Bros & Shows - State of The Valley (The Valley Full Recap S3 Reunion Part 3)

Episode Date: August 21, 2026

What's up bros? Rather than forcing ourselves to go through this recap from "topic" to "topic" discussing every detail, we decided to go a different direction and take the approach of discussing what'...s actually going on with this show. It's no secret that we disdain this cast and the storyline we've endured for so long so we discuss the outlook and where everything went wrong as well as how we could potentially pull ourselves from the depths of hell. Don’t worry, we also talk about the episode as much as we could but honestly it's the same crap we've talked about for 3 seasons so nothing's changed. Learn more about your ad choices. Starting point is 00:00:00 I find it fascinating that all this reunion was all we've had to sit and watch through is just Danny and Nia making excuses. Everything is somebody else's fault. If you're still defending, Danny, I have no words for you. This whole thing was just place to blame on other people. It was just, it's their fault. It's her fault. I was heightened.
Starting point is 00:00:26 We were heightened. The word of the day is heightened. And guess what? my interest is not heightened. I don't care. It's also coming from the shortest person in the room who seemingly gets smaller and smaller every year. But you know what?
Starting point is 00:00:39 It's the couch. Dude, you know how couches work. It's just tough. I was sinking into the couch. You know, try to stand up tall for myself, you know,
Starting point is 00:00:47 and I guess my wife at the same time. I don't really know. But my senses are heightened and that's the only height that matters to me. Yeah, okay, buddy, whatever you say. At the end of the day, it was his birthday,
Starting point is 00:00:57 you know? What are you going to do? God. Damn it. I know. Who? What birthday boy? Over the age of what's the cut off even? 21.
Starting point is 00:01:10 25. Okay, fine. I'll give you another 30 or. No. Ridiculous. 30 to do 20, brother. It's ridiculous. I agree with that.
Starting point is 00:01:19 I just, and maybe it's a me thing. I've always been the person that's like, I don't think birthdays are that big of a deal. I think it's a great day to celebrate your loved ones, but it doesn't need become everybody's thing. Well, you barely know me, but it's my birthday today. So you better be nice to me. You better treat me with some fucking respect. Then treat other people with respect. You dick, I can't. I swear to God. We haven't even gotten to the intro yet. You want to keep going. Skip the intro today. Let's just keep rolling. Honestly, we should. Like, who gives this shit? But now, we've got to cue the music. Let's get back to this. Hold on.
Starting point is 00:01:55 As there's a drive in a deep left field by Castellanos. It will be a little. Oh, man. It's 8 o'clock. And so that'll make it a... I don't need the spotlight. I shine just fine. Hi, I'm karma. And yes, I am a bitch. Brov Bros. Good morning, everybody, and welcome back to another episode of Brab Bros.
Starting point is 00:02:16 Your favorite podcast from The Bros. For everybody, for whoever wants to listen, I'm your co-host. Steel, Russell, joined as always by the one and only Shooter Ragooner. Okay, let's get back in this. It's very frustrating. I was very frustrated with this episode, and it's kind of the cherry.
Starting point is 00:02:30 top, I think, because I'm aware it's the last episode, we're done with this show, potentially forever. I really don't think it's getting canceled. But maybe. But I think it just was to go through 20 episodes this season, this is the 21st, and have a feeling of like, wow, we're talking about the same shit that we were talking about episode one. And nothing's being resolved.
Starting point is 00:02:55 There's no resolution. There's no movement anywhere else. We're having the same exact conversations. issues and trauma that we talked about early on. So what has the show given us? But it's Jacks's fault. I couldn't. Brother.
Starting point is 00:03:14 When they pull that one out, that has got to be the break glass in case of all emergencies. Like, no, it's doing. Jacks in himself is the break glass in case of emergency for the show. Yes. And that is where the show is heading.
Starting point is 00:03:32 We can have a real conversation about this. I've given up all hope that it's getting canceled too. First off, let me just congratulate everybody. We got through it. We did. Just a fucking, just an absolute horseshit season. What a terrible, terrible group of people. A bunch of non-interesting people, a bunch of idiots.
Starting point is 00:03:52 And we watched 21 episodes of them live their very, very terrible lives. and I don't feel better for it. I'm happy it's over. I don't think that like my character has changed. I think if anything, I got worse. They have radicalized me. They have radicalized me.
Starting point is 00:04:07 They have radicalized me. They've hated every single one of them. So that's where we are. That's where we stand, which is good. That's consistency. I hated them when the season started. I still hate them all now.
Starting point is 00:04:16 I actually think I hate them more now. So we're kind of going further in the other direction. But it's over. We get at least, you know, a little bit of a reprieve here. The only way you can win me back is by bringing back Santaval,
Starting point is 00:04:27 which they're not going to do. They'll probably bring back Jacks. The show is going to look exactly the same, and Jacks is going to be a friend of. I think that's all we're going to get. That's the speculation that I'm going in the same direction, because if you are paying attention to the news feeds, it does appear that I don't know what's going on with Jacks in particular,
Starting point is 00:04:50 but we didn't get the scenes from that we thought we were getting at the end of the season where they picked up cameras. so now people are assuming what they're going to do is tack it on to the beginning of next season, which would in fact intro Jacks in a friend-doubt type role. It's getting him back on the screen in the beginning of a season, which the only reason you would do that, the only reason you would save it for that is to plug and play Jack's fucking Taylor, which again, not going to work.
Starting point is 00:05:20 Nobody wants him on the screen. He's like, he's not what? Help me, help me. Pull me out of this hole. No, I'm probably going to push you further in the hole, honestly. It's just who I have as a person. But did Brittany, did Britney sell that bar, Jackson's place?
Starting point is 00:05:36 I believe so. I think it's been sold. I think we've lost all bars because we've had a couple of of bar jokes throughout the season in regards to TomTom and Jacks's. Yeah. I imagine she probably had to sell it. But either way, my fanfic was episode one, season four.
Starting point is 00:05:55 Jacks is walking into that bar. He's like, I'm back here where it all started. Memories. No, I genuinely think that this show and the surrounding discourse online is in many ways a sci-op where Bravo, I think, does leak certain things to see if they can test the waters. Like, this is probably the only show they do that with. I may have accused them of doing that with certain Houseway franchises in the past.
Starting point is 00:06:25 I think they did it. I'm pretty sure they did that for a couple years, either with Jersey towards the end or before the new Roney came out. They used to just leak things out here and there. And it's like, ah, people didn't respond that well to it. We're going to go the other way.
