Hello, my dolls. Welcome back to the busy yet pretty podcast. I'm your host, Jaden Haley.
Today's episode is going to be one of the best because we are talking about my favorite subject,
which is the one and only manifesting. I cannot wait to teach you guys how to attract and manifest
your dream life and become the person you want to become and actually explain what manifestation
and the law of attraction is. So without further ado, let's get into today's weekly review.
How is it already almost Christmas?
I feel like it just was Halloween
and it just goes to show how fast time can go
which is why it's so important to live in the present.
I have just been catching up and prioritizing slowing down.
I think it's always important to be caught up with your work
and really great to be a step of head always
but also not to plan too much ahead
because it can allow you to just be working too much
and not taking time to actually relax and enjoy your life.
And lastly, I have just been really really
preparing for the new year. I'm consciously trying to declutter. I just have way too much stuff and I am
someone who puts emotions to an item a lot. So it's really always good to remember that if you want to
allow new beautiful things to come into your life, you must get rid of things that you don't use
anymore and don't serve you. Now on to the current obsession. My current obsession is oil pulling.
I literally love it so much. I swear it just makes your breath smell so good and not have any bad breath
throughout the day and it also whitens your teeth. I swear oil pulling just has so many great benefits.
It is truly essential to my morning routine. Another current obsession right now is candles. I am just
in a little candle mood. I feel like candles just represent the holidays so well. My favorite during
the holidays are any pine and citrus smelling candles. They just smell so good and perfect for the
holidays. Another current obsession right now is Celtic sea salt. I just love a chunky, a chunky,
salt. I'm a salt girl. I love salt. I love putting it on salads, everything. It just tastes so good.
But what I really love doing is putting Celtic sea salt in my water to have electrolytes.

something that I use every single time I go to Pilates. Like, it is in my bag. And that's my loomy

Moving on to the goal of the week.
So my goal of the week right now is to pick one drawer a day in my dresser to sort through and really see what do I want to open more
space to bring in new clothes and get rid of old ones. When you have a lot of things to do,
it's always important to start step by step and go one step at a time. And that will be so
much more productive than procrastinating all of it because it feels too hard and you don't
know where to start. Another goal of the week right now is to begin dry brushing more often.
I truly see such a difference in my skin when I dry brush every week because it just feels
more soft and hydrated. And it just leaves your skin feeling so silky and smooth. Another goal,
of the week is to finally just finish off getting ready for the holidays and wrap all my presents,
which I always think is so fun. I love wrapping presents and just getting ready for the exciting day ahead.
And my last goal of the week right now is to catch up on any lingering nagging task. With the end of
the year coming up, I feel like we all have those goals or we have those little task that we
have to do this year. And it just is really good to get it out of the way and finalize before
the new year and not bring that energy.
bring that task into the new year with you to have a clean, fresh new start.
Now moving on to an affirmation.
Every time I check my bank account, it grew and leaves me beyond financial security.
I love that affirmation because I feel like all of us could use it.
Make sure to affirm this affirmation to yourself and really, really take time to understand and believe it.
Moving on to a self-love question.
Who are you when you don't put a mask on?
This question is honestly really deep, but it's so great to reflect and see have we been
accidentally acting differently to please others and not really been acting our true self?
So really take time to ask yourself that and journal it.
Now for your challenge of the week, cook a brunch with your family or your friends and just enjoy
time together.
That challenge is honestly so fun.
I love cooking breakfast with my parents.
It's just the perfect time to live in the present and talk and share love.

Now without further ado, let's get into today's episode.
As many of you guys know, manifestation and the law of attraction is something that is so important to me.
Not only because I was introduced to it when I was younger, but also because I truly know this works.
And I'm not just saying that, I swear to you, it works.
Manifesting and the law of attraction can be kind of hard to understand sometimes, especially if you have no experience.
I'm really excited to talk about how to manifest for beginners with my favorite easy and practical practices while introducing you to the law of attraction so you can begin manifesting your dream life and anything in your life.
So as I said, I was introduced to the law of attraction when I was younger, probably around eight years old or so.
