They sent the faith leaders. It's demonic. They said, oh, open your Bibles. The widow, the widow. Honor the widow. Well, has the widow been honoring her late husband? No more talk about the widow, guys. No more talk about the widow after this report has become available. I don't want to hear it ever again. I don't want to hear any person try to sell to us

this emotional pitch of Erica. Erica, she's just a widow. No, she's conniving. She has a loud lies. Okay. She has loud lies because she is the CEO. I'm a chairman. She's not at home, taking care of her kid. She's on the road connected to an apparatus of power at all times. And that power has been sent to attack all of us for refusing to accept the Charlie Kirk federal slop narrative. And what is so despicable, what I really want to harp on right here at the beginning, because we told you, we said this report is going to drop. We told you it was damning. Actually, Baron Coleman reported it first. That report was incoming. And what did they do? The Kirk family files this very sloppy, quick, preemptive strike where they say the security at UVU is to blame.

That means somebody is leaking to them, but by the way, the report, they knew, they saw, they read, and they were prepared with the statement. Always doing the same thing, by the way. They're always expecting us not to read it. You guys know I love to read tough, though. I love to read through it. I will take the time to read through every document when it comes to the Charlie Kirk case, especially, when you have had me in your sights and you have come after me and you have come after those who have supported me and you have been vicious group chats come after my family, my kids. Yeah. Well, let's go through it. Let's see what we learn in this report. It is astonishing. I mean, I got to just the timeline and I could not believe it. I could not believe how right we have been the entire time. And when I plug this into the broader timeline of what Charlie was going through in his personal life, your jaw is going to hit the floor like mine did. So let's get started. Welcome back to Candace.

Somebody get Andrew Colvette, Blake Neff, somebody wake up the widow, get the pastors, want everybody, everybody get together, where's Frank Turrick, where's Frank and Bank Turrick, we're going to yank and bank and Frank our way through this independent review, which they knew was coming, clearly knew was coming and tried to get ahead of. Now, we told you this already in the background of what was happening that essentially almost immediately UVU reached out to a third party, the Lake Force Group, to conduct a review, a broad review of the security protocols to see what went wrong that day, to open up the campus, open up their police officers, open up everyone sitting down with interviews and producing evidence as to what went wrong on

September 10. It's assassination, bigger. You could argue this was a bigger assassination than JFK because of the ability for the video to have spread globally. people wanted answers and they basically put their hands up and said, go for it. Get the answers that you guys are looking at, looking for. It could have obviously been implicated. So we should start with who participated in this review because that alone is stunning.

Erica's been telling us that she wants to get to the bottom of things, right? That they want to figure out what happened no matter what the answer is. They're not just, you know, pushing Tyler Robinson narrative. they're open to other considerations. She just wants the truth is what she said. She just wants the truth. This would be a really good thing for the CEO and chairman of Turning Point USA to participate in, the third-party review,

if you're interested in getting to the truth about maybe how your organization may have played a role in the security failures that day. While we learned who participated on the bottom of page six and seven of this review, We are told that they interviewed federal, local, county, and state officials. And we are told that UVU fully cooperated with the review. But guess who did not participate, you guys? We learned that despite repeated outreach attempts, the project team did not receive responses from the following individuals

or other representatives of their organizations. This information is included solely to document outreach efforts and to provide transparency regarding the scope of information available to the project team. The project team reached out to Brian Harpole, who was identified as the leader of the Integrity Solutions Security Team, working with Turning Point USA to provide executive protection for TPUSA CEO Charlie Kirk. The project team attempted to reach Harpole by telephone and certified letter. The certified letter explained the purpose of the outreach and provided the project team's contact information. The project team did not receive a response.

Neither did I, actually. We're going to get more into Dan Flood. I mean, get more into Brian Harple. Next up, the project team also reached out to Dan Flood, Turning Point USA's security supervisor. He's on staff and Macy Crofts, a Turning Point USA senior field representative. Those two would know a lot.

Flood was identified as the person who coordinated security for the organization with Brian Harpole of Integrity Solutions. Flood was present at UVU on September 10th and had a phone and text communication with UVU police chief Jeff Long a few days before and the morning of the event. And Macy Crofts was identified as a senior field rep of Turning Point USA, and she participated online in the major events assessment committee planning meeting

that was held on August 25th regarding the September 10th TPSA event. But mysteriously, you guys, we learned that neither flood nor Crofts responded to phone calls or voicemail messages. In Flood's case, the project team also sent a certified letter. They did not have a current address for Crofts. They further contacted senior level staff members at Turning Point USA in Phoenix, seeking assistance in connecting with Dan Flood and Macy, but the project team did not receive a response to those email and telephone outreach efforts.

We then on the project team also reached out to the then head of the UVUTPUSA club, who had invited Charlie Kirk to speak at UVU, the project team sought his insights and perspectives regarding planning for the September 10th, TPSA event. But he did not respond to project team's various outreach efforts, which included a certified letter seeking his cooperation. That really is something. Caleb Chilicott, who Erica spotlighted at Amfest, seemingly did not want to help the

university that he went to figure out what happened, what went wrong. How curious. How curious. Lastly, they tell us that a Utah risk management official had communications with an executive of Turning Point USA and urged that the above-named individuals who were associated with TPSA on September 10th cooperate with the assessment by being interviewed by the project team. There was no response. Now, why is that interesting?

It's interesting not only because of the message that they have communicated to us over and over again about how they really just want the truth, you guys. but it's also interesting because Brian Harple was willing to speak to Sean Ryan on the podcast. He opened up, he was talked about, why wouldn't you speak to the independent review? If everything you say to Sean Ryan is true and above board

and we are going to learn that it was not, as I said, but if everything you're saying is true and you have nothing to hide, Erica, don't come for my employees, my family, don't come for her family, well, why don't you tell your family? why don't you tell your family to open up the books? You did nothing wrong.

