Bros & Shows - Scouting Scottish Graveyards For Dead Friendships (RHOA Full Recap S17E15)

Episode Date: July 23, 2026

What's up bros? It seems Shamea's comments toward Porsha have somehow created such a stir in the group that now Porsha is able to act like her and Shamea were going to be friends again before that com...ment? Very bizarre situation but even more bizarre that no one is calling her out. Are we getting so close to the end of the season that everyone's pretty much checking out? Seems to be that but either way it's still weird to see Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Starting point is 00:00:00 I'll be honest with you. I kind of respect Shimiya's delusion at this point. There's something somewhat endearing about the complete inability to take accountability for your role in everything. I was going to say I kind of respect the fact that she still showed up to the club because she could have easily just played victim and stayed home and said that everybody ruined her trip. But she showed up at the club and she sung her song that, you know, it's a hit somewhere. As there's a drive in a deep left field by Castellanos. man it's eight o'clock and so that'll make it a I don't need the spotlight I shine
Starting point is 00:00:39 just fine Hi, I'm karma and yes I am a bitch Brov Bros Good evening everybody welcome back to another episode of Brov Bros, your favorite podcast from the Bros for everybody for whoever wants to listen I'm your co-host Steel Russell joined
Starting point is 00:00:55 as always by the one and only Shooter Magoutar What's up dude This season has turned to round in a very good way. This is a very enjoyable show now. And I don't know if it's just because we finally got the Shemia Portia standoff or going to Scotland or everybody seemingly getting along aside from Porsche and Shemia.
Starting point is 00:01:18 I don't know what it is. I can't quite put my finger on it, but it's enjoyable. And that is a big uptick from where this season could have gone. I mean, if you go back and you time travel to like episode five or six when we were covering this, we were looking at all the potential downfalls. we saw some more downfalls and then it just kind of rose from the ashes so I'm going to give it some credit.
Starting point is 00:01:37 Yeah, I think it turned into a great season. It's very entertaining. I think you can chuck a lot of it up to we didn't get bogged down. Like the other ladies in the cast did not make Shemia and Portia the center of their lives. And I think by them acknowledging
Starting point is 00:01:54 that like it's time to move on from this thing and kind of making jokes about it, they resonated with the, audience because if they're saying that, Pinky's like, Jesus, we're still doing this fade or Porsche versus Shemia's shit. Like, let's move on. I'm like, you guys, okay, you get it. You get what we
Starting point is 00:02:12 get. Like, that's all I need it. So I think that had a lot to do with it. But again, I think it's just a very good cast. I think there's a lot of very interesting and enjoyable people on this cast. And at the end of the day, they just needed space to be that.
Starting point is 00:02:28 Not getting bogged down by the bullshit, allowing to just be themselves. without centering it around some bullshit drama, boom, you have a great show. Like it didn't take that much. It just let the ladies do what they do. Yeah, it didn't take that much. You had a couple of cast members that were kind of hanging around. Kay Michelle, Kelly, Pinky at one point, you know, she could have gone either way,
Starting point is 00:02:47 but we always wanted her to rise back up. She's done a great job. She has really found her role in this group. But Kelly, I'm going to give some claps for Kelly. She's not getting involved. If this was episode one or two and Shimea was at it with Porsche, or at it with anybody at the table. Kelly would be echoing whatever Shemaya was saying.
Starting point is 00:03:04 She's not even doing that. Like, yeah, she's still sticking by her. She's echoing in the car with Shibu. Yeah, but that's a friend. You know what I mean? Like she found that little, I don't want to call it like a gray area, but she found that good zone,
Starting point is 00:03:17 at least for reality TV, where yes, she can still be a good friend to Shemia. She can still sit there, be the shoulder to cry on whatever you want to say. But when it gets back to the group, what Kelly was doing that was really pissing us off, was just kind of like yapping.
Starting point is 00:03:29 She was just yapping at everybody. else while Shamea was talking. It's like, all right, Kelly, you have no, you have nothing to do with this. You really don't. You haven't been here long enough to really understand how big of it, like a deep rooted issue. This is Shimea and Porsche have been friends for years. Like, she just isn't really interjection. She was like Flav of Flav. She was like the height of like. Yeah. And I think, and that gives me a lot of hope, honestly, because I think she was the last domino to fall in terms of what the future looks like with this cast. Now that she has realized, I can just have fun. Like, it sounds like she has a lot going on in her life, obviously, with her kids,
Starting point is 00:04:00 with her ex, with money and all of those things that come with it. She found a role where she can just have fun. And I feel like she's goofy enough and fun enough where everybody's going to laugh with her while she's doing it, including the audience. And that's good enough, honestly. You can stay on the show for years just doing that and being an enjoyable person. Eventually somebody's going to start poking holes in it and asking where your storyline is. But I think she does have storylines too.
Starting point is 00:04:24 Like that's enough. I feel like she wanted to do too much. And we used to say that she always wanted to be iconic. She always wanted to have that iconic line when she got to her confessionals or when she was talking to the rest of the women. She did away with all of that. And now she realizes like, whoa, I could just have a good time with these women and be friends with everybody and also still have Shmiya's back. But I don't have to stand up for her. That's a good role to be in.
Starting point is 00:04:46 I agree. And I think that that's definitely the most improved player award without a doubt. And yeah, I think once she got away from, I can even chalk a lot of it up to she was going through some legit. shit. Like, yeah, I'm not going to take away from that. So I'll chalk it up to the fact that she was going through all of that and trying to seem unbothered and maybe trying to do too much on the camera to make up for the fact that she was going through so much.
Starting point is 00:05:11 But I agree. Like this role that she's found herself in of just having fun going out and partying with the ladies, being able to talk to Shemia, but not letting that take over her entire personality. Because in the beginning of the season, all of Shemia's shit was Kelly's shit, but not in the way of a supportive friend. It's like, well, I'm jumping headfirst into this, too, to the point that Shemia is yelling at dinner and I'm just going to be on the side. And then when Shemia finally stops, I'm going to say that Porsche fucked every Nigerian
Starting point is 00:05:41 in Atlanta. Why? Where's that coming from? So I agree. Yeah. She never had it. That's what it was. I think that's the way to simplify it.
Starting point is 00:05:50 She just never added anything. And then when she starts getting into her storyline, it's like, wait, you've got things going on that are interesting. And I'm not telling you to open up. up about everything. But she did go through about a three or four episode stretch where she opened up about everything. She sat with a financial planner. And we gave her props for it. It is actually that simple sometimes. It really is. And I think that also goes to show you when the show itself is pretty good and everybody else is enjoyable. And this is a really big cast in terms of what housewife shows are.
Starting point is 00:06:19 This cast is good and enjoyable. And there's a weak link. Obviously, she me is a different, she's in a different box. We're put people in boxes now. I don't know. We're doing that either do bro move. Yeah, we're putting people a box. We're du broing them. It's it. Yeah, we're going to get in trouble for even like trying to tagline it as a dude bro.