Starting point is 00:06:38 So it was coming from credible sources. And I think they're doing that with the Valley right now. So I think the news that we see about Jacks and Lori and all the things going on there. And the fact that cameras were quote unquote picked up. We never saw any of that footage. I think they're throwing stuff out there to see what the reaction is. The big problem here is, is nothing they do aside from canceling, firing everybody except for maybe Lacey and moving forward
Starting point is 00:07:04 will actually make everybody happy. Like that's the only thing that would make people happy is just kind of just resetting. Like press the full reset button. Get rid of enough people. We've set it before. We'll say it again. Get rid of Danny and Nia. Get rid of Janet and Jason.
Starting point is 00:07:19 See what you have there and plug and play. There's a lot of other people that you can throw in there. Throw Christina Kelly in there for all the fuck I care. I don't actually she's on what you call it's show so never mind that's not really going to work but either way there are certain things you can do and I think they're just kind of throwing and
Starting point is 00:07:34 floating ideas out there to see what happens and then they see what the worst reaction is and what gets people talking and pissed off it's almost rage bait like this whole show is at this point and it's engagement date so this is the way that the internet is going Bravo thinks that's a good idea to just keep going with this show
Starting point is 00:07:50 because people watch it to hate it and everybody's hate watching it and then they're taking that hate and applying it to other people online. They think that's a good thing because it results in ratings, which is the only thing they care about. So they're not going to change anything. They're only going to make the worst possible decision so that people still tune it because that seems to be working for whatever reason.
Starting point is 00:08:10 Unfortunately, yeah. I mean, that's exactly what's going on. I do think they test the waters. I don't think that it's a let's see how they respond to Jackson will go from there. I'm firmly in the camp of Jeremiah. wants him back on screen and he's been trying to figure out a way to get him back on screen. We had the publicist thing blow up, which again blew up simply because this show was pushing it. That's where I think the SIOP comes in.
Starting point is 00:08:37 Like, no one gives a fuck that Jacks Taylor took his publicist. I disagree with that. I think a lot of people, there was a lot of people on that story. Yeah, it's not just because of that show. Yeah. For better or worse, mostly worse, Jackson is still a polarizing figure. when he does stupid shit that he always does. People are so captivated by that?
Starting point is 00:08:55 Like it's just so run of the mill. Like, oh, weird. Jacks is being a piece of shit. Yeah, but he's such an asshole that people still, especially with something like this. Like it was such a ludicrous move with or without the valley. I think people would have been clocking in on that one. Yeah, I guess.
Starting point is 00:09:10 I just, I think where I get extra frustrated with the Jack stuff is like, it's the same song and dance that we've been watching for so, long. It's the same defense of the people that want to put him back on screen. They all say the same stage is great for TV. When? When? Not anymore. We saw Jacks on TV where I was like, oh, I'm glad he's here. Season six of BPR, maybe. Um, honestly. It's been that long. Yeah, it's been that long and you can't just rest on that because he hasn't really changed his game. I mean, I, we talk about the fact that like, especially, you know, we were talking about Danny and he's celebrating his birthday.
Starting point is 00:09:49 It's like you're way too old to be doing that shit. You do kind of time out. And I think if Jacks was simply doing like sort of the things he was doing on VPR where he's cheating on people, getting really drunk, doing drugs, and being an absolute asshole in general, I think that would still play in so many ways because that's something that's like, we talk about Charlie on NextGen, him being an asshole and really not caring about anybody else.
Starting point is 00:10:14 He's the closest that we get to a Jack's reality TV gold in a long time. That's something that's been missing on reality TV. TV. So if Jacks was still the same that he was before and maybe a fight here and there, it would still be kind of funny. It's he crossed the line and there was a very clear line that you can't cross. And that's the thing that you always have to come back to with this show
Starting point is 00:10:32 if we're having a real conversation about it. How in the world do you have Jacks back on this show given all of the factual information we have about him and Brittany? Like you can't have the two of them on the same show. We make jokes about Michelle and Jesse being on this show and it's times it's funny
Starting point is 00:10:48 and at times it's like, all right, yeah. maybe we shouldn't be forcing them to be in the same room all the time because clearly they're still unhealed wounds. The Brittany and Jack's thing, it's gone so far the other direction. It's so far across that boundary where you can't reasonably expect to have them on the same show. It doesn't make any sense. And it's terrible to Brittany. It's terrible to cruise. It's terrible to everybody else involved.
Starting point is 00:11:13 But when we keep coming back to it, these producers, mainly Jeremiah, they're going to do it. They don't care. And that's, I understand having that threshold of like, it's reality TV, these people signed up for it. There's certain factors where you can be like, yeah,
Starting point is 00:11:26 I don't necessarily care. Like, make them uncomfortable. That's fine by me. This is too far. He's gone way too far. If he was still just an asshole to her and they broke up and he was cheating on her, I wouldn't give a shit.
Starting point is 00:11:36 But he went too far. He went the DV route. So that's not, it's just not good. He went so many different directions that are so over the line and beyond the scope of, oh, that's reality TV.
Starting point is 00:11:48 Yeah. Let's keep it super simple and just say, okay, the damage caused to that child we have witnessed. It was nonverbal and direct response to his dad. That was a direct result of Jack's Taylor. So to produce, by the way, not a good TV show, it's not like you're plugging and playing to make something better. This show sucks balls. Jack sucks balls. You're going to subject the child to more interference from Jack.
Starting point is 00:12:18 because this will emboldened him and make him delusional to think that like, oh, now I can go on TV and talk about how Brittany is keeping me from my child. Right. And look, and as weird as it's going to sound, I almost don't blame Jacks for thinking that. If they're going to give him the platform to go back on TV and his thought is, oh, they want me back on TV. I need to be myself. I need to do all of these things that made me great on reality TV. at least that's where his corrupt mind has gone. I don't really blame him.
Starting point is 00:12:50 They shouldn't be putting him on a platform. They shouldn't be putting him on this show because that is the response that you should expect. All of us expect it. If we get Jacks back on, no one's really going to want, like there is still, for whatever reason,
Starting point is 00:13:02 a contingency of like a good amount of fans that want to see terrible jacks. They want to see that on TV. And I get that in a weird way. It's clearly not my cup of tea. I don't want to see it. But I understand where they're coming from. And I understand.
Starting point is 00:13:15 where Jacks is coming from, if they select him and say, all right, you know what, you had a season off. Hopefully he chilled out a little bit, but the show is missing you. That's going to give him enough, like you said, it's going to emboldened him to be more of himself and quote unquote, tell his story and be more of the Jacks. Like, that's the big issue and it could have gone either way, was giving him this show in the first place.
Starting point is 00:13:35 He took it, ran with it, created all of these things, started just dismantling his marriage. Who knows what that looks like before the show's picked up? I mean, we can speculate, but we have no idea. and maybe things went the other way because it's reality TV again. It's a drug to him. That's what this is.