They did nothing wrong, right? No, they all declined. And yet Andrew Colette, Blake Neff, every single day, they're beating the drum, talking about how transparent they've been, right? They just want answers. They spent a year trying to get you answers and you guys didn't participate.

Let's go to page 10. This is just going to be an executive summary, but I want to highlight this because you are about to be hit with so much paid propaganda online to lie to you about what's in this document, so much so that you shouldn't even just take this episode. You should read it yourself in its entirety. You should read it in its entirety. But I want to highlight the opinion of the project team, and its executive summary at the top on page 10. Scroll down to the blue in the middle there. It is the opinion right there. It is the opinion of the project team based on our review of all available information that at no time,

during the events leading up to the assassination of Charlie Kirk or in its aftermath, did any employee or agent of UVU act in bad faith or in willful and wanton disregard for the safety of others? With the benefit of hindsight, however, the project team identified several actions, omission, circumstances, and institutional practices that warrant attention as UVU considers how to strengthen the safety and security of campus events in the future. So they are saying, this is our summary. They count contrary to what Erica, tried to very quickly, the Kirk family tried to quickly file, our assessment is nobody at UVU acted in bad faith or in disregard for the safety of others, but we are going to make some

suggestions for the future of how they could learn and strengthen the policies that are already on the books. Okay. Now, I want to talk also about this major events assessment committee. Actually, yeah, let's go to page 11. I haven't been telling you guys about this, there was this Microsoft Teams meeting that took place. They have assessed on page 11 that this did take place, but it was Turning Point USA that wanted to have this event outside. We're going to talk more about that. The MEAC, that's the major events of planning committee.

And we're going to learn that Turning Point security did not take place in this. But it tells us here that the MEAC process was initiated on August 24, first to determine whether or not the event should proceed and to identify security concerns. However, several key event security decisions were deferred to Turning Point USA's field representative, even though UVU staff members raised concerns, including concerns related to holding the event in the outdoor fountain courtyard area and using Turning Point USA's ticketing process. Turning point preferred to hold the event in the fountain courtyard and to use its own ticketing system rather than the university system. Those decisions placed the event in an area

that was more difficult to control and limited UVU's ability to obtain reliable real-time information regarding anticipated attendance and crowd size. Because the event was held on UVU's campus, UVU should have retained decision-making authority over key security-related issues, including the venue selection, the ticketing and access control, and other conditions that were necessary to support campus safety. Okay. I want to park that in the back of your mind, okay? Let's go to the timeline on page 17. I love a timeline. They put together a timeline and this, I could not get over the first entry on this timeline. You will recall that very shortly after trial assassination, I said this event came together too quickly. Something is not right. And we were having a very hard

time determining who requested this event. Do you remember they sent out Ali Stucky, who has never had line to tour with Charlie Kirk. She shares an ex-correspondence between her and Andrew putting together an event last second for this exact tour as evidence that I'm somehow lying. I mean, what absolutely terrible human being, this girl is. I'm truly like, I'm so sickened. I was so angry thinking through the amount of people that Charlie has helped in their career and how quickly they turned their back on him. So I noted to you, I said, who requested this event? Because the way it normally works is every single Turning Point USA chapter, separate from National, wants Charlie Kirk, Candace Owens, wants they, they want you to come to their campus. So they put in a request

to Turning Point National and Turning Point National does their best. And typically the consideration is, has Charlie done this, you know, this university in the past? How big is this university? How is the club performing? They'll also reward on the basis of how the independent clubs are performing, okay, this year you're going to get Candish, you're going to get Charlie Kirk, you're going to get this speaker, you're going to get this speaker, how can we divvy it up? Are the headliners available on those certain dates? And it is a process that takes place, as I said to you guys, the semester before, at a minimum, at a bare minimum, because the wait list is long. Of course, every chapter president wants to host them. And I said, something is not

right about how this event came together. Lo and behold, we finally get an answer. Let's go to the timeline. I'm shocked at this entry. We learn that on July 10th, 2025, at the request of Turning Point USA's field representative, that's Macy Crofts. That means this was a complete flip.

Turning Point USA reached out to a club president and said, hey, we want you to put in a request for Charlie to speak in the courtyard. This is massive. Okay. I cannot say to you enough. I cannot underscore enough how massive this revelation is. This is not how events come together at Turning Point USA. They don't say, you put in the request and we want it in the fountain area. And let me tell you how insane this is beyond that. They included Caleb's email in here. Caleb's email requesting Caleb Chilichet, Club president requesting this event, and he didn't even know why he was requesting it. Stunning.

Now, if you don't, guys don't mind pivoting. Let's go to page 39 where we can actually, or it might be bought a page 40. I think it's page 39 where we could actually read. No, 40. Give me 40, page 40. The email. I think that's important for us to pivot to. Here it is.

This is the verbatim email from Turning Point USA, UVU's Club President to UVU. Club Services. He wrote to them, My field representative for Turning Point USA has asked me to reach out to UVU Club Department to ask about availability on hosting an event on the courtyard on September 10th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. She, referring to Macy Crofts, is being quite vague on what this event is, so unfortunately, this is all the information I have in regards to it.

Are you able to tell me if this space, so she, She wanted it in the courtyard. Macy Crofts, it has to be in the courtyard, doesn't tell them much else. Can you let me know if this space is currently available for the date and time? Headquarters came to a club president and said, contact them immediately, see if this space is available, and it's got to be in the courtyard. I'm like, I can't explain to you. Like, I'm like on the brink of tears realizing this. I told you there was something suspicious about how this event came together.

That right there is suspicious. Just do it. Just email and see if we can be in the courtyard. He doesn't even know what's going on. She's being vague. Why is she being vague? Why is she being vague? I have an idea why she might have been being vague.

