Starting point is 00:00:00 Hi everyone, we'll be back with a new episode around mid-March, but for now I want to tell you about the launch of a brand new Canadian podcast from our friend Danielle Parody, a reporter with APTN News. It's called The Place That Thors. You might remember Danny from some of our previous episodes. It was she who discovered that archive of historic letters and documents that became the Murderous Mounties series and I also had the pleasure of working with her on other episodes including the Saskatoon freezing deaths. In The Place That Thaws, Danny and a colleague travelled to the Arctic, Canada's most

You'll hear why a simple plan to go ice fishing is no longer guaranteed. And in this week's episode, Danny speaks with a 22-year-old Inuk dog sledder about how it all works now with much less snow.
