Starting point is 00:00:00 Hello, my loves. Welcome to The Busy Yet Pretty Podcast. I'm your host, Jaden Haley. Today's guest, we have the one and only, which has been very requested. Hello, it's Trin from The Wellness Cafe. I feel like many people will probably listen to your podcast, but give a little description. Of course. My name is Trin.
Starting point is 00:00:27 I host the Wellness Cafe podcast. It is, as we just realized, we recorded an episode from my podcast, and Jaden and I were so, so, so similar. it is all things romanticizing your life, becoming your happiest, healthiest self. But I take you along the crashouts as well. Like we do it all around the wellness cafe. Oh, of course. Like I stand on a crash out, but also I'll help you rise up from that crash out. 100%.
Starting point is 00:00:54 I feel like we're also, like you said, very aligned in the way of we like to get motivated, but we also like your little like playful, whimsical feeling. Yes. So I feel like this episode we're really just going to talk about spring. and just lock in about spring and everything. So to get started, okay, you're here. And I want to know just like what are you embodying right now for spring? Like what's the whole mindset right now for spring?
Starting point is 00:01:17 Okay, that's a good question. Yes. I'm embodying, like we talked about already, embodying the work play balance. Love, yes. And not putting too much pressure on yourself because I think putting too much pressure on yourself can be like really bad. and we all like ambitious girlies we can we can really do that so trying to just like dive into a nice balance as we all always say we're always trying to balance a hundred percent but no like you said it's like it's so easy to feel burnt out and overworked and it's like in order to have like things succeed
Starting point is 00:01:52 in your business life your school your career it's like you have to prioritize the personal life and how that women's cool how that play one thousand percent exactly you just get it so let's get it so let's get into talking about spring routines because that's something like I love a good routine. Like even though sometimes like, you know, we all like switch up our routines. I'm very seasonal. So depending on the season, I definitely will switch up my routine and how just it works with my schedule. But when it comes to spring, I want to know what does your spring morning routine look like? So let's go over and like talk about all that. Okay, gorgeous. I am the exact same way I always switch up my routine, especially if you find yourself falling off of your habits or getting bored
Starting point is 00:02:33 I'm like, just switch it up. Try something new. Switch it up. 100%. So right now, my spring morning routine, obviously, wake up, make the bed. Look, the basics. No, but honestly, it's like, that's something that I feel like many of us, like, put off for a while.
Starting point is 00:02:48 And then once you realize it's like making your bed, it takes a minute. If it takes under like five minutes, do it right there and it can just shape your day. Mm-hmm. 1,000 percent. Because if I get out of bed and I don't make my bed, I will be back in that bed in five minutes. Oh, 100%. And it also just makes, like, again, like, I always say this, but like your environment is how you're going to feel inside.
Starting point is 00:03:06 So it's like you are your environment. If your room is messy, if your bed's messy, your head's going to feel messy and unorganized. 1,000%. For sure. So after you make your bed, so what does that look like then after for your morning routine? So bed is made and then I'm like, okay, I can do this. Look it. I did that.
Starting point is 00:03:21 What can I do now? I'm very, very big on setting the vibes in my apartment. Love. I'm living on my own for the first time and I call it, okay, for context, if you have never met me before. I went through a very, very, very tragic breakup crash out. Like, we're talking down back. We're talking crying in bed every day. We're talking no workouts, no habits. How am I going to survive? Majority of people, though, feel that. So again, like people listening to this, it's like you're not alone. Even like, Trin just said, it's like she had it. And she's
Starting point is 00:03:52 picture perfect. It's like when you look at her and her everything. But it's like, we'll have that. We all have those things. So continue. Yes. So then I was like, okay, we need to romanticize this, switch the mindset. I can do this. I can get out of this. So I call my place the girl palace. Oh my gosh. Wait, that's so cute. I'm like, add the whimsy into your life. Girl palace. It's all pink. It's like a very inner child core. So I love that. Immediately open all the windows and listen to the birds. Oh my gosh. In the morning, I'm like, fresh air, sunshine, listen to the birds. Then I put frequency music on my TV. Wait, okay. No, we're talking like. The frequencies, the everything. We're getting into it.
Starting point is 00:04:33 Oh, yeah. This is like a Pinterest dream like morning. This is like I'm sitting like like this. She said meditation mode. She really did. She said protecting my piece. Oh, you literally did. You're the exact memes that we see on Instagram and everything that's like protecting
Starting point is 00:04:48 my piece and it's like a collage of like different girls doing yoga. Like the yoga aesthetic. It is so important. But the thing is that it works. It does. I am just like so strong on putting positive. positivity into your life, like frequency music, only positive thoughts. I'm so, so, so, so intentional about the words that I speak. I'm very big on that and just like, I'm getting ahead of myself.
Starting point is 00:05:13 Back to the morning routine. No, but honestly, no, that's honestly very on topic though, but it's really important to talk to ourselves how we would our best friend. It's like, or our zone we love, it's like, I'm not going to be like, Trin, you look horrible. Like, why would I do that? Why would I say that? Why are you saying that to yourself? It's like, you're your best friend. So it's like, Why would you say that? So honestly, exactly what you said, it's like talk to yourself as you would with someone else and be intentional how you talk to yourself. I think we're all about intention right now for the spring.
Starting point is 00:05:40 Intention. Oh, that's good. And alignment. I heard you say that. Yes. Earlier I'm like aligned. Like my best friend and I can't stop saying it's like our little catchphrase. If something works, we're like aligned.
Starting point is 00:05:51 Oh, I love that. Aligned. Aligned. Okay. Wait, another motto. Okay. Are you an overthinker? 1,000 percent.
Starting point is 00:05:58 I am too. That's why I had to narrow it down to. It's either align. or not? And if it's not, you got to go. 100%. Because a lot of the times we're thinking, like, for instance, like, of a lot of the background noise is thinking, okay, if I try to be like, okay, this aligned or not aligned in my life, I'm going to be like, well, this is aligned, but it has this, or this is not aligned, but what about, it's like, sometimes you don't need the in the
Starting point is 00:06:18 middle conversation or the excuses and just be like, you know, for now, this is a no. 1000%. No, I actually love that. Put that on a shirt. That's a motto. Aligned, not aligned. Aligned or not. It's like it needs to be aligned in the front, not aligned in the back.
Starting point is 00:06:32 Yeah. That's like what has to do. 1,000%. 100%. So when it comes to spring night routine, so for instance, my spring night routine is kind of looking like, I know we're just getting into spring. And I know the weather is different depending on where you live and stuff. But you can always be spring in Wednesday, whether it's snowing out or whether it's birds chirping out.