Starting point is 00:13:50 So you're giving that to him and you're placating all of the things that he wants to do and saying you need to save this show again. What do you expect is going to happen? It's going to be worse than it was two years ago because he's going to lean on the, you know,
Starting point is 00:14:03 I've been sober for a long time. And none of no one's going to believe him. And whatever, I don't even fucking care about his well-being anymore. It really doesn't matter to me. But he's not going to make good reality TV. It's going to be even darker. and we're already in that area.
Starting point is 00:14:17 Why do we want to go deeper into that? It's just it's not good TV, but they're going to do it. Yeah, and I think that's where I get so pissed off. It's just like it's not contributing in a different way. As you said, and I said, like, it will emboldened him. And you're right. Like, and to be clear, in case anyone misunderstood that, like, Shooter's not advocating for Jack's taking that route.
Starting point is 00:14:41 He's saying if you give him a platform, he's going to abuse that platform to try and wheel and deal his way into the hearts of some idiots out there. Then I go, oh, maybe Brittany is keeping him from his kid. No, fuck him. He should have zero visitation with that child. That dude is an absolute disaster in any situation. And he should not be near that kid. He fucked that kid up so bad.
Starting point is 00:15:05 And he was barely around him to begin with. Imagine what happens if he has more time with him. Or Britney, who has gotten to a good place with Cruz, and like they're finally kind of moving beyond that shit we've seen crews on TV this this season he's responsive he's smiling he's running and like hugging not brittany like he's going to do janet like that's all going to be thrown in the ringer for what to make yeah good reality tv and it's not even good the dude sucks balls he's not even entertaining it's so contrived we know what he's going to do we know what he's going to say we know what he's going to try to pull
Starting point is 00:15:43 and it happens and it never hits and then we are forced to sit here and talk about it and then we're forced to read the one or two morons out there. They're like, you know what? I gotta see where he's covered from. And like that fucking stinks. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:00 And that's the funny thing is that which is very clearly Jacks or it's just like satire. The justice for Jacks people. I think they're fucking hilarious. And if it is Jacks, that's also very funny. But that was only for, funny when he was off the show. Once he was off the show and they started making those tweets,
Starting point is 00:16:16 I was like, that's really funny. But all I need to say to really confirm this whole thing is just look at the state of the show now, where they've gone. It's all of our complaints. And we get, you know, people that always tune in and say, I watch the show because it shows real life. It shows life struggling through divorce, struggling through parenthood, whatever. We see all of that. the final boss of struggling, being an adult and getting through a relationship and co-parenting is Jackson Brittany. Why wouldn't they put that on? If that's the show that they're cultivating, why wouldn't they put the final Jackson Brittany trying to struggle through co-parenting and getting back to a good place as their big, huge moment for season four? Of course they're going to do that.
Starting point is 00:17:03 That's the way the show has been going. and all of our complaints along the way have done nothing to deter them from doing that, it's only going to push them further here. And that's where we're going to get. Yeah. I mean, yes. It's great. It's not.
Starting point is 00:17:19 It really, really sucks because there is a route this show could go. And there are people on this cast that work well enough. Do I think it's going to be a winner? I don't know. But you can definitely take this show in a totally different direction. that does lean into what everybody claims they like this show for. I like it because it's real. This is not real.
Starting point is 00:17:42 This is not real struggles that you're seeing. This is overproduced, overplayed children reacting to these situations. Like, I totally hear you as far as like the setup. Yeah, you would want to see some moms that are dealing with postpartum. That's real. It's relatable. It's something that a lot of people have been through. and seeing that on reality TV,
Starting point is 00:18:06 something you can resonate with usually hits harder. Same thing with like marriages and all of that stuff. All of that I get. Like the setup, yeah, you are not wrong. But you can't tell me with a straight face that watching these people deal with these issues is realistic. Yeah. Because it's not.
Starting point is 00:18:23 Like we had to watch parents blame their kids for an entire season for their shitty behavior and inability to control. their emotions because they're tired. I don't act like that. I have two children. I have a one and a half year old who's going through terrible two is early. I don't take it out on the people around me or blame my child when I have a tough day. That's fucking stupid.
Starting point is 00:18:47 Children do that. Not adults. So when you say that you like it because it's real, this is not real. These people have no idea how to do this. And it's not entertaining to watch a bunch of grown children fumble around and then blame it on No, we're trying to figure it out. You're 40, bro. You're not 25.
Starting point is 00:19:07 You're 40 years old. And that's the whole thing is the premise of the show was, this is going to be kind of funny. It's a bunch of adults that we were all going to look at and be like, how are you still in the same place you were in 10 years ago on VPR? I don't understand it. It could be funny. It started off as possibly a funny notion.
Starting point is 00:19:25 Like, oh, yeah, we can laugh at these idiots. They still have no idea what they're doing. And now they've got kids. And it could have just been goofies. It could have been like, wow, how the hell do we deal with dental insurance? I don't really understand how that works. Right. And then you go out and you have parties and stuff and then you come home and you see people
Starting point is 00:19:42 that go out to a party and they're like, wow, we really shouldn't have gone to that party. We're hung over and now we're taking care of kids. That's where it should have been. It should have just lived in that area. But instead, once those cameras start up, I mean, half of the cast does this, they just turn it on and then they can't get away from it. I mean, we talk about it for a lot of people where it's become their personality, like Tamra Judge. That is who she is now because she's been on the show for so long.
Starting point is 00:20:05 She can't really differentiate between the real world and reality TV. Everything she does is a move. These people are getting there, but they're much dumber than a Tamara. They're much dumber than other people that we've seen. So they don't really know the difference. They immediately just can't figure it out. So they start all of these stupid issues and they run with it. And the worst part of all, it's not just that like obviously I think they're all losers and they're just not interesting. It's that it's so boring. Like at its core, The thing that really frustrates me the most, and every time that I try to go down and just make fun of it
Starting point is 00:20:37 and have a fun time, just goofing around, you can't because there's nothing ever new. I mean, Kristen and Luke was the newest thing this year. Jesse and Lacey was kind of funny at times. Kristen and Luke was immediately sad, depressing. It's like, okay, I can try to make fun of you guys.
Starting point is 00:20:55 I'll try to make fun of Luke. I'll try to make fun of Kristen, I guess, a little bit. Make a couple jokes in there, which aren't jokes anymore that she should leave him because she definitely should leave him. this episode especially when she's talking about things and she throws out that one little comment like I was going through postpartum
Starting point is 00:21:10 and Luke was going out all the time when I was pregnant and he's like fucking hell why we bring it that back going out that much right? He's such a fucking bitch like he sucks immediately he sucks so let's hop off of that storyline like go into the funnier things they never go into the funnier things and it's impossible to go into the funnier things
Starting point is 00:21:27 because for the last two and a half seasons it's been Danny's drinking and everybody's reaction to Danny's drinking and his behavior while he's drinking. And it's gotten worse because now his behavior has gotten worse not only while he's drinking, but also when he's sober talking about when he's drinking. That's all we talked about this year. Did we do anything else? Like yes, you can go from couple to couple to couple.
