Starting point is 00:00:10 Hello, my dolls. Welcome back to the Busy Yet Pretty Podcast. I'm your host, Jaden Haley. Guys, this week, I have had strep throat. And let me just tell you, it was not fun. I am currently feeling much better. And back on my busy yet pretty life, I just finished my hour long scroll on Pinterest, you know, just browsing Sophia Ritchie's wedding inspo. She is the blueprint. I have to say she is. And I'm drinking my peppermint tea and I cannot be happier about today's episode. If you guys are new

Starting point is 00:01:03 and I am just so happy about it. I love it and I feel like it just is super on brand and I'm just holding mirror up and I feel like in the mirror it's kind of like representing self-reflection so I just love it I love the colors without further ado let's get into today's weekly review this week I have just really trying to touch base on my emotions and just really trying to separate work in personal life everything with creatives kind of blends with your personality but of course I have to do a lot of work with what I'm doing and I really just want to separate it and make sure that I take time for myself on the
Starting point is 00:01:40 weekends. So I really just have my own personal time. So that's something I have just been trying to focus on. Lastly, I have just been practicing mindfulness and acknowledging the positive in life. I always do acknowledge the positive in life, but really trying to make a point to find joy, go out of my way to what's the great in this situation. So I have just been trying to do that this week. My current obsessions for this week is Sophia Ritchie. Her wedding was literally to die for. She's also been to a few of the same events that I've been to. So hopefully I run into her one day soon, but she is just a doll. Another current obsession is dark chocolate.
Starting point is 00:02:20 I am so obsessed with chocolate right now. And I am such a chocolate girl. I love it. And then all of a sudden, I come home one day. And I had a sweet surprise delivery from Hugh bars. And they just sent me chocolate galore. And I ate it all within a week. Another current obsession is my aloe tennis girl.
Starting point is 00:02:39 I just think it's so cute and comfortable. It just is one of my favorite pieces of clothing right now, as well as working out. I just love working out right now. I haven't worked out in like a month, and I just got back into doing it about a week ago. And when I tell you, it feels so amazing for both my mental health and my physical health. It literally just makes me feel so good. So I have just been loving to work out. Moving on to my goal of the week.
Starting point is 00:03:10 My goal of the week is to prioritize planning. I really enjoy planning my weeks out and just having an organized schedule where it feels like an actual workday because I feel like I try to pile all things at once and just not go off of a schedule. But breaking things up can really help you in your schedule. So that's something I'm really trying to do. And another thing is is stick to my workout routine. Like I said, I love working out.
Starting point is 00:03:35 I really prefer going to workouts physically in person somewhere. I do love doing it at home, but just the experience of going out, getting a workout in is so nice. Lastly, my goal of the week is to cook more at home. I have been eating out a lot this past month, and it just is time to hibernate again, start cooking at home, and it just feels really good to get that healthy, nutritious food that you cook yourself. Moving on to an affirmation. I wake up seeing the joy to my life daily. I love that affirmation so much because what did I say?
Starting point is 00:04:10 It really improves our mood when we point out the positive. So I just love that so much. A self-love question to ask yourself. How do I show up for myself? I love that so much so I really encourage you journal that question and really think about that. Moving on to the challenge of the week. Go on a work date with your friend this week and just go to a cafe, get some of work done. I love when I do that. I literally adore work dates. Honestly, that's been one of my
Starting point is 00:04:38 favorite things to do since moving to L.A. And I really encourage you do that because it just is fun. You guys can dial in, be productive, get a cute little macho or a coffee, and just also have company while working. So I really encourage you do that this week. Without further ado, let's get into today's episode, which is All On Manifestation. As you guys know, I literally love the law of attraction. If you're new to manifestation and the law of attraction, we will get all into that. Do not worry. But I just want to say, I have been practicing the law of attraction since I was younger. I was introduced to it very young by my dad who had read the book The Secret and I knew of it really young. I'm not sure when, but probably around like 10 years old. But of course,
Starting point is 00:05:24 I did not think of it or really know what it was until I got older and it circled back to me in life. and let me just say that has changed my life, I cannot tell you enough that that is the secret to life. It has led me to the life I live today. So in this episode, I'm going to explain all about what the law of attraction is, how to start manifesting, what to do, what techniques, why you should manifest in all things at manifestation. Without further ado, let's get into how you can manifest the life
Starting point is 00:05:54 that you've always dreamed of and become the person you've always wanted to become. To be completely transparent with you guys, I do not journal every single day. I do not do every single technique. I do not do a mood board every single month. I don't. Like, I'm trying to be honest with you guys. You guys know this is realistic. And realistic for me is not that.
Starting point is 00:06:17 Some people can and I cannot. Look, I do little things that are great for my routines, that are great for my life. But some things I just can't stick to. and that thing is journaling a few pages at night, doing all the manifestation techniques. They're just not all my thing. I've manifested everything in my life. So if you're thinking, manifesting sounds hard. I don't understand this.
