Bros & Shows - While Lexi's Away, Jesse Will... Flirt and Get His Toe Sucked (Summer House Full Recap)

Episode Date: March 28, 2025

What's up Bros? Summer just got weird... In this episode, A LOT happens. Kyle and Craig finally hash out their conversation after Craig makes Kyle wait in a boat for 20 minutes alone. Paige is having ...issues with Craig and his behavior and beginning to question how supportive he is or perhaps he's sipping some Haterade. Carl and Lil have the most awkward interactions, but they both seem to like one another. It's almost like the awkwardness just sorta.. works for them. Jesse attempts to smooth things over between Ciara and West, but Ciara is not over West using her last summer. And West is feeling some type of way about Ciara claiming he used her. But we do see a lot more flirting between Jesse and Ciara... The rest of the group takes notice as well and seems to egg them on. The night ends with Imrul bringing two ladies home and Jesse going into his room whilst the ladies were in there and comes out 37 minutes later claiming only a little toe sucking took place... Starting point is 00:00:00 With Amex Platinum, you have access to over 1,400 airport lounges worldwide. So your experience before takeoff is a taste of what's to come. That's the powerful backing of Amex. Conditions apply. The twisted tale of Amanda Knox is an eight-episode Hulu Original Limited series that blends gripping pacing with emotional complexity, offering a dramatized look as it revisits the wrongful conviction of Amanda Knox. the tragic murder of Meredith Kircher and the relentless media storm that followed.
Starting point is 00:00:35 The twisted tale of Amanda Knox is now streaming only on Disney Plus. You ever gotten your toe sucked? No, no, I haven't. Great way to start off an episode. I know. God, no. I thought it gross. Typically, you start us off on these cold openings and I thought you were going to ask me that and I was prepped for it. Oh, shit. I'm happy that I was able to turn the tables. Well, have you ever had you? Your toes act? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:01 Doesn't appeal to me. I mean, either. I don't get it. I don't think Jesse's ever had his toe socked either. Yeah. Well, we're on it. Nah, well, he has now. Bros and shows.
Starting point is 00:01:09 Bros and shows. I gotta have me my bros and shows. Bros and shows. Brose and shows. I got to have me my Bros. Shows and Shows. Good afternoon, everybody. Welcome back to another episode of Bros.
Starting point is 00:01:23 And shows, I'm your co-host, Steele Russell. joined as always by the one and only. Give me Goots. What's up, dude? I was going to be opening day goots. Oh, it should have been opening day goots. Yeah. Baseball season is upon us.
Starting point is 00:01:35 That means spring. Spring is officially here. It's sprung. Yeah, spring half sprung. That's what I based on, not the 21st or the spring equinox. Get out of here. Yeah, no, I don't base it on that either. Although we are in the season of waking up, it's sunny outside.
Starting point is 00:01:51 I expected to be warm and it's 36 degrees. Today was cold. Today was really cold. I went to the gym and I was like, I walked out without a sweatshirt, and I was like, no, nope. Nope, nope, right back in. Can't do it. No, I need to be, I need to be toasty. And the weird thing is, as I get older, you're colder.
Starting point is 00:02:07 Yes, yeah, why? I don't know. You put the older and colder. I put the older and colder. You're damn right. That's actually kind of funny. Well done. Well done there.
Starting point is 00:02:15 I thought that. But it's also hard to watch a show about summer when you're cold because I just want to be by the pool hanging out. But this was, uh, this was an interesting episode. Weird episode. I felt kind of weird. watching it. I felt very weird watching it. I don't know how to feel. I've got a lot of thoughts. I have plenty of thoughts. We can let our imaginations run towards the end of this episode,
Starting point is 00:02:40 which I am really excited for. There is also a few things that happened in this episode that I didn't quite expect. And I think we're going down, and look, this is way better than going down a bad path for Summer House. We're going down a very weird path for Summer House. And I'm interested to see where it goes. It was almost like watching an Ayahuasca trip. Okay. You know? Not that I've ever been one, but just watching this party was like, I don't know if they spiked
Starting point is 00:03:07 the drinks or if they were just drunker than we've seen them in a while. I liked the party a lot and I think they were a lot drunker. Maybe that's what it was. And I think the telltale sign was West saying, you guys are playing flip cup with vodka? Oh, with hard alcohol. All right, I guess I'm in. That's a bad call right there.
Starting point is 00:03:22 Twist my arm. I don't want to be, first, I don't want to play Flipcup or beer pong with hard liquor, I don't want to be around that either, because the people that do that will turn into messes that then later will annoy me. Yes. I'm not going to clean up the mess, but I'm going to be really annoyed it. I'm going to have a bonus cup. Like if, you know, one shot. Sure, yeah. Yeah. And then, you know, it's exactly, because you know, that brought back a memory of a, um, Fire Island. Not Fire Island, but like, you get, there is a word for it, and I can't remember what it is. It's like the fucked cup or something. And everybody just dumps
Starting point is 00:03:56 their own shit into and then you have to drink. Oh, no. That doesn't sound fun. Too old for that. Stupid. That was, that was dumb. But you know what?
Starting point is 00:04:05 Let's jump into this episode. First, first things first. Yeah. Go Phil's. Go Phil's. And congratulations to my brother and sister-in-law. They just had a beautiful baby girl.
Starting point is 00:04:18 I went to see her today. She's gorgeous. Nice job, mom. Way to go, dad. Everyone rest up. You can do that stupid. tro people do get your sleep now i hate when i hate that one i don't like that one you know what there's a thing going around and now that you know what i will take a second all right because we have
Starting point is 00:04:36 a you know not a huge platform but we have a platform of which i can speak on i don't know what it is especially with parents from our generation why do we have to fear monger to expecting parents it's crazy like every time i've heard conversations with like people about to be parents with current parents that have like a toddler or something like oh just you wait they say all these horrible tropes where it's like sleep now because you're never going to sleep again they make it sound awful they make parenting sound awful and that is not what it is you are tired yes but it is a fun tired like most of the time sometimes it's not fun tired but i don't understand why we have to scare parents right before they have a baby when there's so much fun shit you could talk about
Starting point is 00:05:23 talk about the good things don't be like oh boy like that's not fun like they're in the hospital right now. They're in the hospital right now. And nurses come and go, ooh-hoo, wait for the second night. The nurses are doing it? Yeah, they're like, wait for night two. It's a epidemic. It's fucking weird.
Starting point is 00:05:36 And, like, for them, their baby was mellow all day. And there's, like, the 24-hour birthday nap, like, when they're born, they just rest because obviously they just went through a whole lot. So they sleep a lot. But if they're like, oh, my God, she's so mellow, it's so nice, don't crush their hopes and dreams or be like, that's just because it's not night two yet. It's like, why? What does that do?
Starting point is 00:05:55 I don't get it. Sorry, but that's bothered me for a while. I don't know what to say. I'm not a parent, so I... No, I know. Yeah, but like... None of this applies to me. There's just this thing with let's talk about how hard and how difficult it is right
Starting point is 00:06:10 before new parents have their kid, and I don't get it. I do not get it. So let's stop doing that, everybody. Anyway, knock it off. Yeah. Well, I don't even know where that came up. Oh, because I said congratulations, Chris and Mark. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:21 Okay, cool. So I'm glad we got back here. So now let's talk about Summer House. we all good Everybody's good I think everybody's good All right cool We start out with
Starting point is 00:06:31 What I thought was going to be Craig and Kyle Right out of the gate Because it makes it seem that way Because Kyle goes up to the boat And says hey man Now a good time When we shoot the shit
Starting point is 00:06:42 He doesn't even say now a good time He just goes Can I switch places with you? Yeah I was paraphrasing Yeah But he's like yeah sure And he says
Starting point is 00:06:51 He gotta go to the bathroom You gotta go take a little peepie real quick I'll be right back. He said he was getting another drink. Both were true, by the way. He did both of those things. He did both amongst other things. But yeah, so he bounces, but there is something important to note before Kyle gets there.
Starting point is 00:07:08 When Paige and Craig are still talking, she clarifies in a confession. It's like, you can pick anywhere on that list and just come visit. That's what we said last week that he should have done and it would have made a lot of sense. You feel neglected. I don't think that in a healthy relationship, your girlfriend is stopping you from coming to visit. Correct. This isn't a, yeah, I'm just going to tag a long. for the whole tour you're not going to do that we don't know you're not going to do that but
Starting point is 00:07:29 you can go to the different tour stops and have a fun time with your girlfriend and then go home i agree that is a good way to make sure that you're feeling appreciated you can make her feel appreciated while she's working i'm sure she would like a little break here and there tours are grueling go do that there's nothing stopping you from doing that so i don't understand why he's saying it's either one or the other like you need to check in on me like go visit your girlfriend you have all the money in the world at this point you don't really have a schedule no to exist you bought back and forth from new york you can check yeah you bought back and forth from new york you can check your laptop you can make calls on the road you're not going to be gone for an extended period of time you go away for like a week
Starting point is 00:08:08 and go on the tour with them for a bit hang out have some fun go home but that also to build on what you said implies you're not insecure about your relationship because if he wasn't he would say yeah you know what this looks like a fun weekend you're going to be in you know charlotte oh here's a cool weekend you guys don't live together either no so why what where's the separation anxiety coming from yeah and i think honestly i think it's because he continues to try to further the relationship and get some kind of reassurance that they are still on this trajectory and you think he views it like she's running away yeah like we're already on a long distance relationship we're already trying to handle all of these hurdles i'm trying to break us closer and you're going away yeah it's like
Starting point is 00:08:51 she's doing her job. Yeah. I think when you put all that together, that's where the incident comes from. Anyway, we're not going to talk about Craig and Kyle yet because, like I said, Craig's off gallivanting around the house,
Starting point is 00:09:04 but we do see Jesse flirting a little bit, but he does say immediately, I do have a girlfriend, I'm just talking, he says that to the ladies, but while he's talking to those ladies, we get to see Carl work in his magic.
