Bros & Shows - La Quinta Ladies and Big Bear Babes (RHOC Full Recap)

Episode Date: August 20, 2024

Whats up Bros? The ladies of RHOC take a trip this episode and divide and conquer. One crew heads to Big Bear while the other cozies up in La Quinta. Emily has seemingly taken a big issue with Jenn's ...financial situation but were not exactly sure why... Gina is on everyones list after her debacle with Katie and Heather goes awry. Now Katie doesnt trust her, Heather feels betrayed and on the other side of the table, Emily is pissed at her too. Shannon lets slip to Emily that Gina said she is 'so far up Tamra's ass that its making her meaner.' Which may be true but shes still pissed at Gina. Tamra and Alexis are BFF's apparently in what can only be seen as an attempted Shannon takedown by the two of them. We get a facetime from Johnny Jan the Jan Man Janssen aka that big douchebag. The episode ends with Alexis threatening to out videos of Shannon on the night of her DUI. What purpose those videos serve is beyond me and it seems like a cruel, calculated and dirty move to simply ruin someones life because youre a petulant child dating a monster... But what do we know? Starting point is 00:00:34 A day of sunshine? No. A box of fine wines? Yes. Uber Eats can definitely get you that. Get almost, almost anything delivered with Uber Eats. Order now. Alcohol and select markets.
Starting point is 00:00:44 Product availability may vary by Regency app for details. As there is a drive in a deep left field by Castellanos. Oh man, it's 8 o'clock. And so that'll make it a... I don't need the... Spotlight, I shine just fine. Hi, I'm Karma. And yes, I am a bitch.
Starting point is 00:01:06 Bromph Bros. Good evening, everybody, and welcome back to another episode of Brop Bros. Your favorite podcast, From the Bros. For everybody, for whoever wants to listen, I am a co-steel Russell, joined as always, but a one and only Route Toot, Magoo. What's up, dude? You've been leaning towards Virgin, too, and then root two. Yeah, no, it's easy.
Starting point is 00:01:27 It is easy. I need our audience to stay. up again, give me some new shooter names. It gets hard, especially in, like, the dog days of summer. We're there. We're mid-doggy days. Mid-doggy days. Yeah, doggy style.
Starting point is 00:01:40 Yeah, we're in A's. That's okay. Anyway, welcome back. We are here to talk about some OC today, which I'm excited to do. But before we get you, I've got some order of business to talk about. Up first, we have our community Zoom tomorrow night with our members, 9 o'clock Eastern Standard Time. tonight. Tonight, yeah, we're recording this Monday.
Starting point is 00:02:02 So tonight is our community Zoom, 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time for our Braav Bros. numbers. If you are not a Bravo Bros. members and you want to join the conversation, go ahead and click the link in our Instagram bio, or at the bottom of this episode in the description, and you can join the community Zoom. The link is set on an hour before. We're really excited to talk to everybody. You've got new shows on the horizon that we need to discuss a potential brand-new show that we're going to be covering. hell yeah we got a lot of exciting news things are starting to speed up now that summer's slowing down summer's slow you know summer's fast what are you talking about summer's fast but slow for tv slow for tv yes fast for everybody
Starting point is 00:02:42 else yes yeah but slow here slow here that we're picking back up so i want to give oh and the best part we don't even have to talk about jersey i know thank god thank god that shit so literally why it's such a good mood. It's so funny to see on Twitter right now the accounts that still want Jersey to be relevant and it's like, guys, that's over baby. They don't care. It's done now. It's irrelevant. People are like dig it up
Starting point is 00:03:06 other shit. It's like, I don't care anymore. I'm, after we had our episode with Matt Rogers, which is being highly lauded as our best episode ever. Love that. Yeah, it's great. But that was like closure for me. I felt like I put it to bed and now you can see what happens next and we can
Starting point is 00:03:21 re-address the situation when they have Joe's the update, but until then, I'm cool. Yeah, no, I'm cool as a cucumber at this point. Not only that, but we also got trailers for Lake City and New York last week. Yeah. So there's Housewives coming back, and we know that our other good shows are going to come back. We're going to throw some new shows at you that people are going to be talking about. There's a lot going on.
Starting point is 00:03:45 We're excited for the fall. Not only that, we've got football coming back. We're going to be busy boys. We're busy, busy bird boys. We are out here. but I'm going to drop it. Now I put out a little feeler on Instagram, took a little poll,
Starting point is 00:03:58 and we're getting good responses back because we heard about a show that's coming that is reminiscent of a housewife show by franchise in Salt Lake. Sir, what is it, the secret lives of Mormon lives? Yes, great title. This show looks fucking fantastic. Yeah, I'm pumped about this.
Starting point is 00:04:18 This seems to do everything that Steele and I asked for when we watch Roslick. Yes. When we're talking about Mary Cosby, let's get deeper into her life, which maybe we will because she's a full-time house now. So we might get some action there. But we'll hold off on that for now.
Starting point is 00:04:33 For this show in particular, I feel like we're going to get a peek behind the curtain a little bit more than Bravo's willing to do or maybe the ladies of Salt Lake are not willing to do. But we're going to see a lot here that we don't get to see on the Bravo show. And I feel like it's just, when does it drop? September 5th?
Starting point is 00:04:49 September 6th. September 6th, yeah. Happy birthday? Oh, hey, you and not. Oh, God. That's because he won't shut up about it. I don't know about my birthday. All the time.
Starting point is 00:04:59 This guy loves his birthday. He texts me like, when did you text me? He texted me on July 5th. You're like, hey, two months? That is two months. See, I can do my mouth. So what are you talking about? Jesus Christ.
Starting point is 00:05:12 But no, that's going to be a great warm up because I don't think we got a start date for Roslick yet. We just found a trailer. So I imagine if throwing something. coming back around the 1st of October. Let's say November. You think it's that late? I doubt it.
Starting point is 00:05:26 Maybe like mid-October. Well, what shows are coming in September? Nothing. There's got one of them. There's something, there's probably other things that, you know, maybe we're like, there's a lot of charm's got to be soon. Southern Charm probably just wrap. Like, there's a few that it's just around.
Starting point is 00:05:40 You know what? So, that should be coming back soon. Look, we got things on the horizon. We do. We're excited to talk about them getting into some new content as well. We are going to be covering. Secret Lives of Mormon and Wives. So buckle up.
Starting point is 00:05:53 Make sure you upgrade. Upgrade. Not upgrade. Make sure you have a Hulu account. Yeah. So you can watch it. That's worth it too because Vanderpubbill's season two is going to come back. And that's got...
Starting point is 00:06:04 Not only that, but then Stasi gets her own show on Hulu as well. So Hulu is really breaking into the reality game right now. I feel like we need to get paid by Hulu to continue talking about... I agree, but it would behoove you to get yourself a little Hulu. Why did you send that? Should we send that? Let's tackle it or not. This is what we can do for you.
Starting point is 00:06:26 I also think one of my favorite aspects of doing this show is you and I never know when things are coming out. Oh, no. And we just sit here and we'll speculate back. We won't look it up. No. We're not going to look at all. We'll just go back and be like, nah, it's got to be coming back and like, let's say September. It's got to fill a void in there.
Starting point is 00:06:40 Sure. It comes out like six months later. Yeah. Or it'll come. I swear to God we did it once you. But that'll be like next month. The next day, it was like coming next week. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:49 Yeah, that happens all time. Yeah, whatever. Well, you guys Google. You guys get it. But let's focus on what's going on here and now. Yeah, the rosy of it. The bracelet. I do before we get there,
Starting point is 00:07:02 one to shout out. Yesterday was my sobriety date. So I did what I did last year and made a little video to commemorate it and share that with our audience. And as always, I just need to reiterate how much it means to me, the responses that I get to those videos. those people that reach out with similar stories, similar journeys. That's why I do it, honestly, is it's a lot for me because I need to remain open and
Starting point is 00:07:28 vulnerable and things like that, but it's a lot to keep the conversation going with your audience. There's a lot of us out there that struggle with this or have people that struggle with substance abuse problems. So when you guys reach out to me and in the comments or the DMs, you don't know how much it means and thank you for sharing and being open with me. I will continue to be open and share with you, and I want this to continue to be a community that is helping to erase the stigma of substance abuse.
Starting point is 00:07:53 It means the world that that has been curated by this. I can't believe that. It's really fucking cool. So thank you, everybody out there for your amazing responses and keep sharing because that's what it's all about. Now we can talk about housewives. And actually, I'm going to get fired up this episode. This couldn't be a worst time,
Starting point is 00:08:11 but my surprise, watching Tamara Judge Handle of the sharing situation. Oh, yeah, yeah. It makes me sad. I will say before we get into the episode, I don't think this was going to happen. But we are in dangerous territory of repeating the same thing over and over. The fact that we have a fractured group is always a cause of concern.
Starting point is 00:08:31 As soon as they start splitting up and they start doing separate housewife trips, I get concerned. That's fair. Writing is on the wall right then and there. You can't be on the same trip together. Problem for me. I know they have, I think they have a later trip. They do have a trip.
