Have you ever done a Chippendale's dance or a Chippendell's like dance?
Not even in jest.
No, no, I even, I got super uncomfortable watching them try to figure it out between Brett and Jordan.
Mostly the Jordan, watching Jordan try to do it.
I'm like, fucking hell, bro.
no what makes you more uncomfortable people freestyle rapping or people trying to do this still freestyle
rapping yeah yeah
pros and shows i gotta have me my pros and shows bros and shows bros and shows i'm your co-hows and shows i'm
I have written my bros and shows.
Good afternoon, everybody.
Welcome back to another episode of Bros and Shows.
I'm your co-host, Steele Russell, joined, as always,
The Righteous Elder Goots.
What's up, dude?
Not a whole lot.
Episode two, you know how this goes.
Episode two of the day, episode three of Slamwa.
Slamwa.
Shout out all my Slamwas.
Slama.
That is Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.
episode three, AKA
Slum with 3. We're not even
going to waste time with a preamble. We're going to dive
right in because we just finished our second
episode and I
like I said, CBCV
CB, CB boy. And
between that and doing two episodes
back to back, this could go off the rails
in a hurry. So let's try to keep it
pointed for as long as we can. What do you
say, pal? We'll do our best.
Yep, good luck to us. But
we pick up where we left off with
Chase and Taylor Frankie Paul
in the middle of the party
yelling at each other
and the last thing we saw
was Kate the girlfriend of Chase
who is an innocent bystander
and all of this crying
because she's embarrassed
because this is very embarrassing
what her boyfriend is doing
in the middle of the party
and she even goes as far as say
he's a fucking dick
I was like he is a dick
leave him
I don't know your relationship
leave this guy
you deserve him now
you seem like a nice person
yeah he does not
but the funniest thing to me
with this whole party
is the reactions of like Jesse
Demi who are like
I can't believe this is happening
it's like what do you mean
you invited all these people
who aren't cool with each other
to have this train wreck out in front of people
this was the goal of the party no
yeah
I don't know
did you think it was going to be as simple as
we're all going to sit down together
at this Halloween party and talk about
the swinging scandal and get information
and then have a strip tease with my husband
yeah no
no you guys all talk to taylor about miranda coming back in the group she wasn't thrilled about
it but she didn't have this type of reaction of course but you bring a guy who you all say that
you kind of know and chase and he is a dickhead a known dickhead this will be fine we're gonna have
a very very formal sit down conversation about what happened sure yeah whatever you say it's going
to be great we're all going to get a long kumbaya no and leila steps in
Layla dated Chase for like a month, I guess, something like that.
And she jumps in and calls him out, talks some shit to him.
That's where she says, my favorite line, go talk shit on your podcast.
And his response is so fucking funny.
You can tell he's insecure about this because he's like, don't make fun of my podcast.
Like, aw, what is your podcast?
You know what?
I actually want to look it up real quick, yeah.
Yeah, we're going to look it up real quick.
I don't know what his name is, aside from Chase.
oh my god it's the first thing if you type in chase secret lives is podcast i found a
reddit thread i'm figuring out oh boy only dad's stop it yep it's called only dads it's a trio
of fathers who talk get the fuck out of here that's crazy what a wild name for a podcast
just what an idiot only dads only dads only dads only dads only guys let's let's
let's look this thing up only dads on spot apply apple podcast it has one review and it's one
star oh this is a different different one sorry yeah sorry to these guys yeah sorry guys you seem
cool i guess i don't know you yeah no this is only dads welcome to only dads your backstage pass
to hang out with single fathers
we come together to talk sports
pop culture politics and family life
loaded with unfiltered conversations
hilarious stories experiences
and a whole lot of dad debate on our
favorite topics so grab a beer with the
daddies oh fuck me
enjoy the show this only dad's god damn it
there's like 20 episodes total they haven't dropped an episode
in three months
and they have a 3.1 out of five
their reviews
worst podcast I've listened to it
I listened to 10 minutes
and couldn't handle how horrible it was
lame
the worst podcast
the host chase is incredibly dull
listening to this podcast
made me feel like I was losing
brain cells would rate it
zero negative stars if I could
this one don't make fun
in my podcast is the name of it
maybe you should go see a therapist
before trying to give advice as a dad
fuck yeah
absolute morons you'll lose brain cells
listening to these clowns
yeah so they definitely
everybody probably watching this I imagine in the past week or so
when this came out they probably all had the same thought
let's go look this shit up and see what it's about to look it up
and then we're going to have what I thought was going to be
the funniest part to me is the logo
the logo is the only fans logo
only that you know not
no no how do you know what the only fans logo looks like
oh uh
so let's keep on trying no
I do not have an only fan's account
just when I get that out there.
