This show is delightful. It really is. I love this episode. I loved going back down in Emory Lane with Atlanta. I love the iconic lions. that we get stuck on these little montages of iconic lines. And I think the biggest thing, and I've said it every week that we've watched this show,

the biggest thing is it, it's like shedding a light on being fun again. What these shows can be like when we have a good time. And there's drama starting to sprinkle in, which is exciting. But I just like that we're having fun, dude. We're having fun at the same time showing why we can't have fun in certain episodes, depending on the cameos.

And it's kind of funny to watch. Did you have the same thought that I did, though? Do you kind of wish that they didn't tell us that Nini was coming back so that it was like a grand reveal? It would have hit a lot harder. I get it from a marketing standpoint. You want people to tune in. You want people to be excited for the season to watch it, to see the celebration, the 20th anniversary, all of those things. So you drum up some interest with Nini, you know, a couple of months ago announcing it.

But if no one knew and even the housewives didn't know, oh, man, that was. would have hit like crack. They should have just showed like from behind when she's getting carried in and just a hint of blonde, you know? Like you can't see anything, but you just see like the top of her head and like, wait, was that blonde hair in Atlanta? Yeah, just like speculation. Speculation would have been enough marketing for it.

And we know Bravo marketing don't really go hand to the hand. So I think there's just the speculation online would have been enough for us to realize maybe who it was, but still be surprised. And it would have hit. I'm just saying it was not. opportunity and opportunity loss, but I'm not going to complain about it. As there's a drive in a deep left field by Castellanos, it will be a... Oh man, it's 8 o'clock.

This show's all about celebration and what more could we celebrate than the fact that Bravo and Cocktails is reporting that Danny and Nia will not be back for next season. Oh, joyful day. Oh, happy day. It is a joyful day. It is such a good day. Oh, God. I am going to riot.

I will find out where Bravo and cocktails lives. I will do all of the things that I need to. I will send poop in the mail if it's wrong. If it's right, I might send a bottle of champagne, assuming that they're okay with the fact that Danny and you are coming back. But I just saw it and I got so excited. It made my week. It made my month.

Thank God. Oh, man. If this is like false hope, I'm going to be so upset. I'm not going to do it. not even going to do it. Let's just revel in in this moment where at least for now he's gone. They're gone. We don't have to deal with their shit anymore.

Let's just enjoy it. If it happens to be false, we'll deal with it then. But for the time being, we have a very fun show and Ultimate Girls trip. Danny and Nea ding dong, the witch is dead. Get that munch in the fuck out of here. How exciting. That's awesome. I'm actually excited for the valley now.

That just completely. Yeah. Dude, right. Yeah. Now I'm like, okay. Yeah. I'm like, all right,

let's see what we got. Now we can finally see what we have at the valley. The funny thing would be is if it's just like such a bad show. Like the darkness kind of, it dispels. And we're like, all right, let's see what we got.

And then there's just nothing. And it's just really boring and stupid and sad. It's like, oh, God. And takes over the role of Danny. We thought we were free and clear. They spend the whole season just. Now, look,

the next move obviously is you have to get rid of Janet and Jason, but there's hope. We're moving in the right direction. As I said, it is a blistering hot start to the offseason for the valley in our favor. We'll get to UGT in a sec. I just need to dissect this a little bit further. Yeah. Do you think they chose to leave?

Do you think they were asked to leave? Do you think if they were asked to leave that they're going to claim that they chose to leave? oh speculation speculation station yeah but um i genuinely think they decided on their own to leave as like anti-climactic as that is and i really want them to get fired i i just think that they chose to leave i think that's just too much and they complained about the goddamn commute every fucking day that they had the film i do think at the end of the day it was wearing them thin and just kind of not hating on them for a second. It makes sense for their family and for them to just not be on the show anymore.

So I do think that they actually decided, no, obviously, if it comes out that they were fired, I'm going to wonder who fired them because I know Jermaine didn't. So I don't know. But my final answer is I think they chose to leave. I think so too. That would be my guess. Or maybe it's like a mutual parting of ways where it's like, guys, this is clearly just not working.