Starting point is 00:06:37 That's true. Hey, I didn't, I didn't okay that. There's no HD on that. But either way, we put DH for dickhead. Nice. There you go. But yeah, for Kelly, I mean, we probably wouldn't have tolerated a lot of the shit. And even when she was trying to come back, we probably would have given it a side eye.
Starting point is 00:06:53 We were welcoming it. We were happy with it. So I think that just goes to show for anybody who has doubts about the or what the future looks like. You can listen to us. We're usually pretty good at telling where these things are going to go. Now, yes, we can get bogged down by things because there are people on this cast that love to live in that.
Starting point is 00:07:10 But I don't think we're going to because there's enough people on this cast that will pull us out from the depths of hell. I agree. And I think that that's where we've gotten to. We've gotten to that point. Like I just said, I just said this. We're allowing them to just be. And they are one of the best casts on TV when they're allowed to just be themselves,
Starting point is 00:07:28 because they are so entertaining and they are good at what they do. So we're in a good spot, makes me happy. And we stand by our whole season. We stand by saying at that one point that, oh, it's looking a little rocky and they cleaned up a lot of the stuff that we were concerned about.
Starting point is 00:07:44 So bravo, ladies, but let's jump into this episode. And it picks up at the end of club night and you still got Kelly and Chamee in the car. And yeah, we've talked about it already. But this is what you want to see from
Starting point is 00:07:58 Kelly, she is being the supportive friends. You are there for Shimea. It does make sense to me that you left with her. Like that all tracks. And so you're sitting in the car trying to get yourselves together. Let's go back in. Let's go into the club and have some fun. I'm down for that too.
Starting point is 00:08:12 Awesome. Yep. Get back to the group. Don't let them keep you down. Great. Even if they go and everybody leaves. Because what this does, we talk about this kind of shit all the time. If you want to play this as a move.
Starting point is 00:08:24 Because you went back in, Shamiya, and because they all left, now you've got some ammo. But hey, I tried. I walked back in. You guys all ditched me. So clearly you don't want to be around me. Boom. She somehow like she built a leg to stand on because now you can flip it very easily.
Starting point is 00:08:41 I personally, I mean, obviously a lot of this episode were talking about what Chamea was saying. The Pilar comments, they're weird. There's a nuance in there. And it gets explained to us about seven different times by people in confessionals. We personally just say leave the kids out of it. That one I'm putting aside, I have no problem with her. talking about Porsche's mom. I mean, they,
Starting point is 00:08:59 they know each other's mothers. If they want to go back and forth, they started on the mom shit last year. Yeah, I know. I don't care. What the fuck does that matter to me? So I don't think that that's so low. It's so dirty that we can't talk about it.
Starting point is 00:09:12 And if Shamea feels like, all right, you know what? I got my breather. I'm going to go back in. That's the first time I think this season and maybe even last season that I've been like, hell yeah, good.
Starting point is 00:09:20 Go back in. If you go home right now, you're proving all of us, right? We've been talking a lot of shit about you for two years now. if you go home right now, you're playing victim, they get to stay up on a different level, and they're looking down at you like,
Starting point is 00:09:33 oh, there we go. She may is playing victim again. She's going to ruin the whole Scotland trip. I know what to expect next night and the night after that, but instead you turn the tables. You go back in. Once you go in and you're smiling,
Starting point is 00:09:44 then it turns into a, can you believe that she's able to have a good time after what she said? Who gives a fuck? Like, enough about all this. I love it when it's like, Shamea's not here. We can all make fun of her.
Starting point is 00:09:56 like can you believe that she said that stuff? And then when she walks in, it's like, wow, the gall of her to walk back into the club. And then there, and then you've got Kay Michelle who's emceeing the whole party, which was fucking hilarious. So great. We've got Kay Michelle emceeing. And she's like, and we're going to pass the, uh, the mic to another musical star on this cast, because that's what this cast is turning into. Who wants a shot at music?
Starting point is 00:10:17 And I thought we were just going to go karaoke night. Nope. We have all of their songs individually lined up. Drew's Kay Michelle sung first. Then we go into Drew. then Shameo walks in and we're going to do Shemias. Oh, we've got Porsche. No, it was Porsche after Shamiya.
Starting point is 00:10:32 No, I know. I just met Porsche. Yeah. I forget that she has a song. I was expecting fucking Sheena Shay to pop up. And now we've got good as gold by Shed as gold by the punk remix. Oh, God. I saw an article the other day.
Starting point is 00:10:47 It's like, Shee de Shea Shay is rebranding her music to go more punk. Okay. And not. Great. Sure. whatever. Go do it somewhere else. Um, but yeah, all she's going to do is rebrand every couple of years with good as gold.
Starting point is 00:11:00 It's good as gold as an opera. Good as gold R and B. Good as gold. It's all it is. That's all it's all ever going to be. But I like this move. I mean, this is the first time that I've ever actually respected a move by Shameda to just walk back in there. And I don't even think of, I don't think she really thought it through.
Starting point is 00:11:16 I think the conversation with Kelly was just, hey, all right, like you got your breather. Do you feel a little bit better? Let's just go in. We can stay away from them. Good. Yeah. Cool. let's go in. I think when Kay
Starting point is 00:11:26 calls out Shimea and says we're going to sing your song, why don't you come up and sing, then it becomes a whole different animal. Because if Shemia and Kelly just walked in and just kind of stayed by themselves, none of this really would have gone down. And if it did, it would have been really, really weak for Portia and company to then leave. But because Portia left when Shemia goes on stage to go sing, it's funny. It turns the tables a little bit differently. And now if you're Shemia,
Starting point is 00:11:51 you know, not really Kelly, but if you're Shemia, you can look at them and be like, what the fuck? They're leaving, really. I just sat outside, got a breather I came in. You can't even stay here when you say that I'm the vicar, I'm the one who's aggressing all of this. No, it's just, it's a lame move by everybody to leave. I agree.
Starting point is 00:12:07 Like that was, again, like I said, unintentional, but now Shemia has a leg to stand on. Like you said, you have somehow found your way to a leg. And now you can take this back to the ladies because as people are filing out, you know, you get Pinky, uh, who I love this line so much. She's like, I'm tired of this Porsche Shimea debacle. Let's pack this thing up.
Starting point is 00:12:27 I'm like, fuck, yeah. You're totally right. But as everyone's filing out, you know, you've got Shamiya Pinky, Kelly and K. Michelle. And she me is now like, well, I came back. Everyone's scattered and like, no, no, like they were leaving. It's like, well, they left on my song. Everyone's saying their songs gets to my song.
Starting point is 00:12:44 Everybody leaves. Biggie's like, the night was already ruined. So the night was already ruined. It's not you. I like the dude off of that stance. So you know what? we really weren't expecting anything. Whatever you're going to do here.
