Every step I take I move my truth.
Every time they tell me stop I use.
Every comment hate that makes my feel, gather up my energy and boom.
I hear them talking, saying the way that I move is so reckless.
That is a part of my mind I've been blessed with.
Giving my blood so I am relentless.
This is the Keep Hammer Collective with James Gideon Williams and Kramer and Haynes.
That's it true.
I think one time I went to his school and he's in the first grade.
He still denies it, but I think he said, I think it was parents.
day and so he introduced me as cramron.
Some guy called me, what did he call me, Givian?
Givian.
Gideon. At Spite Camp.
Gideon?
Givian.
Oh, Givian.
Yeah.
Close enough.
Are you, are you Givian?
No, it was, it was Gileon.
Gileon.
Gilligan.
Gilligan's Island.
Did you guys watch that?
Was that around?
Oh, yeah.
Okay.
Gilligan's kind of cool.
Yeah.
Maybe that's what I should go by.
Yeah, so this is your idea.
What's this all about?
We got a couple things to cover.
The most important, I'm going to start with the most important,
which is Punk-Sutani Phil saw his shadow.
So six more months of, what is it, spring, winter?
Or no, no.
Six weeks of winter?
I don't even know.
Six years of winter.
I don't know either, but Rihanna sent us Google Trends,
and that was at the top of the list.
Oh, right.
So Kip's idea was if we talk about,
like current events.
Yeah.
That we talk about
Groundhog Day.
Well, that six more months
of winter reminds me
when Biden said
for the unvaccinated
it's going to be a winter
of sickness and death.
So thanks for the pep talk.
President,
appreciate that.
Yeah.
We were playing a,
speaking of Biden,
we were playing a game.
Shit your pants?
Classic game.
I love that game.
First on to shit their pants wins.
That's a fun one.
What was that game called?
Anyways, you had to do these charades.
And one of the cards was Joe Biden.
Okay.
So I walked around holding my ass.
What?
Like I shit my pants.
Yeah, that's a good one.
Well, or you could like kids when they shit their diaper, how they kind of walk, you know,
or they stand behind the couch and they're like, what are you doing over there, James?
You go big potty?
Papa, I flew up.
Anyways.
So, fun.
Something else in the Google Trends,
I think you'll have an interesting opinion on this.
How about the Luca trade?
God, crazy.
Nobody knows what's going on there.
Yeah, that's, I don't even know.
Yeah, so the scuttle butt is that he's like 300 pounds,
hurt, out of shape, fat, 25 years old,
and so they're worried about whatever his work ethic,
I think is why Dallas didn't want to offer him a max contract,
which I think is like $350 million, apparently.
So, but man, when he's balling, he's unbelievable.
He's easily one of the best in the league.
Yeah, I mean, on offense.
Yeah.
I don't know that he played.
Other than that one clip where he like dives after the ball and throws it to Kyrie and does whatever,
I don't know if he ever plays defense.
And so, and I don't think LeBron plays defense anymore.
So they better score a lot.
I saw a clip that was like,
this is the reason Luca got traded
and it was all his terrible defense highlights.
Yeah, he, I mean, but he can score.
Yeah.
So that's good.
Yeah.
The other thing and the trends right now is
Country album of the year.
And this one sucks because
it's hoping Jelly Roll was going to get it.
It wasn't even Beyonce?
Yeah.
I mean, come on.
What?
I know.
I saw the country artists for,
I mean, I think Casey Musgraves or Groves,
or what the hell her name is,
was nominated and they asked her,
and she just went,
so they're kind of in a tough position.
You know, but what I also read was,
I don't know,
when did I find out all this fucking rumor mail?
But that Jay-Z paid like,
you know,
tens of millions to radio stations or whatever,
basically bought the Grammy.
and whatever.
I mean, if I had the money, I'd do it.
Maybe I could win.
I guess it depends what he's getting in return.
Yeah, I mean, hopefully it's legal.
But yeah, Jelly Roll, was he nominated?
I don't think he was even nominated.
Oh, that's stupid.
Yeah.
A post Malone was, right?
For country?
Yeah, for F1.
What was it called?
F1.
F1 trillion, I think?
F1 trillion. Yeah.
Yeah.
But disappointing.
Yeah.
Anyways.
That is.
That's all.
our trending news.
Okay.
There you go, Kip.