And Danny, you just suck so much balls that we don't want you here anymore. you're creepy out the PAs. I don't know. But that, God, that is a great way to start this off. You were right. You made me really happy. I just thought that it would work so well, too, because like you said with this episode in particular, and pretty much all the episodes up until now, it is so much just iconic

flashbacks and we're going back to Atlanta and showing all the things that happened in Atlanta. We're showing all of the things that they've done along the way, a lot more Teresa involvement in this episode. So it's another one of those episodes where a couple of things. happened for sure and we can see the writing on the wall for certain things within the group the core group if you will and obviously we have to talk about the end which that's another piece of this that i didn't really put together we finally have a timeline i had no idea when this was right after

the reunion four days after the reunion aired for salt lake now i don't really remember when that is but it doesn't really matter it shows me immediately the things we were talking about last week and i'm i'm going to try to preface this by saying last week we were talking about about Salt Lake and how we think this season's going to go based on the things that we were seeing from Lisa, from Whitney, from Bromwin, and hearing about the group and as a whole or whatever. Here, this is just on the heels of the reunion. That makes me feel so much better. Now, look, it could still be the same shit and we'll have to wait and see, but I'm not dreading

the start of Salt Lake because I thought that they were just talking about Lisa's facelift again. I'm like, really, we're still doing this. That's what we're going to do. We're going to start off the season like that, still going after LB. There's so many other things going on in your group, separations, divorces, cheating scandals, whatever you want to say. There's a lot going on there. Let's talk about those things. Maybe we will.

So there's still a little bit of hope for Salt Lake, too. So this was a double-dusy for me. Yeah, that alleviated a lot of worries in my head when I realized that that's what the timeline was. Because I was concerned, too, after last week. We talked about it obviously on the pod for a while. As soon as I heard Heather, whoever pointed out. out on the pod baby but as soon as i heard that i was like okay we're still fresh they're still pissed off they haven't had time to ruminate and move on or have conversations have a cup of coffee

because the way that heather says it initially she's like haven't talked to lisa since the reunion i was like oh shit and then it's like oh wait because that was just like last week you guys saw the reunion got it correct we're pretty close so yeah it does give me a lot of hope for salt lake I would imagine next episode will have a better idea of what that's going to look like just based on the conversations they have. I would be shocked if given the vibes of what the ultimate girl's trip has been, Lisa, actually I take that back because she gets on a Sprinter van pissed off and late. So maybe it doesn't go well. I don't know. I don't want to speculate.

I mean, I'm happy right now. Let's just live here. Let's just live here for now. Yeah. I mean, I don't expect it to go well. expected at the end of Salt Lake City last year, at the end of the reunion, all things were still pointing to. The group was ganging up on Lisa and going after her for various reasons just because they're jealous. And I think Portia said it best in this episode. It's either we're not seeing who she is,

but I do think you get a better vibe. And I love this because this is what this is all about. This is what Ultimate Girlship is all about. Portia kind of did that in a nutshell. I don't want to make up my mind based on who they are on TV. I would have make up my mind based on how they are in real life. that's what this show is supposed to be. And I feel like for so many seasons of Ultimate Girl's Trip, it has been a who are you? Oh yeah, I saw you on TV.

And then by like episode five, you either kind of make up your mind. They are exactly who they are on TV or you don't care. But this is such more like caring. It's a weird thing, honestly. It's so much more close knit. It's so much more respect and demure for everybody else in the show and on the network.

Then I really appreciate it because you know what you've gone through. You know what everybody else goes through. and you can actually apply that to different people. And I like that because it's a level of respect. Like, hey, whoa, whoa, whoa, this is our ultimate girls trip crew. I've got your back first. I'm not going to jump on that side. And even Giselle feels that deep down.

Like, yeah, she's trying to drum up some shit and she's trying to get involved and start some things, which I appreciate in this light anyway. But for Portia to say that at the end of everything and just say, I think it wreaks of jealousy, boom. That's exactly what it is. That's what we've been watching on Salt Lake City for the last two years, pretty much since the Monica fallout. So there hasn't been a whole. a whole lot more to dig into. So I do think that, yes, she's going to get ganged up and that's what we saw for, you know, scenes from next week.

It's just going to be interesting to see how that affects the rest of the group. If they're going to get it after watching it or if they're going to be like, all right, Lisa, and kind of handle her like they've been handling Vicki so far. Yeah, I don't know what the, uh, what the shakeout's going to be with this crew. But I agree. I mean, that has been the downfall of other ultimate girls trips that we're not getting on this one because it's everybody that's iconic. And I think a big part is like we've said, this crew.

has interacted before because of the heavy hitters. So they've gone to events together. They've been around each other. So they kind of know each other. They have history for the most part. So it kind of alleviates that, who are you? What are you doing? I've seen you on TV once.