Starting point is 00:12:58 People were upset. People are going to leave. It's not that big of it. You didn't do anything per se. Yeah, maybe you started it, but whatever. It's just kind of your face. You're just being here. But hey, the night fucking, it sucked anyway.
Starting point is 00:13:10 But let's get to the next morning. And we're having a little split group, which I think is good. I think we need a little split group action here to try to reel some people in, try to get people back in the right direction, pretty much to get Shamiya on some. kind of track. But Fager's taken a bunch of people to the Great Friar Cemetery. I would love to go on something like this. This is like super interesting to me.
Starting point is 00:13:31 But you got Cynthia, Kelly, Shemia, Thadra. That's who she's taking with her. And was there anybody else there? No, Pinky goes to the other group. Yeah. But anyway, while they're doing their thing,
Starting point is 00:13:45 Portia calls her sister, Lauren. And this is the setup of the whole episode pretty much is did Shemia go too far with the mom line? And you could say, yes, but as they're talking everything through, it gets more confusing to me because, look, the mom thing was fucked up, right? You said that Portia's mom tried to have sex with Shemia's dad.
Starting point is 00:14:10 So yeah, you threw some dirty stones there. But at the same time, as they talk about it more, then I get confused because Portia says that Shemia said to somebody else, that she's using Pilar for clout. I was like, oh, what do you mean? Go on. She's like, well, she said, I still have a relationship with Dennis,
Starting point is 00:14:29 show I can hang with Pilar. To me, that says, I don't want my relationship with Pilar to suffer because I've known her for a long time, because I'm not friends with Portia. That doesn't sound like clout chasing via children to me. No, no, it really doesn't to me either. I understand.
Starting point is 00:14:51 if you want to take the stance of we're not friends, I don't think that you should be around my children. Like, if it goes that, that I get. If it's just the surface level bullshit that housewives usually go through, I don't care that much. This seems very deep rooted. So if Portia has the feeling of I don't want my daughter around her, that's fine.
Starting point is 00:15:14 Like, I get that part of it. But the cloud chasing didn't really make any sense to me. And also, I just got hung up on the fact that Dennis is there. He was fucking, what? Him and Gerald are just friends. Even Jared are boys, I guess. I guess. And that's what it is.
Starting point is 00:15:26 But it is, it just gets a little bit weird when you really think into it because then it's all right. Dennis is coming over to hang out with Gerald. But then Shemia has a thought about it. Like, why would Shemia be talking to anyone else saying, oh, it's okay that Portia and I aren't friends because I still get to hang out with her daughter? So it doesn't sound cloud chacey, but it's definitely fucking weird. I'm still classifying it as weird to even be talking about it.
Starting point is 00:15:47 Like, it's okay to feel that way, in my opinion. if you have a connection with Portia's daughter because you've been around her so much. And you're like, oh, well, you know, she's a sweet girl. And I really like having her around, especially around my children because they're all friends. That makes sense. But when you say, I don't really care of Portia and I are friends because I still get to hang out with Polar through Dennis, then it's weird. Like, there's ways to say it that make more sense that it's like, okay, I can kind of chalk that up to like whatever. Your kids are friends.
Starting point is 00:16:13 She's basically like a niece to you. I get all of that. You don't want that to be kind of mystery. That's what she's trying to say. I think that's what. she's trying to say, but I can see Shamiya saying that because the way that she talks, she always has this like cocky attitude about it and then she goes a little too far. So I could actually see Shamiya talking to whoever this is, the third party, saying,
Starting point is 00:16:32 oh, I don't really care Portia and I are friends because I still get to hang out with her daughter. And it's like, why would you say that? That's just fucking weird. It's a very bizarre thing to say. That's just hoping to get back to Portia. So you're poking the bear. And there's nothing she can really do about it because she can't tell Dennis what to do with Filar. So it's just a very weird situation.
Starting point is 00:16:51 And again, I see Shamiya doing that because she does dumb fuck shit like this all the time. Yeah. And look, because we jump back to the cemetery crew and we're talking in the car on the way there. And Kelly's like, why did you leave the club last night to all the ladies? Like, why did you leave Shemia hanging like that? And of course, everyone's like, oh, you know, it was just like time. Cynthia's like, look, I enjoyed Shia's song on the dance floor. And then I was out of there.
Starting point is 00:17:15 Yeah, we're tired. We got to go back to the camera. Castle and sleep. But Shemia apologizes for dinner as this whole thing shakes out. Again, sure, moms should be off limits, right? And the statement that Shemia made is pretty wild. Sure. To me, once moms or family enters into the conversation, like this has been going on for over a
Starting point is 00:17:41 year talking about the moms. Is it low? Yeah. Sure. Is it? never forgive, this is the worst thing anybody's ever said. I didn't think so. The way that everyone in the group is talking about it,
Starting point is 00:17:55 you'd think that it was like the end of everything. Like, oh, God, they were never going to be friends ever again. I'm like, I don't know, man. Like, I guess I don't see why this would be the one impasse. Like, why would this be the one thing that we actually can't get over? Unless what I'm assuming it is, because it was far enough, and I think Porsche is so sick of this shit, we are too. I think Porsche's like, that's it.
Starting point is 00:18:18 I'm just going to use this as the reason that we're not even trying anymore. How dare she say that about my mom? Granted, I know Porsche clapped back. What you said about Shamiya's mom was fucked up too. So again, like, we're playing in the mud now. So should we really hold people to the standard of, holy shit, we can never come back from this when Porsche said some fucked up stuff too. In retaliation, I know. And the whole thing started.
Starting point is 00:18:44 And this is the part that's always lost on Shumia. And this is why it's really hard to take her side. This all started because Shemya went on a podcast and talked about Portia's mom. And then Porsche made that post on her story about Shemia's mom. But Shemia, every time she tells the story, it starts with the post. She brought my mom up in an Instagram post. We all know better. So the lack of her taking any semblance of accountability to at least be like, yeah, I shouldn't have said it on the podcast.
Starting point is 00:19:14 But that started this whole thing. now I'm out for blood fine great go get her I have no problem with that but the the lack of just saying that acknowledging her role in it and she just plays victim so hard all the time even in this moment she's like I said what I said and then she went to hell it's like no you went to hell she responded in turn that's my problem yeah yeah she went to the other layer but I look I I think for Porsche if Porsche wants to go ahead and look at it like All right, we tried. We, like, had some space.
Starting point is 00:19:48 She clearly can't get over. She's still talking about my mom. She's going to bring up my mom in front of everybody. I'm done with her. Fine. Totally fine. That doesn't mean that the rest of the group has to be like, oh, Shemia. Like, I want somebody to just admit, like, I don't really fuck with Shemia.
Starting point is 00:20:02 You know what I mean? Like Angela does it every once in a while. But now you've got symphony or symphony. I always call her symphony. I don't know why I do that. Cynthia. I like that. I like that.