Starting point is 00:21:50 Things have happened. But at its core, it's Janet versus Danny, Kristen defending Danny. Now we've got Michelle mixed in there. Now we've got Lala mixed in there. It all goes back to Danny and it's just stupid and it's boring. We need something new. And these people, the producers, no one will ever move on from it. And that's the problem.
Starting point is 00:22:10 Give us something fresh. You could keep the same cast for all I care. If we all agree, we don't make comments on Danny's drinking anymore. We just don't. Like, he can get as drunk as he wants and dick around and be an asshole as long as he's not crossing that line. I don't care. No one makes a comment about it because we need to talk about something new or else I'm just going to be in same place next year. I agree
Starting point is 00:22:31 with you, but I also understand from like a real life standpoint. It's like, and this is kind of the part that Danny and Nia and anybody defending them are missing. It's like, you can't forego those conversations because he's such
Starting point is 00:22:48 an interruption. It's not like you can really not address him being drunk because when you're out and about, he takes over the night because he's the let's go guy. He's at the table and he's loud and he's He's annoying. He's obnoxious. And then, you know, you have to be on guard because he might grab your ass and make you call him daddy.
Starting point is 00:23:07 Like, yes, you're correct. It's just I also understand like that's a hard thing to plug and play because it's, he's going to get drunk. He's going to do something dumb. He's going to piss somebody off. And they're going to be like, well, here we go again. And yeah, it's not captivating TV. And yeah, I don't want to talk about it anymore. But I also don't want to see him doing it anymore.
Starting point is 00:23:29 And that goes back to what you've been saying all season. Like, Danny and Nia do not need to be a part of this show. I don't know what they're doing. I don't know what they're trying to prove or who they're trying to prove it to. But this episode just firmly hammered that last nail in the coffin of like, you guys really blame everybody but Danny. Like you really put all of the emphasis on being heightened by somebody else. Like, well, they started this and I reacted.
Starting point is 00:23:56 Well, she did that and I reacted. All of it was placed elsewhere. Even Neo was doing. The one thing that I found even more frustrating is you're seeing Doty, who is now all she's done is read the writing on the wall. And now she's trying to do some sort of damage control to where she can say, well, I didn't condone what he did, but at the same time protecting her relationship with Danny and Nea. She's doing enough that she thinks the audience is going to be like, oh, she clocked him, but not enough to. to be like, oh, I'm not friends with you guys anymore, right? Like, you were good. I didn't say anything that bad.
Starting point is 00:24:33 So you're running this middle ground of like, oh, I see where Danny and New York coming from. But like that one moment really, that made me really sad. And then you're going to defend Danny in the next breath. It's like, well, that doesn't mean shit then because you're just on the fence. It doesn't. And to further my point, the whole beginning, that cliffhanger from episode two to episode three about Danny at this wedding, this is the problem right here. and for once, I don't even think that Danny was the problem.
Starting point is 00:25:01 This is what I'm talking about with everybody else. We hung here like, I guess Danny got drunk and did something stupid again. He was drunk and didn't go to the after party. That was our big holdup that you had Nia texting someone else saying, hey, Danny's a little drunk. He shouldn't go to the after party. We're just going to stay in our hotel room and hang out.
Starting point is 00:25:22 That's kind of fucking normal, honestly. If I'm being honest, all of the other Danny shit aside if I'm just looking at this at a nutshell if your wife isn't really drunk she had a couple of drinks and you went too far maybe you don't go to the after party maybe you go back up to the hotel room and you know what
Starting point is 00:25:39 if you're drunk and we've seen Danny do this before and your wife can't really get a handle on you which is also sometimes normal maybe you text a friend and say Jesse hey if you guys are going to the after party it's just like don't fucking mention it to him like I'm going to come down and grab them we're just going to go up to the hotel room get some rest we'll see at brunch tomorrow that's fucking
Starting point is 00:25:55 normal. But we had to have a whole 10 to 15 minute conversation about what Nia's intentions were by telling Jesse that he shouldn't let Danny go to the, do you want him at the after party? Did you want him to be that drunk? Go to the after party. Do something stupid. So then you could come to the reunion and say, Danny hasn't learned at all. He got drunk at the wedding and he was being an asshole at the after. He didn't go to the after party. So why are we spending so much time talking about Danny not going to the after party and Nia telling him not to go to the after party. It was so stupid.
Starting point is 00:26:28 But that's where it's bled to. And I know obviously the original issue is how drunk Danny gets. He makes people uncomfortable. He's an asshole. I get all of that. But he didn't go. And the rest of the cast, that entire left side is like,
Starting point is 00:26:40 well, we got to talk about this wedding. You know, there was a lot going on. He didn't go to the after party. They didn't go to the fucking after party. Who cares? Like why?
Starting point is 00:26:47 It's not a point. It's not something that we have a deep. conversation about. It's so stupid, but that's where they are. That's where everybody on this cast is. And it's so ingrained in the culture of this show that it's still the biggest talking point, even off camera, when nothing
Starting point is 00:27:03 happened. He didn't do anything. And I'm not defending Danny. I'm just saying for the rest of the cast, they still, even in a moment where he did nothing while drinking, we'll still go back and resort to we have to talk about Danny's drinking off camera now. Why? Why do
Starting point is 00:27:19 you guys want to talk about that? If anything, and maybe the ship has sailed and we're just way too far gone, but if anything, it should be a conversation of actually, I saw a little change. He got really drunk at the wedding. He knew he was drunk. He was away. And you know what? He ended up not going to the after party.
Starting point is 00:27:37 We didn't have to deal with him. That would have been fine. That would have been better for me than spending 10 to 15 minutes talking about to try to like spit it. I would have at least been happy because we're not having the conversation that we ultimately had for about 10 to 15 minutes. And at the end of it, it's like, why, why are we doing this? What, what is the issue here?
Starting point is 00:27:55 Oh, it's that Nia once again is protecting her husband. It's like, yeah, I know she's protected him a lot. And this all goes to what we've seen over the last two seasons of Nia trying to make sure he's off camera. He's not doing anything weird on camera. They live different lives, whatever it might be. And I know we've gotten here to that point. But for me, the viewer who had just sat through two and a half seasons of talking about Danny's drinking, we're still holding him to the fire when he didn't really do anything.
Starting point is 00:28:21 because you guys need something to talk about for 10 minutes. Like it's just, it's so stupid. Like have your own lives, have your own storylines, get off of it and move on. They just refuse to move on. No, and I agree with you. I mean, like you said, I think it became an issue because,
Starting point is 00:28:40 put it this way. If we were on a weekend trip, like, you know, and you, or let's say we're out of wedding, unnamed friend who lives in Nashville. Okay? Yeah, okay.
