Bros & Shows - Love Him or Hate Him, Sandoval is Entertaining (The Traitors s03ep07 Full Recap)
Episode Date: February 11, 2025What's up Bros? It's Traitors time. In this episode, Tom Sandoval takes center stage. love him or hate him, he is entertaining. The traitors are still in tatters. Nobody trusts anyone. They end up tak...ing out Derrick which points all fingers at Boston Rob. During the roundtable discussion, a case is built against Britany which could rear its head again later on in the game. But they end up voting out Boston Rob finally who played a solid game but just kept killing those that went against him. With Boston Rob out, we only have two traitors left who have not gotten along since the beginning. Not to mention the chatter in the house has everyone looking in different directions for potential traitors. The traitors also have the option to tap in a new traitor which could be the difference maker in which team wins the whole thing. We hope the gameplay on the Traitors side of things improves, although wildly entertaining, the strategy has been frustrating to say the least. at all like in regards to this show uh we talked about it last week the tom sandoval not rise from
the ashes but the reception of tom sandival overall with this show have you seen twitter
it's somehow working for him it's a good mix of people who have no idea who tom is
because they're watching the show for big brother survivor whatever it might be and they're finding
him such an idiot that it's enjoyable for them.
Like a delightful moron.
I would say 50% of Bravo fans who went through Scandival are still watching him like,
it's kind of fucking funny.
I mean, you know, to his demise, but still very funny.
Good morning, pros and shows.
I got to have me my pros and shows.
Bros and shows.
Rose and shows.
I got to have me my bros and shows.
Good morning, everybody.
and welcome back to another episode of Bros and Shows.
I'm your co-host, Steele Russell,
joined as always by the one and only
Shooter McGueter. Welcome back to talk a little treaters.
Oh, what a time to be back.
And, you know, there were some shades of an old show
that I used to love in this episode,
and we'll get to that.
And I think you already know what I'm talking about.
I have some thoughts.
I don't want to guess yet.
Well, we can't spoil anything, apparently.
Oh, God, yeah, I forgot the whole spoiler thing.
we can't spoil anything while we talk about a show to spoil it if you will but i i can't say enough
how much i love this show i think it's so good it's just so entertaining and for like so many
different reasons because when you really break it down the amount of activity and events it's
really not that much like they don't do a whole lot it's just like a bunch of speculating and
them interacting and speculating some more and people saying stupid shit and bad
predictions and it's so entertaining to watch people navigate I would argue that like
67% of the show is waiting to see who goes home that's all we do it's waiting
it's reaction shots and it's confessionals of oh my god I can't believe to think that
oh my god incredible like the first like 10 to 15 minutes of this show are all right let's
see how the traders are doing we don't know who's going home
We just see them arguing.
Okay, we're going to move on to breakfast.
All the people that we know are still there are filing in.
And then we're going to wait another four or five minutes to see who actually goes home.
So watch two of the traders come in the door inevitably.
And then the last, but that's my whole thing.
At what point do you start paying attention to the order of people coming in?
Because it's always like the last three are like the ones.
No, no, I'm talking about people on the show.
Yeah, yeah.
Because every single time it comes down to like the last three.
And those are the ones that.
have been up for debate. Well, I think they know that going into it. And I think that you can kind of
see that. But they're still going to be surprised when, because we're privy to the three people,
four people sometimes that the traders are considering getting rid of them. They're always going to
be the last couple to walk in. But if you're on the show, if you're Dolores, who seems to be
going in there pretty much first every time, if you're Dolores, you don't know who's really going
home. You have your own thoughts. So you could think that Tom's going home, but we know that Tom's
not even an option for the traders and Tom comes in that second group and she's like holy shit
tom's here i thought he was going home for sure so i think that that's they know that the last couple
to come in it's going to show who went home but they're still going to be surprised throughout it because
they have their own thoughts yeah and it's just watching the reactions is always funny and i think
there's so much more stock to be put into like if you watch other people's faces as people come in
the door i feel like people give it away and this is monday morning like quarterback couch quarter
back whatever you want to say we don't talk about football on the show right now we don't talk
about bruno oh fuck this episode's going to be coming out on monday too probably oh my god
you are either listening to us now and we are either the happiest sleepiest boys in the world
or we are literally the saddest that we could ever be or you will what is it uh posthumously
be listening because i'll probably be dead yeah shooter's going to die yeah there's a chance
Well, either way.
The way things are going, yeah.
Oh, really?
You're not going to pace yourself until Sunday or just from anxiety?
It's not about pacing.
I haven't drank since the NFC championship.
I am ready to explode, but I am a hot little ball of stress right now.
Yeah, no, I get that.
I get that.
To counteract that, I'm eating pizza tonight.
And then for the Super Bowl, because you know I need an activity to do while I do things,
while I watch things.
So I'm bringing my pizza oven and I'm slinging pies during the Super Bowl.
Well, I watch her keep me occupied.
Yeah, yeah, that's my plan.
You're going to put your pizza oven outside, like in your truck like you did last time?
No, so we're going to Dev's parents.
So they just built this bar in their garage.
It's actually really cool.
Oh, so you can just do it right outside.
Okay.
I don't want you too far from a TV, pal.
No, no, no.
I'll be in eyesight of the TV.
I need to watch the entire game.
I can't miss anything, especially because we're going up against the refs, too.
So I need to be extra vigilant when I watch this game.
And anybody, all you chiefs fans are like, oh, you guys always play.
the rest watch the montages of patrick mahomes and the fucking calls that he gets okay and bet me
bet me this game's going to come down some wacky call that we're going to have to overcome to win
i'm just calling it right now yeah all right let's get traders i can't get the traders i just would
also like to point out that this is my comfy my big comfy thing yeah you're coming these are
eagles okay they are uh-huh yep this is you know that looks like something like if you've
ever got in an Airbnb in like a Poconos house, like a mountain's house.
It's like draped over the bed.
And then you, no, I was going to say you go into the closet because you're a little curious.
Like maybe you had a few drinks.
You're like, oh, I wonder what's around here.
