Starting point is 00:00:00 Hello, my love. Welcome back to the Busy Yet Pretty Podcast. I'm your host, Jaden Haley. If you're new here, I talk all about how to become the best version of you, routines, habits, and honestly just how to enjoy your day in your life. I'm so excited about today's episode because this is something that I have been so passionate about lately, especially since it has helped me in all aspects of my life. When we think of wellness, it's so easy to think of a face mask or something like getting
Starting point is 00:00:35 your nails done. And while that is self-care and wellness, there are, some weird wellness habits and things that you can do that are easy, free, affordable that can truly change your life, even as simple as creating structure to your routine. So we're going to get all into that with today's episode. But first, let's do our weekly review. This week, I have been having such a bad stomach flare. But, well, this past month, I feel like I've been having a really bad stomach flare, but especially this past week. And I'm honestly thinking I have CBO, which is small intestinal bacteria overgrowth. So I'm getting retested for that. But I'm
Starting point is 00:01:09 I have just been really conscious of managing my symptoms and eating according to what's going to just tamp down this flare. Another thing this week is I have been having really wellness-focused morning routines that have been so beneficial. It's crazy the difference that you can feel and having your day when you start your morning off with wellness and just intention. And lastly this week is I have just been enjoying the warm weather and just that spring into summer weather. if you are someone who lives in the cold weather right now when it comes to being like springtime and almost summer, please know your time is going to shine soon. You're going to have your summer days. But I can't lie where I'm at, it's already starting to feel like summer. So I'm just so excited and have been embracing it. Now and two my current obsessions of the week, my current obsession right now is my vibration plate.
Starting point is 00:01:56 I used to use my vibration plate all the time when, like I would say a few years ago. And then just like a month ago, I got it out of my storage unit and I'm like, you know, let me dabble in it. Let me try it again. It is crazy how much it has helped my digestive system and just honestly feel so much better with my overall body. I just love a vibration plate. And let me just say it's 100% worth your money. And my next obsession right now is waking up really early. I've been waking up around 530 to 6 and it has been so nice.
Starting point is 00:02:27 I just love saying the sun rise and feeling like the world is like, asleep while I'm awake. There's truly no better feeling than that. And lastly, my current obsession right now is sprinkles. It is just so whimsy. I love nothing more than sprinkles and confetti. Like, I will watch videos of like confetti cakes and sprinkles on lattes. I think it's so cute and it just makes me so happy. The one thing that's so hard, it makes me so sad, is that my stomach issues can't tolerate any type of sprinkles right now or confetti cake. So I haven't been able to have that myself. Since I can't enjoy it myself, I like to just look at it on Pinterest and TikTok and videos of of people making confetti cakes and making their little sprinkled lattes.
Starting point is 00:03:10 Hopefully I'll feel better soon so I can start having that again. Now and to my goal of the week. My goal with the week right now is to have a better wind down routine. I like having like such a nice morning routine. And like I always say your morning routine begins with your night routine. But I feel like I've been a little off track lately and I've been like a little scrolling on my phone. and it's honestly like I'm working on my phone or like I'm scrolling intentionally. But at the same time, I do think it's better to have no blue light right before bed.
Starting point is 00:03:37 That is something that I need to work on because that's a wellness habit that will change your life. It's not being on your phone before bed. Having like 30 minutes to an hour, not on your phone, like reading a book or even doing something that's like, you know, meditating, doing some breathwork, anything but being on your phone and having blue light, it's just going to help so much with your sleep. and overall just feeling better for your mental health. So that is something I definitely want to do this coming week. And another goal right now is to start a book. I keep saying I need to start a book, but I really keep picking one up and then just not going through with it. So that is something I definitely want to start is a book that I get hooked on. I think right now what excites me the most is summer, and I just love summer books. So I think I'm going to read Our Perfect Storm by Carly Fortune.
Starting point is 00:04:24 She has some of my favorite summer books. So I probably will start that. soon. If you have any summer book recommendations, please let me know. I'm always open to book wrecks. Now on to your affirmation of the week. I am healing in every aspect of my life. I love that so much because you have to also remember things that you feel are healing one part of you can actually be healing you in like a whole body sense. Let's say you start doing meditation for your mental health. Things such as meditation can actually help on whole body health as well. So I really recommend affirming that to yourself. Now onto your self-love question, what can I do right now that my future self will thank me for? I love that question so much and I really recommend asking yourself that and journaling it.