But I'm going to show you the Charlie Kirk timeline of what's going on in his life after we get through this. Let's go back up to that timeline if you guys don't mind. The timeline on the bottom of page 17. I mean, on page 17. Okay, so that's July 10th. On July 18th is when he formerly, maybe he got more details from Macy, submits an event request,

and the event is described as an appearance by Charlie Kirk to discuss current events, and that ticketing is going to be handled by Turning Point USA. It's going to be external. The university will not have oversight over it. On July 28th, the club's office advises

that Turning Point USA's club and annual registration had to be completed. So they came back to them and they said, actually, you haven't even submitted your annual club form. So you're not officially a club yet. So they got that done in the back end. So the event is not been approved. They are just suggesting that they want to do this event. And then after they submit that registration on August 21st, the club's office tentatively approves the event. They forward it to event services as a major event. So M-E-A-A-C is going to have to get involved. And at that time, in response to UVU's questionnaire, TPSA told them it was going to be 600 attendees. That's going to be relevant later because when we say TPSA, we mean once again

Caleb Chilicott had no idea what was going on, which means he was not in control of ticketing. That is also unusual. Okay. Turning Point USA National is handling the registrations. We're going to learn that elsewhere in this document. They say on August 21st, It's going to be 600. And then they offer to connect UVUPD with Turning Point USA security, said that they had no risk factor for safety or security. And so on August 21st, event services then emails everyone that's required on their end to attend the major events committee meeting. And that is when the first time, now it's been approved tentatively, that Jeff Long, the chief of police at UVU became aware of the event.

Now, he is a crucial name because they have been throwing so much dirt on his name that when I got through this document, I don't see how he doesn't sue. I would sue not just Turning Point USA. I would sue the university for allowing this narrative. I mean, Brian Harpole is out there saying that, oh, this is the text message. You've got them saying security failed. Erica is filing a thing. They're pointing.

I'm pretty sure she explicitly named. Jeff Long in that filing. By the time you get through to this, you're going to be like, I cannot believe the audacity of that. And you just have to be a sociopath to want to ruin this person's life knowing what you knew. Okay. Turning Point knew that it was them that orchestrated every aspect of this event. Turning Point headquarters. This was not a slip up even on the chapter. So I am saying Caleb Chilicate did nothing wrong. Okay. He's a chapter president. headquarters is telling him what to do. He's at an age where he's young and dumb

and he wants to be favored, right? Oh, a little stroke on the... Eric is going to bring you on stage and give you an award. He's an idiot. Maybe. That's the worst thing he's on is he's an idiot. He's a useful idiot for Turning Point USA headquarters.

But Jeff Chief Law? Yeah, by the time you get through this, you're going to be thinking he should sue Turning Point USA for allowing for an entire year for people to think, that he was the reason. That's explicitly what Brian Harpole said. What am I supposed to do with that?

UVU police did this. They did that. Well, now we have an independent review. Let's keep going here. So we now know this is the first time he finds out August 21st. And then you get this entry here, which is that instantly this was flagged by UVU. They have a free speech committee and they flag it because they say we're going to anticipate protests and they have reviewed insights from prior turning point appearances,

including an appearance of Charlie Kirk at UVU in 2019, with me, by the way. That was with me. And we did have protesters. And me and Charlie sat on the floor and went through the protesters. So they're going, we're going to, we expect some action here. That's UVU that's saying that. Not turning point security.

Then they have this mysterious entry that Brian Harpole stated in a public podcast on Sean Ryan that he first had a meeting at September on September, 10th. And they, that's when they started getting things together. Remember that Sean Ryan interview, but guess what? You have no idea who was talking about. We're going to learn about that. They have no idea of talking about because they weren't involved. The committee meeting, the major events assessment committee meeting, which happened just four days after the, Jeff Long learned about this, took place on August 25th. Guess who didn't attend this meeting? Not a single member of Turning Point Security attended this crucial meeting. But they tell us what

happened. UVU participants raised concerns about the outdoor courtyard location that Macy insisted on, the anticipated attendance, the protest activity, the crowd management, the ability to control access. This is the meeting the security should have been a part of. And Macy said, no, we want the event to remain in the fountain courtyard, despite the concerns and suggestions of alternative venues, turning point preferred that from the beginning. They didn't have a plan and even know what they were doing, but they did know that it needed to be done in that fountain courtyard. Okay. TPSA advised UVU that it would have approximately eight security personnel. And at that moment, and again, they spoke independently of people on the phone. They've conducted interviews. This has taken a year. Chief Long requested contact with that security leadership. So Chief Long is requesting on August 25th. We are now T minus 15 days. And where's the security contacting him and asking about specs? We continue. We now learn that on the 25th, the venue selection remained.

That's obviously crucial, that there was going to be no control in terms of protest activity, crowd management, and access control. I mean, there just, there was no controllability. But that's what turning point wanted. Then we learn that the free speech committee discussed possible EOC activation again. That's all happening during that meeting. And then on the 27th is when it's formally approved. And that's what I was saying is that they were not promoting this event.

Everything was happening weightly in the day. It's insane that 3,000 people attended. And it gets approved. They start monitoring complaints and concerns on August 29th. The free speech committee really went above and beyond here. And they had an anonymous caller that demanded that the event be canceled. UVU President Tumanez requested updates regarding event planning on the 31st. The free speech committee kept me.

monitoring that activity. Notice we're not seeing anything about what Turning Point USA was doing here. On September 2nd, Chief Long goes, hey, man, we're a week away from this event. And no secure, I've received no security request from Turning Point USA. I saw a point of contact. We had the MEAC on the 25th that he, nobody was on that from security. We just had Macy Crofts. Hey, can, can I get a point of contact on their security team? And then, finally, Finally, we learned that on September 3rd, T-minus seven days from the event, for the first time, Dan Flood and Chief Long get on the phone for just five minutes and 28 seconds. And Chief Long asks Flood what Turning Point USA needs. And Dan Flood is focusing on, as I told you, the arrival, the departure, and the parking logistics. They were really concerned about Charlie's SUV having a clean exit.

