And if you need some motivation, I am here for you. Today's episode I am extremely excited for because we're going to talk about the best reminders and lessons for you to just remember when you are in a slump or just to wake up every single day and remember this because these are going to change your life. Every single minute of this episode will change your perspective on how you view things, how you view your life, how you view yourself, and ultimately it'll get you closer to where you want to be. So I am very excited for this episode, but without further ado, let me just say it is my birthday today. I am so excited to be spending my birthday with you. So that's why it's 22 lessons. and reminders today because I'm turning 22. But without further ado, let's get into today's weekly review.
Starting point is 00:01:17 So this week, well, today is my birthday and I'm going to have a really fun day with my mom. And I'm just so excited. I'm actually recording this the day before my birthday. But the day this uploads is my birthday. And I just going to have a really Nancy Myers theme farmhouse day with my mom. We're going to go to cute cafes and go walk around. gardens, just that entire feeling. I just want to embody and embrace. And we're also going to watch with love Megan on Netflix. Literally my favorite show right now. I love it. It's so comfortable and
Starting point is 00:01:53 cozy. So I really recommend it if you want to have a cute cooking show on in the background and just an overall hosting show. And something this week is I have just been basking in the spring weather. I mean, okay, it's still actually winter, it feels like, and it's almost spring, but the winter rain is still here. And I am just ready for it to be fully spring because once in a while we're getting some peaks of sun. And that is what I'm thriving in. And another thing this week is I have just been taking things slow and relaxing for my birthday week and month. I just really want to take things slow and give myself a break because again, giving yourself a break can help you refuel and recharge to get more creative and come back
Starting point is 00:02:41 better and stronger. And lastly, this week is I have been practicing my sourdough. I have been really trying to just master feeding my sourdough starter to make it really strong. So it tastes better in the bread and just is more active. So that is what I've been working on. Now on to my current obsessions. My current obsession at the moment is sourdough discard tortillas. So amazing. If you are in your sourdough journey as well, try making sourdough discard tortillas. They are amazing. And another crowd session right now is painting my nails. I used to get my nails done a few years back and it really ruined my nails. And I actually have pretty nice, strong, long nails naturally. So I just want to start painting them. And honestly, it does take time. But painting
Starting point is 00:03:32 them just makes them feel so clean, fresh, and also lightweight without having to break your nail. And lastly, this week is I have just been obsessed with the cute goodies, love shock fancy hair combs. I don't have one, but I've been looking at them. I'm like, they're the cutest thing. And I'm sure you've seen them already, but I just love the floral of them and the blues and the pink. So beautiful.
Starting point is 00:03:55 Okay, now on to the goal of the week. My goal of the week right now is to invest in a new water system. I really want to get a stainless steel water filter to have in my place and I feel like it's really good to invest in the type of water you drink and that is something that I am not knowledgeed in at all and I'm really trying to take a deep dive into and learn more about. Another goal of the week is to find 100% organic cotton clothes. I found some 100% organic cotton underwear and bras from packed. It's like P-A-C-T. I love them. This is not sponsors or anything.
Starting point is 00:04:33 This is me just giving a true recommendation, but I am wearing one of their shirts right now, and they're just so comfortable, and I love how it's organic cotton. Okay, and now to your self-love question. How am I going to connect with nature this spring? I love this question so much, because spring is the season of nature,
Starting point is 00:04:53 and just embodying flowers, herbs, being outside, and it's really good to ask yourself, how are you going to connect with nature this spring and also make sure to actually do it. Now on to the challenge of the week. Your challenge is try a new cafe to work at with a friend this week. I love this challenge so much because working with a friend at a cafe can be so nice and you can motivate each other as well as try a new place and a new working environment. Now on to the podcast review for a little birthday gift for me,
Starting point is 00:05:27 I ask you to leave a podcast review and share over your story with this episode if you'd like and it will truly make my day and I just love saying how you guys listen to the podcast and what you think of the show. But anyways, if you want to be featured on next week's episode, make sure to leave a podcast review over Apple Podcasts and rate over Spotify. This review says, I was going through such a hard time after I started middle school. But when I found this podcast, my life changed.
Starting point is 00:05:56 Now I feel confident in myself and that helped me find an amazing group of friends. Thank you so much. Love you, girl. Thank you, my love for listening and I just love hearing also your guys' ages and around the age group because I love how I have such a large varieties of different ages from ages 15 to 60s and up, all different ages. And I just am so grateful for you listening and I just love hearing that about your confidence journey. Now without further ado, let's get into today's episode. Be ready to be motivated.