Starting point is 00:05:06 Now on to the podcast review. If you want to be featured on next week's episode, make sure to leave a podcast review over Apple Podcasts and leave a rating over Spotify. This review is from Madeline and Madeline said, as someone with OCD and anxiety, your podcast is so inspiring. I love listening to it every week, especially when you add tips for neurodivergent folks like me. You are so, so beautiful and I love your girl's girl energy. Keep up the amazing work with all my gratitude, Madeline. Thank you so much for that review that literally makes me so happy. I'm so glad it inspires you.
Starting point is 00:05:38 And as you probably know, I have OCD as well, which is why I try to be so transparent about it because just like you, many people have it. And I think it's something to be, you know, open about because it can help someone else. And I'm so glad it helps you. In the summer, I love to have consistency in my routine, especially with my health, since sometimes in the summer,
Starting point is 00:06:02 I swear I'm just like wrapped up in the plans and going to adventure and go places. And while all of that is great, it's still important to be consistent on your routines and your health, which is why I love AG1. AG1 is a daily health drink with a multivitamin, pre and probiotics, superfoods, and antioxidants with just one scoop in eight ounces of water. It truly is so easy. I will just have a water bottle on the go and then I'll just add my sauce. scoop of AG1 and I love knowing that I am doing what I need for my health but also not having to
Starting point is 00:06:32 invest so much time into it if I'm busy. It truly just makes it so easy to have consistency in my health. Literally I love AG1. My dad is such an AG1 guy. We all love AG1 here. Visit drinkag1.com slash pray to get a free morning person hat and free AG1 flavor sampler in your welcome kit with your first AG1 subscription and $82 value. That's drinkag1.com slash pretty. One of my favorite things for the spring has just been having a fresh manicure. It just makes me feel confident and just put together and clean. But I think I love it most of all because of what I've been doing with my nails lately and that thing being using Olive and June. Sometimes I don't have time to go into the nail salon.
Starting point is 00:07:22 And I'll be so honest with you, sometimes I just don't enjoy going to the nail salon. And sometimes I just want to do it at home. So lately, I have been absolutely obsessed with the Olive and June Manny system. You can literally do salon quality nails at home. It's clean, safe, and easy, which is perfect. And it's designed for busy schedules. So if you don't want to go to the nail salon or don't have time, doing it at home can be so easy.
Starting point is 00:07:45 I just love mine so much and just my nails feel so strong. Visit olive and June.com slash pretty 20 for 20% off your first system. That's O-L-I-V-E-A-N-J-U-N-E dot com slash PR-T-T-Y-2-0 for 20% off your first system. Now with that said, let's get into today's episode, which I am looking so forward to talking about. I have my lovely jasmine tea latte with me with almond milk, my nice ice water, the windows open, feeling inspired. So let's get into today's episode. Today's episode is wellness habits to feel like yourself again, eating to your needs, morning routine, and just having your nervous system regulated. I have a nervous system dysfunction, literally diagnosed that by that with multiple doctors. And there's
Starting point is 00:08:36 some tips that have really, really helped me. So I feel like I'm one to talk. When it comes to just yourself as a whole, you may or may not, but you may be feeling disconnected from yourself physically and mentally. And that often happens when we're overstressed from work, school, whatever, where we just don't feel, we like forget our purpose. And also we have so many other priorities, like you maybe your schoolwork or getting in grades, getting a raise, your job. Things like those are your priorities and you forget that yourself is a priority. Remember that wellness is not about perfection. It's about support. Wellness shouldn't be about having the perfect routine or the perfect, you know, expensive devices to help you. That's not it. It's literally
Starting point is 00:09:17 just about how can you use wellness to support you in your daily life. So we're going to talk about small habits that can help you feel calmer, healthier, and more grounded. But first we need to go to the root cause and try to figure out why you stopped feeling like yourself in the first place. Like I said, stress, from work, school, whatever, burnout. over stimulation. Those are very common things. Another one is just ignoring your body's needs. Sometimes we literally need rest, but we're pushing through. So that's obviously going to burn us out and we're not listening to our body. Another one, poor routines. That will literally affect your mood, your energy. It will affect everything. If you're staying up in the night, scrolling on your phone
Starting point is 00:09:56 when you need to be sleeping, that's going to affect you and how you feel. And of course, living disconnected from your nervous system. Your nervous system is literally what helps you function. and be a normal happy human being and be not in that fight or flight mode, if you have a dysregulated nervous system and being in that constant fire or flight mode, you will never be relaxed or be able to heal. Let's talk about eating to your needs because eating to your needs is so important. When you eat according to what you're saying in a what I eat in a day video or how your friend eats, your friend may be like, oh, today all I had was coffee.