So we're done.
Yeah.
And that's it.
Thanks for joining.
No, I wanted to talk.
You and Max did a podcast before he went running.
Then we went, you guys got to sum it in.
How is that?
Good.
Yeah.
He's fun.
He's such a good kid.
Yeah.
I did want to ask you, you know, we watched the film King of Moab and obviously talking to him
on the podcast and how dialed in he was for his old
Are you going to take any of that with you into yours?
Oh, yeah, yeah.
I mean, he's, you know, for mileage, it's, you know, there's David Roach, of course,
is like famously doing less, 65 miles, whatever, super fast.
But I think we talked about that on the pod.
But yeah, it's just volume.
I didn't know how much max is doing, but 130 mile weeks, big weeks.
And it's, so it's no wonder the success he's had.
he's just working.
I mean, grinding out those miles.
So between him and Courtney, yeah, it's hard not to be, you know, I did a couple
summits just got back, haven't even been in the house yet.
And it feels like, what is that?
That's like nothing.
You know, I mean, I did two big loops.
I don't know how many miles it was.
But I feel like if I don't, I'm not running 20 miles a day.
It's like I feel like I'm, I'm going to.
getting outworked and I don't like that feeling let me see so this this says I did yeah not good
8.6 or no so what well what did I do I went up and did something I went back to the far gate
and back up it seems like should be further but great nine miles god oh boy yeah that's like so
just for reference a nine mile week of course is or I mean nine miles a day is a 63 mile week
So nine miles is like nothing.
So I'll have to do like a couple 20, 30 mile days this week just to get bare minimum.
Fuck.
That's rough.
Yeah.
I like thinking about that, especially since you're trying to get me to do this, 100K.
Yeah, I know.
And it's not the easiest 100K.
That's what Tanner said.
Yeah.
I talked to him about it.
Oh, did you?
I know.
That one's legit, dude.
I know.
It's like 11,000 feet, 12,000?
I'm fucked.
I mean, it's over 60-some miles,
but that's still quite a bit of climbing.
Have you seen my legs?
Yeah.
100-100-000 or yeah, 100-k is 62 miles.
So it's spread out a little bit, but it's not,
and it's, I haven't run this race,
but it's not like groomed trail.
It's rock.
That's a 10 or something, too.
He said there's no trail.
It's terrible footing.
Yeah.
Did you, did you ever find that hundred?
I was talking about, the one that Greg did, there's a hundred. It's a, it's over in eastern Oregon.
Oh, no, I did. Yeah, we need to find that one out. But that'd almost be easier, even though it's
38 more miles, because it's, it is rolling. Right. Yeah. I mean, just, if you could just cruise an easy
38 after 62, see, sounds, sounds good. Well, my first 32,
or 31, 32, I guess, was not easy.
So thinking about doing that after.
Yeah, 100K.
Well, a little bit more too,
just a little titch more, like six more miles,
plus 100K plus the 30, yeah.
It's just numbers.
Easy.
Yeah, it shouldn't be a problem.
But yeah, so I talked to Tanner in Salt Lake.
We were just in Salt Lake.
Yes.
Something quite, you know, pretty average happened.
Yeah.
You know, anyone can do it,
especially since they're not real pull-ups.
God, yeah, it's nuts.
But yeah, we were back in Salt Lake, Truitt,
broke the world record again.
Big Mark.
First human to go over 10,000 and 24 hours at 10,001.
Big effort.
Not surprised, but relieved that you never know
how your body's going to respond to a test like that.
And I knew he was prepared, definitely prepared,
but you know it's a lot of small muscles joints, ligaments, tendons in your hands and your hands are
the contact point. So it doesn't matter how fit you are, how shredded you are, how prepared you are
or if something goes wrong in either hand in any place like like an actual injury, not blisters or
whatever those you're going to get those. But or you know, Gagins had a forearm injury before.
I think he was live on Good Morning America and had to quit like 1700. So you knit,
There's no guarantee.
It's a lot of pressure and reps
and lifting your body weight up thousands and thousands of thousands.
So I was just relieved that his body held together
and then his training paid off.
And yeah, he crushed a mark.
Yeah.
I mean, it was the most impressive thing I've ever seen.
It was insane.
I mean, like I told Connor was like,
I think I texted you at 8.
