I'm going to be sad when this show goes, but I will tell you this.
Teresa Jude Ice and Lisa Barlow are a match made in heaven.
Talk about two peas in a pod.
Get Tamara and Teddy out of here with two T's in a pod.
We need Lisa and Teresa two Shree LBs in a pod.
There you go.
That works, yeah.
Instead of bringing back New Jersey, just put Teresa on Salt Lake.
That solves a lot of problems.
It really does solve all the problems that I have anyway.
As there's a drive in a deep left field by Castellanos, it will be on.
Oh man, it's 8 o'clock.
And so that'll make it a...
I don't need the spotlight.
I shine just fine.
Hi, I'm Karma.
And yes, I am a bitch.
Brab Bros.
Good evening, everybody, and welcome back to another episode of Brav Bros.
Your favorite podcast from The Bros for everybody.
For whoever wants to listen, I'm your co-host, Steele Russell, joined as
Always by the one and only Miami Goots, South Beach Magoutes.
What's up, dude?
I wish I could hit the horn.
I know.
Doesn't this kind of feel like a Miami soft launch for their next season is coming out soon?
I'm getting a feeling.
Okay.
That's, it's interesting you said that because, yeah, I was watching this.
And I was like, it does not make a lot of sense to me to pause a show.
and then run this ultimate girls trip through that city.
That doesn't make a ton of sense to me.
You could have them, like, show up.
I could see Marisol, Alexia, Larsa, someone showing up to Atlanta or maybe go out to the
white party, something like that.
That makes sense.
Going to Miami's a choice.
And this could be wishful thinking on both of our parts, but I had the same thought
process, yes.
Well, it's between that.
It's watch what happens live.
It's a lot of commentary from the Miami women.
and it looks a little bit more,
as it should be,
Miami Focus next week with Lisa versus Larsa.
So it just kind of rings in my head,
like something's going to happen soon.
And in the next month or two.
I'm not saying like next week,
not saying anytime soon,
but I do feel like,
yeah,
just bring it back because we threatened to put out a survey.
Our petition works.
We put out a petition to make sure that this was going to happen.
If this happens within the next week,
we just claim it.
We just say it was our doing and you guys are all welcome.
But it does have that feeling to it.
And I really thought going into this episode, especially and maybe next episode,
that I was just going to get the Miami Blues.
Like, really, this is so good.
Everybody's so good.
There's things going on that we're not talking about because you guys are not picking up cameras for this,
but you're focusing heavily on going back to Beverly Hills sooner rather than later.
But you won't focus on this when things are good.
That's annoying to me.
But instead, I'm like, hmm, yeah, I think you guys are working.
And look, I think you're right.
I think it's wishful thinking.
I'm not going to give Bravo props for that because they take away things that we like all the time.
But I don't know.
It's got a feeling.
I just got a little vibe.
No,
I had the vibe too.
I'll be heartbroken if it doesn't come to fruition.
If it does, though, then I'm like, well, what was the point of all of that?
Why even pause it then or why even talk about it like that?
Why not pump some fucking money into promoting shows?
I will never, as long as we do this, never understand.
the lack of any kind of publicity for Bravo shows ever.
It's fucking astonishing.
Miami is one of the top two to top three housewife shows easily,
continuously, every season.
There's no reason to put it on pause.
The reason that you don't get the viewership,
not enough people know about it,
which is still baffling to me.
And that's a whole different conversation we can have
about certain reasons as to why that might be,
similar to Atlanta and Potomac.
but I digress.
It is a fantastic show.
Show that.
Promote it.
Put up a fucking billboard or two.
See what you can drum up instead of ruining.
They don't,
because obviously they don't,
they don't care about quality.
They care about Numbies.
Clearly showing O.C.
and Beverly Hills, right?
You can have both,
but you got to put a little fucking effort
into promoting your shows.
It's so weird.
Like, it genuinely is.
We find out shows are coming back.
we are like in the industry quote unquote we find out shows are coming back the same time you guys do
and it's like because it comes on or like two weeks before you get like a little blurb and you're
like oh shit Beverly Hills is back already I had no idea that's the maybe it's crazy and maybe
by them doing this like Charles if the Charleston fan fest that Bravo's having goes well then maybe
they'll do that every other year and they'll do Bravo con every other year and it'll be a little bit
better. It's almost like, I don't know. It's like what Marvel has like some big thing, a big
announcement or Apple. Apple. Apple has Apple Day. And they talk about all the new products that they're
releasing. Maybe they'll start doing that and they'll give us some sort of timeline. I don't think
they're ever going to stick to it. But at least the timeline in my head would work. We always love
timelines. But we are actually here to talk about ultimate girl trip. We are going to get caught up
in a lot of the Miami stuff. And I have to announce the shit has officially hit the fan with this cast.
but more appropriately, the booze has hit the loo.
And what a start?
Oh, what did I want to call?
I wanted to call it.
Oh, whoopee cushion.
I'm going to call her a whoopee cushion now because she whoops it up and she's not fun anymore.
So she sounds like a fart noise.
So she is now officially the whoopee cushion for me, but the booze has hit the loo.
And that is something I've been looking forward to because we never know what we're
going to get with Luann.
Is she drinking?
Is she not drinking?
Clearly she is.
And this is very interesting to me.
and it's going to cause a shitstorm.
She's a star.
This episode is why she's a star.
Her life is a cabaret.
Yeah, like it's not just because she got lit or got drunk or whatever.
It's just who she is, her persona.
Like, that's the difference between a legend and a good housewife is Luann.
Watch what she does on screen.
It was so wildly entertaining.
Would it be funny if I was there in person, part of that group?
No, I would lose my mind.
That'd be annoying as shit.
To watch it on TV is hilarious.
And anybody that's, you know, boozed, especially day drinking, do you know exactly what that feeling is?
Especially when you're on vacation and you start boozing at like 10 a.m.
You hit the afternoon.
You're like, man, I'm fucking killing it.
And everybody thinks I'm so funny and so charming.
And you just keep going and going and going.
Meanwhile, everyone is so sick and tired of you.
But you still think proof in the car.
when she gets to leave, she's like, oh, my God, was that not the best?
Was that not the best time ever?
We have so much.