Starting point is 00:10:31 And then it's like 5 p.m. I'm like, okay, cool. Yeah, I ate four meals already today. Let me remind you that your eating habits, you're eating and your needs are all different than other people. Your friend, how she eats, may not be healthy if she only had just a coffee that day. The what I eat in a day video that you're saying may not also be beneficial to you or correct for your body. I do what I eat in a day videos. And when I do that, I do that as inspo because I like to watch what I'm, I eat in a day videos. To me, I feel like it gives me good inspiration on what to cook for dinners, what to have for snacks. But I'm not looking at these videos and thinking, oh my gosh, I eat way more
Starting point is 00:11:14 than that person or, oh my gosh, this is so much healthier than my food. No, what I'm thinking is, oh, this is good inspo. I love this. Everyone has different needs and different things. When I post my what I eat in a day videos, let me remind you, I'm posting what I'm eating because my stomach it hurts. I have to eat very bland food sometimes. I also have to eat 10,000 milligrams of salt a day. You probably can't have that, but I can because my doctors require me to for my chronic illness. So let me just remind you that everyone's needs are different. So eat according to your own needs. So learn what food makes you feel good and makes you feel also inflamed and tired because that will help you differentiate and see, okay, those make me feel bad and this food makes me feel good.
Starting point is 00:11:59 so the good foods that make you feel well you can incorporate that into your diet it's also not about cutting out everything it's about adding things so eating enough protein that's a big one hydration balance meals listening to your body and just instead of trends like i said it's very easy to see a trend and be like i need to do that and then you think i don't like that babe if you do not like the healthy like cottage cheese ice cream that you're saying on ticot that's trending and you want a real fro yo go get the real fro yo like again these are supposed to be ideas when you see someone's what i eat in a day or what your friend's eating stop comparing your own food and your needs to somebody else also all food you eat doesn't have to be beneficial you don't have to eat 100% whole foods
Starting point is 00:12:49 because the 80 20 rule is what i live by 80% healthy whole nutritious foods 20% eat what you want of things that feed your soul things that feed your soul things that feed your soul you know, it may not be the healthiest and that's okay. Feeding your soul is just as important as feeding your body. So living by a balanced 80-20 diet to me is just so important and I just love that mindset. Another thing is healing your relationship with food. That is going to be where you see nourishment over restriction. I can talk very deep about this and I will do another episode on this in the future if you do want more talking about eating disorders and how to heal from, you know, a negative relationship with food. I do have a lot of past episodes on that, but we will get into
Starting point is 00:13:32 that under a different day. But just trying to focus and hone in on nourishment over-restricting, because that will be such a difference on your mental and physical health. A lot easier said than done, but again, just try to remember nourishment is the most important thing for you. Wellness looks different for everyone. So stop comparing. Now when it comes to you creating a morning routine that suits you, I feel like, okay, when I think of morning routines, there are some routines I try to to like have myself that I saw were trends or something. I'm like, oh, let me try to do a wake up ice bath. Yeah, that did not suit me whatsoever. As much as I liked it, as much as it was like fun. Yeah, I was not having my period at that time. I was very overstressed. My body was overworking.
Starting point is 00:14:15 I can't be in a high stress, high state of go, go, go all the time. Or that's going to make me always be in fire or flight. As much as I love that, I feel like you can be very productive that way. At the same time, I know my body can't necessarily take that and it's not healthy for my body. So find a morning routine that works for you. So like slow mornings versus chaotic mornings. No matter what, a slow morning is going to work better than a chaotic morning. So that's preparing and setting yourself up for success. If you have, let's say, to go to the gym the next morning.
Starting point is 00:14:48 The night before, lay out your gym clothes. So it's ready for you right when you wake up instead of chaotically looking around in your laundry hamper, in the laundry, everywhere. Where is your gym clothes? Instead, have it laid out the night before, and it sets you up for success. Another thing in the morning is avoiding your phone first thing in the morning. That's something I'm trying to do, and I've done really well, I feel like, the past two weeks. Another one is morning sunlight, morning movement, morning hydration. I feel like those three are so important.
