Hello, my busy at pretty girls. Welcome to the Busy at Pretty Podcast. I'm your host, Jaden Haley.
I hope you all have been doing lovely and been having the best week ever. This episode I am so excited to talk about because I have such a passion for this topic. So let's get straight into the bullet points of the week.
Starting off with my weekly review. I had to record two episodes this week, so my weekly review has not changed that much as last episode.
but it has been hailing and raining so much and it makes me so happy because I literally just
adore the rain and the hail. Now it's starting to have the sun come back out which I'm
disappointed about but it's okay because I am missing summer all of a sudden. Okay next I'm
really trying to see the path of what direction I should take for my future so that's definitely
one of the things I've been working on this week and trying to figure out living situations,
school stuff, and all of that. So that has occupied a lot of my time this week.
Moving on to the current obsessions, I am obsessed with go macro bars.
I have never tried such a good protein bar. I also love the Cliff Builder bars. Those are really good,
but the go macro bars are amazing. They have all good, healthy ingredients in it, no added.
syrups or anything and it's just so good I love go macro bars my favorite one is I think a chocolate chip
one but the packaging says like this bar will donate one dollar to the homeless and stuff so I love
getting that bar because it's so good and it helps donate to the homeless but next I am obsessed with
fruit right now I think fruit is so good I think it's so great to get so many good
vitamins through fruit and vegetables, but fruit is my obsession right now with asciples.
They're just so good and so good for your body.
Another thing I'm obsessed with is my morning routine.
Last episode, I kind of talked about my wake-up as-it-girl morning routine, so go check
that out if you haven't already, but I'm obsessed with my morning routine and just feeling
organized and taking time for myself makes me the happiest ever.
Okay, my goal of the week.
My goal of the week is to get back on routine for my workout.
I have been getting back on my routine for working out and I'm so happy.
I like to stick to my workout routine as much as I can because it really helps my gut health.
Not only doesn't make me feel strong and I love feeling strong and toned, but I really think it helps my gut health.
Another goal of the week is to make more content to gain more exposure to busy yet pretty.
I realize the best way to draw in listeners to Busy Yet Pretty is promoting it over TikTok and Instagram
because no one would really know a Busy at Pretty because it's not on the charts or anything yet.
I would like to start getting more a promotion towards that and creating more content around Busy at Pretty.
I would love Busy Yet Pretty to impact as many girls as possible, achieve their dreams, have a good mindset, and just love their life.
So I really want to reach a audience who is wanting to improve their mindset and I love busy at pretty girls.
Next is the quote of the week.
Health clubs are the new nightclubs.
I love that quote because I think it's so funny and I love how it's worded.
But I just love that one because health clubs are in the new night clubs.
We love taking time for ourselves.
Okay, one more quote because I.
feel like it. Where focus goes, energy flows. I love that quote so much because I really think it
ties into what we will be talking about this week and busy at pretty. A self-law question to ask yourself
is, what are the three things I'm most grateful for in this present moment? Pause that episode and
journal that question and I think that is so smart because it's so nice to practice gratitude.
Speaking of gratitude, let's get straight into what we will be talking about today in
Busy Yet Pretty.
It's time to start manifesting our dream life and using the law of attraction.
I know a lot of you guys are unfamiliar with the law of attraction, so I want to explain
what it is and give a little brief definition of it.
The law of attraction is a universal principle which allows you to attract into your life
whatever you put your focus towards.
The law of attraction is not a religion, but it's a way of that.
thinking and a mindset. So how do you use a law of attraction to manifest your future? It's so simple
and only three steps. Although these three steps are so complicated for us humans because we like to
self-sabotage ourselves. We make the process so much harder, which is from our limiting beliefs.
The three steps to using the law of attraction. Number one, ask. Number two, believe. Number three, receive.
So we're really good at asking for stuff because, you know, we are material girls.
No, but I'm saying we are really good at asking for stuff in general and wanting things,
whether that's an experience, an item, anything.
But we don't have the easiest time believing we have it when we don't actually have it,
which is understandable because how do we believe we have something when we don't?
We're lacking it, so we're wanting it.
And I'm speaking all from personal experience.
So let's get into some my tips and how I use the law of attraction into my life.
I have manifested my job, my audience, my income, my ideal boyfriend, opportunities, friends, and so
much more. Let's get straight into how you can incorporate the law of attraction into your life.
You don't need to journal 10 times a day to start manifesting your dream life.
It's about conditioning your mindset to a healthy, believing habit that you have the
things that you're wanting. If you're wanting to get into the law of attraction and you really don't
know anything about it, my number one thing is to read the secret. The secret is what got me
into the law of attraction and I truly have not even seen a better explanation better than the
secret. I read the secret teen version and the secret original version, but if you are wanting it a
little easier terms, the secret teen version, just breaks it down into easier explanations,
but is the same exact thing as the secret book.
