjoy just like 42 minutes of unfiltered.

fun drama with people that they don't know so that they can escape from their actual lives. What they're doing by rolling this damn show out is a complete disservice to everybody who watches it. All these people, and I'm sure the ratings are still high because everybody watches OC. Like, how are those people not gouging their eyes out? This is such a bad product. I know you put a lot of eggs in the basket that Vicki's going to be able to just come back, shake off the cobwebs, and be the same Vicky that made the show great eight years ago. She's a double flop.

We talked about it last week. Double flop all over the place. She's a little bit more tolerable in an ultimate girl's trip now. But that was filmed before this. So she clearly doesn't get any better. It's so bad. It is so bad.

I don't even know what we're doing anymore. I don't know what the storylines are. We spent more time talking about Gina and Travis in this episode than we've ever done before, which is a terrible thing. That's like a recession indicator. Then we're spending more time talking about Heather's redoing again, the apartment that we've talked about. 20 times and they even do it like tongue and cheek like we've talked about this part of the episode

yeah because it was carefree and it was fun and we got to watch heather talk about spending a million dollars or two million dollars on renovations for an apartment then we have to go to jean and Travis who met on like christian mingle or something and they're talking about their lives like i i just i don't know what's going on anymore i think we've completely lost the plot the plot is so far gone that we're never going to be able to get it back and of course we have another check in with emily and her family. Like, I don't know where we're going. You know a show is not doing well when we start the show off, our show, with Shooter Rants.

We've had multiple episodes this season in which Shooter has ranted. If Shooter Rants, something's really wrong. Something bad. Yeah. Something bad has happened. And he has started our episodes off, I think, three times now with a rant, which I very much appreciate. I know the audience does too. But as you said, the Gina Travis.

are a recession indicator. A shooter rant to lead off an episode tells you that we are in a bad place. It's a bad place. And like, for me, the biggest issue I'm having is like entertainment value. When you go on the cutting room floor, you're sitting there as an editor for Bravo. This is what we have. You guys film hours, days consecutively. This is really all you could get for us.

After what happened in Vicki's house, that was the most uncomfortable scene I've seen on Bravo in years. And you couldn't milk that for more. You couldn't get more out of that. What's wrong with you? What's going on? Like, I don't know who they need. Go get Eagle Woman. No way, no.

She's canceled now. No, she's canceled. Yeah. Fuck her. Do something. Have a seance. But like, I will say this until it comes back until we get, we talked about in our ultimate a girls trip episode that we think we've seen indicators that Miami is on the way back.

You know, don't quote us on that, but we're a little bit more confident than we've been. Until it's official, how dare you, Bravo? How dare you put that show on pause twice? And OC's never been paused once. O.C. is ass. This is straight buns. And you pause a show like Miami. And I'm forced to sit here and watch this mess.

I need to watch a juxtapose scene talking about Vickie. being a stick in the mud after watching the scene of Vicky being a stick. You know what's even less fun than watching somebody be a bummer? Talking about that person being a bummer. We're not doing anything. We're not going anywhere. It's all to lead to the place that Vicky must be going through something. Well, get there six episodes ago because she's been doing this shit the entire season.

Why are we just, oh, I can't. I just, there's nothing of substance. It's brutal when the sticking point is to talk about how busy Vicky is with work. Yes, exactly. I've worked really hard to get to where I am. I can't just put that on pause. Then maybe you shouldn't be on the show. I like Vicki.

I have no real problems with Vicky. There's nothing like actual substantial situations or anything there with Vicki at all. But she's boring. Like she's just bringing nothing. And now we're getting to the point. And it really is. It's Vultures circling a dead. carcass. I mean, Vicky is putting things out there that maybe are true. Maybe they're not true.

Like, I don't really know if I have a good read on the Michael situation. I can tell you he's probably not happy that she's doing the show. I would imagine they probably had arguments about her coming back to do the show because they were probably in a good place. And he doesn't want any of that to happen. Lo and behold, by doing that and by hiding those things and by having him come back, clearly he doesn't want to be filmed. He walks through his house straight to Vicki's room. They're upset about something. Everybody feels uncomfortable. well, but the whole situation. And that's how we start off the episode.