Starting point is 00:08:44 They don't think of London or something? I cannot confirm nor deny that I love this we never go what the hell's going on let's just say they're going to London they're going somewhere ladies of London shout out police hey no that just pops on all the time like after and then throw Dubai on or something and then like
Starting point is 00:09:03 Dubai Lens and then ladies of London it'll start up and I'm like oh look over this standby so I do get a little concerned when I see a fractured group also they're repeating like again we're still doing the paparazzi thing. I know Katie just like reintroduced it to us, but there's no actual evidence. It's just more talking
Starting point is 00:09:22 about the same thing that happened last year. We were done with it. We're still talking about it. And Alexis with Johnny Jay, for the love of God. I mean, look, I think this is going to end fantastically. Oh, yeah. In it just the messiest of all fashions. So I'm eager to see that, but I am a little
Starting point is 00:09:38 skeptical right now. That's fair. I think skepticism's fine. I don't think it's in dire straits of the moment. No, no, no. It's still entertaining. I'm just getting it out of here now. I agree. I think we talked about that in the first or second episode where it's like, this season's good.
Starting point is 00:09:52 Here could be some pitfalls. That's what we were referring to. These repeat occurrences where now we have to talk about the same thing over and over again. The good thing is Heather seemed to try and nip in the above this episode. Yeah, I would say don't too. So hopefully that actually happens. The other part, that's good for us and bad for the individuals on the show because it speaks to their character.
Starting point is 00:10:14 a lot of these women are like, yes, men, and will jump sides very quickly. Yeah, there's not a lot of leaders. But I love that. I'm too, what's what I'm saying? It's good for us, yeah. I'm not that concerned about the split trip. Are we the goose or the gambor? With the goose.
Starting point is 00:10:32 We're the geese. Yeah, with the geese. Feeding those little geeks. Feed them geese, feed them be. But that's why I'm not that concerned, because I think that the majority of each group would happily go on the trip with the other group. well. I don't think they're that fraction. Yeah, no, okay. All right, that's fair.
Starting point is 00:10:47 All right, good job. Yeah, thanks. Yeah, maybe about that. Not even though. Bring you down to her a little bit because this show is still good. Yeah, it's still enjoyable. The drama is good. I hope that they're able to move past some of these issues sooner rather than later,
Starting point is 00:10:59 but for the time being, we're good. Also, quick shout out. I know we don't do Rosen Thorny anymore because you have too much to cover and it just takes too much time, but there was a very funny review. Did you see it? No. It's a four-level, and it's just calling health. But what do you read that about us?
Starting point is 00:11:16 All right. You don't see it? This is a Monday reading. It's really fucking funny. And you'll know why I just told you to read it right now. And if you're watching YouTube, you'll get it as well. Health from Gabriella RJ. How ironic to see you guys talk about health, Emily and Hubby, and heart attacks,
Starting point is 00:11:35 while Scooter is sitting there vaping, very disappointing. Can't he wait until the pot is over before he ruins his health? We do not need to see it. Sorry. That is so funny. I did not see that. Oh, my God. You just blew a fat cloud.
Starting point is 00:11:48 Oh, that's great. Well, he should help. I will say I went to the doctors, and I've got clean lungs. Nice. You don't know what's in the state. Could just be air. Yeah, it could just be air. Maybe he's trying to quit.
Starting point is 00:11:59 Then he's trying to quit some of those fake fapes. It's a fap. I'm knowing for other news, biased show one star, having guests on that share wrong information about reality star, borders on slander. Matt Rogers went really well, huh, with this one? Matt Rogers win. I know.
Starting point is 00:12:19 That's one tree stumping. Let's not put out on this spot. No, I don't want that to do. Yeah, the other ones are all good. I just saw the one start. Like, I got to read this one too. Yeah, but that made me laugh. The health one was really funny.
Starting point is 00:12:29 Hey, four stars for health. Four stars for health. Yeah, you lost a star for a big, but hey, you can't win more. But let's get into O.C. And this episode, for anybody trying to take notes. Jesus. Wait, by the way, I defended. Shane last week. Remember that?
Starting point is 00:12:43 I know you did. Yeah. Yeah. And you got that. I was like, he's fine. Who cares? But that, I mean, usually people point out the fact that I'm dipping on camera. I have an issue with that, which I get. It's gross. I understand. I'm not going to stop. But I did order, I did hoard a fake. I'm going to stop. I'm not going to stop dicking on camera. That's what I'm saying. I do want to stop dipping. But we're going out of a difference.
Starting point is 00:13:02 It's not on camera. Four star health. True. All right. Four and five stars out. We'll take it. Yeah, you're right. Fine. Fine. We get it. We'll do. Gabriella? Yep. Yeah. You're fine.
Starting point is 00:13:14 Oh, you're concerned about her health. Also, can you wait until it bonds over? How is that any different? I don't know. Whatever. Because she doesn't want to see and kill yourself. That's fair. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:24 What are we doing? O.C. Orange County. Here we go. Where we are. We start out with Heather and Emily. I have a question for you. I think that I actually know the answer to this, that you probably do as well.
Starting point is 00:13:38 But makeup removal. Okay. Because you're supposed to take your makeup off of a makeup on at the end of every evening. It's just not good if you leave on. If you were a makeup wear, do you think you would be the person to do your skin care every evening and get the makeup off and go to bed? Like, would you be doing the racist during the week? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:58 Yeah, Saturday night. We did that is unlikely. I'm 100% Emily. I would be like, fuck now. Yeah. I'll be in the morning. Yeah. I figured when I was looking at it, I was like,
Starting point is 00:14:08 Shooter would be more Heather. I could see you doing like the full skincare. Oh, I would do all of that, again, during the week when it's normal and I'm not going out, and I'm just in like a normal, consistent nature. But the weekends, yeah, it's whatever. But yeah, when I was watching that, I was like, if this is a shooter and I, I'm 100% Emily, he's 100% another. But I just wanted to check and see if you provide it. Who says I don't wear makeup?
Starting point is 00:14:29 I don't care if you do. I'm just saying, if you do, do that. I do. That's fine. Good. That's good for your skin. So you don't have clawed your force. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:37 All right. Cool. What you want to do your health? I have to do it. But they're talking about Jen and Emily because we saw the last episode. And we talked about this too. Like, what's Emily's problem? Why are you so bent on a shape about Jen?
Starting point is 00:14:53 And it goes a step further. She's talking about the watch. And she's saying, you know, it's not about money. It's about intangering. Sell your watch. You all these bills to pay. No, she doesn't. She got evicted.
Starting point is 00:15:02 She's exonerated from those bills because you got kicked the phone out. So she doesn't owe everybody in Orange County money. No. What is that in the name? I don't know. The taxpayers? Oh, maybe? I don't fucking know. That's not what she meant at all. She's just saying, she's just going off the debend saying that you owe all these people money. She doesn't. This is her own problem. Hit pause on whatever you're listening to and hit play on your next adventure. This fall get double points on every qualified stay. Life's the trip. Starting point is 00:16:08 After all these years of brewing Core's Original, we've learned one undeniable truth. Any legacy is possible. You just have to start. Core's Original. How would you start your legacy? Celebrate responsible. Let's be legal drinking age.
Starting point is 00:16:22 I don't know why she's doing this, and I love that it's circulating more and more that she had that Watch What Happens Live appearance where she said that Shane's parents pay for a lot of their stuff? Oh, it is. Yeah. There's more and more people. And again, we talk about this all the time.
Starting point is 00:16:34 If you have skeletons in the closet that are exactly the same thing as what you're mad about somebody else doing, just don't comment on it. Definitely don't do it two weeks in a row. Don't go that hard after her. You can make a couple of jokes and nobody's going to bat an eye.
Starting point is 00:16:48 And they're like, all right, that's fine. It's housebook. And everyone else is doing it. Cool. Yeah, exactly. Everybody else is doing it. If your jokes are funny, people will laugh, they'll move on.
Starting point is 00:16:55 If you keep going hard after her for some reason, we're going to start asking questions. You know what I get from it? What? She's a little peanut butter and jelly. She might be a little peanut butter. I'm jealous. That's how I'm getting from this.
Starting point is 00:17:06 That's the only thing I can think of. Why are you so concerned about her Rolex? It cares. And why are you then trying to throw Shane and say, it doesn't even work. It's broken. It's like that. It's a whole lot of it posted.
Starting point is 00:17:17 Yeah, that you have to wear it, which is true. Alex is self-lining because when you shake it. Yeah, so if you don't wear it for a while, then it doesn't move. But at the same time, it's still a fucking Rolex. I know plenty of people that wear watches.
Starting point is 00:17:29 Simply for the loss, they don't even care if it has the correct time. Yeah, they'll still check their phone for the time. Right. Oh, what are we talking about? Me? Yeah. Do that all the time?
Starting point is 00:17:36 Back when I used to wear a watch, I know when I was a very short of my note, but I never checked my time. She got a tattooable watch. That sounds really dumb. What time did you do? That was made a really dumb joke. Oh, Tilly, come on. 316 on Google.
Starting point is 00:17:53 At least it wasn't 420. Well, let's move on. We get to Tamara and Jen, and they are also talking about the Emily thing. And Jen reiterates, like, I don't. oh, everybody money, and I'm not sure why this has become a big thing. And this is where a big nuggets dropped. And we've seen Gina doing this all season. And Gina's going to have a problem with her hands.
