The Trio: We Can’t Believe Dave Rubin Actually Posted This Sick Video
00:00 You. Well, how's the trio intro music? I'm Sam Stein. We got Will Sauer. We got Tim Miller. And we got a marathon show. I'm not trying to overhype. Like, there is so many things that we've been wanting to talk, but we've been giggling about
00:24 it in Slack. It was tough to know where to start. So just buckle up. This could go over an hour, I think. Over an hour? I was so excited about this trio until you told me it was over an hour. Okay. I should have got a drink.
00:39 I should have brought a drink. I brought myself. Yeah. Before we get into it, this hat, apparently it's a big winner in the merch department or hasn't been in the merch department. People want in the merch department. We are now selling it in case you want to get the trucker hat. Two, we have live shows coming up that we need to advertise. So on Sunday night before the election, we are having a members-only live show. You have to be a subscriber to be part of it.
01:03 But here's the cool thing. We're going to have people from around the country covering all the races. You get to ask questions. They will answer your questions. try to give you a sense of what we think is coming on Tuesday, which brings me to Tuesday. We're going to have a long live show on Tuesday starting at 7 p.m. Tim, Sarah JVille, are going to kick us off. We're going to go through rotations.
01:21 A lot of people are going to be joining. Again, people around the country. That is not just for members. That's for everybody. So market calendars, Sunday night, 830, members-only show. Tuesday night, 7 p.m. Everyone is invited. It's going to be a lot of work.
01:37 But that's for a later day. now, we just got to get into it. It was tough to know where to start because there's so many good topics, but we're going to start with James O'Keefe. Okay? So, Will, what's going on with our boy? Lock him up, folks. Yes, James O'Keefe, the prankster prince of the right, the undercover video guy.
01:53 The dancer, the prankster, the prankster, the prankster. Well, and best known the musical impresario. He is now facing felony criminal charges in Minnesota alongside Cam Higbee, who's kind of like a little minion of his. In August, during the Minnesota primaries, they were trying to make a point about voter fraud. James dressed up as a Muslim man, kind of stereotypical Muslim garb. And Cam dressed up as his wife, fully covered in a nabab so you can only see his eyes. Don't you think the hands give it away for Cam?
02:29 Hands are really striking. He's kind of a trans man Muslim. Yeah. Interesting costume. Hands looks so odd. It's almost like we got a corpse to vote or something. They don't look a lot. It's a fake arm.
02:43 So what happened? Are they going to go to jail? Well, so they used real voters' names to try to get the ballots. Ultimately, they didn't get the ballots. They kind of backed out, I think, before they thought it was a crime. But the prosecutors disagree in Minneapolis. And so they've been charged each with identity theft and unlawful voting. Lock them up.
03:03 Lock them up. Thank you. We've got, we appreciate the prosecutors and the people, you know, doing the work in Minneapolis, the line prosecutors, you know, trying to root out voter fraud. Got to crack down voter fraud. Yeah, got to crack that down on it. It's horrible. And I assume that the vice president, the frauds are, will be really happy with their work to correct. Well, this is Nick Shirley's backyard. This is Minneapolis. Where is he? Well, you know, it's funny you guys say that. The prosecutors asked, you know, was their interest in
03:30 the federal government where it was the FBI helping you on this voter fraud case? And they said, no, no, they weren't really interested in this one. It is a classic Tina Peters situation. It's like doing the voter fraud to try to prove that there's voter fraud and failing at both. That's what happens here. Unsuccessfully doing the voter fraud and proving essentially that it's a lot harder to do fraud than they want people to claim. I'm hoping that there's some Pennsylvania prosecutors watching this because our guy, Brendan, also identified voter fraud among MAGA influencer Scott Pressler.
04:07 he with the long flowing locks the persistence a very masculine gentleman the persistence you know who kind of looks like a witch and and they them have been having people at their house apartment in Pennsylvania who voted there who had residents in other states our guy Brendan uncovered
04:31 this voted in Pennsylvania we've seen I've seen some chatter about this in Pennsylvania among the political class since Brendan reported it. But I'm hoping that we can kind of raise the flag to prosecutors there as well. And, you know, we can just really crack down on the perpetrators of this fraud, both the persistence and dance and James. Yeah, unfortunately for James and Scott, unlike the Tina Peter situation, they won't have your boy, Jared Polis, to give him a part in what it's all time.
05:05 Sorry, too soon. Too soon? No? I saw Jared do it. Do whatever you have to appeal to the audience, Sam. Okay? Oh, yeah, okay. You want to pander to the commenters?
05:17 You do it. Go for it. Yeah, it's just me pandering to the commenters. Yep, that's it. Jared was totally fine and right in that one. You know, Tina Peters seems really, you know, reformed by that whole thing. So Jared really nailed that one.
05:32 Yeah. You think Cam Higbee is going to be reformed and he gets out of it in the cup? Well, yeah, I mean, he's going to get toughened up in prison. I think he'll probably become a shot caller, you know, they kind of rise in the ranks or the, you know, the AB or whatever. But basically, the unfortunately folks, for those that are thinking, you know, James O'Keefe will emerge as an old man once his sentence is served. The prosecutor said this is probably probation or at best a little time in jail. There's not going to be kind of hard prison time.
05:59 And when she now says that the president. I like her you heard it is at best. At best. at best just a little prison time fingers crossed has james said anything about this no but cam has already launched a go fund me or a give and go which is kind of the rights go fund me and he's raised a couple grand you know we're recording this just a few hours after the charges were announced james elkeef is going to wait to put out a statement in song
06:23 okay he's planning you know he's planning like a little show that he's set to some tune from oklahoma just with new lyrics Yeah. Innocent. Innocent. Okay. Yeah. Well, good luck, James.