Starting point is 00:20:10 I like symphony. Symphony. Yeah, it's like symphony. It's very musical. I like it. We got to get something like that. I'm a fan of Sinthony Magouter. You know, name my daughter that.
Starting point is 00:20:20 You're taking that. Dude, if you name her, Symphony, I will be so happy. God, that's going to be great. Full circle. But yeah, like, I'm fully fine with that. It's when the rest of the group gets involved. I'm like, okay, your motives are unclear with certain situations.
Starting point is 00:20:35 Yeah. Because the way I look at it, when you're in a group of friends, you kind of, it gets really interpersonal. And you can be like, hey, that was fucked up that you brought this up. Once the person responds. likewise, you just kind of take a step back. They're like, up, this, I'm not part of this. We're done.
Starting point is 00:20:50 That becomes null and void at that point. Like, yes, if the conversation comes back up where you have to kind of rehash everything and you try to hold the one person accountable because they started it, that's totally fine. But the way they're talking about it about the way that Shemia brought up Porsche's mom, it's almost like, we know what Portia said in return. And yes, while Shamea started it, what Porsche said was worse. And maybe it's, you know, likewise, I don't really care.
Starting point is 00:21:14 but once the person returns fire and it's just as bad or worse, it should just be a squash for everybody else involved. Don't go clutching your pearls. Don't get really upset at Shamiya and then go to your confessional and have a lot of questions about it. You can have questions about what she wanted to do, what her end game was here, like why she brought it up in the first place?
Starting point is 00:21:33 Why would this be the setting in which you would start to talk to Porsche about it? Like it just doesn't make any sense. Fine, go ahead and do that. But to look at Shamea and be like, I can't believe that she did that and she ruined the whole night. when Porsche responded. That should just be over. Like any normal person.
Starting point is 00:21:47 Or just let them be Shimea versus Porsche. Completely fine. Yeah. And maybe it's just something that gets lost on me because I'm just a dude. But I don't really understand it. I don't understand how you're going to let two people in a group who have beef and no one else is really involved really weighing it down that much. No, I mean, take a note from Kelly.
Starting point is 00:22:06 The whole group can. Like she's still on Shemia's team. She still goes to Shemia to help her out when she's going through it. she's able to work herself back into the group. We're able to have fun. There's so many moments in this episode where we're having a good time. And people are able to come together. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:21 It's like Shamiya has this scarlet letter now where like you guys know damn well that we are not Shemia fans. No. We've never been Shemia fans. But at the same time, we're able to call out when it's like this does not seem totally fair. Yes, she's doing a lot of dumb shit. No, she's not helping herself in the slightest.
Starting point is 00:22:40 She's making it worse at every turn. But the blind support of Portia makes no sense to me. And Cynthia's like, you know, I thought we moved past us last year. And, you know, she was still on it. I don't trust that. I don't trust her. Okay. Like, yeah, I can see where you're coming from.
Starting point is 00:22:57 But again, you're implying with that statement that Porsche doesn't go back into the vault. And Porsche goes back into the vault all the fucking time. So where are these rules suddenly coming from? that Shemia has crossed them so badly that she can't come back from it. And like, I actually agree with Shemia on the front of like, everyone's gunning for her. And of course, she's defensive. It does seem at every single turn.
Starting point is 00:23:25 She puts herself in that position all the time. Absolutely. But this is the one where I'm just going to look at it differently. It should just be over. It should just let them hash it out. Yeah. Yeah, I agree with you. But Porsche finishes up her conversation with,
Starting point is 00:23:40 Lauren and you know again she's talking about like shimea being the only one that can really rire a lot and then we get this I don't know what this means and if you in the audience know what it means like let us know destiny swapping oh so I looked it up I can tell you I was watching it uh destiny swapping is essentially you're so miserable but one of the people that's close to you is seemingly very fortunate and enjoying their lives and very happy so you're bringing them down in a way to make you happier. It makes sense, actually. I really like the term.
Starting point is 00:24:14 I get it now, yeah. It makes a ton of sense once you kind of like dig into it. But I thought it was really cool when she said it. And sometimes Porsche just makes shit up or sometimes she misuses phrases. This one was correct. I actually really appreciated it. And when I looked it up and like, oh, that is actually pretty spot on. It does seem like that's what she may is doing because look, it has nothing to do
Starting point is 00:24:33 with their friendship being afraid. If they were friends and she, and she may, it was still miserable, she could still Destiny swap with Portia. Well, of course, she's doing things that are a little bit better. But I think the way that she brought it up, I'm like, nah, that actually does make a lot of sense for Shimea because I think she is pretty miserable, at least in this friend group. I don't think she's miserable in life. I think she's got a lot going on. It's just with the show and with the friend group, things aren't working out for her. Everything she does is wrong because she does keep playing victim and she puts herself in these bad positions. And then there's
Starting point is 00:25:01 Portia who we just talked about everybody else kind of flocking to her when she does something. That's probably what Shamea is doing. Like, why is everybody going to her? let me bring her down so that I look better. I like destiny swapping. And yes, I agree with that. I guess my one thing would be how sure are we that Portia is thriving?
Starting point is 00:25:21 If you had an argument that she was making it, I would 100% believe you. Yeah. Yeah, I don't know. I mean, look, I think Porsche is probably she's doing better this year than she was last year. I agree with that, but I don't know if she's like absolutely killing it.
Starting point is 00:25:35 She seems like she's still dealing with a lot of shit. She does seem happier. She seems a lot happier than Shemia feels, but she seems to know, like, how she wants to go about her life now and how she wants to handle things. And there's got to be some semblance of peace in that. But she doesn't strike me as, like, thriving. No, but maybe to Shemia, it is. Like, we don't really know what she, I mean, we have no idea. poke fun at the fact that she films with her husband and her husband barely talking to her something.
Starting point is 00:26:01 And maybe we don't know what's really going on there. But there could be some more to say about that. But yeah, this was one of the times where Porsche brings up something. I'm like, yeah, I can see why you would think about. We'll get right back to the rest of our episode. But first, we're just going to take a little bit of an ad break. And we'll get back to Atlanta. Well, the summer is here and everybody loves the summer.
Starting point is 00:26:25 I personally love the summer because everything just feels easy. Those days are a little bit more relaxed. And I find myself reaching for the same comfortable, go anywhere pieces again. Again, and you know where I get those pieces? I go right to quince. I'm absolutely obsessed with quince. Every time that I feel like I need a new staple, maybe I need a new going out shirt, something that's really going to pop, I go right to quince because everything that I need and the best part is they do it all for just a fraction of the price compared to everybody else. And that's my favorite part. I go there right now. I'm on a linen kick. I got 100% European linen pants, not to mention the European linen shirts right. on top. I thought maybe the linen on linen was going to be a bit too much. It's not. It looks great and it's because Quince's quality is through the roof. And also I look great and I feel
Starting point is 00:27:15 awesome. It's so breathable. It's so incredible and it's perfect for summer. And it's not just the clothing because Quince has also become a trusted favorite for everything from home to travel to everyday essentials. Starting point is 00:31:18 We got a Harry Potter. They've got a Hogwarts train shot, the Hogwarts Express. We get Hogwarts-E-K. kind of music. And I guess this cemetery is famous because J.K. Rawlings, or J.K. Rowling, drew inspiration from this cemetery via headstones. Now, granted, J.K. Rowling has become far more problematic in recent years because she can't stay off of Twitter and say mean things. It's very strange. It's so weird.