Starting point is 00:28:52 So 99.9% of the time, totally under control when we go out, doesn't go off the rails, easy to reel in, good time. He has a tough night, and we have an after party. And his wife goes, hey, guys, could you not, like, encourage him? That totally, yeah, 100%. We won't text him, get him to bed. Because of who it is, like, of who it is, and it does, it furthers that storyline of, like, Nia, you step in to protect him. everywhere. And you really, I think where I agreed with it to a certain extent, I have 100% agree with you. This does not need to be a talking point. We could have skipped this and
Starting point is 00:29:30 just moved on to the next thing. But I do get the idea of like, all right, it seems like no matter what's going on, Nia steps in so that Danny doesn't have to face the full brunt of anything, such as this. And like, how can you take yourself seriously as an adult if you can't even like, like listen to your wife and not going, like you need your wife to text other people or reel in your husband. Again, if this is a one-off, it's somebody that's usually calm, cool,
Starting point is 00:30:02 and collected having a tough night, totally get it. But because it's Danny, we do have to have this conversation. As you said, we didn't have to do this period. We could have just said he didn't go to the after party. Is it change?
Starting point is 00:30:14 I don't know. Probably not. But let's discuss. Like, that's a totally different angle instead of, okay, Let's use this. Like, they're just trying to find examples now.
Starting point is 00:30:24 And this is in no way a daddy defense because I do think it's embarrassing that Nia has to step in and treat them like a toddler every step of the way. But I do agree with you in, yeah, what are we getting? Like, we have a 15-minute intro to this entire episode is this. It's like, what do we accomplish? Nothing. Okay, cool. Where are we at now?
Starting point is 00:30:43 Nowhere. Okay, cool. What are we going to talk about next? More if Danny's drinking. Okay, cool. Starting point is 00:34:35 And listen to an episode right now, something you should know. Now we're going to sit here and listen to Nia and Danny, just place the blame everywhere else. It's your fault. It's your fault. It's not my fault. Andy is saying the entire time without flat out saying it, hey, the common denominator here, he said it in episode one, two, and three. It seems like when you're drinking, you get into some problems.
Starting point is 00:35:07 Do you think maybe we shouldn't know? Oh, it's there. You were heightened. Oh, okay. So it's their fault that you reacted. Okay, cool. Is it Melissa's fault you grabbed her ass? Did she back up into your hand?
Starting point is 00:35:21 Daddy, like, what are we doing here? This is fucking ludicrous. Yeah, it is. And it's on the heels of, and I get that. It's on the heels of talking about, and Danny making the comment in episode two that he hasn't gotten that drunk since then.
Starting point is 00:35:36 If you want to hold his feet to the fire and say, I saw you at the wedding and you were fucking hammered. And their reaction is, well, he didn't go to the after party. It's just the way that it gets brought up like under the certain circumstances. It's like why are we going about it? And I know why we're going about it this way. It's because this is how
Starting point is 00:35:52 you guys have trained yourselves to talk about Danny's drinking is to try to get that gotcha moment. You have the gotcha moment. You can just say, well that's not true you got fucking hammered at jasmine's wedding that could be the end yeah bingo then then if they then spin it into well yeah he was really drunk but i told him that he shouldn't go to the after party and he didn't go to the after party then you guys can have your little spat and be like all right but like that's not the point here we're trying to hold him to the fire because he
Starting point is 00:36:18 says that he didn't get as drunk as he did before but we saw him black out at the wedding so that's not true he's already lying go about it that way and it's still annoying and it's still boring content, but at least it's under a different guys, they always come back to the same thing, always swings back. It's like, well, okay, yeah, maybe he didn't go to the after party, but what's the issue there? The issue is you told him that he shouldn't go to the after party, and that's the problem. It's like there's always a backup plan.
Starting point is 00:36:44 It's either we have to talk about Danny's drinking, which we're just over. Like, it's just annoying at this point. We have to talk about his drinking, we have to talk about him making people uncomfortable. If that doesn't work, then we have to talk about Nia's defense of him. It's like, why are we still doing this? We're getting the same answer. It is turning into insanity because we're doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.
Starting point is 00:37:05 And that's where Lala comes in. Like, Lala was fucking abhorrent during this episode. I thought she was on point the entire time. I want to 100% team Lala. She took over so much. And I know no one else on the cast is fucking talking at this point. Janet and Jason, this is your moment of you guys did nothing. You guys, Janet shut down.
Starting point is 00:37:25 I mean, obviously she talks about, you know, the S&S. say and stuff like a little bit later, but that's her storyline. So of course she has to talk during that. You're involved in this. You're involved in all the day any drinking nonsense, but you're keeping quiet and just keeping your little side comments there. It's a reunion. If you guys can't show up to the reunion and get yourselves involved, get off.
Starting point is 00:37:41 You're gone. Get out of here. I want nothing to do with Janet and Jason anymore. They bring nothing to the show. I'm back on that train. But Lala, I know you're the only person who's really talking. She just still does that like, hey, I wasn't coming. Everybody knows what it looks like when I come at somebody.
Starting point is 00:37:56 All right. That wasn't me. It's a very tough guy. I don't want to hear from you either. I think I'm just over all of them. So it doesn't really matter who chimed. Unless it was Andy chiming in. Jasmine to an extent,
Starting point is 00:38:07 Melissa or Michelle to an extent. Jesse and Lacey to an extent. Like Lacey had a good point. She's like, yeah, look, I wasn't at the way or I didn't really understand what was going on either. But maybe you just start looking at it this way. Like maybe you don't drink on camera. Maybe you don't drink in front of these people.
Starting point is 00:38:23 Maybe just start taking accountability and start from there. That could work. there's little comments here and there that just go completely unnoticed. They don't care. Danny doesn't care. Nia doesn't care. They're going to do the same shit. So it's a waste of breath and it's a waste of time for us.