80100 and said, well, he just did a set of 10 to get to his, you know, personal max.
And then at 9250, he did another set of 10.
Yeah.
How the f f you do 10 pull-ups after doing 9200?
That's a machine, dude.
And his 10th one looked just as good as the first.
It was nuts.
His 10,000 and one looked just as good as a first.
So I just don't know how many he, if his hands could, you know, I don't know if anybody's
ever had the answer for the hands because everybody who's attempted it, I mean, if you do 100 pull-ups
right here, your hands will probably, you probably have a little blister, a hundred. Yeah. So,
nobody's ever had the answer for your hands just because, as I mentioned, that contact point.
But if he did, if somebody did have a solution for keeping your hands and people say, you know,
I saw a lot of, you know, dumb comments on there about wear gloves, this and that. I mean,
he wore, had everything, tape, gloves, victory grips, whatever. Um, but if there was a
I'm not sure how many could get because his body it was not he could keep going yeah I mean he could
have he never fatigued yeah I looked at the guy who had the 92 50 and same thing happened to him he
quit three hours he had three hours left and he just said his hands were torn up so yeah censor yeah
I saw that you saw that post wealth put up but uh it's yeah because his goal that day was 1111111
but he had to quit at 92-50 because of the hands.
So it's always the thing.
But Truit never got up there and couldn't do a pull-up.
It's like every single time has a perfect pull-up all the way.
So I don't know what his limit is.
I don't know either because he'd like come over and eat and, you know,
Eric would be, Eric McCormick would be like,
oh, how are you lads and she would be like, oh, they're fine.
Yeah.
What do you mean they're fine?
Yeah.
And on the other attempts, I mean, he had one that was, I would call one of failure.
And it's not, it was just, he still did over 4,000, but his body just, his shoulders.
And, you know, so we've had issues, had massage guns on shoulders and maybe back and lats on the previous attempts.
But he was so much more prepared this time with doing the 2,000 a day for seven days, 14,000 in a week.
He had a few days of 5,000 and 6,000 over 12 hours.
hours, so much more prepared.
His body was basically bulletproof and so dedicated on the diet
because he lost 20 pounds while training,
training running 10 miles a day, thousands of pulps a day,
added 800 calorie deficit for a while.
So to be able to just, I don't think people understand,
most people first of all, overindulge on eating,
eat way more than they burn anyway.
But when you perform at that,
level with just surrounding the 10 miles but then also lifting and doing 2,000 pull-ups to be able to do
that at an 800 calorie deficit for months. I don't that's way harder than the exercise. The diet is way
harder. People food is such a weakness for people and just you know if you've ever I don't know
it's just it's just really hard to get it done. Yeah. I mean and he was looking at
diced.
Yeah, he's done.
Yeah, I mean, people were saying he looks bigger.
He definitely wasn't bigger.
He's more shredded, but he was at one, probably about 165 that night.
Yeah.
And, yeah, veins in his abs.
Yeah.
I don't have veins of my abs.
I don't have abs.
Or veins.
You're a jellyfish.
Or a brain.
I don't have organs.
I don't think some people know like when you when you are you know bulked up and you cut
yeah you weigh less but you look bigger because you know all that fat shreds and then your
proportions you look bigger and he was yeah I mean Nick the trainer dude was like oh we're
going to go to a bodybuilding show after this because yeah what was he at like 7.5 body fat
percentage yeah pretty low that's I mean that's low I don't think people understand like a real
7.5 is low a lot of people like to say I think that's
Dexas scan.
So those are usually come in.
People will say, yeah, I'm at 8%.
They go get a Dexas scan and they're at 13.
Yeah, exactly.
I mean, those things, because calipers are so much different.
I mean, I remember we did calipers before at the gym and I was at six, they said.
And not even, it was over whatever true it was.
So it's like that, I've never done a Dexas scan.
I don't know.
Because he laid down.
Yeah.
And went through the machine.
I did a, God, you hold something.
Never done that one?
Yeah.
Yeah.
I don't know what it.
But it comes in, it's probably accurate because it comes in like, it's like, what, 50% body fat?
I'm 50% body fat.
That's what it said.
And the caliper said I was two.
So, yeah.
Yeah.
You just test your finger.
God, I'm diced.
Look at this.
I just test my foreskin.
Oh.
which I don't have.
Thanks, Mom.