Starting point is 00:31:43 Like, what a weird vendetta to have, J.K. Like, what are we doing here? Just shut the fuck up. Something you just simply never have to talk about you. You wrote a book. You wrote a series of books. You don't have to answer anything if you don't want to. You wrote one of the most storied franchises in literary history.
Starting point is 00:31:59 Just shut the fuck up, maybe. She made like a billion dollars off of a storybook about magic and children at a school. We don't need your opinion on. Hey, let's talk about everything. Why don't we do that? No. Shut the fuck up, maybe. We read a book about it, maybe, and then don't talk to us about it.
Starting point is 00:32:17 If you write a book about it, I'm not going to read the book. No. That's how it's simple. It should be. Yeah, write a book about it and then shove it up your ass. Just shut the fuck up. People get famous and then they're like, I need you to know how I feel about everything. No, I don't.
Starting point is 00:32:33 I don't need to know what you feel about anything at all, especially if it's full of hate. Like no one, there's no reason to pour that out in the ether. Even if it's full of love, I don't need to hear about it. I don't think of. Yeah, you were specific. Shooters, I don't want to hear any of your emotions. Just leave me alone. Let me just leave me alone.
Starting point is 00:32:50 We learned about Bobby the dog, who sat by his owner's grave for 14 years in the 20s and 50s. It was the most pillaged graveyard. These are the things I write down because I'm like, ooh, that's cool. It is really cool. The graveyard thing was incredibly cool. The first recorded serial killers in Scotland, William Burke and William Hare. The funny thing about that was they were Irish. They were Scottish.
Starting point is 00:33:12 Yeah, of course. Of course they were Irish. Shocker. But anyway, Kaye Michelle and Drew were talking at lunch. I love the subtle digs that Kaye Michelle has been taking all season at Drew's music career. I've enjoyed every one of them. And even this one, like wishing your luck, about the music career, I thought had a little stank on it,
Starting point is 00:33:31 which I, even if it didn't, I appreciate how Kay Michelle is now moving. I think she figured out. I think she got the rhythm. I think she understands how these shows work. She's taking some digs. She's taking things in stride. She gets, it's tough, man. We got two very improved players this year.
Starting point is 00:33:51 But I guess because she's the newbie and Kelly's on her second season, Kelly gets most improved. and I think Kay Michelle gets now Pinky's definitely the best newbie. No, no, we're not doing it. Don't even. Yeah, most improved newcomer, I will give the Camel. No, I, and we can't do it. I don't want the Brab Bros. Curse to go to Atlanta.
Starting point is 00:34:11 It's real, dude. It's so real. I know it's real. So what I'll say about Kay Michelle, you can almost pinpoint where it clicked because I think it did click. And I think it has something to do with, honestly, it has something to do with what she was talking. about towards the end where you start like facing your mortality where you're like I just made a
Starting point is 00:34:30 mistake and now I'm dealing with all of this this really fucking sucks I think it puts things into perspective and I think she was able to somehow bring the show and the cast and all the women in the show into all of that at some point but it happened about like four or five episodes ago she took a few episodes off if you if you notice and if you remember while you're watching this whole season she was having a really hard time she wasn't fitting in it didn't really make a ton of sense it was after the spat that she had where she left in the escalade when I think was shimea and drew that were sitting there. That was the big issue. And then she came back and she's been fine. It's sort of a la Kelly where she realized like things aren't that big of a deal. Like you're allowed to just have
Starting point is 00:35:05 fun and not really get involved in any of the mess if you don't really want to. I think once she did that, not only happened about four or five episodes ago, she's had a much better season. The only thing that I'm waiting for, I'm waiting for this other shooter drop because there's so many things going on because she's so active on social media letting everybody know how she feels like she's another one. I don't care what you feel. Just go to your reunion. Tell me how you feel. your reunion. I don't need the updates every single day that you watch a show. I bet a lot of people appreciate those.
Starting point is 00:35:32 You might not, but I bet a lot of people do like the real time updates. Yeah. That's what Threads is becoming and we're about to talk about it in the city. Lindsay, another one. Like, get off. Get off social media. No one needs to know what you're thinking. Like, just go to your fucking show and tell us what you're doing.
Starting point is 00:35:47 She cried for six months. Six months. Lindsay cried for six months. Six months. Six months. Turned her comments off. Do you know what the only thing that got her off of that wagon was? Amanda West and Kyle's scandal. That's it.
Starting point is 00:35:59 Yeah. I'll sit out with Amanda and try to give her a redemption arc. Yeah, but I'll save that for the next. I'll save that for the city. But for Kay Michelle, I want to see what she does at the reunion because I do think a lot of her feelings, a lot of her follows, unfollows because we get reports on that shit all the time. I think I want to see what she does at the reunion because right now she's doing a good job and she seems to have found her role in the group. She's found that little slot that she can fit into. But it seems like there's something going to happen at the reunion where I'm going to go back to where I was.
Starting point is 00:36:32 Okay, Michelle, I hope not. I do hope I'm wrong, but just based on vibes. I'm just picking this up off of vibes alone. Something's going to happen to the reunion where we're going to look differently at Kaye, Michelle. Yeah, and I think you open that door when you are overly active on social media because you're giving free ammunition. Everyone on that cast can screenshot the tweet and be like, was this about, me. Why are you talking about this? Why did you say this? It's a zero-sum game. I don't think it's smart to go on socials mid-season and start talking shit because especially if you're new,
Starting point is 00:37:07 only because you've never done the reunion. If you're going up against the Porsches of the world, the Cynthia's, like people that have been there, I don't see it going great. I think there's going to be a lot of unnecessary freebies that she has offered to anyone that wants to go after. because she's so active on Twitter. I really hope it's not the fishy smell or like the oyster thing again. Or the toes. Like, yeah, the toes.
Starting point is 00:37:35 Are we going to rehash that? I know that Andy's going to ask her some sort of open-ended question. Hey, you had a really rough time when we went to Dallas. What was that all about? And I feel like she's going to come prepared and she's going to have all these receipts. It's not going to hit. It's going to be stupid. And she's just going to get clocked by somebody.