Starting point is 00:38:37 Yeah, no. And I do understand, like, because I do agree when Lala, she has to throw it in there. Like, when I, like the tough guy, that's. Yeah, she loses me. And I get that. Like, it does trigger a nerve when she, because it's like, dude, just stay on task. But I do agree with pretty much everything she's, said, and I will give her credit for not getting ramped up, despite having to remind us, like,
Starting point is 00:39:00 well, I could be. And that's, yeah, she loses me too. It's like, I could be like this. It's like, dude, just stay on point because you're actually saying some decent things. You know, I think that she's well within her right. If we're going to stick on the drinking thing, then yes, I will hear from the person in recovery. Who does point out some like, the Jacks thing was fucking crazy. Like, well, Jack's put a target on my back last year. It's like, what? Do you think anybody here is listening to Jacks and like following through on his master plan? Yes and no. Maybe at the time,
Starting point is 00:39:31 not anymore. It doesn't apply anymore. But I understand if you want to say like halfway through the first season at the end of the first season, Jacks clearly had a target on my back and you guys listened to him. Like Brittany, a thousand percent listen to Jack. Yeah, three years ago, yes. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:45 Yeah, a thousand percent. Kristen, I think she could have gone either way. She obviously ended up with Nea and Danny. But yes, I think other people, Janet and Jason in particular probably did listen to Jackson, probably did raise an eyebrow to some of the things that Jackson was saying, because he is a master manipulator. We've seen it over the years. We, from the third party perspective, know that we wouldn't fall for that shit, but maybe
Starting point is 00:40:07 they would because they're too deep in it. So I understand, yes, if you go back to the original Janet, Jason against Danny thing, you could tie that to Jackson, go with that. But Danny has done so much in the last two seasons, even without Jacks around and without Jack's input, that it kind of does solidify all of their opinions on you. It's just that he wants to use that as a scapegoat to try to spin it in a different way, where it's like, this wouldn't have been a problem ever if Jacks wasn't there. It's like, no, it wouldn't have been a problem if you didn't grab Melissa's ass
Starting point is 00:40:37 and tell Jasmine to go get Daddy a drink. Like those are the things that we point to, but it's almost like he thinks they're null in void because there was a master plan to begin with. That's what he's going at. And we allowed him the time to talk about that. Now, obviously, everybody laughed it off. And it's like, absolutely not. That's not how it works.
Starting point is 00:40:54 But there's some idiots out there that are watching the show that are like, yeah, you know what? Jackson's had a lot of input. And he probably does have some manipulation in mind here where it does go air. It is going to work out. I wouldn't be surprised if there are people out there saying that. But it's, again, we're allowing Danny to try to excuse his way out of it. And he is just sitting next to him smiling.
Starting point is 00:41:12 Yeah. And you get the rest of the couch, too. And this is like, this is what drives me like almost to drink again. because not actually the show would make a drinking again guys everyone relax um what pisses me off is like the the middle ground that we're now seeing some of the cast members do especially the danny defenders on this show it's like okay because we have to sit there and listen to doty who called out you know jasmine zach and brittany if we're going to talk about anybody's drinking we got to talk about their drinking and now she's going to sit there and cry they get so much worse
Starting point is 00:41:49 when I actually saw it. Stop it. Like, you were dying on this hill all season. By the way, and this is the more damning evidence, check your tweets and your comments and your responses throughout this season. You were actively defending Danny in real time. Now you see the backlash that you're getting, and you're trying to find the middle ground of, oh, no,
Starting point is 00:42:16 Zach and Brittany and Jasmine, you guys are my best friends on the whole world. world. You're my family. You're my family. You can't have both ways because of how you acted this season, because of your comments in defense of Danny and all of that. If you want to take the route of, hey, I had blinders on. I still am friends with Danny. I still think that, you know, he's a good person deep down. I know him differently than you. But yeah, I was off the rails a little bit. That's my bad. Like, that's one route. But you're trying to play to both sides of the street right now. and we're seeing that with Jesse.
Starting point is 00:42:49 We're seeing that. I'm not going to throw Lacey on it there, but I will say Lacey, 90% great reunion. She's one of the few that showed up. The 10% stop commenting on Jesse and Michelle in regards to Isabella. That's not your fucking business.
Starting point is 00:43:04 And you should know that because you're a mom too. You have a similar situation. Like that's where she loses me. Everything else she's saying, spot on. I'm glad she's the voice of reason, rationality saying to Danny like, hey, dickhead,
Starting point is 00:43:15 it's pretty much this simple. Take accountability. Stop blaming other people and maybe don't drink in front of other people. You think we start there? Are you not listening to me? Okay, cool. But when she goes in on like commenting on how things are with Isabella in particular, that's where I'm like, all right, you need to stop.
Starting point is 00:43:30 And that goes to what you were saying with like you're just fed up with Lala because I watched and I was like, you know what? I think Lala had a good reunion overall. I thought this episode in particular. But at the same time, I completely understand like, fuck everybody. Fuck all of them. Like I don't want to sit here and listen to the rationalizing.
Starting point is 00:43:48 I don't want to sit and listen to the same argument be rehashed over again. I don't want to sit here and subject you guys at home who are so nice to listen to us. And you have to sit here for 21 episodes. And we have talked about two topics. Yeah. And we apologize. Yeah. It's just, it's absolutely brutal.
Starting point is 00:44:10 I think the most frustrating thing, especially for this reunion is like we know, especially episode three, it's going to be Danny centric, it's going to be all about his drinking, and it's going to bring everybody else into it. And we thought, I mean, there's always an outside chance for every situation that we get into on these shows
Starting point is 00:44:25 that things might go a tiny bit different. We might get something. Either it's going to go in the good direction where he's going to sit there and actually be a man and take accountability, which none of us really expected, but there's always the outside chance that he might. He didn't do it.
Starting point is 00:44:39 There's always the chance that he's going to say something that contradicts something. And then maybe we'll, holds him to the fire. He did, but no one held him to the fire. Or at least nobody of note held him to the fire. Nobody on that right side is ever going to hold him. Until that happens, it's not going to fucking matter.
Starting point is 00:44:53 The left side can say whatever the hell they want. They get immediately knocked down, immediately silenced, and we move forward. So nothing changed. It's still the same conversation that we've had 50 unteemed times over the last two seasons. And it's the same result. He still
Starting point is 00:45:09 says the same things. Yeah. Nia says the same thing. Kristen says the same things in defense. Brittany is saying the same thing. Lala is saying the same thing. We're just having the same argument. It's just now you guys are forced to sit across from each other in front of Andy on camera in your dresses or dress clothing and you're doing the same thing.
Starting point is 00:45:30 Like nothing is changed. And that's the only thing and that's the one thing about reunions that I feel like a lot of the time we do get at least the semblance of resolution. This is like, why are we doing this? It's just such a waste of time because I don't understand. the last 18 episodes that's that's all it is it's a continuance instead of any sort of resolution or any i don't even need resolution just like something different actually stand up for yourself if you're danny stand up for yourself and actually say fuck you you guys don't get to dictate what i do with my life
Starting point is 00:45:59 at least that's different than what you're doing right now crying that you were the birthday boy and it was my birthday and i can't do these things and then nia defending her little baby like that's what we've seen the whole time it's worse when we have to watch it at the reunion and it's worse when we have all this build up and anticipation, if you want to call it that, to get to a topic that actually ran the entire season, the last two seasons, and it's still the same thing. We need something different.
Starting point is 00:46:21 We have very short attention spans now. I can't have the same conversation over and over again. So there has to be some sort of rule going into next year, assuming they're going to do it and not get rid of Danny and Nia and not get rid of Janet and Jason, where they have to just fucking move on. It happens all the time in reality TV. Like, hey, this is untouchable now.