That's why it comes in so low.
Syrup.
Well, that's good.
But something cool with the,
what Truit's record is got some great footage there.
Connor's got some great old footage.
And so we should be able to put together a really cool film.
Yeah,
I was just talking to him before,
before I got pissed about everything,
which I always get pissed about everything.
So I don't know when.
I talked to him when I wasn't pissed.
But if that ever happened, I told him, I think this could be a movie.
And I said, you know, I said, I just wanted to see what Luke's plans were and what, I don't know,
because I'm sure he has a vision.
Right.
And he makes great films too.
But I just said with this old stuff, then I was going to go and see if I can get Gagons to do an interview to just because he's such an integral part of it.
and it all started with Goggins out workout back in 2018.
It could be like a movie.
Yeah.
And I said also, I go, it doesn't hurt that I said, you know, there's all sorts of shit talkers on the internet.
But the fact of the matter is, I said, you look like a fucking movie star.
I mean, people go say whatever they want.
And you say, oh, like short collar bones or whatever the f*** are nuts.
They are absolutely nuts.
I've never heard any comments on clavicles, but you suck in your short collar bones.
Yeah, it's like, what is going on?
Yeah, but I said, so just besides the idiotic comments, I said, you look like a movie star.
So first of all, or a superhero.
So that doesn't hurt.
But then we got the whole backstory.
All the old footage at Connors gathered just, you know, we hired Conner just to go through
mostly all my old hunting footage.
But then I was always filming the kids.
Yeah.
always and so you know when you do something no man has ever done that old footage kind of
actually now it might mean something might mean a little more yeah so usually home movies are like
people are like oh my god we got to watch home movies of these kids but now it might be kind of cool
no i think so yeah i had talked to luke a little bit about it but i think there's definitely
a potential to be something a lot bigger than i mean i know i had talked to you too as like
Kind of have to.
Yeah.
It's set up well at least.
Yeah.
All we're worried about is, you know, the world's a big place.
There could be some freak out there, like some little Asian gymnast that's just going to pump out 15,000 or something that weighs 100 pounds.
It's always a risk.
There's the guy in Australia.
I mean, the world's big.
There are freaks out there.
There's like, you never know.
Yeah.
I mean, I never knew about the sensor until he went and busted.
it out in 9250.
Crazy.
Yeah.
So if it gets beat while we're dicking around with the movie, not as cool.
Not as cool, but it's like Eddie Hall when he was the first person to lift 500 kilograms.
Yeah.
You know, it's like you're still the first person to reach a benchmark.
Right.
I feel like 10,000 is that benchmark.
First in human history.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So, I mean, that's never going to lose its luster, really.
It'd be nice.
And it's not just like somebody can be like, oh, that's the new record.
maybe I'll go try that tomorrow no so it's a the problem is that this record has got a lot of
attention lately yeah and as I said what is there seven eight billion people out there
there's probably a couple freaks yeah I think I think the hands are probably gonna I'm hoping
the hands will protect it it sounds like no matter how hard you train yeah you know if you get to
that certain point the condition that true is in you're still battling the same thing he was
which is the hands.
Yeah.
I don't know.
Russians probably have tough hands, right?
Is there?
There's still Russians, is there?
Or wait.
Yeah, there's Russian.
Not Soviet Union.
Or wait.
I'm not good.
Whatever.
Whatever.
Geography.
Ukrainians.
Yeah.
I don't.
Oh, yeah.
There is Russia.
What?
Something changed over there.
The USSR no longer exists.
That's it.
Okay.
I knew.
The way or I learned the history of that area is from Rocky.
So if it's changed since Rocky 5, I don't know about it.
So we need a Rocky 6 so you can learn.
Yeah.
I mean, Drago.
I mean, he could probably beat it.
Pull him out of retirement.
Yeah, don't tell him.
He was on all the sauce.
Remember that?
Oh, yeah.
God.
Yeah.
Well, that concludes the Truitt section.
now we have a fun section well not that fun because we can't actually announce anything but
there are finalists for the truck giveaway i know yeah we uh it's quite a process yeah getting this narrowed
down but and also the truck and the buggy yeah i was just going to say so the kawasaki
should probably check your email you know you might be a finalist did i win
yeah no it's so it's within what what is today
What camera on my aunt?
No, today's Tuesday.