Starting point is 00:06:52 So for me lately, I've been loving for my night routine, just having like, okay, this is like funny, but like my bed tray, I love like a little bed. tray with like a little dessert and a tea on it. I love it. It's so chic. And I'll put like on a show and like like a guilty pleasure show. And also I'll be like okay, I'll have my skincare done and everything done. And then I'll have my journal right by my bed to write out just a little, okay, maybe you've done this before. Maybe you haven't stuff. But if anyone's listening and just trying to think of, okay, how can I just do some bit of journaling but without doing proms? It's so nice to actually get just like a journal or like a planner. and you can write every day something you did instead of using it as a planner.
Starting point is 00:07:31 Love. Yeah, just writing it down. So I've been loving that and it just puts my evening to a nice start because when you do that, it's like your morning routine begins with the night routine. In the summer, I love to have consistency in my routine, especially with my health, since sometimes in the summer, I swear I'm just like wrapped up in the plans and going to adventure and go places. And while all of that is great, it's still important to be consistent on your routine.
Starting point is 00:08:01 in your health, which is why I love AG1. AG1 is a daily health drink with a multivitamin, pre-in probiotics, superfoods, and antioxidants with just one scoop in eight ounces of water. It truly is so easy. I will just have a water bottle on the go and then I'll just add my scoop of AG1. And I love knowing that I am doing what I need for my health, but also not having to invest so much time into it if I'm busy. It truly just makes it so easy to have consistency in my health.
Starting point is 00:08:28 Literally, I love AG1. My dad is such an AG1. guy. We all love AG1 here. Visit drinkag1.com slash pray to get a free morning person hat and free AG1 flavor sampler in your welcome kit with your first AG1 subscription and $82 value. That's drinkag1.com slash pretty. One of my favorite things for the spring has just been having a fresh manicure. It just makes me feel confident and just put together and clean. But I think I love it most of all because of what I've been doing with my nails lately and that thing being using olive in June. Sometimes I don't have time to go into the nail salon.
Starting point is 00:09:12 And I'll be so honest with you, sometimes I just don't enjoy going to the nail salon. And sometimes I just want to do it at home. So lately, I have been absolutely obsessed with the Olive and June Manny system. You can literally do salon quality nails at home. It's clean, safe, and easy, which is perfect. And it's designed for busy schedules. So if you don't want to go to the nail salon or don't have time, doing it at home can be so easy. I just love mine so much.
Starting point is 00:09:36 And just my nails feel so strong. visit olive in June.com slash pretty 20 for 20% off your first system that's O-L-I-V-E-A-N-J-U-N-E dot com slash P-R-T-T-Y-2-0 for 20% off your first system. If you go to bed early, have that night, it's going to make you feel waking up refreshed and stuff. So how does your night routine look like right now for spring? Okay, I couldn't agree more. The night routine is really how you like set yourself up for a successful morning routine. Because for so long I only had a morning routine and like my night.
Starting point is 00:10:12 nights were kind of random and whatever I was feeling. But I feel like nailing down your night routine really does set you up for your morning. For sure. So it's very specific as well. Okay. I'm seeing it. I love my like intentional specific routines. Yes. Because this is also the first time I've ever lived alone and I just like love romanticizing it and getting into it. The first step, obviously, as we know, no overhead lighting. Ambient lighting only. Love. Get those overhead lights off. Do you do a candle or do like a mini lamp or what do you do? Okay. So I have three pillar vases. And they're on the floor and they all have like big pillar candles.
Starting point is 00:10:47 So I'll light those and make it like very like cozy aesthetic. I love that. Then I have the hatch with red light in my bedroom. Wait, I have a hatch. Is it a new one or no? No. The version two. Oh, I don't know what version I have.
Starting point is 00:11:01 I need to look. I only did it to like wake up in the morning. So I need a look into that. Red light at night like really winds you down for bed. I love red light. Yeah. It's a really healing too. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:11:10 For sure. I like the lights are all so specific. So, yeah, we have the pillars, we have the hatch, then we have a salt rock lamp in the kitchen. Like, I am very specific about these habits. I love that. And then you go into like a modern house with like bright lights and don't even wrong, love a modern house, but like it really like I love just like the cozy feel when it's like, you know, it's kind of reminds me of like when people say, wind your body down with the sun and stuff.
Starting point is 00:11:35 So it's like if you have like this bright blue light lighting in your house, you're you're destined to feel more awake and buzzing. You just your body is just not going to be able to relax. So I love that. And then next, this might be, like, it's a little different. So I set myself down for bed with the lighting, but I'm a huge, like, Swifty and Music Person. So I'll have, like, loud music going as loud as possible. That it's kind of counterintuitive.
Starting point is 00:12:03 Balance. But, yeah, balance. Like, the ambience is, like, cozy, but then loud music. I've also been nonstop listening to Harry Style's new album. Okay, I've heard it's really good. I haven't sat down and listened to it yet. It is. It is.
Starting point is 00:12:16 Every single night, we get the Spotify on the TV, loud music, and then I Dyson, vacuum, clean my space, clean space, clear mind. With the dim lighty? Yes. And the music. So it's like a little party. Like you have to romanticize. You know, we don't want to clean every single night, those shitty adult things that we don't want to do. But it's like romanticize it, put the music on, have a party dance.
Starting point is 00:12:34 Then I'll get into skincare. I've been really into lymphatic drainage at home lately. Okay. love do you use like a tool because I usually just like use like a wooden tool. So the wooden tool or a dry brush. Oh, I love a dry brush. I do. And also like I found it is so much like my, it makes my skin really like nice and soft
Starting point is 00:12:54 then like the next few days. Yeah. I am like obsessed with trying to make my skin as soft as possible lately. Oh, I love that. I feel like the dry brush and then like a good body oil. Okay. What's your favorite body oil? I'm like a body oil girl.
Starting point is 00:13:05 Okay. What's your fate? Me too. The Loxetone. So good. The shower one. and the normal one, like obsessed. And I want to get into bed, like, drenched.
Starting point is 00:13:15 Oh, 100%. Soft skin, clean bed sheets. Stain the sheets with oil. Yeah, do it. Stain them. I'll wash them. It's fine. I'll wash them in the Sunday reset.
Starting point is 00:13:22 Exactly. It's fine. My self-tan's going to get on it anyway. It doesn't matter. No, I love, those are two really good ones. Right. I love, okay, I need to, just like have a sleepover now. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:31 No, I do. I love having my girls over for sleepovers. We're like, we are never too old for sleepovers. Let's get the matching Victoria Secret PJs. Let's do the skincare. Exactly. Yeah. The whole thing.
Starting point is 00:13:41 Yeah. Exactly. Okay, no, I have to sleep over one night. No, 100%. I'm going to fly to you just have a sleepover. You're always welcome. Thank you. Same with you.