Starting point is 00:15:14 And when it comes to movement, it doesn't have to be a full long cardio workout. It can be such as swinging your arms around, going on a vibration plate, going on a quick walk, just stretching. That's like the perfect movement that you can have to start your morning. off creating your routine that feels grounding not forced you want to actually be able to sink into your routine and really just feel like you're embodying it in that in that moment and not feel like you're forcing something that doesn't work when i have my morning routine when i go outside i get the sunshine and i'm on my vibration plate i'm like doing my breath work i truly feel so immersed in my routine that i feel like the world around me doesn't exist i'm so into it i like feel so good doing it that it doesn't feel forced whatsoever even dedicating five minutes to a morning routine just having some sort of morning routine structure can literally shift your entire day. Like I said, it does not need to be a two-hour, in-depth wellness routine. It can literally just be five minutes doing one minute of breathwork, one minute of journaling, and one minute of mindfulness, one minute of, you know, just like setting yourself up with a little
Starting point is 00:16:16 structure can be all you need to have a successful, more positive day. Now when it comes to regulating your nervous system, which is so important, it's so hard because you can't see stress and you can't see your nervous system, but I'm telling you it will show up in other areas of your life. You'll start seeing it on your face. Your face will break out. You'll be more tired. You'll start saying it. It's not like, okay, you get a cut on your finger. You can see the cut and you put a band-aid on it. This you can't see. So you have to do a lot of prevention before the problem. Stress and your nervous system is not a physical thing that you can look at and see. So you really have to do things that are going to prevent you getting to the state of it reflecting in other areas of your life,
Starting point is 00:16:57 as saying eyebags are heavy. Okay, you're feeling tired. Your body's achy. You're so stressed out where you're like shaking. Like those are areas and signs that it will come and reflected to your life. Constant stress keeps you disconnected from yourself. Your whole body and needs safety and rest. And some easy ways to just regulate your nervous system. It honestly just has some more general structure for your needs of your mind, body, and soul. Walks, deep breathing, stretching, less overstimulation, that is one of the biggest ones, not being so overstimulated. And I'm someone who gets so overstimulated quick, but things I have to do is remember, like, one, I need to put, not put myself in the situation of being overstimulated. And two, there's going to be ways or places
Starting point is 00:17:43 that, like, let's say I go to a store. I'm like so overstimulated right now. I have so many things in my mind. And there's just so much going on that I'm like, oh my gosh, I'm overstimulated. You can't just leave the grocery store and be done. You need to get your groceries. But for, finding techniques that can help you overcome that oversimulation feeling. So taking three deep breaths, putting on a podcast or some music while you're at the store, thinking about what you're excited to cook dinner with. Also remember that rest is so productive too. In order to perform your best in your life, in your work, in your school, as a relationship, anything, you have to rest and take that time for yourself. Now when it comes to reducing oversimulation, remember, doom scrolling and that constant
Starting point is 00:18:26 noise, that is over simulation. Watching too much content. Like, I love to scroll. I've talked about doom scrolling before. I have an episode on it and how to stop doom scrolling. But if you're constantly scrolling, first off, this is how to tell if you're constantly scrolling. Right now, think of the past 10 videos that you watched. I bet you can't name them. I bet you can name one or two, but I bet you can't name the last 10. So that means you're scrolling too much already. scroll intentionally, find things that you like to watch, but don't constantly be having and never I'm doing scroll because scrolling is never ending. It's doom scrolling. Like you're literally just scrolling and there's no end. Too much content will leave you mentally exhausted. Also,
Starting point is 00:19:08 protect your peace and your energy. Spend more time offline and being present, having a hobby, having a craft, having something that you can pick up when you're ready to dooms scroll that you can think, okay, I'm going to do this instead. Or even listening to a podcast, listening to more music, doing something that is not just reaching for your phone and scrolling. And many times we doomscroll when we're trying to procrastinate something in avoiding something. So also stop using doom scrolling as avoidance. Now to wellness habits that are just going to make your life feel better as a whole. This is one of my very favorites. I literally feel like I'm excited just saying this, but opening my windows first thing in the morning. Opening your windows first thing in the morning
Starting point is 00:19:48 just around the house, around your room is so necessary. because it just brings in the light, it brings the air. I like to do the full on open my windows, like not just the blinds. I like to open my windows, get the fresh air in. It just feels like the world is just waking up. I love this one, but a closing shift at night where you just reset the room, reset the kitchen before you go to bed. Having that little closing shift that takes 10 to 15 minutes will literally do such a blessing for you the next day because you're going to wake up with a clean space, clean house, and not feel just so overstressed with stuff everywhere.