It's like, okay, maybe we'll get something good from this. Maybe Vicki'll come out and she'll yell at them or do whatever. Instead, she's just uncomfortably making the dinner and saying, well, you guys can leave if you want to. And two of them actually leave. And then I feel bad for Shannon, who's just trying to mediate and be somewhat normal and help both sides. It was so uncomfortable.

It wasn't even entertaining. It was just very uncomfortable to watch because now you have to let your brain go into, is Vicki okay? what's going on with her and Michael? Is Michael okay? Is there something more that we're not hearing and she's not talking about because it doesn't make any sense that she'd be back on the show but not opening up about all the things that are going on?

Or is there nothing going on? And she just knows and he knows that they're going to read into a situation no matter what and try to drive a wedge between them. And that's what's going to happen. The whole thing is just such a mess right now. And I don't even really care either when we're doing the juxtapose scene in the beginning of the episode and going over to Las Alivos, I think it is, where the rest of the group is.

they're not really talking about anything either. They're talking about Vicky being a stick in the mud. It's like, okay, now everybody's just talking about it. That's where we've gone with this show is, yeah, Carmela seems to be good. Carmela and Danny broke up, shocker. Not really surprised by any of that. But that's it.

That's really it. Like, I don't care about Gina and Travis getting married. I don't care about Jen getting married. I don't care about any of that. Emily, please, for the love of God, stop talking about your son on camera. Like, leave him alone. Seriously. we've had this discussion many a time,

but I'm so dumb with it. Like that's all I have for you. That's the only energy I have. I don't know what this episode was. It was such a waste of time. Like it felt like one of those episodes when we do that, when it's really bad and you click and you're like, holy shit, it's 54 minutes.

What are we going to get from this? That felt like a 54 minute episode. It was just a normal episode. It was 42. It was normal. I had the same thought. I paused. I was at the gym on the stairs.

And usually I'll do half the episode on the stairs, half the episode in the sauna. That's my setup. It's a nice little. setup. I enjoy it very much. It starts my day off nicely. But it probably ruined your setup. Oh, he fucked my day. Yes. And set the tone because I am on the stairmaster, didn't look at the actual time on the stairmaster. I just clicked the episode. I was, I got to be halfway. 12 minutes. I was 12 minutes into the episode and thought I was halfway. But all Gene is doing in this, these juxtapose

scenes, we're already in the episode, by the way. You wouldn't know because I didn't even know I was watching the episode. But all Gina's trying to do, and it's because she's not very good at this, she's trying to set up Carmela. She's trying to put words in her mouth. She's saying all these Vickyisms to her. It's like, oh, if someone you're going to judge, it should be Victoria. Right, Carmela? Ha, ha, ha. She says something else. Older than Vicky. Right, Carmela? What are you doing? I know exactly what you're doing. You're trying. to get in a situation where you go to Vicky and you say, we were all together, Carmela said you're old.

Carmela said this. Carmela said that to set up a storyline because you're jealous of Carmela because she has better listings than you because Heather went to her. You're trying to make something out of nothing. Mark my words. This conversation will come back in a one-on-one with Gina and quote-unquote Victoria. She's doing that now, too, by the way. not just Emily,

doing it now too. Awesome. Love that. Doesn't make me what to poke my ears out. But that's all I was getting from this scene. As I'm watching the whole thing go,

like Gina is masking the whole thing with, oh, we're all good now. Everyone's having fun. Ha, ha. And in my mind, I'm like, oh,

you're trying to start something. You're trying to make something out of nothing, which I mean, fine, at the very least, at the very least you're trying to do something on a cast

that nobody's doing anything. But it's just so contrived and it's so annoying. And it's like, again, we're at Vicki's house now. Ladies are packing. It's like wildly uncomfortable to the point that you at home are like, I don't feel good about this. Get out of that.

No, can we leave? Yeah. Yes. Please. Like, let's go. And like, Vicky walking around the kitchen is awkward. Weirdly,

the bright spot for multiple episodes and credit where credits do always at the brawl froze, Shannon, this version of Shannon trying to mediate and keep Vicky above water has been the most delightful version of Shannon that I've seen on TV because she's awkward, she's funny, she comes in and it's like, my pizza looks the best and walks out. That was funny. Like she's been the only moment for me where I'm like, oh, wow, Shannon's really

coming to her own in the worst season of OC ever. I think it's so funny too because everybody who listens knows how we watch these shows when we're looking and projecting for what the storyline is going to be or how that's going to play out. I can't even do it with this show anymore. Like you just did it. And I'm like, wow, I didn't catch that. It's because I don't care.