Starting point is 00:18:16 And I was excited for this is the one story that I love. We've been watching Gina attempt to play the game this season. She's been so goddamn clumsy that we knew it was going to bite her in the ass at some point. Watching it all come to a head at the same time where everybody that she's been trying to, I'm not going to say manipulate. Yeah, but all these chess pieces that she's been trying to move, now they're all collapsing, and she's just panicking because she's so messy with this whole thing. And it comes out that Gina had said that being close to Tamara has changed Emily.
Starting point is 00:18:49 And this is important because I will say, Emily has been a little edgy this season. We'll differ than we've seen in the past. She's usually, like, she will always challenge people. She's not afraid to speak up. but it does seem like it's a little bit more common this season. Yeah, quicker to it. She's definitely quicker to it, and it's more of like a, she just seems aggravated by things like that.
Starting point is 00:19:17 Yeah, and she seems to be a lot meaner than she was in the past, whereas we've pointed her out before as, you know, last season she didn't do a whole lot, but she was funny and she would make jokes about that. That's what I'm saying if she stayed on that line of just, you know, comedic relief almost, making fun of. Jen, it's like, okay, whatever. But you seem angry about this for some reason. I don't really understand why.
Starting point is 00:19:38 I love the idea that Gina is pointing out that it's because of her proximity to Tamara. That's great. When I would say that what Gina is doing with all of these checkers pieces, they're playing chess, but she's trying for these tamar. She's got checkers. She's breeding Tamara's usual playbook, and she's trying to do that. That's like the closest thing that I can see. And again, Tamara shows again why she knows what she's doing a little bit later, which we'll get into.
Starting point is 00:20:02 Gina has no idea what she's doing, but she's trying to beat her. So I wonder if there's something there that's like, I don't really know what the relationship is between Gina and Tamara. It doesn't seem like they're friends, but does Gina want to be founder's friend? I still think it comes back with Tamara, like being one of the cool kids. Yeah. It's like why people are afraid to go after her around the gym. Yeah, like I'm not entirely sure what it is, but that's what I get from it.
Starting point is 00:20:25 We get the scene of Gina and Katie shopping. And that's the funniest part is now you have the two, people he tried to pit against each other are both now mad at you for how you handle the salvation because she goes, I don't know last night to me about Heather and meanwhile Katie in the confession was like, yeah, I'm kind of pissed at her because she had Heather's back after me to go after about this. Then all of a sudden, at the actual event, you look over there and while this is all transpired, Gene is like, I told her, Heather, I told her, I don't know why she's doing it. I don't know why I'm from Wisconsin. I do it. I don't know what her accent is. Sometimes
Starting point is 00:21:02 she sounds like she's from New York, which she said hot dog a little bit later. It sounded like straight up straight up. She's from New York. Okay. Great. But sometimes she sounds like Wisconsin. And sometimes like a valley girl. And I don't know what she's. Don't she on? Identity crisis going on there with that accent. Yeah. I think that explains Gina to a T. I don't think she knows what she's doing. True. I think she's selling a million dollar house. This is different for her. That's it. Look, if she can make that sale, that's a big commission. But you know what I wouldn't do? and write a bunch of clumsy housewives over. Yeah, it does seem weird.
Starting point is 00:21:34 I guess we can do... What do you think about the invitation to a house that you're showing for Elizabeth Vargas? I think that what happened was... I was just excited to be on screen again, by the way. She's just pumped. And I also think that this is a great way to market your home, you know, for people to see it, for people to...
Starting point is 00:21:52 True, maybe Maricio watches, O.C., and then... I just think that any publicity's good. I was just about that. I know you will, but speaking clean, and I got it. I think that that's, that's a good way to market trail. You try to sell your house an $8 million home. You're not going to have a shitload of buyers. So it's a good way to market the house.
Starting point is 00:22:10 Yeah, yeah, you want to see more of it. Go check it on the TV. I don't know, maybe you're really crazy. You check it out on TV with all the stains and the broken things and the mold. But the mold, yeah, the mold, they kind of did her dirty with the hold. Yeah, I didn't think about that. But Shannon joins the crew here and talks about the $75,000. now she's been approached with a lot of
Starting point is 00:22:30 and says you know 75K plus interest plus attorney fees and Gina points out you've now been with two men or Alexis has been with two men that have sued you and that's a really, really good point does Alexis want to be
Starting point is 00:22:48 Shannon? I think so I don't get it dude. The dog that she adopted looks just like Archie which is fucking weird. The fact that she is so attached to trying to take shandown is weird the fact that she is so quick to fall in love let's say john jansen's a good dude let's play that game for a second okay he's not he's a big pile of shit yeah but let's say in a different universe he is a good guy even then it's only been a few months lady like sell the fuck
Starting point is 00:23:15 down nobody's this cool i promise you that especially not johnny jay john jann the jan man even if tamra's sitting there listening to you conversate with him on the phone talking about like Yeah, she's like, this shot. She's like, this is too much. I don't want to hear about you guys having said. And she was trying to champion you. She's trying to root for you. Even her.
Starting point is 00:23:36 She's like, this is guava. By the end of this weekend, Tyra will not be in her corner. I don't think anymore. Oh, that's it. I like that call, actually. I like that call a lot. But this episode did a lot of cutting back and forth, which made my life a nightmare because I had to do a lot of parentheses
Starting point is 00:23:50 to figure out what scene I was at. But during this scene, we cut quickly to Jen and Tamara. up. And Jen says, in a confessional, that Tamara needs to settle down, that Alexis needs to settle down, that all this shit with Shannon is getting kind of weird. Like, why is Shannon in the crosshairs? Why are we trying to take Shannon down? Isn't this going to hurt her more? And I love that Tamara saying, oh, she acts like a victim cut over to Shannon saying, I'm not a victim here. And just this weird, weird dynamic that's been settled this season. I know exactly what happened. Tamara needed a storyline. Tamara stole at Shannon was weird. Tamara saw that Alexis was coming on the show. She wanted to jump on that train flashback to last year. Tamara did not have anything nice to say about John Jans. She spent a whole season yelling at Shannon about her relationship with John Jans. And now she found an opportunity to take advantage of it to try to bury Shannon for a good storyline,
Starting point is 00:24:42 which makes no sense. I don't know why she's so set on tearing this person down other than she sees reflections of herself in Shannon and Shannon's drinking and she takes her personally and so she has started a vendetta to say, I'm not as bad as her. That's what I'm hearing. Yeah, that's really the only thing that you can take from it because I can't figure it out.
Starting point is 00:25:00 Me neither at all. I really can't because in that moment where she's sitting with Joe on the beach, she even says there's a difference between drinking for fun and being an alcoholic. I'm like, you are rationalizing right now in front of our face. That's what people with drinking problems do. You point the finger elsewhere and say, I'm not as bad as that. I like to drink because it's fun. And then she goes and watch what happens live and goes,
Starting point is 00:25:22 I don't really drink that much, Andy. So when I do, I don't really handle it that well. It's like not from what we've watched on this show for a very long time. That's all we've seen from you was drinking. Go to Bluestone Manor on you're on fucking Ultimate Girl's trip. You're fucking bombed there. So don't lie. Tamara's the queen of that.
Starting point is 00:25:41 She is the queen of we've got footage. We've seen it. And yet she's going to deny all of it. And that makes no fucking sense to me. But genuinely, coming from somebody in recovery, all this looks like to me is somebody trying to rationalize their own behavior by pointing the finger of somebody else who, by the way, is actively trying
Starting point is 00:25:59 to get better. You're not. So who's actually the piece of shit here? I'm still under the impression that Tamara thought that this season was going to go way differently with the fan response. That fans were going to be outraged, that Shannon was still on the show, and that if she
Starting point is 00:26:15 was drinking, that fans were going to be pissed off about that because of what she did, and she went through her DUI, and then, because we saw it last year again, and we saw it on Twitter what people are like, what the fuck is going on? Yeah, his life did it are pretty bad. Like, Shannon got beat up pretty badly on Twitter. So I think Tamara thought that that's how the rest of the season was going to go.
Starting point is 00:26:35 Honestly, like, this is what I'm going to do. I'm going to go in here and people are going to look at me like a white night. People are going to look at me like, oh, Shannon's never going to fix herself unless I do this. People are going to rally behind it. We're not at all. No, because we feel better for Shannon. We want her to have space to get herself better. Tamara didn't see any of that.
Starting point is 00:26:52 So we're watching this. Maybe she does now, and I think her on Watch What Happens Live, is more damage controlled than anything. Because she does at least understand what's going on in the here and now. But this is obviously months ago when they were filming. So she did not foresee that we would be behind Shannon than this. She thought for whatever reason, I don't know why, because has there ever been an instance where the fans have gotten behind Tamer?
Starting point is 00:27:13 No one likes a job timer. You've got a great job back in the show. Yeah, no. So I just don't understand what's going on in her work to reality. That's the only thing I can think of. She just wanted to be on the right side of history and she thought she saw the writing on the wall and she missed it. Yeah, that's a really good point. A astute observation, but we find out that we're having split girls trips.
Starting point is 00:27:32 So Gina has that big listing in Lakeinta, so that's the Lakinta ladies. And then you've got on the flip side, the Big Bear Babes. Yep. That's Bravo naming them, not me. I would have much better. I prefer if it was you. Yeah. What do you have for you? Let's see. The La Quinta Queens.
Starting point is 00:27:53 I was going to say that. Yeah. And Big Bear Baves isn't bad. The Big Bear, yeah, Big Bear Babes. Okay. That's fine. I'm okay with that. But the King to Queens sound better than it.