How lucky are we?
It was exactly why we all love Lou Anne.
It's exactly why Roney, O.G. Roney was one of the best shows in the history of Bravo.
It's that.
Like, it's that kind of star power that you can't really replicate.
And the reason is, the biggest reason is all of the housewives now are so afraid to tarnish their image.
They're afraid of public backlash.
other companies or whatever so they button up lewan doesn't give a shit and that's why we love
luan and that's why she's so great yeah she's the absolute best and she is someone who can
create such a big title wave with just her actions and it's something again that we've been
talking about for week after week these women are traveling together they're doing a lot together
they are getting tired of one another especially when you throw these personalities in a room
luan can be that huge personality we've seen vicky kind of take away from it with a very
depressing attitude. Lisa took away from it by being late and unapologetic, but this is more in the
forefront of pissing people off. And you're starting to see it, especially with Portia, who I think
has just been an absolute trooper. She's been a pleasure this whole time. But once you start to see
the cracks come through and she's getting pissed off, you know it's the end of the rope for Lou Anne.
I just love it. I absolutely love it. This is what I want. This is what you want when you throw the
classics out there. And eventually we're going to get Teresa involved, who's involved with Lisa
Barlow, but she'll get involved a little bit more as we get closer to New York.
I love her role thus far.
I think she's been great.
She's been absolutely great.
But I know that Luann is going to be the Thorne and everybody's side and you've been waiting
for it.
For some reason, people have just been kind of ignoring her and excusing it, mostly because
Vicki's just been so depressing.
But this is something that's going to just take center stage.
And she wants to be on center stage.
That's the best part.
Yeah, which inevitably means that there's going to be a discussion about this.
And she will not be apologetic.
And that'll be the best part.
She'd be like, what?
I was having a good time.
You have a problem with people having fun?
Fuck yeah.
I'm completely here for all Luann has to offer.
I thought she was an absolute star this episode,
bopping around,
flirting with every dude there.
Yeah.
She's just great.
Speaking French,
she's just doing everything.
Yeah,
you know,
every Luanism was on full display in this episode.
I loved watching the other housewives,
watch her do her thing.
And I think there's a small part of them,
actually a bigger part of them.
That's like,
I want to do that.
I wish I had,
that kind of mentality and just come out here and leave it all in the field.
You know, instead, I'm thinking too much.
I'm worried how this is going to look or sound.
Just go live your life.
Go WWLD.
What would Luan do?
I mean, go do that because God damn it, it is so entertaining and she's so unapologetically
herself.
What I will say about the entire cast, though, minus Vicki.
I mean, yeah, she did have a little fun this episode, but that doesn't absolve her of
her sins.
No, it doesn't.
You are getting a lot more comfortable is the right word,
but there is this weird thing about these housewives not being on their own individual cast.
Yes, they're starting to get irritated by each other.
That was inevitable.
We knew that was going to happen.
But you are seeing like the good side of all of them because they're having fun.
They're not being pressed by their castmates.
We're not throwing bullshit claims out there trying to ruffle feathers.
Sure, we're going to have to deal with the Lisa stuff in a little bit.
But for the most part,
You're seeing them in a good mood, which is such a good reminder.
I say it every week, but it's just such a good reminder of like,
this is how fun housewives can be.
Yeah, we want the drama.
Yeah, they're going to get into shit, all of that stuff.
But watching them just thrive.
God, it's so good.
It's just such good TV.
Yeah, and we get a double whammy in this episode too from both Giselle and Lisa.
Lisa actually authentically apologizing and taking responsibility for her own actions, wild.
Giselle backing down after getting an apology and not perpetuating it.
I was dumbfounded.
And that just shows you in a nutshell what this show is supposed to be like,
yeah,
you know what,
it's not that deep.
Let's just leave it alone.
I'll wait until I get back to our respective shows and then we can kind of carry on
with who we are.
But it just,
it's a breath of fresh air.
And I, again,
I wanted more from the Miami girls.
I mean,
this is the first that we've seen Alexia Marisol in a long time.
I miss them so much.
But they're hosting for now.
I miss them too.
And look,
they're hosting now.
And this is more of like a celebration of going back in time.
So we talk about Marisol's mom.
We talk about the other things that happened on Miami.
We talk about Lisa's party, which we're going to talk a lot more about next week.
But it is more of a celebration of all of that.
And as much as I want it to be an update on their lives and we'll get a little bit of that,
I'm sure, next week.
It's not what the point of the show is in this stop anywhere.
We're supposed to be going back in time and looking at different things.
I get it.
Hand up.
I wanted more, but it's okay.
Yeah, no, you're right.
I think everybody that's a Miami fan had the same underlying feeling of like, come on,
just making a Miami episode or Miami.
Let me check in with everybody.
But the one thing I will say, we'll just start jumping around a little bit.
Yeah.
Alexia and Marisol, dude, like when they're just sitting there shooting this shit in the beginning,
I'm like, oh, my God.
Like, I can't tell you how much I want this back on my screen.
Just them talking to each other.
Yeah.
They're just so fun.
And this show was so good.
I will never forgive Bravo.
if they actually take it from us.
But they're setting up this whole beach day.
All the ladies are going to go down.
We're going to play wig snatcher,
which I thought was kind of funny.
We got a glimpse,
just a glimpse of potentially a fun,
Vicki,
because she's talking about poop.
Like,
all right,
maybe you're loosening up a little bit.
Maybe you said to shit the whole time.
And that's what I thought.
No pun intended.
I mean,
we've done that before with OC.
I mean,
just go over to Shannon.
Anytime we travel with Shannon,
we can talk about poop for an entire episode.
Or,
and a month.
Maybe there's something in the water.
Yeah,
there's just something in the water.
there.
Vicky's been a little cranky.
Again, we're not giving her a pass on any of it because we've had the double whammy
of having to deal with her and OC.
So, no, not giving her a pass, but I had the same thought.
Maybe she's just had the poop for the last like four days and that's why she's
miserable.
I would be cranky too.
And I understand like when I travel, I get a little stuffed up.
I think it's natural.
You know, you're not in your own environment.
You don't have home field advantage.
Like it gets a little, uh, you know, I don't either go further into that.
You get it.
But no, yeah.
