Hello, my love. Welcome to the busy yet pretty podcast. I'm your host, Jaden Haley. Oh no, guys. I'm, I cannot be the only one who's kind of like in just a little, a little of a slump or maybe a big slump. But if you are too, don't worry because I'm in the same boat as you. And this is why I'm very excited for today's episode because we are just going to check in with ourselves to the max because right now, today, we are.
are midway through the year, so it's time for a mid-year check-in. Not only is it going to leave
you motivated by the end of this episode, it's going to make me motivated too, because not only are
you checking in with yourself mid-year and getting motivated again, I am too. After just having a
big fat snack of a full bag of chips and lots of chocolate because my PMS cravings, I'm starting to
feel a little more in my slump. So it's,
time to get out of it and get motivated. So I'm very excited to do this with you. But before we get
into that, let's get into our weekly review. This week, I like I said, have been PMSing and my PMS is just not
just like a typical PMS. I have PMDD. So I'm just, I get in the dumps when I am PMSing. And it just is hard
because you can feel so up and down and the mood swings and the cravings and emotions. It's a whole
event. But it feels so nice when you finally start your period and are getting out of it and then
just feel like yourself again. I feel like the quote woman only have one good week out of the month
is so true because why? Like trust me, I am so grateful for my cycle and it's something I will
never take for granted since I've lost my period before for years. But it is true. I feel like
women only get one really good feeling week out of the month because
our period or our hormones kind of just slam us for a good rest of the month.
Another thing this week is I have just been relaxing at home.
I've been getting into my new book, not fully into it yet, but I am getting into it.
Right now I'm reading People We Meet on Vacation by Emily Henry.
I finished the Hotel Nantucket.
So good.
I'd say four out of five stars.
It was absolutely amazing.
But I know Emily Henry has a really good summer book.
I've read one of her books before. So very excited about this one. And so far, it seems pretty summary.
Now into my current obsession. My current obsession at the moment is prunes. I know a lot of people would
think that's very odd, but prunes are my obsession. I love them. I could eat a full bag of prunes,
but then I'm like, wait, I just consumed like 30 plums then. But you know what? Good iron. Good,
it's healthy. I love it. I just love prunes. I think they taste so good. And they're my obsession.
Another current obsession right now is my new bok choy plant. My apartment hosted a little like
planting garden workshop and I planted a bok choy plant. It's so cute. Hopefully she last
after I cut the leaves off. But yeah, it's so cute. I think when you have house plants and herbs,
especially herbs, like basil. I always buy basil at the store. It's literally less than buying a bag of basil,
but getting a basil plant is like $2 or $2 or $3, and it just makes your kitchen feel so lively.
Herb plants are just so fun also because you can add them into whatever you eat,
so your lunch or your dinner or even your breakfast, but it just livens up your space,
and it gets you in your Martha Stewart era. In my last current obsession right now is to keep keeping organized.
I feel like I've been really good at keeping organized the past, you know, while.
But I still feel like, you know, sometimes you just let things pile up and then you need a good full-on reset,
which I think a weekly Sunday reset is perfect and should be had by every single person.
But at the same time, it is good to not just save up all your grime and dust for your weekly reset and try to pick up as you go
because that's going to make your Sunday resets and your weekly resets a lot easy.
on you and not feel like such a chore and a big event when you kind of keep up as you go.
It's almost like when you're cooking or baking in the kitchen, when your mom always says to clean as
you go because then at the end your mess won't be as big. That's how I think of my room and think
of my apartment. I just try to clean as I go. Now and to the goal of the week. My goal of the
week right now is to find a new show to fixate on. There is nothing wrong with watching shows or movies,
in the evenings once you completed everything and it's time to go rest.
I love a good show, but I don't like is when I get too enthralled in a show.
I'm like, wait, it is 3 a.m.
And I've binge watched the show.
And now I'm going to be tired tomorrow.