I mean, this week we should know.
Yeah.
Yeah, so that's exciting.
Stay tuned.
I'm pumped.
I'm pumped to give this.
I mean, I'm kind of like driving it.
Yeah, we also got a grizzly hunt winner, and he did accept the hunt.
Okay.
Yeah, so that's good.
Who's that?
Did I win?
I think, I don't think he did.
Oh.
Yeah.
Let's see.
Do we have a name?
Yes.
Show me the name.
Don't say it.
Where did she send that?
Oh, I don't know.
Oh, top one.
Okay.
Oh, yeah, I remember that.
I selected that.
Actually, back at 9-line.
Oh.
Wasn't it?
Oh, you weren't there.
No.
No, yeah.
So we did, yeah, I remember I signed a book for them.
Oh, nice.
Yeah, we knew that one a little while ago, but I was just kind of waiting for like the grand, grand, whatever this is.
Okay.
And then as soon as we get the truck winner selected, and that's,
You know, people should stay tuned.
There might be giveaways in the future.
Can't launch them yet.
We have more?
Yeah, yeah, we're going to give away a lot of cool shit.
Yeah.
That's what, I mean, yeah, the business part, what I hate the business part of what I do.
I like giving shit away.
So I have to, like, if I wasn't making any money, it would be hard to give stuff away.
Right.
So it's the good and bad of the deal.
But I'm thankful for how well this is going and how much people listen.
Because when people listen, then the sponsors want to pay me more.
And then when they want to pay me more, I want to give away more.
Well, to be fair, you're not getting paid.
I haven't got paid yet.
I mean, but it's only been two years.
To be fair, yeah.
I mean, at least you guys have begun.
You got paid, right?
I think your paycheck's in the mail.
It's on it. I'll get paid someday.
You know what?
I'll talk to my people.
Okay.
We'll get that figured out.
That'd be great.
Yeah.
And then we got some new stuff launching.
The long sleeve I'm wearing and the long sleep you're wearing.
Yeah.
Well, look at this.
I actually signed this deal.
Did you?
Yeah.
Can we talk about it?
No.
No.
I don't know.
I sent it in.
Oh.
Okay.
So actually I took a picture of, so I got the contract and I took a picture of my phone and they're like,
yeah, are legal people might not.
not, could we do something like, could you scan it?
It's just an iPhone photo.
Shitty little scribble.
Yeah.
So, but anyway, I did do a scan and I, I don't know when we're announcing it, but.
Well, I guess right now.
I guess today.
You didn't say their name.
You just fluff the jacket.
I know we all know.
Yeah.
Anything else?
Larry?
Oh, boy.
this is a liability
I'm not sure if I have
anything else to say
boss
yeah
that was like was that the green mile
yeah
I know what love is
didn't he have like a bunch of butterflies
or shit come out of his mouth
or what was moths
what was that?
I don't see that movie
yeah that's pretty
cool
same as a mummy
with Brendan Frazier.
He has bugs come out of his mouth too.
Oh, yeah.
So.
Okay.
You know who was the Indiana Pacers are staying at my hotel?
What?
Yeah, in Salt Lake.
Oh, really?
Yeah, they must have been playing the jazz.
I saw, I don't know, it was like a nine-foot-tall guy walked by.
It has to be the Pacers.
Yeah.
But it was pretty good.
Other than the breakfast, I went to breakfast one time, and they said something like,
Yeah, we got brunch, this and that.
Maybe if you don't want, oh, it was like some fancy thing,
or I don't know what it was, but they said maybe they saw how I was dressed
and they're like, maybe you want to eat across the street.
So I'm like, I know how brunches work.
I didn't know it was 200 bucks.
Maybe you want to eat across the street.
I was like, I wish I would have told me that price beforehand.
You're right.
I do want to eat across the street.
After I got the bill.
I take it.
Here,
let me throw this up real quick.
Yeah,
I was like,
shit,
did I just pay for the Indiana Pacers to eat?
Or what happened here?
You can have this back.
Yeah.
Oh, man.
Yeah.
But,
yeah,
so the hotel is cool.
I walked and we got back.
Well,
first of all,
I laid down for a split second
and then woke up at like four p.
Yeah.
I was a long,
I mean,
do you think Trout was tired
being doing pulse on night?
We were freezing.
First of all,
and freezing in there.