The one thing that is still.
still kind of ruminating in this episode is Lisa being late.
Like you said, you got Giselle, you got Luann and who else was in that room with them.
I can't remember.
But doesn't matter, Kyle, Portia.
Porsche, it was Porsche.
And they're sitting there talking about Lisa Barlow and being late.
And, you know, the one thing about Giselle, which is to your point about her actually
letting something go.
When she has something, she is a dog with a bone.
She's locked in.
She's not letting go.
she's going to keep having this thing home until it gets the resolution that she wants.
And even then, she might have a couple of little, little sprinkles here and there of another jab.
So that's being set up when they're in the room.
We're also setting up Lou Ann, because we're having some go-go juice.
We're getting a little, you know, little, little marinated before we get out there.
Yeah, why not?
What could possibly go wrong?
Hot Miami Sun, beach day, booze and all day.
Let's start off a little tequila.
Sure.
why not?
But I was really actually enjoying.
And it could be because I haven't seen Potomac in a while and I'm ready for it to be back.
I just love watching Giselle work sometimes.
You know,
she takes this moment on the bus,
which, yes,
it was rude.
Yes,
she didn't apologize.
She,
I get that Giselle doesn't have the same experience with Lisa that we do
of watching her all the time.
But that was just Lisa Barlow.
So none of us are surprised at home.
No.
Jaze's locked and loaded.
She's like,
fuck this like you don't baby gorgeous me i'm like damn she might actually like take her down this
episode this could escalate in a hurry and joselle might take her to task and read her down for the
entire episode and that could be the end of lisa's trip she may not even have fun she might cry and
leave yeah we did get a cry uh not necessarily a leave but i i was thinking the same thing
and sometimes it hits when joselle does this if it's warranted i again i i just don't think
this show is as serious as the other show so it doesn't have to
to be something like that.
So I'm happy to see that it ended the way that it did.
But I agree with you.
Watching her kind of work through it and she was delivered so much other material.
Like, wow, this is like a perfect storm.
I can't even blame.
I really can't even blame Giselle for going this route because she's looking at it like,
wait a minute.
We have back to back parties with other salt lake girls talking shit on Lisa.
Lisa shows up late, unapologetic, kind of turns it on me.
Maybe they're right.
Like it just fell into her lap.
And this is, Giselle would have worked for this if she.
had to. She didn't have to work for any of this.
So at least poke and prod. And like we said before,
and we've said it, you know, a couple of times throughout this nine
episode stretch, you have to do something. It can't just be happy
all the time. There's got to be a little bit of drama. Your housewives at the end of the
day. So of course, Jezell's going to do this. And she's going to get a couple other people
on board because at the end of the day, yeah, if you're sitting out there and you are
really worried, we got a lot of comments last week about the Atlanta airport. I know it's big.
I know it's tough when it snows down there. You guys aren't equipped to handle a little
wet and cold precipitation. I understand.
I know I've seen the videos.
I know how light flurry and everything shuts down.
Everything shuts the hell down.
So I get it.
No flights can take off for two weeks.
Whatever.
Either way,
it's still like a whatever moment for Lisa Barla.
We're just expected.
And look,
if she explains it in a way that she's just kind of on edge,
they just finished their reunion.
There's a lot of things going on.
Fine.
Okay.
She's not going to get a pass from Gisel, though.
So you're going to have to work hard for that one.
And she did.
And again,
that just kind of shows you,
that there is a different side to a lot of these people,
even though season after season,
they're kind of doing the same thing.
It's like,
wait a minute,
you can actually be a normal human.
I want to see more of that.
I think the funniest thing with the Lisa of it all was later on,
she's sitting there and she's trying to put the pieces together of like,
why did Giselle turn?
We were getting along.
Things were going so well.
What happened?
That switched it up.
You confirmed what all of the Salt Lake cast has been saying at the last two parties.
by showing up the way you did late and then not taking any accountability.
All that does is give more ammo to Heather, to Whitney, to Bronwyn, to all of them,
because this is what they've been saying.
And Jaze doesn't, the only side Jazeel knows of Lisa Barlow is the fun Lisa, the nice Lisa,
the event, Lisa.
You go to events, put on a good face, have some fun, you go home.
You don't know the Lisa Lisa, Lisa.
And that's what we talked about last week where I got kind of caught off guard.
I was like, oh, yeah, wait.
I'm not saying that Lisa's totally in the wrong, but Lisa can be wrong.
Because up until that point, I was like, hey, everyone leave Lisa alone.
Let her have fun on this trip.
And I was like, well, there's a little bit more to it.
If she's warranted, like, and she did something that warrants that response.
If she just kind of hunkered down, apologized, said she had a rough night and they were still getting on her case.
We would say leave her alone.
And other people would probably do the same, I would imagine.
because up until this point anyway,
half the cast said,
I love Lisa.
This is not what I've been hearing
about Lisa from other people,
but my experience with Lisa is always lovely.
It's always pleasuring.
Pleasuring.
It's always pleasure.
No, we can do something else.
We can think another word.
Wait a minute.
Pleasurable.
Whoa, now pleasurable.
There we go.
Just nice.
It's nice.
It's nice.
It's, yeah, it's nice.
It's great.
Anyway, but yeah,
that's kind of where we're going with all of this.
So I expect everybody kind of just jump on
and see how this goes.
And I was going somewhere,
but then I kind of just twisted my brain
after that pleasurable thing.
So no, no,
I don't know where the hell I'm going.
Pleasureable was that,
that was the fix.
We landed on pleasurable after and then said,
no,
let's go nice.
What was the first one?
Pleasured?
Nope.
That's way worse.
I don't know.
Pleasureing.
We're just getting worse.
It's getting so much worse.
No,
I agree.
But I love that we're getting
the little chats on the side now,
more so.
And they're getting catty.
They're getting kind of snippy.
you get the car ride or talking about Vicky being such a fucking bummer.
I thought Mary Poppins with depression was spot on.
It's like, yes, that that is who she was.
She said it was Jackie O'O.
That was not Jackie Onassis.
That was Mary Preppin.
Mary Preppens.
Mary Prepins.
Mary DeProppens.
That's who that was.
But anyway, we get to the beach, Alexia and Marisol.