I don't think I like you. So we kind of eliminated that factor, which definitely serves the show more. But going to Atlanta, obviously a storied franchise, some of the most iconic lines, moments and cast members and going down memory lane with this show was fucking awesome. Like it was, I could have rewound that and watched it 10 times as we're going to the drag

show. And it's like, you know, you get she by cherey, you get cherey with who going check be, boo. You get the who said that. You get all of these great lines, great moments. Kim ripping a sig in front of, literally in front of her kids in the house. Yeah, in the car. Yeah, in the house. And pretty much everywhere that Kim went.

Yep. it was just so much fun. And I think that's, I don't know if that was the goal of this show. It's certainly doing that for me, just reminding me like, yeah, okay,

this is what got us all into Housewives. This is why we love these women so much. This is why these shows have such a cult following because when it hits, it fucking hits. This show is hitting. It's hitting very well. I'm actually very impressed.

Yeah, yeah. So we talked about this a couple of weeks ago, too. And this is just my analytical brain. I would have been in the room for Peacock for the NBC execs. Like, hey, let's Atlanta just aired for Ultimate Girls trip. Let's dig up the old seasons of Atlanta and see if we've seen an uptick. Because I imagine you have.

I mean, there's so many different moments, especially for a franchise like Atlanta or even Beverly Hills when we went last week, you know, not as much O.C. But there's so many like iconic things that happened from season one to season 15 or 13, 14, whatever you want to say, that people are definitely going back in and dipping back into the well. rewatching those seasons, putting them on in the background. So I would be interested to see that. And if that was sort of the goal or the strategy even going into this, like, hey, we could have a pretty interesting byproduct here where we see that. Now, I don't really understand how that correlates to revenue and all the other things that come with it.

I'm sure it does because there's marketing and then there's, you know, advertisements that happen if you don't have Peacock Premium. But at the same time, it was just joyous. It was so much fun going back and listening to all of that. And obviously knowing going into it, this is when I started thinking about NeNe and the reveal because I even went back and said, ah, man, I wish we didn't even have that 30 seconds of Portia and Nini in the beginning. Like, yeah, it hit.

But, yeah, let's just formulate this whole thing under the guise of she didn't actually get revealed. And here she is showing up with this drag branch. Look, Nini is always going to hit, right, no matter what. Like, even though we knew she was coming, I agree with you. Had we not gotten the intro knowing that she was going to be there later. I do think it would have just been like, oh, my God, she is coming. Like, yay. But it was still a delight to have her.

And, you know, the drag brunch, having the drag queens come out as the housewives was fucking amazing. I loved every second of this. I love that we introed it with an iconic quote. And then you had the drag queens come out as the different housewives. Such a fun scene. Such a fun moment. I want this to carry over into when we go back to our respective shows.

And I think that that is something I've harped on multiple. times. I'm going to continue to harp on that because it's interesting. So many of the housewives on this show are doing a great job with this show. Giselle is showing up to work with her hard hat, as she always does, try to drove some shit, love that. Vicky is, I'm hoping that Nini's man has shaken something loose because my God, dude, like, just fucking quit being such a bummer. You are Debbie Downer. Like, she is Debbie Downer, A. F. because like I love the Luan Vicky thing.

I will say that, that stick that back and forth of like Vicky being boring and then Lou going to a confessional and throwing a dig at or something like that. And that has been more fun than like watching Vicky be a Debbie downer and O.C. I will say that. I'm really hoping that Nini's man has reinvigorated her

in some way to where she can just, I don't want her to not be herself. Like I understand that part of the Vicky stick is Vicki's going to be Vicky and she's going to be a down or something. I'm talking. Say some wacky shit. Get involved in things she shouldn't. Offer your life insurance at an inappropriate time.

That's what we've come to expect. I just want to lighten up a little bit. Yeah. I be in the room, like, let's play the quiet game. Shut up, Vicki. You play the quiet game by yourself. I think a housewife is tenured as Vicki maybe just needs a little bit of the benefit of the doubt. That's why I've been a little bit soft and kind of handling her with kid gloves so far for OC and this is because she has it in her, obviously.