Starting point is 00:09:18 Yeah. Magic? No pun intended. because they're talking about magic. She's like, I think magic is sick and I really want to learn it. I want to go to magic school or something, and Carl's like, yeah, totally. She's like, that's why I always
Starting point is 00:09:32 keep these things on me. And she pulls out a deck of cards, but does not know how to do magic. Yeah. That's strange. I mean, I've got a magic trick to Carl can try. What? Hide the salami. Oh, God.
Starting point is 00:09:45 He hasn't had sex in two years. Come on. Or three years. I don't know how the fuck long it's been. Either way, this is just him talking I can't tell if there's chemistry because of how awkward it is But they're both giving awkward So they're both giving awkward
Starting point is 00:10:00 So that kind of works It weirdly works And honestly like That is the kind of person That I would see Carl with Yeah So it makes sense to me I like that she's
Starting point is 00:10:10 It's almost as if she knows What she's doing and she might And I'm not going to accuse her Of knowing what she's doing No But the very over the top Supportiveness support of Carl's business.
Starting point is 00:10:23 It's like, ooh. Did you watch the show? You're doing the opposite of what Lindsay did last year? You see what Lindsay did last year. Giving him a little confessional to talk about how nice it is to be supported. Like, it's the greatest idea I've ever heard my entire life. Then Carl's like, God, it's nice to feel supported. And like, I don't deny that.
Starting point is 00:10:39 I'm sure it is really nice. He's going out on the limb to go do this. He's taking a risk. So if there's a girl there and, yeah, she might just be saying all the right things to just be flirtatious, fine, whatever. But take it for what it is. She's important, yeah. That's nice. Good for you, Carl.
Starting point is 00:10:52 It's good. Yeah, take it all in, pal. But we get a lot of weird conversations. Like we said, this is a weird episode. There's a lot of weird tensions in the house, whether it's sexual or just straight up tensions. There's a lot of weird conversations throughout the party that I was worried they didn't have enough cameras and enough audio. Like, there's a lot of conversations actually happening at the exact same time, which is different than we usually see where we're like, oh, you guys are just splicing this together and doing this and that and whatever. there were different groups of people having conversations about either Kyle and Craig sitting in the middle of the pool or Jesse and Sierra over here talking.
Starting point is 00:11:28 Like there were a bunch of different conversations about other people going on at the same time. Like, this is great. It's awesome. It's hard to keep track of. Let's make sure. Oh, this was a disaster to try to write notes on. Let's why don't we individualize them? I'm trying.
Starting point is 00:11:44 We'll lump together what we can, but there's just things everywhere. But anyway, Jesse and Sierra are talking. And Jesse's goal was to smooth things over with West and so that he could hang out with both of his friends again. And he's talking to her. He's like, you know, I'm just still picking up a neggy energy from you. Like, what's going on? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:03 What does West have to do to move on? Is the question he poses. She's like, look, we're coexisting and it's fine. But if you think that we're going to be cool after he used me last year, like this is all he's going to get more or less. Like, this is kind of the limit of what I'm willing to put forward with West, which in my head, I'm like, that's a boundary. She set the boundary.
Starting point is 00:12:27 If she's going to stand by that, that's her prerogative. I'm not going to be like, don't do that. It's fully fine. I have no issues with this at all. I think this is something that Sierra's feelings are valid. Sure. And I think it's a matter of Jesse and West want it to be over with. Yes.
Starting point is 00:12:40 They want things to go back to normal. And unfortunately, for them, it's not their call. No. It's not their call at all. And for the most part, West did. used Sierra last year. I know he doesn't like the word. I know he doesn't like the terminology, but you did.
Starting point is 00:12:53 Yeah. That is exactly what you did. You used her all last summer, not for a storyline because you don't know how that works, but you used her to have somebody to have a romantic interest to be able to go back and hang out with because you weren't, you know, maybe you weren't confident in going out because you were going out with somebody like Jesse or whatever it may have been. You thought that you had something going, but you never actually intended on getting romantic, taking it to the next level.
Starting point is 00:13:16 So yeah, you used her. You did. And maybe that's his disconnect is not understanding that. He's thinking used means this. And it's actually a much more broad term in this. So that's actually an interesting point. But let's get to another weird conversation because Craig and Kyle are sitting in a boat. And about 20 minutes later, Craig strolls out of the house.
Starting point is 00:13:37 And throughout his time in the house, we kept getting like flashes of him, like what he was doing. He was eating chips. He was checking his laptop. He was going over correspondence. He did pee. he did get a drink, but he did all this. And this goes to prove my point from last week, where I was like, you thought that Kyle was trying to, you know, posture and control the conversation.
Starting point is 00:14:02 I said it was Craig. This proves that it was Craig. It was Craig, yeah. He's literally showing zero interest in this. He realized, I'm on my own timeline, not your timeline. Yes. I'm going to leave you here sitting in the boat. I think he was probably a little surprised when he came back down that Kyle was still sitting there.
Starting point is 00:14:17 That's actually a good point. And maybe he thought again, because I did think that both can be true, where, you know, the way Kyle was, and maybe he wasn't because I feel a little differently about Kyle in this conversation. Interesting. But the way that Craig handled it, I still thought from last week and again this week, he's just trying to postpone. That's what it feels like. He's just trying to not have the conversation ever so that he can continue to complain about it. Because he wants not the sympathy, but he wants to be the guy that was wronged. He wants to be the guy that is all up in arms about this.
Starting point is 00:14:46 And again, you had more opportunity. to say, don't handle it like this. Don't text my girlfriend. That's it. Don't blast her for this. And again, he was making it all about himself. So again, I'm still, last week, I was very neutral. I'm like, you guys both kind of suck.
Starting point is 00:15:00 Now this week, I'm like, Kyle's making a lot of good points without being an asshole. That's, yeah, that's what I recognized last week. And I think that you got there. That's the important thing. I think he was way more of an asshole last week. He was way more Kyle. He was much more brash last week. This week, it actually genuinely felt like he just wanted to stop.
Starting point is 00:15:17 it, not get his point across, and then eventually stop it. Yeah, I agree. I agree. But while they're sitting there, Jesse, he says something really interesting. I guess Craig had talked to him previously and was like, Craig told me, even if he apologizes, it's not good enough. He's got to change his entire mindset. It's like, well, then you're never going to get to the end of this.
Starting point is 00:15:38 That's a crazy stipulation. I would love to have seen that conversation. Me too. Like, change your whole, you got to change the way you look at things. I don't think complaining a lot about, like, the snippets that we get when it's, you know, a relevant conversation. Sure. But I would like to see the three guys sitting down talking about this because it's the most open that Craig's been.
Starting point is 00:15:53 When you see him with Page, he is posturing. He is talking about all of these things. Again, not talking about how Kyle texted Page, but that's a different issue. But sitting with the guys, it seemed like he was more open about his actual feelings towards the matter. Yeah, yeah. And, you know, we find out as well that Craig has pulled lover boy from all of his stores. So. Which, you know, is a byproduct of having an investment with a different.
Starting point is 00:16:16 Sure. Yeah, that's not, that doesn't hit as hard as I think. That would be weird if you were selling other sprits instead of sprits. You were not doing this to be vindictive. Yeah. You were doing it because you have a partner. But it is a talking point now. Yep, sure is. Oh, this is it. The day you finally ask for that big promotion. You're in front of your mirror with your Starbucks coffee. Be confident. Assertive. Remember eye contact. But also remember to blink. Smile, but not too much. That's weird. What if you aren't any good at your job? What if they demoed you instead? Okay, don't be silly. You're smart, you're driven, you're going to be late if you keep talking to the mirror. This promotion is yours.
Starting point is 00:16:56 Go get them. Starbucks, it's never just coffee. Oh, hi, buddy. Who's the best you are? I wish I could spend all day with you instead. Uh, Dave, you're off mute. Hey, happens to the best of us. Enjoy some goldfish cheddar crackers.
Starting point is 00:17:18 Goldfish have short memories. Be like goldfish. Pumpkin is here at Starbucks, and we're making it just the way you like. Handcrafted with real ingredients like our real pumpkin sauce and rich espresso. Sprinkled with pumpkin spice. It's full of real flavors you'll keep coming back for. Made just for you at Starbucks. But Kyle makes it very clear.
Starting point is 00:17:43 First statement. I want to put this to bed. I want to be able to go on double dates. I want to be friends again. He says all of the right things. Craig gets amped up really fast, which again shows me he came into this with a, not a vendetta, but he definitely had a plan. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:00 Like, he didn't want it to be just, hey, let's, you say your piece, I'll say my piece, high five, let's go back. Maybe that's why he took so long in the house. It was saving his energy for the conversation. Oh, you think that's what it was? Oh, no. But. You know, Kyle's whole thing again, and he even kind of cops to it.
Starting point is 00:18:19 He's like, look, I know I take shit really personally when it comes to my business. It's because my entire life is my business. And Craig's big issue is that, you know, you're taking money out of people's pockets when you're not letting people invest. Like, you're taking money out of my pocket. But Kyle goes into it, and he's maintained this stance pretty much the whole time. It's not so much that you invested. It's the way that you went about it.
Starting point is 00:18:44 And Craig's like, what do you mean? what way I went about it. They offered me a deal. I told you about it. And then I took the deal. In between there somewhere, that's when Kyle was like, yeah, but I wish that you gave me a second to give you a counteroff. I asked you to wait, just ever so briefly. And Kyle says what I thought to be true the whole time, it sounds like this deal was already done.