Just a joy to see them back on the screen, even if it's just for a little bit.
We'll take a quick little break right now for some ads and we'll get right back to Ultimate
Girls Trip.
This episode is sponsored by Vinted.
I feel like we all have that section of our closet filled with clothes that we keep telling
ourselves that we're going to wear again.
I promise we're definitely going to wear that shirt again, even though it didn't really
fit that well, even though I didn't really get any compliments, or it still has the tags
on it and I actually never wore it, but I have an idea that I might wear it.
And I've been trying to be better about cleaning out my closet.
And Vinted makes it really easy to actually do something.
with the stuff that I'm not wearing. Vinted is a secondhand marketplace app where you can sell your
clothes you no longer wear and make some extra money while giving those pieces a second life.
And the thing I really like about Vinted is how simple the selling process is because it could be
a headache. A lot of those other sites are very, very stressful. But all you have to do is list your
item. And when it sells, Vinted creates the prepaid shipping label for you. So you don't have to do all
that stuff yourself. Plus, there's no seller fees. So you keep everything you earn. And the Vinted app is
free to download, which makes it really easy to just start listing some of those pieces that you have sitting in your closet day after day.
Honestly, it's a great feeling to clear out some of that space, get some extra money along the way,
and then you use that money toward refreshing your wardrobe.
Maybe it's some pieces that you'll actually wear this time around.
Ready to clean out your closet and make some extra money, download the Vinted app for free and start listing.
With no seller fees, you keep every dollar you earn.
Give your clothes a second life with Vinted.

But we have a game and there's a bunch of mannequins on the beach.
And I thought the mannequins are representing just Miami cast,
but it turns out they're representing multiple housewives across franchises.
And wig snatcher is the game.
You got to run around snag a wig.
And I guess run across the goal line.
They kept saying touchdown.
So I was like, all right, there's a goal line.
That's a day delivery.
You know how these games go.
There's never a real clear cut goal.
Right.
But the one thing that I will note,
and I will give her credit even.
Kyle Richards
has been
more than tolerable
most of this season.
I've actually enjoyed Kyle on my screen.
I like watching her get involved.
She's been crushing it in the confessionals.
I'll give her credit there too.
This Kyle,
this Kyle I could watch on Beverly Hills.
And this again takes me to my point of
we have a cast issue apparently across the board,
which this show is kind of high.
highlighting, everyone does not want to be with their own cast.
That's an issue that's coming out of this whole thing.
So I think Kyle's problem is different than that.
I think Kyle's is,
and we hear this a lot,
especially in this episode from Lisa mostly,
that they wanted to just kind of cut loose,
have fun and be like not serious.
Yeah.
You don't really see people going after Kyle that much.
She kind of dictates the flow of that show.
And it's not like she's getting personal.
I mean,
we saw one scene with her talking about her,
a Moe's anniversary.
You're talking about Beverly Hills.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, I'm talking about Kyle with Beverly Hills.
Gotcha, got you don't really see her get pressed.
So what I'm looking for, yes, it is nice to see Kyle have fun.
And I like that she actually went all out in the wig game.
But I want to see more of Luanne calling her out on some shit.
Like, did she roll her eyes?
I don't know.
I don't really care.
I just want to see somebody kind of go after her a little bit because you don't really
get to see that too much of Beverly Hills.
She kind of just kind of stops it right at the door.
So I want to see more of that.
But I'm okay seeing her having her.
good time because again that is what the show is supposed to be yeah and it's been nice honestly
because there was a time in which kyle was a great housewife and so to see like glimpses i'm like
oh yeah all right i didn't always hate kyle and like this is kind of fun to see her have fun
but we get to the post game i'm not really sure who won i think kyle did and look like you said
i think kyle won yeah i'll give her that victory even if she didn't what i will say play to the whistle
you know she's playing to the whistle you go until the ref blows that whistle no one said
no one blew the whistle. Marisol still standing there. You keep grabbing wigs.
Score while you can. So, you know, a lot of credit there. MVP goes to Kyle.
But we get to the post game and Vicki's sitting there and she becomes kind of the center focus.
And Portia starts off by bringing up the fact that she left the party early.
And, you know, Vicki's just kind of ho-hum bumming around.
Well, you know, I didn't know when Zera talked to and this and that.
What I didn't expect to happen because, first of all, Luann's kind of walking around.
flirting. But once she gets done flirting, she comes over and just goes on this diatribe about
nothing pertinent to what Vicki's going through. Makes no sense. She's talking about,
this is why if you listen to my lyrics and you do this and you do that. We want to see a
grand entrance. We want to see you coming on a zip line. It's like, no, you came in on a zip line.
Like, what are we doing here? Everyone's getting annoyed. Everyone's getting irritated.
Giselle's like, what the fuck's happening right now? Lo and behold, it works.
Ricky cracks.
It's the breakthrough that we didn't see coming.
If you told me this happened three episodes ago,
I would have called you,
I would have just called bullshit right away.
Using her own lyrics to somehow get through to Vicky,
who was the biggest against Luan singing and doing anything,
makes no sense to me.
It really makes no sense.
Obviously, it's the tequila.
But this scene, again,
having to deal with Vicky on O.C.
and this was sort of like we all just took a very relieving poop.
Like we all just needed this where it's like, oh, there you are.
You're okay.
And maybe it was just a little tequila.
And look, it loosened her up a little bit in more ways than one, I'm sure.
But she's able to move forward and have a little bit of a sense of relief.
And she explains it in a way that actually works for the women.
Now it doesn't work for me.
No, it doesn't work for me.
We're trying to focus on the fact that you wanted to leave the party early and you even said,
I couldn't find my people to talk to.
It's like, yeah, okay.
you know that's not what everybody's saying online so that doesn't really fulfill anything there but
it works for them they get it your knee hurts you want to move on with your life you want to move on with
this trip and now you're feeling a little bit better you got a little tequila in you and she's able to
kind of break free and have a little bit of fun do i think it's going to last absolutely not it's
going to last this episode and this episode alone but it was a nice relieving moment for something
that has just been intolerable for you know two times a week for the last nine to 10 weeks yeah exactly
And I think what's going to happen, unfortunately, what my prediction is,
nothing's going to take away from the show.