Starting point is 00:28:09 But it doesn't matter. The point is we're getting two separate trips. As you said, this is alarming to you. Not as alarming to me yet. Obviously, it could lead to some distension in the show, but I do think that the majority of the people on each trip could go on the other trip. This, to me, is no clear.
Starting point is 00:28:24 It's a fine team. No, it's just more upset with each other. Yeah, I think I just have PTSD for Jersey. It's okay. It's going to take time. It is. It takes time. That's fine.
Starting point is 00:28:32 That's what I'm here for. It takes two of us, too. It takes two. That's a great movie. I forgot about the Olson twins. Who else is in that? I don't know because a lot of those. Is she in that one?
Starting point is 00:28:45 I was going to say her, but all those movies kind of blend together for me. And I start to forget, like, pretty much. much any movie that Macaulay Paulcom was in. Couldn't tell you. Richie Rich stands alone for me. Yeah, I'll see that one. Do you a blank check, those two? No, Blank check with a different kid.
Starting point is 00:29:02 See? Yeah, this is what happened. The movie is incredible when we were growing up. Now it's kind of strange because a 13-year-old attempts to have a full-blown relationship with a woman who is also a detective. Mm-hmm. And she, she's kind of into it. Yep.
Starting point is 00:29:18 It's very close. Is Rich? Rich. He's got a theme park. He does have a theme park and a slide. That slide is sick. That slide and what two scenes? Those movies, that slide lives rent free in my head.
Starting point is 00:29:33 You know what else? Richie or not Richie Rich. When it's Home Alone 2, when he's in the limo with the pizza. Oh, yeah. That one and all of the same for whatever reason. Those two are stuck in my head. I still want that candy from Willowonka. You know what I'm fine?
Starting point is 00:29:48 That looks like a jacks. Oh, isn't that the gobstopper? It's the original Everlasts, the gobshopper, yeah. Yeah, it's the OG. That's what I want. They don't look like that. They're balls.
Starting point is 00:29:58 I know. But I would like to have that one. That's sick. You know what Poppy calls Willie Wonka? What? Willie Wonka. Pretty funny. It's pretty great.
Starting point is 00:30:05 Pretty funny. Tuesday don't watch really Walker. Oh, my God. I don't know. Anyway, we've got the B, B, B, B, B, B, B, yeah, the B cubed. And fucking Shane doesn't do any favors for himself.
Starting point is 00:30:20 He's on dog, dude. She's like, you know, help me with my bag? He's like, no. By the way, don't eat in my car. And this actually felt bad for him. He got like full on cut.
Starting point is 00:30:29 Yeah. He got truck copped. Trunk's a lot of this out. But Gina is saying, because all you have to say here is like, I respect your truck. She goes further and goes, I respect you, Shane.
Starting point is 00:30:41 That's embarrassing. Yeah. You don't respect Shane at all. This is nothing to do with this truck. This is about him the man. And that was mean. I respect you, Shane. But also like the no eating in the truck.
Starting point is 00:30:49 It's ridiculous. Yeah, especially. Get a clean dollar. Yeah, just get a detail. You have money. You're fine, Jane. I'm going to say more. I'm not going to.
Starting point is 00:30:57 Don't do it. Jane doesn't need to catch James. That was fine. I was going to say a couple more things, but yeah. Yeah. We don't say it. No, we don't say it. No.
Starting point is 00:31:06 We don't say it. Have you ever had the jack in the box taco bars? Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. It's fantastic. It's so good. I don't know what's in there. Even Shams does it.
Starting point is 00:31:16 I don't know what's in here. I don't know what mean it is or even it is me. I can't confirm. either. But if you have not gotten the Jack and the Bot's Taco Box, is it a Taco Box? I think it's a box. It's one of the greatest fast food items in the world. The only thing that rivals it for me, you're going to cook out? The $5 tray? Yeah. My least. Yeah, bro. That thing was incredible. That's the best. You can get so many different things. I would get like two cheeseburgers, a cassidia, fries, or nugs. Yeah. Some, something in there for Mottes,
Starting point is 00:31:49 Yeah, and the Monsons. Yeah, I forgot about the Mazzis sticks. Oh, yeah, Monsi sticks. I'm starving. Yeah, I'm, oh, my God, I agree. Anyway, the Lekinta ladies, the Kinta queens, the Lekintas. There it is. The La Quintas.
Starting point is 00:32:05 Oh, Quintas. Okay, yeah, there you go. De La Quintas are headed to La Kinta and Alexis falling over John Jansen in this car. I don't know if she's trying to convince the ladies. I don't know if she's trying to convince us, or if she's trying to convince her. yourself or all of the above. But the level of getting fawning over this, man, makes absolutely no sense. Let's not forget here. These women know John Jansen. Shan dated him for a long time. Let's also not forget. They're aware of the financial situation up until a certain point.
Starting point is 00:32:40 They know that Shannon paid for everything. That's not a secret. They're all aware of that. They also know that you're suing or he's suing her for the 75K. they're not going to get on your team with John Jensen, you're only shot at your his camera. And even she's getting turned off by it because you keep dirty talking on FaceTime. It would be pretty smart of us at this point to just brush up on some law,
Starting point is 00:33:01 try to figure some of this stuff about. We can't think free law. Look, we might have to at some point because it seems like every single show, there's lawsuits, there's this, that, divorces, whatever. We just need to have, like, a general understanding. It's going to come on. Because I can't stop thinking about
Starting point is 00:33:14 how there's interest applied to the $75,000. If it wasn't a written loan, it's a verbal loan. That doesn't make any sense today. But damages. Yeah, maybe. The thing with Alexis and Johnny Jay is, I feel like if she didn't know that there's a stigma about him and she thinks he's just this great guy,
Starting point is 00:33:36 she's trying so hard to convince the girls that he's a great guy. So she knows that he's an asshole. She knows that the rest of these women think that he's an asshole. That's why she's doing it. Okay. I don't think that, I don't think she herself, I don't think that she's convinced at all that he's a good guy, that she had an agenda, and it's, you know,
Starting point is 00:33:54 it's going to last a little while. And I feel like, obviously, she doesn't care about the fans. She hasn't gotten to that point yet. She just came back. She doesn't really understand how the fans work at this point. But she's trying to convince all the other women that he is a good guy again, which in itself is a problem. That's a good point.
Starting point is 00:34:08 So I think that's what's going on right here. And it's so desperate and it's brutal. And I always get really excited when Bravo hits you with the yada yada edit. Oh, yeah, it's like, and she keeps going and going and going. Fade to another. And fate and fate, and she's still talking and fade. This is where I lose my temper. This is where a notebook can get tossed in real life or watching this show.
Starting point is 00:34:31 Anytime, anybody uses, he's such a good Christian. I'm a good Christian. We went to two Christmas recitals or Christmas services and the same night. I went to my church and went to his church. Just because you go to church does not make you a good person. Let me repeat that. Just because you go to church does not make you a good person. If you act like a piece of shit, in my eyes, going to a confessional does not exonerate you of that.
Starting point is 00:35:01 You're still a big steaming pile of shit, only you're worse because you're trying to hide behind religion. Some of the worst people I know are like Bible thuppers and they're fucking horrible. And I don't have an issue with religion. If you're religious, do you? Boo-boo, live your life. Follow the book. Be a good person. Be nice.
Starting point is 00:35:20 And then you can talk about religion. If you're a big steaming pile of shit, John Jansson and Alexis Bolino, if you've set a course to ruin a woman's life, that doesn't sound very Christian of you at all. Not even remotely. Talking about having sex on a redlock on FaceTime, that's not very Christian of you either.
Starting point is 00:35:36 You are the biggest hypocrites in the world. Do not throw out the crime. Christian shit. That makes you even worse. And I'm not even religious. Shut the fuck up. Seriously. It's a good point. And it's really pissing off all the Christians online, too. I know it is. Because the people that watch this show that actually are devout Christians, or just good people, are calling her out immediately. Stop falling behind that. This is not a screen that you can use to block things. No. And be an asshole. With MX Platinum, access to exclusive Amex pre-sale tickets can score you a spot trackside.

The twisted tale of Amanda Knox is an eight-episode Hulu original limited series that blends gripping pacing with emotional complexity,
Starting point is 00:36:34 offering a dramatized look as it revisits the wrongful conviction of Amanda for the tragic murder of Meredith Kircher and the relentless media storm that followed. The twisted tale of Amanda Knox is now streaming only on Disney Plus. Simons celebrates freedom of expression with a daily ritual of getting dressed. Be unapologetically you. Express yourself at Simons. You can't say I go to church, so I'm okay in the eyes of God. I could be as much of an asshole as possible.
Starting point is 00:37:23 No, that's not how that works. You're just going to piss more and more people off. And I hate that too. I can't stand that. It's the actual worst. But back to the triple Bs and Katie gets the nicest room. Why do you think that Katie got the nice room? Tamara's buttering her off. That's it. She's just buttering her off. We saw the play that she made last week, which again,
Starting point is 00:37:46 we don't like to give Tamara credit for a lot of things. That was a good move for a housewife show. It was a great move. You got to slide in there and tuck. Yeah, where you can. Look, we will give credit credit to credit to even to Tamara. It was a great move. And she doubled down a little bit later.