Starting point is 00:46:39 We're done. If Danny does something, if he gets really fucking drunk and starts bitching and gets into a fight or does something bad, okay, talk about it. But for Danny, that should be grounds for removal from the show. If somebody brings it up inorganically and nothing actually happened, but they're still talking about Danny's drinking. Also grounds for removal from the show. Just make it absolutely untouchable. That's all I ask. If you want to do that, now look, the flip side of that, if we do remove that, do I think that any of these people have interesting lives that I'm actually going to care about?
Starting point is 00:47:08 no absolutely not they've proved that to me in three years i don't give a shit about any of them maybe zach and benjy i do want to see where they go maybe jesse and lacey to some capacity i want to see where that that goes michel is terrible terrible reunion from michel but really good season for michel so i'd want to see where her life goes like those are the things but that's it like jasmine and melissa very nice i like them as people boring as shit for reality tv don't care what's going on in their lives you can go across the board like la la you've had millions of of chances. I just don't care what's going on in your life anymore. If I did care, I'd listen to your podcast. That's where we are.
Starting point is 00:47:43 Janet and Jason, go away. You're boring as shit. All you do is make your life everybody else's problem and you start talking about their lives. It's stupid and can try it. And I just don't fucking care for it. Brittany, sail off into the sunset with Cruz, have a good life, stop dating assholes. That's it. Like, I could go through the entire cast and be like, I never need to see you again. I hope the best for your life. For most of them. Some of them, I hope the worst for their lives. But whatever. Agreed. Yeah. Yeah. And like, I mean, as far as talking about other shit in this reunion, it was the, the Janet drink toss and, you know, Nia having to once again back pedal on something that she said and meant, but doesn't want to look bad. So she's like, well, no, I don't think you're terrible people. You do. Well, it was just in one moment. No, it's three separate moments. Dude. Spread out. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:30 Was that the most maddening part of this reunion for you? Because it really has to say it got, it made me hot. Like the back of my. My neck was hot. I was like, what are you talking about? This was like, I don't care. I mean, yeah. I truly don't care what her response is. And I don't care how it made everybody else feel. We've all been in that situation where you're pissed off at everybody and you say,
Starting point is 00:48:56 fuck everyone. I don't want to be around you. You all suck. And you move on. And you come back and you say, yeah, I didn't fucking mean that. I was heated. Okay, cool. Thumbs up.
Starting point is 00:49:06 Move on. We spent. 10 minutes at the beginning talking about Danny, not go to the after party, and 10 minutes at the end talking about Nia saying that everybody's terrible and trying to hold her to it. Trying to say, well, it's just like your husband, Danny. When he gets drunk, the truth comes out. When you get mad, the truth comes out. You really don't like, she probably doesn't fucking like you, but who cares?
Starting point is 00:49:28 Like, why is this such a point that we need to discuss for such lengths? It was insane to me. Everybody pissed me off in this sense. And like, Andy pissed me off because he didn't stop. it. This is such a stupid conversation about something Nia said under her breath to her husband when
Starting point is 00:49:46 she was pissed at everyone. Everybody does it. Move on. Why is this such a fucking big point? I don't. That one, I think that was the whole reunion in a nutshell for me. I'm like, why are we spending so much time on this? No one cares. I bet you could say that about
Starting point is 00:50:01 quite literally. Pretty much every topic that we talked about. Yeah, I know. Like, it's just it's outrageous. but let's let's just get to some questions because I'm sure there's plenty there always is all right let's see these are the funny things that come from this season though like the rachy j i will never forgive this show for making me agree with la la god um it's in what the fuck was this episode three do we want the bookos to return tom la la la no i i don't want the bookos to return
Starting point is 00:50:39 I don't care about Tom and Lala. They can come and go. I really don't give a shit. Do not bring Sheena and Brock into this. Only bring Sandoval into it. Don't bring Jackson to it. And maybe we'll have something. That's it.
Starting point is 00:50:50 The Sandoval thing, I feel like started off as a joke. But I am so ston d'gely for that. Same here. Jennifer Tate 26. Lala is a judgmental recovering alcoholic now. She's throwing personal insults at someone who obviously has a drinking issue. Isn't it possible to be firm and not go low? not a bad question.
Starting point is 00:51:11 So this gets misconstrued sometimes. Just because we are in recovery or just because you are trying to potentially help somebody see through a drinking problem so that they can get better. Yeah. It's not your job to baby people after a certain point. So Lala is a human being, just like anybody else, at some point, you're going to have an adverse reaction to shitty behavior. No, I don't have an issue with it.
Starting point is 00:51:44 I think that she does, she's speaking from a place of knowledge. She's speaking of a place of she is currently sober and has tried to have calm conversations, has tried to point out certain things. Danny's been a dick. She responded in turn like that.
Starting point is 00:52:00 I think there's a misconception that if you're trying to help somebody see the light and get sober or address their drinking, that you have to. to be just like straight up nice and supportive all the time and that's just not the case because at the end of the day it's still a human response yeah
Starting point is 00:52:17 would be my team uh from Bobcy Bobson why is Tom there Benji should have had his seat I agree we should have had Benjie sitting there to get his word count up for the season also I mean obviously you could have just like tapped him in to talk about the fact that he caught Danny
Starting point is 00:52:34 sneaking a drink while he was telling everybody else that he wasn't drinking and then we could have maybe had a deeper discussion about that like hey you got caught this is different than like hiding because you don't trust people but you know yeah i agree with that put benjy in there uh from fraya fraya kv too many people on this cast are enablers they disagree but won't tell people off it gives enabling at this point yes they they will disagree they'll make it their whole storyline that they disagree with you and your actions but they will not actually tell you off like there are They stopped short of that.
Starting point is 00:53:09 I think that's the other issue. Like Lala came through, but it's always annoying to watch Lala do that. If anyone else had done it to Danny at some point in this season, it would have been better. Like the people that you want to actually look at Danny and tell them the fuck off won't do it. Like there's been so many opportunities where Kristen could have said something spoken up. She just doesn't do it. Jesse could have done it. He doesn't want to do it for whatever reason.
Starting point is 00:53:31 That one's such a weird thing to dig into. If I really cared more about this show, I think we would have a different discussion about Jesse with his reaction. to Danny and all the things that he does to protect him as well. But I just simply don't care. That's what it comes down to with all of it. Yeah. You know, it's just like, I don't care. And that's, someone asked a question like this,
Starting point is 00:53:52 the 86th housewife, did literally anything get resolved? It's going to be the same storylines next year. Bingo. Hence our frustration. Yeah. Your frustration. From Attica Green. I'm so happy I don't have to hear the evil Keebler elf say, geez, oh, Pete, anymore.