Starting point is 00:06:32 We're going to get right into it. 22 lessons and reminders for you to remember every single day because these things are going to change your perspective, how you view life, and change how you view yourself. Number one, understand that you cannot do it all. We often feel like we have to play every single role in completing something and we have to complete every single task that we put on our to-do list. Let me just remind you that you are one person managing so much. You have, you're managing your your health, your mental health, yourself as a whole, and maybe you are responsible of other people, such as your child or maybe a dog or an animal. There's a lot for us to handle and do every single day. And when we try to stack so much on our plate, even though we want to and we think we can
Starting point is 00:07:22 accomplish it, realistically we can't. And if we do, we're overworked in an overdrive. So understand that you should be putting effort in your skills rather than attempting to do it all. You cannot do everything. Nobody can do everything. We often overwork ourselves because we're trying to work in all different aspects of our life, which leaves us depleted and frustrated and annoyed and disappointed in ourselves that we couldn't complete at all. Don't be embarrassed to ask for help. Asking for help shows that you have confidence and you're secure in what you can do and what you aren't the best at.
Starting point is 00:07:58 You're secure enough with yourself that you're able to ask for help. Needing assistance and help on other aspects of what you're working on does not mean you are weak or does not mean you don't know anything. The people that are going to assist you and help you in those aspects or those are their skills, just like you have your own skills. So put your effort and put your focus into what you can do and what you can accomplish. And don't be afraid for asking you for help because understand you cannot do it all. Number two, find peace in being alone and not just peace, but find fulfillment.
Starting point is 00:08:34 You came into this earth as an individual and you were going to end your life as an individual. So much of life we anticipate living and experiencing all the things that we have in our bucket list, and our Pinterest boards, but with someone, a lot of times we think, oh, I want to travel across the world with someone. I want to travel. I want to buy a house with someone. I want to go to this event with someone. And a lot of times we always think of our bucket list ideas and what we want to do accompanied by another person. And of course, that is great. And you should totally share those social experiences with someone, but at that same time, don't feel like you have to wait on someone else in order to do that. Realize that you can learn to be that person that you're wanting to do
Starting point is 00:09:24 stuff with as yourself. You can learn to be that person for you. You can be that person who makes things exciting. You can be that person who makes you feel fulfilled. If you always wait for someone else to do it with you, you'll never experience things because you'll always be waiting on someone else to accompany with you and you'll always be relying on company for that fulfillment. So of course it's great to go experience things with someone else and I encourage you to do so. But at the same time, if you don't have someone to do that with right now or you don't have a person that wants to do it, go do it for you. Do it for yourself and you can be that person that you're wanting to find. And now on two, number three, which is comparison is the thief of joy.
Starting point is 00:10:09 and I know this is a classic, but understand, comparison is the thief of joy. When you focus on you is when you will find happiness. Everyone has a different story and different stage of life that we're in. In all aspects, someone's going to have a different family situation, a different job, a different career, a different income status, a different happiness level. There's so many things that people have different than you in life. so you cannot compare your life in what they're doing to what you're doing. If you see someone going on a trip in a different country and traveling all the time, you don't know their situation on why they're doing that or how they're set up to be able to do that
Starting point is 00:10:52 because we're all in a different stage in a different area of our life with different aspects at different ratios. The same goes with comparing yourself to other people's bodies or looks. You could be eating the same exact diet as somebody else, be working out the same amount, be doing all the routines and rituals to have that body that that person is saying they do. But let me just tell you, even if you're replicating that exactly, you're still not going to have that body because they have a different DNA than you. They have different genes than you. You don't have their genes. We're all different. And you have to understand that because it's so easy to want to replicate something, seeing someone else do it.
