Hello, my dolls. Welcome back to the Busy Yet Pretty Podcast. I'm your host, Jaden Haley. I am very excited for
today's episode, but without further ado, let's get into today's weekly review. This week, I have been
just really trying to prioritize getting back on routine and having more structure. I find structure
and planning to be so important and has really helped me with being productive and also having good
mental health. So I've been really trying to prioritize this this week and I found myself being so
productive and really just working hard. And when you prioritize self-care, it's a way of recharging
and you'll be able to work better and be more productive. So that is something that I've been
doing this week, which has been so helpful. And I've also been really trying to prioritize making
free time, not planning to do anything, not even scheduling out a certain self-care thing,
just letting myself have free time. And that has allowed me just to,
be more flexible and to also just relax and let myself do what I want to at that moment.
So making the effort to schedule work hours for myself and having just time to do nothing and do
whatever I want. So that has been something that I've been doing this week, which I found to be so
helpful for my mindset, my energy, and just overall productivity, and of course my mental health.
And now moving on to a current obsession. This week, I am just so obsessed with avocado toast.
Like, you will be seeing me eating that every single day for lunch because I am so obsessed with gluten-free toast or sourdough.
It's literally so divine.
I love it.
I'll add some olive oil on it or I'll add lemon on it.
Lemon is my favorite on avocado toast.
It's truly just my current obsession.
As well as getting rid of old items and clothes, I have been looking through my closet and overall my entire apartment for the past week.
and it has been so rewarding to see me literally get bags and bags and bags of clothes and items
just out of the house that I don't wear anymore. I don't need. And it just feels so nice to just
have a fresh start and have less things. My mom is such an active preacher of having less things
because it causes less stress. And I cannot lie, she's so right. I feel so just more refreshed
and more peace of mind rather than feeling like I have so many things,
crowded in my place. It just feels so nice. Another current obsession this week is really trying to be
in tune with my thoughts and my emotions. I will find myself feeling a certain way or thinking a certain way,
and I think it's so important to when you're kind of questioning how you're feeling is to stop
and think what would help me in this moment for my mind, body, and soul. Sometimes it could just be a hug
or it could be your favorite meal or it could be a walk. Just anything that caters to your emotions and feelings
and needs is so important to be in tuned with because if you're craving something, such as a walk
or a breath of fresh air or your favorite food, then it's really good to be in tune with those
emotions and cater to them. Another current obsession right now is peppermint coffee. I literally
love peppermint and mint things. I'm not sure why, but I just love mint. So my current
obsession right now is just having a nice Americano decaf, of course, adding peppermint in it,
which is so good. I'll do peppermint syrup or I'll add some mint leaves, which are just so divine.
My last current obsession at the moment is walking and getting my daily steps in.
I found it to be so rewarding when I actually walk a ton and not even a ton, just get my daily
steps in and it really improves my mood and makes my body feel good. So that's something I've been
really trying to make sure I do either in the morning or in the evening or just throughout the day.
So I've been loving that and so obsessed and really want to make sure this,
is something I stick with as a priority throughout my day. Moving on to my goal of the week.
My goal of the week right now is to schedule a blood work lab test. I really need to, but I'm not
going to lie. This is something that I truly do fear. One time, I literally fought multiple nurses
off me to not give me blood work and I left and I never got it done. Given this is when I was
really younger, do not come to me saying I did this now. I will not be doing that now. But the fear
is still there going strong so I really want to just schedule it and get it over with so I can
really see what's up with my hormones since I really do feel I have a hormonal imbalance and I really
want to work on my health so I feel good overall throughout the day and overall in life. Another goal
of the week is to really work on my driver's license. I really need to get this done and if you've been
listening I have been saying this for over a year now so you guys need to keep me in check about this
but I really do want to get my license and just have that part of that independence for me.
I find it to be really important and I really just need to dial in and focus on getting my license.
So I'm definitely going to be working on that this week.
My last goal of the week is to consistently drink celery juice.
I swear on it.
It's literally the best skincare that has worked for me.
It works as skincare, literally.
Like my skin will be so clear when I start drinking celery juice.
like a one-time drink of it even. Like I will get one bottle of it and my skin already starts clearing.
So I'm really wanting to start pressing juice again daily or every few days.
So I have fresh juice every day or so that really just can keep my skin glowing and clear.
Now for the affirmation of the week.
I am loved for my true self.
I love that affirmation so much because it is so good to realize that when we stay true to
ourselves, we will attract the right people. So I just love that. Moving on to a self-love question
to ask yourself, what is my favorite thing about my personality? I love that so much and I really
encourage you to journal that question and really acknowledge who you are and what is your favorite
thing about your personality. Moving on to a challenge for you this week, which is incorporate a new
self-care activity into your routine. I will be doing that this week for sure, so I really encourage
you guys to do that as well. Lastly, is a podcast review. This review is from Bonnie and Bonnie said.
If there's a cute podcast that I wish would upload more, it's definitely this one. I've slowly started
tackling my to-do list with a better attitude because of my mindset adjustment. I feel a bit more
like, quote, that girl after each episode. My wardrobe is improving. My morning routine is improving.
My health goals are improving. And in turn, I'm becoming the best version of myself. The best part is,
I'm in such a better position to help people around me who struggle with things that the podcast
addresses daily. Can't wait for a meet and greet in Salt Lake City. And the title of her review was
getting busier and prettier. Bonnie, let me just say, I am in borderline tears right now because
that is such a sweet review. I loved every single part of that review, but the part where you said
that you're in a better position to help people around you and how you can actively see yourself
improving literally fills my heart with so much joy because this is.

Today's episode is on create a rich life and no, I do not just mean financially.
And what I mean by that is when people hear the word rich, they begin to think of money and wealth.