The show's a blast.
She's going to get hung over.
It's going to be worse.
Hung over, Mickey's going to be just literally intolerable.
Like, no one even talked to her.
She's going to be an even more depressing Mary Poppins.
Do you think it's because we haven't seen her enough in Mexico
and she keeps talking about how much she loves Mexico,
but she had that whole passport issue and all of the issues that were going on in Mexico.
And now she's in Miami and she's like, they're speaking Spanish.
there's tequila.
I feel more at home and now she's more relaxed.
Yeah, no.
It could be.
No.
Let's try to spin it in a positive way.
Yeah, no, I feel you.
But yeah, no.
Let's get to lunch.
Peak Lou.
Lou is locked in at this moment.
Oh, my God.
Yeah.
Again, would I want to be around her like this?
No.
No, it'd be super irritating.
To watch it is a blast.
She walks in.
She's like, why are there children?
There's a lot of, hello, children.
As she walks by later on,
people are going to tell her to stop talking to the kids.
She won't knock it off.
Very funny.
But we get to watch everyone just learning about each other a little bit.
Lisa Barlow learns about her pituitary gland and where it actually is.
She talks about Marisol being a lawyer.
It's like, actually, no, Alexia is the lawyer.
Not really, but she does have her master's in education.
Just jumping around.
And Lisa, it's been really funny to watch Lisa.
We saw her with Teresa earlier in this episode so far up her ass.
Oh my God, yeah.
She's the same way with Marisol and Alexia.
It's like Lisa is trying, and this is where I start to think.
I'm like, all right, is this a move?
Like, are you really this excited?
That's what I think too.
I think she loved bonds or friends.
I think she loved bombs or friends.
And then when they turn on her, it's the worst thing that's ever happened to her.
Yes.
It does kind of paint a picture, a very clear picture.
Now, are we against a lot of those people on Salt Lake?
Yeah, for sure.
But we watched it with a lot of people on Salt Lake.
We watched it with Angie.
And then Angie kind of turned a little bit.
she doesn't actively go after her, but she's not right there anymore.
So we don't really see this version of Lisa unless she meets new people and she's just
trying to get them to like her.
So I think it's, you know, it's a bit of an insecurity and we're working through it.
Sure, it could be or it could be a move.
Could be like, ooh, I got this burst on my side now.
It could be a little bit of both.
I'm going to land somewhere in the middle on that one.
But Vicki's whooping it up finally.
She's taking shots, you know, she's having fun.
She's loosening up.
She's singing the wheels and the bus go round and round.
It's a lot of good stuff.
And we get to Marisol, giving a little toes, talking about Elsa.
Now, if you've watched Miami, then you know exactly who Elsa is.
It was her mother who passed away.
Probably the star of the show when she was on screen.
As Marisol explained it, if you haven't watched Miami, legit, like, we all loved Elsa.
She was just a star and so much fun to watch.
So that was sad.
And she's talking about a story about Elsa and it was touching.
And, you know, everyone's there like, yeah, and you know, Luann talked her on the phone.
Louan has a story too
about how I think her
It's a funny story though
It's a funny story
It's a very funny story
This is on the heels by the way
Like right after Marisol
Has a sad story about Elsa
I got a funny story
As a go before you
Everyone said shut up
Shut up
You stop talking
It's my turn to talk now
First of all
I'm gonna die
That's how she let it off
She says Elsa passed away
Luan's response
I'm gonna die having sex
or a heart attack.
Everyone there is just kind of speechless.
Even for housewives, like, whoa, read the room.
And she's like, wait a minute.
I have a funny story.
This is my nine-year-old mommy goes to look for a boyfriend.
Where is he?
He's out of bed.
He's dead of the toilet.
Got stiff and fell over.
I was like, stiff is a bored.
Oh, God.
Like, awesome.
Thank you for this.
This is great.
But we're talking about Elsa right now.
This is a touching sad moment.
You talk to Elsa on the phone frequently.
And she talked to NeNeal leaks too, by the way.
I would love to just, I wish all of that was on camera.
Fly on the wall.
Yeah.
Yeah, dude.
But her dropping this at this moment, this is why Luann is great.
This moment is why she's great.
Her entire charade at the pool, all of that.
Like you said, and like she says later in the car, her life is a cabaret.
And it's, it's glorious.
Is it glorious for the reason she thinks it is?
No.
Is it still glorious?
your goddamn right it is she's got a hunger for this that's why she keeps coming back i love that too
i'm still hungry for this shit i keep coming back who's got it better than us like you're selling
a football coach right now what's going on yeah all of this she was the best i and she was great i love
the inner workings of all of this and before we even get to the lisa barlow stuff where we finally
get the apology we're working through still trying to cheer vicky up and i love that we're getting
like contradicting personalities from the confessional going back to the pool.
And she's like, you can't force how to whoop it up.
You got to just let it come to you.
And everybody keeps trying to force it.
Then you go back to the pool and she's just downing tequila and singing wheels on the bus back and forth.
And she's like, wait a minute.
What do you mean?
This is supposed to be a good breakthrough for you.
It tells me that it isn't a good breakthrough and you're going to feel like shit the next couple of days and that's going to suck.
But everyone's just trying to kind of funnel it back to her.
And when we get back to Vicky and it's, Vicki,
why don't you give us a toast?
Luann just won't shut up.
Like, I gotta get my blush out.
I gotta get this out.
Wait, Kyle, you have my vape still, right?
Kyle's like, it's all about timing.
It's all about timing, Vicky.
I got to put bloodshed.
I like to think that she just completely outed Kyle too for vaping.
Like Kyle just tries to live this clean life that we've been watching on Beverly Hills for the last like four years.
But in reality, she's just home vaping.
And she's like, nobody fucking say a word about this.
Luann, keep it together.
Wait, let me get your vape back.
I need to, I haven't, what do you mean?
Oh, you had my vape on the first season of Ultimate Girls' Trum.
What are we talking about now, Luam?
Where are we going with any of this?
Vicki's trying to give a speech.
Let Vicki, just give the damn speech.
Luan, shut the hell up.
And that's where you see Portia kind of break to.
And she's just straight up yelling at Luam, which is how warrants it at this point, but still funny.