Starting point is 00:37:53 And it's just not going to go super well. and she's going to get upset about it. I mean, I think she's doing a much better job, but I feel like she still has that thin skin. Yeah, I think you might be right. Yeah, it could be a tougher unit for her. But anyway, back at the spa, we are just talking about the same exact thing
Starting point is 00:38:08 that everyone else is talking about, this whole thing between Shimey and Portia. And now, Portia takes this whole different stance of like, everything was great. I thought we were going to rekindle our friendship. Now she takes, like, a total left turn. It's like, no,
Starting point is 00:38:24 you at the very least were coexisting, which is fine. But you did not come into this trip with ulterior motives of being friends with Shemia again. You still don't like her. But now she has the ammo because of Shemia to go out and say all these things. Like this is all on her. I can't believe she would do this. We were all on the right track. And I think K.
Starting point is 00:38:48 Michelle had a chance here to really leapfrog in the standings. because when she goes to her confessional and goes, she's lying. We've talked several times, and you never said you're trying to make amends. Say that now. If you say that in front of portion, be like, well, that's weird because,
Starting point is 00:39:06 you know, every conversation I've had with you, you hate Shemia. You never said you want to be friends with her again. So where is this coming from? I just wish that she or the tweets that she's making, whatever it is. In the moment, we need to be talking about that. If you're going to go to your confessional and say it,
Starting point is 00:39:22 if you're going to be a confessional, warrior, I need you to say that in front of people. I think literally anybody should be able to say that right now. I mean, when she brings it up in front of this group who just went through what they went through last night, it gives, I don't really feel like dealing with us. We're just going to let you have that one. We're not getting involved with you in Shemia, which is, it does sound contradictory to what we were talking about earlier.
Starting point is 00:39:43 We're like, hey, just let them do their thing. But if somebody says something that is just blatantly a lie, you still call them out on it. I mean, you could do it. you could do it in a funny way when did that happen what did you have a sit down with shamiya were you open to it and when portion goes on she's like yeah i thought that scotland
Starting point is 00:40:04 in particular this is like where you know it's bullshit scotland in particular i thought she was going to come on this trip and we were going to be able to have a good time no you didn't you just did like there was no lead up to any of this now you see your opportunity to just wash your hands which by the way is fine we talked about that something happens you can say, well, you know what? We took some space from each other.
Starting point is 00:40:25 Clearly it didn't work out. I'm done. I'm moving on with all of this. But to try to reframe it into, ah, you know, we were doing so well. We did so well. Everything was going great. We had play dates with Pilar. And I have expected her to say that too and like throw that in there.
Starting point is 00:40:42 It just doesn't make any sense that no one would even say a word. Like, oh, God, yeah, we're not, we're not dealing with this. We're just going to keep going. Somebody just say something. I don't care who it is at that point. I agree. But anyway, back at the cemetery, they're wrapping up. And they're going over the world's first concentration camp in 1679.
Starting point is 00:41:03 And I don't know if this is in poor taste. Felt ever so slightly in poor taste when Shemia makes a concentration camp joke about Porsche. But I don't know. I mean, that's the only part of this I wanted to bring up because then we can move on. Probably not. Yeah. It just was like, oh, that sounds a lot like Porsche. I was like, ah, yeah. Yeah, no.
Starting point is 00:41:27 I don't know. I think you're leaving alone. Yeah, I think you're leaving alone. I don't know. Yeah. No. Yeah, I don't think you make a concentration joke joke. I just don't think you do that. I can't even say it.
Starting point is 00:41:38 Yeah. I can't even say it's a phrase because it doesn't make any sense. Yeah. No, it's too much for an oxymor. But I will give Kelly some props again, because ending this scene, it's her and Shemio once again. And Kelly points out like everything that was discussed, like they're all touchy subjects, which is true.
Starting point is 00:42:00 And that's why it is taking on a whole different life. But Kelly says the whole group is taking on Porsche's beef. Completely agree with that. Now when Shemia goes, well, they're not looking at facts. They're spotly following. I'm like, hey, stop. Kelly was right. That's, you're going too far because if we're going to look at facts,
Starting point is 00:42:18 then you need to talk about your facts too. You never do that. You only talk about Porsche. But Kelly's saying that. the whole group is taking on Porsche's beef. Totally correct. And weird. Like I don't get why I think genuinely,
Starting point is 00:42:31 they are all so annoyed with Shemia at this juncture. I think they're all just irritated. And they're like, oh, this is a way we can jump on this bandwagon and go after Shemia. Let's just be on Porsche's team because she's so fucking annoying. I think that's probably what it is. And I think I'm going to exempt maybe one or two of them.
Starting point is 00:42:49 anybody who actually has standing beef or issues with Shamia directly. Like Angela sort of drew, not really though, honestly. Like Cynthia doesn't really make a ton of sense to me. Like she's the one that we always turn to that's like, all right, you're like the moral support of all of this.
Starting point is 00:43:04 You're the compass of everything. Where are you going? Oh, you're just walking out with no explanation. And now you're just saying that Shamea is contradicting yourself and she's playing the victim, which is fine and it's not wrong, but have an opinion maybe like further it a little bit and say what you're
Starting point is 00:43:19 personal issue is and then maybe bring it back to Shemia or bring it back to the group. I don't know. Because it is giving like all of you guys just flock to Porsche. And I know. What if we went to not to cut you off. I'm so sorry. So sorry. But you've raised a good question.
Starting point is 00:43:33 Like what if we single out everyone in the group like what's your issue with Shemia? It could just be just is annoying, which by the way is fine. I just want them to say it. That's all. That's really only one. Because again, if you have no explanation and you're just going to Porsche, there's not enough good on Porsche's side. It's not like Porsche has done a lot.
Starting point is 00:43:54 If the weird image that Porsche has now painted was actually true and Porsche was really trying to mend a friendship with Shimea and Shemia did this, absolutely go to Porsche. But that's not what we saw. That's not what any of you saw. But you all go to your confessional. So you're like, where was that? We didn't see any of that.
Starting point is 00:44:10 Okay. Then call her out at the very least. Then we go back to like some sort of level playing field. Then we understand where you are. Or just come out and be like, you know what? she me has been playing the victim the entire fucking season she's really annoying she had to sit down with angela where she started talking about charles she had to sit down with this one where she started talking about her husband she had to sit down with somebody like that's fine too in the grand scheme of things
Starting point is 00:44:30 but you can't just not do anything and then jump on the bandwagon and then whenever she may have talked to be like no we're not going to listen to you yeah it just doesn't make sense to me like i get what angela's beef is that makes sense to me but other than portia like and that's not what we're talking about now anyway you know like angela you still have an issue with Shemia, but now it's under the guise of, I can't believe she said that about Portia's mom. It all seems so flimsy.