06:39 Don't think it was worth it. The thing I want to get into a lot of AI slop sloshing around the internet these days. There's two films in particular that have jumped out for mockery. Let's start with the Dave Rubin film. I don't know why he thought this was good, but he put this out and, yeah, let's watch. And those who didn't follow every step of the Senator Schumer Thank you for your service
07:10 You know how much groundwork I did for the DSA You needed me Is that mom dani? Yeah it's my mom donnie putting on a I thought we were on the same side Not anymore I'm kind of like a little daily wire Yeah this feels like
07:38 Yeah watch on daily wire Little IP theft here. Yeah, that's really just what they love watching the queers for Palestine die. Obama and El Saeed is so happy watching all. It's interesting that Obama, I wonder if you can read between the lines there with the message, which is that
07:56 Schumer aligns with the Muslim Socialists and he gets put in a black hood and sent to I guess be beheaded by ISIS, whereas Obama sides with the DSA, and he's and he's really the laughing mastermind because it's Barack Hussein Obama. Do you get that?
08:16 Yeah. It's happening that. Yeah. The most noteworthy thing for me about that AI slop crap is just the way that in certain ways, like their fantasy of what the horrible, you know, ravages of socialism would reveal is just like what's happening right now in the country. I was just on the Charlie Kirk show discussing this very thing. And it's like they show like they show a classic image of socialist. dictatorship, right? It's the government building. And then you have the huge banner, you know,
08:45 with the leader's picture on it. And it's like, well, we did that. Will showed me that when we went around D.C. It's like we have Trump's pick. We have huge Trump banner pictures on the building. Down to the fireworks. Brother, remember America 250? It was the greatest fireworks display in the history of the world. Yeah. It's happening, guys. Like your socialist nightmare, you're living in it. The mask guys in the street grabbing people and sending them to dark sites. We're doing it. Um, you know, And so I think that they've got to, there's a little bit of tension between, you know, Trump doing the Golden Age and this being their dark vision.
09:20 I want to harp on the, this sort of perverse joy they get from seeing the LGBT community having their throats cut by jihadists. This is like a trope that's now popped up all the time. Obviously, yeah, they want it. Like, this was obviously stolen from the run. What is it? Run hide. Run hide fight infidels.
09:43 Oh, yeah. Okay. Yeah. So like, you know, this seems to be constant. Well, you can see Dave Rubin, just kind of like making this video and like watching the jihadist cut the throat of the queerest repelstein. You know, pressing the AI button with one hand, cranking it with the other. You can see how much he wants it. I mean, certainly it is in both these cases, you know, Dave Rubin can't just put out a video saying, you know, here's a bunch of of MAGA people beating up a trans person. Wouldn't that be cool? And so he has to kind of like weirdly, just like the Daily Wire did, kind of reflect it through to say, oh, wouldn't it be awful if Muslims did this? But we're going to show every little bit
10:22 of it for you. I guess I screwed up there. I probably shouldn't have done that with the miming, Dave Rubin, jerking it. I mean, I didn't even, like, I didn't have the dildo in my other hand. So I really didn't even do it right about how he would do it. Sorry, how would he do it? he's jerking it with one hand and then the other hand he's got the deltoe you know putting in his put in his butt put in his butt okay that's how yeah that's in okay don't you think that's how dave does it i've not thought about how dave does it to me honestly right i don't know i mean i have it neither but i'm just guessing
11:00 but you are thinking about it right now so well you know one one one interesting thing for me about this video is is it opens up with you know it says basically like DSA won the election and everyone's excited and then this family is running to their car and they're like, we got to flee the country now. Like they're going to black bag Chuck Schumer. We got to go. Yeah. It's ridiculous.
11:22 Just for clarity, there was actually music set to that video. We couldn't play it because copyright issues, but it's ominous music that you would hear normally. It's Hans Zimmer. Oh, yeah, it's the Han Zimmer. It's the theme from Interstellar. Intellectual property theft from Dave Rubin. another crime where are the prosecutors
11:42 got to get on him where's Nick Shirley he's got a report on this all right that's not the only AI video I wanted to discuss so Tim Tim has been on this story and I want to I felt like I need to get on it which is the great cheesecake factory scandal
11:58 of 2006 we've been doing investigating you know we're in a partner with Pablo Tori found out which is a famous investigative show and I just felt like we should I should do some investigative journalism myself. It was real journalism. I was actually like, that was legit. Investigating the history of Clayton novices. Yeah, he clearly did not.
12:15 He said factory restaurant attendance that he lied about. He lied about it. And then when you called them out, he's like, you know, couldn't even rejoined like that grace. I was like, oh, yeah. I did go when I was 18 at GW, which I also think is probably not true. I mean, I'd like to see the receipts because I say as a GW grab myself, the cheese guy factory is kind of far. It's in Clarendon. The TGI Friday's was right there on campus. Yeah, but you're going to do a chain restaurant on the GW student. You might just go to the T.
12:44 Why don't you get on the metro go multiple stops to Virginia? You're telling me he really did that? I kind of find it hard to believe. I think the whole thing was a lie. But his face-saving effort to claiming that as a child, he treasured his memories of these aspirational meals at Cheesecake factory, which he never did because there wasn't any in Asheville. Was that when I was a freshman in college, that was true. It is a weird activity as a freshman in college to be like,
13:07 hey, I'm here. It's so cool, hanging out in the dorm, getting drunk. But you know what I really want. I want to go 45 minutes. You're going to go to the suburb. 45 minutes. The Cheesecake Factory in the suburbs. That's cool. I got to get to that cheese cake. I'd like to see some pictures. Yeah. Well, I don't, I don't think he has pictures for Batman. Some old Polaroids from the late 80s and early 90s. This episode is sponsored by Comatier. So I love great coffee.