Starting point is 00:11:33 but let me remind you that you do not have their blueprint and they do not have yours. Number four is consistency over perfection. I want you to realize that you attempting to reach for perfection will not take you anywhere to where you want to be, but consistency will. Because being perfect will only leave you exhausted, burnt out, and disappointed because let me just tell you, it's never going to be perfect. you may have a all or nothing mindset where you're going to set all your goals and you think, okay, I'm going to do all these things and maybe the first few days or first weeks, you're going
Starting point is 00:12:12 perfect. It's going great. But all of a sudden, doing only a little bit one day because something arises is in your mind thinking, oh, I need to restart. I'm all the way set back. It's a very toxic mindset. And you're going to be burnt out by trying to go all in 100% every single day. So let me remind you that. being consistent, even if that's a little bit of work, a little bit of effort, it's going to leave you more progress than trying to go 100% and leaving you fully burnt out. So let me remind you, aim for consistency, even if it's just a little, it'll contribute more to the progress. Number five, you are not your thoughts. When you hear the term, you become what you believe you are. That is true because it will manifest into your life. That said, you are not your thoughts when it comes to your limiting
Starting point is 00:13:00 beliefs. Sometimes we have a thought about us that we can't do it. I can't do this. I am not worthy of this. I don't deserve this. Those thoughts are limiting beliefs. That is not your reality and that's not who you are. That is a limiting belief. And you have to know when to catch that and stop that. So it doesn't manifest into your life because you know the truth. You are worthy. You deserve this. You are smart. You are talented. you are strong and you are beautiful and you know all the facts. That's just how it is. Those are the facts. But when you have these limiting beliefs that are very common to have, we all get them,
Starting point is 00:13:38 you have to know when to stop and realize those limiting beliefs are you not your identity. It can feel like they're your identity. It can feel like you're not worthy. You're not worthy. You're not smart. You're not beautiful. But again, those are limiting beliefs and you need to know when to separate that and stop that thought because you want to manifest only good things into your life.
Starting point is 00:13:58 And when I use the term manifesting, I'm not just meaning, oh, law of attraction manifesting, but I'm meaning things you say and things you believe become into your life. So as a synonym, using manifest as what I'm trying to explain, things manifest into your life.
Starting point is 00:14:15 And you have to realize that when you have these limiting beliefs, they're not your identity. They're not who you truly are. They are a thought and they're a limiting belief. They're not who you, are and you have to realize when you have those negative thoughts, that's not true, that's not real, and can push those to the back because you have no room for that. Now on two, number six, you don't need permission and acknowledgement to succeed.
Starting point is 00:14:39 When you find yourself having the desire to work hard and succeed in something to impress someone or make someone proud, whether that be your parents, your sister, your brother, your friend, or your significant other, doing something for someone else, and having that drive and excitement to work hard for them and to see their reaction out of it, that is when you need to ask yourself, am I really doing this for me or am I doing it for them? Because often we have the urge to complete something or do something for someone else when we don't even want that for us.
Starting point is 00:15:13 You may not even want to be a doctor. You may not want to study a certain subject. You may not want this certain job. You may not want this hobby of yours. But if you're doing it for someone else, is you're living for them. You're living for their identity and what they want to be. Instead, you need to start living for yourself and realize if you don't like something or if you don't want to be something, stand proud in your decision.
Starting point is 00:15:38 There's nothing that you need to over-explain yourself. That's another thing. Don't over-explain yourself. You don't have to say why you don't want to be a doctor. You could just say, simply, I don't want to be one. You don't have to say, I don't want to be one because of this, this, this. You can just say why you don't want to do something. You don't have to give everyone a full-on explanation.
Starting point is 00:15:58 The only person who deserves that is you. Okay, number seven, you have to have bad days to have good ones. And I live this, I live by this, I tell people this all the time when they have a bad day. But you have to be grateful for the bad days that test you and make you feel down and everything because those are the days that are going to make the good ones happen. If every single day was the same and we didn't have any bad days, we'd be living the same. same day over and over again and it would be so extremely boring. We need those days to feel kind of down or kind of, you know, not the best or a boring day in order to have the good ones.
Starting point is 00:16:39 So whenever you have a bad day, be grateful for it because you know that day is going to make a good one to happen. Number eight, failure is not the end. It's a new beginning. I know it's cliche, but when people say when one door closes, another one opens, it is the most truest thing you could ever think because I promise you it is true. Rejection is redirection and you will look back and be so grateful, so grateful that that door close in order to bring you to where you are today. Sometimes things have to close even if you think that's the best thing for you. They have to close in order to open an even better thing for you. I promise you when one thing is done completes itself and or you're rejected. That is for a reason. Because it's
Starting point is 00:17:25 it's going to bring you to somewhere even better. There's always something better for you out there. Even if it feels like the moment, it's not. I promise you there is. Number nine, forgiveness will set you free and be the biggest weight off your chest. I love this so much because forgiveness doesn't have to be when the person who caused that feeling towards you or caused that problem is coming to you saying, I'm sorry, or I apologize, or they could have zero remorse even.