My dad introduced me to it and I never really understood what the law of attraction was and didn't even take time to care about it until around early high school where I was just struggling in school and having a hard time and I just needed something to lift my spirit.
And I remember my dad mentioning the law of attraction again.
So I really began to start looking into it and see what really is the law of attraction.
One of the first things I did to start my journey with manifesting in the law of attraction was by the most known law of attraction book, which is The Secret.
I read The Secret, the teen version, because it's a really easy way to understand what the concept of the law of attraction really is.
And the minute I understood what the law of attraction is and how I truly have the power to manifest anything I desire, it rapidly began to change my life.
I am not kidding, my life began to change.
I would not be the person I am today, achieve the lifestyle I have, or live the way I do without the law of attraction.
More so, how to work and navigate the law of attraction.
The law of attraction is not a religion or some cult belief.
It is simply the power to create the life that you desire and to become the person you want to become.
All from a thought to belief to reality method.
Manifesting is truly so simple, but us human.
make it so difficult to actually manifest what we're wanting.
It's easier for you to believe something that's negative
or to believe we won't achieve our goal
rather than thinking about something positive
and acting like we already have our dream life
even though we don't quite yet.
Us humans like to pick comfort and safety over possibility.
In order to truly begin manifesting your desires,
you must change your mindset.
Do you realize that regardless if you are consciously manifesting or not,
you are always manifesting.
The law of attraction is always working whether you are trying to manifest something or not.
So if you're thinking positive, you will receive positivity.
And if you're thinking negative, you're going to receive negativity.
What you believe you are, you will become.
If you believe that you're ugly, unhealthy, and a mess, you will become that and continue to be that.
If you believe you are beautiful, attractive, and healthy, you will become that.
It may seem simple, what you believe.
you attract. And yes, that is true, what you believe you attract, but there's a lot more to that.
Behind those simple steps, you must consistently and consciously be thinking positive, abundant,
and grateful, which is actually hard because when is the last time you thought of something negative?
Probably a few minutes ago you were thinking something negative. You have to break the cycle of negativity.
Begin to shift the way you think, and that will be the key to manifesting. When you start thinking or
speaking about how your life is a mess and you hate all the tests that you have to take out school,
you're simply just manifesting more mess into your life and more tests.
You are capable of manifesting everything and anything that you desire.
You are constantly attracting what you believe, whether it's positive or negative.
So why not make your money's worth and use your time on earth to manifest to your advantage?
I'm sure throughout this episode you've been thinking of the few things that you've been wanting to manifest,
maybe a job, a car, good health.
So it's now time for you to execute those three steps.
Number one, think.
Number two, believe and number three, receive.
Number one, done.
You already know what you want.
You know what you want to manifest.
Okay, now to number two.
Believe.
Believe whatever item or lifestyle or job, car, shoes, is already yours.
Even if you are truly not that, you don't have that lifestyle yet.
you don't have that item. It doesn't matter. Believe that that is already yours and it's already in your
hands. We have a hard time believing what we want is already ours. It may be hard and difficult for you
to believe that your Honda is evently, but it's all about the emotion and energy you signal to the
universe. If you display lack and that you're lacking what you want, you're signaling to the universe
that you don't have what you want. You must believe you already have whatever you are wanting.
not put what you want on a pedestal, making that desire to be inaccessible. If that dream job of
yours feels unrealistic, will change that mindset and believe it's realistic, or you're never going to
have it. That job, that is simple. That job is for me. That job loves me. That job needs me.
Is the exact mindset that you should be having, not thinking, that job is just too hard to reach,
I'll never get that job. They'll probably pick somebody else for that job. You must think that
everything is near level and you're capable of anything that you want. And all of that circles back
to how you see yourself. Maybe you don't feel worthy. So instead of manifesting right now,
take time to look inward and heal yourself and gain that worthiness. Another thing when you're
manifesting, which is extremely important, is do not wait for your manifestation to appear. Because
if you're waiting on it, you're obsessing over it. And think to yourself, if you already had that in your
life, you would not be obsessively thinking about it because it's already yours. You would not be trying to
figure out where to get it because it's already yours. So when you're trying to manifest something,
think about what you want, believe it's yours and let go. Feel the emotions as if you already have what you
want. When you sit down in your Honda, close your eyes and really feel that you're in your Bentley.