But, you know, it's always good to have those days.
But I did that with White Lotus.
I remember I literally watched all three seasons within a week.
And I was like, I never want to watch TV again in my life.
like my eyes hurt, but that's something where a healthy balance comes in. So it's always good to find
a new show that you like and it makes you excited to work hard during the day and relax during the
evening. Another golden week right now, which is something I kind of mentioned, but really get into
my book. I feel like no matter what book I read, I'm always into it like 75 to 100 pages in. It takes
me a second to get into it since it's a new story and I'm somehow always thinking about the last
book I read, but that is something that I am trying to do is get into it because once I'm into a book,
I cannot put it down. Now on to the affirmation of the week. Your affirmation is, I'm going to
have the most productive and happy year yet. I love that so much because not only are we talking
in that affirmation as if the year is just beginning, but it also just makes you feel excited.
And something about that when I want to highlight about it feels kind of like the year is just
beginning when I said I am going to have the most productive and happy year yet. It kind of just
allows you to think of our mid-year check-in that we're having looking at the year that's left,
which is six more months, almost as a fresh start. So this is, you know, your January 1st today.
Today is your new beginning, a new fresh start. Why set intentions and goals in the beginning
of the year and just wait for those to get to the end when sometimes we need.
to have a little revamp because one year is a long time and even though it may have felt like
you went by fast or went by slow six months is six months and it'll either go by fast or slow for
you but regardless that's a big time chunk and it's good what you can do is section your goals out
into being every six months check in with yourself rather than setting your goals setting your
intentions and then checking with yourself on December 31st of that year so I think this is perfect
to realign with our goals today and to get remotivated.
Now on to your challenge of the week.
Envision what and where you want to be by December 31st.
I love that challenge so much and that is something we all need to collectively do
because having our mind and setting our mind to what we want to be and where we want to be
is exactly what we should be doing to move us towards the direction that we want to be.
Remember I kind of said this last episode, but we want to flow with the current, not away from it.
So we want to flow with what's working, what we want, not run away in the opposite direction.
And for you, running away from it would be something like dwelling on the past or thinking,
what if I just did this differently, or I hate this about myself, I hate this about my life,
rather than thinking, oh, I can't wait to have this in my life, I can't wait to achieve this,
I can't wait to feel good about myself, I feel good about myself.
And again, just going with the current and in the way that you want to be.
Now on to the podcast review.
If you want to be featured on next week's episode, make sure to leave a podcast review over Apple Podcasts and leave a rating over Spotify.
Okay, this review says, I wrote a year ago and so much has changed since then, except for the fact that your podcast has helped me become the woman I am today.
A year ago, I had no friends, I got out of a really bad eating disorder, was scared for the future, and was unsure of who I was becoming.
And your podcast helped me through all of it.
You, my mom, and many others help me get through all the tough times and become who I am today.
I made varsity as a freshman.
I've made many amazing friends.
Gained so much confidence.
I have a closer relationship with the Lord.
Eat intuitively and go to the gym out of love for myself.
Got a 4.2 GPA and truly gained so much peace and love for myself and others.
I no longer cry every day, worried I won't have a place to sit at lunch,
worried I eat too much, or that I wasn't the perfect friend, or any of my troubles.
I am proud to say that I've grown and I hope this review will inspire others to help them know that it does get better.
And listening to Jaden and other great influencers are such a big part of my success.
I know that anyone listening to this will prosper and they are taking the steps to becoming the best version of themselves and my prayers go out to them.
Thank you, Jaden, for being an amazing inspiration.
Love a Golden Class girl.
I cannot begin to explain how touching that review was.
the fact that you came back to leave another review and just give an update on where you're at now
versus where you were at a while ago makes me feel so unbelievably.
Just so proud of you because that even goes to show is you really have been working on yourself
for a full year to even remember that you left a review and where you were at before in life
to where you are at now and the person you are today.