I mean, we see those moments. her saying to Carmela in OC that she's a bad mom, yeah, it's going to run people the wrong way for sure. But it's kind of funny and it's kind of outlandish that she threw that out there. I think the problem is that she's missing so much more than she's hitting right now. She just needs to fine tune it a little bit. So I'm hoping she still has that in her and maybe she just needs to get through the rough patch and figure it out. And the ultimate girl strip is obviously part of that because it was before OC was filmed.

So we'll have to see and keep an eye on that moving forward. But I do think the Vicky crowd, the Vicky fans that have been fans of her for a long time that were asking for her to come back. They are a lot smaller than the masses. The masses are annoyed with Vicky over Vicki. I see it online all the time. Like, why is she on there? Even our fans will get our questions at the end of O.C. Or this.

Why is Vicki here? She's a Debbie Downer. I think for me anyway, I'm just kind of waiting it out. And if we get to the end of O.C. And she's not changing anything and she's more Debbie Downer than she is entertaining or outlandish, then yeah, I'll probably have a problem. right now I don't really have a problem with Vicky. I understand why people do. But the Luan thing is very funny because I get it.

If Vicki's like sitting there and we saw it last week, how about we just have some quiet time right now? I don't really blame her. If I'm in the car with something. Well, last week I get it because we just watched the performance. Lou, we don't have to sit there in the car and relive the performance.

That one I understand. Okay, I'm with you there. Now, I think that's what she was talking about because I got a little confused and maybe Vicki just said the same thing verbatim. But I think Luam may have been tying two events together with the end of the Beverly Hills episode that we saw and then obviously you know in the airport or at the hotel this morning or whatever she was saying or alluding to I think she put them both together and nobody's going to call her out for it obviously but yeah

I mean that's what makes Luan great too so you've got two classic housewives doing what makes them great where Vicki just tells them shut up and she doesn't want to listen to them anymore fine rational that makes a lot of sense I would be annoyed with Luan singing in the car as well and then Luan just being Luan like that's what you want to see you want to see you want to see these classic housewives just kind of battle it out with their non-matching personalities. Orangees to apples was fun. That was a fun.

I was like, that was perfect. Yeah, that was really good. I liked that Teresa did that. The other part of that Teresa Lisa conversation was pretty much just like, good. I want you to get along with Lisa.

I want you to call out the fact that even you're having a great time because it's just nice and light and fun and we don't have to go back to our respective cities or households and have to deal with all the fallout from our cast members. let's enjoy our time. Like Teresa, adding to it, obviously we knew what LB was talking

about three episodes ago, but Teresa adding to it just kind of confirms it. It's like, yeah, you guys have had a hard time with your castmates recently, at least a couple of years,

Teresa 10 to 15 years. But at the same time, I understand what you're talking about. Exactly. But yeah, the, the arm just apples. Like,

that's cute. That's cute. I like that a lot. But it was interesting, like the table after the drag show, they're sitting there talking to Nini about life after this show. I've always,

wondered this and this kind of highlighted it. I wonder how it felt for Housewives to get whacked from these shows, but more so because they come back every once in a while, either for something like this or a Bravo event, they do also keep in contact

with the people that are currently casted. I just wonder if there's like, is there like a hierarchy, you know, where it's like, oh, you were on the show, I'm still on this show. I'm still on the show. So like pat on the head, like that's cute. Like, do you think that they look down upon the housewives that are no longer on these shows? Like when we were in Beverly Hills and Camille

Grammer's doing everything that you possibly can to get noticed. Oh, you're talking about the cameos. Okay. Yeah. Yes. Not the, the ultimate girls trip. I'm talking about the people like, you know, anybody that used to be on these shows that is no longer on these shows that is coming in for an appearance. Is there like an air about the current housewives that are still on the show? They're like, that was cute. Your tenure on that show is cute. I'm still here. I'm better. Without a doubt in my mind. Without a doubt in my mind. I just ran through the roll of X of who's on this show. And yes, in different capacities in different ways in different locations. Yes, at one point in time or multiple points in time, every single one of these women have thought that for

sure. Like Kyle was definitely doing that while talking to Camille. Like, yeah, I'm still here. You're not here anymore. So I know too much. I thought you, it's funny too, because I thought you were talking about on this actual show because I immediately thought of Vicky saying that to Luanne at some point, which we might see talking about Luan not being on Roney anymore and Vicki being asked back in the celebration that we saw at BravoCon. All of those things lead to, I expect Vicky to do that to Luan at some point in the next couple episodes. I want that to happen. I want that to happen. Like that's exactly what I'm talking about. That's a perfect example.