And then he told him that Turning Point will typically have anywhere between 8 and 10 security personnel. Then they had a follow-up call, which lasted just 48 seconds on the same day on the third. And Chief Long and Dan Flood were talking about ticketing. And guess what Dan Flood says? He says, national office is handling ticketing. Tickets totals are not available. We can't tell you anything. T-mi, 7 days.

We can't tell how many people are going to come. here. And so how could Chief Long be prepared for a crowd? The last update he's been told by Turning Point National is that it's 600 people. And Dan Flood, the chief security person is telling him, yep, sorry, that's it. We don't have, we have a, you got nothing. Got no updates here. Okay. We now have, we're looking at it. We're looking at it. another key decision point on September 8th. TPSA security is now concerned about, what do they say, the pedestrian walkway access above the area

where Charlie Kirk's canopy was to be placed. And this, my friends, is why I think turning point USA executives are, I mean, it just, you want to talk about demonic possession. You have kept up this lie. You allowed Brian Harpole to tell this lie. and Erica reinforced this lie in that recent filing, that the Kirk family reinforced this lie

and that recent filing, that this text communication between Dan Flood was not about the canopy, but more broadly speaking, was about rooftops. And I told you from the beginning, this was a lie that Brian Harper was telling. He was not only lying by omission,

by pretending these were his messages, what am I supposed to do with that? He says to Sean Ryan. Nothing, because it's not your text message. It's a communication between Dan Flood and a communication between him and Jeff Long about particularly, amazingly, the two things they're concerned with

is a clean exit for Charlie, Charlie's vehicle, and what's happening above Charlie's head. The exact, ironically, that's going to be where people would reasonably see someone on a Losey Center. They want that clear, and they want a clean exit. That's it. We are told that Dan initiated that text exchange on September 8th, T minus two days regarding, again, the accessibility of that canopy area above the Hall of Flags.

And that is when Jeff Long said, we got you covered in reference to, they make it clear, the Hall of Flags outdoor pedestrian walkway. Free speech committee is still monitoring. They're still doing their job. I give the free speech committee an A++, by the way. and then we now have incident day. Now, I'm not going to get into the emergency response, because that's a huge part of this report, and I want to make sure that I have time to separately go through that

because some of it's irrelevant. They're making recommendations about what could happen in the future. A lot of it is not relevant to what we are trying to figure out, which is what took place on that day, and which should have been told to us from Turning Point USA. Right. So we're now incident day on September 10th, and we learn that Chief Long,

contacts, the Utah SIAC regarding an anonymous threat. That threat is a shocking threat that we're going to get into later. It's a threat about EMPs. EMPs. Where did we learn about EMPs and whose family was super involved with EMPs, Lori Franz Faye EMPs? I'm very interested in that 723 AM threat. We'll talk about that in a bit. 9 a.m. The security arrives to campus. So they've done nothing. They have not been there. They've had a couple of communications the day before with Chief Long, and Chief Long does not meet them until 9 o'clock a.m. They weren't even trying to come at 7 a.m. to get a lay of a land.

Nothing. At 904, Dan Flood, text Chief Long, advising that the rest of the security has arrived onto campus. Chief Long engages in a series of text communications with Flood to include several regarding individuals that are located on that Hall of Flags pedestrian walkway. They're really concerned. They don't want anybody up there across from a Losey Center. Now, you could say it's because they're worried people are going to throw stuff on Charlie's head. Yeah, that's reasonable too.

That's a reasonable conclusion. You don't want somebody just above Charlie's head. But that's their main focus. And the text, it says, these text exchanges reveal we're going to read through them that the primary security focus for Turning Point USA was the Hall of Flag's outdoor pedestrian walkway. We're going to be able to read through those messages. So there's no question anymore that that was Dan Flood's main focus. Then we learn, I want to point out 928 and 1028.

Additional Charlie Kirk staff arrive onto campus at 928, and then an hour later, additional Charlie Kirk staff arrive onto campus. Now, when I read that, it's because they have call times. So my assumption, and this is me reading into it, is that at 9 a.m., that was the security call time. At 928, you have some staff, and I don't know what's that going to be. Is that going to be social media?

But also at 1028, you have additional staff. my issue immediately, what I'm thinking about when I look at that, is we are told that Tyler Robinson is going to go up to a girl. I know it's a girl and I know who the girl is. And she's involved in social media. And he's going to leave, he leaves campus by what, actually, like 933 he pulls out of campus? 924. So unless this girl arrived with security at 904, I am very interested in determining.

when the group of girls arrived, because that is very interesting. If Tyler Robinson has to go up to anybody before 928, it's likely just security. They may have missed this. Now, maybe they did come a little earlier for some reason, but I just wanted to point that out that it makes that interesting, that entry interesting in a Tyler Robinson timeline.

Of course, we then know. know what happens is there's going to be all this back forth between Dan Flood and Chief Long because lo and behold, there are some people that are protesting up there before the event gets started and they have a communication. Jeff, Chief Long requests that the UVUPD detective, along with a sergeant and additional officer, oh, I'm sorry, the initial UVUPD staffing, including Chief Long, one patrol officer and one reserve officer, after, observing the crowd size. That's a crucial entry at 11 a.m. So it was actually UVU that requested more people after observing the crowd size an hour ahead. They're like, whoa, we were told 600,

this looks like it's 3,000. We need to up the crowd size. Turning Point USA did not request that. So they're there. They are obsessing things. And at no point did they communicate now that they're in communication, like, hey, we might need some more people. We weren't expecting this many people. It also tells us that at 1049, Chief Long texted Dan Flood to meet at the Hall of Flags outdoor at 11. But the meeting did not occur. So UVU requested that they have a little powwow before. It doesn't happen.

