Starting point is 00:00:10 Hello, my dolls. Welcome back to the Busy Yet Pretty Podcast. I'm your host, Jaden Haley. Again, my voice is raspy. And I've come to conclusion, it's because of allergies, not me getting sick. But I'm very excited about today's episode. So let's get straight into our weekly review. So last week was Valentine's Day, which was so sweet. I got to spend it with my sweet mom. She was my Valentine's. And we had such a fun time. We had. We had a fun time. We had. had a little girls day, went to the Santa Monica Pier, went to Erwan, Alfreds, a really nice lunch, had the best salad ever, and just had a really nice girls day. There's honestly nothing better than just talking to someone and spending time with someone. So I just loved getting to spend time with my favorite person. So my mom and I had such a lovely time. Another thing I did this week was I went to a rare beauty event. Rare Beauty invited me to their Valentine's Day event, which was so fun. It was me and the girls getting to bake really fun desserts. And the best part about it was all the ingredients we use aligned perfectly to my dietary needs.
Starting point is 00:01:24 I tried to eat as little gluten as I can, as well as refined sugar and dairy. So it was so nice to bake with gluten-free ingredients, refined sugar-free, and dairy-free. So that was just so fun. It's the brand sweet laurel. I'm sure you guys have heard of it before, but I'm obsessed with their brand and their desserts are honestly the best ever. Another thing this week is I have been really just trying to focus on cycle syncing with food and exercise. For instance, my period's coming up.
Starting point is 00:01:57 So I've decided to tone it down because I'm a little tired right now. And it's best to not overpush yourself and overwork yourself. And you're going to actually be more productive when you cater to your needs, even if that looks like slowing down, that will be a lot more productive than pushing yourself to go hard and to do a ton of workouts and to do a lot of work. And actually, your body isn't set up for that right now. So cater to your needs. And I promise you it will go so much further than pushing yourself when your body isn't
Starting point is 00:02:27 capable of doing that right now. Another weekly review is I have been enjoying the outdoors. I have been loving to have little work dates outdoors. I feel like just soaking in the sun and even getting the cool breeze because it's been a little chilly out. It just is so nice to breathe in that fresh air and just check in with yourself and see the beautiful nature that's right in front of us. So I'm just so thankful for the world, for the outside. Okay, moving on to my current obsessions. So my current obsession is work dates, as I said last week. I just love having some work dates and lunch dates. It really
Starting point is 00:03:04 helps me be even more productive when I'm working with someone else. It's really nice to like check in with each other and keep each other. motivated. So I have been loving work dates and just lunch dates in general. Another current obsession, which I'm still trying to figure out if I'm obsessed with it or if I'm not. But so far I'm obsessed is these press on nails. I am not a press on nail girl. I usually go to the salon and get I'm done only because I'm typing a lot and it can really lift my nails. So I decide to just invest in getting my nails done often. But press on nails don't really stay as well for me. but I just used these press on nails the other day because I was in urgent need to have some pretty hands for an event I was going to.
Starting point is 00:03:47 So I used these little press on nails that I had and they honestly look so good and no one ever can tell. I got so many compliments of people being like, where you get your nails done? I'm like, babe, it is press on nails. So honestly, they've stayed for like a week now. So props to press on nails. the brand I used is Chill House, and I'll link them over my modem for you guys, but they are so cute and they're honestly lasting so well. Okay, another current obsession is walking on the treadmill. I just love walking, whether that's outside or on the treadmill, but I've just been loving to walk
Starting point is 00:04:24 on the treadmill because you honestly don't have to worry about cars or anything else, but I just love walking and listening to a podcast or talking with my friends on the phone while walking is so nice as well. So I just love walking or even just being with no music, no nothing, and just in your own thoughts is so nice because it's giving a chance to really think about what's going on in life, how you're feeling. Kind of like the same when you do the dishes. You know when you do the dishes and you can't touch your phone, you can't really do a lot of things. So you have to just do what's in front of you because your hands are wet, washing dishes. Same with walking. You're being occupied.
Starting point is 00:05:03 So I just love it's a time to relax and decompress. Another current obsession is wearing multiple different shades of white. I love wearing different shades of white. I think it looks so cute. Me a few years ago would think that is really weird and I should be wearing the same color white, but no. Now I love making like neutrals go together in different color whites, like an off white and then a really bright, cool white.