Next, buy a journal.
Amazon has tons of journals that are so inexpensive.
I got mine from Amazon for like $6 or anywhere honestly has journals.
So start journaling your dream life in the present and past tense.
That allows your subconscious to believe you already have experienced and received what you're
wanting. Let's say that you want your dream job at Vogue headquarters. You will journal something in
present or past texts. Here's an example. I love working at Vogue headquarters. My job is seriously the
best. So it allows you to condition your head that you already have that job and you love working there
and the universe knows that you are fulfilled with having that. So you are attracting that actual
experience and goal to you. The new universe gives what you're wanting. So if you're always shedding
negativity and always negative about stuff, you're attracting more negativity into your life.
Script as if you already have what you're wanting. It will subconsciously allow you to believe
you already have that. When scripting, describe the feelings that you would have if you had that
thing that you were wanting and how you got it and what you would feel if you had it. Okay, here's another
example. You want a Dior bag, okay? Let's say that's your dreams to have a Dior bag.
You could say, I love wearing my Dior bag every day. It makes me feel so happy I get to
mix and match with my fits and using my Dior bag. Now you have it in your head that you have the
Dior bag. You're feeling those feelings internally. That will attract the opportunity for you to get
the Dior bag because the universe can tell that you're not lacking it that you already have it. So it
automatically will give it to you. You need to understand you are the only one in control of your
future. The more grateful you are, the more you will receive. And I'm not saying be fake grateful for
something. Be genuinely grateful for what you have and what you will receive, aside from receiving
anything in return. Be grateful because you actually are grateful for step. Even if you are in such a
rut right now and you are just in a slump and you're unhappy and you feel like the world's ending
and there's just nothing to be grateful for,
what is one thing that you're grateful for in your life?
Whether that's a special person in your life,
whether it's the weather, whether it's your food,
whether it's your face, your heart, whatever it is,
be at least grateful for one thing that's in your life.
Gratitude is one of the most important things
when using the law of attraction.
Another thing is, practice daily affirmations.
I love to read off some affirmations in my head
while I brush my teeth, I just have a mindset of thinking gratitude all throughout while I'm brushing
my teeth in the morning. I've created that healthy habit so I can feel grateful right when I wake up
in the morning. It leaves me with such a good mindset going throughout my day. An affirmation example is
I live in the house I always dreamed of. I run a successful business and I am constantly noticed for my
hard work. If you're needing to find some affirmations on my Pinterest, Jane and Haley, you can find
some affirmations board that I have and it lists tons of affirmations that are super cute
and aesthetic as well. They're like pink and adorable. Read off affirmations in your head or out loud.
The more you affirm you have what you actually are wanting is when you will begin to believe
that you actually do have those things and they will automatically attract to you. Another thing is
when manifesting, remove all negative words. An example is remove the word don't,
won't, not, can't in your vocabulary.
When you were affirming or scripting, don't say,
I don't have to work a 9 to 5 anymore.
When manifesting, focus on what you are wanting
rather than what you don't want.
Shift your focus off the 9 to 5 and restate it as,
I love working the hours I choose to work on my own schedule.
And that will help focus on the positive thing that you're wanting
because when you keep putting your focus and energy onto something you don't want,
is when that thing will keep happening.
Just how I said in our quote of the week, where focus goes, energy flows.
So if you're focusing on your 9 to 5 that you absolutely hate,
you're going to receive more than 9 to 5.
Instead, focus on working your own hours, having your own schedule,
and that is putting your focus somewhere where energy will flow.
Next, don't wait for you to receive. Ask the universe for what you want by claiming it in present or past tense, then let that thought go.
Don't wait or wonder when the thing that you are manifesting will appear or come into your life because when you're wanting something and showing that you're lacking it, it pushes it back from when you will receive it.
Once you start focusing on the feelings that you would have if you actually had it, it will begin to attract that thing.
You need to start living as if you already have what you're manifesting.
If you're manifesting your dream car, feel the feeling and emotions as if you already have that car
parked in your driveway and you can look outside and see it every day there.
Feel those emotions as if you already have it and receive what you're wanting, and that
will help boost your manifestation into becoming quicker into your life.
You need to not worry about when that thing will appear.
When you start wondering when that thing will appear, it shows that you don't have what you
you're wanting because if you had what you wanted, you wouldn't be thinking that you don't have it
and you wouldn't be wanting it because you already have it. Another method to manifest is the 55 by 5 method.