And UVU is the one that suggests after observing the crowd size that day, which would have been the only time they could have observed it because Turning Point USA was in charge of registration. UVU is the one that decides, hey, we should up the security presence here. That's stunning. That is damning. It is contrary to everything that they have told us

as they have tried to paint it as though UVUPD is who failed on that day, failed Charlie Kirk on that day. They're telling us who went up to the Hall of Flags and dealt with the protesters. That's between 1120 and 1130 and that the protesters did move away. and then the officers blocked them off with security tape,

which we saw so that they couldn't run over, and those are the communications that Dan Flood has with him. Then at 1130, Chief Long goes up to the second floor of the Fugel Gateway Building because he established a command post because that building allows them to see everything. It gives them visibility over the entire event area. Guess who didn't join him in that command post? Any member of Turning Point USA's security team? I'm going to show you where that Fugel building is.

That'd be a good place to be. If you wanted to be high up, they take that top floor. They're observing what's happening below. That would be a good place to send one of your 12 men if you were curious what was going on beneath and you wanted to have a good eyesight line. But they did not. Okay. We go back into that timeline.

And we have, obviously, we know what happens. happens next is that the person is going to jump onto the rooftop, then they say the big bang happens. They obviously are telling you what happens just on the surveillance, the dispatch. And this is the stuff that I'm going to want to actually get into on a later episode so that we can separate Turning Point USA's actions leading up to this from what happened thereafter. And there's a lot to go over in terms of them saying that when they probably got to the hospital, there was a fire chief that performed CPR throws into further chaos, various statements that we have heard. But let's scroll down now to 2.3. Let's go to the bottom of page 39 where it talks about that meeting that took place,

the Microsoft Teams meeting, which the security did not partake in. I'm going to go to that last paragraph. Actually, you know what, let's go to 2.3. Yeah. Let's go to even below that. During the August 25th major events teams meeting, Macy Crofts, we're going to talk about her more, a senior field representative for Turning Point USA, participated at the request of Turning Point USA. So again, that's national. Okay. UVU participants raise concerns regarding Turning Point USA's requested location in a large tiered fountain courtyard near the main entrance.

Concerns included anticipated attendance, potential protest activity, crowd management, and the ability to control access. UVU officials suggested alternative location. such as the Fulton Library, the quad, or interior locations where access could be more effectively controlled. UVU also suggested using the university sickening system, so anticipated attendance could be tracked and incorporated into the planning. According to meeting participants, Crofts insisted, using the word insisted on the use of the fountain courtyard location because Charlie Kirk had previously spoken on campus and Turning Point USA was familiar with that location.

He also previously spoke on that location with me, and we weren't, we were not in the courtyard. So I'm wondering if she even told the truth that he had previously spoken or tried to imply that he was in that location. She said that she preferred that TPSA managed online ticketing through its national office in Phoenix. And when certain major events members expressed reservations, including, Robin Ebmeyer, you've used director of emergency management and safety, the committee ultimately allowed the event to proceed in the requested location and allowed a turning point USA to manage chickening. Elsewhere, they're going to tell us, the reason for that is because they didn't want to violate free speech, essentially, that they're in this catch-22 situation because you have to

allow people to protest, you have to allow for free speech of events. and we'll cover that more. Let's go to 2.4, where we learn. Straight, this is page 41. We're going to, again, read this email and scroll down a bit. Here we go. This is a verbatim. Oh, wait, I'm missing an email.

Is there another email? Ah, there it is. No, no, no. That's the club president email. And then there's another email they had in here. I might have wrote this incorrectly. but it tells us, or maybe it wasn't an email, maybe it's just telling us that the questionnaire had been completed.

Yeah, it's under 2.4. So it probably was not an email, and I just misremembered whether or not it was an email. But you can go back to 2.4, which is page 41. Here we go. Pre-event, yeah. Here, yeah, they quote. Here we go.

On August 21st, the UVU Turning Point USA Club president emailed the club's office a completed MEC questionnaire, indicating that it provided answers straight from the TPSA team. Headquarters is handling this event. Headquarters is involved. They're telling us what to write. They're telling us what to say.

So when we learn that they declined an ambulance, my guess is that Caleb Chilicate was just the useful idiot because straight from the TPSA team, they are being told how to complete the questionnaire. straight from a TPSA team. 600 attendees, primarily student focus, some potential public interests, no risk factors or safety security concerns

or need for emergency medical services. Straight from the TPSA team is what he wanted them to know. How unusual. How unusual. Then we can go to this threat, this obscure, threat, bottom of page 42, that Chief Long received on the day of the event. It says Chief Long also contacted SIAC, and I want to let you guys know what SIAC is. Let me tell I looked this up earlier,

but I forgot to write down. It's the statewide information and analysis center. So they work with that government bureau when they are dealing with cybersecurity threats. Chief Long contacted SIAC by email at approximately 7.30 a.m. on September 10th to share an anonymous tip to UVU received regarding a potential threat involving an electromagnetic pulse device that a suspect might be using at the event. Chief Long was seeking to determine whether any threat-related intelligence update was available regarding the tip. Long was advised. Email was the best method to request information from the Utah SIAC. The SIAC responded shortly thereafter, Chief Long,

but it was not a credible threat. As it appeared, the Tipster had provided similar information in the past that was determined to be unreliable. I feel like this is an area that I would like to know more about. This is an area that seems very strange to me. An electromagnetic pulse device that a suspect might use at the event. I just want to highlight that because I find that to be shocking, random, and perhaps ultimately it is just a crazy person that says that, you know,

there's a threat via electromagnetic pulse devices. But given everything that we have been talking about and my utter and complete disbelief that Charlie was shot with 30.06 from Lozzy Rooftop and had a miracle Superman neck, I think that that should be explored more. We elsewhere learn and we can go down now to read the text message exchange between Dan Flood and Jeff Long, just for confirmation, and it's verbatim. Dan Flood, right when they are discussing the Hall of Flags walkway, hello, Chief Long, we received this message today from the student group. We have gone over this message many times. Dan Flood was speaking about that student roof access pretty close to where Charlie Kirk will be set up at Utah Valley. The Surrenton students have

has a couple staircases that go up to the walkways on the roof. Chief Long asks, do you want access to the roof? Dan Flood says, I was told students have access above us. If this is true, it would be nice to either have it controlled access or allow one of my guys to be there as well if possible. And Chief Long says, I got you covered. And Dan Flood says, thank you, sir. And indeed, they did have them covered.