Starting point is 00:17:53 but forgiveness doesn't have to be them coming to you and truly being sorry. It can be you in your own mind, your own self and your heart, forgiving them, forgiving the situation for your own self. You don't have to forgive someone, even if they have no remorse or no sorrow. You can do that for you because you're not forgiving it for giving them for them. You're doing it for yourself because there's a weight on our chest. We feel victim. We feel victim for whatever that person did.
Starting point is 00:18:23 And if you have to just forgive them, even if they're not sorry, in your own heart, that can be one of the biggest things you do for yourself in your healing journey and can just take the biggest weight off your chest. So truly forgiveness will set you free. I can't be the only one who has this like dream item of theirs that they always see whether it's a bag, a sweater, a top. And you're like, I just need that, but it's like sold out everywhere. That's me with this one vintage Duny and Burke bag. I literally was looking everywhere for it and I somehow found one on a poshmark. But not just one. I found multiple of them at such a good price and I was like, wait, this is just too good to be true.
Starting point is 00:19:06 So if you know me, you know I am a poshmark girl. Poshmark is a marketplace where you can list and sell as well as buy new items, vintage pieces, gently used, luxury pieces. They really just have it all. And I feel like there's no better time to go on Poshmark now. Everyone's cleaning out their closet and listing good things. get in bed, get cozy, and go in Poshmark to add to your new spring wardrobe. New deals and sales are listed every day, so don't wait.

Or shop now at Pashmark.com slash busy and get $10 off your first purchase. That's P-O-S-H-M-A-R-K.com slash busy. I can't be the only one who has this like dream item of theirs that they always see, whether it's a bag, a sweater, a top, and you're like, I just need that, but it's like sold out everywhere. That's me with this one, vintage, Duny and Birkbag. I literally was looking everywhere for it,
Starting point is 00:20:09 and I somehow found one on a Poshmark. But not just one. I found multiple of them at such a good price, and I was like, wait, this is just too good to be true. So if you know me, you know I am a Poshmark girl. Poshmark is a marketplace where you can list and sell, as well as buy new items, vintage pieces, gently used, luxury pieces.
Starting point is 00:20:29 They really just have it all. And I feel like there's no better time to go, on Poshmark now. Everyone's cleaning out their closet and listing good things. Get in bed, get cozy, and go on Pashmark to add to your new spring wardrobe. New deals and sales are listed every day, so don't wait. That's P-O-S-H-M-A-R-K.com slash busy. Number 10, success is what you define it to be. Often we correlate wealth and a nice job and nice cars with success. And success does not need to be a career or a materialistic or money related.
Starting point is 00:21:18 Success can be you in finding a new hobby or finally discovering what makes you truly happy. That can be success. But society has rooted in us thinking success is how much money we have or the career we have or, you know, how successful our family is, anything, anything that we, or materialistic things, such as having a nice purse, a nice home, a nice car. And of course, those are aspects of success. But what do you define success as? Because it does not need to be money, materialistic, or career related. It can be many other things and you need to look back to yourself and think,
Starting point is 00:22:00 What does success really look like for me? So like for me, success looks like being happy, living the life I wanted, being present with nature, feeling like I didn't waste time on my phone. That's success to me. And if you realize, really none of that is money related. Really none of that is job related. All of that is rooted in my own personal growth in my personal self, nothing to do with our job or our money or anything. So define what success looks like to you. Now for number 11. A day can make a world of difference. I love this because if you think of the song,
Starting point is 00:22:41 what a difference a day makes. I always try to sing it and always try to remember it because sometimes we feel like we are in the depth and the midst of our worst era yet. We are just sad, we're depleted, we're feeling awful. And this is it. This is truly our downfall. But let me just remind you that things can change.