It worked for me when I did it in the past and I really liked it. It's definitely time consuming,
but it really drills the affirmation in your head. The 55 by 5 method is for 55 days, you write an
affirmation down or a manifestation for five days straight. It really helps ingrain your affirmation
in your head and helps you really believe it. An example is, I have my dream toned body. Okay,
then you can say, I have my dream toned body, I have my dream tone body, and so on 55 times for
five days straight. And you're supposed to write it down in your journal and it really helps ingrain
that in your head that you have that manifestation. When manifesting, it doesn't mean that you need to do
the 55 by 5 rule or scripting tons a day to manifest what you're wanting.
Manifestation is a mindset.
Conditioning your mindset to having constant gratitude, start incorporating constant gratitude
and visualize your goals until it feels really natural.
Creating that habit in your mind will help your mindset be so focused on your goals
and gratitude that being negative towards your goals or not achieving your goals will
feel so unnatural. I put a poll over my Instagram story and picked a few questions to answer today
on the law of attraction. Someone asked, what have you found has been the most effective way to manifest?
Personally, what has helped me the most manifesting and has been the most effective is journaling in
detail to what I would feel if I had what I wanted and visualizing and feeling those emotions
and feeling gratitude. That honestly is such a simple, easy way to manifest.
it really helps me ingrain that gratitude and feelings as if I have what I want.
Alexandra asked,
How do I let go of my manifestations?
I can't stop thinking about them.
The only way to receive is to believe that you're already fulfilled and have what you're wanting.
If you had your dream car, then you wouldn't spend time wishing you had it because you already have it.
Condition your head into thinking that you already have what you're wanting.
Instead of worrying when you will receive it, replace those thoughts by visualizing
what you will do when you have that item or have that experience or have the goal that you're
wanting. If you're wanting a Chanel bag, visualize yourself in the store with your Chanel bag,
opening the bag up. That will really help improve your manifestations because it will help you
feel fulfilled as if you already have what you're wanting. Sasha asked, how do I keep myself motivated
on manifesting? Start manifesting small because when manifesting small and you achieve that manifestation,
it will help you want to manifest bigger and better.
Play around with the law of attraction.
Manifest something small.
Something that I manifested when I first gone to the law of attraction was I wanted to
manifest something to see if it worked.
I manifested me hearing the song in public and I let that thought go and I carried on with my
day.
Then, to my surprise, when I was at Trader Joe's, I heard Heart of Glass by Blondie playing
and I was like, oh my gosh.
Then the same day, I heard Heart of Glass playing inside Starbucks.
Then I was so into manifestation, of course, and I was like, this is for sure real.
And just making sure to manifest something small to achieve that little spark of hope really helps you manifest bigger and better.
Someone said, I know he's in love with me and he keeps pushing me away.
Can I use the law of attraction in this situation?
You definitely can manifest relationships, although I have a strong opinion regarding
manifesting a person. Being free will is involved in life and aside from manifestation, I think it's
very important to be cautious. On a future episode, I'll touch more on manifestation versus free will
of an individual. I think this is a very important topic to talk about when manifesting because
sometimes you may manifest something that you're actually not wanting at all. I will definitely
touch back on that very soon. Someone said, can you please touch on self-suffer?
sabotage and how to stop. My question to ask yourself is, why sabotage the person who has control of your
life? Would you sabotage someone who takes control of your life? Well, the automatic answer should be no.
So I would think that you'd want to do good towards the person who can create your life and control
your life. And you are the person in control of your life. So stop sabotaging yourself. Start treating
your goals and your dreams as if you would to someone that you love or idolize. You'd be so
loving and supportive to someone that you idolize or loves dreams and goals, so why not do that to
yourself? Especially being that you are the only one in control of your life. Next, Alexis asked,
can you manifest love or relationship? P.S., I love you and you're stunning. I love you to my doll.
Same thing I want to touch on in a future episode. This is why the first Law of Attraction episode I wanted
to do. I wanted to be very brief and show the basics and kind of my overall story of
how I got into manifestation and my tips.
But I do want to touch on manifesting love, relationships, and people in the future.
There is great outcomes in manifesting love to your life.
I think manifesting love is amazing and it's so, so necessary.
But manifesting people and relationships, there are negative outcomes that can come out of manifesting someone.
Alice Aal asked how to put your trust in the universe more.
Sometimes limiting beliefs can be so strong that you have to resolve.
to the mindset of what do I have to lose? Using the law of attraction and manifestation is something
you might as well give your all to because it's almost like you're losing before you even try.
Why not try and give it your all because there's nothing to lose? I didn't cover too many questions
in this episode because I wanted to be a very sweet, short, simple episode, how I gone to
manifestation. My basic tips on manifesting in the law of attraction. I would love to share my
story and my manifestation experiences in a future episode as well as cover other topics in the
law of attraction. I thought this was a great introduction episode to the law of attraction on