Starting point is 00:05:29 So I think it's really cute to just mix and match colors like that. I've been loving wearing different shades of white together in neutrals. Lastly, my current session is really green salads. I feel like green salads have just been my thing lately. I'm usually someone who likes a really colorful salad, but honestly, just a plain green salad. There's so many greens and adding some chicken to it. It just is so good. I actually had celery in my salad for the first time the other day. And let me tell you, it is so So amazing, and I will be doing that all the time. Okay, moving on to my goal of the week.
Starting point is 00:06:10 So my goal of the week is to try new matcha brands. I am obsessed with Maru in the Arts District. As you guys know, I literally love their matcha, and I actually find the brand that they use. So I am going to try some new matcha brands soon. I'm very excited because I am completely out of matcha. And when Jaden's out of matcha, she honestly doesn't know what else to do with her life. Honestly, I don't have anything else to look forward to because my matcha is my happiness.
Starting point is 00:06:39 I literally love it. You guys don't get it. I live for matcha. It's time to figure out some new matcha brands. And I will be letting you guys know my very favorites very soon. Along with wanting to make a little matcha station, that would be so cute. You know what? I'm going to make a matcha station and I will do a video over TikTok.
Starting point is 00:06:58 Okay, moving on to my goal of the week. So my goal of the week is to, bake some sweets and some cookies and have them sitting out. So when guests come, and I actually heard the best hack ever, which is if you have guests coming over or family coming over whenever, a good thing to do is make a whole batch of cookies and have the frozen cookie dough in the freezer. And then whenever you know someone's coming over, just pop a few in the oven. And then it looks like you totally just like baked for them when they come over.
Starting point is 00:07:30 But you have that on hand. So whenever someone's coming over, you pop a few in the oven and it takes a few minutes. And I just think that's such a good idea. So I want to start doing that. So whenever someone's over, they think that I just cooked some cookies for them. But I think that's just such a cute idea. Another cramp session is to try out pistachio milk. I've heard it's really good and I've heard it's really, really good with macha.
Starting point is 00:07:55 So that is something that I really want to do this week. Lastly, my next goal of the week is to start time blocking. I used to be really good at time blocking and I haven't really implemented it into my life this past year and I really want to start doing it again where I time block what I'm going to do every single hour. And that just really helps me be organized so I can plan out time for work, for self-care and all of that. So I really want to start time blocking.
Starting point is 00:08:25 Okay, a self-love question to ask yourself. What have I done for myself that displays growth compared to last year? I love that question so much because it allows you to reflect and really see your growth that what have you done for yourself that you would not have done last year? Moving on to an affirmation. Loving myself heals my life. I nourish my mind, body, and soul. I love that affirmation so much because it's so true when you begin to love yourself,
Starting point is 00:08:53 it can really nourish who you are in your mind, body, and soul. so I just love that so much. Moving on to an Apple podcast review. Thank you so much, Jaden. Without further ado, let's get straight into today's episode. So as someone who has attracted literally almost everything I've ever desired, I have experienced so many ways I've manifested things through the law of attraction. And I strongly believe you are able to attract all that you want.
Starting point is 00:10:11 This is all based off of my experience and science that you can search up all about the law of attraction. But this is based off of my experience. So let's get into today's episode, which is the same. secret to attracting your desires. You may have heard of the quote, lucky girl syndrome over TikTok or Instagram, and it's basically girls affirming that they are a lucky girl and you basically attract a ton of things because you were just that lucky. And as much as I love that, because it's so true, that's also what the law of attraction
Starting point is 00:10:45 is. It just has a different prettier name for it, I guess you could say, for the law of attraction. So people are thinking of the lucky girl syndrome as something. new when actually this has been happening all your life and you don't even realize it, but it's not necessarily positive. What I mean by that is the law of attraction is always working in your life, good or bad. So if you are thinking good, you will receive good. If you're thinking bad, you will receive bad.
Starting point is 00:11:13 So just like the Lucky Girl syndrome, you are affirming good things and you receive good things. So no matter what, the law of attraction has been working for you all of your life, you just more aware of it necessarily. So what the Lucky Girl syndrome is, which I know most of you guys have heard of, but it's actually the law of attraction. And easier words, what you believe you will receive.