Starting point is 00:37:58 So yes, she is trying to, because at the end of the day, what really matters to Tamara is what we saw when Katie first divulge the information. Yeah. When her and Emily are sitting there, just gait about the fact that Heather could get caught in the lie. The fact that Heather did hire paparazzi people. She is going to butter up Katie and she's just going to use her.
Starting point is 00:38:19 At the very end of the day, if there's some merit here and maybe we can get Heather, Tamer will leave the charge. If there's a little bit of doubt in there and it's not going to go anywhere, Tamer will leave Katie out to drive. But Katie's not going to see it coming. Hopefully Katie does see you come out. Because if I'm going to come into, I know. But if you're going to come into this show and you're going to go, after Heather Debrough, you need to be aware of what Tabra is. Here's why she's not going to.
Starting point is 00:38:43 Why? She already pointed to it here in this episode. She fell for Gina's shit, which is, you know, why would she assume that Gina's front of Sarah? You wouldn't assume that this is a play because it all happened before he started filming the setup. So that, again, shit happens. He fell for Gina's bullshit.
Starting point is 00:39:01 But at the same time, you're coming out relatively unscathed because all you have to do is go to Heather at this point and say, Hey, the way that this all played out, Gina, just fucking throw it all in Gina. And that you and Heather can find your way forward. That's the easiest move out there. It'll be a little rocky, but you have a way forward because Gina is so clumsy.
Starting point is 00:39:21 But she's confiding and leaning on Tamara now. She's starting to get the Tamara bug where she's not going to see Tamara coming, which is crazy to say. I just never understand that. I don't either, because it happens time and time again. She fell for it. I think that she's going to continue to fall forward
Starting point is 00:39:36 because Tamara's going to butter her up. That's why you got the nicest room. And anybody out there, Ryan Stoneman, I can hear you. I can see the tweet already. No, we don't like Tamara. But at the same time, dude, you got to see this play too. There's no way you don't see this play. Well, I think, and I'm not speaking for Ryan here, but if I had to,
Starting point is 00:39:54 I would say that he understands what Tamry is, as we do. And he just appreciates what she brings to the show if that is what it is. I hope so. He's going to come and go, I love her. You guys suck. Yeah, no, she's the best person ever. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense to me. I just wish that it wouldn't play out that way
Starting point is 00:40:12 because I do want us to finally get to at least half a group trying to take Tammerdome. Call her out for a shift, put her on the defensive, just change it up a little bit because while I do appreciate what she brings to the show, obviously I don't really like her not much, but she brings a different level of manipulation to the show
Starting point is 00:40:31 that works really well for what we're watching. And that's really why we're here. I just want some of the group to realize what she's doing. And I think they do realize it, but they need to team up and go after her. Yeah. Call her out with the shit. That's it. Just let's get like.
Starting point is 00:40:46 Because that'll knock her off her game. If she gets called out on something that she has to be defensive, she can't be on the offense. We saw last year when Heather checked her. Yeah. And she scrambled a little bit. Yeah. She will scramble. But the other thing, and here's like, and I hate that I'm giving Tamara chronic because she is a garbage human.
Starting point is 00:41:04 Oh, no. That's like people. We love Tamara. No, like she, the way that she's playing the Shann situation genuinely upsathing and not from a TV standpoint, just like a life standpoint, it really bothers me and everything I stand for. But why a Tamer versus the group would be good and entertaining is because not a lot of housewives could withstand that onslaught. She's delusional enough to, one, lie through it, and two, withstand it, and three, probably not win, but somehow use that to her. Like, it would work out for everybody.
Starting point is 00:41:39 Right. Fun to watch. She would be fine. And it would be a great storyline. Again, seriously, she's horrible this year. Like, as a human being, not as a housewife. Yeah, I don't care if she's kicked off the fucking show. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:51 But is she good for TV? I mean, you can't argue. Can't argue. It's working, unfortunately. But back to the La Quintas, and they are getting dinner ready. You have the charcoal grill. I was very excited to watch that set up. Because I was a little nervous.
Starting point is 00:42:08 I was going to use way too much letter. I was afraid of that as well. And any time you're breaking out the directions on a charcoal grill, because they're not easy. They're not a brand new charcoal. Brands, thank you, New. I mean, the director. She, Heather brought it.
Starting point is 00:42:23 She brought up a brand new charles. They didn't want to get the grill dirty, as much she said, which I appreciate. And they got to figure it out, too, the dogs. Everything else got dirty. I know. So what's the problem with the guy? I feel like the grill should be the first thing. Like, who cares about that?
Starting point is 00:42:36 Especially, again, if you're bringing a groom of housewives up there, that they don't really care. They're just doing whatever they want. Also, duh, most of you are rich. Heather, you're like, fucking money, rich. Just get somebody to clean it. Yeah. Pay a cleaning service.
Starting point is 00:42:52 What are we doing here? Gina definitely hired a cleaning. Just get a cater. If hot dogs catered, I would love a hot dog, right? I'm really, we do like a hot dog party, and you have real hot dogs, and you have pigs in a blanket, then you get to pretzel dog. in there? By, for what occasion?
Starting point is 00:43:07 I'm fine. I'm so down. And I want a hot dog. We would do it now? Yeah. Oh, I can. Not going to have a hot dog party. You should have a hot dog party.
Starting point is 00:43:16 You should have a hot dog party. Hot dogs need more respect. They do. Shout out Heather. She loves hot dogs. Yeah. Just like the common people. With the small folk.
Starting point is 00:43:26 People got out of me from that. Small folk. And they'll listen to the House of the Dragon bring out. No, that'll begin the small folk. They're like, what do you mean? Heather loves hot dogs. I was, I was on board with that one, too. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:43:38 I just, the backlash I got was got. So, I mean, we're going to get backlash for this episode because we're going to make people hungry. Oh, yeah. I hope you guys are hungry, too, because we're suffering through us, suffer with us. But anyway, we get to Triple Bs again, and this is the John FaceTime, and it's the most love-bombie bullshit I've ever seen. That's the other thing with Alexis, and you can see in her confessionals, you can see it on screen. She is doing the absolute most. This is the thirstiest housewife I've ever seen.
Starting point is 00:44:05 somebody get this woman a goddamn gatorade and electrolyte back in because she is parsed. I'm shocked that she can stand up and speak with her mouth being that dry. It's crazy. Her confessionals are laughably scripted. Yeah, they're so bad. Her talking
Starting point is 00:44:21 She's just so annoying. Yes. She's just so annoying. And I don't think this is like, I think it's obviously it's exacerbated because of the subject material that she's going after for this season. But at the core of Alexis, I think she's just one of the most annoying people on TV.
Starting point is 00:44:37 Regardless of Shannon, right? Like, shoot, yeah, yeah. Does Shannon, we can leave Shannon out of it, leave Johnny Jay out of it. If Alexis came back just as herself, I would probably have the same position. I think she's just that person in real life. Like, she looks like she is not fun to hang out with. No. She's very much a, I don't even want to call her a pick-me girl, because that's reserved for pretty much just Sheena at this point.
Starting point is 00:45:01 Sorry, she's not a stray out of why that popped up. She just felt that. I'm pissed off about the valley. So, you know, I'm pissed off about the valley. But no, if Alexis came on, no matter what the situation is, she's just going to talk about herself and she's going to do it
Starting point is 00:45:16 in the most irritating way to the point where she is just as annoying in the group of girls as she is in her confessionals. Usually you're really annoying in your confessions. It's like, all right, I get it. It's just you're one-on-one talking about yourself or what you're thinking. I can tolerate that.
Starting point is 00:45:30 But when you make every conversation about yourself, it drives me crazy. You know, it drives me nuts. What? The laugh talking. She's laugh talking. You're laughing. You stop laughing.
Starting point is 00:45:40 Just talk. But it's one of those fake laughs that she's done it so much that it probably is a real laugh. If I just like, you're joining a truck. I'm like, dude, stop. And then the keel over laughing. That's where you know. Oh, yeah. Every one of her confessionals involves a keel over laugh.
Starting point is 00:45:57 You're right. Yeah. I'm thinking about it. We need to keep a counter. A keel over counter. A keel over count. I like that idea. Yeah. But, of course, it gets to sex, sex, sex, sex, and Tamara, it's so funny watching
Starting point is 00:46:12 to try to play the game right now because you can tell she's fucking irritated. But she still wants to maintain this because in a confessional, she's like, you know, it's just so nice. John looks great. He's got this weight off of his shoulders, like 150 pounds, weird thing to say, but whatever, Tamara. You're going after Shannon again and you're saying, oh, John, this, John, that we watched you all last season talk shit about, John, now you found the storyline, whatever. But in the actual moment, you are not happy with what's happening.
Starting point is 00:46:42 She's like, oh, my God, all right, like stop. Again, you have sex. Like, ugh, stop talking about it. That's your true colors. Yep. Confessional, Tim, had time to think about it. A little different story. Much different story.
Starting point is 00:46:53 I just don't understand what she's doing either. Like, to go as far as standing over her shoulder saying hi to John, then talking a little bit later and saying, You know, every interaction that we've ever had has been pleasant and that's where we want to keep it. It's like, who cares? I don't. What are you doing? Like, why are you doing this?