But we're back with them just talking in the middle.
Layla goes her separate ways.
And Dakota starts buddy-budying with him.
Yep.
He believes him.
Which is wild.
And the whole thing keeps going back and forth.
And it's just getting worse and worse and worse.
Nothing's getting accomplished.
Nobody's telling the truth, like what that other truth is, which I was bummed out.
Because it's not like the Taylor Frankie Ball we've come to know that doesn't know or doesn't
say things i was like dude say it like i'm dying to know whatever he said to you i wanted her to
talk so badly and like you said we haven't known her to just withhold information so i don't know
what was holding her back i don't know if maybe at the point of the confessional maybe her and
maranda were kind of getting along and she didn't really want to fuck it up by outing her ex
about all this shit i don't know what it was there was some sort of trepidation in there somewhere
i'm sure she had her reasons and you know we're team taylor so i'm not going to go against her
But I would like to know more.
I would too, but let's not forget while this is all happening.
Dakota's just yelling at Taylor and calling her out.
Again, yelling at her in front of entire party of people, not okay.
I don't understand his tactics.
If you want to make this work, fucking stop.
Stop being such a, I don't think he can.
I don't think he wants to make it work anyway, like at all.
The family does.
I know that.
I know, maybe we'll paint a picture here.
Maybe he wants to get out of it and he wants to get child support and the family will back him up.
Oh, my God, maybe, maybe that might actually be his plan.
Somebody probably planted that idea in his stupid little brain and he's just running with it.
That makes the most sense, actually.
Good call.
Good call.
But Miranda steps in and kicks Chase out of the party.
Dakota leaves, Chase, stays.
Kate she's out
I fucking hate this guy I'm out of here
good for you you can do so much better
I don't know you Kate but you can definitely do better
than this guy with the neck tattoos
that I do know for sure only dad I don't think they were real
I think they were fake for Justin Bieber
I thought that too when I saw
when I saw the trailer and then I saw
you know the end of the first episode and they showed it
I'm like really that's the fucking guy that was with Miranda
with the neck tattoos that's weird I think
and then what he walks in is but Justin Bieber I'm assuming
it's part of the costume maybe it's not that
he is a doucheback
I he strikes me as the kind of guy that would have neck tattoos and I firmly believe there are people in this world that can pull them off celebrities definitely you know there's just some people you see with the neck tattoo and it just looks good not everyone can do it
chase not one of those guys but he does strike me as one that thinks he's that guy definitely but as chase is leaving and I'm curious about your take on this because
dev and I talked about it but as he's leaving he kind of pokes them in
Because she says, where's your girlfriend or something along those lines?
Where's Kate?
And he pokes her and says, where's your husband?
He was trying to get her eyes out of her and then leaves the party.
She takes that information, goes to Brett and says,
Chase put hands on me.
Yeah.
Murky.
I don't know where he poked her.
It looked to me that he poked her in the arm.
Rib, rib arm maybe somewhere in this general area.
I think it was, and I think to me that this on purpose, like, let's get Brett riled up because this guy's obviously causing a scene anyway, and then he touched me.
I think that's about as far as it can go for something like that.
I don't really think that he meant chase, and I'm not making any excuses for him, but I don't think he really meant to, like, do anything further than that.
It was probably just a literal and figurative poke.
Like, where's your husband?
He's upstairs.
Maybe that was foreshadowing, potential Brett with other girls.
maybe i think that's what he was alluding to that's what i got on that i think he was trying
to be shady i was just thinking about the situation and i can't say that i would have handled it
much differently especially i mean obviously he comes up and says he put hands on me yeah he doesn't
know what the fuck actually happened down there but if your wife's going to come upstairs and say
that then yeah of course you're going to go hulk out he was already shirtless so might as well
the poke would have gotten me to get in his face i don't touch my wife yeah buddy like that's
I don't know.
That's the other part of it.
It's like this guy, this guy poked you like not, no.
And he goes out and confronts him, he gets in his face and Chase shits his pants.
He was terrified of Brett.
And Brett's a big dude.
But he's like, oh, whoa, whoa, what happened?
Like, I was just asking like, hey, where's Brett?
I'm like, that's not how you said it.