And then they lied to the public about what they were speaking about. There's no way a year on that Erica and Turning Point USA don't know that this was severely misrepresented by Brian Harpole. And they can't make Brian Harpole the fall guy. You know why they can't do that? Because their employee gave him the text message to go on to Sean Ryan. This was not Brian Harpull's conversation. So there's some coordination happening between Dan Flood and Brian Harpole before he goes on to Sean Ryan,

that he presents a message that is not his and misrepresents it. It's like they're trying to keep their distance from this interview, but I don't accept that. And that's why this is my favorite part when we get to the top of page 47 and they start listing Harpole's lies. I love this because I'm being sued for telling you that Harpole is a liar.

And now we have an official independent review board who's going to signal that Harpole lied throughout this interview. But we're supposed to trust him on Fort Wachuka, guys. We're supposed to trust him on Fort Wachuka, but we learn that everything, virtually everything that he told Sean Ryan isn't accurate.

Let's go wide on this. Okay? Let's go, I'm sorry, maybe it's a little further up because it looks like this is in the middle of it. It starts there, okay? His podcast interview, right? The project team's never received a response. He let us know, but we were able, like everybody else,

to watch this interview, and we noted that he kind of lied. That means we shouldn't trust Brian Harple, guys. We shouldn't trust Brian Harple now that we learn officially that he lied. Going to that last paragraph, Harpole stated that his first meeting to discuss September 10th TPSA event occurred on August 24th. That was one day before the UVU MEC meeting, during which TPSA representative MECRawks advised UVU of Turning Point USA's preferred venue location and ticketing process, which UVU approved. Harpole stated that Dan Flood was a security guy for Turning Point. He said Flood did not share any specific security concerns or threats with him during the pre-event planning. Harpole stated that flood would meticulously share any intelligence that he believed was important. In the podcast, Harpole gave no indication that he considered requesting an on-site pre-event

meeting with campus police to evaluate vulnerabilities and make security assignments. Harpole explained that his team was focused on securing what he called the bubble, meaning the area in front of and around where Charlie Kirk would be speaking. Harpole stated that when he and his team arrived at UVU a few hours before the event, they surveyed the area and believed the venue location was horrible. Oh, they got there and said it was horrible. He specifically identified the concern that someone in an elevated position would have a 180-degree view of the area where Charlie Kirk would be speaking.

Harple described that as ignorant and a security fail, but he acknowledged that Charlie Kirk liked the venue. Okay. Harpo further stated that the venue location was selected by UVU, and that UVU told TPSA, quote, Nope. This is where you have to have it. Well, that's a lie. So does someone at Turning Point USA lie to Brian Harpole about that? Or is Brian Harpoe lying to Sean Ryan about that? Because now we know that that's just a lie. They wrote, this is this was one of the primary reasons the project team sought to speak directly with Harpole since this particular statement and a number of others that Harpole made conflict with what the project team learned from reviewing. evidence and conducting numerous interviews with those who attended the major events meeting and were present on the day of the event. Indeed, multiple interviews that the project team conducted

indicated that UVU had expressed concerns about the outdoor location, including during the August 25th MEAC meeting, but ultimately agreed to Turning Point USA's requested venue location. How could Brian get that so wrong? They sought to clarify that and he decided to say nothing. From the very beginning of this, since July 10th, it was Turning Point USA, not even with the plan, just saying, Caleb, make sure we get that outdoor venue. The project team also sought to learn more about pre-event planning related to the possible use of aerial drones. That was another big area. During the podcast, Harpole discussed the lack of a drone camera in the air during the event. He stated that TPUSA's team, video team, used what he described as little bitty drones.

to take a quick shot of the venue before the event. But Harpole also stated that although his team had drones, they did not use them during the event because of FAA restrictions related to the Provo Airspace. But just like we told you guys, that was a lie. You want to know why it's a lie? Well, the project's team's basic research indicated that drone operations are restricted

within a five-mile radius of Provo Airport in Class D airspace, just as we reported on this podcast. Orum is not within five miles of the Provo Airport airspace. So he lied. He expressed concern that UVUPD did not have a drone available. Without being able to speak directly with Harpole, it remains unclear to the project team why, during the hours before Charlie Cook's arrival, Harpo's team in UVU did not discuss efforts to secure a drone. Oh, they didn't request one.

Harpool just sort of said, I got a drone, I can't use it because of the Provo Airspace, is completely irrelevant to where we're going. He lied. He lied. It says that if the team had concerns with the venue location, a drone from the neighboring Oran Police Department could have been requested. It wasn't requested because it wasn't requested. That's why. Harpole also stated during the podcast that federal law would not allow his team to post a counter-sniper on a roof. However, if that's what he was concerned about the roofs, then it's unclear why he's. he did not post any members of his team in elevated locations for general security observation purposes. They're saying, we're not asking you to post a counter-sniper.

Yeah, maybe that violates federal law, but how about just getting somebody up high to look at the rooftops? You didn't do that. It doesn't seem like the rooftops were you're concerned at all. It's a counter-sniper or it's nothing? Yeah, he failed to mention that. That's a lie by severe omission. that he never communicated that he wanted to be high up or that he wanted to have observations of the rooftop.

We also, like I said, showed you that map of the Fugel Gateway Building, they had nobody up there, okay? Elsewhere we learn, and this is moving on from Brian Harpole, this is the bottom of page 48, that, and I think this is something that needs to be explored more, and I intend to do so this weekend. We're going to take off Monday. The bottom of page 48, that Officer Bagley was indeed the first,

to suggest going up to the Losey Center after the Big Bang. And during that initial response, Officer Bagley identified the elevated roof area of the Losey Center as a possible source location of the assailant. I find that to be very interesting. Officer Bagley, his body cam footage went off, lost the battery. I don't know. I don't know. He just wasn't working, whatever he testified. He had no body cam.