Starting point is 00:19:09 It was for sure. I think that this clarified the whole thing. This was a situation where Craig already intended on a. investing. He gave Kyle the heads up, so to speak, but I'm sure the deal was already in transit, the money was already being wired, all the things he want to say about that. He was already dead set on investing. He was not expecting Kyle to come back with a counteroffer. And yeah, we can get into the gray areas of did he try to invest before and Kyle wasn't taking on no investors. I'm sure that, you know, probably won't ever come up and we will never know actually
Starting point is 00:19:38 the answer to that. But he didn't expect Kyle to come back with a counter. No. And we said that a couple of weeks ago. He didn't expect this and it was no shit moment. Well, the deal's already done. And that's when he says, it's just business, man. This is just how it works. And that is never something you really say to a friend. No. They're not really friends anyway. But it's not something
Starting point is 00:19:58 that you say to somebody that you want to keep things copacetic with. No, because you know it's going to rub him the wrong way, especially with Kyle who is very open about the fact that his business is his baby and this is going to affect him. You know what's going to happen. You still didn't want to do it. And I don't really blame Craig for
Starting point is 00:20:13 not wanting to invest with Kyle, especially now you broke up with Page, you really want to be invested with Loverboy at this point? Like, no, but it's not him getting pissed off about this whole thing. He's not understanding where Kyle's coming from. Not at all. And that's where when we look at this thing from a broader scope, it's like, yeah, Kyle was an asshole about a lot of things during this. Yes, he went on TV and called you a liar in front of the world.
Starting point is 00:20:35 All of those things are true. How have you handled things? What happened initially to get us to this point? And this conversation is very telling because it does. make it sound like the deal was done, and Kyle says to him, and this would have avoided all of it. Just tell me the deal was done. It might be a little weird, and you might, there still may be fallout, because it's like, what the fuck, why would you invest with another company? Yeah, for sure. But it wouldn't be like this, and it would have been so much easier for you
Starting point is 00:21:02 to just say, sorry, dude, I invested with them. I'm calling you as a courtesy to let you know I'm investing with somebody else. And then that's all it is. Because then you also have the excuse to say to Kyle, it's like, oh, I didn't even know I could invest with you. let's move on yeah and that's where i feel like the gray area comes in where i think that they did have a conversation about it but neither is saying it so we won't know what the hell happened we won't know if he had a chance to invest but again if kyle comes back to you and says hey i i want to get a counteroffer together you just have to say in that moment dude don't worry about it like really sorry but like they gave me a great offer i've got a good percentage i got a good chunk this is what
Starting point is 00:21:38 i'm going to do i'm just giving you a heads up just be a man about it yeah that's all you have to do And I imagine that Craig probably just avoided Kyle and didn't talk to him. And that's what caused Kyle to spiral. It makes sense. Again, Kyle's actions afterwards are irreprehensible. Irreperensible. Yeah, I don't want to say the word that I almost did because I don't want to bring up PTSD from you earlier today. Oh, God.
Starting point is 00:22:03 Yeah, but I felt it. It's in my head now. Hickup? Yeah. Oh, man. In my head now. So I'm worried that it's going to happen. Anyway.
Starting point is 00:22:08 Four hours. Yeah, steal hiccup for four hours. so um there's only one tried and true way to get rid of it's in my head i'm worried i'm gonna catch them you want me to tell you how to get rid of them that actually works does it actually work how yeah it's a last it's a last resort oh god this is real and i learned this from being an alcoholic suck your own toe throw up oh boy mm-hmm sorry everyone and don't do that you know unless it's dire straits but it does it i because when i was a raging alcoholic i would get hiccups a lot if it doesn't work. Then you got two problems under it. I hate puking. I did not enjoy it. But at that point in my day, I was like, I can't hiccup. Because you were coming over in like 30 minutes. I was like, I've been hiccuping since noon. We can't record if I'm hiccuping. You were like, this is going to sound like a joke. Yeah. But like we might have to record tonight. I'm like, what, what's going to sound like a joke. I've been hiccuping for three hours. Okay. Did you think that sounded like serious? No. That's what I mean. That's why I prefaced with this sounds ridiculous. But I don't know. I feel like I need. I feel like I need.
Starting point is 00:23:10 a bit of a reset, maybe. I feel like I need my mind to just be cleared at this point. Look, I got it. I got it. I think we have the remedy in front of us. Yeah, and I think I needed to because I'm, hiccups will take it out of you. And now I'm feeling awful fuzzy.
Starting point is 00:23:25 Yep. So I'm going to have a magic mind because these things always pick me up. Let me just hold on. Oh, that's good. It's so good. And I know we've talked about these on the show before, but I can't give them enough praise. And like I said, Pete Holmes, who's one of my favorite comedians, he loves magic
Starting point is 00:23:47 mine. He talks about in his podcast a lot. And I'm like, all right. But the minute that I tried it, and once you do it for like five to seven days, like I think a week it really starts to kick in, you really start to feel the benefits from us. Oh, yeah, for sure. He would say things like, this is the greatest discovery in the history of like health. I am on board because I love the hyperbole.
Starting point is 00:24:06 Like I, but seriously, when I take it. It makes me feel so much more alert. My mental performance goes up significantly. I'll take it before the gym sometimes. I'm more alert, aware. I feel better in the morning. And I get to take it with my coffee. It doesn't replace anything because I'm also addicted to coffee.
Starting point is 00:24:23 So I get the best of both worlds. That is the best of both worlds. I'm big on routines as it is. So I love waking up in the morning. I always have my coffee in route to work. But my favorite thing is getting out of the shower, just pop in a cold magic mind. I feel like it just puts me in the right mindset.
Starting point is 00:24:38 that in a weird way, it almost happens instantly, get my clothes on, get dressed, grab my coffee, I'm out the door. I feel like within like 10 to 15 minutes, I'm starting to settle in, all the stress that I've had, if I had a bad night of sleep, all the things that I'm worried about for the day, they all just kind of melt away, and it's really nice. Yeah, and the best part about it is it's backed by science, it's backed by doctors, it's not some wacky juice that you buy at the store with some crazy label on it. They actually put the time and effort to create a really, really great product. There's macha, there's aschwaganda, there's neutropics, all these things that help support a healthy and active brain. And God, I wish I found magic mind sooner. I wish I found it sooner because I would
Starting point is 00:25:19 probably be a millionaire by now. And the best part is they have a limited offer that you can use now that gets you up to 48% off your first subscription or you can get 20% off of a one-time purchase with the code shows 20 at checkout. So take advantage. I would suggest that you get a subscription because you are going to want more. Do we believe in this product? Go use that code. Shows 20 at checkout. Get yourself 48% off your subscription or 20% off of a one-time purchase.
Starting point is 00:25:49 All righty then. That's what I like to hear. And I feel so much better now. Look, I'm ready to, I'm just, I'm locked in. I'm locked in. It gets me locked in. And I need to be locked in for this episode because it's so goddamn wacky. I need to be able to focus.
Starting point is 00:26:02 Focus up. So I'm focused up right now. And let's finish. up this Craig and Kyle conversation because it starts to get a little bit heated because Craig's going through his points. And he's like, look, I don't feel bad about it. Like, I don't feel bad about any of this. And I don't think Kyle wants him to feel bad necessarily. But Craig's like, you call me an idiot on TV. And Kyle's like, yeah, I don't care. And he's like, well, if you're not sorry, then we're not cool. I'm like, are you guys in fucking middle school? Like, can we just
Starting point is 00:26:31 hear each other out, figure it out, and move the fuck on? I think this was, because I think that Kyle's goal was pretty clear going into this conversation. He just wanted to clear it up. He just wanted to move past it. He didn't want it to be a sticking point for the sake of the girlfriends and wife. And that's fine. But I think a little bit of Kyle just kind of shine through.
Starting point is 00:26:49 It came in. He didn't. He don't fucking care what I said I'll watch what happens live. I still stick by that. Wait, let me let me regroup. Let me pull back in and Craig wanted that. And I think that's what Craig was expecting and that's what he wanted. He wanted to knock down drag out fight so he can finally say, I don't care. I
Starting point is 00:27:06 don't want to be friends with Kyle anymore. I don't want to deal with this. I need to have the upper hand. And Kyle rained himself back in pretty nicely. And I'm going to give him applause for this. Actual claps. Good job, Kyle, because I know how hard it is, especially when you've been drinking all day. Pull that back in. And he did. I thought he did a good job at that because Craig got that immediately. He got that reaction. And he goes, if you can't do this, then we can't be friends. We can't move past. It's like, nope. Let me go back to the beginning. For the sake of the girls, I think it's better if we can just put this behind us and move on because I didn't mean it. I'm sorry for saying it. It's like, good for you, Kyle. Way to do it. It was. And I think you made a
Starting point is 00:27:40 great point. I do believe that Craig expected Kyle that we always get. Yep. I don't think he expected this version of Kyle, and I think that threw him off. I think that he wanted this to go a certain way. So when he walks away from it, he's like, I tried. I can't deal with this. I can't fucking deal with this psycho. Exactly what he wanted to do. And Kyle did a great job, and it actually ended up working because I don't know if they're tight now, but at least in this moment, dab it up they hug and i don't care no i don't care they don't care really but you know it works in the moment they're able to like hug it out but we get craig and amanda and they're talking about jesse and as they're talking about it jesse joins the conversation he's talking about how he's like
Starting point is 00:28:22 seeing hot girls and you know he's nervous about being able to change his ways like what if i can't go out and hook up with whoever like am i going to be able to do that and he's like at some point you know i got to hang up my cleats right like when does this have happen. It's like, I don't know when you grow up a little, like ever so slightly, like maybe when you have different priorities. Like, I don't think there's anything wrong with what Jesse does, but if that's what you want to do, that's what you have to go do. Everything you're doing when Lexi's not here is telling me that you don't want to be in a relationship. Yeah, and the more that you talk about it when you verbalize your feelings about how there's hot girls walking around,
Starting point is 00:29:00 it makes me feel like you don't want to be with Lexi. Correct. And you're the one who's saying it so you can't say oh all these people are talking about it all these people are talking about it because you keep talking about it well because you also haven't made it evidently clear that you're all in so there's still speculation about the house they're just cries for help that's what it feels like to me but like sure it feels like that to everybody that's listening to all the people that are in that house that he's talking to the the car full of girls that he was talking about lexie to they all probably feel the same way like this doesn't feel right it feels like he's asking us for a way out and that's kind of the vibe that I'm getting watching it.