Starting point is 00:44:58 It just seems like they want to point the finger at Shmia. And again, like you said, Shemia's issue is that she invites all of this in because she does stupid shit and puts her foot in her mouth and doesn't know when to not talk. But I don't know. It just seems,
Starting point is 00:45:11 it seems kind of lazy. It seems kind of a lazy. Just jump on that let's hate Shemia Van Gogh. It seems in laziness, and I hate to. that because I know we only have like two or three episodes left we're at the end of the season but we've been seeing a lot of that recently and we call it out when we see it it's just it's frustrating to watch especially yeah we watch a lot of shows the show a lot of shows get to the last couple
Starting point is 00:45:31 of episodes I feel like what did we just finish watching we had the same issue no I don't know man do a lot of I mean the valley the valley's so guilty of it they every fucking season yeah I know but like they it's just you know I don't know the Shemia thing is bothering me. And I don't even like Shemia. I just don't understand why it's the entire group against Shemia now. It just seems stupid. But anyway, we get to dinner and we get bagpipes leading to dinner, which I love.
Starting point is 00:45:59 And if Adra leads off with a little toast, I love to get a little montage, you know, start with Cynthia in 2009. You get a flashback to that. And they're obviously good friends now. They have their ups and downs. It was slow burn to be friends, as Cynthia says. Like, guys, we cannot sit at this table with a. straight face and listen to Porsche glaze Fager the way she is. And nobody step in and go, time out, dude. This is clearly about Shemia. Can we talk about this? This is fucking insane.
Starting point is 00:46:32 You and Fajra aren't that close. And the way that she's talking about her is as though it's a sister. And if you break down everything that she said, replace Fajer's name with Shemia, because that's who she's talking to. That's what she's saying right now. And the fact, that the whole group knows that. Fadra's sitting there like, oh, this is really nice. It doesn't make sense, but this is really nice.
Starting point is 00:46:54 I know we get to the Shimea stuff once Portia leaves the table, but like, what are we avoiding? Like, why are we not just like timeout? This is insane. Just you two go figure this out because you're not that tight with Fadre, and we all know that.
Starting point is 00:47:07 I just feel like it would be so, like, again, I like putting myself in other people's shoes when we're watching something. It would be so irritating if we're spending our trip in Scotland and now sub-tweeting somebody while you're talking about something. It just doesn't make it. That would be annoying to me.
Starting point is 00:47:22 You would want to cause some sort of stir, someone there. And I know they go through like the whole emotional thing where they're thinking about, you know, spending time with loved ones and your parents in particular. A couple of people get choked up because a couple of parents have recently passed or, you know, past a couple of years prior. I understand that things get emotional. But if someone's doing what Porsche is doing, then no one's going to call her out. And I know Pinky has a lot to say.
Starting point is 00:47:45 I think he's just kind of rolling her eyes over there. She's really, we're going to fucking do this right now. Say something. I know Fager's not going to say anything. Pager really, she's been delightful. She's Fager.
Starting point is 00:47:54 She's great. She hasn't done a damn thing this whole season at all, except for take us to a graveyard now. That's about it. She's had good confessionals. She hasn't done anything in the group. She's not questioning anything. She's not digging anything up.
Starting point is 00:48:05 And I know we've gotten used to her digging things up and usually it works. Sometimes it doesn't work, whatever. But she hasn't done anything. Like, that's where I start looking at everyone else. I'm like, can someone please do something?
Starting point is 00:48:14 Like, I don't want the rest of the Scotland trip to just be, woe is me. Shamea said something about Porsche's mom, and I can't believe she said that. Like, it has nothing to do with you, but you can call out the inconsistencies.
Starting point is 00:48:25 You can call out the sub-tweeting. You could do something just to try to create a moment for yourself or for the group. Yeah, but we don't really get that. We get, you know, Kay Michelle having a moment because, you know,
Starting point is 00:48:36 their time of the cemetery and just death in general. And she brings up the fact that, you know, she almost didn't make it. And she went into surgery, having to tell her mom. I'm like, hey, might not come out of this. Don't know if I want to make it through.
Starting point is 00:48:48 So like some real shit. And it hits some people at the table. We know that a few of the ladies have just lost parents. So I know Drew gets up from the table to have a moment. I'm sure Angela is thinking about her mom in this moment. So this was kind of nice. And a lot of people are there to support Kay. And we get a sweet moment with everybody.
Starting point is 00:49:04 And as Drew leaves the table, now Portia goes running after her, which again, not saying it wasn't nice. Glad she showed up for Drew. It feels to me that Portia is going above and beyond with her friends right now to rub it in Chimea's face. Of course, that's exactly what she's doing. Yeah. And then she also wants the kudos when she gets back to the table. Like, ah, you know, I just needed to check in on Drew.
Starting point is 00:49:31 Drew's fine, though. She's doing okay. It's just, you know, it's a lot. I know person. Who are you? Yeah. She's putting on a show. And again, no one's calling around.
Starting point is 00:49:40 That's what's really irritating. I know. I also, during these scenes, whenever these scenes. happen. Like, I know people are like, oh, yeah, that's really nice. I'm very much like Kimmy on Ladies of London. I'm like, all right. It's fucking really. Like, I thought we were having a good time. Now we got to talk about like mortality
Starting point is 00:49:54 and you were facing your mortality when you had to go through. Like, we went to a graveyard today. You and Kimmy would get along really well. Yeah, yeah. We went to a graveyard today. It was supposed to be kind of fun to see like where Harry Potter's graveyard came from and like whatever. And here's some cool stories about serial killers. And you guys are now
Starting point is 00:50:10 sitting around talking about death. And now we have to face death. Cool. way to make the fucking party fun guys the hundred people two people would say that this side of things and it will always be you and Kimmy I personally think that way more than two people would say it or maybe not say it
Starting point is 00:50:28 but they would feel it. There's a lot of people that go through these scenes they're like all right, okay yeah I get it but my problem is really it's just like the way the group is right now like I know we're giving them kudos and we're saying like all right you guys are doing good and it seems like you guys a lot of them are friends and they do genuinely care about each other so that's cool and if you want to be vulnerable in front of your friends and talk about things go for it but there's so much dysfunction elsewhere in the group that it just doesn't seem like the right time for everybody to be like oh yeah let's just have this this really nice feelings powwow and talk about our lives it's like all right where's the fun let's do something or at least cause some shit i mean there is so much low hanging fruit with what portia's doing there's so much low hanging fruit with shamiya and all that's the same thing
Starting point is 00:51:13 times and they're at odds right now and no one's poking the bear like this is such a great opportunity you're in scotland you're supposed to be on a housewives trip you're having a nice dinner you're you already ate dinner like you guys are good you're having a couple of drinks this is the time to start some shit no one's starting anything we're just going to have a feelings pal out it's just you know i thought it was a missed opportunity no i agree and you know when she may gets into her stick she's like you know i hate that people have to choose aside now this has been festering for a long time. Victim of her talking.
Starting point is 00:51:43 Yes. And Pinky's like, all right, you know, she may as a professional apologizer now. And this is also, she points out, this is deeper than an apology. Like you need to go talk to Porsche. You guys need to figure this out because I was fucked up.