And it gets to that point where Luam.
Yeah, and she loves it.
Like, she is, she is that central character that's going to ruffle enough feathers,
whether it's with the guy dying on the toilet or just talking over people.
bringing it back to her, it pisses people off.
And it's going to activate some of these housewives.
And then we'll get an episode or two of them just kind of go out after Luann and she can handle it.
Exactly.
That was my favorite part as her talking over people, Portia, trying to not go after her.
Because what she was saying, like she was literally complimenting Portia, the Marisol, but interrupting.
And Portia's like, yeah, okay, all right, okay, back on track.
And then she does something else.
She's like, God, fuck Luan.
Like, come on.
Oh, the way that still doesn't get actors.
Like, oh, got me.
It was just such a funny scene back and forth.
But that's when we get into the Lisa Barlow stuff.
And Giselle's the one that brings it up to the table, obviously.
I thought she actually had a pretty good Lisa Barlow impression when she did Lisa
his voice.
Yeah, it was pretty good.
But Lisa's whole thing, it's not a bad defense.
And I can chalk this up to a whatever.
She's like, look, fresh off the reunion, super defensive.
You guys came at me.
My first instinct is to get defensive.
Do I believe her?
No, I think she would have reacted this way regardless of the timing.
But that's not important in this show.
So, yeah, I can chalk that up to find your extra defensive.
It is what it is.
Here's why I love Jazeel because that gets seemingly squashed.
All right, fine.
That makes sense.
The Lisa that we know, we want to get to know you in a different way, not the defensive
Lisa from Salt Lake.
we want to get to know the real Lisa.
Cool.
Squashed, no, because Giselle's got an ace in the hole.
But I'd also heard that you're talking to blogs.
You are talking to bloggers.
And you would think when Lisa's like, no, I would never.
There's no way I would do that.
Giselle is not letting this one go.
She's like, okay.
But if something comes out about this group,
I know who I'm looking at.
And Lisa's rattled.
She's very rattled because she thought this was going to work.
She thought she was free and clear.
And she's used to that.
she's used to everyone being up against her, but she's not used to like, all right, fine,
we'll see.
And that might be the best way to get Lisa's to like give her enough, what is it?
Give her enough rope to hang herself, that type of thing.
Yeah.
Yeah, I think it's that type of thing.
And look, let's not forget Salt Lake City in general, not just Lisa Barlow, they had a blog problem.
I mean, we watched Whitney talk to a podcaster on the phone on the show.
And that's when we decided to enact the, if you talk to a blog,
you get fines and get suspended for a couple episodes, which is still what they should be doing.
But this speaks to me in a different way.
The fact that we're bringing this up and the fact that we go to everybody's confessional
and they all say that's the one no-no that we can't do, which Andy has been trying to just ram
into all of the shows like, no, we're not doing this.
No, we're not doing this.
It tells me that maybe we've alleviated the problem.
Maybe we've done enough where this won't happen again because that would have been the
downfall completely of Salt Lake.
Now they can still find themselves in the sand at some point when they keep going
after Lisa and that's the only thing they're doing.
But that was the main issue that was kind of just seeping out of the show and becoming
way more of an issue.
If we can get around that and if every single housewife on this show is saying, no, you can't
do that, maybe they fixed it.
Maybe we fixed the problem in some capacity and we can move forward from this whole thing.
But this is the final stance.
The final, all right, Lisa, we know about this.
We're doing this.
But the thing that I find the funniest is Giselle talking about like, yeah, you know, Heather
and Whitney are my girls.
We did ultimate girls trip in Thailand.
like you guys fucking hated that season what are you talking about that was the season where everybody was bitching about a bottle of tequila for like seven episodes joselle someone stole my tequila yeah like what was that a class of zool or whatever like that's like a 125 bucks or whatever like i don't fucking care but still you didn't have a good time heather and whitney are not your girls it was contentious from day one for that so let's not act like your buddy buddy with them and you're talking about this you know what's going on and i think the funny thing is too we even have that semi a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of
of a problem while Jezelle and Robin were doing their podcast and they were getting information
from blogs and then using it on the show.
It's like, come on.
Let's not do this.
Let's hope that this is the final nail on the coffin.
We can put all of that shit to bed.
But it is funny to just kind of spin the whole thing.
And it's not just like the low hanging fruit.
I talk to all these girls.
They all say yourself absorbed.
They all say you don't care about anything.
So what are we getting from you when you show up late to the bus?
You go the extra mile.
You really hammer it home.
And that's enough for Lisa to cry in the bathroom.
But it's also enough.
to get Teresa involved in a very fun way, which I know Teresa's just kind of getting to that point.
Like, yeah, there's Lisa girls up my ass.
Gia, what do you know about Lisa Barlow?
Well, I just watched Salt Lake City.
She's a lot like you.
Okay, cool.
She can be my friend.
She's my best friend.
And I fucking love it.
Exactly.
And that first, to your point about the blogger situation, that actually made me think that,
you know, some of these things we've been talking about across franchises, like what
this show is highlighting.
I actually do think that there was a discussion amongst the cast members where it's like, hey, these are some of the issues we've been having that we would like to address on a broad scale in some way, shape, or form.
I agree with you.
I think the blogger thing was front and center.
I think that they probably told this cast, like, this needs to be talked about on screen at some point.
I need to put this shit to bed.
It needs to stop because we are seeing Housewives voice to each other.
A lot of the things that we've been talking about at home, like you and I and other people.
people on social media. These are some of the issues that we've all been having with these shows.
And they're kind of addressing it amongst themselves, which I love. I love that we're highlighting
it here. I hope that this can be the last one and put it to bed. It's hilarious to me that Bravo has a
problem with bloggers. And yet you roll out the same dude every time you want to drop something on
TV. It seems like maybe there's a connection there. I don't know. Could be crazy. Just saying,
but I agree with you
and I think that this could be a good
stepping point into hopefully
a blogger list
housewives realm. Do I think it's going to be
free and clear forever? No, I'm sure there's
always going to be some kind of connection there but let's get back
to the good old days where it was under the table
we didn't know about it.
You just heard from somebody from somewhere.