What's in this door?
You might find that hanging up somewhere.
Yeah, pretty much.
You know what?
I'm always curious about at Airbnb's.
There's always that one locked room.
You know what I mean?
There's always one locked room.
Sometimes it's the garage and you're like, what's in there?
A boat, maybe.
A pool table?
Fucking hell, yeah.
Ping pong?
What are you hiding from me?
Yeah, what are you hiding?
Where is this a secret?
computer lab and you're doing nefarious things that's what i was in a meth lab who knows maybe i don't
know like quit gate keeping the meth what's your problem but you're right let's get to traders
we start out in the turret and this whole crew is still in an absolute tatters they they cannot come to
terms they cannot see eye to eye and they start discussing who to get rid of and rob's immediate
person is derrick and immediately i'm thinking that's the worst decision
ever because he's played this game i understand what he's doing he's played the only thing
that he can do at this point yeah but i feel like this we've been saying it for weeks ivar is
like the obvious one here because he's like a non-issue if you get rid of him it doesn't create
more confusion because nobody is debating that he's a faithful so he would agree with you yeah and i just
i don't yeah but like i just don't understand the play i do get it i know he's been going after people
they've been going after him.
I know that he's going to try to frame it,
that he's getting framed.
I just think it's too obvious.
I think that he overplayed his hand.
Yeah,
I think he overplayed his hand
and he's scrambling at this point.
He doesn't really have any options left.
The only option,
the only play,
the only angle that you really have left
is to do the frame job.
Act like somebody's framing you
because it's very easy.
But these are not smart faithfuls.
They're really not.
They are scrambling.
They don't know what they're doing.
They can't get on the same page.
Both of them.
They're both of them.
everybody's in shandies neither side can get together enough people to actually get somebody out that they actually agree on it's just a split vote every time there's wasted votes pretty much every round table and they can't agree on anything so at this point it's like eventually they're just going to they can't ignore the evidence and you're going to have idiots like tom like people who are wrong the entire time say holy shit look at all this evidence why are we not just trying to do this just to see what happens and it's like oh yeah obviously i'm being framed
It's like, that's really his only opportunity at the point.
That's his only move.
Yeah.
And I think that the other part of it is, if I don't get rid of Derek,
Derek is very much so on board with me being a traitor.
He's going to come at me twice as hard tonight.
And there's no avoiding that.
So maybe you get rid of somebody who's a strong player,
somebody who's got a strong personality,
who can make a great case.
That way you're absent there.
And then one of the other weaker people can come after you
and you can kind of deflect it as much as you want.
I feel like he should have tried to create some kind of alliance with Derek.
I feel like that would have been, especially with West.
I think that would have been the move up front.
You create the cage boys.
Like, why not?
Exactly.
That's what I would think.
But I will say watching Danielle navigate as a traitor is one of the most frustrating
things ever.
It's like,
it's the only part of the show that I can't get behind.
Yeah, dude.
It's so bad at it.
She's like,
she's too emotionally invest.
Like she feels to me like she's playing for the faithful.
She doesn't feel like she's playing for the traders because everybody that,
that Rob brings up, I just get her to her Sam.
No, I love.
Sam. Let's get rid of Dylan. No, I love Dylan. No, I love Sarah. No, I love Sarah. She loves
Derek. She loves every one of the faithful. It's like, this is a game to murder the faithful,
to get them out. I understand you have this vendetta against Boston Rob, because you're still
too attached to the fact that he got rid of Bob the drag queen, but you got to take revenge
out of it. Like, it's getting too personal and she's getting, she's got blinders on because
she's friends with these people. It's like, this is a show to win money to get rid of your
friends i don't even think it's necessarily that i think daniel wants control again and the only way to
get control is to get rid of rob so i think she's thinking if we keep derrick he's going to go after rob
and we can potentially get rid of rob again tonight she's just playing a horrible game and it's
really tough to watch it's the only downfall of this entire show right now is watching daniel try to
figure this out like it's not even funny to me it's just really frustrating like you said and the other
part of that is you can't let go of rob going after bob the drag queen but you tried to get caroline out
like two days ago one day ago and you want her to drop that you want her to just let bygones be bygones
hey we're good we're done we're not going to go after each other anymore i'm really sorry that i did
that and you want her to just sweep it under the rug but here you are three four days later still
going at boston broad because he got rid of bob the drag queen like what the fuck it's it's a double
standard i don't really care for it just because of the way that she's playing if she was playing
a smart game fine i can let all that pass because that makes sense to me no she's clumsy
she's all over the place she's very clumsy all of the emotions all the crying it's incredible that
nobody has looked at her at this point up until this point and said holy shit like what is she doing
she's doing a whole lot all the time yeah like always she's always the one having the conversation
she's always the one speculating she's always the one in tears when somebody gets killed like she's
always doing the most and maybe it's because people are so locked in on boston rob at this point
yeah probably like anywhere else but it's just i agree it's not that's that part of the
the show is not fun or funny.
It's just annoying to me.
Yep.
But we get to breakfast, and this is my whole point because Brittany even calls it out.
She's like, Ivar's like furniture.
Like he's just here.
And that's my whole thing with why you would get rid of him because it doesn't draw attention.
It's just kind of a, oh shit.
Yeah, he's gone now.
Like he doesn't, he's not at odds with anybody.
He's not causing a scene.
He's like having tea and eating and just like hanging out.
Like that's Ivor's role.
And then he joins into conversations when other people bring up potential traitors.
Yeah.
Like, he just seemed like the easy whack for me, but, you know, obviously that didn't happen.
And again, like, in a confessional, Danielle's like, I'm just so alone, like, not working well with anybody and this and that's like, you're too attached to the faithful.
You got to just kill people.
You got to be like Boston Rob doesn't care.
Carolyn, she's only upset because she can't trust anybody because you guys can't stab her in the back.
So that makes more sense.