Starting point is 00:23:00 change in a snap, in a blink of an eye, in a day. Things can be totally different. So don't trash the rest of your life, the rest of your month, the rest of your day when you can turn things around so quick and change everything. And things can change out of your hands too that make it positive for you. It can give you a full 180. You never know what's going to happen and drastically change and even an hour. So when you're going through a tough time, don't get the shovel and start burying yourself even more than you feel you are. Don't set your grave. Instead, climb out of it, get out of it, because I promise you doing that is going to work and push you towards a positive direction than getting the shovel and digging your grave even further. Number 12. Being vulnerable
Starting point is 00:23:48 and transparent will be the key to connecting with the right people. Okay, so when it comes to people and strangers, it can feel very easy to just be closed off and stay closed off and especially start a relationship closed off into yourself when you meet new people. But let me tell you that being 100% you and not being the person where you think they want you to be, not being the person where you think they want you to act like this or you think they want this type of friend. Being truly you and thinking in your mindset, if they like me, they like me, if they don't, they don't, will get you to the right people. It's going to set you and bring you and attract you to the right people and not only that when you're authentically you, but you're transparent and real about how you feel about
Starting point is 00:24:35 things, how you, maybe your struggles or anything about you. It is going to open a world of difference for you and find the right people because you're not staying closed off. And when people find the opportunity to have a friend who is real and transparent, it can feel like such a comfort and be that person, be that open person where you're not closed off to talk about things and you're welcome to talk things out with them and be an open hand for them because that is going to draw you to the right people. Now the next thing, number 13, is you can never have enough gratitude. The more grateful you are for even the most simple things in life will increase your happiness and change your perspective on so much.
Starting point is 00:25:21 So never feel like you can be too grateful. Number 14. Someone would trade their best day for your worst day. Sometimes we believe that we truly have it the worst. And your feelings are valid. Let me just say that whatever you feel is 100% valid. But sometimes we think we have the worst life in the world. Nobody has it worse than me.
Starting point is 00:25:43 I truly live the worst life. And we can convince ourselves that and believe that. and, you know, this may truly be rock bottom of what we've had so far in our life. But let me remind you that your worst day would be somebody's best day of their life. People have it worse than you. Someone always has it worse than you. Even if you don't believe that, I promise you it is true. People would trade their best day of their life for your worst day
Starting point is 00:26:10 because your worst day is better than whatever best day they've had. You need to be grateful for what you have, even if it feels like you're at the worst stage of your life and the worst thing is happening to you and the world is just after you, you have to find something to be grateful for because someone will always find something out of your worst day that they would trade to have in their best day. Number 15. Resting is productive. Naps and resting and relaxing are always looked at as lazy and I feel like society has tried to make it look like that. But resting and naps are extremely needed and can be the fuel and caffeine that you need to recharge for your day to work
Starting point is 00:26:53 even better. I feel like many times we feel guilty for resting and relaxing, recharging, even if that's watching trash reality TV or taking a nap midday. Whatever it is, you need to realize that you need these breaks. Give yourself a break, truly. We think so many thoughts a day, we're mentally and physically exhausted from whatever we're doing throughout the day, and we deserve to rest. Whatever rest looks like on you, you deserve it, and you should not feel guilty for that. You may think that pushing through and trying to get past the tiredness will make you more productive and be able to complete it all.
Starting point is 00:27:33 But in reality, you're just working on a low battery and barely functioning, rather than just taking that 15 to 30 minute pause, recharging for a few minutes, and then coming back more overall. awake and energized. Number 16, food is your friend. In today's day and age, food is looked at often as a negative due to toxic diet culture, and it's looked at as something that there should be so much thought into. And don't get me wrong, I'm someone who's struggled with an eating disorder before many years ago, so I understand how food can just feel like such a topic and such a big thought, but food is here to give us fuel, life, connection, celebrate culture, and so much different things.
Starting point is 00:28:19 But we've been brainwashed to thinking food and that gives up a bikini body and trying to just mesh everything with body image and food. But let me just say that food is your friend. Your body literally requires food and nourishment to function. Your liver, your kidney, your brain, your everything, your heart. It requires a certain amount of nutrition every single day and you should never feel guilty for eating. You should never feel guilty for indulging in your favorite food, even if it's not the healthiest. Of course, everything in balance and everything in moderation.
Starting point is 00:28:56 But let me just remind you that even if you're eating something that isn't necessarily healthy, it's feeding your soul. Eat things that feed your mind, body, and soul. So your mind and body, maybe you're eating some healthier, more whole foods, but, you know, maybe if junk food or your comfort meals give you happiness and feed your soul, that is productive and that's healthy for you. You need those things for your soul. Another thing is you don't ever need to earn food. Whether that be from a workout or restricting, you never need to earn your breakfast, earn your lunch, or earn your dinner. You always deserve to eat at any time during the day with any food that you want. Number 17.