Like that would be delightful. If that comes about, I would love to see Vicky and Luann go out of it in that regard because it would be a really funny kind of turning the tables where it's like, you know, Luann's been on Vicky this whole time for being such a stick in the mud and being so boring and being so this being so that. But Vicki's got an ace in the hole where she can go, oh, I'm a stick in the mud. I'm boring. Well, I'm back on the show, baby. Where are you?

I mean, she could bring up Crappy Lake. I got my own show. Yeah. Do you think Louan even remembers Crappy Lake? Or do you think that she just doesn't recognize that as a show? Like, oh yeah, Sonia and I

just kind of went to Ohio and was it Ohio or Indiana? It's the Midwest. I would like to think that Loua hooked up with like a farmer while she was out there.

And every so often she hits him up for her. He's in the city. He's in the big city. You know, and she and that's her. Well, she's not her boyfriend now, but you know, I always imagine Louan's in some sort of open relationship anyway. I would guess that would be my thought.

But yeah, I think that she's reminded of Crappy Lake is every once in a while, she calls up Farmer Fran for a hangout. Well, my question is, I think the further we get away from Crappy Lake and when it was films, Lou Am probably questions whether or not that was a real show. Like,

I don't think she ever watched it. I think she just did it. It was an experience. Yeah. It was a show. Yeah, that was a show. How about that? That was fun.

It's a good time. We should do that again. That's probably, yes, if you asked her about that, she would go exactly that. Oh, yeah. Yeah, that was a show. Good times. And then move on. Have you seen my cabaret lately?

That's what she was shipped. Her saying unironically, did you know, my cabaret star to just that? Yeah. Was fucking hilarious. We all know. Everybody knows. You are a self-made cabaret star. Yeah, he did this every episode.

But Nini is talking about her husband, the passing and while she's sitting there talking, Giselle, and this is why Giselle's good because she's the only one that has really kind of stayed on task as far as like, oh, we're here to work. Everyone else is kind of reveling in not having beef with their castmates right now.

Giselle is focused on the task, so she's like, all right, well, I do have beef with Nini. What a random opportunity here to have this actually shake out on camera because when else are these two going to be on TV together? together. And it goes kind of how I want these to go on this show. I don't want any lingering things. I want something quick. If they go back and forth, fine. But this is kind of ideal. It's like, hey, you said somebody should beat me up. And Nini kind of has to eat shit first and go, ooh, yeah, I did. Yeah, I did. I did. I did. I didn't mean it. though. Carrin, which I think is even funnier. Then she said, yeah, you know, we had a couple of drinks. We were out in Beverly Hills.

she said it to Karen. Like I wouldn't Where's the camera for that one? That sounds like a very fun meet up to me. But I think we also kind of got a glimpse into a different hierarchy and that is who Giselle wants to last with shit to talk about. Because if this was any really any about other housewife or anyone on her show for sure, she probably would have had more questions.

She probably would have let it linger for a little bit longer. But it's NeNe and she even says as much like I'm not going to go after Leet NeNe. She's you shouldn't. She would beat the hell out of me. Yeah, I'm just not. Nope, not going to touch that one. But I'm glad that I got a little resolution at least. Yeah, I agree.

I think that there's also just, there's an air about Nini Leaks, like an unspoken respect. I think that every audience member and housewife has, like she's just one of the all times. So I think that Giselle having a moment to kind of take a shot, not blow it up, but have her moment to get in the ring with her. I think that was all we needed. It was a fun little back and forth. It ends pretty quickly. but we get to this alter ego party, which was very interesting.

This is an interesting crew here because you get the Potomac ladies coming in, you got the Salt Lake ladies coming in. Obviously, we have some beef across franchises, ever so slightly. The Kyle Moe thing, the Kyle Moe, Ashley, Jazeel, Stacey thing. I'm having a really hard time

getting on Kyle's side at all with this. Like, I don't know, dude. Like I get where she's coming from. Like I understand the sisterhood part of it. Yeah. She kind of loses me when she's like, well, we're still married. I'm like, but you're not. You know, but you're like that's, you're playing semantics now.