But this affinity for the faithful seems like a.
bad call if you're a trader it's so stupid and we can go on for days about how caro or how daniel can
play this game differently how she can do a better job as a trader it's not really going to matter
it just doesn't make any sense to me it's just it's just tough to do and and caroline's in the best
position because rob and daniel put her in that position where we've talked about it from week
to week she doesn't really have a say in what happens at the end of the day she just looks up and
goes whatever i don't care just do what you guys are going to do because you're not listening to me
So in the mornings, there's nothing you can really do.
She's not any different because it wasn't her that did it.
She disagreed with it.
So she's just upset when somebody leaves as everybody else is.
Yeah, exactly.
So it works out in her favor, but she's still probably really frustrated.
And Danielle, I just, like, I don't get it.
Like the whole point of this game and Sierra says it perfectly in a few minutes,
but the whole point of this game is to win, is to be a traitor, get rid of people,
not have any emotions in it.
And here you are sobbing every single time somebody goes home that you somewhat like.
It's just, it's irritating.
Yeah, I agree.
But everybody's got to go.
Yeah, I really want her to get to get found out, but we'll see.
But everyone's speculating as we do at the table.
And we find out that Derek gets killed, which results in multiple tears out of Danielle.
But the difference is, like actual sobbing.
And, like, when you go to the turret, you get the conversation between everybody.
And obviously, Boston Rob's like, we got to take out Derek.
We got to take out Derek.
And Daniel was like, please no, please, no.
It's like, why?
Is it because you don't think it's a good choice?
And I'm not going to do this the whole time.
It's just, that's a frustrating thing every time.
Yeah, I know.
Our whole thing is, if we get Derek, can you start over?
Can we all start over?
And it's like, yeah, sure, yeah, sure.
Sorry, Carolyn, Handshake.
And it's like, I don't believe you.
I don't believe this is it.
Like, this is also, to be fair, I didn't believe Boston Rob either.
No, I didn't, I didn't believe any of them.
I don't believe any of them.
That's kind of my frustration with the traitors is like this, this disbanded faction between the three of you or just jointed faction is not good gameplay.
It's not good gameplay.
It's not good tratering.
And the result of that is what we see later with Boston Robb.
But I do like Derek in his confessional.
He's like, it's good gameplay.
I would have got rid of me too.
That was the smart play.
So like he understands a Boston Rob got.
Um, but immediately, and we knew it, B. Rob plays the, I'm getting framed card.
It's the only card he's got left.
And that was what I was talking about earlier.
It's like, I get it because of his gameplay up until this point.
He put him in, he put himself in this position.
Yes, that's correct.
That's exactly it.
Like, this is a mess of his own doing because he didn't shift his game plan earlier in, in the season.
But we got to select pairs.
Everyone needs to team up with somebody.
I was assuming it was going to turn into a squid games kind of deal where you got to face off against the person that you picked.
I like that better.
It's a little more vindictive.
This is the first time, which is weird.
I think one other time she got called out for how she was acting at breakfast, but this was the first time I can remember.
There was actual speculation about the tears from Danielle.
You got like Sierra, Michelle and a few other the ladies.
And they're like, did you see Danielle's reaction?
Like, yeah, that was kind of a lot.
It's like, no, it's a whole lot.
And she's done it now like for everybody that gets killed.
Why are we not pointing fingers at her?
By the way, Derek's not really dead.
He died on a game show.
Get over.
Why are you crying so much?
I don't know.
Every single person that gets sent home, it's like, that, that's when I put my
psychology hat on and say, hmm.
Hmm.
We don't have that stuff, though.
Yeah, we're still waiting.
Are we even allowed to put it on?
Yeah.
I don't know.
I don't think we're allowed to be psychologists until we have that hat.
Yeah, we need a hat to be official.
So we're still waiting on those hats, everybody.
If you have a hat company and you like to, or if you're a
psychologist with a hat. You can also send us your hat. Either or we'll take either. But

Oh hi buddy

I wish I could spend all day with you instead
Uh Dave you're off mute
Hey happens to the best of us
Enjoy some goldfish cheddar crackers
Goldfish have short memories.
Be like goldfish.
Dylan and Rob have a little powwow.
As we know, Dylan has a lot of love for B Rob.
He's got to put his whole faith into him for this entire show.
My thought on Dylan with Rob, though, and I think he's playing coy too, like towards the end
when he has his confessionals, I think he knows that Rob's a traitor.
I think he full blown knows that he's a traitor, but he doesn't care because the way that
the game works, if you just latch on to him and Rob, Rob,
protects you from getting murdered every night and people don't go after you at the round
table you can ride it all the way to the end and if you know he's a traitor you call him out
for being a traitor you can win the game so i think dylan knows that and dylan has just latched
on to him because he's an ally and he realizes i can just use this guy who's doing evil but i can
use it for good for me doing evil no i agree you look at daniel they're all doing evil and she's
crying a lot so i mean i could see it i also part of me feels like he won't so badly i wish you
I think that another possibility could be that he wants him to be a faithful so badly that he's turning a blind eye to the obvious because even in this moment he's like Derek told me if I die it is Boston Rob or Britney and he's like I'm not going to tell people the Boston Rob part and I'm like but you should acknowledge it yourself a little bit the fact that Derek called it and then if you're going to look at all the evidence mounted against Brittany versus that.
of Boston Rob, who's got a bigger pile of shit behind them?
Like, Brittany's done not a whole lot.
Her biggest...
But that's what made people think that it might have been Britney because she hasn't done anything.
Yeah.
So it could go both ways.
Obviously, there's insurmountable evidence towards Rob, but you can always spin it and say
that he's being framed.
For Brittany, she hasn't done anything.
So it's like, well, that's kind of suspect.
She hasn't done anything at the roundtable.
She's not saying anything.
She never speaks up.
She always has a vote.
And she has like a little one liner in there.
talking about it like she did with West last week where she said, I mean, you've got six
and put that right down.
That's the only thing that she said at roundtables.
So it's a little suspect and I like it.
And I think that Dylan, I think Dylan came to Rob, again, if it's part of my theory where
he knows Rob's a traitor, he came to Rob saying, look, you can get Britney out.
If she's a traitor, great.