My heart's not in the game. My heart is not in this show. My heart's not in the game. My head's not in the game. I do not care what the hell is going on. I wanted to get out of that house as quickly as possible. I was happy. It was kind of funny,

like hearing that Gina and Emily ended up Ubering home, and it was a $400 Uber to get back to OC. Yeah, yeah, sorry. Mark's not the game. I get it. No, no, no, no. It was Jen and Emily. Shannon State.

So I said, you said Gina. Oh, Jesus. It doesn't. definitely not me. It really doesn't. You could, yeah, you could, you could cycle people out. And I really wouldn't notice or care. So, like, that part was kind of funny. And yeah, I wanted to see what we were going to get.

Like, was Vicki going to come out of there on a fucking high, going after people, like, actively kicking them out of the house. Like, if you don't want to stay here, then don't stay here. Instead, it was, like, more somber and like, what is going on? Why are we watching this? This is bizarre. And I agree with you. This is the most pleasant that Shannon's B has been, actually,

in like the last four or five years. And I even feel bad for her. Like now she's in an impossible position where she doesn't want to step on Vicki's toes. She clearly wants to leave. She feels uncomfortable, but she's not going to because she doesn't want Vicki to be upset,

even more upset at her. So she stays and just kind of holds down the fork, but the other two leave and I don't blame them. And that's kind of where we are. It's like, okay, we're not getting a funny scene out of this. Okay, we're not getting a cool, interesting scene where then Vicki's going to tell everybody what's going on.

It's just like incredibly uncomfortable. You can cut all of detention with a knife and we just move on. It's like, okay, now I know what we're going to do. And maybe I did do a little bit of projecting because I knew instantly we're just going to unpack this for the rest of the episode in different scenes.

That's what we're going to get. And we're not going to get anywhere. To your point, it's making probably most viewers go, what's going on with Vicki? Like, what's actually, is she good? Is everything okay? Because it doesn't seem good and not in a reality TV way, like TV way.

It seems like something's going. on that's a little bit deeper than the Michael of it all or, you know, drama amongst the cast. It just seems like she's not doing great. And like, I don't want to kick anyone while they're down. Like, I'm not trying to pile on with that. It's just more so what's happening? Because now we're focused on that. And I'm actually glad that Tamara went and had the conversation so we can at least move forward with whatever's going on with Vicky at the end. But it shifts. It's no longer like a housewife show. Now it's like, oh, this is a person. And yes, that's important. Don't get me wrong. But we're watching these shows for drama, fun, entertainment. Instead, we're getting a,

is Vicky good? It's her return to reality TV. And she's 0 for 2 on shows. She doesn't seem like she's in a great spot on either show. Is everything okay? And that's kind of a strange place to be with, you know, this heralded cast member coming back into the fold after a long time. The most tenured housewife. She got the housewife. She got the housewife. what you call it, Lifetime Achievement Award. That's what we were looking for. Now it's like not at all what we're getting.

Yes, Shannon is, it's funny watching her do that and it's funny that she, here's the thing. This is a great example. They're driving home from Vickies in La Kinta. The entire drive home, Shannon was holding Vicki's phone for her as she had conversations and sending email.

show me that that if we're going to do a weird thing i would have been funny yes that like if we're going to keep forcing vicky's job into this show then show us the good moments of it watching her be like an assistant and i'm assuming panicking the entire time and and mistyping the emails would have been fine like that's a funny scene instead we just go back and now the first thing that we're going to do when we get back is check in with shane and Emily, Shane, who is fucking pissed that Emily's home early? Oh, God, welcome home. Okay, let's talk about Luke again. Let's talk about how much we hate each other again. All right, good talk. Talk to you tomorrow. Get divorced. Get divorced. Stop it. Yeah, that was even, and look, we already kind of set