Starting point is 00:13:49 So now when it comes to getting motivated. So I know with the spring, we kind of talked about this recently in past episodes and stuff, but I've talked about kind of like having that almost what we were saying too, but like having that playful side and having a locked in spring. So are you leading towards right now a locked in spring or more of a wimskill spring? because to me, I'm really just trying to, like, be disciplined and be kind of in the Locked and Spring by the same time having that play. Because having that play in that whimskoldness, putting that first in our personal priorities is going to make me do better in my, like,
Starting point is 00:14:23 locked in era where it's like, you know, my business and my career and stuff. So how does that look like for you? One thousand percent. I am trying to do both right now. Like every single time I let a guy leave my life. I'm just like, focus on yourself, put that energy back into glowing up. And I'm really locked in on that right now. Honestly, that's why people come to your life and leave your life for reasons. It's like I think of like past things where I'm like in kind of what you said, well like what you said and stuff. But like I will think, okay, if that person or that opportunity didn't come into my life, it would have never brought me to this. And or would it have like helped me find a better version of myself.
Starting point is 00:15:02 So I love that. And I feel like right now like you're kind of in the same as me. Like we're locked in about the same time we're not being so hard on ourselves. where we're going to feel burnt out. So that's really important. I think it's for sure. So definitely. Okay.
Starting point is 00:15:15 So I know we looked at our, you had me pull up my explore page. I want to see what your Pinterest page looks like right now. Oh my gosh. Okay. Let's check our Pinterest page because it honestly, just a reflection of what we're looking at lately. 1,000%.
Starting point is 00:15:29 I'm a big iPad and good Pinterest Time Girl. Love. Okay. You like a big old iPad with a pen or a finger or what's your plan? I love a, like part of the night. routine is after I get in with my body oil, get me my pink iPad, get me my Apple pencil, and let me Pinterest in bed with music on. Okay, dream night, period. I love that and the dim lighting. Yes. The T. Swift. Yeah. Love it. Yep. Okay. Let me see yours. Like, what's your Pinterest
Starting point is 00:15:54 looking like? Okay. Um, mine right now, I'll go first. Mine right now is like matcha on it. And then we have a little crocheting things because I've been really into like spring crafting lately. French manicure because I was trying to pull it up at the nail salon to show the manicure I was wanting. It ended up coming out really bad so I had to come home and file it myself. Love. To be shorter, but it's okay. You know, we pass by. And then also, I have some little like quotes on here. It says good things, good thoughts. So we're just in that spring, frolicing, but also motivated era. What about you? Yep. Okay, this is on brand. It says, slow down. You're doing fine. Oh, love that. So like I said, very,
Starting point is 00:16:39 tapping into like slowing down and not always putting so much pressure on yourself to keep doing more for sure sparkly i always get what i want i love how you're like on theme always with the quotes and you're it's like the like the girl memes i really are really important to like curate your social media for what you want your life to be yes because you're such a reflection of the content that you're consuming so i really like am intentional about the content that i consume and making sure that it's only positive. I think that's so important. A hundred percent. No, I agree. It's like you become what you consume. If you were watching all negative content, all skinny talk content, let me just say your relationship with food and your body is not going to be the best.
Starting point is 00:17:21 And I'm sorry, if you hang out with five different people who are negative, you're going to become the sick. So it's time to look at your environment and think, okay, how can I shape it to what I want to be? And because your environment reflects who you are as a person. Oh, 1,000%. This is tapping into the play and whimsy. Are you on bedazzling? Oh my, wait, get out. Wait, the fact that literally on my pictures, hi, hi, I can't stop bedazzling my makeup. Oh my gosh, wait, I have not done it. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Especially if you want to like get off your phone and like do something with your hands. It's so therapeutic. And I just love having my makeup bedazzled. It's like just so fun. You're sending me a photo later of what you've done. Oh, I will. That's honestly a perfect little
Starting point is 00:18:02 spring hobby too people can do. It's just like bedazzle anything you have at home. I would. I will say don't, well, unless you're an expert, try doing your wired headphones. I thought I wanted to do my wired headphones because it looked really cool on Pinterest. Yeah. And I kind of ruined them. Okay. Note for the girlies, maybe stay away from the wired headphones, but other than that. Okay, and trial and air, we all need someone to do the trial to see the air. Exactly. To come into life. But wait, that is so cute. Okay. That's like, okay, I'm like a needlepoint, like, girl right now, I'm like a watercolor girl, but now, like, you're a bedazzle girl, so I feel like we need to swap a little hobby moment. Yeah, you would love it.
Starting point is 00:18:35 We have to. mic is I bedazzled the pod mic pink stop you need to get okay I'm actually you need to send me a photo later I need to see that mine's black and it's not that cute and it looks kind of just like equipment yeah so it's time for me to get a cute little pinky one yes love that okay when it comes to daily non-negotiables what are things in your daily routine that honestly like you could never live without and this is honestly like when it comes to spring mostly but or in general but this could be weird like just things for your mental health your physical physical health or it can just be cliche things.
Starting point is 00:19:08 It really, whatever you feel like you can't live without. Okay, this might be very cliche, but honestly, truly Pilates, like, number one, I just need my workout for my mental health and to feel good. It's so important to move your body for your mental health, and I just need to incorporate it at least like five times out of the week. I love that. Do you like Matt Pilates or a former? Okay, so there's this place in Canada called J-Bird.
Starting point is 00:19:35 Oh, okay. It's like a dark, hot, sweaty, candlelit Pilates on mat. And you do a dance party at the end for two minutes. Wait. No. You have to come over for a sleepover and we couldn't go to J-bird. No, we're going there. It's the best thing ever.
Starting point is 00:19:50 Wait, okay. So it's like calm and then it's like leaves off on a good note. Like you walk in and it's frequency music and all the girlies are like in their matching sets. And it's really calming and then dance party at the end. Wait, that's exactly what I need. It's almost like reviving. vibes you at the end. It's the best. That's so cute. I'm going to have a sleep over your house and we're going there. You're welcome anytime. A hundred percent. That's adorable though. No, okay, is there any other
Starting point is 00:20:13 like non-negotiables in your daily routine for spring? Yes. I would say, honestly, the music again. Like, I'm just like big on incorporating things I love that make me happy into my routine so that I never get bored and I'm always just romanticizing my life. For sure. It never used to be one, but now that I live on my own, it's like so important to just always have. like good energy, whether it's like music, whether it's what I'm on my phone, whether it's my friends, like just high vibes all the time. Yes, exactly. Maybe instead of music, high vibes all the time is number two, just positivity, high vibes. I love that. And those are like two things kind of what you said, though, about like what you consume is how you're going to feel. And also
Starting point is 00:20:52 when it comes to how you talk to yourself, like that's so important. So important. Like if you're going to be talking negative to yourself, you're destined to feel negative to yourself. So 100%. And then when it comes to spring, do you like to, I know we kind of, I know we kind of I talked about a Lockton Spring or more of like a Wombschool Girl Spring. When it comes to your like overall days, are you, are you, do you like to like stay in more or like go out more when it comes to like spring? Do you like to do the walks on the walking pad or go outside? I used to be such a cozy homebody and like never left my house. And I've recently been forcing myself to get out of the house more because I'm big on like thinking like, you know, if you want more opportunities, you have to go get them.