If not, there's at least something here.
And I can say, Derek told me last night that it's probably Brittany.
And that works.
Yeah, I mean, it works for their gameplay up until this point.
But you get Tom, Dylan, and Rob.
and this is where you get Tom really starting to speculate a lot.
And you know what it is.
He says to Rob's face.
Yeah, which is fucking so funny.
He does not know how to play this game.
No.
No, but he is so desperate to prove himself worthy and capable of playing this game
that he's going to do whatever he can to get involved now.
I think that he's tired of being looked at as the punching bag and like the punchline of every joke,
even though that's kind of what he does throughout this episode,
just with his mannerisms and his speculations and his speculative.
it's but it's somehow weirdly working and i did not foresee this at all the fact that his
stupidity and awkwardness and the way that he desperately tries to go about for approval is would
play to his favor with the audience because like i said earlier for some strange reason we're
seeing people start to shift on tom sandival us included we're sitting and watching and i'm laughing
at him it's funny he's he's bringing more to this show
than he has on Vanderpump in the past three seasons.
Yep.
And it's shocking.
And I got his credit what credits do, man.
I have to.
He's wildly entertaining to watch.
It's very funny.
And if you want, but it's just facts.
But like you said, he says directly to Rob's face.
I don't know, man.
There's a whole lot of evidence against you.
It's like, all right, Tom.
Let's play this game for a sec.
Every person that's gone against this man that you believe to be a traitor has ended up dead.
Mm-hmm.
If you do this in swing and miss, what do you think is going to happen to you, Tom?
Let's have some foresight before we start blaming.
I think he's scared now.
I think he's balking because he got called out by Dolores last week for having shit opinions, for having shit theories, and everything that he says is nonsense.
And now he's afraid to go to the rest of the group and say, hey, guys, I think it's Boston Broad because it's going to make him look like a dumbass again.
He doesn't want to look like a dumbass.
He wants acceptance.
He wants people to respect him, which is very, very hard to do for Tom Zandavall.
So the only other thing you can do is just go right to Boston Rob and call him a traitor.
Yeah, I guess.
That works.
Again, I'm still under the impression that Tom has no idea how this game works.
And he probably does think if he calls out Boston Rob to his face, he probably has to like tell him the truth.
Like, hey, I'm calling you a traitor.
Now you have to tell me the truth.
Are you a traitor?
No, I'm a faithful.
Fucking hell.
Again.
Damn.
I really thought I had you.
Now, back to my hunch.
But we get to the challenge.
And I got to say, once again, Alan looks fantastic in his outfit, his whole wardrobe for the show, fantastic.
But we're up for $27,000 and immunity for every duo that wins.
So here's our teams.
We've got Sam and Ivar versus Tom and Dylan, Sierra and Rob, Sierra, what Sierra and Rob,
versus Dolo and Crischel, Danielle, and Brittany versus Gabby and Carolyn.
And it's an eight-minute head-to-head, handhold.
so you got to hold their hand on the plinth didn't know that was a thing didn't know that was a word put it over the plinth so they're holding their hands on a plinth and a box is placed upon the plinth and immediately i knew what was going to happen i was all right they're going to pull the fear factor game and you know the MVP of fear factor was oh um fuck it's not a real answer you don't have to think too hard on this one tyrone it was
Joe Rogan, this is the best elk penis I've ever had.
This rock will get us high for hours, I know.
Oh, man, that's the best show.
Anyway, the game begins, and the first thing is giant millopedes,
and then there's a tailwip scorpion, and then it was like roaches
and all this other wacky shit that they poured like mealworms and cockroaches on them.
every time I see like when I see shows with these challenges would this be difficult for you no yeah right like you just don't move like and I do like that obviously you know we start off with uh who was it Dolores and uh
grishel Chriselle immediately just pulls her hand right out she's like can't do it I'm not even doing this
seconds in and Dolos like without the fucking mill without this yeah without the giant millipede being dropped on like it was still in it was still in uh was it
Fergus was in transition. Yeah, it was in transition. It was about to be dropped in there.
And she's like, nope, can't do it. Nope, absolutely not. And I like Rob's approach to it too.
He's just like, Sierra, just close your eyes. Close your eyes. Don't worry about it.
He's like, what's your birthday? Nothing's going to hurt you. Yeah. Yeah, what's going to
do it. But they don't have to do anything because Grishell immediately drops out. So it's like,
yeah, let's hang out for a bit. We'll get through the eight minutes. It'll be great. We'll get some
money. That's going to be fine. But either way, they're still going to get a shield. So they're not really
worried about any of that. I would have taken the approach that. Iver was so
funny.
I've heard Sam.
Sam was actually the funniest during all of this.
Because he's looking at the middle of pieces.
He's like,
that one's actually kind of cute.
That one's so cute.
Like,
I mean,
yeah,
it's not fun to bugs on you,
but this is just a move for it.
Like,
my whole thing with these challenges always and then like they put the
snake on at the end is like,
they wouldn't put things on you that would physically harm you.
So yeah,
it's going to feel weird,
but like it's,
you're not going to die.
Yeah.
You just stick now for eight minutes.
But the only.
that snake was not any uh anything from the constrictor family because that was it was a ball python
which technically is a constrictor but like they're they're very docile snakes they don't do much
that's like one of the yeah that most common pet snakes that you can get that comfy pullover you have
there says snake guy so i i believe it was a big big crocodile hunter fan growing up like huge i used
to do the same thing i would go and find snakes and polono and catch them
And the only ones that really hurt when they bite you are water snakes.
Water snakes sting a lot if they get you.
There's no venom in that, though.
There is, but it is, it's not like super toxic.
But there is venom.
That's what makes it hurt more.
The funniest, or the best, rather, of all of those types of shows is River Monsters.
And I just love that stat.
The show didn't continue because he caught all of the river monsters.
He caught all the other monsters that's on the list.
Like, unreal.
It's like a Pokemon master, just catching them all.
Just love to see it.
The ancient Erepaima, that was my favorite one.
He just did it for the love of the game and he's done.