Starting point is 00:20:21 Another one is keeping one area of your life consistently organized. That be your room. That be, let's say, your Google calendar with all your work to-dos or your appointments listed there. Keep one area of your life consistently organized. Cafe work sessions instead of staying home all day. I love going to the cafe. I love meeting my friends. I love going alone. I just love ordering a drink, sitting at a cafe. There's nothing more nice. And you can feel so productive that way. Another one is, walking without headphones sometimes. I feel like it's very easy. Like I love to pop in a podcast or just listen to music, but sometimes I just like to walk and hear nothing. Like I like to listen and be aware of hearing the birds, hearing just the air, the cars, everything just in nature. And that can just make you feel so much hashtag grounded. But it can literally make you just feel grounded and not feel so tied to technology. It can make you feel like an actual person. of course this is just a necessity but everything showers and having your sheets cleaned when you do your everything like reset like a sunday reset have your sheets cleaned because then you take your everything
Starting point is 00:21:30 shower you get into it all nice doing that like once or twice a week can just make you feel so nice and refreshed when you take care of yourself as your mind body soul that's going to make you feel better in your other areas of life invest that time into you because even if i'm not i'm not saying like invest in your looks but like invest in that self-care and you're going to feel more confident going out. You're going to feel more confident, you know, getting ready in the morning because you've took that time for yourself to clean up, wash your hair, do all the maintenance things that make you feel good. Another one is grocery shopping with an actual meal plan and a wellness vision. I feel like anytime I go grocery shopping, I swear I hop onto Pinterest, look at ideas and see,
Starting point is 00:22:11 okay, what do I want to have for the next week? It's sometimes so hard when you go to the grocery store and not know what you're getting. and then you just get random ingredients and you're like, yeah, I don't know what to make. It's so easy to have a vision of what you're doing. So then that can make it easier to not only eat healthier, but also be excited about what you're going to be cooking this week. First spring, one of my favorite things has been my nails and when my nails are done. Because sometimes I just don't have time to go to the nail salon to do my nails.
Starting point is 00:22:43 So I'll do them at home. The funny thing is I actually bring the same nail polish to the nail salon because it's just that good. And I swear by it. I do the Olive and June gel polish and LHG and then a gel top coat. I use the Olive and June Manny System. Everything you need in one box for a salon quality manicure. I love how it doesn't chip and it lasts for seven or more days. Not only that, it comes down to being only $2 per manicure,
Starting point is 00:23:07 which is a lot more affordable than going to the nail salon. But it has just been my current spring obsession because it just makes doing your nails at home so easy. So if you're looking for a new manicure routine, I really recommend it. you can visit olive and june.com slash pretty 20 for 20% off your first system. That's O-L-I-V-E-A-N-D dot com slash P-R-E-T-T-Y-2-0 for 20% off your first system. Another one is creating a calm lighting and lighting setup for you in the evening. So lamps, that's so much better than overhead lighting. Overhead lighting is just going to make you not have your circadian rhythm all aligned with the time of day.
Starting point is 00:23:52 so instead of having overhead lights on in the evening put on your lamps in that warm lighting making a playlist for different moods and routine so make a playlist on like spotify apple wherever you listen to the podcast but listen to just the music according to the time of day the time of feel so i have a morning playlist i have an evening playlist a walking playlist it just makes you excited to be in that mood another one is putting your phone across the room when you're working that is such a big one especially if you're someone who tends to just hop on to doom scrolling. Getting ready, even when you're staying home, I swear this will make such a difference in how you feel throughout the day. You're going to be more productive and you're going to feel better about yourself. Get ready. Like literally put the clothes on. It's okay to have those days where you're in your pajamas and stuff. But majority of the days, get ready. Do your hair, do your makeup or your skincare or whatever. Get ready to make yourself feel good. You don't need to go out as an excuse to get ready. Get ready. Just get ready for yourself. Getting ready for you, like you as a person, is just as important as getting ready to go see your friends.