13:37 but what I don't love is the process of making it. You got to grind the beans sometimes. Sometimes you've got to just measure everything precisely. You got to clean up after it's all made. And sometimes you still do all that and you end up with a cup that just doesn't taste all that great. Well, Comiteer completely changes that. Cometeer sources coffee from the best roasters in the world. It brews it to perfection.
13:58 And then get this. It flash freezes it to lock in peak flavor and freshness. It comes on dry ice right to your door and recyclable aluminum capsules. all you have to do is melt it to make hot coffee, or you could do ice coffee, or you could do espresso-style drinks like lattes. It just takes seconds. There's no machine or plastic brewpath required. These capsules are loved by coffee fanatics everywhere. Even the former president of Nespresso invested in Compteer after just one sip. We have Comanteer right here in the office and there's nothing easier than popping open a capsule pouring over hot water and for the
14:35 younger folks on our team who are always craving ice coffee, psychopaths, those same capsules are perfect and have become a hit in the office. Get $20 off cometeer.com slash bulwark takes or use code bulwark takes. That's cometeer, c-o-m-e-e-r.com slash bulwark takes for $20 off. Anyways, so people are, you know, upset on the right because Obama talked about the cheesecake factory. He didn't even like make fun of the cheesecake factory. He made fun of Saddam Hussein decorating a cheesecake factory. The stupidest response had to come from
15:10 Gunther Eagleman, who's not actually his name not Gunther Eagleman. What is his name? I'm not sure, really. Did you tell us once? I feel like this is one of those facts you forgot, basically. There was this one. I mean, Gunther is like, he's kind of this classic sort of the prototypical
15:26 kind of boomer con, you know, as we'll get into. I mean, he's always talking about how things were back in the day. One time someone took a picture of him at a restaurant and he had like a weird order that you know the he's being spotted out and about his name is j david freeman according to produce matt uh he produces a lot of stupid AI videos uh and this was among the dumber ones so can we play it why would he change his name if it was already freeman i love the cheesecake factory great american food great atmosphere and people love eating here Obama wants to mock this place
15:59 what an embarrassment maybe he should try enjoying america instead of constantly Putting it down. Can we just play him eating that piece of cheesecake? He slurped it right down. How did he swallow it? Let's go. Where did that slice go? Where did that bike go?
16:18 How did he get it down so fast? The cheesecake is so delectable at the cheesecake factory. It just completely melts and dissipates your mouth immediately. And where did the bite come from? The whole slice is still intact on the. plate. Did he just have an extra fork of it? That was dumb. That was my favorite one. There was Republican congressman who took a picture outside of cheesecake factory and then like later somebody reported that they called the cheesecake factory people and they're like, yeah,
16:47 he just came to take a picture and left. Like he didn't even eat there. But if you're going to go through the trouble of making a big causes, at least he showed up. Gunther did Gunther and praising the sanctity of the cheesecake factory didn't even bother to find one. He was just like, you know, I'm going to make some AI slot video. Yeah. Gunther made another one where Trump, Elon, and Cash Patel go to a cheesecake factory. And Elon's like, send my cheesecake to Mars. And Cash says, I'll need to see the security camera footage. And it's not even not funny.
17:20 But then the waitress, the waitress gets exasperated with them. And I love that, like, in Gunther's imagining, like, even in like a pro cheesecake factory thing, they're like harassing the waitress. The annoying. The waitress is like some cute blonde. She's kind of like her boobs hanging out. It's like, let's make this waitress look real good. I do have a little more reporting for you. My husband and daughter went to the cheesecake factory in my stead because I am a coastal elite.
17:46 When did they go? Just earlier this week after the whole contract, you know, the day or two after Obama's thing. In solidarity? Were they upset with Obama? No, it wasn't in solidarity. It was just kind of, I got it on their mind. It was like good marketing from Obama. It was the opposite of what the Kuntz were saying.
17:59 Obama mentioned cheesecake factory. My husband's like, I haven't been to the cheesecake factory in a minute. That sounds nice. They went and it wasn't, you know, it wasn't packed out in Metri, out in the New Orleans suburbs. So, you know, the whole kind of right-wing grassroots solidarity with the Cheesecake Factory campaign isn't yielding, you know, a ton of reservations, at least in this red part of the country. Just a little reporting from the ground. Scott Besson went to the one in D.C., which I've been to a couple times with my boys.
18:29 I don't suspect Scott Besson is a big Cheesecake Factory guy, but. He seemed to like something like the fried cheeseburger dip or something like that. So good for Scott. Okay. This one's for you, Tim. You've been really excited about this one. Ever since I saw it, I wanted to do a trio immediately. I was like, can we trio right now?
18:51 Samuel Say and his deportation. Will you've covered this? Can you give just sort of a quick rundown for the uninitiated where things are and what it is? Yeah. So this guy, Samuel Say, is a outspoken, conservative, evangelical commentator in the U.S. until recently. He's from Ghana. He appears to hold Canadian citizenship as well.