He said that like seven times.
I just find you, Brett.
I just want to see where you were.
It was just like this.
It was just like this and he just kept poking him.
Hey, Brett.
Stop.
Yeah, you're not, you're not making it any better.
But he gets, he gets the gist of it, right?
Brett scares him to death.
So he's like, go, go apologize to my wife right now.
He's like, absolutely, Brett, no problem.
I hate dudes like this because Brett's obviously the enforcer in the situation.
He handles his business.
We agree with him or not.
It's a different story.
He handles his business.
Go apologize to my wife.
Chase, high tails it over there to apologize.
The third party tough guy is my least favorite guy in the world.
because now Jordan, he feels empowered.
And he gets right in his ear because Chase is like,
I didn't mean anything, but he's like,
take ownership, take ownership.
I'm like, shut up.
Jordan's a fucking loser.
Like now you're tough.
You're the hold me back guy.
That's you.
Hold me back because you're actually afraid to get in an altercation.
But Brett set the tone.
And now you're like, I'm going to hop on this tough guy's shoulders.
And I'm going to look tough.
It's so hard to find a likable dude on this show.
I know.
Like there's just none of, none of them really like it.
bread maybe but like brett's you know old enough to be my dad so and cheating apparently and cheating
apparently um yeah we kind of gave him a little bit of grace last year thinking that he was just hanging
out at home drinking some whiskey watching some football i don't know no he sounds like a pretty bad dude
no nobody's likable and jordan didn't even know who you were let's be honest i had no i don't like
you who you were and you pop up and do this no go away yeah easy hard ass you're better
Yeah, exactly.
They shut up, man.
But you apologize.
I'm sorry for disrespecting you.
Everything kind of settles down or so we think we get back to the party and TFP, Miranda, and Kate.
This was nice.
And this might have actually helped move them forward because they're all bonding over what a piece of shit chases.
So everyone's kind of getting along now.
They're moving in the right direction.
But whoopo arrives, 5-0.
Because they heard that there were some shenanigans going on in the driveway.
There was a fight going.
on whatever it gets smoothed over because nothing actually happened and let's get to the performance
let's get to the performance no i was just going to say the funniest part about the whole cop interaction
is uh i think it was jesse asking have you seen secret lives and more than my wives no yeah all right
yeah you haven't seen have you seen slamo well i think here's the thing that it's probably huge in
that area they're not only for all the wrong reasons it's not only that but like at the same time
if they had seen it,
it would clear a lot of things.
They'd be like,
oh,
okay,
yeah,
we're going to head out,
got it,
got you.
Yeah,
we get this.
I mean,
they probably did see
all the cameras floating around.
I'm like,
what the fuck is going on here?
What the,
what the frick is going on here?
What the freak?
What are you freaking doing out here?
But let's get to the performance.
Because Jen's in the hot seat,
Zach's sitting right next to her,
and,
uh,
the show begins.
It's whatever.
And Zach is,
unenthusiastically clapping he's not really saying much he's just kind of sitting there trying
not to draw negative attention everyone's staring out to watch his reaction she knows what this is
and jen is like because of jessie and demi's history of my relationship i'm not sure of their
intentions what do you what do you think they're trying to do here's an all time spin zone
just in all time i don't really know what's going on here you know they have a bad track record with me
in my relationship.
Why do you think that is?
It's not your fault at all?
Okay.
And then when we find out more later.
Yeah.
Why are you?
But let's get to Michaela and her sisters.
Michaela again has seemed to find her voice this season.
She's speaking up more.
She's doing a nice job.
And I didn't get the costumes.
I mean,
I get them.
But she's like,
these are the greatest costumes I've ever seen.
They both were,
aren't they?
After the Halloween party,
I gently started scrolling a little bit because I was like,
oh, yeah, let's see what's going to happen.
And I didn't really see anybody.
Then I saw Michaela and I'm like, oh, it's just Michaela with her sisters.
Let's see how this goes.
I genuinely thought that Whitney was in the room.
When she said my sister's dressed as Whitney, I started laughing.
I'm like, oh, look at Whitney, just like taking ownership of her own shit from the last year.
It's not Whitney.
Oh, okay.
Kind of funny.
So maybe it was better than I thought.
I don't know.
But Michaela's starting to feel bad for how she handled the other night with Whitney.
and with Miranda and

Experienced in IMAX.
You came back.
Like I said,
we got a new Michaela this year,
and she's not taking shit anymore.
I mean, she's standing up for herself.