Starting point is 00:21:31 For sure. So I've been like really trying to be in my leave in my house era. I love it. I was in a relationship for so long and we stayed in a lot. So I've been trying to push myself outside of my comfort zone and like get outside and go like, I mean, I always went for walks, but like at nighttime, I guess is what I'm referring to. It's like getting outside. But yeah, I've really been into my daily walks on the seawall. The cherry blossoms are blooming. They're just like, so pretty. Like spring vibes are definitely in the air. Definitely. No, again, it's like what you make of it too. Like you said, it's like it's easy to be in your comfort zone. And, you know, sometimes
Starting point is 00:22:07 it's not always the most comfortable for us to, you know, go on a walk outside or do something that is out of her comfort zone. But again, in order to grow, it's like you have to go out your comfort zone. And spring is about growing because it's like a flower. I think of it like a flower. New beginnings. Yes. Literally a flower. Like you're blooming. You have a new beginning. Exactly. We're blooming. Exactly. Now when it comes to solo dates and we kind of talked briefly about this and it comes to solo hobbies and solo dates. Right now, I have really been loving, like I said, needle pointing, water coloring and honestly just having like a little like tea time with myself. I'll like, yeah, I'll make a little little snack board and have like tea.
Starting point is 00:22:43 That's like something I love doing. But what do you have you been loving to do for spring? Okay, so kind of the same like just honestly it's like I love going for my walk. Yes. Getting a matchup, going to Pilates. And I've really been trying to slow. down for spring and romanticize it and like take a second to stop on my walk and look at the flowers blooming and like soak it in take it in be present i'm huge on like presence right now and like instead of just going through your day because you can kind of get used to your day and forget that it's like hey this is the life that i've been dreaming of this is my dream life this is life you work so hard for so like taking a pause to really like appreciate where you are definitely like i'm like slow spring i love that okay so when
Starting point is 00:23:27 it comes to being like present and I think this is something where I'm sure you get a lot of questions and I do too. Everyone is once in a know like how do you feel present and how do you also like embody presence in your life and detach from being almost in that like broken record loophole of like school work, whatever it is that is tying your mind. So how do you kind of detach and feel more present in your like daily life? I think honestly this started from the breakup, which is just like another goes to show that something that you think is so bad. it's like it didn't work out because you would have hated it and it like bad things always force you to change stuff up and grow so I really started getting into that after the breakup because I was
Starting point is 00:24:06 like I don't even know what my life is right now like I really need to change things up and oh my gosh what was even the original question no you're literally fine how do you feel more present and stuff oh okay no but 100% it's exactly how I feel right right right so that made me change everything so I've just been big on changing things up to stay present I love that because Yeah, when I got out of my routine, it forced me to, like, see things new and change things up, and that really helped. Definitely. No, we have to be in certain situations or things have to leave our life in order for things to come in. Exactly. Like, and I know you've talked about your breakup a lot on your podcast, and I briefly have on mine and stuff, but like, this was like, mine was
Starting point is 00:24:45 way before yours and stuff, but I, I know the feeling. It's like, sometimes you're like, okay, whoa, like, this is a shift and stuff. But it's like, oh my gosh, we think, okay, thank gosh, this thing happened in order for us to find this new version of myself. And also, because I, everyone goes through breakups. And I feel like we all get questions on it. But it's like, people wonder, it's like, how am I going to find that version of myself again? It's like, babe, you may never be that version of yourself again after the breakup. And thank God I'm not. And thank God I'm not. And thank God I'm not. Exactly. The new version of myself that I found after it, I like, I'm obsessed with her. Yes. I'm obsessed with her. And I thought it was the worst thing that could ever happen to me at the time.
Starting point is 00:25:24 And now that I've grown, I'm like, wait, thank God that didn't work out because I would have hated it. Exactly. And it takes time in order to see that and look back. So much time. It's been like a year and a half. So for sure. Anyone listening who's going through a breakup, time. Time yields all just give yourself time because for six months, honestly, I like didn't even know how to live my life. For sure. So give yourself time. No, it's like it's not an overnight thing. Yeah. Nothing comes overnight, not success, not anything. It's like a feeling and finding that version of you. It's like, that takes time and it takes experiences.
Starting point is 00:25:57 Yeah. And honestly, it's like you look back and think, oh my gosh, like none of us would have been to where we are because we also know like, okay, certain things, experiences, people, they would have held us back from places we want to be. And you will be drawn and give in to the right people once your time. It's like you will, like the universe is on your side if you believe it is and your dreams and your life and stuff can go as far as you believe you are and stuff. So I fully agree for sure.
Starting point is 00:26:24 It's so important. Definitely. So when it comes to like this new spring era of you and stuff, and I know this has been kind of like, are you having kind of like a reset or more of kind of like consistency over perfection? Because I know like a lot of people like to have a reset. Right now I'm preaching like a refresh. So you don't have to have a full.
Starting point is 00:26:42 Yeah. So it's a full life reset. Don't have like pressure or you're never going to get to it and then think you failed. I think it's important to have a refresh where we continue what we're doing and just like alter anything that isn't working for us. So what do you like to do right now, do you think? We are so, as I say, aligned. We're aligned.
Starting point is 00:27:00 That's exactly how I put it. And honestly, what I said on my spring reset episode was like, if it's not aligned, get it out. So like a little like spring reset, refresh, like check in, like how are, how's everything going? Yeah. Is it aligned or not? If it's not, remove it, like just like a little check in. Also like spring cleaning.
Starting point is 00:27:18 I did an afternoon of spring cleaning and like I'm moving my bed away from the wall. I did the dusting. I did. I did the underwear drawer, the socks. Oh, that's the hardest drawers to get to. The works. I dread it. I'm like, we're playing on a podcast or some music and we're locking in. Yeah. With a macha or, exactly. What are you? Sorry, we're hopping off topic, pretty usual. But what is your little drinky while you clean? Macha. And I have this pink mug. It's like a bubble mug. And it just makes me so happy every morning. I love that. So do you like a warm matcha or a cold one? I am 365 days the year iced drinker always. Okay, me too. So is it like,
Starting point is 00:27:53 Oh, so you have it, like, iced in your little mug? Yeah. That's so cute. Oh, yeah. We're putting the iced one in the mug to romanticize it, but it's still iced. Oh, of course. Yeah. How do you like to make your matcha?
Starting point is 00:28:03 Like, do you have, like, the sprinkles on top? I'm, like, loving the little, like, whimsical sprinkles on everything right now. I think it's so cute. Yes. And also whimsical sprinkles on breakfast. Like yogurt bowls? Oh, please. Smoothie bowls with the little whimsical sprinkles.