Yeah.
And true is just busting shit out
while everybody else is dying
as hypothermia.
God.
Can we shut the damn door?
Yeah, I know.
I know.
But here's what,
the cool part of that
was all the support he had.
I mean by,
I mean,
so many people,
but, you know,
black rifle was huge.
That was sick.
You know,
Mount Knop,
Trevor swung by from Mountainops.
Of course,
Michael Brandt was there
from Ketone.
But yeah, and then the overall community, the live strong, or wait, not live strong.
The recovery strong?
Yeah.
Although the Shaw family, awesome people, they're all there.
It's just epic.
Yeah, it was like one big party.
It was.
Which is nice for, you know, everyone watching because you get tired and someone amps up the energy and you wake up a little bit.
Yeah.
I mean, it was a, it's a long night.
I mean, I just kept thinking if Truitt can stay up for 24 hours while doing pull-ups, I can probably not be a pussy.
Well, you were wrong.
You would have thought that, but nope.
We all learned something that day.
Yeah, we all learned something.
You're right.
I learned a lot about myself.
Watching Truit do both.
Yeah, all I know is like after he broke it, that's when it got tough because everybody left.
he still had 700 more to go to get to 10,000,
and everybody's laying around, the crowd's gone,
freaking, I don't even know if there's music playing anymore.
It was just like, wow.
Yeah, can you turn that down?
I'm trying to sweep.
And he's like, 700 more.
God, that was brutal.
I was dying when, you know,
getting the IV and you're laying down.
Like, I'll take it.
That guy comes in and is like, what the fuck?
Yeah, I know.
I know.
a slumber party yeah it's what it looked like god yeah that's good it was uh it was quite an event
uh super proud of them for getting that done and as i said in the post um proud but not surprised
i mean i know it sounds crazy that to say you're not surprised that you know your son did something no
human has ever done but that's that's just that's always been the goal i've always told them told the
kids, it's like, yeah, you're not, we're not trying to be regular, not trying to be average.
Yeah.
Trying to be special.
They're definitely not.
Yeah.
So it's like, I'm not, I'm not surprised because that's been, that's what we're supposed to do.
So I'm proud, though.
Yeah.
That's huge.
Yeah, I watched his YouTube video.
And, you know, he's like, well, probably going to take today off, take my dog for a walk.
And then tomorrow, right back at it.
I need to go for a run.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I guarantee you did.
Oh, I know. He posted.
Oh, did he?
Yeah.
I didn't see.
Like an eight mile run or something.
Yeah.
I mean, it's on to the next.
I mean, you can't, you're not, we don't celebrate accolades.
We don't, you know, it's in the past, really.
I mean, it's cool and it's great.
We're going to, we're going to make films and we're going to, I think the part of the
celebration in that regard is that it can be a big inspiration to people just like Goggins.
And I said this that night.
Gagins inspired him seven years ago when we trained.
And so who knows.
with that ripple effect will be.
That's the beauty of, you know,
there's a lot of shit that comes to social media,
but also we can reach so many people now.
And it's like, you never know who you're going to impact
or how are you going to impact them
and how it's going to change our life.
So we'll tell the story in the best way we can.
And then hopefully it just leaves lasting legacy.
And then that continues on.
And it's just, I don't know, it's a big deal.
It's a big deal.
Yeah, I got a kick out of, you know,
he does,
10,001 pull-ups, walks up to the live stream.
And he's like, all right, thanks, guys.
I know.
Yeah, he was pretty gassed by that time.
Oh, for sure he was.
Yeah.
Obviously, he used all that he had on that physical test, basically.
And yeah, not a lot left for mental acuity.
But, yeah, I know.
He was trying to think what to say.
So I said a few things.
And he's like, yeah, what he said.
Yeah, he said.
Yeah, he said.
Take what you said, put a dash below it, and then my name.
Yeah.
I mean, I, you know, when he was doing it, I can't just stand or sit.
I was like pacing the whole time.
You were.
Yeah.
Back and forth, back and forth.
Just because I just can't, I don't know.
I don't know.
Yeah.
I mean, but that's how I'm basically at their basketball games, I was just as psycho when they were five years old.
So not much has changed.
Well, I had a physical challenge right after.
Oh, wow.
From my hotel.
Tell me about it.
And I have to say this because I feel cheated.