It just is so touching and I hope anyone who hears that feels so much.
inspired by that where the time and effort you put into yourself and surrounding yourself and your
environment with the things that you know is best for you will make such a positive impact on your
life and I am just so beyond grateful for you and thank you so beyond much for this message.
If you have a success story as well, I would love to hear it and feel free to share over Apple
podcasts. I love reading them. It truly is honestly the highlight of my episode. I just love reading
all your guys' success stories and hearing the amazing growth and hearing how much happier
and healthier you guys feel just in your own personal journey in life. So anyways, if you're here
today, you're listening because you want to become better about yourself. And I'm just so proud
of you. If no one has told you that yet today or in a week or a while, just know I truly am
proud of you. And we're human. We try your best. We're exhausted. Also with what happens in our
every day, just things happening all the time, we get exhausted. And it's something that we need to
slow down and realize that, again, what's our purpose of life and why are we here? And it's to be happy
and to live a fulfilled, happy life. So I really hope you take time for yourself today to just,
you know, provide for what you really need. Enough on my tangent. Let's get into today's episode,
which I'm very excited for. And we're doing this together. We're locking in because today we're talking
about a mid-year check-in where we're going to realign with our goals and staying motivated.
If you haven't been motivated, do not worry. The majority of us have gotten into a slump,
especially during like fall and wintertime. You get in a good old slump and then during spring
you're trying to get out of it and then you know in spring you either got out of it or you're
still in your slump. And that's okay. If you are, we're entering summer. It's a new season.
We're mid-year. So that means we get a full new reset. And it's time to.
to lock in and feel and become our best selves. Like I said, we are exactly midway through the year.
So whether or not that you've had a productive or happy year so far, do not feel discouraged.
I know it can feel discouraging or just scared, like scarcity mindset when you look back and think,
oh my gosh, how did six months go by so quick? Or maybe it felt really long for you. But time can
sometimes feel weird. And I want you instead of looking at the past and looking at,
what you, you know, happened this year for you so far. It's just to be excited for the future. As hard as
that may be for you, you need to start looking ahead rather than turning your head looking back because
you'll never get to the finish line if you always are looking behind you. So you have a whole six
months ahead of you with all the room to improve and change your life. And of course, you have a lot
more than six months ahead of you. You have a lifetime ahead of you. But for 2025, you have six more
months and not six more months, but you have six months. You have six months. That's exciting. Don't make it feel
down that, oh my gosh, this time has gone by. Think about this. You have a half a year left. That's amazing.
You have a lot of time to improve yourself to lock in, dial in and feel motivated. So much can change in six
months. So do not doubt yourself. So let's get focused and dial in. Let's begin with realigning with your
goals. So I want you to reflect a bit on this year so far. So the past,
six months, what worked for you, what did not work. And don't reflect and wallow and wish you could
go back in time or you feel like you wasted all six months or don't wish to go back and change
different things that you have done. Instead, what I want you to do is learn from the past six
months that has gone by, learn from the past and let that be your motivation for the next six
months moving forward. To me, that's very rejection is a redirection mindset and where, you know,
when things don't work out or things that you did was an accident, things that happen, maybe you caused
them or something else caused it. Whatever went wrong in the past six months didn't happen to you.
It happened for you. And this is a good lesson and a good thing to realize is when you have something
happened to you, make it a lesson. Okay. Think, okay, next time, you know what, I'm going to spend more time
working on this or next time I'm not going to put so much of my time into that or you know the next six
months I'm going to do more self-care to keep me going and not burn out so quick there's things that you
can learn from the past six months so when you reflect learn from your mistakes and don't think of them
as mistakes but learn from your mistakes and learn how that can be a lesson I know we said lesson
and learn a lot right now but think about how that could be a lesson moving forward and how that can
benefit you and motivate you rather than being a weight that's pulling you down from your past.
So I assume you made 2025 goals and intention, you know, list in the beginning of the year.