Starting point is 00:29:36 It feels to me, like he wants somebody to say to him, don't do this. Yeah. And not West, he wants Amanda. West has his own shit going on him. Yeah, he wants one of the ladies to say to him or Carl, somebody with some sense that's sober or, you know, just sensible. We'd have to be the girls at this point. Carl's not going to touch that. No.
Starting point is 00:29:56 Carl is not in a place to do that. And West isn't either. By the way, in this house, the girls are far more intelligent and better giving advice than the dudes in this house. The dudes in this house, more or less, are just disasters. But that's what he wants. And it's always interesting to watch him talk to other people because it's like the truth is coming out. It's like, listen to yourself right now. Not in a bad way, but the things you're saying are leading you down this path. But when you're solo in a confessional or you're with Lexi, the conversation goes this way. So which one is the real Jesse? The real Jesse is you
Starting point is 00:30:34 with your people just shooting the shit. Jesse and Lexi, Jesse, is you trying to fit into a mold that you are not. Could you be that guy? Yeah, you could. Sure. You totally could, but you got to buy in if you want to. And you're not buying in. I know, like, we can draw parallels to West's last season with Sierra as much as we want. That is one thing that West didn't do. Like, yes, he did use Sierra, but he wasn't out hitting on girls and doing random shit. He was looking up in the city. He was constantly talking about it. Maybe he was, maybe he was. He was. Didn't he confirm that he He said he stopped talking or he had to tell a couple of girls, like, no. Same thing that Jesse did earlier in the conversation with Lexi.
Starting point is 00:31:12 But he wasn't very apparent that he didn't want it. Jesse is. So he's going down a different path right now. And like, you are using Lexi. You're already there. No, he is. If it goes to this episode for sure. After this, like, and you could tell.
Starting point is 00:31:29 At the end of this episode, he is a thousand percent just using Lexi. Yeah, it's a tough look. She's hot, and it's what he wants, but he doesn't actually want a relationship. So he's keeping her at bay, talking to her as much as possible, and then as soon as she's out, he goes right back to normal Jesse. But he talks about it so much, and it's just a guilty conscience. It's definitely a guilty conscience. There's a lot of guilty conscience from him towards the end of this.
Starting point is 00:31:50 You can see it, like, you can literally see it on his face, but they bring up something that we've all noticed. You know, we've had trailers that have, like, teased it, and it's Sierra and Jesse. But Amanda says to him, like, I thought you guys were going to start dating. Like, he's like, oh, you know, we talked about it, but, you know, the timeline and everything. And, like, she said that, which I love this phrase, she's not a homie hopper. Yeah. Never heard that before? Never heard that before?
Starting point is 00:32:16 No. Oh, it's a great phrase, dude. Great line. I love that line. But they are discussing the prospect of it. And Kyle joins the conversation. Even Kyle agrees, like, is there chemistry? Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:32:30 Yeah. Absolutely. Are there sparks? Do they get along? All of the things line up? Yeah, totally. But you're with Lexi. And yet you keep, in the beginning, you could get away with, you know, I'm flirty. She's my friend because that's what you always do. The continued conversations, the continued flirting, I know what he's doing. You know what he's doing as a dude. He's just kind of nudging the door open with his toe in the water. He's just slightly pushing that door jar to see what the reaction is from her. She's been cool and laughing about the flirty stuff
Starting point is 00:33:03 So he's going to push that door open ever so slightly more He will continue to do this To see how far he can get until Sierra shuts it down He's not even thinking about Lexi in that moment Nope, not at all He's trying to test the waters Not even remotely you wouldn't even have this conversation With Amanda Craig and Kyle
Starting point is 00:33:21 If you weren't thinking about Sierra If you were thinking about the girl that you're so-called exclusive with Or whatever it might be You talk about Lexi all the time but once Sierra jumps in, you stop talking about her. And you're not really having those conversations. You're sitting with Paige. You're sitting with Amanda.
Starting point is 00:33:36 You're having these full open conversations about how you feel about Lexi. But when it comes to Sierra, you're just flirting. She's very similar to Amanda and Paige. You could have the same conversation with her, bounce a couple ideas. No. That shuts the door.
Starting point is 00:33:49 It completely shuts the door. So you're leaving the door open for that. And you're doing it in so many different ways in conversations with West, conversations with Amanda, conversations with Sierra. at like, what do you do it? You know what he's doing.
Starting point is 00:34:01 I know what he's doing, but like, why? What are you doing? Yeah, what the fuck are you doing? Like, and the other part of this is, and again, are we irritated by Jesse and Lexi when they're on the screen? Yes. Yeah. Yeah, it's annoying.
Starting point is 00:34:14 Has Lexi been 100% up front honest about who she is and what she wants? Yep. 100%. Sure is. Does she deserve anything like this? No. Absolutely not. And he's setting the table for it to be a lot more disastrous than it probably should have been.
Starting point is 00:34:28 and if you hear you hear something in the background, Scotty, that's an appearance from Scotty. Yeah, it's before her dinner bottle. She's excited. She's amped up in there.
Starting point is 00:34:37 I get it. I woke up from a nap. I get it. It's all gassed up, dude. But we get to Carl and Lil. It's so hard not to say Lily, but Carl and Lil. And,
Starting point is 00:34:47 uh, you know, they're talking. They're clearly opening up about some things. I don't know how we got to this point. Nope. But he's like, yeah,
Starting point is 00:34:57 I'm, still paying for the bed that Lindsay, what did she say verbatim? Uh, he said, yeah, she was impregnated on the bed that I paid for. That's it. Yeah. Not sure how we got there. Not sure how we got there. Not sure why you're telling Will that.
Starting point is 00:35:15 Nope. You know, I, I saw a meme or a tweet that said, Carl needs to take flirting lessons from season one, Carl. Yeah. Like, vastly. This whole conversation was so. bizarre. Having this in-depth conversation, and maybe he likes that about her. Maybe
Starting point is 00:35:32 he's unpacking some trauma. Sure. And he likes that he can bounce it off of her. Maybe you watch the bachelor and he's like, oh, trauma dump. Trauma dump. Yeah, and we'll see how she responds. And she's responding in a good way. So I'm just going to keep going. It's all off my chest. And then we're going to get into a relationship. That's not really how that works. I'll tell you what else doesn't really
Starting point is 00:35:48 work. Talking to her parents. Yeah, what? That... He said, Arr. Dude. The earth-shattering arg from the dead. no what happened sir that was the dad
Starting point is 00:36:03 I thought that was the dad oh no oh boy yeah subtitles baby that was the dad that's big like that's big like picking up my daughter I know that like
Starting point is 00:36:13 the I guess why are her parents picking her I don't have a problem that's another problem that's another very big problem how old is this woman where does she live I don't know
Starting point is 00:36:21 does she live at home still I don't know if it was like hey I got to go out to like maybe she lives in wait He met the parents originally. That's what I was going to say. The start of this friendship, relationship, whatever, happened last summer, while Carl was
Starting point is 00:36:37 with Lindy. Yeah, that comes up later. They met at the soccer game. The parents and Carl met at a soccer game. The parents said, oh, my daughter lives in New York. You guys probably do a lot of the same stuff. You guys should meet and hang out. And then they didn't hang out until September-ish.
Starting point is 00:36:54 So it was a couple of weeks after the two of them broke it off. but he had met the parents first again weird that he has this kind of dynamic with her parents that quickly and also what are your fucking parents doing picking you up at a summer house party that's weird unless they'll live in the Hamptons
Starting point is 00:37:10 she was drunk or something I guess well yeah yeah definitely everybody was drunk at this fucking party which I'm not complaining about Carl wasn't Carl wasn't I don't know if little drinks we don't know either yeah that's a good point hold on her parents picking her up just hold on for one second wrapping your head around
Starting point is 00:37:26 I'm trying to theorize. Okay. Here's my theory. We need to check and see how many Bravo pages these people follow. Okay? Especially the parents. Yep. Are they big fans?
Starting point is 00:37:44 Are they Summerhouse fans? Because this to me sounds like they liked the show. They saw Carl at the game. They have a daughter that also likes the show. And they wield and dealed. to get to this point. This is zero shade on Lil, by the way. I don't know Lil.
Starting point is 00:38:01 She seems like a nice person. This is at her parents. It's only for her parents. This is weird. There's a lot of moments here. It's very weird, dude. Did that really, like, I know that's a crazy thing to say, but did they see Carl, see an opportunity? Oh, my God, I love this fucking show.
Starting point is 00:38:18 We have a daughter your age. You should hang out. Oh, my God, Lil's on Summerhouse. We did it. I'll give some shade to Lil. Okay. Same situation across the board as you just planted. We have a daughter of your age who still lives at home.
Starting point is 00:38:31 Can you please get her the fuck out? Oh, it's a failure to launch situation. Oh, it's a McConaughey. Wow. Get her out. That's that McConae and Kate Hudson? Yeah, most. You're right about most.
Starting point is 00:38:42 No, that's how to lose a guy in 10 days. Yeah, but it's, oh, it's Sarah Jessica Parker. Sarah Jessica Parker's got to launch, yeah. It's SJP. Yeah. That's right. Yep. Get her out.
Starting point is 00:38:53 We'll drive her to the party. Get her out of here. There's so many. I have so many questions. At first I was thinking, all right, you know, she wanted to go to this party. She didn't have a way to get to the party. She convinced her parents to drive out there and have a nice day at the Hamptons, and she'll just go party with them. You're going to drive from New York to the fucking Hamptons for a date trip in like a five-hour hall?