Starting point is 00:28:15 Pink and green and blue stars. And it's like on a little oatmeal bowl. I love that. I love that. We're so aligned. We're so aligned. So what's, what's a little. the spring like food and breakfast been looking like because honestly like I I love a repeat meal and
Starting point is 00:28:29 and we are the same person yeah it's scary no it's hard and then when I'm like we're I'm like oh I love going out for breakfast like that's like my happiness but at the same time I'm like let me look at the menu because like nothing's going to top my like oatmeal bowl I've been making oh yeah but what what are you doing right now for spring food and breakfast for spring food the thing that I'm like most hyper fixated on is my dinner and it's okay Okay. Don't make fun of me. No, I need to hear. The girls have been making fun of me. No, I want to hear it.
Starting point is 00:28:59 I've been eating this same dinner for, I kid you not, maybe four months. Okay. Have you tried the beef, sweet potato? Babe, I eat beef for breakfast. Okay. I literally, my breakfast was a turkey bowl. Okay. Like, I've been trying to come up with new recipes on the pod because I always used to give them, like, healthy recipe ideas.
Starting point is 00:29:17 I'm like, girls, I don't know what to tell you. I've been prepping this bowl for four months because it's just that good. I love it. And the results are so good. Oh, I love a protein moment. Love a protein moment. I love a protein in a fiber moment. Yes.
Starting point is 00:29:29 I love it. Wait, okay, that's so funny. I was like, okay, you're either going to go in the route of like an oatmeal bowl or a beef bowl. And it's so funny. I just right now, because I'm like PMSing, I've been on like a sweet oatmeal bowl kick right now. But 99% of the time I'm a savory girl. Like I love salt. Oh, me too.
Starting point is 00:29:48 I love salt. And on like the beef and steak because I, my periods are so bad. I have like PCOS and it's a whole. Yeah, for sure. We won't even get into that, but they're bad and they like really take me out and my energy gets drained and I am like so irritable. So I try to eat a lot of steak. So if it's not the beef bowl, I'll literally do like steak for dinner with a side of veggies.
Starting point is 00:30:08 So do you make it yourself? Would you like to go places? I mean, I love to go out and I do go out a lot, but usually like at home throughout the week. I try to do like eat at home, cook for myself during the week and then go out with my friends on the weekend and like do whatever I want. That's fine. Have fun.
Starting point is 00:30:21 just like incorporate balance. Definitely. Okay, no, I feel like we're on the same wavelength. Yes. Okay, I love a savory breakfast. I'm like a big salty girl. Like I love a salt moment. And I'm like, I just love like a turkey, a beef bowl with like sweet potato or like mustard, a pickle. I'm like, yes. That's what I'm like when people want to know when I'm eating. I'm like, guys, it's kind of ugly. It's kind of weird. It's ugly. Okay. I'm not going to put sprinkles on that, but wait, should we start putting sprinkles on our beef bowl? I wish we had like a little like a star like salt. Something a little like sprinkle of that. Okay.
Starting point is 00:30:55 Wait. How do you feel about cottage cheese? Okay. Cottage cheese? I used to eat. Okay, I got on a really big kick at some point. I was eating two to three buckets like a good day. Like I was in an extreme like it was like breakfast, bucket, lunch, bucket, dinner,
Starting point is 00:31:11 like I was obsessed. I'm straight out of the tub. Like give me a cottage cheese bowl straight out of the tub. It's really perfection. And like, okay, like, okay, sorry. I'm hopping around but like a cottage cheese with a sausage. Have you tried? It's so ugly, but like it's the hot girl meal.
Starting point is 00:31:25 Can I introduce you to cottage cheese with hot honey and chili flakes? Oh, you tried that? No. Wait. Oh, my gosh. I need to try sausage. You need to try hot honey chili flakes. I will be doing that.
Starting point is 00:31:36 Gorgeous. Wait, so what do you do? Just put like honey and chili flakes? Yes. And it's delicious. Okay, is that like a breakfast, a snack, a dinner? Like, what do you like to do with that? Or just like aside or what?
Starting point is 00:31:45 It can be, the best part, it can be awesome. Really cool. When it came to a matcha, I wanted to know. how do you make yours again? Do you have like a syrup or do you like to do like unsweetened, honey? Like, what do you do? I do honey. Okay. Yeah. So I have my pink maca set. The pink wimsy matre set is very important in the girl palace. Like everything is pink. If you walk in, it looks like, I'm pink girl. Yeah. I love how you're wearing no pink though. But like I get pink energy from you, which is funny. Okay. I love that. I like that. I like that's, I like that's, I like that's, I like
Starting point is 00:32:14 I used to wear a lot of pink and I've kind of been into like I'm wearing a vintage Nike Windbreaker right now. Love. And I've kind of been into like track stuff lately and it's felt weird like not being dressing as girly. So I'm actually glad you said that. No. And you have the cute little ballet flats.
Starting point is 00:32:29 It's so cute. I'm obsessed with ballet flats. Oh my goodness. I love it. I love it. But okay, this is really weird in niche. But like my, okay, this is weird. But my toenails get bruises on.
Starting point is 00:32:38 Whenever I wear belly flats and my toenails are short too. So I'm like, just doesn't work for me. So I'm like a little kitten heel girl, I guess. Okay, love that. Yeah, so that's what I have to resort to. We really are the same person for my birthday. I was in New York, and I bought myself a pair of red bottoms as like a love. Girl boss, my own money, my own career, celebrate the pod.
Starting point is 00:32:58 And they bruised my toes so bad the first night I wore them that both of my middle toenails fell off. So you said that, I'm like, girl, don't even worry. Literally like. We are aligned down to the bruised toes. She said red bottom, but red toes. more like red toenails. People say beauty is pain. It actually is sometimes pain.
Starting point is 00:33:19 Yeah. It's sometimes pain. Okay. So also when it comes to you, I did want to know. Okay. When it comes to our like beauty faves, and I feel like with spring, we just get off of like a different.
Starting point is 00:33:28 So I'm, okay. Year round for me, I usually do the same base makeup. That's usually what I do. Summer I definitely do less makeup and stuff. I'd like to do like very light and natural. But even majority of the year, I like to just stay to like more like
Starting point is 00:33:41 lighter feeling on my face. But when it comes to like your favorite lipies right now, so what's your favorite beauty products and like what's your favorite lip gloss right now or like lip product? Oh my gosh. I know we talked about this briefly, but like, do you want to get her out? Of course. Or do you have her right now? I already have it out. Yep. But it's so hard because, yeah, it's like any given time it's like probably 20 lippies in my purse. Oh, me too. So it's hard to like choose a favorite child. But it would have to be road peptide lip boost right now. Love. That's how your lips look so good. Thank you. I'm like it also, it looks like a sas on for a long time. It does. It really does. And I think that's important because sometimes I'll love a lippy.
Starting point is 00:34:14 But if it doesn't stay on, no matter how much I love it, I'll have to replace it. Oh, yeah. I literally like, or sometimes some go like really quick. Like it has like no product in it. Yeah. I'm like one to last like for a long time and stuff. Given I'm the problem because I'm always using it so much I'm replacing it. But my favorite right now is the Kylie skin of vanilla caramel.