19:11 But he's been in the U.S. He's married to an American woman. And basically, he was picked up, he was at an airport last week and held for deportation. ICE says he had overstayed a visa for four years. And this has become a big issue on the right because a lot of the kind of Christian-flavored commenters
19:29 are saying like, hey, this is our buddy. Like, he's not a bad guy. I don't deport him. And a lot of the groyper. Yes, exact. Choxic empathy is right. They're saying, like, this is just a paperwork issue. And think of what this could do to his family.
19:43 Shocked. Well, the mother's had a different view, though. Yes. So, like, the more racist ones are, like, like Joel Webbon, who will get into. The gory bros, whatever. They're, like, needless to say, obviously, this guy's black. And so he's clashed with these guys a lot before. And they're just delighted by it.
20:00 I mean, they see this as, like, an act of God to deploy. him. This came up because, and I don't even know who this person is who's doing this prayer for his deportation. This is Joel Levin. Yeah, so this is Joel Webin. I don't know who that is. Let me just explain Joel Weben. He's pretty much because Tucker is Buckley Carlson and Joel are, you know, that's the conference coming up. Yeah, Joel Webbin is kind of this is a is a pastor who has become much more like in the just the past couple of years, much more of kind of like a graper-fied conservative commentator. He's tight with fishback. He used to have a show with Elijah Schaefer that blew up for obvious reasons, you know, after Elijah's
20:38 and he's obviously a big enemy of Samuel said. Guys, let's just take a moment and thank the Lord. Lord, we thank you sincerely. We thank you for the arrest of Samuel said. We thank you for shutting his mouth from spewing out more lies and slander against your servants and your church. here in these United States of America. And Lord, in addition, we also pray, not grace or compassion that usurps justice, but Christian compassion and grace that comes alongside justice. We pray for justice that Samuel say would be deported and that our nation would be relieved of his anti-American influence. Oh my God. No, don't stop it. I want to reach the whole thing. I want to watch the whole thing. I'm still finishing my prayer. I've done the sign of the cross yet.
21:41 Lord, dear Lord, we pray. We pray for thanks for this man of heaven, this deportation, this man that we've separated from his family, you know, this Canadian Ghanaese interloper. It's crazy. You know, a little Joel Webin. tidbit that you got this kind of trio themed is he was booted out of one of his earlier parishes or whatever over a relationship he had and like the the details are not all all public but basically that's kind of the joe web and lore is that he he lost uh you know one of his positions because he lost his flock yeah because of i guess some kind of sexual relationship no that guy that guy seems so it seems so pure and tied to the teachings of christ i thought that was pretty genuine i don't know i mean you You could just see the way he closed his eyes.
22:32 It honestly did feel more, it did feel genuine. It felt like his heart was actually really. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, thank you. Thank you, Lord, for deporting this. All you could do, you just, we wanted to say the end word so bad. Thank you, Lord, for the morning. Hey, we have something for you, Tim.
22:48 Part two. Let's play. Oh, thank God. But Lord, we also pray because you were abundant in kindness and mercy. him and because we want to be Christ-like in his character. We pray that Samuel say would get justice that he would be removed. But we also pray that coupled, not against justice, but coupled with justice, would be mercy. We pray he would be quickly reunited with his wife and children, three children.
23:15 We pray for their safety and their comfort. And Lord, we pray wherever he's deported to, whether it be Canada or Ghana, that, Lord, one, we pray first. Do not use him, Lord. if he doesn't repent. So first we pray, repentance is not something conjured up by man, but it is a gift granted by you. Would you grant him repentance for whatever areas he is genuinely, objectively send it? Grant him repentance.
23:41 Reunite him with his family. You love marriage. You love families. You don't want to see them separated. So reunite him with his family. And God. Who would provide for their safety and their comfort, their provision. Grant him repentance as a gift.
23:56 from whatever sin he's committed. And if that, if repentance, if that be your will, then Lord, I do pray that you would continue to use Samuel saying with his own native people as a voice in Ghana or if it be your will, a voice in Canada, that he would minister there and preach the gospel after repenting for his sin and be used mightily for your glory. We pray this in Jesus name.
24:21 Do people pray like that with so many like terms and positions where it's just like he's like, it sounds like he's asking for a wish for a genie. He's like, I got to cover all the loopholes. He must repent. He must write a substack post. Repetting.
24:35 You must go on. You're God. You're God. We pray for the safety of Samuel Say's children in Ghana. Not too much mercy, Lord. If he repents, if he doesn't repent, I don't know. But if you repents, let those young children,
24:53 and those little N words, be safe in the safety of deep in Africa. Far away from me. No internet access. In your name, Jesus. In your name, Lord. I mean, like, how is the fire not coming out of his ears? Like, how is he not getting engulfed in flames?
25:12 It's enough to make you think that Satan doesn't really exist. And if Satan really exists, maybe he's Satan. Maybe Peter Thiel's found the Antichrist. But it is enough to make you think that a world with real, Christian vengeance that Mr. Webbin would have just like gone up in flames immediately halfway through this prayer. He seemed really into it. He seemed really into it.
25:33 Like he was, his eyes were closed during all that. I have blessed many times. Is Samuel say like where did things stand? Not good. Yeah. You know, that's another one with a give and go. I mean, they've raised a good amount of money on that. But basically the, he was initially in kind of like a county lockup.
25:50 Now I think he's been transferred to a sort of more official ICE detention. facility as of as of recording Wednesday. And so, you know, he's, they're going forward with it. I mean, obviously, DHS put out a statement saying, oh, yeah, we got him. We're deporting him. So this idea that it's like a paperwork issue or there's been some terrible misunderstanding, you know, it doesn't seem like it's going to fly. Who is that show for the Joel Webbing show?