I feel like on January 1st, we all whip out all of our self-care and motivation stuff and our new year's
resolutions. And whatever your 2025 goals, resolutions, intentions were, you probably have a
list that you wrote down. So make sure to get that out if you don't and maybe just made mental
goals in your mindset, whip that out and put it onto paper really quick. So once you have your initial
2025 goals set in front of you for you to see, begin by checking off each goal that you achieved.
So it doesn't matter how many goals you have or haven't, check them off. Maybe you're going to
check off all of your goals and intentions that you wrote down. Maybe you'll check off a few,
or maybe you'll check off zero. And let me tell you if you checked off nothing, that's okay. And
I can tell you why you checked off nothing. If you're someone who didn't check off many things
on your New Year's resolution list and you're feeling, oh my gosh, I cannot believe this. I was not
productive at all this year. This happened and this happened to me. I did this. I messed up. I
wasted my time. Stop. What you did, you set your goals too high, which we will definitely circle back
too soon. But like I said, I assume you didn't check off all of your boxes just like mine. I only
checked off a few things from my resolutions list. But what I want you to do is make a fresh,
brand new list of the goals that you have for the next six months. These can be brand new goals
or these can be goals that you had wrote down in the beginning of the year. This could look like
the exact same list that you wrote. But I want you to start fresh as if this is January 1st today.
When setting goals, it's important to pick three main goals and just count the rest of the
other goals that you wrote down as extras. You can get to those if you finish those three goals.
Don't think of those extras as things that you actually need to do and focus and put your time on.
You don't need to. Don't think about those. Think about the main three. So highlight the main three
goals that you want to work on for the next six months. And when it comes to what your goals are,
I'm always someone who preaches. The sky's the limit. There's no dream that's unrealistic. There's no goal that's too big.
but something I've learned from my own experience is for your own well-being, you need to bring a little
reality into your goal setting. And I'm always someone who's like, don't, you know, nothing's unrealistic.
And that's true. If you want to be an astronaut, you're going to be an astronaut. If you want to
travel the world, you're going to travel the world. If you want to become a millionaire,
you'll become a millionaire. Whatever you set your mind to, you can become. But the thing is,
realize you don't need that right now. That's not your goal right now. There's times I wrote down on
my intentions and goals of the years that I'm going to make a million dollars this year. Let me tell
you, every year I've been disappointed because I haven't made a million dollars yet. And, you know,
that's a pretty big goal because someone at my age most likely doesn't have a million dollars.
The majority don't. So of course, these are goals that can be achieved at
the age you're at or it can be achieved in a year, it definitely can. But the thing is, you cannot
put such high expectations and high goals on yourself, or you're only going to leave yourself
disappointed every single time you set goals. For your own well-being, you need to bring a little
reality into your life and into your goal setting that will both feel fulfilling when you achieve
your goals, but it also doesn't feel overwhelming and it feels doable. Like I said, if you set your goals too high,
for your bandwidth. Maybe you have kids or maybe you have school work or maybe you have nothing going on,
but you're just a stressed person, whatever it is. You don't need an excuse. I'm just trying to say we all
have things in our life. We're all very individual. We all have our personal routines and our own life
that we need to attend to. So sometimes we don't have a time or room to have a 10 step skincare routine and
then a sauna and then a cold plunge and then, you know, go shopping and then doing this, that.
Sometimes we don't have that room or money in our routine, which is why you don't need to have
all of these things on your to-do list and onto your goal list because you're always going to
feel like a failure and feel disappointed when you realize, oh my gosh, I did not make a million
dollars this year. I didn't buy the house I wanted. I didn't get to this or that and I didn't
achieve this. All those things are going to add up and make you feel so bad at the end of the year
or bad when you reflect thinking, why did I not get anything done? In reality, you did. There are things
that you got done. There's things that were hard for you throughout the year. There's things that you
went through. There's struggles that you had. There's highs that you had. There's lows. And you need
to be celebrating those. So like I said, when it comes to goal setting, bring some reality onto the table.