He was the one that said, we should go up. And then he locates a screwdriver. and an area of disturbed gravel on the roof that appeared consistent with a possible prone shooting position. It was his quick recognition of the likely shooting position that was significant because it helped to focus the investigation on the elevated roof area.

It's very interesting. Officer Bagley was the person behind that because we've told you that he has some interesting history. They all kind of have this background history in sex crimes. I'm mentioning that again, because it's going to become relevant when I show you what Charlie Kirk was going,

through in his life at this time. Page 53, we are again told that Turning Point USA controlled everything, decision making, ticketing, et cetera. They impressed that upon us. We can go to the bottom of page. Actually, let's get it verbatim just so that there's no dispute here. Let's go to page 53. You're at the right spot, I think, are you?

Yeah, great. In the project team's assessment. no wait, no, you're right. Let's go top of page 53. Just scroll down a little bit more, just that top. At the same time, the preparation process revealed several important gaps. There was limited time between Chief Long first learning of the event and the event date. The security assessment process did not result in documented requirements for venue modification.

The university controlled ticketing, controlled access, credentialing, screening, or additional staffing. U.U did not have reliable access to ticketing or registration data. coordination with TPSA security team was very limited and did not include a structured pre-event briefing or site walking through before or on September 10th between Brian Harpool, Dan Flood, and the UVUPD. Chief Long did not initiate a mutual aid request to the Orem Police Department or other local public safety partners before the event. And additional external resources were not requested after the crowd size became apparent. There also is not a dedicated assignment for real-time security video monitoring by UVUPD dispatch personnel or others from

another operational location during the event. And so this is when they jump into all of their suggestions about how these are ways they can update things in the future. I do want to point out the bottom of page 16 and 61 because then we learn that turning point never actually issued any tickets, which is, by the way, I will say common because they just tell you that you have to register for the event. So they did not require tickets. the actual event, why would they if there's no traffic control? They just allowed people to freely register, again, handled entirely by Turning Point USA National and not communicated to the police, but it calls into question the wristbands that were given out. The review states that there

was no formal credentialing process for VIPs. It tells us that, so who they had somebody from turning point national handing out wristbands to people that were sitting in the section to the right of charlie and learning that there was no ticket verification there was no credentialing there was no screening there was no designated entry and exit points there were no restricted access areas I'm wondering how on earth there could have been people that were being given wristbands that is a question that I am just opening up because that makes no sense to me that makes no sense to me that Turning Point National was handing out wristbands to those people that would come down and be by the car. A lot of people, by the way, who recorded footage in particular,

a lot of people, the same crowd of people who are speaking to the press thereafter. I'm wondering why those wristbands, who those people are. If UVU is saying that they didn't have a VIP system, then that must mean that somehow National did. You're not buying tickets. It's not like your ticket says, I bought a VIP ticket, you're just registering online. That is a question that needs to be answered. That is odd to me. And it's something that I pointed out early on. I said, what are these wristbands?

What is this about? We're going to find out. Now that we have gone through this, you guys, I want to now input it into the Charlie Kirk timeline, in terms of what he was going through. Because I think it will send a chill up your spine. Do a break first. My producer is saying, okay, let's take a quick break first,

and then we're going to go through what was going on in Charlie's life and by implementing what we've learned here into our master timeline. We'll be right back. And I'm just giving you facts. Some of the facts are not even relevant. I just have it on my timeline because I thought it might be relevant, but you should see it. Let's bring in the Charlie Kirk timeline beginning in July of 2000. From July 7th to July 9th, Bebe Netanyahu visits America.

It records podcasts with the Nalk Boys while he's in Washington, D.C. From July 7th to July 9th, BB Net and Yahoo is in Washington, D.C. On July 10th, the very next day after he leaves, and I want to be clear, Bibi Net and Yahoo did not kill Charlie Kirk. He let us know immediately after Charlie Kirk died, he didn't kill him. we'll have to take that at base value. But after he leaves D.C. on July 10th, Turning Point USA headquarters, Macy Crofts,

asks the UVU Club President to pull together an event, and the club president has no idea what that event is, but she does know that he needs to be in the amphitheater. So that's what's communicated by Caleb to the school. He needs to be in the amphitheater. We don't really, she's being vague. He's being vague. I don't know what's really going on.

Okay. July 11th to the 13th. is the Student Action Summit in Tampa, Florida. Charlie's first speech is at 4 p.m. His last speech is concluded. We should have probably rinsed that. The tail number doesn't matter. It's not associated anymore,

but we should delete that anyways. I'll just cut that in post. Tucker Carlson on the 11th speaks, and donors freak out. Charlie tells him to go max. He calls out Jeffrey Epstein in particular, because that's what Charlie is hitting, by the way. every day on his podcast, he is calling for the release of the Epstein files.

He asks Megan to speak about it. He asks Tucker Carlson to speak about it. He says that, Tucker Carlson says that people who serve in foreign armies should be stripped of their citizenship. And he muses about where Bill Akbant's wealth comes from. Who is this guy? Where is his money coming from? Tucker will later say he doesn't know what came over him.

This is just how he felt. And Charlie said, go after the Epstein stuff. On July 11th, Frank Turrick deletes his website, Frankturuk.com. The website has remnants of an expedition he took. I went on Wayback Machine. He was looking for remnants of Noah's Ark. I don't know what that means,

but I just found that to be interesting that he deleted his website. On July 12th, according to the New York Times, President Trump calls Charlie angry and scolds him about his event the day before and that he had turned Sass into an Epstein grievance fest.

So Charlie's pushing the Epstein stuff. On July 14th, Charlie Kirk goes on a show and he says he's going to stop covering the Epstein story and just trust his friends the administration. He is under pressure to stop speaking about Jeffrey Epstein. Do we have that clip, Sky? Let's play that clip. Plenty was said this last weekend at our event about Epstein. Honestly, I'm done talking about Epstein for the time being. I'm going to trust my friends in the administration.