And a big part of that, as we know,
she's had a very traumatic upbringing.
she was the victim of sexual abuse that she talks about later and all of her past traumas she's
kind of buried and those actually result in things that mimic autoimmune diseases rashes
things of that nature so it's nice to see her kind of find her voice and try to navigate
through this whole thing how to how to validate other people's feelings she's like I don't
know how to do that so it's a very introspective moment with her and her sisters and I just think
you know again it's nice to see her kind of come into her own a little bit yeah she really has
she's she's kind of taken on the role of we've said before as the voice of reason for sure
but it's also kind of interesting to watch her because i do think she is so genuine which is
so odd for this show because no one else is and watching her and her confessionals kind
of grapple with what's going on around her in different situations that she's involved and
you can actually see sometimes she feels a little bit bad for the role that she's been playing
and she's been pretty critical of people like whitney she's been critical of miranda coming into
the group but to see her you know come back to earth start to
think about it a little bit more she's changed her tune a little bit there's nothing influencing
that aside from her own thoughts which is interesting to watch and watching her try to get perspective
on the whole thing is cool i like that she's she's by far she's she's number one because i just
i never questioned the authenticity when it comes to michaela that's a good way to put it but let's get
back to zach and jen see where these two rascals are at and they're going over the jessie
and demi thing you know i think they took a jab i'm not sure what the intentions
were. And Zach's piss
because he's like, I sat down with them, had a good
conversation. I thought we were on the same
page. Four days later, they pull this shit.
And he's like, it's different if the boys call
me and ask,
I guess.
Or if the girls asked
Jen, and that's where it comes out.
And this, again,
we have a lot of question marks because now Jen's
like, well, I heard them bring
it up, but I thought it was a joke.
But then we get the scene of it.
And they just tell her they're going to come
down dressed as chippendales guys i don't know if she went as far to say they're going to come down
and give you a lap dance or if it was just the costume probably not um i don't know i'm not
even really going to put too much thought into this because if it is jen trying to lie and spin it
somewhere it's completely just unnecessary to do that like just see it for what it is interesting
enough, the way that things
have played out, it's now
putting Zach back in the driver's seat.
Now he can say
exactly what he just said.
We sat down, we had a good conversation.
The four of us sat down. We had a good conversation.
It seems like we cleared the air.
And they're going to pull this right afterwards. That's kind of
fucking shitty timing. If you really
want to get off on the right foot, this isn't how you do it.
And I mean,
everybody's going to agree with that. Regardless
of how you feel about Zach, it's like, yeah,
if we're supposed to take this for what it is,
that's kind of fucked up that they did that to you it's not not right so you are back at the
driver's seat you can now control your own destiny which is crazy that it only took you like an
episode or two to get through this i know and what it ends up doing and i'm not sure how the
conversation devolves but jen brings it back to his frustrations after the whole event and what
i've surmised from this is she's trying to say that it was similar to the chippendale's night in
Vegas. He's maintaining. I was frustrated, but I was pointing that to me and at Jesse.
It wasn't directed at you. She keeps trying to spin it to. Yes, it was. Obviously, we didn't
have cameras there, but it gets to the point that Zach's like, I'm not doing this. I'm not going to
sit here and let you spin this on me again. He kept saying again. And that's where I started a question.
I'm like, well, the first one wasn't spun on you. The first one was you. So if you're trying to say
that that was spun and now you're trying to say this is spun. It's a little quick for him to start
talking like that you know what i mean
spiraling then yeah you know people start to forget what actually happens
you can start putting that here and there planting those seeds all over the place
right now right now right now it's tough for you to try that out i think that was like a little
trial run let me just throw this out there and see if it sticks maybe i got jim back on my side
just no no that that's a little mask clip we know what you're doing you're waiting for the right
spot you tried to test this out right away it didn't work you're going to pull back a little bit
give it another couple of weeks and then see where you are if it keeps going this way
you will be able to pull that off pretty easily i think yeah i mean i think that's a good way to put
it he was he was testing the waters here like am i back my back no not yet soon yeah not yet
i'm not going to say anything she's not my favorite person but you know that's nice i actually
i kind of like whitney i kind of like whitney again i'm back i don't i'm not falling for it i'm not
falling for it i'm not falling for it i'm i'm back on the whitney train the way this episode ends
it's so fucking funny that's true but like here's the thing it's like we had a lot to say
about whitney we had a lot to say about connor last year when we were doing the season uh for season
one connor's kind of out like he maybe i want to be on the show maybe whitney didn't want
him on the show i'm not really sure what happens but all we see is now him just being a supportive
husband it's like okay maybe he's all right it seems like their marriage is good that begs the
question what's going on
oh sure yeah
what was going on in tinder in hawaii
you know yeah right
right
we've heard it could have been a couple
of different apps we didn't say that
that's what the rumors
we heard yes we read there
we were just doing a reading
we were researching guys
yeah so you can go ahead and do your own
research but yeah there's a lot of speculation
on that one but my question
to you not to be mean here
but was this a fixer baby hey everything's fucked up let's have another baby yeah yeah probably
honestly i'm trying to think of like because i had to re-remember what happened last season yeah
where they were last season and all the things going on probably for sure that's kind of the vibe
i got that's still a beautiful thing congratulations guys but jesse leila demi tfp macaela and miranda
they all go to the fair i guess it looks fair days yeah it's still octobering it's still october
So I'm assuming it's some sort of like, yeah, a little hayride.