Starting point is 00:11:36 And the only thing that's stopping you from receiving your goals and your dream life is your limiting beliefs. What harm is it to not try? Honestly, think to yourself. What harm is it to not try? You have to embody those feelings, embody that lifestyle,
Starting point is 00:11:52 be the person who has the life that you want. The minute you are displaying lack or in need of what you don't have, you were sending off a signal and energy to the universe that you don't have what you want. And the second you change your electromagnetic field, also known as what we think and having an abundant mindset, you will be able to create a new reality from the quantum field, aka your dream life. And I know that sounds really confusing, but bear with me
Starting point is 00:12:20 because I'm going to explain it in easier terms where you guys understand. No more fancy words. Your dream life is more achievable than you think. It's so easy to have the things you want in your life. It's so easy to manifest the people you want in your life. Everything's within a few steps. Am I going to tell you what they are? But you have to realize there's only one thing between you and your dream life.
Starting point is 00:12:44 And it's the limiting beliefs. Your limiting beliefs are literally the middleman between you and your dream life. it's that that's it you are able to live and have and get everything you want a minute you believe you already have it if you find it hard to allow yourself to believe law of attraction is real and find it hard to be able to really believe you're able to attract your desires think to yourself you most likely aren't living your dream life right now okay you most likely don't have your dream job you most likely don't have the life that you want you most likely don't have the bag that you want. You most likely don't have the house that you want.
Starting point is 00:13:20 There's something you're wanting to manifest. And I assume especially if you're listening to this episode. So you have to think, what's the harm in trying? What's the harm and trying and just believing? Shut off those limiting beliefs and dedicate your time to truly believing you have what you desire. You have to speak it into existence. Here's a good example that actually happened in my life where when I was in the summer in L.A. coming for events and work, I would always tell people, oh, yeah, I'm moving to L.A. in the fall. I would say that to everyone. I said that to people at coffee shops. I said it to my family. I said it to my friends. I said it to people in L.A. I said it to people back in San Diego. I told everyone I talked to. Oh, yeah, I'm moving to L.A. in the
Starting point is 00:14:06 fall. And regardless if people believe me or not, I continue to believe I am moving to L.A. in fall. And let me tell you, I had no plan. A few months prior to that, I was supposed to move in with my boyfriend at the time. And during the summer, I didn't have a plan how I was going to move to L.A. But all I made sure of is that deep down, I would keep affirming it. I spoke it into existence, and I did that. And guess what? The first day of fall, I was with my mom driving in L.A. and we saw an apartment and we're like, oh, that's cute. I went and toured it. That was the first day of fall. The first week of fall, I moved into the apartment. What did I say? I told everyone and I affirmed to myself that I was going to move in in the fall to L.A. The first day of fall toured an
Starting point is 00:14:51 apartment in L.A. First week of fall, I moved in. That just shows you speaking it into existence. There is no worse feeling than going to a doctor's appointment thinking you're going to be the center of attention and then your doctor making you feel like they're in a rush, have to leave, and honestly have better things to do. Starting point is 00:16:49 I kept telling myself that when I lived in San Diego, and look what happened. It led me to then touring my apartment the first day of fall and moving in the first week of fall. That all happened because I believed in myself. People don't realize it's actually so easy to get what you want and to attract what you want. It's literally three easy steps. And us humans make it so complicated, which is really normal, our natural tendencies to have self-doubt is what gets in the way between these three steps. I like to think of the universe similar to people and how people react. Think of trends in clothes or items or styles. People like to jump on the bandwagon because they know that's safe and people believe in that style is good and a lot of people partake in the
Starting point is 00:17:35 trends. Same if you think about your reality. The universe will hop on your bandwagon that you created of the idea of your dream reality. When you are confident, people become confident in you. When you are confident you already have your dream life, the universe is confident you already have your dream life. Starting point is 00:19:41 you need to believe it. Act as the person you would be as if you had already achieved the dream life and all the goals that you have in mind. It's really easy to wonder, when will I attract my desires, when will this happen,
Starting point is 00:19:53 when will I manifest it? But you have to have the mindset as if you already have everything you want. And when you have that mindset, you won't be thinking of the things that you don't have. You'll be thinking of the great things that you have.