What goals are going to make you feel fulfilled and accomplished after achieving them,
with it also being not too overwhelming and doable?
So like I said, one of the goals I've had for many years is to make a million dollars in a year,
but realistically, that's a pretty big goal and I have not hit that yet.
So instead of continuing to set a goal of $1 million a year or dropping that goal completely,
I'll think about it to myself and set a financial,
goal that I know is doable yet I'm going to feel accomplished after doing it. You want to set goals
for yourself that you're going to put work and effort into, but at the same time, it's not too
overwhelming. Another reason why setting too big goals can set you in the wrong direction is by you feeling
just too overwhelmed to even start. Sometimes we have too big of a mess or too big of a task or a project
that we avoid it. We procrastinate it. That's where procrastination comes from. It's being too
overwhelm. So when something's too big and it feels too undoable, we don't even want to start.
So we just put it off to the back of our mind and we have no progress at all. So if you want
progress, start small. So start your goal small, break in bite-sized pieces, start small and work your
way up. Because remember, we're looking for consistency over perfection. So know your main three goals
that you're setting for July to December that you plan to focus and dial in on. When it comes to
motivation, nobody is going to achieve these things for you. They're not. And it's the hard truth because
sometimes, you know, when we're younger, maybe our parents do a lot of things for us or things are
given to us or maybe you didn't have that growing up and maybe you had to work for your things.
And when you get older, you realize, okay, nobody's going to do stuff for me and I have to
do things for myself if I want them to get done. So it's, I can't be the only one who has this like dream
item of theirs that they always see whether it's a bag a sweater a top and you're like i just need that
but it's like sold out everywhere that's me with this one vintage dune and brick bag i literally was

for me. I have to do it myself. So find the desire and find the passion because that is what
drives motivation. When you know your goals, like what is the goal that you want? When you know them,
You have to think why do you want that? There has to be a why, a passion, and desire.
When you have that desire and passion, that is what drives motivation because you want it so bad.
Trust me, I want something so bad. I will make it happen. I will achieve that goal because I want it to happen so, so bad.
Of course, I want a million dollars, but again, we have to be realistic.
Romanticize your goals in the process of doing it. There's a quote I saw. I'm not really sure how to restate it because I don't remember.
it exactly, but it's something about like it's not the destination that's going to be where we find
her happiness. It was actually the journey all along. And it is so true. We think once we hit
this goal, we're going to be happy or once we finish this, we're going to be happy. And then
when we get to that point, we're going to already be on the next goal and the next goal, next goal, next
goal. And we're going to look back one day and realize that whole journey and the working hard
and everything leading up to it was actually the gift.
That was the highlight of it.
And as hard as the journey may be,
the work when there's the passion, the desire,
that is when you're going to reflect and think,
I had so much passion there, which is why I wanted it.
And of course, the gift of receiving and achieving that goal is great,
but it's the journey that counts.
So make sure to romanticize the journey and the process of doing it
at the same time being excited about the finish line.
Like I said, nobody wants your dream life.
and goals for you as much as you do. My brothers love me and they are just so proud of me.
They wish me the best in my career, my life. But they don't have the desire for me to achieve my
goals as much as I have the desire to achieve my goals. And I don't expect them to have the desire
because they have desire in their own goals. Why would they care so much about me and my goals
and me achieving my goals that they're going to go do it for me? No, because they're focused on their
own life. That's where you have to realize nobody's going to do this for you. Nobody's going to make
your bed in the morning except for you. Nobody's going to clean the dishes except for you. Oh, I mean,
if you have someone else helping you, yes. But I'm saying nobody's going to go get that job for you,
but you. You have to be your own advocate and you have to look out for yourself. It's you at the
end of the day. You are the person that you start life and finish life with. You are the longest
person you'll ever spend time with. So why not make it a person that you love? Why not make it a life
that you love? And stop putting yourself to the back burner. Stop putting yourself last. You have to
invest in yourself because when you invest in yourself is when you'll be able to give back in other
aspects of your life even more than you can even imagine. You want to treat loved ones better.