I don't think that counts. I fully understand where she's coming from. I think, I don't know because I don't like Ashley. And my other thing that I would have prepared was, who do you like less, Ashley or Kyle? I know. That's really tough. And Kyle's really been putting us through it with this whole.

Mo thing and I get it. It's her life, but it should have got off the pot at this point. I mean, we don't want to hear about it anymore if nothing's going to change. So I get where Kyle's coming from and I understand and I think she was well within her right to discuss this and have her feelings about it within the housewife community, the sisterhood. So I'm okay with that. I just, I think I trust Ashley less than I trust Kyle,

if that makes sense. So I think I'm kind of airing towards Kyle's side, but I don't really care how it ends up shaking up. Now, obviously, if Stacey gets involved, I've got Stacey's side no matter what. But my problem with Ashley is kind of like what we talked about when, and we'll talk about it later with Heather talking to LB about phoning it in, which is bizarre and a very weird thing to say. Ash, TOP, fucking retire. I've seen too much of Ash TOP.

I've heard too much of Ash TOP. I'm done with it. It's just, it's an old stick and it's got. of ends. We're done with this. Have something new. Yeah, it was fun. And even the second time it had a little bit of a charm to it. We've seen Ash TOP like five times at this point.

Yeah, be more creative. Move on. Get a better persona. Get a different alter ego if you want to do that for this party. Just I think, and this is a compliment to Ashley. She's more creative than that than to just keep phoned and this in and just rolling it out. So get something new. Come up with something new.

Wow. This show must be bringing out the bestness. You just complimented Ashley Darby. That's kind of in a way. You see her house, her beautiful beach house in. Oh, dude, that was the other fucking thing that she said. When we're talking about this, this was the funniest thing that Ashley could have said. I get it, Kyle.

If any other housewife would have gone after my husband, my ex-husband, I would have been upset too. And I don't want that. Okay. Yeah. Who the fuck's gone after Michael Darby? Like, what are you talking about? You're the only person that would have fucked that guy. And I still don't know why.

Like that was such a you're so right because saying that to Kyle. Well like let's also just let's let's put those two up next to each other. Mo who I would fuck. Yeah. Or Michael Darby. The more stuff that comes out about Mo and the more we visit his weird single life that I assume P.K. is still a part of. I get the ick a little bit.

I'm getting the ick a little bit, but just strictly from an aesthetic. I'm not saying he's, I'm not saying he's anywhere close to Michael Darby, but yeah, actually is. And that's the problem. Yeah, yeah, yeah, you're right. I just, yeah, I think that it's really funny when he compare those two men. It's like, all right, well, like, that's armed just apples. You know, just stay on that. Literally.

Oh, my God. But we do have to talk about, I mean, the Kyle and Ashley thing was squashed. Ashley was was panicking trying to figure out a way to weasel her way out of that. It's like, yeah, okay, Stacey did drag you over, but you were not. You didn't put up much of a fight there, Ashley. You're pretty excited to talk to Mo. Do I think it's the end of the world? No.

Do I think it's a talking point for Kyle and Giselle? I do. Stacey being Stacy just doesn't even get involved. She's like, yep, it's all good. Like, that's what I do. I don't really give a shit. But obviously the big thing here is LB and Heather and everybody. So we have kind of an interesting.

interesting setup here because you have LB with support in the Ultimate Girls Trip Cast Portia loves her, Giselle loves her, everyone that's gotten to know her so far, they've all enjoyed their time with LV, she has been a delight. She's been having nothing but fun, smiling the whole time laughing. Now you have Heather and Angie and Mary Cosby came to this party. This is on the heels of Whitney and Bronwyn saying that everybody has, hates LB and Salt Lake. Granted, we are very closely removed from the reunion.