Starting point is 00:39:10 I don't know. I don't know. These parents seem weird. Sure. I got questions. That arc. That's all of it. I don't get it. I, we're going to have to do some more. Yeah, we're going to see how this goes. Yeah, I'm very, very... Let's see what Lindsay has to say about it. because we know based on the mid-season trailer,
Starting point is 00:39:27 she's got some things to say about it. We're going to have to listen closely to that one. This episode is brought to you by Square. You're not just running a restaurant. Starting point is 00:40:12 Conditions apply. Scotia Bank, you're richer than you think. Hey, Michael. Hey, Tom. Well, big news to share it, right? Yes, huge, monumental, earth-shaking. Heartbeat sound effect, big. Mates is back.
Starting point is 00:40:26 That's right. After a brief snack nap. We're coming back. We're picking snacks. We're eating snacks. We're raiding snacks. Like the snackologist we were born to be. Mates is back.
Starting point is 00:40:38 Mike and Tom, eat snacks. Wherever you get your podcast. Unless you get them from a snack machine, in which case, call us. Well, speaking of Lindsay, we get to check in with her. she's at Casa de Radhouse. I haven't been back there in a minute, and she's FaceTiming with her aunt. Is it just Hubhouse now?
Starting point is 00:41:00 Yeah. Have it a Hubhouse down in Nashville still exist? Oh, I don't know. I thought that was like a boots on the ground in Nashville. I'll send someone over. Oh, yeah, we do. I thought that was a pop-up. I think it's an Airbnb that you can rent.
Starting point is 00:41:12 Oh, really? Oh, yeah, we've got to check into that. We have a show in Nashville. We should stay there. We need to have a show in Nashville. We should stay there. At the Hubhouse? All right.
Starting point is 00:41:21 I'm down. Well, where is it? I'm more location than Airbnb. I don't care so much about the Airbnb. It's more like Bachelorette Party, so I'm assuming it's close to the strip. Based on what? I've never been to Nashville. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:41:32 Nashville's not very big. What do you want for me? It's a small place. Yeah, I would love to go to Nashville. We need to get some shows lined up anyway. So maybe we'll throw Nashville on that list. But she does say that she still has a hard time looking Carl in the eye, which makes a whole lot of sense. But I thought it was a weird time for her to take a shot at Carl.
Starting point is 00:41:51 Very weird time. Because she goes to a confessional and obviously we're doing the pirate party. I don't know if she wanted to take a dig at Carl or if she feels some type of way about her idea getting stolen or both. Because she's like, he's the most uncreative guy I've ever met in my entire life. Like, he can't even think of anything. Like, that was my idea. It's like, yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:11 Outgo the theories of Lindsay's fine. She's past it. She doesn't care about Carl. You clearly do. You're still going to take shots at them like this. Who cares? About a pirate party? You're not at.
Starting point is 00:42:19 You're pregnant with another guy's kid. If she was there and he was doing the pirate party. Sure. Sure, you can say something to a couple of people about it. This was actually my idea. Yeah, I thought it was. Fine, whatever. But, like, doing it now doesn't make any sense.
Starting point is 00:42:32 It was so strange. Yeah. And we haven't seen, we did see Carl try to take a dig and he felt bad immediately and, like, reeled it in. What did he say? It's like, uh, about, oh, when he opened the soft bar. Oh, yeah. I should say, uh, thank Lindsay.
Starting point is 00:42:47 Yeah. Because she made me go back to the drawing board. Yeah. Like that. This was not one of those situations. This was just a straight. dig it was just weird it was a weird thing but we move on from there and we get west with jesse and they're talking about sierra and the conversation that jesse have with her and he's like look
Starting point is 00:43:00 i wanted to defend you but she's just stuck on the fact that you used her last year she's not letting up yeah like this is where she is and you know west is like i thought we were becoming friendly her saying that i was using her invalidates everything every step that we've taken forward that is true that is true but but she's not wrong yeah and also i don't I don't know what you're talking about taking steps forward. You're just trying to... A little delusional. You're trying to get two steps behind neutral.
Starting point is 00:43:28 Yeah. You're still going to be in the doghouse a little bit. Yeah, dude, you're still clawing your way back to something that looks like the surface. Yeah. Just be happy where you are. Be happy with... Of course, she's going to be having these conversations. Of course, there's going to be random moments where she brings it back up and she feels some type of way about it.
Starting point is 00:43:43 You just have to weather the storm. That's the thing. She's not actively going after you. She's just telling people how she feels. And that's the thing. Like, the setup of the show. is going to cause these conversations because you're all in the same house together.
Starting point is 00:43:56 Jesse wants you guys to be friends, so he's going to bring things like this up. Yep. You don't get to dictate when she's over it. Yeah. That's the whole thing. Exactly. You can just be cool with coexisting.
Starting point is 00:44:09 Yeah, that's all you have to do. Yeah, I agree. But then we get Paige in Sierra. So now Paige and Sierra, they're talking about Craig. And obviously, we've heard a lot about these over the past few weeks. go to the conversation they had at dinner, multiple conversations we've seen about her going
Starting point is 00:44:26 on tour, the one we just watched in the boat where he's checking in, like, I want to make sure a priority, priority, priority, priority. And she's taking it a totally different way. And you can look into the things that he said to her and kind of read between the lines a little bit. What he says immediately after this or what she says that he said really points to that. Yeah. Because she says he gets his feelings hurt if I'm shining. Sierra's response I'm not going to tell you again. Yep. She told them to break up with it.
Starting point is 00:44:55 Yep. Like 100%. Yeah. I said it multiple times. A thousand percent. She has already had this conversation. I guess Paige is using Sierra as her confidant during the week when they're not together based off of what Craig is saying. And again, and I have no reason to not believe Paige when she says things like this.
Starting point is 00:45:12 But if it's true. I never don't believe Paige. I pretty much believe her across the board. I don't think she lies about anything. If this is what Craig is doing and he says. talking about this and in the conversation a little bit later when he's talking about having you know not having cameras around and talking about like how big she is and how much she's blowing up and how great she's doing because it would neg what he's doing yeah that makes
Starting point is 00:45:34 no sense to me that is the most insecure bullshit i've ever heard my life that is a such a bad bad look terrible look anyone to ever do that and to be aware of the fucking cameras around to not say things like that on camera because it'll diminish your brand yeah bro That is the least supportive boyfriend move. It's the most insecure boyfriend move that I've ever seen. It's brutal. It was tough. It's awful.
Starting point is 00:45:59 He says verbatim, obviously, by the way, obviously on camera, I'm not going to say you're busier than me because it's negative. Page's like, yeah, for you. Yeah. And also, it's not negative for you. No one. It has nothing to do with you. No one watching this is going to say, page is more busy than you. That means you're actually fighting up.
Starting point is 00:46:21 No, nobody is going to even think about what you're talking about. They're just going to say, yeah, she's busy. She's got a tour, okay. Good for Paige. Great for Paige. Like, cool. I don't understand. It's so insecure.
Starting point is 00:46:32 It is more, it's like to a higher level than I ever thought that somebody insecure could go. Yeah, and Paige's like, why couldn't you say that? Literally, asked them. Why couldn't you say that? Like, what would that have done negatively for you by propping up your girlfriend and giving her props on what she's been doing? And then you're curious as to why there might be more distance between you to or why she can't give you these validating answers to your questions. Had he handled so many of these things differently, because we've seen all these conversations, and it is giving clingy and that he's trying and he's doing too much. And I get it from a standpoint.
Starting point is 00:47:11 Like, I will play devil's advocate and say, yeah, because he has been clear about what he wants in his life. He's getting older. They've been together for three years. He's having more questions. He's feeling insecure because he doesn't. know what's going to happen. She is getting more busy. So like, do I understand where the feelings are coming from? Yes. That's a conversation in which you say, I'm feeling a little insecure because of X, Y, and Z. Correct. But I am so proud of everything that you're doing
Starting point is 00:47:37 and accomplishing. Keep doing you. I'm here to support, period. He doesn't take the angle. He's still taking the angle of my shit's still more important than yours. So I'm going to, you know, good job. but I can't say that on camera. Yeah. I can't say that to other people. I can say to you. It's a strong indicator that this is how their relationship conversations go when it comes to where are you going to live? What are you going to do?
Starting point is 00:48:00 Craig is pushing for them to live in Charleston because he still thinks what I do is more important. That's the vibe. And that conversation just kind of branches out to, well, all you really do is a podcast. You can do that from wherever. That's the mind. No. You need to be in person. Page just told you this with Austin. You guys need to get together because he lived really close and the dynamic is better.
Starting point is 00:48:19 So no, Hannah living in New York. We can attest to that, by the way. It is better when we get to do it in person. Yeah, the vibe when you're in person, it just flows a lot better. But again, he's diminishing what she's doing because he still thinks that what he's doing is so much higher than hers. It demands more attention. It demands in person work. So, yes, this is probably how their conversations go about where they're going to live.
Starting point is 00:48:40 And that's probably the biggest holdup. And that page is right. I can't move to Charleston. I need to do this. I'm chasing my dream. Now I've got my dream. I still can't move to Charleston. And this is what you want.
Starting point is 00:48:50 So all of the little things that he's doing along the way aren't right. I'm going to go in depth. Go for it. I'm going to put my psychology. Someone reached out and said they're going to make a psychology hats. Fuck, yeah. I got to find the DM. But somebody said that we got to give them like sizes and colors.
Starting point is 00:49:04 Sizes? Yeah, I don't know if it's like a snapback. I don't know. I'll do more digging, but somebody, yeah, we're going to get psychology hats. I don't wear fitted hats anymore. I'm not a fitted hat guy either. So hopefully there's a snapback or a trucker. We'll find out.