Starting point is 00:51:53 Fine. Agreed. The other side of it, Kelly's like, I keep telling her to stop apologizing. You apologize 50,000 times. Stand 10 toes down. I kind of agree,
Starting point is 00:52:04 not for the reasons. It would be better, right? Like, it would be better if you take the stance of, I've tried. I came back to the club. You guys all left me standing there because you ran to Porsche's side. You guys are all sitting at this table making comments about Porsche in your confessions later.
Starting point is 00:52:20 You have nothing to say about it now. Shimea's going. And you guys kind of, I don't know, it's like she's being woe as me, which is annoying. But your reactions to her are kind of like, yeah, you should. You should feel bad. We're not going to say anything. But yeah, yeah, that was me. Clutching comes in.
Starting point is 00:52:37 I'm like, all right, who cares what Shamiya says? said about her former best friend's mom who's also her mom's former best friends like who gives a shit that's their issue it's like it shouldn't affect you that much and instead it's like oh i cannot believe that she did that like shut up you don't know anything personally you don't really care you're just doing something to act like you don't like what shami is doing because you don't like shemia which is again as a podcast that doesn't like shemia we're calling it out we don't really care that much we truly just don't give a shit and it's just it's just bewildering to me
Starting point is 00:53:10 to watch this happen. I just don't really understand it. But I agree with Kelly fullheartedly. At this point, what we have here is Shimea has gotten so used to just, I'm just going to apologize, I'm playing the victim, I'm going to apologize,
Starting point is 00:53:23 and then I'm going to complain about my apology later and saying that I apologize and no one accepted it, nobody given the time of day. What was me? That's what she's been in. She's been in that cycle since she got her full-time housewife card. Kelly is right. At least just turn.
Starting point is 00:53:37 Who cares at this point? It might be more entertaining. People might actually enjoy watching that. I know I personally would enjoy watching that more than what you've been doing because the victim stuff is too. It's too tried and stupid. Just do this. Try something else out. Look at everybody at the table and be like, fuck you guys.
Starting point is 00:53:54 You guys left. Yeah. This isn't between you. Like, it's between me and Porsche. We've got beef. You guys have nothing to do with this. You left when she left. Okay.
Starting point is 00:54:02 And then call them lap dogs. I was yelling at my phone. I was watching this on my phone. You could be calling everybody there a lap dog for Porsche. Go full. circle with it. That would be funny. Instead, no, not going to work. Yeah, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:54:16 It ends the evening with a Scottish dancer. I've seen Irish dance. I haven't seen Scottish dance. I haven't seen what the differences are. But yeah, it's a good season. It's a great season. And I like this episode, too, because I was entertained and we had fun.
Starting point is 00:54:34 It's just the inconsistencies are strange. It's like, why are we buddying up to Porsche so hard to the point that it's like you guys have stuff to say, you guys feel some way about this kind of stuff. Like, let's verbalize that in front of other people.
Starting point is 00:54:51 And we're going to do it at the reunion, which is fine. But I don't know, man. It's just, it's kind of frustrating. But let's get to some questions. Mm-hmm. First one up here.
Starting point is 00:55:02 All right. I'm going to start with this one from M. Bezzi. I love Shamea. I think she just has a hard time expressing herself. You might be right. You might be right. Maybe. she does, we've talked
Starting point is 00:55:14 about it, she shoots herself in the foot almost every episode. That might just be her personality. I don't know if she has a hard time expressing herself. I think that is her expressing herself if you have to ask me personally, but look, I like that we've got somebody who loves Shimea because we don't usually get that.
Starting point is 00:55:29 Janice Ingram 360, how long do we have to deal with Shemia and Portia? I get they have history, but come on. We agree. We're there with you. I would venture to say assuming Shemia still comes back next year, which you might not.
Starting point is 00:55:43 I could see this being like a, all right, the Shameda thing's not really working out, although we think that Bravo is weirdly a love. She really likes her. Yeah. I could actually see her just on the trajectory not coming back next year, but if she does, we're going to have to endure it
Starting point is 00:55:59 for an entire other season. By the end of next season, they might be talking again. That's about it. From Andre Drew 1, how desperate is Shemua to be Portia's friend again, and how do they move past it? I have no idea how they move past. it. I do think both of them have to put a lot of things aside.
Starting point is 00:56:16 I think if you go through the pile of shit that's in between them right now, it's half and half on whose is what. They have to both put things aside for them to actually be friends again. I think that Shimea is pretty desperate to be Portia's friend again, though. I think she's very desperate. Yeah. I don't think that's the question. It's just, I don't know how they move past it because Shemia or sorry,
Starting point is 00:56:39 Portia is not going to let it go because she knows she has the upper hand. she knows that Shimea went a step too far with that comment. She will not let that go because it's a get out of this friendship card. And that's what she was looking for. And she got it. It's weak and flimsy, in my opinion. But it's enough and she has enough support of the ladies that she can just go forward with this. Like, nope, she said that.
Starting point is 00:57:00 We're done. Which is kind of boring. Yeah. Blacksmith Trev, Shemya is just a miserable person. And that's the source of all her issues with the group. But I do think that's true. I genuinely possible. Very possible.
Starting point is 00:57:16 I'll do one last one. Mandy Farkel. This episode was boring. Yeah. I was still entertaining. I understand that. Yeah, we're we because I think we have to watch these. We have to watch these and we also have to talk about them.
Starting point is 00:57:31 When we get episodes like this where there's different things going on, we've got activities and they're abroad. When they're having fun, we're having fun. I know there wasn't a lot to really sink our teeth into because we're just re-haping, hashing all the things that were set at dinner the night prior, but I enjoyed it. I had a good time. It's got them. Yeah, same zies. But we'll see how it wraps up.
Starting point is 00:57:50 We know that they don't fly home together. So I don't know if something else happens that is so holy shit. I wouldn't be surprised if nothing else happened. Dude, I was going to say the same thing. Like, this might be it. And then I think I can't fly home with her. Like, what? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:03 Over yourself. But I don't know, man. I think that one way or another at the reunion, the Porsche Shamiya thing has to stop. Like, it's not fun. You know, and we have a fun cast. Like, we have a really fun cast. I want to see them do anything but defend, Portia. Like, I'm over.
Starting point is 00:58:23 But that's all I got. You got anything else? Nope. That's our show. Brow Bros are out of here. Recently, our company's softball team lost the big game by one run. Then Dale tried to console us with the quote, winning isn't everything. Well, Dale and I are very. Very different. I get early payout from Bed365. If my team goes up big, I get paid out instantly,

It's finally spring, a season that's all about renewal, and of course, spring cleaning. And in this new spring cleaning season of the Happiness Lab, we're rethinking what actually helps us feel better. From letting go, of the mindsets that don't serve us to pruning harmful tech habits. I don't feel well. My eyes hurt. I do have a backache. How is this possible that I feel so bad when all I'm doing is sitting in front of a screen?