the tone for how uncomfortable the entire episode was going to be that, I think because we've done it so many times. I just roll my eyes. Shane's sitting there kind of giddy, making fun of her because she's implying that she cleans her daughter's room and Shane says, no, she actually cleaned it herself. And then we talk about who has cleaned rooms and who's good

at it. Like, that's just not interesting. But him just kind of like sticking it to her, like over and over again. I don't really like Emily, but that made me very uncomfortable. I don't want to deal with that. Let's not do this. And we just dip our toe back into the water, which is let's talk about Luke's brain. Let's talk about

what's going on. And like, yes, I think some of it to an extent is interesting because that is probably how you're living your day to day life. Not what you guys are the only talking point. But it's her only talking point. But the majority of it is you and Shane, it's so tough to get through a scene with the two of you. Like it's not fun and quirky. It's very much like you guys hate each other. Let's, I don't want to focus on that. I don't want to focus on Luke. I feel dirty being here. So we spend a lot of time with that. And it's very uncomfortable. And I don't really know where you go with that. Like if Emily wants to be the housewife of let me get involved in all of everybody else's shit and just kind of stir some things up, go ahead and do that. We've watched Giselle do that

on Potomac forever. She's very good at it. And she's able to like keep some of her home stuff like with her daughter's very interesting. But it's not really like adding to the story. It's just like, oh yeah, how are your daughter doing? Cool. Let's good check in. Let's go back to doing what you do best. If Emily wants to do that, go ahead and do that. Don't force us to sit there and watch scenes with her and shame because it makes me very uncomfortable. Yes, that's it. They're not fun. It's just dark.

And clearly you hate each other. And all we do is talk about who contributes more to the household. Is Emily actually showing up for her kids and what's wrong with Luke? That's it. My God, I'm good. I'm good on all of that. Well, we definitely need a break from this episode. So, uh,

You get Jen and Tamara recapping the trip and then you get Carmela, Emily, and Shannon talking about Vickies.

And I don't understand this line where we're talking about Carmelie getting pulled over. And Jen's like, huh, I would have gone to jail. She gets a slap on the. What? Yeah, I don't fucking go back. What are? Oh, yeah. The Playboy buddy gets pulled over.

So she used her looks to get out of it. They filmed a fucking TikTok. I don't know if everybody saw that. But there was a video films with them getting pulled over and them outside. of the car and the cops were in it like it wasn't serious don't make it out to be like oh she's got tinted windows and it's all blacked out here her registration isn't even good like people fucking forget to re-register their car mine's probably honestly i am perpetually living in a world where maybe i didn't actually do my registration for my car i don't know i'll find out if i get pulled

over i guess exactly that's what how most people live like who cares i i didn't really care for the implication because that was just dirty and then to be like oh i would go to jail No, you wouldn't. You just wouldn't. You're a housewife of Orange County. Yeah, like let's get fucking real. It's just so tone deaf and stupid. And the fact that I remember what she said verbatim because it pissed me off so much is part of what's wrong with the show.

Yeah, that's a good point. But Carmela, Emily, and Shannon are talking about all that stuff with Vicky. And once again, we are talking about Michael. Michael becomes the center of discussion for both conversations. And again, it's a lot of speculating on what's going on with them. What's going on with them? Is it the ring?

Is it this? And then we get Carmela and Danny. Again, we know in real time that they broke up. If you're watching the show, you could probably guess they're going to break up. Now, in a normal season of Housewives, this would be a normal storyline. It would be like, okay, that she's dealing with that.

Because nothing's going on, you have newbie Carmela, who we don't know, Danny, who we don't know, taking center stage. This is the number one issue that we have because the mic stuff, we can't verify. We've gotten rumors and we've literally watched Housewives in their confessions making up what they think is going on and taking that to the group and then having full-blown discussions on made-up predictions of what's actually happening. The only thing we do know in this entire season, this isn't a joke.

In eight episodes of this show, our main storyline right now is Danny and Carmela. That's nuts. Newhouse wife and her marriage or her relationship potentially falling apart should not be the center stage of a storied franchise on Bravo. That's ludicrous. Well, it's not going to be because we know the center stage is going to be what's going on with Vicki and is Michael a good dude. And we're, again, just going to continue to make things up because Vicky won't say yes or no to anything. But yeah, the rest of them seem to be Carmela centric. Heather chose Carmela over Gina.