Starting point is 00:47:12 Now everybody's huddled together and you guys are just like fawning over Johnny Jay? I don't know. Where is that coming from? It's not going to end last year. It's just, they're standing there. I don't know. They're standing there. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:22 I'm not going to throw them in the scene. Yeah, but you know what, though, if I heard what I heard last year, if this is one of my friends and they were dating Johnny Jay and I heard that last year and I hear a new girl on the phone with him, I'm probably not going to walk over there. I mean, like, oh, no, fuck, that. God, I just had to hear about them the entire ride up. I don't want to deal with this. That's the thing. Everyone's getting on their nerves when it.
Starting point is 00:47:40 Yeah, whatever. Hopefully, they just continue to do that until they shut out. That would be actually really funny. But we're at the Lakinta dinner again, and this is where shit pops up. Shannon and M. They're sitting outside, and Sharon's having a year, dude. Dude, this was a funny move. It would fucking move, right?
Starting point is 00:47:59 I was like, oh, wow. And I also did it calmly. enough where I'm like, you're not going to get back. It was in the right context. You didn't go too far. You let Emily kind of read between the lines a little bit. Fill in some blanks there, take it a little further, and then you just kind of wiped your hands clean of it.
Starting point is 00:48:16 You did. I mean, the fact that she was really well done. Look, it's just, she said that you're, ever since you've been hanging out with Tamara, get a little mean, and then she takes a step further. That's what you're just, she said, she said you're so far up Tamara's ass that you're getting mean. She used real lines, actual words that Gina said. Didn't not keep going, yeah, didn't lie, didn't just, like, completely blow it all up
Starting point is 00:48:40 and exaggerate on what Gina could have said. She just left it at facts only. And you know why that's a good move? Because facts are fats. One, two, when everything goes down, she uses in the confessional, I don't like people talking behind people's back. So you're protected. It's out there now.
Starting point is 00:48:59 Gina might be a little pissed at you for bringing it up, but at the same time, because you said verbatim what she said, and then when Emily later tried to change it, and you said, no, no, that's not what she said. And you went back to the fact. It was really well done. Public service announcement.
Starting point is 00:49:13 If you stick to the facts, you're going to get this back. I thought it was masterful. I thought it was funny at first because I did do a bit of a double take when Shannon was in our professionals talking about, you know, I don't like people talking behind my back. So I wouldn't want that to happen. Isn't that kind of what you're doing?
Starting point is 00:49:29 But, like, it's not. It's almost there, but it's not quite. She is towing the line, not in a messy way. We've seen a lot of people towed the line in the very messy way that they do not intend to do it. It seems like Shannon is doing a good job. She's been able to just kind of like, obviously, she's getting a lot of heat for Alexis and Tamara. But with the rest of the girls in the group, she's able to take a step back and just kind of outlast what's going on here and stay relevant without putting your name out there too much because obviously there's low-hanging fruit. Anybody can go after immediately.
Starting point is 00:49:58 but you're doing a good job where you're saying, yeah, being a good friend. I don't like people talking behind people's back. I'm going to bring this up to your attention, which also plays really well for the show. It worked. Yeah, great move. It's great move.
Starting point is 00:50:09 That's a good move. We love that. We love that. Nice job, Shannon. But I love Emily's reaction. She just walks in and mean bugs. Arms cross doesn't say a word. She's like, you're good?
Starting point is 00:50:21 She's like, don't say a word. You good? I love it, you know, like, she's one of my best friends. So, of course, I know what she's pissed off. It's like, well, I didn't say some shit last week. Yeah. But also, everybody knows that she's best stuff. It's quite clear.
Starting point is 00:50:32 It's not hard. She's not happy right now. So you have to throw it in there. Like, I'm the closest person to her. I know what she's dead. Everybody knows that she's that. The dog walk in and walked in and walk back out. Right?
Starting point is 00:50:42 Yeah. Like, they, we get it. They get it. But it was a very funny move. But they get to the dinner itself and it's awkward as fuck. Nobody's talking. They do like the quick, like, hmm, and you can tell Gina and you know she's uncomfortable.
Starting point is 00:50:56 She's like, this is the greatest hot dog I've ever. that she's just fishing. She's like, please. But also, Emily goes out and she's like, I'm not even hungry anymore, I'll eat. Isn't that big of a deal? But I don't know, because like, if that's you best or mess. Yeah, I get that, but is there truth there?
Starting point is 00:51:10 Are you starting to feel like maybe you are being in a hassle because of those are to talk about? Totally. Yeah. Yeah, no, she definitely had a moment where she's like, fuck. There's a bit of self-realization going out of there. Especially because it was said before the gen stuff. Yep. And then she did the gen stuff.
Starting point is 00:51:25 Now she's going, ooh. Yep. Which I thought that Emily tried to use that to make Gina's words way worse by saying that was before I even did the Jen stuff, so I don't understand where you're coming from. It's like, hmm, but that she was kind of proven true.
Starting point is 00:51:41 That isn't to have her move for what you've been going after Jen for it. I ever did it all last year? Yes. I don't know. I think you're right. I think she had a little bit of a you might be right. Yeah. First step is denial. First step is denial.
Starting point is 00:51:55 Actually, the first step was admitting that you're powerless. We're talking about recovery. Oh, I thought we thought what I got. The Christian. No, that's step one in the 12th program. So I know. I'm hitting you're powerless.
Starting point is 00:52:11 But anyway, Emily finally brings up. Shannon told me, that's Y, MZ, Genean denies it. Not denies saying all of it, just denies exactly what Emily had said. I like this move again because Shannon's like, whoa, whoa, whoa. I didn't say all that. All I said was what she said. And out of left field, Heather Dubrow enters the conversation.
Starting point is 00:52:36 Makes it about her. And totally makes it about her. But I love that, too, because now we're talking about four different things one time. This is great. It was awesome. And she's like, you changed. I was like, whoa, shit, what happened?
Starting point is 00:52:47 And then she starts going on. She goes, you brought Katie into the group. And this is what we said when this was going down. It was the weirdest switchover because we watched the scene in the bar. where this comes up together, paparazzi bullshit. And Gina says to Katie, you need to tell Heather. You need to tell Heather. I'm going to tell Heather, don't you know?
Starting point is 00:53:07 And Katie's response is like, all right, I will. And then you watch it actually happen and watch Gina throw Katie under the bus. And I love that Heather was cognizant on it. She's like, you brought Katie into this rookie. You pointed her at me. And then you took my side. What the fuck's wrong with you? I was like, this is it.
Starting point is 00:53:23 This is the moment I've been waiting out. Gina's bullshit, clumsy-ass plan comes crashing down this house of cards built on lies is just falling in her face. I just wonder if it was even I don't even think I can call it a plan.
Starting point is 00:53:37 I think Gina went into the season thinking I need to be more involved. And it immediately just blows up on her. Like, I don't think that she's planned any of this out. I don't think she knows what she's doing at any step of the way here at all. And that's what kind of is. And she just immediately blows up in her face.
Starting point is 00:53:55 It's like, I didn't be doing anything. I think that she had a plan. Yeah. But the seasoned housewives, the ones that are good at it, you have to think of the plan, the fallout, and how you deal with it. There has to be a plan A, B, C, and it also has to be a contingency plan for when things start to fall apart. So you can protect yourself. Tanla, she always does that.
Starting point is 00:54:16 It's not always the best backup plan, but she always has a contingency. It's usually just lying about shit that we know is true. Most of the housewives that are good at causing drama. do have an escape route. Gina has never played the game like this. So Gina thought about the drama, but not how to handle the fallout. So now everything's crashing down.
Starting point is 00:54:37 She's going, oh, fuck. I didn't think about this. I didn't think about having to clean up my own mess. And now I am upshits creeped out of paddle. Nobody likes me. I tried to suck up to Heather to protect myself from the wrath of Dubrow. And she just called me out on it.
Starting point is 00:54:54 So now I have no friends. Emily's mad at me. Katie hates me. I'm sitting in this house that I want to sell, and there's things everywhere, and I don't know which way is up. This was such a great payoff because we've been discussing it all season. This plan is not going to go well. As you said, it might not even be your plan, but whatever she's doing, seeing it blow up has
Starting point is 00:55:15 been so good. And I love that we could see it coming, too, because we know how most of them operate. Obviously, we didn't know that the Emily, thing, what Gina said about Emily was going to come to a head like this, but we knew that Heather was going to sit there and pick her points. Yes. Especially after last year, I feel like she was caught off guard a lot. She's not caught off guard at all this year.
Starting point is 00:55:37 She's waiting and she's seeing how things develop and she picked her opportunity and it was a great opportunity because this is when Gina's like, what, what did I say? What the fuck? Hey, you've changed. What? Like, that's great. Because now you're deader from both ends and you'll probably get her to, you'll probably get her to, spill the beans on something.
Starting point is 00:55:56 You're going to reverse garden. Yeah, because we keep finding out, it's so funny how this, the timeline of how long Gina's known what Katie told her. Anytime the timeline's put to fall off, I'm like, oh, you're lying. But it's not even like,
Starting point is 00:56:10 it's not even like we talked about it with Jersey with Marge talking to Louis X. It's like, we have a general understanding of when that happens, and it's not too crazy. No, it's within reasonable time. Gina has gone from 10 minutes. 10 minutes, two days. days. One month. A couple of weeks thrown in there somewhere. It's, it is evolved greatly.