Like Amazon and catches like a 30 foot fish.
Yeah, that was a great show.
But let's get back.
Let's get back on track here.
The only team to lose is Griselle and Dolores.
They're the only ones to take the L.
But as far as not finishing the challenge out, but we get a sudden death and that's where you've got to dig through the bugs, which I would imagine you're just actively killing a lot of bugs.
probably killing a lot of bugs but also like that's not even that gross anymore it's basically just like a pile of dirt that you're digging through because you're barely touching anything you're just kind of like do you're just moving around yeah and nothing's gonna bother you no but that was the thing too like none of them were bothered by that round they also got like lightly cleaned off after that too after all the bugs were dumped on their head like you could tell immediately after because tom had that hat on the stupid fucking hat all the bugs were pretty much off of his hat i think uh sam had a bunch in his hair that was all cleaned off sierra was
Sam was just smiling as it was rating on.
Yeah, you're like somewhat clean at this point.
So who cares?
Just dig for the damn ring.
They didn't.
I mean, I will give them credit.
Nobody seemed to be bothered by that part.
But the winners are Sam and Ivar, Danielle and Brittany, Boston, Rob, and Sierra.
So they are all protected.
Up for murder is Tom, Dylan, Chrischelle, Dolow, Carolyn, Gabby.
Right?
So we get to the pre-round table.
And this is where everybody is speculating and immediately.
out of the gate. Danielle's gunning for Boston Rob, which is just annoying. Like, it's a bad play.
I get it. I get it. And I just thought that the traders would come together. I don't know why.
I don't know why I thought that. I was hoping they would. But it just, I said bad play. It's a good play if you got the numbers, I guess, because then you can try to, because this, here's the thing. At the end of the day, this, this trader trio will not work. They're not going to win the game with these three. You need to change it up. So if that is getting rid of Boston Rob, fine. But in my, but in my,
head i'm like you're going to take another swing here and you're going to miss and then now now the
traders will be unbearable now i if if they go for a trader here and it doesn't work and the traders
turn each other again it doesn't work the turd's going to be just annoying it's like all right
this is fucking chaos and not in the fun way but tom brings up boston rob again this time to dylan
sam and iver and he's fairly convinced and he's i think he sees this for what he's this is my moment
this is my time.
If I'm ever going to make it, if people are ever going to respect Tom Sandoval,
Thomas Jane Sandoval, then this is my moment.
I need them to be on my team.
So he brings up Boston Rob again.
And then, of course, you get Boston Rob in the other room trying to spin the I'm
getting framed thing, which a lot of people are buying, way more people and the people
that buy into it were surprising to me.
Yeah, people buy into pretty much a lot of the things that he says.
And look, it's very plausible too, because he is such a big,
player he's such a polarizing figure having him spend a lot of time at the round tables talking about
it gets you know diminishes the ability for everybody else to talk about anyone else that's at the
round table so it makes a lot of sense and if he spins it that way shit even i'd be sitting there like
yeah that does make a lot of sense so i don't know i mean obviously at some point you have to
fucking vote vote for him and try to get him out just to see because they're just going to keep doing
it like at some point he's not really being if he is a faithful he's not being a bad faithful he's
just defending himself. He's trying to get other people out. He's trying to come up with some
sort of theories. But at the end of the day, if we keep falling back on, oh, fuck, is it Boston Rob?
There's a lot of evidence here. You have to get rid of him because he's just a scapegoat that lasts
every single night. At that point, you have to do that to get rid of them for the traders so they
can't use them anymore. So at some point, you have to look around and be like, come on, just get
them out of here so we can stop doing this. And that's kind of where we would be, probably.
Yeah, because if he's a faithful, all right, fine. He keeps to, yeah, that was back there
but if he's a faithful he keeps distracting everybody from the actual trader like let's just
in a devil's advocate situation like there's always speculation about this guy so you guys
completely get derailed from anybody else that could be a traitor because you're stuck on rob so like
you said even if he's a faithful and maybe maybe the hold up is because of his gameplay thus far he
has taken somewhat of a leadership role in the group and also if you are a faithful and you think
that he is a faithful you want him on your team because he knows of the game more
works really well. So I get it, but at the same time,
I too many distractions around them. Yeah. You like that is the,
the, the, the con of it all, like the pros of cons. The cons outweigh the pros here because
he's just distracting. He's a distraction. So you got to get rid of them. I agree with that at
this point. But Rob tries to get Carolyn on his team one more time. He's like, we need to go
after Brittany. This is a Brittany game. Everyone's talking about her. It's either me or
her. So we got to get support for her. Caroline's like, yeah, whatever. You can tell that
And rightfully, like Danielle being on an island is annoying because it's self-imposed, it's self-inflicted, and it's because of emotion and because she's too attached to faithfuls.
Carolyn's on an island because she's been getting discarded every single time.
So I get, she deserves.
Yeah.
So she deserves to be solo and making moves for herself and not telling anybody.
I'm team Carolyn.
I'm not team traitor.
I'm not team faithful.
I'm team Carolyn all the way.
And I do think, ironically, her getting disreserved.
regarded the majority of
the show is playing
to her benefit because she's just
skirting by. Nobody has her in their crosshairs
except for Danielle. And even
after Daniel tried to put her
through the ringer, she still got
through it because everyone's like, wait, what? No, come on.
Not her. Danielle tried to put her through the ringer and
Carolyn got zero votes at the round table.
She hasn't gotten a vote the entire time.
Everybody else, I'm pretty sure at
some point has accumulated a vote or two, even
as a castaway. For whatever reason,
Carolyn hasn't. So she's playing the
game because she's put in that position so i don't really care like she can do whatever the hell
she wants she can do no wrong in my eyes at this point no because of how she's been treated by the
other traders Danielle it's just like why what are you doing like you hear that brittany is her name is
being tossed around you're a traitor be a traitor no she likes brittany too much but brittney's
one of crying over on big brother so yeah and also when she finds out when she opens that envelope
the next day whenever they do because i keep seeing clips of the the post show
or the after show rather.