26:12 Like, I'm trying to picture, like, I know I'm watching it. High comedy. I mean, like, you couldn't even do a spoof of Chris Dobros that would be better than that. Like you couldn't come up with an acted performance. It'd be better. But like, who is genuinely watching it? Do you think? Will Summer.
26:31 Well, like, who is watching that and saying, yes, Lord? Yes, Lord. Here, Joel's prayer, Lord. Do you know? Does he have an audience? It's a good question. I mean, I think he has some kind of audience. But, you know, I think it's kind of like weird guys who have just converted to, like,
26:51 Orthodox Christianity and like you know guys. Yeah like kind of like locked up you know shut in types. A lot of divorced guys yeah. I got to tell you I hope now now that Sam realizes who Joel Webbin is I've been calling for a while now ever since Buckley Carlson we should have included that in this but but we'll give somebody a little tease for later.
27:10 Ever since publicly Carlson did this weird selfie video about the important work that Joel Webbin is doing I guess Buckley is one of his viewers and said he can't wait to commune with him at the big conference in Dallas after the election, I've been calling on Sunny Bunch to be deployed there. Now, that's not my job. I'm not the managing editor, Sam is. But after seeing that performance, I hope that you will fully support me.
27:35 Yeah, what do you want Sonny to do exactly? I want him to attend. I want him to sign up to attend either as a media member of the media or just as a true, as a faithful servant of the flock of Joel Levin. And I want to learn. I want to know who else there. I want to know everything. I've got one of 24 clavicular-style live stream of Sunny existing at that conference
27:59 and communicating with people. I want everything. Be worried about Sunny getting converted to the cause. All right. So you won't commit to that? You won't commit to sending Sonny? I'll talk to Sunny. It's not really like, you'll have to.
28:12 I'm not going to force him. Let's just put it that way. But I will raise the idea. moving on from praying for someone's deportation to and safety if they repent. If they repent, I want safety. This is a tough transition. There's a man running for Congress.
28:35 We can just rewatching, Lord. So long as he's in Ghana with no 5G internet access. Lord, make sure he can't get DoorDash delivery anywhere he goes. Just small bits of suffering. Heaven be the name. All right. There's a guy in Tennessee running for Congress, Brent Taylor,
29:03 who apparently was involved in all this redistricting stuff that happened in Tennessee. And he more or less made the district that he's now running for Congress in. So he kind of seems like a shoeing. He loops right around his cul-de-sac. Yes. It's just gets one little line to each member of his family's homes. It's the 9th District in Tennessee. Guy seems like a total shoe in.
29:26 And then something happened this past week or so where it was discovered that this man, Brent Taylor, sent nude photos to people. Adults? Did he send him to adults? That's what I'm asking. I mean, with all the pedophilia out there and they're right these days, it's just an important. All we know is all we know from the, from the. story is that one individual who requested anonymity says they received an unsolicited nude
29:53 picture from Taylor as recently as 2021 before he was elected to the state Senate. And a second eyewitness source independently confirmed the nude photos sent by Taylor. So here's what Taylor's excuse was. He said it was a youthful indiscretion. Taylor is 60 years old. The photos were sent six years ago. By virtue of the calendar, he was actually 53 at the time that he sent these nudes. And yeah, I don't qualify that as youth. Yeah, he says the expiration date has run out. So he's like, you're bringing up that old crap. What is the expiration date on this? During the Biden administration. You sent that dick pick on solicited during the Biden administration, not, you know, in the past. You know, if he sent it before January 20th, 2021, it could have been the Trump administration,
30:47 but I'm pretty sure it was the Biden administration. Yeah, it was during COVID. People were bored and lonely. I don't, you know, I just Googled him. Not the hands. I'm not the kind of person. I'm looking to get an unlisted, Dick Pick from. Is that a recent picture? Is that from his youthful days? That's a good point. Though if you do have Brent Taylor's nudes, I'm happy to review them. Yes, I already told people to send them to your DMs. Sam tweeted to send them to my DMs. So, I can handle it. It's not going to be something I enjoy, but I can handle it. I could review. It's journalism. Yeah, dude, some important journalism, kind of describe for people what they're missing out on. Yeah, you know, the unsolicited is the key part for me. You know, 53 years. I saw some people
31:38 in the internet saying 53 years is too old to be sending your dick around. say i don't know if there's a is there a cutoff year is there like a cutoff age for sending your for you for you yeah would you take one from like a 60 year old i don't no i don't i do not i don't i don't want unsolicited dick picks are unwelcome for anyone all right let's get unsolicited out of the way solicited i talk for you to imagine soliciting a six a six year old says hey i want to hey a six year old comes hey tim i'm a big fan i want to send you a dick pick i mean is it george clunney you know, I mean, there's some 60-year-olds who are doing pretty good out there. I don't know, how old's Mitt Romney?
32:18 If Mitt wanted to send me a deed, I'd be interested in seeing that. He's in his 70s. He's keeping it tight, but probably not. I don't, I think that after 80, I think after 80, you should probably keep your deed to yourself. Yeah. 80? That sounds reasonable. What if there's a 75-year-old guy and a nice 71-year-old lady and they're living across town from each other
32:41 in different retirement communities. One's in Belvoca, Del Boca Vista, ones in Del Boca Retone. Okay, let me rephrase it. Let me understand. Hold on. Hold on. I think you need to set the parameters discussion.
32:51 First of all, producer Matt says Patrick Dempsey is 60. That's your guy. Send it to me. All right. Unsolicited. Patrick, Tim's DMs are open. At what point, at what age do you think you just shouldn't be taking dick picks? That's what I was saying.