I guess it's November, the Halloween bar.
So I don't know if it was on Halloween, the party.
You know what I mean?
What's the one near Lynnville Orchards?
Have you been there?
Yeah, Lynn Villa.
That place rocks.
Linvilla, thank you.
That place is awesome.
Great, great spot.
Good wine tasting out there too.
Oh, thanks, dude.
Can't do that.
Get a little tipsy and get on a hayride.
We talked, why did we talk about hayrides last week?
We were talking about hayrides and, uh, haunted house.
It was this show.
We were talking about the haunted house.
Yeah,
yeah.
Yep.
And that leads the haunted hayrise.
Like those.
Yeah.
October is underrated.
Such a great mom.
Yeah.
Football.
Halloween.
Fall weather.
I love a good light jacket, you know.
Yeah.
Where were we?
Yeah.
Miranda.
They're all sitting around talking.
And you can tell Miranda's starting to work away back in.
And I don't think it's very hard.
hard because of her temperament like she doesn't seem very combative she just wants to kind of be there
so she's kind of sliding back into her role and their big hang up isn't even about Miranda so
much they're like let's talk about your friendship with Jen because we're starting to get a little
uh little wary of her what's going on between you two and she's like oh well you know our friendship
came from us hanging out you don't say that's who knew that's how I did it's interesting too
because I feel like Miranda's right now in this group and she's taking very cautious steps when it comes to being friends with them.
She's moving carefully, which you know, you have to commend her for because it's good foresight.
But in this moment and when she goes to her confessional and explains why she's becoming friends with Jen because she's watching the marriage.
She understands how she's being scrutinized by the rest of the group because of the marriage.
She's like, this is where I was.
If she said that in this group setting, that would jump start and it did end up jump starting a conversation about.
Jen anyway but it would really jump start a conversation and Miranda would be part of it.
Instead it just shows her being nice like yeah you know Jen and I are friends we're just hanging
out just talking about things we've got a lot of similarities there's a lot of things going on
nothing to read into here all right cool we're gonna go talk about Jen and trash your marriage
but you're not really part of this she didn't really she's not doing the here's a whole group
I'm gonna say what they want me to say so that I can be friends with them she's just slowly doing
things like with Whitney now she's doing it with Jen she's going to repair things with
TFP she's making the right moves right now I don't know if it's going to last I don't
know if she has it in her but you got to see what she's doing yeah yeah watching it from
our yeah watching it from our perspective you can see what she's doing and you got to appreciate
him she's moving well and she's seeing the odd man out every time and going to that person
and saying what's up need a friend I'll be your friend she's building a team
that's what she's doing she is she's the Nick Fury she's the Nick Fury she's the
Nick Fury of, uh, of slama, yeah, not the Nick Fury of Jesus.
Yep.
But they keep talking about the Jen stuff and that she's feeling unsupported.
Miranda's like, you know, she feels unsupported from you guys.
And every time she brings something up, she, she knows what your reactions are going to be.
Credit here to Jesse.
He was like, well, yeah, because every time she does bring something up, it's either a lie.