I like the idea that this
ultimate girl's trip is just becoming
Bravo propaganda. Like, hey,
we hear you guys, we're going to have
your favorites all discuss this
and say that it's a cardinal sin.
This is an absolute no-no,
and we're going to move on from it.
It's all good.
We're all free and clear of the bloggers.
All right.
We believe you.
I'll buy it.
I'll buy it for now until we get to Salt Lake
and Heather pull something out of her ass
or Whitney is on the phone with somebody.
Oh, God, that's right?
Literally this week.
First episode we have to deal with it.
Tomorrow, right?
I think it's airing tonight.
Or Bronies tonight.
I think tomorrow.
Yeah.
I think so.
We never know, dude.
Yeah, I don't know.
That's their fault.
That's my point.
We should know.
We don't because you don't say anything.
And then it pops up.
We're like, oh, shit, this is back.
I'll cover that.
Speaking of,
the answer with the stars is back.
So we have to figure out if we're doing that or not.
But anyway.
Yeah.
And traders with no stars.
Oh,
regular traders.
Norma traders without the stars.
Oh, you didn't get picked?
Damn.
Yeah.
That's a part.
Yeah.
We'll keep putting you in there.
We're going to get you there.
Somehow, Shooter McGlitter will be off the trace.
You will win.
I mean, I was in Scotland.
I was just kind of peeking around on the back.
Okay.
Well, that's a good start.
Just keep a lookout.
We'll build on that.
That would be so fucking funny.
If you just like,
didn't even tell me somehow recorded it from Scotland from the castle and I had no idea
you're on traders.
Brought my whole setup with me.
They said I couldn't tell anybody.
I don't even be mad.
That's really impressive.
Well done.
It just means I won if I was able to keep it from you the whole time.
that was the game within the game.
But anyway, everything kind of breaks down.
Again, you know, Lisa's hang up now is why is Giselle coming at me.
Giselle's hang up now as well.
You've kind of confirmed some of the things that we've been hearing.
Other people are kind of feeling the same way.
Like you said, Teresa got enough confirmation from Gia that she's going to be LB's best friend,
which is fine.
I actually love these two together.
She goes to the bathroom and they get to do this thing back and forth that
this is literally their tenure on the show, even if they did something stupid, which many of the times they were at fault.
But they never take accountability.
They never feel like they're in the wrong.
So Teresa's like every year, every year they come back.
I totally get it.
I understand.
At least it's like, thank you.
Thank you.
I feel like I'm going crazy.
Everyone, they just keep caught.
I feel like they're mentally ill.
They're sick, ill, stalker weird people.
is like totally. That's how everybody on my cast is too. That's what Louis told me. And I believe
him. It's so funny and delusional and just LB and Teresa coded in the best way. You could put
the best too on a standalone episode. It would probably be fucking gold. I think it would.
That's where I concocted my idea. Like fuck Jersey. Just send Teresa over to Salt Lake. Like that'll
solve a lot of problems. You can just reboot Roney or Roney with a
with new people in New Jersey and see what you got there.
But bring Teresa over there.
Lisa needs a friend and what a duo of those two would be
until they inevitably turn on each other.
But right now,
that's exactly what Lisa needs.
And right now,
even more so right now,
even more current in this show,
that's exactly what Lisa needs.
Because we don't want to watch a sad Lisa,
even though it is kind of funny.
I guess,
you know,
eventually your emotions wear a thin
and you do kind of break down.
This was sort of like absolution.
I mean,
yeah,
they brought up the whole blogger thing,
but Giselle wasn't like,
using it against you and plans to use it for episodes to come.
It's kind of done now.
You can move on so you don't really need to cry, but I don't want to watch it depressed
Lisa Barlow.
I already have to deal with depressed Vicki, and I know we're going to have depressed
hungover Vicki next episode.
I don't want any more depressed people.
Happy people, just be happy and enjoy your time there.
That's what this whole thing was supposed to be for.
And if you get that by Teresa coming into the bathroom and helping you out, that's
right.
Yep, we all win, actually, if that happens.
but everybody leaves and we get the car ride,
which was just delightful.
In Luan's car,
Lisa's crying in the back.
I think Teresa's back there with her.
The Teresa is sitting right next to Luan,
not listening to Luan.
Yes.
And Luan is...
Who's got it better than us?
She literally gets to the car.
Is that the best day?
Like, who's got it better at us?
Huh?
Lisa's crying,
mind you.
And she's saying all of this,
has no idea.
And then she starts to go on her tangent.
And I wrote down everything that I
could one watch there.
I didn't rewind it.
But obviously other people are talking about,
you know,
Luann and her lack of feel for the situation,
bringing up,
you know,
the death and the jokes and this and that.
Meanwhile,
Louan's like,
look,
life is about self and respect of self.
By the way,
my life's a cabaret.
I'm not married.
No ring on it.
You ring on this one.
Tiffany,
nonetheless.
This was a monologue.
It was the best monologue ever.
She goes,
I went and saw Deepak Chopra.
You know what I learned?
Always be the first to leave the party.
Leave him wanting more.
Keep me guessing.
And you know why I'm still in this?
This got me,
this got me ready to run through a wall.
Love of the game.
I love the game.
I was like,
fuck yeah,
dude,
you're a star.
She's like,
I want the demon deep in you.
And then she sings.
I don't know.
I have no idea what she's talking about reality TV.
Is she talking about Bravo,
ultimate girl's trip,
like anything?
Or is she just talking about being Luam?
Because I think that's what she's talking about.
God,
it was,
literally like I want it on a poster.
I want those words.
Maybe I get a tattoo of one of Luann's quotes.
That would be fun. Actually, I might do that.
Just get it like above your front door.
So every time you leave the house,
you get to smack it.
Oh, like the belief signor of the Notre Dame.
Oh, that,
yeah, dude,
play like a champion today, Luann.
It was just gold.
It was a great episode.
Great episode.
But let's see what the audience had to say about it.
Oh,
that was the picture you put into.
Oh, yeah.
course.
Oh, yeah.
First one up here from B. Wolf.
Would you rather receive life advice from Luann or Vicki?
Luann, for sure.
Like,
Vicki's just going to try to sell me insurance by the end of it.
She's going to make me be boring and like financially smart.
No,
I want to be Luan.