Starting point is 00:24:56 Another fun one. So I do this all the time. I'm like a yoga pant girl through and through 24-7. I love it. I think it's so cute and shake. But get a matching set for yourself or like cute yoga pants, something that's a loungeware that's comfortable that you can wear at home. So when you get ready, you can get you're ready with your hair, your makeup, your skincare, whatever.
Starting point is 00:25:15 But also at the same time, you can be comfortable. You don't need to be in a full-on dress and heels at home, but wear something that's comfortable where it makes you feel put together, makes you feel good, but also at the same time, you're comfortable. Something that I feel like just falls into the future wellness is having a lifeless. Just have things written down that inspire you right now or things that are making you excited for the future. That just keeps you motivated and excited. Another thing is having a signature healthy drink. It could be matcha, tea, lemon water with cucumbers. It can be anything or like, there's something called like, I forgot the name of it, but it's like a,
Starting point is 00:25:52 I feel like it's, oh, what is the name of it? It's like everything water or something where people just put like their electrolyte packets, fruit, water, cucumbers, just everything to spice up your drink to make it exciting to drink in a way to stay hydrated. And of course, planning little things to look forward to every week. That could be a solo date, your hobbies, meeting a friend, having a little thing to look forward to in the day or for the week is so important. Making your environment smell good.
Starting point is 00:26:17 Get candles, essential oils, having fresh laundry. doing that's going to make you feel just clean. Romanticizing healthy habits instead of forcing them. Also, this is a big one for me, especially lately with my digestive system, but eating meals slowly while multitasking, I feel like, okay, first off, you shouldn't even be multitasking. You shouldn't be on your phone or working when you're eating meals. But let's say you have to.
Starting point is 00:26:41 You have to be mindful of eating slow instead of just shoving your food down and being like, oh, check, done. Try to be mindful, try to be slow, be intentional, and really just think about the food that you're eating and being grateful. Another one is sunset walks and morning walks without a destination. I feel like sometimes we will want to walk to a coffee shop or walk somewhere. But it's fun to sometimes just walk and see where you end up safely, of course. But like if you live in a city, just walk.
Starting point is 00:27:08 You may discover your new favorite coffee shop, your new favorite boutique or thrift shop. And you would have never known unless you just walked without a destination. another one is spending more time around water and nature that's just again going to make you feel more grounded and feeling like you're touching base with nature another one is dressing like the version of yourself you're becoming I feel like this is so important because sometimes we dress what we feel comfortable in but what are the girls that you watch on pittress or the people that you look at that you aspire and you think i want that style what are they wearing wear that or wear something similar wear what you truly want to wear and what excites you despite of what other people may think. Something I love is creating routines that support your nervous system and not just productivity.
Starting point is 00:27:53 Your nervous system is just as important as your work, your school, and being productive. So create a routine based off of supporting your nervous system, not just trying to be productive. And also with that, letting wellness be soft and sustainable and not so extreme and feeling like it's forced and it's like a checklist or like it's a chore to do. You wanted to be supporting you again, not feeling force. Something I personally love is just learning to enjoy a slower living. Just protecting your energy. Like it's a part of your wellness routine. So just having a slow lifestyle, but also, of course, being productive, but like being
Starting point is 00:28:31 a slow lifestyle, but also just protecting your energy where it's like such a priority to you that you're protecting your energy and your peace and how you feel that you have put yourself on a pedestal. It's not your work. It's not, you know, being productive on a pedestal. It's you, yourself, and your nervous system. And of course, lastly, making your daily life feel aesthetically calming and peaceful, I feel like that is so important in a way to reconnect with yourself.
Starting point is 00:28:56 And also, when you do all this for yourself, you're going to better care for someone else. I always use this reference, but it's like when you're on a plane and they tell you to put, they tell the parent to put the mask on first in case an emergency before you put on your child so you can better assist them. I think of that with self-care and your health. yourself. You have to put your mask on first before you can better assist someone else in your life and love someone else. So confidence comes from caring for yourself. So let me just remind you when it comes to all this wellness habits that you need to stop waiting to have it all together.
Starting point is 00:29:30 You don't need to wait until January 1st to start or wait to a new month. Start now. Literally start today.