Starting point is 00:49:17 But let's get in depth real quick. All right, taking it all the way back, way back to Craig's early days on Southern Charm. Okay. When he was going to law school, when he lied about the bar, all those things, his big thing early Southern Charm days, he wanted to be successful. He wanted to be looked at a certain way. He wanted to fit in with the Shep's, the Whitney's, the elites of the world, right? He had this picture of what it meant to grow up and be successful. through a very crazy route he somehow got there with sewing down south right he's very successful
Starting point is 00:49:54 they're doing great they're in croger all these big things he is finally embodying what he imagined as a 20 something trying to figure it out in charleston he finally got there yeah so in his mind this is what it means to be successful coming along with that is the white picket fence the house the wife all of these different things so now he's in a place where he's like i have the job i have the money i have the house i have all of these things why are you not getting on board why are you not ready to jump into this life this is what success looks like this is what me i am successful you page yeah the podcast is cute but like this is part of the plan you're fucking with my plan yeah that's a key word there and that's probably how it goes that's in his mind yeah the podcast is cute
Starting point is 00:50:43 But that's the vibe I'm getting. This is stemming from what he envisioned his life looks like when he is, quote, unquote, successful. True. That's what I think. But anyway, the infament, infament. Infament. Rod, the infamous R, the infamous R from Lil's parents, because we get to see Lil do the worm. I'm just trying to picture this party.
Starting point is 00:51:11 Yeah, I don't know. You are right. It does feel like an ayahuasca trip. Thank you. Get it now because everyone on this side of the place is hammered drunk. I don't think Lily was drunk. Lil, fuck. Carl's definitely not drunk.
Starting point is 00:51:23 So imagine because you and I... I was just standing there drunk in a shark suit, which is great. So let's do this like you and I are there. We're definitely either playing flip cup, beer pong, or we're in the pool drinking, right? Well, the pool's blocked off, but yeah. Oh, okay. We would still find a way in there. What are you blocked on?
Starting point is 00:51:40 Like, can we get in? That's where the map. was. They put a whole thing over the pool. Yeah. The tarp? Yeah. The tarp was in the grass.
Starting point is 00:51:46 There's a thing on the pool. I had to figure this out because it was driving me fucking insane. Where they were sitting in the boats, that was actually the pool area. No, it was not. Yeah, they had a whole thing over it and a hard cover and then they put the tarp on top of it. Yeah. I don't believe you.
Starting point is 00:52:00 Okay. I watched them roll the tarp out on the grass. Yeah, go back and watch the film. I will check tape. You don't think I'll check tape? I love watching tape. Check tape. I've been watching tape since I was fucking 15.
Starting point is 00:52:09 Then you also have to watch the foursome later again. No. Yeah. I don't like that. Yeah, see, this is an ayahuasca trip. I think about everything we just said, right? Yeah, seriously. So, but imagine being like, you're flipping cups or you're doing shots and you look over.
Starting point is 00:52:25 Nobody's over there except one guy sitting on an artificial island and one girl doing the worm whilst that guy just applauds her. Yeah. And Kyle in the background with the shark suit. And Kyle just standing there with a shark. Trying to pick up his sprits. Yeah. Wow. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:41 Wow. Yeah. That's a fucking visual. That's an event. If we could just screenshot that, it is crazy to see. It's wacky. And then you end it with an arr with that. It was a weird couple of minutes to watch.
Starting point is 00:52:55 Yeah, it's a weird. It's all weird. You've got the bedbugs upstairs. Oh, yeah. They tapped out of the party after an hour. They were drunk, but they were rotting. At least they partied for a little while, I guess. But you get Paige Amanda and Craig, and they are also talking about Jesse and Sierra
Starting point is 00:53:11 and the sexual tension. Amanda's brought it up multiple times to both of them. Obviously, Jesse would be down. Everybody with eyes knows that Jesse would be down. Sierra said, no, I wouldn't do that, which I believe that she wouldn't do that. Wait. For the most part.
Starting point is 00:53:29 Okay. I could definitely see a moment. Nobody's around. Jesse's doing his usual bullshit. She's laughing. Ha, ha, ha. A hand touches a cheek by accident. Eyes lock.
Starting point is 00:53:39 there's a little hesitation. No, we shouldn't. But I just can't help myself. And then smooch. I could see that. Did I paint a picture for you? It's a loud clap for a smooch. Well, yeah, it's a lot of tension.
Starting point is 00:53:52 They're built up. Oh, all right. That's fair. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I can definitely see it. I think it's a little more likely than you're leading on. I don't think it has to be the perfect moment.
Starting point is 00:54:03 Just based off of body language and the way that they hurt. The body language is very telling. Crazy. The sexual tension, you can feel. through the TV. And like, that's okay. And we've talked about this before. And I'm not even really saying that Lexi and Jesse are in a real relationship. But Sierra is single. Like, yeah, there are ramifications for the house with West and everything. Not that she owes anything to West. West? No. We said this last week, West would be thrilled. Because he's like, I'm off the hook. No. I don't know anymore. I don't know where the fuck West is. Because West, I feel like would be thrilled. I do. Last week, I thought so. This week, I'm like, he would feel some type. He's not allowed to feel some type of way about whatever Sierra is doing. But if he saw her bring a guy back, not even Jesse, any dude come back,
Starting point is 00:54:47 and I know Jesse and him talked about it, he would feel weird. Yeah, he would. He doesn't deserve to feel weird, but he would feel weird. And it would be annoying to watch, and he would get shit for it. Yeah. But it would still happen. If it was Jesse, he'd be devastated in some weird way. Probably.
Starting point is 00:55:01 I don't know. The way that he was talking to Amanda later, I'm like, what is this? I don't know, but is that just, he's at his wits end? And he's like, dude, I can't do that. this anymore? Like, I can't hear, like, people drag my name. I mean, the ideal situation would be, if it was Jesse, because then you can be like, oh, that's kind of
Starting point is 00:55:17 fucked up. Yeah. That's what you think? That's my point. That's why he would be stoked. In my mind, yes. If I was West, yes, I would be like, that's kind of fucked up, now we're even. Cool, great. West, I feel like would be devastated for some. I can't figure, I can't shake the feeling that he would have these weird emotions about Sierra and another
Starting point is 00:55:34 guy. And he doesn't deserve that at all. But Jesse, what do you mean by doesn't deserve? He doesn't deserve to feel that way. Okay. No, he doesn't, oh, yeah, sorry. He doesn't deserve to feel. Yeah, I realize that.
Starting point is 00:55:45 Because you're making it. He doesn't deserve that. He doesn't deserve to see that. Sweet boy. He doesn't deserve to feel that way after what he did to Sierra. There you go. However, on Sierra's side. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:55:55 Stop. What are you doing? I don't know. Enough. I don't know. I'm fucking tired of it. I know I'm going to get shit for it. And I really just don't care.
Starting point is 00:56:03 I have been down this path with Sierra every day since she has stepped into Summerhouse. Knock it off. I'm so tired of it. You start off with Luke, you have a fucking weird love triangle, you go through the West thing, you go through Austin, you have been there and done that. Just stop doing it. You keep getting your heartbroken. You keep having everybody online hate these dudes. It's enough.
Starting point is 00:56:25 I'm tired of it. Go out and have some fun with people that are not on the show. Stop flirting with all the dudes on the show. Stop flirting with Jesse. It's wrong. You know it's wrong. Jesse knows it's wrong. The whole house knows it's wrong, even though they're rooting for it.
Starting point is 00:56:36 Whatever. I am too. Yeah, you can root for it. But it's just, it's weird, and it fucks up the dynamic of the show. And you are going to be heartbroken again. It's going to happen. If we go down this path. For your best interest, keep it light with the flirting.
Starting point is 00:56:52 I'm not going to do anything like that. If you step over a line, that's on you. I am not going to feel sorry for Sierra if she oversteps. I don't think that's an unpopular opinion. I think it is just because people are still like, if you say anything bad about Sierra, they're like, oh, she's an injured Bambi in the woods. you've got to stop. Like, no, we're past all that.
Starting point is 00:57:10 Yeah, I agree with that. She can do whatever she wants with West. West doesn't deserve to feel any type of way. But if you do this, I am not going to feel bad for the repercussions. I think that's reasonable, though. I think it's reasonable. I think it's reasonable. We're still going to get shit for it.
Starting point is 00:57:23 Yeah, probably. But I, you know, at that point, it's, but she does say, watch what happens live recently. Like, I'm done with Bravo Boys. That's the correct response. Because the other part is, like, she could go out. She said that after Austin. She could go out and get any dude she wanted. She said that after Austin.
Starting point is 00:57:35 It doesn't, like, I don't leave her. just saying it's the same thing is it's the same thing and you hold everybody to the same standard it doesn't matter guy or girl jesse and west could say the same thing yeah it could walk in to watch what happens live and be like you know what there's just too messy i don't want to hook up with any of the girls on the network the shows whatever but i don't believe them i believe i don't believe sierra because she's already said that before and she went for west so she didn't work time will tell the show will let us i want her to just do herself a favor and just not just not at all you definitely shouldn't know up with jesse
Starting point is 00:58:06 Like, that's just, that's just a bad idea. But the after-party group is hanging out, and, you know, they're getting ready to go out. And Paige is egging on Sierra and Jesse still. She's like, I was very surprised they were going out. I was too. No, not the, not the, not Emerald. Dude, that guy's going out. My guy.
Starting point is 00:58:29 He did say, look, I mean, he's consistent. He said, I'm going to go out every night. Every night that I'm in the Hamptons. Fair. Good play. But when he brought it up. I thought everybody was going to be like, dude. Now, the dudes are always done.
Starting point is 00:58:40 But West was down. Carl was down immediately. Kyle went out. Kyle, I thought everybody was going to stay in. I thought it was going to be one of those nights. Nope. Although the McDonald's in bed looked pretty fun. That looked amazing.
Starting point is 00:58:52 I was like, I would probably be there. I would probably have some McDonald's and then put down like a 10 piece nuggets and then get my own over and go to the bar. Well, that's no. See, you just hit a really pivotal point. And I know. I'm not laying it. in bed eating the McDonald's. I'm going to stand to eat the McDonald's at the counter.