Starting point is 00:34:33 So good. I'm going to have to try that as well. I love it. Okay. And when it comes to a spring hair favorite, what's your favorite hair, well spring favorite? Okay. Honestly, this might not be spraying. This is just like my signature is mermaid waves always.
Starting point is 00:34:45 Oh, I love, what is that? Is it the spray, the wave spray or what is it? Like, crimping with like a mermaid tool. I just love, like, I love mermaid waves. I love a blowout, but just like mermaid waves is so fun. I think you did it for your birthday. Did you? I'm like, I'm always doing it.
Starting point is 00:34:59 Okay. It's like, who is Trin without her mermaid waves? I love that. So is it like a little like crimping moment or? It is. There's a crimping tool. Okay. But if I don't have that, I can also just do it with my straightener.
Starting point is 00:35:11 going up and down. Oh, and I just feel like it's kind of like fun and, like, sexy and fun. I love that. Yeah. It also gives you volume. Exactly. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:35:18 Okay. Have you tried the D.P. Hugh gloss. I love that. And it literally glosses your hair. Like, I, these aren't sponsored, by the way. This is our organic gloves.
Starting point is 00:35:27 Yeah. But like I always use this gloss on my hair, and I feel like I spent like 500 at the salon to get a gloss done. Like it literally is so nice. Because your hair is so shiny right now. Is that what you use? Yeah. So I use like the clear gloss.
Starting point is 00:35:37 And it's almost like a conditioner, but you put it in, leaving the shower after you shampoo. your hair. I kid you not. It literally will gloss your hair like the sun. No, I'm like looking at your hair. I'm like, wow.
Starting point is 00:35:46 Thank you. No, but it's literally the best. But okay. So when it comes to spring motivation, what is keeping you motivated right now for spring? Honestly, like I said, just knowing that the man fumbled, so he's going to regret it for the rest of his life.
Starting point is 00:36:00 Oh, that's a great motivation. Yeah. I love that. Anytime, anytime I get one of them out of my life, I'm like, you know what? I don't care. You're going to regret this fumble. I don't care.
Starting point is 00:36:09 I'm on to bigger and better, and I'm going to do better. 100% no I love that and I I feel like when it comes to your motivation sometimes like usually for motivation for me I'm like my biggest competitor so I'm like okay this I'm like if I started doubt myself I'm like okay j didn't watch me but the minute somebody's like doubts you or something or like doesn't think you're capable of something it's like thank you okay give me like give me like a few months yeah hold that thought let me show let me prove you wrong yeah exactly and honestly it's like I'm sorry like if if you believe you can do as much as you believe you can
Starting point is 00:36:41 So it's like lock in. And then I do want to go back really quickly to where it was where, what kind of like made you get this motivation? Because my listeners know I was bullied. I ate in the bathroom stalls. I was throwing the lockers. It was the whole like typical bullying experience. And then I got the high, I got out of high school.
Starting point is 00:37:00 And then I had, I suffered with an eating disorder. And that's kind of where I was like, you know, I hit rock bottom. But I was like, people only know the version of myself. It like kind of clicked in my head that people only know the version. of myself that I portray. So that's where I had this whole kind of like 180 on my life and started really creating a new version of myself and embodying the version of myself I want to be. So that's kind of where my motivation came from. I would love to know kind of where your motivation came from because it's always nice to hear like a fellow motivated girly wellness girlie to see where did
Starting point is 00:37:29 their motivation come from. It's so wild how aligned and similar our stories are because 1,000% the exact same. My high school experience junior high, super bad mental health. Like we're talking like did not want to be here. Like it was it was bad. And I don't even really remember what exactly changed it. But I think just one day it really came down to realizing that I didn't want my life to be like that and just slowly making changes on how can I change this?
Starting point is 00:37:59 Like something has to change. For sure. Or else this isn't going to work. 100%. So that is when I started finding healthy habits and like working out and incorporating these little things that we've talked about this whole episode. that makes you feel good and like romanticize your life. And then once I found healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle and like morning routines,
Starting point is 00:38:20 night routines, Pilates, changed my entire life, changed my entire life falling in love with like taking care of yourself and fitness and showing up for yourself. And then a few years after that, I started the wellness cafe and here we are. Oh, I love that. And so when I like how you said taking care of yourself because even though it's like, for instance, people say, oh, taking care of yourself, it's like a cliche or something. But like, again, anytime someone says, like, it's cliche, I always think, okay, break it down, like taking care of yourself.
Starting point is 00:38:46 Like, would you take care of yourself or do you not? And I think it's important to have that reflection. So, like, even general things, like you said, like the Pilates and stuff, people can overlook it, but people don't realize, like, it really can do such a difference on your life. And you also, when, let's say you get into a little slump or it's removed from your life for a little bit, you also, I feel like, do you notice the difference because I do. So fast. For sure.
Starting point is 00:39:08 Especially if I have, like, a busy work week. or yeah like especially after traveling in busy work weeks when I come home I'm like give me the routine yeah my Pilates like I crave it oh for sure I feel like it also is kind of nice like give yourself a break because then you like miss it and appreciate it more definitely but yeah especially once you're in it and then take that break you're like where who am I without my healthy habits for sure and then sometimes like I'm sure like you have had this happen and I definitely have myself but like sometimes I've been so motivated and on like a roll in a streak but then all of a sudden I hit like a bump and I'm like, oh my gosh, it's a fast downhill from there.
Starting point is 00:39:42 It's almost such downhill or I'm like, I don't think I can climb back to where I was before. Like, who is this version of myself? I'm like, oh, I must have been in like a, not delirious place, but like, gosh, that motivated version of myself, like I just feel so far from her. And it's up. And it's like you have to pick yourself up. But something I say is like, again, consistency over perfection and it's not going to
Starting point is 00:40:00 come overnight. And it's babysat. It's like your things aren't, it's not the big changes that matter. It's what you do in your daily routine that adds up. So I'd love to know, like, have you ever gone to that point where you're like, you know, I've been so motivated before, but now I feel like a whole different version of myself. Like, how do I get back? And what did you do to get back?
Starting point is 00:40:18 1,000 percent. And I know I keep bringing it up, but like the biggest thing that comes back to it is, like I said, the breakup. Like, I have never fallen off so much in my entire life that I like just didn't recognize myself. I didn't. I didn't know what was going on. Totally. So I just forced myself. I said, you can be sad, but don't let it.
Starting point is 00:40:38 it make you sad. Oh, I love that. Yeah. Pick yourself up, go do the things you love no matter how hard it is. And when I'm having those like down bad crashouts, like crying, what is life, what's going on? What's the plot? The plot's gone. When the plot is gone, I'm always like, what would your highest self do? Oh, I love that for sure. And then when you have that in the back of your head, when you recognize that you're falling off or like in a slump, because we all get in slump. Like no matter how productive you are, no matter how healthy you are, we all are human. And that's just life. Like human age. human nature. You'll fall off.