Or it's something Zach doesn't know about and it gets her in trouble.
unfortunately the evidence they're stacked against it's like yeah that's kind of true uh shit so you can tell
the group's kind of turning on jet and if this is the theme every season is that one person kind of
get shunned from mom talk i'm i'm down i'm cool with that i'm okay with it um i don't i don't like
gangups but no i like gang up usually gang ups happen when everybody just starts piling on
instead it's this is like we're in the stage of realization jen saying these things but now she's
pitting us to be the villains she's talking about how we talk about her marriage but she's the one
who was talking about it do are there more questions that we should be asking should we be pushing
her out maybe she doesn't want to be part of this like there's questions that are popping up
it's not the old-fashioned pile on it's more just inner discussions and it's very interesting
because that's how this show works that's how mom talk works there's a core group that talks about
everybody else that's kind of floating around the outside and that's usually how it works you can
move in and out but there's a core group that's always a core group but it does not discriminate
on who can get kicked out of no yeah somebody could pop up or who we're going to fucking gossip about
like if there's information that's brought to the group no matter who it is they're going to talk
about it yeah which is it's nice i mean it's not but it is equal opportunity yeah there you go but
You're a little bit of a guilty conscience, though, just ever so slightly because Jesse brings up the fact that when they were at Zach and Jen's, there's this disconnect that we are trying to get to between Zach and Jen.
And all of a sudden, she brings up the villa.
I'm like, oh, why are you talking about it now?
You would think if you maybe let this one lie, maybe we wouldn't discuss it.
You feel a little guilty?
You're looking for some vindication from your friends?
She's trying to get ahead of it.
trying to get ahead of it.
Some of you guys were there.
I don't think Layla's going to speak up,
but you guys got me back.
Nothing happens, right?
And Michaela does.
There were cameras.
We saw things, but yeah, sure.
Michaela's rationalization was so funny.
She's like, look, were she flirty?
Yeah, super flirty.
But I don't know her marriage, so she's cool.
I'm like, that's one way to look at it, I guess.
Yeah, I guess.
Confirming that something happened,
but also not confirming and saying,
that's just how they are.
It's like, okay.
Yeah, sure.
It was Italy.
Come on.
It's Italy.
Come on.
At the villa.
Don't be weird.
What is Castello, Rosado, or whatever?
I didn't like the name of it this time.
But TFP and Miranda split off to go have a conversation.
And the big thing that Taylor needs to get to the bottom of,
and it's kind of been her intention since Miranda came back into the group,
or attempting to come back into the group that she wants to make.
sure that she's not lying about the swinging stuff about the details in the swinging stuff
Miranda maintains it was only smooching nothing else happened just since why would it make a big deal
about smooching and play and spin the bottle come on we don't know that's the whole point that's
why it doesn't make sense you it just doesn't maybe this whole conversation was just bonkers
i know we talked about it in the first episode a little bit well our second episode recap of this but
when we finally get there and the course of action of this whole conversation made no sense to me
it was just it doesn't matter we got where we needed to go exactly it was just taylor 10 toes down
are you going to tell the truth like we're going to go truth for truth here but actually you're
the only one playing i'm just here listening you better tell the truth and i think it finally
clicked for miranda like fine i'll say what happened and when she goes through all of this
they were having sex with their own partners in the shower.
And then she confirms it.
Yeah, exactly.
I think that Miranda really just realized once Miranda led her there, you just can't get out of it.
Like you want to get back in the mom talk this bad, you got a cop to this.
And this is what you have to do.
This is the first time that we've actually had concrete, like full context of what actually
happens.
And it's the weirdest shit I've ever heard.
It's bizarre.
It is bizarre.
And it's sort of the thing.
I wrote it down.
I wrote it down.
I would say this is swinging.
I would say it's not like they didn't have sex with each other's partners.
Look, there's no penetration.
Yeah, it's a fucking Mormon thing.
But they point in the shower, all of them together in the shower, point their own partner.
They point in bed, this is the weirdest one.
They point in bed next to each other, blindfolded, while smooching.
I think the blindfold was something else.
That was a separate thing.
This was the third.
It was point in the third was we blindfolded each other and you had to guess whose husband it was.
Oh, okay.
In my head they, so it's point in bed next to each other, comma, blindfolded kisses.
Okay.
I thought they were poikin in bed whilst blindfolded and just try to make out.
I was like that.
Yeah, that would be.
That sounds crazy.
Yeah.
No.
I mean, it's not, it's already crazy.
I mean, it's nuts.
I just, that would be a whole different level.
But the last thing they did was it was, it was.
them with like three of the dudes and they told them to go put on little shorts and they were
drunk and they did and then they made out with each other and that's where you get Miranda confirmed
and she goes Taylor's not wrong. I'm like, okay. And confirms everything that happened, right?