I want to live life to the fullest.
Yep.
From Helen J.
Harm,
what do you think it would be like to see your former teacher on a real housewives
show?
Oh, man.
that would be electric.
I guess it wouldn't be.
Ms. Davidson?
Yeah.
She would be ruthless.
She would win whatever they were doing.
That would be so funny.
It would be like the first thing that I brought up to people.
Like, hey,
do you watch Real Housewives?
Yeah, that was my second grade teacher.
Really cool.
From Rose B 94X.
This is my first interaction with Vicki.
Is she always like this?
She wasn't.
in ways yeah but there was a lot more good than bad and now it just seems like it's all pretty bad
there was a lot of the same but it was entertaining it wasn't as depressing and like she just shuts down
scenes now that's the problem it's not like she's being miserable and like poking and this and that
she's just like i'm done i'm done talking let's by the quiet game that sucks but no not fully like this
like she used to be what very watchable actually yeah uh from andre drew one would you have left
Lisa for being late.
I think contractually
they're not supposed to leave them
but I've always felt like that
like hey let's just fucking leave them like they have the
means to get wherever we're going
it's not that big of a deal but I do think
especially in a show like this like they're probably
contractually obligated to wait.
That would make sense to me especially
of like productions there and everything they're probably in charge
of like keeping everybody together.
Christy Ian
straight cinema
tree looking dead behind the eyes. Lisa Ball
and Lou, I can't read that.
And Lou,
all up on the pasta, allegedly.
Yes, it was straight cinema.
Yeah, who knows?
From Mike Brose, does it bode well for Lisa
that her ally is dot, dot, dot, Teresa.
Yes, it absolutely does.
It bodes well for us.
Yeah, it bodes well for us,
and that's what really matters,
but I think it does bode well for Lisa.
I also think that could be good for Lisa,
going into her season of Salt Lake because there's definitely an underlying, what's the word?
She's enamored by what Teresa represents, like the housewife, right?
Like in a lot of people's eyes, if you think housewives, you think Teresa Judey's.
To have her as a quote unquote best friend, Lisa's ego is going to be huge.
And I would argue, Alisa Barlow with an inflated ego.
is probably what we need to combat everybody going after.
Remember, I'm not like the biggest Lisa Barlow stand by any means.
You more so than I.
But a very egotistical Lisa can put up with the attacks that we're inevitably going to see on Salt Lake.
So maybe it's for the best.
Yeah, I hope it is.
From Robert Taylor, writer of stuff,
why can't Miami just go to Peacock exclusively?
Because they deserve more, Robert.
Oh, my God.
They deserve.
Get them.
Got him.
Added him.
Can you?
But yes, Miami deserves more than,
obviously we all want the back on our screens,
but they deserve to be on Bravo.
There are other shows.
And if you want to do that,
it's a different podcast for a different day,
but there are other shows in California.
To Peacock exclusively, yeah,
and then just put this on Bravo.
No, I agree.
I think that's a great compromise.
Put it back.
That was the first year of Miami returning was Peacock Only.
And it got good enough Numbies.
They put it back on NBC.
Sorry, Bravo.
Yeah, do something with it.
I want to hold out to hope, like we talked about early on,
that this is all a setup to get us back to Miami.
Maybe this is their way of getting people who haven't seen Miami to see some of it and be like,
oh, that's interesting.
And then announce a big comeback.
And then you have more eyes on it.
And that could lead to them returning.
That makes sense to me, again, wishful thinking, probably.
but you know thing he's cross yeah
thingies cross indeed and we'll do one more here
I saw a good one somewhere in here
dun dun dun dun dun
oh this is a great one night
and I'm from Shoshi Davis
someone must be on bath salts for putting Miami on pause
and continuing with OC and Beverly Hills
bring back bath salts
I don't know remember there was that whole
people eating people thing
yeah it always is
Florida man naked on 995
eating face
yeah remember that they ate somebody's face
yeah bass sauce that was a whole thing
but yes maybe that was one of the producers
on Bravo or one of the executives was the guy
that ate somebody's face on bath salts
and that's why my name is paused
yep blame bath salts and that guy
so there you go blame somebody
I'll blame bath salt guy that's fine with me
but this show rolls on
we got a few more left
I'm going to be really sad.
I want like a reunion for this show.
Like just give me more.
Yeah.
It's great.
Yeah.
But seems like that last episode's going to be a reunion within itself with a lot of people.
But now.
Is Dorinda going to be completely insufferable?
She doesn't have enough time to be as insufferable as she wants to be.
I don't think.
Time will tell.
You know, time will tell.
But that's all I got.
You anything else?
Nope.
That's our show.
Brap Bros are out of here.
For eight years, we've been asking the same question over and over again.
How did this happen?
My name's Mandy.
And I'm Melissa, and we're the host of Moms and Mysteries, the True Crime Podcast with over 55 million downloads.
We're two Florida moms who are obsessed with mysteries.
Each week, we do deep dives into fascinating true crime stories.
We cover everything from infamous cases like Casey Anthony to the bizarre and complex crimes right
here in our home state, like the shocking murder of FSU professor Dan Markell.
We bring you the facts, but with warmth and width, you'd only get from two friends who have been hooked on mysteries since childhood.
Join us for new episodes of Moms and Mysteries every Tuesday and Thursday.
Listen to Moms and Mysteries on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast.
The Tudors were probably the most scandalous dynasty in British history.
The season of vulgar history were spilling the tea on this messy, messed up family and the people who had to live through it all.
And Berlin and the other wives of Henry VIII are known today from the musical Six,
But who were they really?
Did any of them actually want to marry him?
Henry the Eight, the man who was literally the worst?
How did two of them manage to escape with their heads intact?
We'll also get into historical mysteries,
like who really wrote Shakespeare's plays?
Who was the real bloody Mary?
And what was happening elsewhere in the world
while the tutors were trampling all over England,
like the mysterious disappearance of the Roanoke colony
and the true story of the girl known as Pocahontas?
I'll be joined by tutor historians, experts,
and a few of my friends who really hate Henry the Eighths.
to learn all about the tutors this season on vulgar history.
Because it's Henry VIII all day, every day.
Listen to Vulgar History wherever you get podcasts.