Guess what? Take time for yourself and you're going to be treating other people better. You want to show up for
work better and being more hardworking, fix your sleep schedule, invest in your sleep schedule,
go to bed earlier. You want to feel more awake during the day. You want to feel fit. You're going to
eat better. You're going to go on a walk. You're going to have some movement in your day.
Doing things for you is an investment in the outcome that you want. If you want the outcome that
you want to receive, then you have to put in the work. You don't need to be hard on yourself.
You don't need to be beating yourself up if you don't do something or human.
That's the last thing you need to do.
If you go off routine, okay, and guess what?
That's the beauty of a spontaneous day.
And tomorrow you're going to get back on routine or, you know, maybe next week you'll get back
onto routine.
Don't beat yourself up if you've lost some progress.
You didn't lose progress, first of all.
But don't beat yourself up if you're off track or if you're in a slump.
You didn't erase progress.
All you can do is pick yourself.
up and be proud of yourself for getting yourself up. Because if you keep beating yourself up thinking,
gosh, I can't believe I got into slump, I can't believe I'm behind, you're going to stay in that
slump. And what does that do for you? Nothing. It does nothing for you because you are so enthralled
in the past and so enthralled in the negative that you're not looking at, what if I just
turn this around and I move forward? Because you can. You have the opportunity to. It doesn't matter how deep
you feel you are and behind you feel this year, you can change your life at any moment in literally
completely 180, everything about your life. Today, even today, I was having such a bad day.
Things are going wrong. Like I said, I suffer with PMDD, so things are just not the best when I'm having
right before my period and my OCD gets really bad and I just start thinking a lot of things and then I get
down and then it just is a domino effect. It spirals. And,
I kind of, you know, get the shovel and start digging my grave even deeper. I'm like,
Jaden, what are you doing? You literally are, you got the shovel and you're just digging your grave even
deeper. You can stop now. You can get the dirt that you were digging and put it back and there
and rise up again from the top. And that's what I did. I did that today. I was in a bad spot today in my
headspace. I was allowing myself for things to fall apart. I was not feeling good. I wasn't going to
stay on schedule. I got off routine is very all or nothing where I'm like, you know what,
this days are you going bad? I might as well trash the rest of the day. Guess what I did.
I booked a massage for tomorrow. I'm taking myself on a date tomorrow. I'm going to have a little
walk later after recording this and I'm going to make a healthy dinner and curl up and read a book
after taking my everything shower. Look at that. Look at that. What if I just said, you know what? I'm
actually going to just wallow in my sadness and continue to feel how I feel let things fall apart
and I get it.
Like I'm someone who has struggled with my mental health.
I get it.
It is easy to allow yourself to keep doing that.
But you have to literally, you have to find a way to stop.
You have to find a way to at least throw away the shovel and don't let it be in your hands
anymore to keep digging.
You have to just stop.
You are the one in control.
Stop being the passenger.
and letting your negative thoughts drive the wheel.
Stop letting someone else drive the wheel.
Get out from being a passenger princess.
Get out of the car and go hold the wheel.
Be the driver.
Steer the car because you are literally in control of your life.
As much as it may feel like things are out of control,
you are in control.
And I promise you as hard as that may feel
when things are going on in your life,
eating a healthy dinner or watching your favorite show, doing some self-care, that is you in
control. That's you being able to control the situation you can. And don't put your control
somewhere else that you know is going to keep steering you in the wrong direction, but steer it to
the right path because you are in control and you have the ability to do that. As I was saying,
you don't need to be perfectly on track or schedule every single day because balance is key for
longevity. But keep yourself in check and you know deep down when you begin slipping up and going in a
slump. So you can just keep reflecting. You can reflect during the day. How am I doing right now?