Starting point is 00:56:31 And this is something that she's done since a Christmas party, which is, I don't know, three, four months ago. No, she'd go before the Christmas. So, but it's probably been four months, honestly. But next week, it's going to be four months. At the Christmas party. Yes. Yeah. So the whole thing is so funny to me. She's so underprepared for any of this. And all she wanted to do, just mix it up, maybe get involved a little bit. Yeah, and she'll just chat a little bit more to maybe make some like one-on-one. friends, have Katie over, talk a little bit. You got nobody.
Starting point is 00:56:58 You've nobody. You yelled at Jen. She hates you. Heather just called you out. Katie feels betrayed. You got nobody left. Emily's out. Gina has crashed and burned in incredible fashion.
Starting point is 00:57:11 I'm thoroughly enjoying it. You don't even have Elizabeth Vargas anymore because you've ruined her house. You called out molded her house. So she just fired you as her agent. So now you've really shipped to Ben. But it's making for great TV. But we're going to finish this dinner. Then we'll go to the trip dinner.
Starting point is 00:57:27 But Heather takes a step very near about the paparazzi rumors because they were, the center of the paparazzi rumors were to deter the cheating rumors from Terry. And obviously those aren't corroborated. We get cheating rumors across the board. Now, so as well as this happens all the time, their response allegedly was to take these lovey-dovey pictures at Disney. You can look at the pictures and determine for yourself
Starting point is 00:57:52 whether or not there stays. we are under the impression that they were staged I can tell you right now I went to a theme park on Saturday did you do that I did not once hung my girlfriend
Starting point is 00:58:02 and point in the end oh towards the camera I may have by myself walked randomly and pointed at Steel Force truck and be that's my dude that's where I go
Starting point is 00:58:13 for you know yeah sick ride did it by the way did you know that before you saw the ride or did it click when you saw no I've been in a door or I just haven't been there
Starting point is 00:58:21 like 15 years by the way still great especially when it's supposed just a rain, nobody's there, you sit in the front row of all of these rides. That's good. Great time. Yeah, great time.
Starting point is 00:58:29 But not once did I have a picture or anything that looked like a picture-esque moment. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Yeah, look, you can determine for yourself whether or not it was real or fake. But this is where I, I haven't lost me a little bit. She's like, this also gets back to my kids and hurts them and this. I'm like, all right. Just like the Gina thing. That's what I was like, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Starting point is 00:58:52 That's not the same as the child. out. That was true. But it's off. Like, that's a little bit heavier. Let's, let's be real here. And then Heather starts crying. I was like, and I thought they were crocodile tears. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:04 But I was like, whoa, you're taking the, you had her. You had her in the first one. But like, the thing is, I get it. The context of the pictures, sure, maybe that hurts your children because the rumors were that Terry was cheating on it. That's what it hurts. Yeah, that hurts. That has nothing to do with you hiring Popper Pussie to take pictures.
Starting point is 00:59:23 Well, that, no. No, it does. It does, but it, you know, I see what you're saying. It's not, yeah. Yes. Agreed, correct. Agreed. A correct.
Starting point is 00:59:30 A correct. A correct. We're firing all cylinders right now. But they decide to move forward. Heather says, I'm going to choose to believe you, which as I'm assuming the season's going to play out, I'm pretty sure that that's a Heather move where it's like, I'm going to choose to trust you. Yeah. For now.
Starting point is 00:59:51 And once this comes to a head, I'm going to come back. to this moment where you have I hope we're talking about that because I feel like this might maybe look maybe the way that this is structured we had the group separated they're still talking about a little bit there which we'll get into it a second but hopefully this is a resolution
Starting point is 01:00:07 for this group and then there's somewhat of a resolution on the other side and then we all come together and we talk about one last time one big final thing and then we can move on to new drama at Rails at Rails trip to Jersey trip to Jersey Quick trip Jersey past trip
Starting point is 01:00:22 Rails and a figure it out there. And then Rails is back on the come up. I heard Rails got smoked out to my reviews and stuff. That's something. Mount Rodgers was lobbying for them. I hope they didn't actually. Maybe that's just a rumor. Yeah. They shouldn't catch any flag for them. No, they should. They look like a lovely restaurant. Yeah. But anyway, that's a different time, different story. Different podcast. What the fuck am I talking about? Triple B dinner. Let the triple B. Get back to that. Yeah. A triple B dinner. And we're going to start from the top. And, you know, Tamara says to Katie, flat out. And this is what I was like, yeah, you are buttering up. That's why she had the
Starting point is 01:00:53 nice room. He was confirmed it for me. She said, Gina threw her out of the bus came. I'm pretty sure that she set you up. And Katie takes the date. She took the bait completely. And do I think that Gina set her up? Not intentionally. I think things started to fall apart when Gina jumped on Heather's team.
Starting point is 01:01:13 I don't think that she had the wherewithal to put this together and go, I'm going to set you up. Not at all. So I think that this is a perfect moment for Tam would kind of slide in and get Katie on her team. I'm pretty sure the kid is going to beat team Tamara after this, but... How is it not come out, though, that Tamara's the one that told Heather in the first place? Like, is that not... Obviously, now it is, because it aired. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:33 But, like, nobody saw it. Somebody was standing next to Tamara when she told Heather. But maybe that doesn't matter because Tamer was saying, well, I heard it from Gina or I heard from... Sure, yeah. She's always got plausible denial. Yeah, but that's because she thinks of... She's right. You got to...
Starting point is 01:01:49 Gina, if you're listening, you got to have it. exit strategy. It's just part of the game. The best part about this whole thing would be if Gina actually did have some sort of strategy, and none of these things were on the docket. She was doing something completely different towards Jen. And she's got blinds.
Starting point is 01:02:07 Yeah, actually, no. That might actually give it a while. Her plan was to go in a Jen for not paying her rent. And this was going to be their storyline this here. She got really happy about that. This is going to play really well with the audience for me bringing that up. Now I'm happy and I'm talking to everybody. Lo and behold, you just got screwed on the other.
Starting point is 01:02:22 Yeah, that's actually a really good point. But we get to this after party. They're all wearing bear costumes because they're a big bear. Did you get that? There are big bears to wearing bear costumes. This scene with the pie. No, upset me. I don't, yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:38 I don't want to see that. I don't even want to allude to it. It's been alluded to. That was yucky. Yep. I'm sorry. That's not. And look, no king shaming here.
Starting point is 01:02:49 If that's what you're into, do you, you know, you keep it on your only fans. I mean, look, it's kind of funny that Jen goes to Tamer to say, how am I going to sustain some sort of income? And Tamer says OnlyFans. And that is funny. The setup and everything is funny. I just don't need to sit down yet. Like, oh, you remember, like, when you did that?
Starting point is 01:03:07 I didn't need to see it. Tamara looked like she enjoyed it. Tamara definitely enjoyed it. It was just a lot. There was a lot. It was a lot. It was a lot. To unpack there.
Starting point is 01:03:14 Yeah. We're not going to unpack here. You don't have to unpack it. I just know. The bottom line for me is feet grossed me out. So I didn't like it. What's with the California housewives in feet, by the way? That's, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:03:26 That's a case study. Yeah, that's Kyle and Sutton. Yeah, we've had feet things before. Yeah, I don't know, but I want to stop talking about feet now. Right. Because during this, Shannon gets brought up. Find the burrows on Feetfinder. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:03:40 If you do, things have gone south for us. Rate our feet. Yeah, if you do see us on Feetfinder, then we have hit tough times. But at least you have a backup. Please support the bros and our toes. Anyway, we have a name for it already. Those and toast. God damn.
Starting point is 01:04:02 Anyway, she says she being Shannon, fuck. Alexis says, do not bring up the S word. I'm glad that Jen spoke up here because, was this a confessional or was this in the room? Jen's confessional. Well, she did bring it up at first. As soon as Alexis says, don't bring up the S word. I don't want to talk about that and how she's hurt, me, and John.
Starting point is 01:04:28 Jen's the only person in that room that actually verbalized some sort of logic. Yeah. Like, what's your plan here? What are you doing here? And she did double down on a confessional, too, saying it doesn't make any sense. I don't understand where she's coming from. It just seemed mean. It seems like she's on some weird vendetta.
Starting point is 01:04:43 There's got to be something more here. But she pretty much says that. And I love when confessionals and real scenes match up like that. Same energy because you had weeks and weeks to think about it. You're still stopped. You still have no idea what the hell is going on. So sitting there and actually calling her out on it, it gets us to a different level than we thought we would get to.
Starting point is 01:05:04 Because honestly, I was thinking she's talking about Johnny Jay, the entire ride-up, she has the stupid face time that she has with them. Everybody's tired of it. We don't want to talk about it. And Alexis is just going to get off thinking, oh, these girls are going to like John again. Because I talked to her on the whole time. Nobody told me to shut up.
Starting point is 01:05:20 This is the moment where somebody's going to call you out and say, stop talking about it. Let you give us some more. So we at least have some more information. It seems like it's all bullshit, but I think you have it all written down. So let's run through it. I sure do because Alexis goes on Iran and says,
Starting point is 01:05:35 Shannon ruined John's reputation. He doesn't have a bad bone in his body. John Jansen ruined John Jansen's reputation. John Jansen is doing himself no favors this season when he sues Shannon for $75,000, lo and behold, Shannon goes on a podcast and says, I offer to pay it up front. He said no.