I walked half a mile to a sandwich shop that had.
I mean, like all in one go?
All in one.
I mean, I took a couple breaks crossing the streets, you know, but that was forced upon me.
Safety.
Yeah.
And anyways, I chose a sandwich shop that was supposed to be the best Philly cheese steak around.
Okay.
They had Guy Fiori.
Yeah.
Can you say it?
Sure.
It was hands down.
The best.
Easily the worst
thing I've ever had.
Nice.
And on top of it,
the person I ordered it from
was one of me,
a tranny.
Wow.
And they were wearing a mask.
For safety.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Because I know they didn't spit in it.
Yeah.
Well, maybe they still did.
Yeah.
So ate half of it.
Yeah.
Bagged the other half.
Walked down to the nearest 7-Eleven.
Got a bag of Doritos, bag of Cheetos.
And those never let you down.
And sour punch straws.
Those never let you down, dude.
I took that back to my hotel room.
And that was dessert.
Sounds good.
It was.
Yeah.
For Truis, a pull-up thing, I had pizza, a donut.
About, I don't know, 22 cups of coffee because it was freezing.
I think I heard you were drinking hot water.
I was just drinking hot water because I had too much caffeine.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I think Trude had 2,600 milligrams of caffeine, which is not sure if that's recommended.
I think it is.
Yeah.
Well.
Yeah.
What else did I have?
I don't know.
I had some crackers.
Did you have steak?
Oh, a steak.
Okay.
Yeah.
No, Evan hooked up the steak.
That was actually pretty good.
Yeah, big old fat rib eye.
Just for you guys.
Yeah.
I know.
Not, yeah, no scrubs.
No.
Yeah, just the VIPs.
That was pretty nice.
It's just like they would, like Evan and Logan made really good cups of coffee.
And I must not.
To me, a curig is just as good.
So I'm like, I, it was good.
Good, but man, I just don't know if I can't tell the difference, but I mean, a black rifle
curig, it hits a spot too.
So maybe it's just a sign of how good their curigs are.
Could be.
I think that's what it is.
But I go over to the office there, and Evans, like, in the lab.
It's actual lab.
It is, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, it has a green beans.
And he's like, well, or the raw, or is it raw?
I don't know.
But a coffee bean, then they have to roast them, right?
So it's, I don't even have seen a, is it.
green a green bean is that what's or a raw is it a raw be what's it what's it what's it
was it was it's not roasted i don't know it's got to be green yeah they they were green
colored anyway yeah i don't know shit about coffee i think is what we can take away from this
i got larry are you trying to chime in over there i was just going to say something
but boss i got something to say if you if you allow me yes uh
I honestly forgot what I was going to say.
I think I was going to say something about coffee beans and the USSR and geography.
I was going to tie it all back together.
What I love about you trying to chime in is it takes a second for the mic to come on and then the jokes already passed.
I did.
I became familiar with the lab, though, as I was going in and out to the bathroom.
Yeah.
I think I broke a record.
Well, I went to the bathroom wearing the mic.
Luke's mic.
So, sorry, Luke.
I mean, that was after all that night of coffee.
It's just like, you know, I went in there and it was just, you know, not good.
And then I was like, saw this blue light on my shirt.
Yeah.
I'm like, God, that's going to be good audio.
It's like Dale Brisby.
Yeah, exactly.
Yeah.
I think I had four of those Black Rifle Energy drinks, which those are good.
Those are really good.
Yeah.
Have those come out?
I don't know.
Well, if they haven't, people should keep an eye out for them because they were actually really good.
was a hitas.
Can we say that?
Hitta.
Oh.
That's Gerovan.
You're saying it with the A.
So it's.
Oh, yeah.
No,
you're thinking of something different.
Yeah.
Fuck.
Yeah,
no,
we can say Hitta.
Okay.
So I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no cheese.
You know what I got?
Cheese.
No?
Oh.
Two patties, no bacon.
What?
But the guy was like,
did your son break the record?
So he knew.
something was going on.
So anyway, I gave a pass on the no bacon.
I don't know how you get a bacon cheeseburger
and you just say no cheese and then somehow don't get bacon either.
Yeah, things to look forward to.
We have a guest on the 11th.
We do, who?
Casey Anderson.
Oh, really?
Grizzly guy.
Oh, good, okay.
That should be a fun one.