Am I literally providing for myself or am I allowing myself to go in the wrong direction? You know deep
down and it's hard to come to terms with. But that's where being in check is really important.
Another thing is treat yourself with the love that you deserve because treating yourself with the love that
you deserve is moving in the right direction. Going the right path and putting effort and doing things
to get closer and closer to your goal. So being on the right path is treating yourself the way that you
deserve to be treated. If you want to feel more fit and healthy and stronger, you're going to be
doing some more movement. You're going to be going to the gym. You're going to be going on morning
walks. You're going to be eating a little healthier. You're going to be doing things in the right
direction. But if your goal is to feel more stronger and to feel more fit, you're not going to be
sitting in bed all day long, not getting any movement. That's not what you're going to do.
You know deep down what is right for you and what path you need to be taking. Motivation is
not something that is everlasting. In my eyes, it's an emotion. It's like being happy and being
sad. You feel it in waves and at times. It's not 24-7. It's an emotion, in my opinion. So motivation
doesn't need to be felt 24-7 because we're human and that is physically impossible for us to feel
motivated 24-7. That said, you need to begin setting yourself up for success for the times that you
aren't feeling motivated. You're so motivated when you go to bed maybe and you think,
tomorrow's a fresh start. I'm going to wake up. I'm going to go to the gym. I'm going to be productive.
And I'm going to have my morning matcha. And then all of a sudden, you wake up in the morning. You're like,
I'm staying in bed.
I'm not getting up.
I'm not going to the gym.
And I'm literally not.
I don't care.
Tomorrow I'll start.
It's always going to be tomorrow I'll start and it'll never actually happen.
The thing is, we may feel really motivated at one moment.
It's like an emotion.
We're feeling motivated at one moment.
That's where you need to set yourself up for success the night before.
So if you need to wake up and feel motivated for the gym, don't set yourself up for failure,
not knowing where your workout clothes are
in the morning and then losing your shoes and then all your underwear is dirty you have nothing
to wear to the gym and then you don't know where your keys are and then you're like I'm going back to bed
or I'm too cold to get out of bed so your robe is in the other room so you just go back to sleep
the thing is if you want to set yourself up for success for the times you aren't motivated you need to
start planning ahead you want to go to the gym in the morning and have your morning match up
okay the night before you're going to lay out your gym clothes you're going to get your
matcha on your counter you're going to have everything set out and ready for the minute you wake up
you know you wake up and you're thinking oh i don't want to go to the gym i want to stay in bed
oh wait my gym clothes are literally laid out all i have to do is put it on make my macha
and go out the door and that's it instead of starting your morning off in chaos
looking for your keys looking for your shoes not seeing where your clothes are oh wait they're
dirty in the laundry. Set yourself up for success if you want good things to happen and if there
be a good outcome. I realized I've been like yelling at you this whole entire episode. I'm so sorry.
Know that I'm yelling at you out of love. I usually don't like I feel like shout during episodes.
But today I was in a little shouting mood because I just have so much love for you and I know you need
to have a good midier check-in and to have this reset for yourself to realign with your goals and to get
productive. So I want you to begin providing for yourself and becoming happier, healthier, and
feeling more excitement. And that all comes from self-investment and checking in with yourself.
Checking in with ourselves and being in tune with how we feel what we need, what our needs are,
is one of the most important things that you can do for yourself. And most importantly,
trust the process, because the process is the journey. You don't need everything you want,
all your goals right now to happen. They're going to happen in time. They're going to happen in time.
break them down, take it bite size by bite size piece by piece and realize you're going to have
that one day. So enjoy the now. Enjoy where you're at right now today. Work hard for yourself,
invest in yourself. And I promise you you're going to be living your dream life and you are