I don't know where the hell it is.
I can't find it on my TV,
but it's in there somewhere.
And when the people who get cast away look and they see who it is,
they always laugh.
They're always like,
fuck,
I was on to that person.
What are you worried that Britney's going to be upset with you
and you guys are going to be friends again?
You guys weren't friends before this.
Like enough.
Just enough.
She's not playing the game the right way.
She's all over the place and it's so fucking annoying.
Like you just sat up in that turret and said,
hey, let's all get on the same page.
We got Derek out.
We're all on the same page here.
Hey,
everybody's going to come after Boston Rob, a traitor.
We have an opportunity to deflect to Brittany.
Boston Rob shouldn't be the one sitting there doing the dirty work.
I think that was a misguided thing by him sitting there saying, well, you're coming after me.
Let me put you on to somebody else because he's done it every time.
And every time he does it, yeah, he got Bob the Drag Queen, but people are not thinking that you got rid of another traitor.
It's a traitor on traitor crime.
You can't be the one to point the finger at Brittany.
Somebody else has to stand up and do it.
And Dylan did it, but then he tried to put the final nail in the coffin.
It's like, you can't do that.
You're leaving yourself open too much.
The other traitors, again, Carolyn can do whatever the hell she wants.
But Danielle, it's like enough.
Just like be a traitor.
Enough of all these fucking games.
Yeah, no, I agree.
And as they're going through everything, you know, we get a couple of defenses from Brittany.
After Dylan brings up what Derek said, and she gives a decent defense, she does better later when she defends again.
I was like, that felt more believable.
But Sam points out the obvious evidence against Rob, Sierra.
comes to Rob's defense
she has gotten really close to Boston
Rob throughout the show and then Tom
goes into
a theory and here's the funniest
fucking part dude is that
his theory is 100%
correct for the first time
it's 100% on the nose
and it doesn't matter because even as he's
saying it I'm like you sound like an idiot
you're totally right
it was what happened he did take up Bob
the Drag Queen it was traitor on traitor
violence. He is the one moving around and all the evidence does point to him. And if anybody else said
this, I'd be like, that's a great theory. But because it's Tom, I'm like, how the fuck did you stumble
on this one? Is this just the last rock that you overturned and you finally landed? Because it just
seems so like he's weighing it, but he's spot on. But just because it's him, I'm like, you dumbass.
How did you figure that? No, he's going to believe you. Exactly. That's my favorite thing, too,
because multiple people brought it up. Yeah. Sam brought it up first. Tom brought it up
second yes he said more than what sam said but if anything happens tom's got to take credit for this
tom was finally right and other people are going to give tom credit for that that was the best
thing to me i think that's so funny and i love his confessional story in the roundtable where he's
talking about it even more he's like you know what i feel like i'm finally in this game i finally
figured it out i know what i'm doing now i just want some respect it's like you're not going to
i just want people to respect me and like me i'm just it's almost like he has used this show as a
platform to redeem himself for everything that he did to Ariana.
That is exactly what he's doing.
I know.
He's literally taking, like, he's taking faithful literally and traitor literally.
He's like, you know, I can prove to people that I am a faithful and that I'm not a traitor
in real life.
This is a metaphor for Tom Sandoval.
The universe brought me to this show to prove to the world that I'm respectful and I'm
faithful. There's no coincidences out here. I learned that of my ayahuasca trip out in the
desert. And you know what the first thing I'm going to do is? I'm going to go after
Chrisel, who's friends with Ariana. I have no knowledge of her being a traitor, but I'm going to vote
for her first. Because she doesn't like me, which I guess that pushes me further away from my
theory of trying to prove people that I'm not a vindictive asshole. But I think the funniest part is,
I see people online saying, you know, the story arc for Tom Sandoval during the show is incredible because
he starts off going after Cichelle and then he moves on to talking about all the people
that are not traitors and positing all these theories that make zero sense, never getting a traitor.
And now he finally gets to Boston Rob and he starts going after Boston Rob.
It's like, wow, I can't believe his arc has gone this way.
It's like, no, his arc has been this.
He's doing the same shit.
Nothing has changed.
He just landed on the right one finally.
And he finally landed on the right one.
And he finally has confidence to speak up at the roundtables now, which is even funnier.
Because last week he tried to talk and Dolores just said, yeah, you can go ahead and talk,
but it's going to sound like nonsense.
You got knocked down by Dolores.
You should not have confidence anymore.
Instead, he's like, I've got more confidence because talking last week was good for me.
Like, dude.
But it worked.
It's so funny.
Somehow he landed on the right one, and we get the votes.
And Rob gets whacked with seven total votes.
Obviously, the two surprising ones were Carolyn and Danielle, both of whom.
A couple of castaway votes, too, just like.
Yeah, there was a Creschelle castaway.
Yeah, Dylan voted for Gabby, right?
Dylan voted for Gabby as a castaway because he didn't think that Rob.
Yeah, Dolores went to Tom.
Yeah, there's a couple of followers.
But it's interesting because Danielle ended up being the ceiling vote.
I mean, obviously there's another one, so he would have gone home regardless.
But Daniel did get to put the nail on his coffin.
And you get Rob's departure.
And not an iconic speech.
He could have done it.
Not an iconic speech, but like, Danielle is like over the moon about it.
And she's celebrating with faithful.
and I guess you got to sell it, but she's not
selling it. She's elated that you've just
murdered somebody from your own team. And her confessional
is so annoying too. I know.
Finally, I got rid of them.
Now we start doing what we have to do.
It's like, dude, you want to do the same
shit that he's been doing. That's why you got rid of them.
And you're one traitor down now. Now you only
have two people left to defend.
I know you can tap somebody else in, but like,
you've just whittled your numbers
down against the faithful and you're
celebrating with the faithful. I get the
Boston Rob bucked around in the beginning.
But this show is called Traders.
It's about killing the faithful.
And you just killed one of your own.
Now you guys have two out of four with the potential to add a third one.
But let's hope to God that they get on the same page here.