Starting point is 00:59:10 Because I've had that where you eat, you're like, all right, I'm recharged. I'm not sitting down. Bed. Yeah, okay. Or showering at that point. No. Yeah. Like, there's, it's a very crucial.
Starting point is 00:59:18 Yeah. You almost have to be getting ready to go out whilst eating. I'm thinking like jeans are like going out, shorts or whatever. No shirt. Yep. Eating McDonald's. Sure. It goes on after McDonald's and then I'm out of door.
Starting point is 00:59:30 That's it. With a beer. Yeah. With a beer to get you back on track. Oh, like, yeah, like chug a beer or a white claw, something to change it up. Yeah. Totally. Yep. See, I want to drink so bad. Thursday.
Starting point is 00:59:40 We get West and Amanda. And West, you know, he's hitting a wall with Sierra and, you know, he talked to Jesse about it. And when he heard that I think he used me comment, he's like, that's not fucking true. And I haven't been rude. I'm trying to navigate this whole thing. I'm trying to be respectful, not bringing girls back. And she's shitting on me to all my friends. telling everybody that, like, I used her, and she needs to stop telling my friends that it didn't work out.
Starting point is 01:00:12 That happens. Yes, it does. Mm-hmm. It does happen. But you know where you fucked up, and we've talked about it a lot, with the conversations you had leading up to it not working as you're labeling it. And then after. And then you went on a press.
Starting point is 01:00:31 I just, I don't care for him saying it didn't work out, like, get over it. That's not what it was. Because if it simply didn't work out, even if, like, you wouldn't hate you. You did all of the things that you did while you guys were together and we watched you, we watched her give you an out. You didn't take the out. You continued it. It might be over by now if you just left it at that and didn't say a word after you guys broke up. You know, she can still feel however she wants to feel.
Starting point is 01:00:56 But, like, you could be clear of the woods. Yeah. But it's what you did after the fact. And you can't just ignore all of that and say she needs to get over it because it just didn't work out. If it simply didn't work out, everything would be fine. Yeah. And that is how life works. And yeah, it would be a little weird being in the same house,
Starting point is 01:01:12 again together, filming a show. But everything would be fine. We've seen that a million times on these shows. It's what you did, specifically your actions that led to where you are now. And unfortunately for you, you just have to eat crow. That's it. That's all it is. And you can't.
Starting point is 01:01:27 And you just can't. You're incapable of eating shit. You need to. Like, just sit back. It will blow over. Yep. It might not be to the end of the summer. It might not be till next summer.
Starting point is 01:01:35 it will blow over. The only way that you're going to exacerbate things and drag it on longer is conversations like this because it's going to get back to Sierra and then she's going to drag you and tell you exactly why she doesn't have to get over it. And she'll be correct. Don't do this move.
Starting point is 01:01:54 Just don't do it. It's not a smart move. You're not going to get support for it. And also in the grand scheme of like timeline, what is it, four months, five months, After, like, it's not that, what, the New York Times thing? After Sierra. Oh.
Starting point is 01:02:09 Like, it's not that far off because they were still hanging out for, like, Thanksgiving. I think they were still hanging out in December. Like, they didn't, quote, unquote, break up. Thanksgiving. Is that one the end of it was? It was that Craig and Page. That's also Craig and Page this year. Okay.
Starting point is 01:02:21 Last year, I think it was. All right. Around Thanksgiving. So it's been six months. Yeah. And you also haven't seen or talk to each other. Mm-hmm. Right?
Starting point is 01:02:28 So it's not super fresh. It's fresh enough, especially when you're in a house together. So, like, yeah. Like you said earlier. just be cool with coexisting. That's enough. That's all you have to do. And if you hear things because she's upset, that's going to happen too.
Starting point is 01:02:42 The other thing is, the more that Jesse questions or you try to put in an effort to get to a place where you're hugging and being friendly, the more it's going to come up, why that's not a place she wants to get to with you. So by Jesse having this conversation with her, he actually brought it back to the forefront. You guys probably would have been better off. I can see that going both ways, though, typically. but I can see it both ways with something like that with Jesse bringing it up and forcing the issue
Starting point is 01:03:08 it can a lead to what we just watched where she's going to bring up feelings about this and it's going to be too real and she's going to lash out or she's going to say some shit that West is going to be offended by or whatever if he wants to or it could potentially awkwardly clear the air where it puts you in that awkward like all right fine like I'm over it like whatever and then you guys actually can't move forward
Starting point is 01:03:30 it could be one of the two so I'm not going to fault Jesse for bringing it up more, but also you just have to figure out how Sierra is going to handle it and whatever she goes, whatever she says, goes. Yeah. That's how you have to handle it. Agreed. Agreed. But Jesse goes inside or goes upstairs, I mean, to his bed and he facetimes Lexi for a conversation that I didn't need to hear. Nope. And now you're all going to hear it. Because if I have to do this, then you have to hear it too. Yeah. He tells her I jerked off before the party. And I think the minute he said, this, he was like, whoops. He was hammered. I jerked off before the party,
Starting point is 01:04:07 so I wouldn't miss you too bad? Yeah, no, we all knew what you meant, buddy. Yeah. So that you didn't fuck somebody else. Yeah. Why would you tell Lexi that? Yeah. Like, she seemed to take it pretty well. She said, so you wouldn't miss me too much, and he's like, and you could see his brain going, because he realized what he said.
Starting point is 01:04:23 I still, it didn't work. It didn't work. I still missed you. I missed you before. And I did that, and then during, and I was thinking about you. And it's like, I was thinking about you before and during and she goes and after right and he's like oh yeah well I'm here now yeah I'm here now you didn't say yeah I'm here now like it was just again that that's how you feel about this you you do it to masturbate before a party yeah
Starting point is 01:04:51 to keep you from hooking up with other women yeah you don't want a girlfriend no like that's not you and that's fine but like I understand trying to grow up yeah right I understand trying to get to a point where you're not just trying to hook up. But it's not by getting a girlfriend in the house and then trying to figure it out. Correct. It's finding someone you're like, oh, I don't want to hook up anymore. But Craig says. Craig wasn't wrong.
Starting point is 01:05:19 Craig was not wrong. You find your number one and you will realize, yeah, I don't want to cheat on this person. I want to stay with this person. That's it. That's all it is. So if you are literally jerking off before a party to avoid things, I think you have your fucking answer. I mean, that's just me. But he then goes on to talk about West and Sierra. And he's like, promise me we'll never be there. And she's like, we're totally different people than
Starting point is 01:05:44 those two. I'm like, you're different than Sierra. Yeah. Yeah. He is West. West and Jesse are extremely similar, which is why they get along. So they do have some fundamental differences, but they are very similar people. But I wouldn't have done this, especially because you know people are going to keep chattering about the Jesse Sierra thing and Lexi is inevitably going to get insecure about the Jesse and Sierra thing. Sure. So you probably shouldn't say I had so much phone with Sierra. She's so great. Whilst hammered
Starting point is 01:06:11 talking to your girl. Yeah. She handled it well. I thought it was another weird move. She handled it very well. I think that Lexi handled this conversation very well for how drunk he was, for all the ramblings and all the dumb shit that he said. She handled it very well. Yeah. She was like you're going to have your separate friendship with both of them, blah, blah.
Starting point is 01:06:27 We go to a confession with Lexi. she says Jesse will not leave me alone it's so great he calls me 50 times a day yes he is but it also tells you something about the kind of relationship that Lexi prefers yep she likes a boyfriend that checks in she likes to be in constant communication throughout the day there's relationships like that it works for people great it sucks for her too because if she likes that that just means that when guys are love bombing her she's she takes it as like oh this is a awesome this is great and it's it's not that's not what he's guys love bombing you like that 99% of the time it's not good it's yeah he has ulterior motives and but like i was saying it also points to like this is what i'm looking for that's not jesse and if that is jesse he's going to be miserable in a month when she's like why didn't you call me why don't you text me and he's just not who he is yeah so we're seeing all these fundamental differences as to why these two won't work out. And the thing that sucks is that in the end, when it doesn't work out, Jesse'll be
Starting point is 01:07:33 fine. Yep. Lexi's going to be like completely crushed. And that's why we said fucking, what, three weeks ago, get out now or else it's fucked up. And you didn't. So now it's fucked up. And the way you're carrying yourself is fucked up. And if you are still dating, she's going to watch this back and be like, wow, that's fucked up. Very fucked up. So amongst other things that happened in this episode. Yeah, that's what I'm talking about, the entire like everything, because they get back from the bar, everyone piles in, and Imrule brings back what we thought
Starting point is 01:08:01 was one other lady friend, because that's the way the editing, Imruel's friend should have been plural because Imruil brought two ladies home. Do you know why? He had to even out the averages. He didn't bring one home
Starting point is 01:08:19 one night, so now I thought that was a... No, no, no. No, I don't need to get any more in depth because, I mean, they did it for us by talking about it. Definitely did. But while they're all hanging out in the kitchen, like, drunk eating, Jesse's like, I'm going to go look at the girls that didn't robot back. What? Why?
Starting point is 01:08:37 What do you mean? I don't know why everybody was so, like, normal? Normal about that? I thought it was. Even Amanda, who was sober down there and, like, maybe she was still, like, a little drunk from the day, but, like, why is everybody like, oh, okay, yeah, sure. No. Like, what if they're butt naked and don't want you to see them naked and you just kick the door open? That wasn't the vibe, no way.
Starting point is 01:08:54 It's very different than that. But, like, I would never do that. No. That's a weird thing to do. Very weird thing to do. But he does it? It's a very consistent thing for him to do. Sure.
Starting point is 01:09:04 Because he was talking about girls all day. Yeah. And he probably does feel a little fomo. Like, oh, I didn't bring a girl home. I didn't bring two girls back. You go see what's going on. No. See what all the fuss is about.