33:10 I think 80. I don't know. I mean, what if what if you're 78 and your lifelong partner has passed on and, you know, you're lonely? And, you know, there's some other, you're on whatever app there is for seniors in your community. Oh, I'm sure. I'm sure the villages, they got a whole. Yeah, you're the village. I think it's fine.
33:36 I think before, I think, you know, you can even probably sell me on 82. I don't know. Eventually it's probably not really. Now you're pushing it. In this case, though, this was unsolicited. He's running for Congress. He looks disgusting. And that is, that's bad. That's, I just want to be abundantly clear.
33:55 So he has this quote. He has this quote. And I'm not really sure what it means. This is way he says, all, this is Taylor. All I can tell you is in the past, I've been guilty of being a rounder back in the day. What is a, what does that mean? I think a rounder is kind of like a bad boy, but like from the 50s. Yeah, yeah.
34:15 Well, the movie Rounders. That's gambling. Yeah, he's like, look, I've been deep in illicit poker games. That's different than Dickpick. I don't think Teddy KGB was sending anybody at posh. How was the Malkovich accent? Would you like to see my dick peek? Played the hand.
34:38 You think you have. the straight. You know, one thing I think is interesting here is, like, we've seen this before when we have, like, like, racist, staffer text messaging or DM scandals, whatever. And the GOP has kind of been raising the age, like, when someone should be held responsible for their actions, where it's like, well, like, look, that guy was like 30. You know, what are you going to do? But I think 53 is really an all-time high-water-marked.
35:04 Hey, that man, his money. He has money. I mean, 53 is too high. Okay, I mean, I think we can all agree on this. 53, way too high of an age for youthful indiscretions. Okay, yeah. So this, and this gets back to the Clay Travis conversation. What is, when does your youth end?
35:25 Like, Clay was going to cheesecake factories in his youth. Childhood, he says. It's a little different. Yeah. I think you could sell me on a youthful indiscretion at, at third. No. No, that's too old. I think you could say if you're 53, if this man is 60, if this man is 60, and somebody says, he sent a dick pick and he says it was a youthful indiscretion. And then I said, what year was? How many years ago was it? And he said 30 years ago when I was 30. I would allow that. That's fine. But that wouldn't make sense. That would be 1996. I printed this out for you. I'm just saying 30.
36:11 What would you say is the line for youthful indiscretion? Oh, I would say once you've graduated college, you're done. College. Well, after college. Yeah, once you're out of college, you're not used. I can't talk about like what I was doing in my mid-20s as youthful indiscretions. Well, I think you make a good point, Tim. There's sort of a, I think when you're that when you're that old of a guy, I think like a, you know,
36:32 one thing about his age I thought was interesting is how he's trying to like really increase his age because he's 59 now and he says in his statement as I near 60 you know as I near my dotage trying to make it seem like it was so long ago these 53 yeah anyway I think we'll have to agree to disagree on that I think one area we can all find an agreement and I just this is a message to straight guys out there I think the rules are a little bit different for gays like their apps you know the recipient is a little bit not always by the way not always but you know generally speaking a little more interested in what you have to offer The idea that straight men would send a woman their dick without being asked is so insane. Dick pick.
37:19 Just not. Yeah, Dick pick is so insane. And it kind of reminds me of like the Elaine Venice. It's like, it out. You know, it's just like guy takes it out in the bed of the truck. It's like nobody wants to see that. The women, women do not want to see it. There are some women, I guess, that might be into it, but I think you need to presume as a straight.
37:38 man that the women in your life do not want to see a picture of your wang. I just think you need to presume that as a baseline and you need to wait for it, a very explicit request. Not like, oh, it seemed like she wanted to see it. Like a very explicit request, please send me a photo of you in the nude. I just think that should be a baseline rule for straight fellas out there. I agree. We can leave it there.
38:05 That's incredibly poignant. That was amazing. I wish you could have said it like that pastor with your high school. Dear Lord. Your Lord, make this man repent. No more unsolicited dickpicks, dear Lord. All right. Fishyback, our guy.
38:23 Yes. We'll pick this up, please. Yeah, you know, James Fishback has been on a tear. Obviously, he lost the Florida gubernatorial primary. But he's kind of been, you know, he's still staying in the mix. He's appearing at a lot of college campuses and like, you know, filling the rooms, which is a little ominous. But I think the most interesting thing is, number one, he said that he's running for president. And along with, by the way, it won't be in 2028 because he would be 34.
38:49 So he won't be old enough. So don't worry about that. He made a dramatic announcement in the room. I was like, I'm announcing right now that I'm running for president. And people are like, what do you plan on doing next after this? Do you plan on maybe starting your own thing? I'm going to run for president. Interesting, Demme.
39:08 I'm going to run for president. I'm announcing it tonight. Not a single woman. Can we see the room again? Was there? Yeah. I don't think there's a single woman in the room. And it's not. This is pretty gay, fellas.
39:36 No, not seeing anybody. A little fuzzy there. Not a single great pet. I saw a woman on the back end there, the room. Maybe, yeah. I could see. It looks like a woman right there. It's him down.
39:50 Okay. Can't tell. It was studying this like the Zepruder film. That might have just been Scott Pressler, actually. Well, so he put out a statement saying he's, you know, consider, now he's mulling the official decision or whatever. You know, this guy, obviously, he loves attention. So why wouldn't he run? The other thing is...
40:10 Because he can't. Well, besides the fact that he legally constitutionally can't, that's true. But, you know, there's always 2032. I did like, it sort of seemed like he just came up with it. He's like, I'll just tell them I'm running for president. And then the crowd's like... And then he goes, I'm running for president. And he gets him up.