Starting point is 00:41:09 And the biggest, most important thing to do is not beat yourself up and just get back to it because like no one's perfect and you don't have to be perfect to see progress. Definitely. No, I completely agree. And that's exactly what you're saying. It's like things are all in your core and your hands and stuff. And it's almost like you have to be like, okay, if this version of you existed before, it can again.
Starting point is 00:41:30 It's like even if it hasn't before and you're on this new journey of let's say you feel like you hit rock bottom and you want to change your life around or maybe you haven't hit rock bottom. but you're just like, you know, I don't like where I'm at right now and I want to be a different version of myself. It's like if someone else is doing it, you can't do. Because me, Trinity, we both came from like, we, just like a regular life. We had our struggles before in school.
Starting point is 00:41:52 We had our struggles with like lots of different things. And it's like, we're no different than you. So the people listening, it just, I think it's so important to realize it's like, no matter where you are in life, you can't feel discouraged from your situation and be like Jaden and Trent. I don't, you don't understand. Like my situation is bad and everyone's feelings are valid and everything is valid and this is not to think, oh, you know, yours is not that bad.
Starting point is 00:42:15 Your situation can be bad and you can accept it's bad. And I think one of the best things is self acceptance and be like, you know what, I don't like my situation. I don't like my environment and you can think all those things and be like, you know what? This is where it's going to be 10 times harder maybe than the average person to pull myself out of this. But I can and I will because I know I will. And then you can prove to yourself and show you you can. And then you'll look back and I'm telling you it's going to. going to make you feel 10 times more rewarding that from where you had to pull yourself out of to
Starting point is 00:42:42 where you are now. So I 100% agree. One thousand percent. And no matter where you're at now and if you're like looking at someone on social media and like being like, oh, I wish I could have their life, you can because we were both at our rock bottom and just set out to do whatever we wanted. And I just think it's so important to remember that you can really do anything that you put your mind to. and the most important thing that I always think of is like the time is going to pass anyway. Oh my gosh. The time's going to pass anyway. So do you, yes, it may take time to get to where you want like five, six years.
Starting point is 00:43:15 But the time is going to pass either way. So do you want it to pass and have been working towards your goals or making excuses? Perfectly said. Exactly. First spring, one of my favorite things has been my nails and when my nails are done. Because sometimes I just don't have time to go to the nail salon. do my nails so I'll do them at home. The funny thing is I actually bring the same nail polish to the nail salon because it's just that good and I swear by it. I do the olive and June gel polish
Starting point is 00:43:47 and lhg and then a gel top coat. I use the olive and June manny system. Everything you need in one box for a salon quality manicure. I love how it doesn't chip and it lasts for seven or more days. Not only that, it comes down to being only $2 per manicure, which is a lot more affordable than going to the nail salon. But it has just been my current spring obsession because it just makes doing your nails at home so easy. So if you're looking for a new manicure routine, I really recommend it. You can visit olive and June.com slash pretty 20 for 20% off your first system. That's O-L-I-V-E-A-N-D dot com slash P-R-E-T-T-Y-2-0 for 20% off your first system. Starting point is 00:46:19 and motivation and stuff and I know a lot of people work from home or work from their computers a desk job or their phone and stuff how do you like to I know it's cliche but romanticize your day and your your work time in order to make it feel like you enjoy it of course we may not even enjoy it but like how does it make it feel more enjoyable than trying to just think of it like a chore and checking it off like what do you do to set yourself up to feel that way I think it really just comes down to incorporating those healthy habits in the morning because I always say like when you leave your host, who knows what's going to happen? People are crazy. Like weird energy can get you 100% for sure. So as long as you have those moments that you make for yourself set times like
Starting point is 00:46:59 nighttime morning routines that makes you happy, then I feel like it helps you like motivate you to do the rest of the stuff during the day. And also I'm just huge on pen to paper checklist and like making the physical checkbox so that you can check off and like feeling that satisfaction of like checking your to do list off definitely and when it comes to planning and stuff because I know we briefly talked about this as well but when it comes to planning how do you like to plan because I know you said you do mostly planner and you do some Google calendar but what do you like to mostly do do you like carry a planner in your purse or how's that work yeah it's it's like a combination of five notebooks like we have a whole amazing we have a whole journal ecosystem that goes on but amazing sometimes it's a little scattered but it really
Starting point is 00:47:41 comes down to every morning positive affirmations. Okay. A gratitude checklist, so you have a positive mindset and a to-do list with checkmarks. Oh, I love that. Okay. And honestly, like you said, pen to paper is so important. So important. I feel like that's another thing that can bring you back to, like, reality and think,
Starting point is 00:47:57 okay, like, let me be present instead of being on your phone. I, unfortunately, am like a Google calendar person and stuff, only because, like, I love a little color-coordinated moment and stuff. But for my planner, I'll usually just not actually use a planner, but like, I'll write, use a planner as like a, what I did that day. So like if it said like March 17th, I'll write down what I did for my birthday instead of using it as like an actual planner. It's like almost like a little like notebook as memories.
Starting point is 00:48:23 But no, I love that. And I think it's like important to see whatever works for you. And like the listener can see like my way works different than your way. And your way works different than mine. That's what it's like people can't compare their lifestyles and routines to somebody else. Exactly. It'll look different on everyone. And especially when I was younger, I feel like when I was on social media.
Starting point is 00:48:40 I would see someone's workout routine or what they're eating and be like, oh, if I do this routine and eat like them, I'll look like them, but it's like, no, no, no, no, no. You need to find what works for you and what works for someone may not work for you and that's also okay. Do you know what I mean? I feel like sometimes I would try and think that I needed to copy, not copy, but like do what made them successful when it's really like coming into yourself and finding like what works for you instead of forcing another method to work. A hundred percent. And like honestly, it's like a child and error to see what works best for you. And we're so influenced by, like, TikTok and, like, even, like, friends, a podcast, whatever
Starting point is 00:49:17 it is. And, again, trying to copy a certain routine, it's like, it's more of thinking, okay, what works with my schedule, what works with what I like? Because we're no copy and pace or it'd be a boring life. Exactly. But I think a good thing is to take inspo and see, okay, maybe this can work. And let me try this out and stuff in trial and error. But, no, I love that.
Starting point is 00:49:35 And I want to do a little rapid fire and talk about a little rapid fire moments since Wait. I feel like this is, we did cover a few of these already, but what is the drink of the season? I'm actually really into coconut water. Me too. Do you like chunks or do you like no chunks? I do like chunks. Oh my gosh, most people don't like chunks.
Starting point is 00:49:54 No one likes chunks. I'm like to me. I'm like a little chewy moment. Give me a little coconut meat. Please, please. A little too chew moment. So wait, okay, so a little coconut water. Okay.