Starting point is 00:54:08 Yeah. is one of the worst phrases I've ever heard a human utter. I don't know what he thinks he is. I mean, he probably does think he's like a 50s husband, but that would definitely track his personality. I guess that makes sense. We have to get our quota in here from
Starting point is 00:54:24 Madwob. Doty was spitting in our mouths and telling us it was raiding the whole fucking up. Yes, she was. That's what she's been fucking doing. Yeah, she had, yeah, it's fucking. What a fall from grace. Right. Hitching yourself to the wagon that is Danny, whether he's on the wagon or off the wagon.
Starting point is 00:54:41 You like that one? I do. He's on the wagon. Yeah, firmly on the wagon, actually. But yeah, hitching yourself to that wagon is such like career suicide. Like I just, I don't get it. Like, people loved Kristen. People wanted to see more of Kristen when the show started.
Starting point is 00:54:58 And so many people dislike Danny and they're questioning your defense and it's gotten to the point now where you're getting hate by proxy. Like, wouldn't you just cut yourself off? from all of that? I don't get it. You would think just cut and run. Like, I don't know why. Like, what? That's the only really fascinating thing is like,
Starting point is 00:55:20 I need to understand what emotional hold daddy and Nia have over Doty. And the people in their lives. Like, like you just said, you burned down your reputation for this dude. Why? like why just from a business standpoint like don't you've been in this game a long time you know that there's plenty of times throughout your career that you cut and run you don't associate with somebody on your show because they're a fucking pariah what has happened in this one where it's like no i will staunchly defend this man to the death to the point that
Starting point is 00:55:56 my reputation shot like that makes no sense no sense none whatsoever uh Christine D. Philippus, was it worth it to watch season three? And do you think there will be a season four? No. It was not worth it. Don't even bother.
Starting point is 00:56:14 Don't bother. Please save yourself and don't watch season four. Just listen to us. Yeah. Unfortunately, there will be a season four. Sarah Guy, 2021.
Starting point is 00:56:24 Who is the best dressed? A lot of colorful outfits this year. I'm Canadian, Jeff, FYI, for the spelling, because she spelled colorful with an OUR.
Starting point is 00:56:33 I genuinely, and I mean this from the bottom of my heart, did not notice anyone's outfit. I hate them all so much that they could dress cool as shit. They could be the best dressed at any Bravo reunion this year wouldn't have noticed. Just absolutely, it's almost like my eyes were constantly fixated in a rolling back in my head. So all I could really do was focus on their faces. And how short day he was. that was that was actually like the only thing that got me through this
Starting point is 00:57:05 reading was like watching him kick his little feet so one that I wanted to ask I can't find it in this world is a good point yeah Audrey V three parts to not hold Danny Nia and Kristen accountable and that was as somebody asking something about Doty that like kind of piggybacked on that yeah I mean that's sort of the same someone else said something similar where
Starting point is 00:57:31 there was no resolution and wouldn't we expect to just carry this over to the next year yes and we've done that for two seasons now that's just where we are it's fresh yeah to just answer that one without piling it on to another one that was trying to find that's that's what's so frustrating about this from like the doughty aspect is like i know we've talked about the fall from grace and like hitching your wagon at danny and all that it's just so weird to watch her have this season she had. And then in this last reunion episode, take no actual accountability. Like, it was weird. But you overstepped way too many times. You put your foot in your mouth. You burned down multiple friendships that, by the way, if it wasn't Brittany and if it wasn't
Starting point is 00:58:19 like people that have written for you for a decade plus, it would have been out on your friendship because you threw them out of the bus with like the liar thing. And like, Zach, love the guy, but when it comes to Brittany, and look, Brittany, and we've said this a lot, is she the best friend of the world? No, no, she's not. But this season, did she do anything that warranted the responses that she got from her friends? I don't think so. And like, when it comes to hold people to the fire and address things, and this is, in a nutshell, the issue with this entire show, nobody's ever wrong. It's always somebody else's fault. We can't actually have resolution because everyone places blame elsewhere and points the finger at somebody else.
Starting point is 00:59:00 And if that doesn't work, they bring up something like a trigger point. If that doesn't work, they deflect to Danny's drinking. If that doesn't work, they deflect to Jesse being broke. If that doesn't work, they deflect to something else that's going to get the burden off of them ever so briefly, which ends us in this spiral of just nothing. it's a constant spiral of nothing except for topics that nobody wants to talk about and nobody wants to listen to
Starting point is 00:59:30 and that's the entire run of this show yep precisely I've got one for the end so I'm going to read this one then that for um here come the caboon Kristen Stoner watched what happens live about Danny did not match her attitude at the reunion correct that was the whole thing
Starting point is 00:59:49 that was the other thing that we were talking about was the other thing that we were talking about was all of a sudden Kristen turned on a dime and started talking bad about Danny and not approving his behavior and then we get to the reunion and she has one little comment about not condoning his behavior but then immediately goes back to defending mode.
Starting point is 01:00:04 So I just, fuck that. I don't care. Oh, I like this one too. From Jamie Gibbs, are we supposed to have questions? Correct. You're not. We don't know. What's the point? And then this last one that I have in here somewhere up from Jay
Starting point is 01:00:21 Somerslowski 26. Celebrate making it through the season by giving your best. I'm all right. Do you have it in you to do it? Well, anytime I hear that, I just think of Caddy Shack, I'm all right. I'll give you one of those.
Starting point is 01:00:39 That's fair. I'm all right. If I kill all the golfers, they'll lock me up and throw away the key. Go first. Oh, God. I might watch that this weekend. All right. We made it through.
Starting point is 01:00:55 Yeah. I mean, we're alive. Sideways, dude. What a show. What an absolute travesty. Remember two years ago? We're like, this show rocks. No, I don't remember that anymore.
Starting point is 01:01:08 Little dude we know. Little did we know. Yeah, I'm sure we'll hear an obnoxious amount of noise in the off season. I'm sure this Jack's thing is going to absolutely explode into just rumors and I think you're right. Rumors and nastiness. I think that what's going to end up happening is what you said. I think they're going to gauge the response of the audience.
Starting point is 01:01:37 And I don't think it matters if people are like, I don't want him back. It's going to simply be volume. If there's a high volume of reactions and responses to Jacks Taylor, Jacks will be back as a friend of. That's why they saved the scenes from after. the season for next season. Yep, probably. Fuck me.
Starting point is 01:01:59 Okay. Well, let's put this one to bed. As Luke says about his pregnant wife, let's bury this in a coffin and never look at it again. Yeah. Let's end it on that. Yep. Nice job, Luke.
Starting point is 01:02:13 That's all I got. You got anything else? Nope. I love you. Good job. We did it. Rob pros are out of here. Oh, please, not that music.