Starting point is 00:20:05 When you are abundant and full of things, you do not think of them. For instance, let's say you're low on money and you're scared about paying rent and you're just keep thinking money, money, money, oh my gosh, I'm so, where's the money is it going to come soon? I believe it, but when is it? You don't believe it.
Starting point is 00:20:22 Because guess what? If it had already happened in your life that you had all the money you need and you have the financial safety that you have, you wouldn't be wondering when more money is coming because you already have it. You have to have your mindset think of everything as if you already have it or it's going to display lack of mindset. If you want to be an influencer or content creator, post as if you already have an audience in a million followers.
Starting point is 00:20:47 Even if you have 300 followers, believe that you do and do the actions you would as if you had a million followers. If you really want to have a prodig purse, go to the prodig store and go window shopping, go feel those feelings as if you are realistically going to purchase that purse right now. If you want to live in a specific neighborhood, go walk through that neighborhood and act as if you're going on a morning walk around your neighborhood. It's all about embodying those feelings. Once you believe, you will receive.
Starting point is 00:21:17 It's so natural to me now since I've been doing this for so many years. So if I want something, I will instantly acknowledge that I want it. And then I instantly right then think, oh, I already have it. Literally, it's in my life already. I love that I have that in my life. And I'm telling you, somehow, some way, it instantly manifests into my life. I cannot tell you the amount of times that I've wanted something and instantly began to act as if I already have it. And within 24 hours, it's already walked itself into my life.
Starting point is 00:21:49 Don't wonder when it's going to come. Don't wonder how it's going to come. Believe you have it. Because if you already had it in your life, you wouldn't be wondering when something else is going to come into your life because you already have it. You're already fulfilled. Be fulfilled in your desires that you already have it. You already have your dream life. What do you mean?
Starting point is 00:22:07 I already have my dream apartment. Okay, if you're living at home, keep saying it. I already have my dream apartment. Same with your peers. You attract the same energy that you put out. If you are rude to someone, your negative energy and your negative action towards them will make its way back to you in some way, shape, and form.
Starting point is 00:22:26 If you're thinking negatively about someone, even if you have every right to hate them, change the narrative and put that time you spend on thinking about them negatively and replace it with positive thinking about someone else. When you begin focusing strictly on the positive, you will only attract positivity. I am sure we have all been there where we know that one person who is literally just always saying, my life is so bad, look, everything always bad happens to me. They're always affirming it.
Starting point is 00:22:57 And you know what? It somehow is comically the truth. Somehow their day is always bad. their car breaks down, they miss their class, they ruin their new shirt. It's like a domino effect where they just keep on affirming it and it keeps on happening. Why? It's because they affirm it and they believe it. Instead of them switching their reality, they continue to live that same life of, you know,
Starting point is 00:23:22 their days aren't good, that's the life they live. If you affirm to yourself and believe you receive amazing opportunities daily and live a happy, healthy life and everything works according to you. your desires, you will attract that lifestyle and it will become your reality. As soon as you truly believe it, you will truly receive it. My mom and dad, it's so funny, they get so amazed when they see me manifest things because they have all the hope in the world in me. They know I can literally achieve and manifest any single thing I put my mind to. And they think it's so funny how I have such an ability to do this and nobody gets it, but everyone has the ability to achieve their dream
Starting point is 00:24:02 life. It's the fact of do you have the ability to believe in yourself? It's not some creepy, weird, magic type of things. It's literally science, okay? Research on it. You can research on the law of attraction in the quantum field or read the secret, which really explains it well and easy. But to wrap this up, you become who you believe you are and you will receive what you believe you have. The minute you begin to affirm negative thoughts and send out negative energy, that is all you're going to receive. The minute you begin thinking, my life is amazing and just keep on putting out that positive energy, being nice to other people, giving people compliments, doing things out of love because you truly want to help others and love others and share love and be
Starting point is 00:24:50 happy. You will become a happier person and I swear to you. I'm not just saying that. I'm saying it because it happened to me in real life and I know how this works. I've had experiences with this and all I want to do is allow you guys to realize I am just like you and you can do exactly what I've done. The minute you believe it, you will receive it and you will become that person and live your dream life. I love you guys so much. I really hope you guys enjoyed this episode.