Starting point is 00:50:03 What else is a, this is the second one, but what else is another little drink of the season? Macha, of course. Of course. So good. Are you not a coffee girl? I honestly I've been really onto the machas like I try to because I had a lot of health problems and gut issues and like I said like the PCOS stuff so I try to not have caffeine in the morning but and I've just found that like macho is easier on me and it tastes so good yeah it depends on some people don't like personally love coffee but I'm trying to not for my health and like gut problems okay I love that for sure okay so when it comes to your favorite makeup product what's your favorite like makeup product right now that you cannot live without oh my gosh that's such a hard question I know it's so hard It has to be road toasted teddy. Okay.
Starting point is 00:50:43 The blush, the pocket blush, have you tried it? Yes. Oh, my little brown one, right? Yes. It's so cute. I'm obsessed. It just gives you like that perfect, like tan mix of like bronzer blush. Yes.
Starting point is 00:50:53 Gorgeous. I love that. Okay, have you tried, okay, we're talking about another lip gloss, but have you tried the Malani diamond gloss? No. That one's really good. I swear that product, like if you want a gloss lip, that product literally looks like, like your lips are fully like sealed with like gloss.
Starting point is 00:51:08 It's so good. Okay. Sten Gorge. Love. And then, oh, I forgot to say my drink of the season right now is a macha. Of course. With a little, like, I love a macho milk. What milk do you use?
Starting point is 00:51:17 Yum. Okay, this is controversial. Give me a whole milk or a 2%. Let me hear it. I'm a skim. I'm a 1%. One percent cow milk girl. I love that.
Starting point is 00:51:27 Okay, if my stomach could, it would. But. See, that was me. And then I found that the seed oils were not good on my stomach. And switching back to milk, like regular cow's milk, actually helped. Wow. Okay. So you had the seed oils.
Starting point is 00:51:40 oil journey too. Yes. Okay. I'm like I was also like on a huge like gut health like so many issues. CBO PCOS like for so long and it like took a while to like really dial in those routines and see what works for me. Our life is like literally the same. The exact same. I'm I get you not I have my appointment with my GI doctors tomorrow. So it's the fucking worst too. It's certainly the worst. Okay. Okay. Our rapid fire is always like a rapid chat. No it's not rapid. It just is like fire. It just is fire. But okay now when it comes a guilty pleasure show. I'm into sex in the city right now. Oh, is your first time watching?
Starting point is 00:52:15 Yes. Because this is my first sex in the city era of myself. So I've been watching it and just like, yeah. That's so cute. I love it. Who's your favorite? I don't have a favorite. I kind of like them all.
Starting point is 00:52:26 I'm trying to channel Samantha. But like I feel like I'm a Charlotte. I am a lover girl is the problem. I love Charlotte. Yeah. I love Samantha. Yeah. I love them all.
Starting point is 00:52:34 They're so fun. They're so good. Okay, have you watched the OC. That's my guilty pleasure show right now. Yes, of course. Actually, I didn't finish. though. I'm on like season two. Okay. Watch it. It's really good. I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm,
Starting point is 00:52:49 okay, that was a one night occurrence. Let's maybe pick it up in, like, a few weeks now. Yeah. But, okay, now when it comes to your food takeout order, what's your food takeout right now? Oh, food takeout order. What do you like to get it from and what's your order? Wait, that's, like, really specific. Oh my gosh. You want me to go first, so you can think about yours? Yes. Okay. My favorite right now is sweet, sweet, sweet, Green's kids meals, you can literally go to Sweet Green. And, sorry, sweet green, but you can order a kids meal for half the price, literally less than half the price of the bowls. And it comes with almost the same amount, just without lettuce in it.
Starting point is 00:53:23 Yes, and it's so good. It gives you so much chicken. I love it so much. And it's my favorite little, like, and it's a perfect little, like, budget-friendly little meal if someone wants to. It's like $9. And I love it. I'm like, I'm a sweet green girl. I've been going there for years, and I just discovered I can get a kids item, but it's so good.
Starting point is 00:53:39 I also love sweet green. and I've never tried the kids. I need to try that. Try it. It's like a cute little kid's mill and it actually is very filling. Okay. Very good. Gorge. Yes. I think the thing that comes to mind right now is the go-away dog juice from Joan the Juice. Ooh, is that the one you have right now? It wasn't the one because I switched it up today. I was a little crazy, but like that's usually my go-to. What does it have in it? It's ginger, carrot, I want to say lemon and apple. That sounds so great. Okay, I'm probably going to get this after now. I'm like, that sounds really good. And I'm huge on juice, especially. especially if it's that time of the month if I'm on my cycle and I like can feel my face like just like not as glowy. I'm like, give me my juices. Oh, 100%. Do you make it yourself or go somewhere? I usually go somewhere. I used to make it alone, but like the mess and the time. Now I'm just like, honestly, I'll just, I'll pay. I'm the same way because like I used to do it. I'm like, then I'm cleaning and all of a sudden I'm like all this for a drink. I'm like, and you know,
Starting point is 00:54:33 produce like almost cost the same now as just buying a juice. Yeah. It literally costs the same. Yeah. No, I'm the same exact way. Okay, what's your wellness habit right now? Ooh, okay, probably the full-body lymphatic dry brush wash off. Like, I'm really into that for, like, lowering inflammation and just, like, I love it. Do you do it after, like, your shower before? Like, how do you do it? So it's usually Pilates in the afternoon, get home, everything shower, do that, then tuck
Starting point is 00:55:02 myself into bed after I'm, like, drowning in lotion and body oil. Love. Okay, that's like, very specific. Perfect night. That goes with the night routine. Yeah, yeah. Okay, I'd say my wellness habit right now is my digestive enzymes. Ooh. I love those. So, like, I'll have my little digestive enzymes that my doctor recommended me have and
Starting point is 00:55:19 stuff, but I'll take it before my meals, and it really does help my stomach, like digest it a little better. So that's my favorite little wellness one. And then when it comes to the word of the spring, what's your word of the spring right now? It's got to be aligned. And I want everything to be aligned. So it's just aligned. Aligned. Okay, I would have to say mine is whimsical because we're just in our whimsy era. Aligned. Aligned with that. We're whimsically aligned.
Starting point is 00:55:44 Yes. I love that. I love that. Well, today, which is so fun. I love speaking with you. This was so fun. We are going to have to, like, do this again. We're going to have a girl's sleepover and then record more episodes.
Starting point is 00:55:56 And also, if you want to hear us chat more, we recorded one on at Trinity's at the Wellness Cafe. So you have to go check that out. It was so funny. We just, like, chatted back and forth. We really just showed our personalities hopping back and forward. It was really, but we were aligned. We were aligned.
Starting point is 00:56:09 We're whimsically aligned. But anyways, thank you guys so much for watching this video episode. If you guys are listening to this, you can watch the video episode actually. I'll have it posted on YouTube. But anyways, thank you so much for coming today. Thank you so much for having me on. This is so fun. So fun.