40:29 He did subsequently say he's going to go up to New Hampshire and Iowa and see what the crowds are like and then make a decision there. Again, he cannot do it. So obviously this is bogus, but he also apologized. I noticed, again, weird tweet from him. He apologized to Byron Donald. So he writes this, I'm writing this without consulting my lawyer. Always a good start because it is the right thing to do, regardless of the legal implications.
40:54 In early August, I made a terrible mistake by claiming that Byron Donald's and Corey Mills were under federal investigation. I received this information from someone I trusted by accept the DOJ's public statement that neither man is under investigation, which means that I bore false witness. as a Catholic, I take the Ten Commandment seriously. After speaking of my priests and going to confession, I have a moral obligation to publicly retract my statement and apologize. And then he goes on and apologizes. So, yeah, weird cat, man. Yeah, I mean, so this is during the primary sort of towards the very end,
41:24 he said, Corey Mills and Byron Donalds are under federal investigation for human trafficking. And this prompted the Justice Department themselves to come out and say, that's not true. And so I don't know if there was a legal threat that was a, approaching him or if he just decided to kind of get this off his back. But, but yeah, I mean, he, look, James Fishback has like a long history documented in court records of making things up. And so I think it was really no surprise.
41:50 He apparently did it again here. Sam, is everything okay there, bud? You're starting to get a little reclint, a little hot, your hats up now. Are you sweating? James, I'm fine. No way. I'm just really bothered by James Fishbeck. Getting a little hot in the office or?
42:06 It was all the talks of Dickpick. I can't take it. No, I find James Fishback to be both interesting and horrible, right? Like, you know, I guess that's his, that's his like superpower. Yeah. One thing to say about him not having it, saying, I didn't consult a lawyer. He famously owes his lawyers at least tens of thousands of dollars from prior case, but I think more. And he said, people said, well, you owe your lawyer all this money.
42:30 And he said, well, I only pay my lawyers if they win. If they lose, they get nada. And that may explain why he. he does not have a lawyer right now. That's not how it works. The anti-Semitism might also explain that. Kind of narrow the time of the choices. And all the good ones are Jews.
42:47 So yeah, stuck after that, James. JD Vance going to Anthony Constantino's district. I cannot believe this. I can't believe. We've been on this. We have. I will say what could actually happen.
42:59 So who knows, it's not like a victory of time. Yeah, but sending him there. No one covered this rate. This is a deep red race. And yeah, I forget,
43:06 was it the ral. video we covered first. Yeah. All around the world, they say, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump. And like, after I saw the rap video, I was like, this guy, like, even within the category
43:19 of clownish, like, unsteriousness that is the Republican nominees all across the country, it's like he's in a category all his own. He truly is. He is an S-tier candidate when it just comes to, like, absurd
43:35 offensiveness and, like, beneath the dignity of a House of Representatives that has very little dignity to begin with, you know? And, like, he stands alone, really, among the candidates, like, honestly. Like, I mean, Paxton, I guess, the small list of the very top there. And so I was watching that, and I was just like, you know, Stefanix district, it's one of those things where it's like, it's really red. And it was like a 20-point Trump win, I think. But not a 40, you know what I mean?
44:04 Like, there are redder districts out there. And it's upstate New York. not it's not alabama like you're on the canadian border also a lot of you know people are pissed about the tariffs and what's you know those kind of canadian border areas have been hit hard by the Trump economy the Democratic candidate blake jendebeam is just like normal dairy farmer guy i was like you know it's not great and that might be this a surprise like you wake up it's one on wednesday we're going to wake up and there's going to be like two or three or they're like really they lost here and there was literally an alabama two internal leak that are the
44:34 Democrats up. There's going to be some place some a couple of places like that were like wow the Republicans lost there it was that bad. I was like this could be the place and you know there wasn't a lot of money going to being spent there. No, that's not right. Last weekend. That's not right. So I looked into this because I was like who the hell is giving this guy money like because I'm totally with you. Buffoon stuff like he the rap is so stupid. The Trump hegeography and like the fact he's like literally said that Trump could control me. The association was. Roger Stone. All that stuff is.
45:05 So I was like, who the hell is donating to this guy? And it turns out no one is because he's given his campaign millions upon millions of dollars from this sticker meal company that he started. I didn't realize sticker meal was that successful. So he spent millions of his own money on this. There's a lot of money in there. And spent some of it on Roger Stone. Yeah.
45:24 I just spent like the national kind of super pack out of money. Oh, right. It did finally. This week, though, like this has happened. The last couple days, both sides now there are super PACs are spending there. And now JD Vance is going to campaign for sticker. believe jd vance is going there i will roger be with him are we roger and jd and constantino maybe says i've got to bail out the sticker mule the president's favorite rapper it truly is remarkable
45:48 right like i you know back in 2010 that election a lot of kind of eccentric republicans won office but they look totally stale next to guys like this well you know to tim's point i mean as you said brendan hartnett here at the bulwark was on this race from the beginning And at a point where we were like, this race doesn't matter or the Republicans are going to keep it. But this guy's so crazy, we got to talk about him because what if he, you know, what if he gets to Congress? But yeah, now it's a battleground maybe. I mean, the other thing about Vance, it's like, I don't know, you'd think in a regular world, the vice president on the eve of the election would be, I don't know, going to campaign for John Hustead in his ass or something. It's like his home state, you know, it's a Senate race, competitive race.