Gina's got a calm with that. Emily seems to be cozying up a little bit to Carmela, but I'm sure she'll probably pull the rug out. It's just, it's bizarre. It is a bizarre season. And it doesn't seem to know which way it wants to go. it doesn't seem to want to hammer out any details for any of these storylines. We're just kind of glossing over a lot of things and seeing what fits. The problem is we're like 11 episodes into the season.

Like, where are we going? We don't have a direction. It's Carmela and Danny and then Carmela and Vicki. And this whole thing of Vicki questioning is that really her house. She questioned Danny about that. It's like, oh, well, I talked to him for a while. They said they've been there for two years. Where's the rug?

Where's this? Where's that? Carmela again like every time that she has to respond to any of this she does it in a way where I don't have any questions no I had to be out of my house it was supposed to be a six month rental shit got crazy we've been there for 18 months okay yep yeah Shannon even says as much Shannon goes to her professional she's like yeah took me like two years to even get furniture in my house so I've been there I get it cool there we go a little sign off just a little thumbs up from Shannon like yeah that's a pretty normal story. Okay. Can we move forward? Like yeah, we all think that having the Pilates

machine in the entryway is bizarre. It does seem like maybe there's not a ton of space for something like that or maybe that's how they live. Maybe they don't even enter through that front door and they go through the back door. A lot of people do that too. Why are we still talking about this? That's my biggest problem. Like there's not again, I think you you hit the nail on the head with in a normal housewife season where there's a lot going on. This could be a fun little side story. Like, oh, There's a weird beef developing between Vicky and the newbie because Vicki thinks that her house is weirdly decorated. Okay, that could be kind of fun. It's not fun in this because we're so desperate as an audience to just grasp onto something to talk about, to think about, to just kind of take some time away.

Like I said in the beginning of the episode, like you use Housewave episodes to kind of like space out for a little while and escape. But there's nothing to escape to. We've got nothing to talk about in this. And it just brings us back like you said to, is Vicki okay? what's going on there? I don't want to talk about that in a reality TV show. You can watch Secret Lives of Mormon Wives if you want to and figure out Taylor Frankie Paul's okay.

If that's what you want to do to unwind and relax, go for it. You would actually probably like O.C., because we're making things up about Vicki's relationship. Go for it. The rest of it is nothing. Like nothing is hitting. It's just bizarre.

Well, I think a big part, the more that we've talked about, it's kind of coming into focus. And we've pretty much said as much, but I haven't really put two and two together. Clearly the goal this season was to make it a Vicky-centric season, which obviously bringing her back. But because she's not in a place to go back and forth, to respond to allegations, to

respond to people talking shit, everything falls flat because that's what all hinged on it, all hinged on Vicki. We're trying to force these issues with Vicki. We're trying to get her center stage. We're trying to get her to do something. She's quite clearly not in a place to be. able to do that right now. So there's nothing else. Now they're scrambling, trying to figure out what else to do

because everything that we do, Carmela and Vicki, Carmela can't go at Vicki because Vicki shuts down. Okay, Vicki and Mike, we can't press her about that because Vicki shuts down. There's no way forward because she's not in a place to be a housewife right now, despite wanting to come back and being on two shows. So as the production of O.C. is trying to figure out how to make this season turn, I think They all thought, oh, throw everything at Vicky. And now it's happening.

And Vicki's not responding. And they're like, oh, shit, what do we do now? Quick. Cut to Gina and Travis by the ocean, talking about their potential wedding. And then I have to sit there and listen to this made up conversation of, you know, maybe instead of a wedding, why don't we just invest in another business idea? Oh, yeah? Which one? What are we doing next, guys?

Like, stop it. Like, I know what you're trying to do. You're trying to make you guys out to be like a power couple. And look, I'll give credit to Gina. I know you started out with not a lot. And I think you've done pretty well for yourself, at least to the point that you can discuss that a $3 million house could be doable,

but you're not going to do it. Okay, cool. If we're going to talk that, take me to Heather and Terry to talk about their $14 million apartment. I don't want to talk about not being able to afford a $3 million house. But then the reveal comes of what the scene was actually about. Yeah.