Starting point is 01:05:57 So he denied the $75,000 because he wanted this to be on TV. The biggest thing that anyone needs to look at here is the timing of all of this. The timing makes no sense if these are actual allegations or anything to bring against Shannon. Because you waited until you were on camera
Starting point is 01:06:15 with Alexis, one of her enemies, to bring this to the forefront. All that tells me is that you're a conniving piece of shit that's trying to make a quick dollar and you are just begging to be back on TV. We don't need Alexis to justify your actions and try to make you seem like a good do. We don't need you to justify your actions
Starting point is 01:06:35 and try to seem like a good dup. We have seen you at work, sir. We have already called you a piece of shit in seasons prior. We know you. We've seen you, pal. You suck. Alexis of all people's. going to change our opinion, especially with this weird approach. And this fucking lit a fire under me
Starting point is 01:06:54 that I have not felt in a long time. And the timing of it couldn't have been worse for these people on the show because I just had my fucking sobriety date. And she threatens Shannon to pull out videos from the night of her fucking DUI, as though that's going to do anything but defame her character, derail her from her journey to recovery or whatever that looks like for her. Why the fuck would you use that as ammunition? Why is that your backup plan? Oh, she'd better play ball where we're going to show the worst night of her life
Starting point is 01:07:26 on repeat to the press so you can see what a disaster that night was. Is there some bad videos? Probably. She got a fucking DUI and crashed into a house. Is that Shannon the door? Probably not. She was not behind the wheel in her head, so to speak,
Starting point is 01:07:40 obviously behind the car. But that is such a crazy defense to go against anybody as, hey, I'm going to show, you the worst night you've ever had when you are not in your right mind you are actively trying to solve this problem with alcohol that you have had in the past to derail everything so that I can look cool on TV and I can justify my boyfriend who I've been dating for three fucking months. I'm going to try to not only ruin your life, but send you down a path of abusing alcohol to the
Starting point is 01:08:10 point that you are unrecognizable and your life falls apart because I'm on a TV show and that's what I want to do. Go fuck yourself. John Jansen, Alexis Blino, horrible fucking people. The fact that you even threaten that is deplorable. And I hope both of you wake up every day
Starting point is 01:08:24 and stub your fucking toes for eternity. I hope you get sent to hell, and that's your punishment. Every single waking moment, and then you move your foot, you stub your goddamn toe because fuck that. That was horrible. Also, simultaneously, the toe heals
Starting point is 01:08:38 so that you relive the pain. Yes. Because if it hurts, it's just going to go numb. Yeah, no, just fucking. But my biggest question for all of this, is what how is this a means to what that's my point what is shannon doing aside from defending herself against the lawsuit that's come out that everybody knows about all she's doing is talking about and how ridiculous it is if that never came about she wouldn't be talking about it she's not defaming your
Starting point is 01:09:04 character all she's saying is yeah it's weird that this girl who's now on this tv show that i'm also on is dating my ex and talking about him all the time Alexis is making this about him constantly. Shannon's not doing anything. Shannon's trying to move on with her life. If this wasn't right in her face, she wouldn't be talking about it at all. So that's what makes no sense to me. I get it to a certain extent
Starting point is 01:09:27 if Shannon's out there in the press talking about you, talking about John constantly defaming his character. Then, yeah, you feel like you have to defend yourself. She's making it seem like they're playing defense right now because Shannon's coming after them. You have the lawsuit out there. You're constantly talking about how great Johnny is John is telling you all these things to say.
Starting point is 01:09:48 You've got these confessionals going on. None of it makes any sense because Shannon's over there just trying to live her life. She's just trying to move on and make a difference in her own life. She doesn't want to have to deal with all this shit. If you stop talking about it, she would stop talking about it. The first episode you came in and said, yeah, I feel like there might be a way forward where we could be friends. Do you? No.
Starting point is 01:10:08 This was your agenda the entire time. And the fact that you're doing all of this for a TV show is insane. It's disgusting. It's disgusting behavior. and the fact that you're also resting on your Christian laurels to get it all done and say, no, I'm a good person. I would never do that because I went to two Christmas masses.
Starting point is 01:10:23 Your revelation. You need to go to like a hundred to try to tone for your sins. Because it's fucking stink. Yeah, the whole thing is awful. And I just want, and I'm happy that it looks like it's starting with Jen because they're going to get fed off. Everybody's going to eventually hit their breaking point. It doesn't matter what your agenda is, Tamara.
Starting point is 01:10:39 You're even going to hit your breaking point. If she keeps talking about him the way that she's talking about him and going after Shannon, nobody's going to want to stand for it. So somebody's going to hop on Shannon's side and go after Alexis. Alexis is not going to know what to do. She is not a seasoned vet. I know she's been on the show before, but she doesn't know how to handle these types of things. So I need the group to go against her as an appetizer and then go after Shannon later, or Shannon, go after Tamer as the full course meal.
Starting point is 01:11:05 That's when I want the rest of the season to play out of us. I like that set up. That would make for a monumental end of the season, but we start out. a long way to go. I think this was episode like six. So I would imagine we got at least nine more, if not 10. So yeah, we got things to look forward to. I think
Starting point is 01:11:23 they're on the right track. I think they will move on from some of this trivial shit, and we'll get to the good stuff. But let's get to some questions. First up here from ALP 92. How long could Tamer go before producers realize she has no storyline?
Starting point is 01:11:40 Apparently two seasons. She hasn't have one. It makes her story line about other people. Correct. From Holy Bex, Batman. Do you think John is going to dump Alexis once the season ends? Not when the season ends.
Starting point is 01:11:54 Depends. If Alexis gets asked back, no. Their relationship is determined by the length of time that Alexis is on this TV show. That's what I think. He's probably broke and he needs her money from the show,
Starting point is 01:12:13 honestly. From Leah Hall 90, something we already pointed out. Was it me or did anybody else get distracted by Lexi's performative laugh? Yeah. Oh, yeah. It's obnoxious.
Starting point is 01:12:31 I hate it. I don't like it. Okay, here we go. From Marissa and Palma. Would you rather list of the head. either complain, are you the paparazzi again, or listen to Alexis's FaceTime with Johnny Jay? Oh, Heather, all day, every day.
Starting point is 01:12:50 Yeah, Heather, all day, every day. I liked it in the beginning because I did think it was funny with the Johnny Jay stuff. It's Starvederethin on me. I'm over it. From K-back 13, who's the MVP of this season so far? Hmm. Dare I say Shannon Bador? Yeah, I think so.
Starting point is 01:13:10 I think she's winning because she's also coming off looking, looking very good when they keep trying to throw shit at her and her reactions to it getting upset and everything which naturally she should be getting upset is resonating with the audience because we are also like what the fuck
Starting point is 01:13:26 is going after Shannon and her drinking. That's nonsense. It's nobody else's fucking business. Especially now Tamara or goddamn Alexis for fucking Johnny J. Jan the douche man. Johnny J. Dan the doof man. That's who is it? That's recent. from Jacqueline Dean underscore
Starting point is 01:13:43 how many times did you yell at the TV as they parked, packed the trucks and set up the middy girl? A lot. A couple times. I don't yell. The parallel parking really bothered me. I knew that would bug you.
Starting point is 01:13:56 I actually thought Jim did fine, and then they were giving her shit. She ended on the first try. Yeah, they were just bad that she was holding up somebody behind her, but that's how it works. They must not be. The mini girl was a little rough to watch. For sure.
Starting point is 01:14:09 But packing the trucks, I didn't have as much of that. I had an issue with that. you know what with the grill like they got to figure it out so it wasn't that bad i thought it was funny that they're reading like the pamphlet that came with it to figure it up but they figured it out so i have no issues uh from amanda e miller thoughts on andy saying production planned to bring back alexis back before dating john i don't really believe it i don't know if i believe it but i also don't think it matters yeah relevant because he's back anyway so it wasn't
Starting point is 01:14:37 matter uh one last one here this is always something i like doing from katrina can we get a bro's take on gina's bed interview fit oh man i think this is the one number two i know i know trust me i think the best part is that she made her uh her own stitched reel with that as a background and said i get it i see what everybody's saying she's trying to play defense a bit and then she tries to justify but saying in person it looks great it's like i don't think so i don't think so i think she looks a bit like abby lee from uh death Oh, that's interesting. I think she looks like a character from Austin Powers.
Starting point is 01:15:13 Yeah. That's what I got from there. Fembots? No, no, no, not the fact. We ever want to go to Oz Flats? Oh, yeah. I was dancing and the party. Like, she could have been there.
Starting point is 01:15:23 Yeah. And it's not a compliment. What's the name of his, the Swingers Pad? It's the name of the. Austin Swing Pad is in London. It's the party there every day. Yeah. I always wanted to go to one of those.
Starting point is 01:15:36 The Austin Swing parties? Yeah. It would fun. I wish the London... You got to wear a pineapple shirt. Well, in the 70s, I don't think swinging about swinging like that. It's like swinging. Go on.
Starting point is 01:15:48 Yeah, no. I wish the London had an Austin Powers Museum, and at the top of it, it's just a club, then had a great party. They should just have an Austin Powers Club. Yeah, I would go to the museum, too, but Austin Powers being club would be phenomenal. I'm down for that.