It's important to note. All that being said, I agree with you 100% that this is not a huge cause for concern given the timeline. But I'm focused on scenes from next week and using that within this scene. It feels to me, one, Heather, like, how the fuck are you going to come in onto Lisa's show? You're not on this show. you are a guest on this show and you come in so fucking hot at the bar like yeah lb did say like oh you want to hug me but given what just happened at the reunion that's not a surprising response and she does try to dial it back

immediately because she knows that she pushed too far with that comment goes well whoa i didn't mean like that like i did it's too late heather's off to the races double down triple down i'm like dude like this is our problem with you you've been on screen for five seconds and you're doing the same shit and you're going so hard at Lisa. We can't even see you on camera. We just hear your microphone. Too much. Too much. And this is Lisa's show you're coming on to. And all that tells me, Heather came in here with an agenda that she does on her own show. I'm going to make a moment. I'm going to make this about me. I'm going to get loud. I'm going to get in Lisa's face and cause some shit so that everyone looks at Heather. Stop. Like that got under my. I was like, God damn it. Like we haven't learned

at all. No, no. We got our answer. immediately as to whether or not Heather is jealous that LB got the nod for this show. She is seething. She is miserable that she has to make an appearance. And of course, she's still going to make the appearance and she's going to make it all about herself and she's going to try to throw LB under the bus.

She's talking to any housewife that'll listen to her about LB and how she feels and how Salt Lake City feels as a whole. Because I guess Heather is talking for the entire city at this point. It's just tired. And I hate that she goes over and starts talking to her. And obviously they have microphones on We've done this a million times.

This is now your seventh season that we're coming up on. You know how this works. Do not say we're not even on camera right now. Why are you doing this? What? You have microphones, Heather. Don't say that to her. You're just trying to catch her.

And you're doing it again. You're perpetuating this whole situation of L.B. turns it on for the cameras and she's a completely different person. She wants nothing to do with us. And it's gotten to the point now where she doesn't want to be friends with us. She doesn't like us. She feels like she's better than us. We know what you're trying to do.

you've been trying to do it for years. I don't care if it's true. Maybe it is true. I don't care if my housewife that we like is showing that she's better than you. Find a more creative way to get in there and piss her off. Find a more creative way to see the cracks and get through there so that we can have some good actual organic drama on your show doing this right away. And again, I'm giving a little bit more credit anyway, at least maybe just for my own well-being that it's four days after the reunion aired. So you saw a little bit more.

and you were able to revisit that before you went to Atlanta, you probably watched it on the plane on the way out there. So you had a couple of one-liners, which are irrelevant now, by the way, because that reunion aired six months ago. We don't even remember that reunion. It was such a non-issue. We moved on from that season with a couple of regrets,

but we're hopefully looking forward to a good season of your show. Don't remind us that it ended that way. I don't want to deal with that. Let's just move on. How about you just be happy or steer clear? Like when we go back to last week, yes, Bronwyn and Whitney were talking about LB, but they didn't have like a weird standoffish presence where they walked over and started giving her shit right away. They let her move around. They let her

live like normal people. Heather, like you said, agenda right away. I need to go over to her and go talk to her, get some stuff on the microphone so that we have some stuff to talk about and it's going to spill over and then people are going to remember this moment. Like that's how Heather lives. It's just so frustrating. And I'm so happy that after all of that and after the conversations that we had in Beverly Hills, that's someone like Portia, who has been. been on the show for 12 years can sit there and say, yeah, I'm not really trust in this one. I trust Lisa. I like her.

I understand who she is as a person. And I think I'm starting to see what's going on here. Perfect. Have more of that. Let's have some more discussions about that because that might actually lead to some change before we get to the point where Salt Lake City becomes unwatchable because we're allowing Heather to do these things. Yeah. And Portia also says or alludes to what we've been saying where it's like, this is Lisa

his show, like not Lisa only, but Heather, you're not on this cast. You're here as a friend of. Like, leave her alone right now. Like, let her, she, before she goes, let her enjoy the night. Like, yeah, please, we're not here to watch an iteration of Salt Lake and you guys do the same thing you've done for the past couple of years. Salt Lake's not a bad show and I'm hopeful that they can get back on track. Last season was a little wonky.

But that's not the point of this one. And I will, again, like we talked about early on, the. episode because it's so soon removed from the reunion. I'm not going to put that much stock into all of these interactions. But the follow-up, the scenes from next week, getting into the band, this is where it could get fun because nothing to do with Heather, nothing to do with Mary Beth, Jesus, Mary Cosby or Angie. But more so, there is another side to Lisa Barlow.

She's not sunshine and rainbows all the time. does do some stupid shit. She does piss people off. I'm thinking she's going to piss some people off, people being Giselle, who's the one person you don't want to piss off because she can flip-flop in a hurry and go against LB.