She got the ring. Oh, stop it. You stop it right now. Look at that thing. And it's real. Great. Congrats. Yeah.

I don't need to hear about how you're financing your wedding because you already got married once. So it's not like my parents are going to fork over a bunch of money to get married. Okay. Like, cool. Great. Can we move on? Yeah, we can.

Actually, we go to Heather. Renovating her apartment. Like, very fancy. Very cool. We have talked about this before. she's been wanting to do this. She's starting to do it. It's very interesting to me that we're getting Max an apartment,

but also talking about renovating the room and how she's going to want it. That's, you know, neither here or there. We got another Pietitare reference. Yeah, we might. Yep, we might just get that. So cool. We got it.

You didn't hear it? You see. Yeah. I know, but like, yeah, we might get that at some point. Like when we circle back and start talking about the apartment again, and we circle back and we start talking about the renovations again next season. That's what we have to look forward to. And again, completely fine.

And I'm able to compartmentalize and separate this and say that is cool. I'm happy that Heather and Terry are doing this with their apartment. But it gets thrown into just such a weird episode with like nothing going on. It's like, okay, I'm able to look at that and still have fun. But I know once we get back to the rest of the women, when we get back to Tamara and Vicki sitting down for a hard hitting conversation, I'm not going to care. I'm just not going to care anymore.

I will say Terry look great. I like the black on black on black. I thought he looked very dapper in that penthouse. And yeah, that, I mean, in a in a nutshell, like, yeah, that seems fun because we're talking about big money. Yeah. Beautiful penthouse in, in L.A. like, awesome. Yeah. Kind of mean to juxtapose that to like right on the heels of Gina talking about how they're going to finance the wedding.

Right. Yes, for sure. But that's okay. I'm not that mad at it. But yeah, to your point of like the whole episode kind of being a jumbled mess because we get to Carmela and Danny like their date night. and again, this falls under the, do we need to be watching this? This seems like there's a lot of,

this is like a broken relationship, and it's like he's trying to get back in her good graces. She is hesitant to trust him again, but then we get more information and there's some shady deal with like a real estate agent. And then she said, would you date? He's like, nah, once.

Danny, you're not looking great, bud. And clearly it doesn't pan out as we know now. But like, I don't know. It's just not, it's not fun drama. It's like itchy. It made me feel like I was at Vickies again, like that feeling of just like, I shouldn't be here.

I mean, there was a little bit more reprieve knowing that they don't last because, I mean, if you're watching this and you have no context, the question that would pop into my head, at least from like a TV watcher, is are we ever going to move on from this? Is every scene with you and Danny just going to be you talking about his indedility

and that you don't trust him anymore and that you're trying to give him trust, but he's not earning it right? And then he's uncomfortable because he's trying, but is he trying? Like, I don't want to do that. So I'm happy that you guys broke up because, I mean, it seems like you needed to move on. But if you were telling us that you were actively working on it and we were seeing

nice scenes with the two of you, I'd probably say, okay, cool. go ahead and do what makes you happy. But don't make us watch this. So at least knowing that they broke up, I'm like, okay, we won't have to watch this much longer. That's a good point.

But then we get to Vicky and Tamara. That's the end of the episode. And this is Tamara asking what's going on. Like, hey, heard a lot about the other night in La Quinta. Didn't sound great. What's up? What's happening? And again, Vicki taking the stance of,

this falls under like the quiet game thing and all of that. She's like, I don't want to talk about it. I said, I'm sorry. Like, I'm moving on. It's like, that's not how it works. How it works. You know it's not how it works. And it's just Tamara trying to figure out if she's okay.

And it gets deep, you know, we're talking about what this scene at least does. And that's only because we're also watching Ultimate Girls trip. And we've also seen this Vicky for this entire season. You do get insight as to what's going on. Quite clearly, she has some life. regrets. And she's looking back on her life. I think she's looking at her age and she's always been afraid of death. She's always talked about it. So now that she's a little bit older. She's looking at everything. And I don't think she loves it. I think that she's bummed out that her

kids are far away. I think she's quite clearly bummed out about leaving Chicago, leaving Don. And she's thinking about what life could have been. We're watching a woman go through, I'm not going to call it a crisis, but we're watching her go through a very difficult moment in her life in which she's rethinking whether or not she made the right decisions. I'm not saying there's not a time in place for this on housewives. I actually think that could be a very powerful scene. I think that this storyline with Vicky could probably hit a lot of people right in the heart.