46:29 And it's like he's in upstate New York and at least to phonics district trying to get the MAGA wrapper over the line. And I think that alone tells you. Yeah, on a Friday night, which is going to be a big, should be a big rally. It's crazy stuff. All right. We're going to end with Will's story that's coming out. We're taping this on Wednesday. The story's coming out tomorrow morning.
46:47 We actually talked about this. Will remind me, we talked about this on a Maga Monday. I completely blacked out and had no recollection of this. So when Will brought this up in the office yesterday because the Department of Education tweeted something out, he's like, yeah, remember that Maga Monday where I was like, I have no clue what you're talking about. some of this stuff just goes in one year at the other. I hate to admit it, but there's so much crazy. I saw this because somebody else tweeted Will's tweet.
47:11 I quote tweeted Will's tweet and it was like, Will Summer is on the Malfoyd case. And I was like, what the fuck is on Malfoy? I know. It didn't make sense at the time. But Will was like, no, we talked about this. And I still don't remember talking about it. So why you just, yeah.
47:25 Yeah. So Malfoyd is as now, this is a thing that is big now because the Department of Education is getting into it. Malfoyd is a gender-swapped, genderqueer, Draco Malfoy from Harry Potter. Everyone remembers Draco Malfoy. But what if he was a hot girl who could kind of like have an enemies-to-lover's romance with Harry Potter? Well, since September, a lot of right-wing accounts have been using AI to reimagine this Malfoyd character.
47:52 And we're getting this from Malfoy and Floyd, people like clavicular call women Foyds. And they kind of combine it. Now, when we talked about this on Mega Monday a few weeks ago, it was just a lot of just that all these right-wingerers were talking about it. But now the Department of Education this week posted a picture. There it is. So you've got Harry and Ron and Hermione off in the background, walking to Hogwarts. And then you have this, you know, kind of silver-haired girl yearning, looking at Harry with love.
48:21 And it says there's magic and learning, WAND. So, look, I mean, this looks like an endorsement. It's been taken as an endorsement. A transgender queer Draco Malfoy. is the character that the It's not true. No, no, no, it's not trans. I just reimagine Drakele Mouthway as a girl, right?
48:40 Yeah. Is that not what thing transgender is? Draco Malfoy is becoming a woman. Malfoy is cisgender, but the, but you're right, it is a, like there are like a lot of like psychosexual undertones here, right? Where it's like, I would say. What if this man was a woman I could breed? Because there's a lot of like, and then I grow up and have all these kids.
49:02 kids with Malfoyd or whatever. The other thing is they're kids. They're fantasizing about breeding a boy that they turned into a woman. Feminizing fembo. So, I mean, it is like it's a petto. It's a gay pedo fantasy. It's just a gay pedo fantasy. In a magical world of spells and wizards.
49:27 The Department of Education, which does nothing. They've shut down the Department of Education. So all it does is like gay, pedo fantasy memes now? Like, that's what the Department of Education does? Well, so I asked the Department of Education about this. I said, this looks like Malfoyd to me. Why would you do this? And they responded with a quote from Harry Potter.
49:42 They said along the lines of like, well, of course, it's all in your head, Harry, but that doesn't mean it's not real, which is from Harry Potter, something Albus Dumbledore says. So they're into it. Read it on the book. Yeah, that's a good point. It's it I don't like it I guess I would say did Linda McMahon know what was happening our secretary that's confirmation right that's confirmation that that's what they're doing yeah because they're saying hey dummy what the hell are you talking about what's mouth boy you weird what the fuck are you saying that makes no sense oh why I don't understand what is like why just because Malfoy sounds like Floyd or because Draco Malfoy is kind of twinkie? Yeah, I mean, I think basically Malfoyd is kind of getting back to the original, why is this a popular meme? I think because they see Malfoy as like the opposite, like they think, you know, all these women today, they're on only fans, their hoes, whatever.
50:43 But Malfoyd represents like a sort of classical, a woman you could yearn for and ultimately grow to love. Don't you think Draco Malfoy would be a ho if he was a girl? Draco Malfoy would definitely be a ho. Do you not know anything about that? going to goyle hitting the club yeah like you would be fucking you know getting horsed out or whatever that kids are calling catamate parties at a boarding school too these people need to meet women in real life i mean i think that we can connect the malphoid story with the room of young men watching james fishback and i guess i would just say with love to those young men the straight ones if there are any um like you've made it on
51:28 of your room today. You've seen James Fishback. And so, like, maybe try to model that, but, like, do the same thing but go into a room with some girls. And maybe go to them and be like, hey, Brana, what's up? Can I take you to a cheesecake factory? I take you to the cheesecake factory. You know, and, like, that might be a better way to find a woman to love than the
51:52 Malfoyd memes. That's just a little tip from, you be my Malfoyd. Oh, my God. Don't say we be my Malphoid. Can we go to the tea cake factory? I hear it's an upscale meal that's an aspirational meal for podcasters like Craig Travis. And maybe you might want to come with me to that. And we can share a fork at the end.
52:13 We could have a little lady in the tramp moment. Some of the, it could happen for them. I think that would be a better use of their energies than the memes. Finish the night praying for Samuel Say's deportation. Tie it all together. Old hands and dear Lord. bless his cheesecake and make Samuel say go to Ghana.
52:31 All right. Oh, man. 53 minutes. That's a lot. That's a lot of men. That's a lot of trio. That's a lot of trio. Oh, my God.

53:01 What about you, Will? I'm going as Dr. Dr. Jacob Malfoy. Maybe a snorlax, the famous Pokemon. A snorlax. Okay. Cool. What are you doing, Tim?