Trust me, babe, it works. Literally when I was living back in San Diego, when I would go to bed every night,
closed my eyes in my little pink room and believe I was living in L.A.
And not only in L.A., I believed that in my head I was going to bed in my beautiful apartment in
L.A. and I was living my dream life. And let me just say, that is my reality today.
I now wake up living that exact lifestyle that I imagine going to bed in my room every night.
And soon enough, I manifested that reality. When manifesting, know what you want, then let go.
because letting go will allow it to flow to you.
Manifesting is all subconscious for me now since I've been practicing it for so many years
by sometimes just like to manifest fun little things for fun.
Just to remind myself how beautiful the law of attraction truly is
and how stunning it is that I can literally have whatever I want in life.
Which is why I always recommend when starting manifesting
is start with manifesting something small.
Maybe think of a song that you want to hear in public.
Manifest that.
just manifest little things so you can practice the law of attraction and prove to yourself that it really does work.
Because it's easier to manifest something small than to have a big manifestation of your new car or your new house.
So start something small, maybe manifest something free or manifest hearing a certain song in public.
But like I was saying, the other day I did something that was just so funny to me,
where I just wanted to play with the law of attraction and do something small since I've already manifested my entire life of all these
fun, beautiful lifestyle, and activities and becoming the person I've dreamed of, but why not do
something fun and small? So I'm sitting at this cafe and I see some scones and I'm like, gosh,
I want to manifest a free scone. So I'm like, okay, I'm going to manifest one. And I'm working and
I begin thinking about the scone. Wait, when is the scone coming to me? Is the scone going to
come to me soon? Like, when am I going to get my free scone? I ended up working until the cafe closed
and I didn't get a free scone, and I was like, dang it, whatever, it's okay.
But then I let that thought go.
I didn't think about it again.
And the next day, I go to get some groceries, and without thinking about the scone,
I go and actually buy a scone.
And as I'm at the cash register, the guy says, oh, the scones on me.
And right there, the manifestation came into reality.
It's because I had let that thought go and believed I already had it, and it came to me.
And it doesn't just stop there. I just thought that was so crazy. Oh, look, there. The scone happened. I got the scone. But the next day, I go and sit at the cafe again and go work without thinking about a scone. And the barista comes walking out with a basket of scones asking me if I want one for free. And I'm like, oh, yes, of course. And not only is it a free scone like I manifested, but it's gluten-free so I could eat it. And how funny is it that I manifested to scone?
I just love to do little small things with the law of attraction like that just to remind myself how beautiful it is that I can manifest really anything
So I really encourage you to start small if manifesting is new to you and that can allow you to keep
Increasing with what you want to manifest over time
But I can prove to yourself that manifestation is truly real and you can manifest anything you desire
Begin starting small manifesting and work your way up if you're new to the law of attraction that's something that I truly truly truly
truly recommend you do is read the book that I linked in the description, which is the book
the secret that I explained about, because it truly explains the concept of the law of attraction
and manifestation so well. Another thing I really recommend is purchase a journal designated to your
scripting. You need to begin scripting in the present and past tense, the life you dream to live
as if you already have it. Instead of writing in your journal, I want to live in New York and go to a great
school. Instead, write down, I love that I live in New York and I get to wake up and go to my dream
school. Write it as if you already have it. Another thing that is super important is begin scripting
what you're grateful for. You could do this in your journal, which is very great, but also it can be
kind of hard to want to pick that up every day. So I truly recommend that you get the five-minute
journal, which I have been using for years now. I linked it in the description as well. And it's
the perfect way to incorporate gratitude and manifestation into your everyday morning and night routine.
It is so important for you to acquire all the confidence in yourself and to realize that you are
capable of having anything and everything that you desire, but it's up to you to take that desire
off a pedestal and to believe it's already yours. I have created the life of my dreams because
of myself, because I believed of myself and I manifested, and I swear to you if I could do it,
okay, a girl who used to be crying in the bathroom every day in eating her lunch in a stall
could do it, then I promise you you could as well. I love you guys so much and I really hope you enjoyed this