We're like, oh, shit, like, I've had those moments and I think that's okay. But when you don't have anything going on and we're already concerned about Vicky and you don't have anything to bounce this off of because there's nothing fun happening. again, to go full circle as to what we're talking about the beginning of the episode, all we do is sit and watch this show and go, is Vicky good? Like, is she okay? Should she be on TV right now? Because I think she needs to go figure out her shit.

And that's fine. But she's also supposed to be headlining two shows simultaneously. So obviously from Vicki's standpoint, you're not going to say no to being back on TV. Like, I understand what she's doing. But at the same time, because you're going to be. this show and this cast is incapable of simply fun or being interesting, we watch a bunch of bullshit that has nothing to do with anything substantial, that has nothing to do with previous episodes,

that has to do with made-up rumors about Mike and Vicki, that has to do with Carmela and her house and her boyfriend that we don't know, and then this, and that's the show right now. That, I don't even care if you like Sedge. shit. That's not an entertaining season of anything. Nobody wants to watch that. And that's bad structure. It's a bad cast. It's bad planning. It's just all around top to bottom shoddy work at best. Yeah. And that's just yeah. And it's very clear that all they did was just say, all right, there's the beacon of light.

Let's just bring Vicky back. And we'll see what we have and not make any other changes. We'll throw Carmela into the mix. She's been the most interesting castmate of this whole show. And it's, it could simply just. be she's new. Let's see what's going on. Let's get interested in her life. I don't even know if she's interesting because the rest of the cast and the rest of the storylines are just so boring that it's like, okay, it's new information at least.

But like you said, like we don't know her boyfriend. We don't know anything about it. She's been trying to tell us. I just maybe we don't care. And that's probably just coincidental for the rest of the cast and for the rest of the show. And it's like, I guess, we'll throw that in there and see how it goes. But it's not working.

And it didn't work. So it's just tough to do. tough to watch and this is by far away the best example of a show that needs a good pause you did it with new jersey they're slowly figuring things out they're filming it seems like everything's okay and we might get something good out of that you pause miami don't even get me started we already talked about that with old and the girl's trip Atlanta bounced back nicely yeah Atlanta bounced back nicely and i know that was like more of a mini pause but they still restructured the majority of that cast and tried to see what worked then it worked.

Do it with OC. I don't care what the ratings say. I don't care what the numbers say. It's such a bad product. There's nothing going on. There is no projection that tells me, like, we're going to be okay in the future. If you just do this and this,

we can't even play that game. Like, the answer is pause it. Let them know you're pausing it and let them rework it. And maybe you can come back, but you still have to get rid of Gina and Emily or at least Emily. And then see what you have. There's no other way around this. You can't keep throwing this out every year.

The last season of Jersey. Jersey was better than this. That was a terrible season. And that was better than this because at least they were trying shit. Yeah, it was annoying and it was the same stuff. But at least they were doing something. This is just blah. I would take Marge over this season of OC by far.

Junior or senior? Both. Hell yeah. Let's see what the audience has to say. from Liv Bender if season 21 is forced on us I just hope it's Carmel of wrestling the women for one hour weekly.

I think it's hard for us to separate and like look at one. season because they kind of blend together and just what the fuck are we watching and this one seems like such a desperate attempt to just plug and play an OG with Vicky and she wasn't ready for

it and everything's falling apart as a result so I don't know this one personally is like my least favorite one that we've done and that's saying a lot but I think that's why yeah you got that last one ready to go yeah because I I think this would actually make make it better for everybody. I think we're going to have to make that happen. I don't know. I don't know if I have any interest in doing it for this. That's just, it's so bad. It might go the other way, guys. It might be like a sad drunk and then like you won't have fun. Shooter's very rarely sad drunk.

He's usually boisterous and fun, but that might take a weird shift. Yeah, yeah, I don't know if we want to risk that one. Yeah, that would be messy, potentially. That makes me want to do it more.