Starting point is 00:06:43 This is just too much for me. This is to show you that it does not require hours a day or so much journaling or anything. Manifesting comes from your mind, okay? Manifestation is from your mindset. So always remember mindset equals manifest. How many times have you thought of something that you're like, what if that happened to me? How cool would that be if this happened and it actually happened?
Starting point is 00:07:09 It's because you subconsciously manifested it. You spoke into existence and that, my friends, is the power of the law of attraction. The concept of the law of attraction is that you attract and become what you believe you have and what you think you are. I've manifested every single thing in my life from my career to happiness, to relationships, to money, to my apartment, everything. I seriously say it's from the law of attraction. Get this in your head.
Starting point is 00:07:38 What you believe you will receive. The act of transformation and the way you think in your mindset will literally be the biggest step to receiving every single thing you want in your life into becoming the person you want to be. And if you're like, okay, well, sure, I believe I. I have a million dollars. It doesn't work like that. You can't just believe for 10 minutes you have something, okay? You have to be consistent. If you're just thinking your head for 10 minutes, oh, I have my dream apartment.
Starting point is 00:08:08 And then the rest of the day, you're just so negative. All you do is think of negative things. That 10 minutes of believing that you have your dream apartment goes completely down the drain. Maintaining a positive mindset is essential. As I said, you attract what you believe. So if you believe you're never going to get good opportunities in your life, then that's your reality because you made that your reality. This is your life, okay?
Starting point is 00:08:33 You have to realize this is all in your hands. You are the creator of your life. So I assume you want a good life and you're not wanting to have a bad life full of negative things. But if you are finding reoccurring negative things and nothing good going in your life, it's because of your mindset. You must feel the energy and emotions as if you already had what you're wanting. To give an example, less than a year ago, I lived in San Diego, and all I wanted to do was move to
Starting point is 00:09:02 L.A. It would benefit me for work. It was my dream city to live in. And I just really want to move there. I would feel and embody those emotions as if I already lived in L.A. When I would go to events and people would ask where I live in L.A., I would say, oh, I'm in San Diego, but I'm actually moving really soon. I'm moving in the fall. This was in the summertime and I embodied those emotions and I really knew inside I was going to move to LA in the fall. And now I'm sitting in my apartment living in Beverly Hills and the craziest part is, is I toured my apartment the first day of fall and I didn't even realize it and I moved in the first week of fall. It truly blows my mind to just see how powerful the law of attraction is. Even though I've manifested so much in my life, it still amazes
Starting point is 00:09:48 me how beautiful it is that I can create my own reality and so can you. When you want something, instantly act as if you already have it in your life. If you view what you want as unattainable and you aren't able to get it, that is just signaling to the universe. You do not have what you want and that is a lack of mindset. Therefore, you will not receive it. Having a lack of mindset will set you back. There are three main steps to receive and become all you want in life. And they are so simple. But let me just tell you, people make it a lot harder than it actually is. It's three simple steps, but it can be difficult because us being humans, we're just so wired
Starting point is 00:10:29 by society to have doubt in ourself and not be able to have a lot of hope in us. Therefore, it's hard for us to actually believe that we have what we want and believe we are the person that we want to become. One of the number one things you have to do is keep a positive mindset. And I'm not just saying, think in your head, oh, today's a good day. I'm meaning constantly point out everything that's positive in life. Find the positive out of situations. Look for the good.
Starting point is 00:10:56 Look for the good in others who are even negative. See the world from a different lens and do not engage with negative thoughts. You're limiting beliefs or negative people. Limiting beliefs are when you have something that you really want in your life and you're trying to manifest it, but you just keep thinking, well, I don't deserve it or I don't think I can actually manifest that. That is a limiting belief and that will set you back. Stop engaging with limiting beliefs. Stop engaging with negative people and do not entertain negative thoughts.
Starting point is 00:11:26 The minute you start thinking something negative, replace it with a positive. If you're like, well, I can't help it. Everyone in my family is negative or all my friends are negative. My coworkers are negative. Someone else being negative should not affect how you think. Okay. That is their own problem. That is sad that they can't enjoy life.
Starting point is 00:11:46 and see the positive in life as you do, because you know what, you see the positive in life, and you see everything good in life, and you know what? You attract all good things to you. They aren't able to attract what they want in life because all they do is think negatively. When someone starts to project their negative energy onto you,
Starting point is 00:12:05 protect your peace, and I know that's so cliche, but protect your peace. Well, that's okay that they think that way, but that's just not how I think. Be grateful that you have such a positive, and a positive mindset and wish that they can see the light in life too. Throughout my journey with manifestation and the law of attraction, I have learned that one of the best things to manifest the life that I wanted was being grateful.