But in a show that we don't want manufactured drama, we don't want stupid fights that we see in other franchises, this is potentially going to be some great beef because you're going to have Giselle like, whoa, who the

fuck is this Lisa Barlow never seen this person before it's going to shift the entire dynamic that's fun in a nine episode run where three or four episodes in give me some shit in the middle of the season great perfect yeah that's that's exactly what I want that I don't even know if it's completely connected to Heather and Lisa having issues at the party the night before I imagine going to say that Lisa got riled up she got riled up and then she ends up being late to the the spritter van so that they can go to their next destination or whatever it might be is is completely fine, whatever. But it's what we talked about a couple episodes ago,

which usually happens. And as long as we get there and we're not completely bored out of our minds or annoyed, we get to the point of the ultimate girl strip, especially in this one because they're traveling so much, but they're just going to be annoyed with each other. They're tired of being around each other. They're tired of the little quirks that make them very good housewives, impeding on their normal lives.

Like, that's what happens. You get that travel fatigue. You get that too much going on, the heavy schedule fatigue. and then this is the result that we get. So I want to see some of that. And it was inevitable. I'm happy that it's coming. I don't really care about the circumstances that led up to it.

I just want to see it because you want to see some good old fashioned classic housewives going after each other. And I think we're going to start to get that as we keep traveling on. I agree. And I think that it's gearing up to be a very entertaining season start to finish. So I'm super excited for where we're going. But let's get to some questions, see what the audience has to say about it. All right. From Amy Labadea.

So this was a sneak peek into how unsufferable Heather's going to be on Salt Lake City. I hope not. Listen to us. It was very early in the offseason. It was right after the reunion. So let's hope that things died down before they started filming again. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Andre, Drew, one. Does seeing Nini make you guys want to watch old Roa? Yes. yeah, I think Dev is actually going to start a rewatch from season one episode one I'm going to join in because yes, absolutely. I mean, just talk about the golden age of housewives. Yeah, absolutely. From Taye Haasletter, do you think that someone from Miami should be part of the cast? We are going to Miami next, but no, no. I mean, as much as I miss Miami, I think this is a pretty good cast. I'm okay with the cast right now. So I don't need to add someone in there.

And I want to see what Miami looks like. I think we're getting a full episode out of that one. Yeah, I wouldn't be mad if somebody was. It would be against it. No, no. But I don't need it. Does it need it? No, I think this is a pretty solid cast overall.

Let's see. This is funny. For me again, 40. Could we stay in Atlanta? Everyone seems happy there. Yeah. Well, for now. I'm not really sure.

from Blacksmith Trev is it a good thing that NeNe is just a guest otherwise she would have pulled focus from the other housewives I actually would have liked NeNe to be a full-time cast member for this show I'm not saying replace Portia I think you keep Porsche too because she's Porsche is such a delight on a show like this much like she was on traders

maybe not the Traders reunion but she just has such a good fun loving personality especially when she's away from the housewives of Atlanta in her own show. You don't want to replace her, but I think the Nini would have been a great one. Yeah. Anytime you have a chance to put Nini on a show,

the answer is always yes from me. But, I mean, if we're only going to get a little bit of Nini, she's so fun. I love Nini on my screen. Yeah. From RMEB-124, which drag queen do you think

did the best job representing their housewife? I think Luans did a great job. did a great job. Luanz was great. Fadres was funny. I'm happy that Porsche pointed that one now. That was very funny.

L.B. They were all great. That was awesome. That was such a funny moment. For Maddie C-97, Giselle's doing her thing stirring the pot, but it's too messy and I'm annoyed by it.

Anyone agree? I am not annoyed by it because she does have a shorter leash on it. She kind of just leaves it out there. And if someone disagrees or whatever, you know, tends to happen. It kind of goes haywire. She does pull it back in pretty quickly.

Now, on her own show, she doesn't do that. She lets it linger for about four or five episodes. But I think that she has a bit of a shorter leash on her messiness. So I'm okay with it. Yeah, I'm okay with it for now. I agree with you. And we've seen it go haywire plenty of times when it comes to Giselle. But for now, I'm okay with how she's moving.

From Chris Mondello, are the producers going out of their way to make Vicky look awful? Not that I mind because she is. I don't think so. I think this is just Vicky.