When that is not what I'm talking about, rich does not mean money.
Rich means abundance.
To be rich is to be abundant.
There is nothing wrong with wanting to be abundant.
I want to be rich.
want to be rich. We all want to be rich in life. So it's in your hands to create a rich life,
but you really need to understand that the word rich does not mean money, does not mean big houses,
does not mean pretty cars. It means abundance. So use that word as you please. Of course you can be
financially rich. But when you hear the word rich, don't think of money. Think of abundance.
As I said, it's in your hands to create a rich.
life, the way you view everything in your day-to-day life and the way you create your lifestyle
can all be created and shaped in a rich way. Start acknowledging the richness in your life and
think to yourself, what am I abundant in? Maybe you're rich in support or maybe you're rich in
opportunities. Maybe you're rich in food. Maybe you're rich in wealth or maybe you're rich in happiness.
What are you rich in? When you begin to acknowledge the richness
in your life, you need to begin incorporating gratitude for it, which can be all linked in and tied
together because when you're grateful, you attract more. Now you're probably thinking of some things
that you're lacking richness and abundance in your life in. And what I mean by that is it can be
aspects in your life. So as I said, it can be in wealth. It can be in support. It could be in food.
It could be in anything that you think that you're locking in. Don't focus on the lack. If you begin to
focus on the lacked, you will attract more lack. If you begin to think of you're lacking so much
in support, let me just tell you, you're going to lack more support. If you're thinking you're
locking financially, guess what? You're going to lack more financially. But if you begin to point out
and think of things in your mind that you are very rich in your life, think of all how grateful
you are for those things and how rich you are in those aspects of your life. The areas and aspects
of your life that you're lacking richness in will begin to fill.
with more richness and more abundance. So it's so important for you to become aware that when you
focus on abundance, you will become more rich and abundant in what you're lacking. Something that's
really helpful that a lot of people like to become more rich is affirmations. And of course,
taking action. You have to take action in order to attract more richness in those aspects. And a
form of taking action, like I said, can be affirmations. It can be putting more focus on gratitude,
being thankful to the universe, being thankful for your life.
It's really important to remember that it all stems from your mindset.
You have to know that richness is just not going to flow into your life
if you don't acknowledge or spend time being grateful for what you have.
When I actually make the effort to acknowledge the positive in my life,
I attract more positivity.
I'll attract more opportunities.
I'll track more support.
I'll track more love.
I'll attract anything I want when I begin to put out and signal to the universe that I'm grateful and I have it.
And I start acknowledging the simple richness in my life.
I will listen to the birds.
I'll be more aware of kind gestures from strangers.
Such as someone opening the door for me, I'll think, oh my gosh, that is so kind of them to do that.
Being aware and being grateful will attract more into your life.
I'll take a second and realize and I'll see the beautiful trees and nature around me.
there is so much richness in life.
Once you begin to look at life in a different lens,
I want you to take a minute to ask yourself right now,
what aspects in part of life would you prefer more richness in?
I don't even want to say the word lack,
like what are you lacking right now richness in?
Because that's a negative word.
You're just going to attract more lack if you ask yourself,
what am I lacking in?
So really just take a second and ask yourself,
what aspect in part of my life would I like more richness in?
If you're lacking richness in company, start affirming to yourself, I have constant company
around me, I love having company, it is so nice to be around people. Maybe you're lacking
richness financially. Start thinking, I have everything I want financially, I'm able to afford
everything that I'm wanting, my bank account is constantly growing. Those are some positive
affirmations that you can create and say to yourself that you're wanting to attract more richness to.
Next, I want you to think of three steps you can take to improve its quality.
As I said, if you're wanting to improve the richness in company and improve its quality,
start trying to find valuable people that you enjoy hanging around.
Maybe you enjoy pottery.
So if you go to a pottery class, you'll be filled with a room of people who like pottery as well.
So three steps for you maybe sign up for a pottery.
class, go to the class, and make an effort to be social to others. That way, you met new people,
you have new friends, and it allowed you to be social and improve that quality and richness in that
aspect. I cannot be the only one who has been so booked and busy lately where I barely have

joyful and they feel complete. So something you can do is act abundant in those aspects.
if you're wanting to be more abundant financially, and this is not saying to go spend all your money
in hopes to attract more money.
But maybe when you have your next purchase, don't feel extremely guilty like you should return it
because you're scared and frugal with your money.
Instead, think to yourself, I'm happy with my purchase, I'm satisfied with the money I spend,
and I'm still able to afford everything I want after this purchase.
So it's super important to embody those emotions and feelings as if you already are rich in those
aspects of life. Something that may be helpful for you in trying to really embody those emotions
is journaling. Journaling and manifesting abundance is a great way to attract more richness in life.
Journal as if you already have so much richness in those aspects and you will attract that into
your life. And as you're on your richness improvement journey, I want you to remember that
manifesting richness in only physical items, maybe such as money or as cars,
or as clothes, should not be where you're putting all your focus. You should be wanting to improve the
richness in your life for non-physical aspects, possibly the richness in support, love, opportunities, good
health. We tend to focus on physical lack rather than non-physical lack more often. What I mean by that is
you're probably going to focus more on lack of money rather than the lack of stability. And when you
find yourself trying to manifest more richness into certain areas of your life that are all
physical things, you may have forgotten that items have a price, but emotional aspects are
priceless. Maybe you're wanting to improve the richness of money in your life, but what is the
reason in wanting richness behind the money? What you're wanting to do is improve the richness
and security. Not having to worry about rent, not having to worry about your bills, not being stressed
about how much you're spending, you're wanting to have financial security. So when looking to improve the
richness in your life, manifest the emotion behind the physical. So instead of improving the
richness in money, start looking to improve the richness in financial security, not just the physical