Starting point is 01:09:13 Absolutely not. Yeah. That's like you put a whatever on the door so you don't go in. You don't walk in that room. So, which actually works for this. You put a sock. Oh, yeah. Oh, God.
Starting point is 01:09:23 Yeah. So he goes in there, right? Yep. And I had a couple of thoughts about this. He comes out 37 minutes later. Yep. Fully clothed. Didn't have like a shirt off or anything.
Starting point is 01:09:36 He had a socks off. Are we going to theory this one? Because I got theories. So at first, this is what I was thinking. And like, if you've watched Summer House since the beginning, I'm like, maybe they were doing drugs. Okay. Maybe that's what they were up to. I gave him a little bit of runway here.
Starting point is 01:09:52 Like, oh, yeah, maybe they were doing drugs. doing drugs. They didn't want anybody to see. He didn't want anybody to know. So he came out like 37 minutes later and that's what they were doing in there. They were chatting, talking, whatever. Fine. That's normal part for the course for Summerhouse. They used to have the pool house for that. They don't want anymore. Okay, fine. He goes into this toe sucking thing. Yeah. I get the vibe of, have you ever seen a curb your enthusiasm? Yeah. Larry David says, if you come up with a complex crazy lie, like, I'm in a high. hop-dog eating contest the next day. I can't do this.
Starting point is 01:10:26 Nobody's going to call your bullshit on this. That's the vibe I get from this. This is for sure a, yeah, she like sucked my toe. Everybody's going to be focused on how crazy that is and not say, dude, you were getting some. You did something in there. Something happened. Something happened in there. He walked into the room. His story is the minute he walks in, by the way, no, no, no. No, no, no, I'm not here for that.
Starting point is 01:10:55 I have a girl. He said the minute he walks in, this is my side of the bed. That's yours. Why are you getting into bed? First and foremost. Second, that's not what happened. You went, you laid down in bed. Apparently he was head by their feet.
Starting point is 01:11:09 And he was like, yeah, because he was telling Wes next day, like, yeah, some girl sucked my toe because I was laying there. And it was like right next to her face and like I made a joke about it. But then Imruel says, or sorry, he says, Imruel told her to suck his side. still. So we've got two different stories down from the same guy. There's a third story in there, too, from Watch What Happens Live. Oh, what's that one? Emeril and Jesse were on last night after the episode. And there was a poll.
Starting point is 01:11:34 Do you think this is all that happened? Imral goes, he wasn't even in there that long. He was in there for like a couple of minutes. And he goes, no, our producer said it was 37 minutes. Imral didn't even know how long he was in there. So there's just a mess across the board. So here's what happened. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:11:50 I'm not sure if it was full-blown boinkin. Some other shit happened in that room. Yeah. Because here's the thing. Imrule, completely comfortable with sexuality. Goes to sex parties. This is just another Tuesday for him. Yeah, that's I was thinking Tuesday.
Starting point is 01:12:09 Yeah. He's not rattled at all. Uh-uh. For him to walk in there and walk out 37 minutes later and then say, you know, but I had, I didn't have socks on. Like, you did have socks on. So that means your socked feet were near her. Here's the other piece of that. And you said this, too, when Jesse walked into the room and he had like a look on his face,
Starting point is 01:12:27 and that looks like a shameful face. When he walked into his bedroom after everything. When he walked into Lexi's bedroom. He didn't even go back to his own bedroom. He didn't go into the West's room. That's guilt. That's guilt. That's guilt.
Starting point is 01:12:41 He walked into an isolated room away from his friends. He didn't want to wake anybody up. He snuck in there, went right to bed. Looked unabashedly towards the case. camera. Come on, man. So, yeah, they... I'm not telling you to, like, own up to it, but, like, don't come up with a crazy
Starting point is 01:12:55 toe suck lie. Yeah, bro. I... Also, you get the, like, which, again, I mean, maybe we'd need it for context, but we didn't need it necessarily. The dialogue where they flashback again, and it's like, and now I'm hard. Dude. So, you're telling me that you went in there, you laid the ground rules, laid out the
Starting point is 01:13:14 regulations, sure. Wacky thing happened. She sucked my toe, but I wasn't doing anything. I wasn't trying to go any first. rather than that, and then you say that you're hard. Yeah. What's, given what this room setup is at this current moment with two women, Imrul and you, and clearly everybody's down for something.
Starting point is 01:13:31 Yep. And you say you're hard. What's the next logical conclusion to happen from the girl that just sucked your dirty foot? Mm-hmm. That's, I think, what bothers me about the setup is like, we're not dumb, bro. No, that's what I'm saying. He just went really complex with the lie. He starts talking about how he was barefoot all day
Starting point is 01:13:51 And then the producer calls him out and says You had socks on when he walked in there You took your socks off? You know? I was really drunk Let you know, I've never had my toes sucked before It's like that's, you're avoiding the question again Now it's just even more in depth
Starting point is 01:14:04 Where you're talking about dancing And it's a smelly foot And like that's very weird Stop. You know what to save it though? You know what'll clean it up? What's that? Over-explain yourself by the pool
Starting point is 01:14:12 Yeah, probably Say that Lexi's better than foursums Yeah no brother nope this is why you should have ended it earlier you did this to yourself honestly if this happened
Starting point is 01:14:27 and you weren't with Lexi and you were a little avoidant about the questions everybody would probably laugh and be like yeah all right it kind of checks out yeah but because of how you've set up things with Lexi now we're all looking
Starting point is 01:14:41 at this in a very different way so you did it to yourself bro yeah yeah you should sure did. But let's get to some questions. Let's get this one out of the way first. From Jacqueline Michelle Kress. Thoughts on Lindsay not being there. Thought it was refreshing. Maybe she heads to Roney? I thought it was actually. I mean, I don't think that Lindsay being there or not being there would have done anything. I like
Starting point is 01:15:07 Lindsay. She hasn't had a negative impact. So I have no issues, you know, with her if she were there. The only reason I'm like, yeah, okay, I'm glad she wasn't there as we got to see Carl, quote unquote, leave the nest. But, like, Lindsay in the house... I don't think we would have had the worm on the tarp. I don't think we would have had the parent arg. Definitely would have gotten that. So, look, just let's be happy that we got those things.
Starting point is 01:15:27 Yeah, and she hasn't brought any negative energy to the house yet. Now, we get scenes from, like, the mid-season trailer. That'll get interesting. Yeah, that'll get a very interesting. Let's go with... From It's Sin, would you let a random girl suck on your toes at her night out? Nope. No, no chance.
Starting point is 01:15:45 Don't touch my feet. No chance. I think feet are gross. My feet are really gross. They're all fucked up from baseball. I wouldn't put anybody through that. Yeah. From Ashley Krollcheck,
Starting point is 01:15:58 Sierra holding up the laptop and whispering, what are the whispers? I think it's what Steele said earlier, that she's told Paige multiple times. You've got to break it off the Craig. Yeah. I think that's what we're heading to her. She has said this.
Starting point is 01:16:09 She said he is not happy for you. He's dragging you down. Leave him. Ooh. Uh, from Casey Fowler, is Jesse intentionally sabotaging himself with Sierra and Footgirl, probably to avoid Lexi? Yes and no. I, yeah, I think subconsciously, exactly.
Starting point is 01:16:29 He doesn't want to be in the relationship with Lexi. He's doing this to self-sabotage, sure. I don't think it's intentional. But also, this is him. Flirting with Sierra all day, and then being drunk as shit and walking into Emerald's room is also him. I think, like, yeah, he's subconsciously self-sabotaging, yes. Oh, another question.
Starting point is 01:16:46 Actually, same thing from K. Sparkleck. Is Jesse using the Sierra flirtation to get out of the Lexi's situation chip? Yes and no. Yes and no. And so we have another one in here. They're all pretty much the same. It's all people asking about Jesse. We'll end on this one from Michael Bowes.
Starting point is 01:17:04 Did you think the West's meltdown, R.E. Sierra was warranted. No. No. Not at all. Nope. Just grin and bear it, dude. You do yourself a lot of favors. And that's the other part is like, do I think that that conversation,
Starting point is 01:17:16 is the end of the world, no. No. I think it could be a one-off. If it is a recurring theme, it's going to get worse. And the worst part is, like, he was climbing the ranks again. He's not everybody's favorite,
Starting point is 01:17:27 but people are starting to just, like, realize why he's on the show. It gets fun. Him and Jesse's funny. It is what it is. He just set himself back 10 steps with the audience by bringing this up again. Yep.
Starting point is 01:17:38 So you didn't do yourself anything. And he could have actually taken a step forward if he heard that news and let it roll off of them. if he was like, man, I keep trying, or like, yeah, you know, I get it. If you had a better attitude towards it instead of, and I'm not saying that like, you know, obviously, if you're feeling some type of way and you get news like that from a friend and it's a little shocking because you thought you may have been stepping in the right direction. You could have a moment and be like, fuck. Really, like, that kind of fucks me up.
Starting point is 01:18:04 But if there's a but at the end of that and then you say, look, I just got to keep going or I got to give her time, that would show so much growth and that would hit nicely. Yeah, instead you go to Amanda. He still has an opportunity to do it. If they have another conversation and he goes, look, yeah, I was pretty fucked up. I didn't expect that conversation. I didn't expect that, you know, verbiage to come out. This is how I am. But I got to give her some space.
Starting point is 01:18:27 You can redeem yourself. That's why I said. It's not like the end of the world. No, it's not. But what you do next, what you do next is very important. Yeah, definitely. We'll see what happens. But that's all I got.
Starting point is 01:18:40 You got anything else? Nope. Yeah, like, Amy thinks that, you know, Joe Pesci was miscast in Goodfellas, and I don't. He's too old. Let's not forget that Paul thinks that Dude, too, is overrated. It is.