Everything gets confirmed. So we finally got an explanation. We finally know what happened. She
finally got a season and a half. But we got there. And mom talked. He finally got there. Yep, sure did.
And it's going to thrive.
Yeah, we're past surviving.
Mom talk is thriving.
But while they're doing this whole thing,
the other ladies are talking about Miranda.
And this is so funny.
This is why I love this group.
They're like,
she's cool.
She's back.
But you know what?
Fuck Jen.
Like that.
The shift in focus is so funny because they do it collectively.
They all agree.
They have like a couple of conversations here and there.
If one of them,
openly says yeah that one's fine everybody thinks they're fine once we shift focus to somebody
else and ripping them down we're all going after her we're all going to keep a keen eye on
what's going on with jenn and zach over there we're going to look for the inconsistencies we're
going to talk about her lies and then we're going to bring it to her attention and we're going to
rip her down and then at some point in the next couple of episodes jenn'll be fine everybody's
going to agree and we're going to go after somebody else probably to me probably jesse i don't
know who but it's it's so funny like the cycle of events is great well if you go against the
the group then you get kicked out so if everyone's like fuck them they're like yeah i agree
it just keeps you in the core group with mom top please look in my closet yeah
hungry now now what about now whenever it hits you where it hits you wear
wherever you are.

but tfp and miranda are getting further into why they both felt wronged by this whole thing you know miranda
wishes that she had copped to it sooner but obviously she was concerned about her reputation but it feels
bad for leaving tfp out to dry meanwhile tfp she feels bad because obviously there was a lot
for miranda to have to deal with and she didn't take that into account so she feels bad and they
both missed their friendship and they're apprehensive to get it started again but they want to get
started again and we talk about Chase a little bit and now this whole thing was just too much to
handle and I couldn't try to fix that while also maintaining our friendship Taylor and they both
just agree that we were bad friends and let's let it go. Yeah, love it. Full resolution and honestly
it's pretty balanced when you think about it because Taylor out of the whole thing. She didn't ask
Miranda if she was cool to go ahead and talk about this on TikTok. She did and then Miranda immediately
gets fingered as the person who was involved
and she has to go try to fix
her marriage. What? You didn't like that?
Not for the context in which
we're speaking. Yeah, no, that's fair. Whatever.
But either way, she gets
accused as the person who was involved
and she has to try to defend.
She's playing defense and she didn't agree to doing any
of this and vice versa. Once Taylor
did that, she needed friends. She needed help.
She now had her ex. Then she's on
her own. She's got to figure it out. Her family fucking sucks.
And she needs Miranda.
Miranda's not there because she feels betrayed.
So it just kind of goes back and forth.
So it's nice to see the two of them come back together.
I agree.
And I will also say you haven't really seen TFP.
This seems to be the most genuine friendship,
at least the way they talk to each other that I've seen.
Like you can tell they're actually pretty tight.
So it'll be interesting to see if these two are fully linked back up
because I think it's a dangerous duo in a lot of good, like in a positive way.
So I'm curious if it will be interesting to see if Miranda now that she's back.
in Taylor's Good Graces will drop somebody like Whitney, drop somebody like Jen, like
at the drop of the hat, just see you later. I'm done. I'm good. I'm in Taylor's Good Graces. I'm,
I am so back, so back. I'm curious. Very, very curious. But we get a very, very difficult scene
in which Michaela is talking about her sexual abuse with a sexual trauma specialist. And it's just one
of those things, I'm not going to speak on it too much, but it's one of those moments where you want
to commend the person going through it for being strong enough to share their story for Michaela
to go on TV and speak about her experience and also show people what she's doing to try to get
through it, some of the exercises and where she's at with the whole thing, takes tremendous
strength. So I think that everyone tip your cap to Michaela for being strong enough to do this because
it is powerful. And I'm sure it resonates with a lot of people out there. So those are the scenes we
like the highlight because it's it's not easy to do and she did a good job she did a great job
but honestly if you go back to season one and obviously we talked about how michaela was a little
timid to get involved in a lot of things you know her confessionals were a little laid back
but once she started going into her story last year and she didn't really go into the details
she didn't share a whole lot but she did talk about a couple of different things i'm sure people
online just started speculating and talking about it and it was probably a big focal point during all
that this is the way to control your own narrative this is the way to do it and the fact that she
had the courage to do that is insane so good for her yep that's off to michaela well done but
let's finish this bad boy up because we get whitney tfp and macy macy and taylor head over to
whitneys to congratulate her and to meet the baby they gave her some baby stuff and
Taylor 2.0 because in her confession she's like yeah i i don't have any issues with whitney
i don't really care anymore like i'm over that whole thing yeah roe
growth it's funny to be about the whole Whitney situation because what did like yeah she
stirred the pot a bunch last year but like everybody's stirring the pot now at this point you look
at you look at Jesse and to me they're stirring the pot Jen's been stirring the pot since day
one they're just picking up on it now everybody's pretty much stirring the pot except for I would
say Taylor Taylor's just blunt she just goes right at you yeah but when it comes to Whitney at
the end they all got pissed off because she left the group and they're like well you're
done you left the group chat you're out of here
Now it's like, who fucking cares?