Starting point is 00:29:41 Your career and school grades do not define you. This is especially relevant if you were someone who was raised in a household where grades and jobs were a really big deal where it defined you almost, where our parents maybe were pressuring us or thinking, you need to be a doctor because that's what everyone in our family is and you need to be successful like that. Or you need to get good grades or you're a bad student. There's a lot of things that point fingers and make us feel that you have to have a certain career or grades to be successful. Let me remind you that your skills that you're good at and you work good at is a skill and it's not who we are as a person. You do not die with your career or your jobs or your grades. You die as the person you were and the person you created yourself to be. So don't let your career or grades define you.
Starting point is 00:30:37 Trust me, I feel like we all are in this where we feel like that's our world because it takes up a good 80% of our day, whether we're working somewhere or have a hard job or are in school, it feels like that is our world. That's our only thing. But if jobs and school and all that didn't exist, we'd only have ourselves. And at the end of the day, we only have ourselves. We really do. So you have to define yourself by who you are as a person and not.
Starting point is 00:31:07 not by school or work. Number 18, sleep is not for the week. So a few years ago, I was listening to attend a motivational podcast, specifically ones who are male speakers and don't get me wrong, love their shows, love their motivation. But many times they would reference how sleep is for the week and sleep is basically just wasting your life away because you're asleep and not doing anything and you could be up and being a better person and waking up and being productive. And you'd only need max amount of five hours of sleep.
Starting point is 00:31:45 And I believed it. I believed it for a while because I thought, you know what, that's right. I could be doing so much and I could be living my life instead of being in bed and not being awake. But I was feeling so tired and that probably heavily contributed to my period loss at that time because, one, women have a month-long cycle. and men have a 24-hour cycle. That is two completely different things,
Starting point is 00:32:12 and women especially need sleep to function for their hormones and many other factors, of course. And so do men. They need sleep too. So I really had to realize that sleep is not a weak thing. It is not bad to get sleep. It is healthy and good, and you should be getting sleep. Don't feel like you have to cut down on sleep time
Starting point is 00:32:34 or you're missing out or not being productive because sleep is healthy for you and you need it. And let me remind you, it's like charging your phone and charging your phone to 100 and then having that noop energized powered up phone is like resting, getting enough hours of sleep. You're energized and waking up productive at 100%. But if you only sleep a few hours, you're going to just run on low battery instead of being awake and energized. So again, do not feel guilty for sleeping because your body needs. it. Now number 19. Your morning routine begins with your night routine. This is something I say all the time, but if you were to stay up at night at 3 a.m. scrolling on TikTok with that blue light
Starting point is 00:33:20 just blaring in your eyes while you're eating just chips out of a bag and a jar of cookies, I guarantee you you're going to wake up feeling groggy and tired. Not only that, but very late in the day. And there's nothing wrong with having those days because we need to have those little fun late nights, scrolling, eating chips and cookies. Trust me, I have that all the time. But in balance, you have to have that in balance. So I guarantee you if you go to bed early, lay out your clothes the night before, get enough rest and have that wind down routine before you go to sleep, that is going to set you up for success in the morning because your morning routine always begins with your night routine and by setting yourself up for success the night before it will be the biggest gift that you
Starting point is 00:34:05 could give to your future self now number 20 nothing is permanent both good and bad things which almost kind of feels like refreshing and it almost lets a weight off your chest and gives you hope for the possibility of change and improvement because thinking that things are permanent whether it's good or bad, makes us almost feel tied down and limited and restricted. But how amazing is it that everything in our life is not permanent? And that's going to leave room for change and experience and giving experience to live our life. Whether we get a good change or a bad change, it is giving us experiences.
Starting point is 00:34:47 And at the end of the day, it will lead us to what's right because, of course, if one door closes, another one opens. Now on to 21, your health is wealth. You could have 35 different problems in your life containing from school and work and anything, but when your health has a problem, you only then have one problem. Your mental health and physical health needs yourself, aka you're your own caretaker, but it needs you to be attentive and to be providing for yourself because if you neglect yourself, you are not going to feel good. If you neglect how you are when it comes to your mental health, also, not just your physical health, you're going to feel depleted. You have to do things for yourself and provide for yourself. And you're going to better be able to show up for you
Starting point is 00:35:36 and other people in your life. Lastly, number 22, which is a personal favorite. You can start over at any time. It is never too late to change. I'm being serious. It is a never too late to change your career path, career directions, you're a change in style, you could dye your hair, you can move cities or even countries. You could become a new version of yourself at any time. Nobody is stopping you but yourself. If you want to change and start over today, tomorrow, next week, or now, you can. You have the ability to start over at any time. So in conclusion, start living for you because life begins with you and ends with you.