Starting point is 00:12:30 And it's to not be grateful out of wanting to get more things. No, this is out of pure gratitude. You have to be grateful for what you have. Take a step back. You are breathing. You are living. You are on this earth. what better is that okay think about this there's a million people on this earth and you are so lucky
Starting point is 00:12:52 that you are you are you are so unique what you are stressed about today what you're stressed about this week what you're stressed about this month the tests that you have tomorrow the job opportunity that you didn't get your friend who was rude to you you ruining your new shirt all those things do not matter okay that is the smallest point in our life You can change every single negative thing in your life to be positive. Look around you. You are alive. Enjoy this time.
Starting point is 00:13:23 You are alive. You are literally breathing. You are so lucky to have such a beautiful life. Look at the people in your life. There has to be at least one person who's in your life who brings you joy. And if there's not, be that person for you. Be the person that brings you joy in life. I promise you there is one thing for you to be grateful for.
Starting point is 00:13:43 Whether that's you having a roof over your head, or you waking up in the morning. There is something to be grateful for. And that just puts you in a reality check. Like sometimes I'm like, I can't believe I didn't get to go to this. Or I can't believe I had to do all this work today. Are you kidding me, Jaden Haley? Are you joking me?
Starting point is 00:14:05 You are living the life that you've always dreamed up and you manifested this life. You are waking up every single day. You are breathing. You have beautiful people around you. You have yourself. I have my body that's functioning. I have my life. Why am I complaining?
Starting point is 00:14:22 And I am not diminishing how anyone feels about things because we all have our problems and we need to acknowledge how we feel. When we're having a bad day, acknowledge how you feel. Do not put it off or it will eat you up and it's going to be 10 times worse. You have to acknowledge how you feel. But I'm not going to let you just say, my life is horrible. I hate my life. It is so important for you to acknowledge gratitude in your life. So here's the three ways for you to take action on manifestation.
Starting point is 00:14:50 So number one, you need to reflect on what you want and ask the universe to attract that to you. Number two, now you have to believe that you received it. Okay, thank you, universe for giving me what I wanted. I am so thankful that I have this in my life. Emboddy the energy and lifestyle as if you already have what you want. How would you feel? How would you act? How would you dress?
Starting point is 00:15:13 Do things accordingly to if you already had what you wanted. There should be no waiting on when or how you will receive what you're wanting because the mindset of believing is if you already had it, you wouldn't be thinking of it. Now it's time to receive. When you truly believe you have something, you would not be obsessively thinking over it. So it's time to let go of your obsessive thought. You will finally get what you want. If you had something in your life, you wouldn't be thinking, when am I going to get it?
Starting point is 00:15:40 And your mindset should be so powerful feeling that you have it that you forgot you were even manifesting because you were already so fulfilled that you already had what you wanted. And the crazy part is you will receive it and honestly not even be too shocked because you will already feel that you already had this in your life because the feelings you had believing it already fulfilled that void. When I'm planning on making a purchase, I spend so long trying to research if it's worth it or not. I'll look up reviews, ratings, or I'll try to find articles about an item. Starting point is 00:17:18 Now something that I completely recommend to everyone who's wanting to get into manifestation is read the secret. The secret is what changed my life. The teen version is much easier to understand if you are not a big reader. So I really recommend that one for like easier terms. It will change your life. It leaves me shocked every single time I read it. Another thing is, get a journal.
Starting point is 00:17:42 This doesn't mean you need to journal every day. Just get it for when you do have that extra time. You can pick it up and journal. And for manifesting, I really encourage scripting, which is right in the present tense as if you are you are living the life that you have. So let's say that you want to live in New York. I love living in New York.
Starting point is 00:18:00 I always love waking up and opening my windows. I love getting dressed and walking around. write in past and present tense as if you already have it. That's a really good way to manifest what you're wanting and get into detail. Another thing I really recommend is the five minute journal, which is linked over my Amazon storefront. That is literally another life changer because it only takes three minutes of the morning and two minutes at night. And it just sets your day off for such a positive mindset. And I just love it and really recommend it.
Starting point is 00:18:31 If you're still thinking, no, this is too hard. then think of it this way. The law of attraction is always working. Whether you're aware of it or not, the law of attraction is always working. So you might as well take advantage of it and manifest the life that you're wanting. Another thing is you could do vision boards or go on Pinterest. Pinterest is another really good way because there's so many photos on there that align, I'm sure, to what you're wanting for your dream life. I swear, I will scroll on Pinterest for like five minutes and I just get so excited and I feel so
Starting point is 00:19:04 motivated and I really believe I have that lifestyle. There are so many methods to manifesting and so many techniques to getting the life that you want, but even if you don't want to take that extra step to journal or to make vision boards, that's okay. All you have to do is make sure that you're prioritizing committing to a positive mindset. Committing to a positive mindset will bring you so far and allow your dreams to come true faster than ever in practicing the three-step routine. I hope you guys enjoy this episode.