Everybody's doing the same thing.
Agreed.
I think a bigger part of it was that Whitney was the self-proclaimed queen of mom talk.
And she was wheeling and dealing behind the scene.
She was talking shit about certain people.
She was not inviting certain.
Like, she was very clicky with the click.
Yeah.
I think that rubbed a lot of people the wrong way.
I'm not, I'm not team Whitney still.
But, you know, I always give people a second chance.
The end of this is why I want to be.
team Whitney because it is so funny it was very funny it was very funny you know what guys
i think i want to come back to mom talk i think i want to be back in mom talking that's like i had
my baby i feel great we're getting through everything i'm healthy my baby's healthy seems like
her marriage is good she misses the girls get the energy come on she misses the ladies she
misses the back and forth she misses them talking shit about everything everything they
cover stuff we've already talked about but in the well the crux of the whole thing was
finding out about what happened to the Halloween party and Whitney was like damn I wish I was
there to see that I got to get back at mom's like well you were about to have your baby probably
in like a day or two so that's why you weren't there you probably would have gone honestly
but yeah you know what go on back yeah come on back I that's my thing just because I'm not
necessarily team Whitney bring her back into the fold I never like anybody out on the outskirts
even if people don't like them.
We need everyone together.
It creates the best show.
Keep the cast together.
Agreed.
But the episode ends with Jen feeling really isolated.
And if people have watched ahead, you do know that.
I don't know if you know this.
So a spoiler alert.
But Jen is, I think it's next episode.
No, they show you.
They show you at the end of this episode.
Was it this episode that said it?
Yeah, they show you at the end of this episode that she's pregnant.
Yeah.
No, not that part.
Oh.
okay yeah she ends up leaving the show early uh for mental health oh i did know that yeah so but in this
scene because i don't want to vilify her entirely because there is something that's becoming more
and more evident is that she's not doing very well like personally and i don't want to i never like
to drag people that are going through serious shit but you can tell in this scene because she takes
that pregnancy test and before even seeing the result starts crying because her immediate feelings are
depression anxiety fear like all of these like really tough feelings and i think that this was
you know betwixt all the bullshit between zach and jenn betwixt all of the negativity and all
the rumors and the shit talking seeing them lean on each other here with their family around and
they find out that she's pregnant and it was like a moment of like a holy shit moment like damn
but they're still together there like that for me for whatever reason i was like you know what
that ending of that scene was kind of comforting in a way where it's like all right i might not like
these two people but at least in this moment of of anxiety and fear like he's got her and she's got
him like that's that's that's what i took from exactly plus she did have a great trip to italy
in the summer so it's all out a baby moon why not yeah there you go but yeah i'm uh i love this show
I can't say it on the way.
It's just it's so good and there's just always something happening.
Like there's not,
we've had a couple scenes this episode where you could get away with scrolling ever so
briefly,
but not not so much because it wasn't entertaining.
It was just like,
oh,
this is kind of a breather before we get into some more shit.
There's just so many different things going on with so many different people.
So if you take your eye off the ball for a scene,
you're not going to have any idea what's going on.
And everyone brings it every scene.
They're all trying to do the most.
and it's it just works man it's a great great tv show but uh i am just a hollow shell at this
yeah yeah i i'm a seepy tired boy but uh that was fun and i can't wait to do episodes four
and five and we will knock this season out we got to do it soon we're gonna do this we're gonna
we got this and we'll drop all these episodes so i think i saw somebody say they're waiting for us
to have the recaps out
before they watch the show,
which is so nice. Yeah, I know.
So now we have like
even more drive to get this done.
I want them to wait too long.
Hell yeah.
That's all I got. You got anything else?
Nope.
That's our show, bros.
Get to go.