Yeah.
I think you guys will have some good stuff to talk about.
Yeah.
When do I have to do my audible read?
Oh, that's, yeah.
Actually, I wanted to, I saw what you posted on your book.
Yeah.
Looks good.
Yeah.
Those are the images or how it's printed on there.
I noticed lines in the printing.
Is that just because it's a pre?
Yeah, it's just cheap print just to just to verify everything looks pretty good
in the book format.
But yeah, it's all just low quality, low res.
Okay.
Yeah, there won't be like copy printer lines on there.
Or your copy is running out of ink lines.
Yeah.
I think it's going to be the book should be a little,
barely high,
a little high quality than that
if I could talk.
Yeah, I was pretty stoked to,
I mean, a couple of my images are in there,
so honored to have those.
No, it looks good.
It looks good.
I'll give you one of them if you want.
They send me a box.
Okay, yeah.
Check it out.
But yeah, I think it looks pretty damn good.
I mean, and like I said,
in that caption, it's like,
when you got Goggins, Rogan, and Huberman
chiming in on it, it's like,
even if I didn't write one word,
but just what they wrote,
wrote that should sell.
It's a picture book.
Who gives a fuck this guy said?
Did Rogan say anything about Truit breaking the record?
He just texted me and he said, I can't believe he did it again.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Wild.
Yeah.
So, no, he, yeah, he was paying attention.
Yeah.
And everybody who's kind of knew it was going on and checking in.
I think, you know, just, it was quite a, I think guys at people, Jesus, I can't, why can't
to talk but guys at tanner's work we're checking in and uh just you know the live screen
stream was going the whole time god i need a cigarette cramron haynes in the live screen i know i need
a bump to get my head straight maybe i need some ketone that's it there you go that's what we didn't do
that's why i can't talk ketone IQ where's lindsay brewer you're setting a grisly guy podcast
how come you can't get her here i'll reach out well no i thought
aren't you guys still dating?
We're married.
You said you, you're married.
Yeah, but we're on a little, you know, we did couples therapy, so we're on a hiatus.
Oh.
Absence makes the heart grow fonder.
Yeah.
So that's what you guys are doing.
She's on a three-week girl's trip to Miami.
What's the worst that can happen?
Yeah.
Yeah.
You know what?
Hot take.
If you're a guy and you let your girlfriend take a girl's trip to Miami.
me, you're a cuck.
And also, if those face times never get picked up, not a great sign.
I was sleeping.
Not a great sign.
Let me just say that.
Sorry, I was taking a nap.
Decline or whatever.
What does it say?
Beep, beep.
Yeah.
I was like, fuck.
Yeah.
No, my battery went dead.
Yeah.
No.
All right.
So get that Lindsay Potter.
Is it a Lindsay Williams now?
She decided to keep her last name.
Oh, Lindsay Gideon.
Gillian.
Gillian.
Lindsay Gilligan.
That's got a nice ring to it, kind of.
Yeah.
Yeah.
All right.
Well, so that was productive.
I have no, yeah, I have no idea how, I don't know how Macy does
makes like what we do coherent.
I don't either because there's been a couple times where I'm like that.
There's going to be nothing in there.
And then it's like, I listened to it and I'm like, how did that work?
I don't remember saying that like that.
I think she added somehow AI is a normal conversation.
I think she's trained the AI to talk like us.
I think so.
Yeah.
Oh, that's a fascinating observation, James.
Hmm.
That is interesting.
If you did caliper your foreskin.
Yeah, speaking of that hand sack.
Oh my, I'm going to start calling it.
I gave him handsack.
I have never actually heard or said that in my life.
So that's kind of cool.
That's a key time right there.
Right there.
That's locking in, baby.
Oh, my God.
I am so locked in.
I could come up with hand sex out of nowhere.
Genius.
Honestly?
So if you don't need a better sales pitch than that, I don't know what to tell you.
You might need to add that one to your kill Tony.
Hand sex.
No, I'm going to add it to my Riley Reed reel.
That's who we need to get on the podcast.
Yes.
Entertainer.
Actress.
And my stepmom.
And my step-sister.
And my babysitter.
And my teacher.
Okay.
Now I actually think we could probably end this.
So that's all we have.
Thanks for tuning in.
Keep hammering, crammering.
And Gilligan.
Keep crammering.