Or Carolyn needs to tap in one of her friends and get rid of Danielle.
Because I think Danielle's going to fuck this game up for the traitors.
I really do.
But it's just the celebratory lap that Tom Sandoval takes and he inadvertently throws it
a fucking jab at dillies i knew you were upon bro i fucking knew you were upon i knew you were
b rob's little bitch and i totally called it i am vindicated he stands up from the table he's like
celebrating people like way to go tom and it's like his rudy moment he's like i finally made it people
will start to leave me alone for what i did to ariana because i proved i'm a faithful look world
i am faithful that was what and again sam brought it up well i technically dylan brought it up first
So I love that Dylan in the beginning of the episode goes, yeah, you know, Derek gave me two names.
I'm not going to bring you up, but I'm going to say Brittany.
And then at the round table, he's like, yeah, you gave me two traitor names, Boston Rob and Brittany.
So I don't know where to land on that one.
I'm just going to leave you guys with it.
And it's like, wait, you just said you weren't going to bring up Boston Rob, but now you are.
And I guess it doesn't really matter because Derek was going so hard at Rob the night before anyway, so everybody already knows that.
I think what he did.
But then Sam brought it up too.
And then Tom was the third one because he spoke more.
but that's how Tom's brain works
he doesn't really have
he could he could
smize that in like one sentence
it just takes him like
a full paragraph to get through one single thought
that's all he was doing so he doesn't deserve credit
for this well you could argue it was like a sympathy cheer
like yay tom yay you did it
and he's like I fucking told you
I knew it this whole time
I fucking knew dude and I fucking nailed it
and you guys didn't think I was going to do it and I fucking did it
high fives all around now you guys all have to listen
to me the false competition
insufferable next episode. If he goes, if he goes home this week, we are going to miss out
on the false confidence of Tom Zandoval. But you will get the most, most false confidence exit speech
ever. They knew that I was on to them. They got nervous after I got rid of Boston Rob. And they
had to get rid of their biggest adversary. And so they got rid of the want to know me. T.S.
We get the start of that. We get the preface for that in the church. Oh, we'll get there. We'll get.
We're almost there. We're almost there.

But after Rob goes down, you get this weird alliance between Danielle and Brittany.
You know, they have been enemies in the past, but they seem to be friends now, which, again, they're dancing.
Whatever.
Yeah, it's just weird.
And I just love Carolyn, dude, because she's just still on this island.
And she's like, I'm a gamer.
I just don't look like it or sound like it.
And I'm like, you're the best player here, dude.
Just keep doing what you're doing.
And somehow you got to change the thing.
Yeah, just keep going.
But that's what I love about Carolyn, too, even before the round table when Rob's trying to get some votes for Brittany.
And he pulls her aside and goes, yeah.
I'm hearing Brittany's name a lot.
We've got to go after her.
Carol's just like, I don't really know if we can do that.
I don't know.
And Rob's like, yeah, no, we have to go for Brittany.
That's the only other person there.
Everybody's going to come hard for me.
She's like, all right, whatever.
I fucking cares.
Yeah, fuck you, Rob.
That is the way to do it, yeah.
Yeah, exactly.
She's doing a great job.
We get to the turret, and they're both, like, briefly celebratory together.
Like, I gave us no choice.
This is my biggest issue with the gameplay up until this point from Danielle.
because we've heard this before I got you I know you don't believe me but I got you and she goes
to confess she's like I just need her to trust me it's like oh yeah I wonder why are you acting like
you're the victim here because of your nefarious gameplay up until this point and it's not even like
I would give credit if it was crafty nefarious gameplay but it's not it's clumsy and you and emotional
you just got pissed off at Boston rob and needed to take him out so why would if
If Carolyn figures out a way to weasel out Danielle and tap a new trader and it's two on seven or eight or whatever it is at this point, I guess two on ten, because they're rid of two.
I think they're allowed to tap somebody soon.
Yeah.
So I would say get rid of Danielle, Carolyn.
She's a liability.
She is a liability.
I do think that you can convince her that you guys are cool now.
I think that there's a way to do that.
If you guys come together.
If she catches wind of it, because I do think that the next day, if whoever,
they murder doesn't show up
and Danielle does the whole tier thing again
I think that you're going to have more people
like a Sierra, Dolores, Chrisel,
the people that were sitting outside when Sierra was like
yeah, why is she crying so hard?
She could just slip into that. Just slip in,
talk to them and be like, yeah, isn't that fucking bizarre?
Like, what's that about? And then you can
just pair it up with what you did two nights
ago. Everybody seems to forget.
You went really hard at Danielle for
seemingly no reason and then
voted for her in the midst of like
a huge side by side between Rob,
and Wes you went after Danielle and made zero sense what can you share about that and then she
can go into it and be like yeah i heard that she was spreading my name around i wasn't doing anything
but here she is talking about me and i don't really trust her boom boom boom done Danielle can go yeah you've
got a whole domino set up right here and it also plays even further because i think without boston rob
there i think signs point to Danielle now i think she is the most skeptical or the easiest to be skeptical of
amongst the remaining people here so i think that i think you're right i think caroline has a direct
avenue to just set up some dominoes and then take a step back and allow other people to kind
of take it and run with it iver's on the chopping block and he's gonna be because he's just
again he's so benign like he's such a non-issue that it's also like we can just keep him there
and leave him because he's not affecting us negatively right and that's an easy one to get rid of
at the end if you just want to carry him through like there's a lot of ways to use iver and
None of them are because he's a good player.
He's just there.
He's furniture.
He is just furniture.
But we get this last scene in the church and you get all of these these monologues from everybody that are clearly little scripted, but they're still kind of funny.
I like that Dolores takes like the, you know, if you come at me, you better fucking kill me because if you're going, I'm going to fucking kill you.
I'm coming after all of you is.
I'm going to get your families, your grandparents, your kids, your dog.
catch me at jersey mics yeah you catch me down jersey mics that's where we hang out we make these
me and jett aiden yeah i'm gonna kill all he is you keep coming after me but the best monologue we get is
from old tommy sandavall and he's like again this speech this speech was about so much more than
traders this oh my god ariana this speech was about his band this speech was about scandefal this speech
was about, was about Kristen
Doty. This speech is about Raquel. It's about
every single thing that Sandoval's ever been through and him
standing up in front of Jesus Christ in a church and a
couple. It's about getting canceled. It's about getting canceled. It's about
losing his friendship with Schwartz and he goes, I'm finally
proving my worth to myself and to others. Everybody knows
now that Tom Sandval is not a piece of shit, but he is
a faithful. You thought I was a traitor because I fucked over
Ariad on a national stage? Well, ha ha, sucks to be you, nerds, because I've vindicated myself.
He's going to leave this show as though he just got out of a confessional with the
post and all of his sins have been absolved. And he's truly going to believe that. He's going
to believe that this moment in the church has absolved him of his sins. I have exercised
the demons. Thank you, Jesus. Tom Sandoval rises again.
Oh, my God. Yeah. It's just.
so funny. It's like it's such an awkward situation to be into talking by yourself in the middle
of a church. You got to come up with something something iconic, wearing a see-through shirt and a
yeah, which he would have worn if he were to get married ever. He would definitely wear exactly
that. Oh yeah, without a doubt. Without a doubt. 100% yes. But yeah, dude, it's a great fucking show.
I need moves to be made against Danielle next week for the sake of my my mental for the sake of
Just a lot of things.
I need Danielle to be in the crosshairs.
And Carolyn, it's time for her.
It's time for Carolyn's revenge arc.
Now that Boston robs out of the picture.
I'm with you.
Let's get to some questions.
Let's get to some questions.
From Shauna Draper, 27.
How long would steal and shooter last holding hands with all the critters
crawling all over them as long as we need to?
We would still be standing there.
That shit would be, we would win that with flying colors.
Yeah.
From Megan Iahala, Megan Ayahala, 18.
Were you annoyed when Tom got the ring instead of Dylan?
No, I'm weirdly on board for this Tom shit.
I don't know why.
It is what it is.
Yeah, very weirdly.
Say what you want about me?
I don't care.
I'm here for it.
From Reschievous, were Russ and Rob producer plans?
It was great for us watching.
I was great for us watching, but bad for their game.
I think you could argue, you know, what Brand Blake said last week,
that Wes was there for other reasons.
brand sent me a text that was a tweet from west saying pretty much that he goes i'm just having
fun on these shows now so it's almost confirmation i think any of those guys any of the people
that you've seen pop up on different shows especially on like the nbc networks over the last couple
of years they're just there to have fun they're there's just an easy tap for these people
i think rob enjoys it like to play they definitely both enjoy it yeah unless i think was there
more for shock and awe and like moments and i think that rob was there to play but he also didn't
give a fuck if he got killed i think he was there to make as much noise as he could and then be
like all right you got me but this was fun i fucked with you guys royally for five weeks or five
episodes you had no like and you all knew like i think that's what he takes away from it you
all knew it was me yeah for weeks and you couldn't pull the trigger yeah because i'm boston
fucking wrong i'm gonna go back to my villa on uh dealer no deal island let's do one more
oh this is good from
Alex L. Massey
who do we think will be the new trader recruit
I would go with Dolo
Dolores would be really good
let me pick somebody else though
I don't know
the people who you don't want to touch right now
would be like Iver
Brittany because she's got a little stink on her
Chriselle
just doesn't seem like she could do it
Sam would be a funny one
because he's so unsuspecting
Tom you can't touch either
I'm going to say Sam
I think Stan would be funny
Tom would lose his mind though
but it would be good to watch
Dylan might be the one that makes the most
sense if they don't kill him overnight
I think too skeptical I think too skeptical because
he sat there and he vouched for him
after saying that it's Robb then he goes no but I don't
think it is yeah but Tom just yelled I knew you were
a pawn I knew you were a pawn so now if people
are thinking he was just a pawn said that yeah people aren't they're just kind of right hey whoa whoa
you put some respect on that name buddy come on now we're talking about Tommy Sandoval but you thought
the speculation was bad this week now he's got confidence it's gonna get he's gonna he's gonna
accuse everybody and he's gonna have a like two pages of notes as to why great that's gonna be
fucking hilarious yeah I would say Dolores I think Dolores is a safe bet because people
I think Dolores is probably one of the better ones um oh yeah Sierra still has something
There's got too much seat on her.
Gabby could be unassuming.
Gabby would be kind of a random one,
but she also got to vote this episode.
It was a waste vote,
but it was a wasted vote.
Yeah.
I don't know.
Yeah,
I'm with you.
I think Dolores is probably your best move.
Yeah,
but I'm looking forward to see what happens next week.
I hate waiting week to week to week.
I know.
Yeah,
you don't even like to do that.
Like,
whenever I ask you if you're watching a new show that we both watch,
you always tell me you got to wait a couple episodes.
I got to wait at least three,
like severance.
Yeah,
but then you have to watch week to week anyway.
Once you get there.
yeah but I would rather like I need a solid chunk of a show or else I lose interest and it's it's
I just can't my my social media algorithms don't allow me to do that just because I'll go on and I'll
see spoilers I see spoilers I'm going to like scrolling past especially with severance because there's been
so much chit chat about it which has been tough to avoid but uh I've seen your algorithm before though
it's you're not going to get any spoilers on that no I'm not going to get yeah yeah do them scrolling
all day but um no it's uh it's episode five coming out right severance uh four yeah so after four
comes out four is out so yeah now i will catch up and i will watch them periodically so that
by the time i'm done four i'll have five coming out that day and then it's like i roll in and that's
tough enough for me because it comes out at nine p.m on thursday and i don't usually watch it until
friday night so yeah it's a roll through for me that's that's my plan but anyway
You got anything else?
Nope.
Go birds.
It's our show.
Go birds.
Bro, he's got to go birds.
Oh, fuck, this comes out on Monday.
Pray for us.
Oh, man, yeah.
Oh, boy.
Bye.
Hi.
Go birds.