I'm going to trust my friends in the government to do what needs to be done. solve it, balls in their hands. I've said plenty this last weekend. So if you guys want to see my commentary on it, that's fine. We have escalatory action potentially being taken in Ukraine and Russia. We have tons of announcements

happening when it comes to NATO. But let me just say this again. Everyone knows my opinion about the Epstein thing. The messaging fumble. I would love to see the DOJ move to unseal the grand jury testimony. I think that would be a big win. I would love to see that. And I'm going to trust my friends,

Cash Patel, Dan Bongino, my friend Pam Bondi. All these guys, I'm going to, Todd Blanche, I'm going to trust them to solve it. Ball's in their court. I think that there was plenty of, let's say, speeches that were directed towards this topic this last weekend. So we don't need to spend our valuable time on this program relitigating it. Charlie is saying I went Max on F scene at SAS and we learned later, thanks to Tucker and Megan Kelly, that that was his intention. He wanted that out there. He wanted to hit hard and he wanted to pressure.

And he obviously paid dearly for that. He says he's going to trust his friends to investigate. Okay. Let's go back into the timeline. They said President Trump gives him the call. Okay, he says on his show he's going to stop covering the Epstein story. On the 14th, Erica travels aboard a private flight to Long Beach, California. And she speaks at James Caddus's Calvary Chapel Church.

That's the James Caddus. You see him rolling with her. to the court hearing. He's the one that she does the show with, and he is radically pro-Israel, radically pro-Israel. She gives a speech at his Women's Summers of Psalm retreat,

and she says, bizarrely, and I'm writing bizarrely that she gives a speech such pro-Israel about a call to arms despite what Charlie's going through. That's why it's bizarre, because you know the pressure that your husband is under.

Donors are pulling out money, threatening him. The President of the United States has called him, and he's going maximum. against the Epstein stuff, and she's like just giving a speech that's, I would say, pro-Israel. Then on July 18th, that's when the formal requests came in from Turning Point USA to hold

the event because they had to up their club annual administration. And so they did that. And then we have our Egyptian planes that come in to Omaha, Nebraska, and then head to Lincoln, Nebraska, and then Charlie vacations in Maine. And I'll tell you why this is interesting, because it's the first time Mikey McCoy and Elizabeth join him and they capture what's going to be. Elizabeth and Mikey capture all this final footage of Charlie and Erica that we're then going to be shown immediately after.

It's not old footage. It's final footage from this trip. She tries to hold his hands, the kids are walking, all of this beautiful footage. They must just have an eye for photography. baby. This is the first time they've done this. They've all vacationed together. In July 25th, Y. Refi comes in as the number one sponsor for a Charlie Kirk fall tour. Let's Lane Schoenberger. His daughter's going to be there as well. If you already had signed a contract through the end of the year and you said, I'm going to do this event, this event, this event, this event, this event, this event,

why suddenly come in with an addendum and say, hey, I'm going to give you more cash and I'd like to, you know, get behind you a Charlie Kirk fall tour. I don't know. I know the answer. I'm just asking questions. On July 27th, our Egyptian plane leaves. It's the plane that's going to be the on day of Charlie's assassination. It departs Wilmington, Delaware.

Heads back to Cairo. On August 3rd, Charlie and Erica land in Bedford, New York for the Hampton's retreat. That's one of the partner Egyptian planes that I have on there. August 5th and 6th through 6th, the Hamthens retreat. which Charlie will describe as an intervention, and you can go and listen to his comments after this retreat on the Megan Kelly show. the very person that Tucker Carlson called out on stage. During that time, Bebe Netanyahu, who did not kill Charlie Kirk. I want to be very clear. He said it on Fox News, so it must be true. He's killed a lot of people. The idea of it's called a ton of kids, but this, he didn't do, he wouldn't do that.

No way. And he decides to call Charlie. And he makes an offer. I was told directly by Andrew Colvette to take Turning Point USA to the next level. In exchange for what? Nobody is interested in exchange for what Erica will claim, just to be fair to how Turning Point has rebutted this,

privately to me, that he called, but it was just a follow-up to a letter that Charlie had written him in May. She says there was no offer. She says, no, Andrew Colvett said that. He was just calling to call. He's not busy. and he just wanted to see how Charlie is.

Okay. What we do know is that he invites Charlie to Israel, and Charlie declined to go to Israel. He also, Charlie also declined to have Bibi Netanyahu on his show. So it's very clear which way the wind was blowing, if he's covering Epstein, hosting people who, like Dave Smith versus Josh Hammer, allowing him to just absolutely destroy Josh Hammer in a debate. What happens next in August 19th is cash batheye?

visits the Omaha, Nebraska field office. I wonder how often he does that. No, really, I wonder so much that we filed an FOIA to see who was on the plane and it came back and said that we have no right to have that information. What's going on in Nebraska? And I wanted to just know who was on the plane, and we were declined that information via an FOIA request. And the records we were seeking was who was on the plane with Cash Patel. Wonderful. August 24th is when Brian Harpole claims that security began planning for the event. UVU was not informed or included in that said planning. On the military side of things, Operation Valhalla Strike begins between civilians and the military in Minnesota. It's an interesting name, Valhalla Strike. Coordination between civilians and the military. I wonder what they were doing.

I'd like to know more about that. Then, of course, as we just went over on August 25th, the UVU major events meeting took place. A Microsoft team's turning point sent people out to scout a location for their events. I'm not sure if that's still accurate, but I have it on the timeline for some reason. I don't have a link there. The school suggests that they do not see Charlie in the epitheter. Turning point insists because of Macy Crofts. UVU police ask her for a TPSA security contact. None is provided. That's also, we will learn that if you read through the document, that they requested that from her. They never got it. They then had to go back to Caleb and request, which is what Jeff Long did on September 2nd going, I still don't have a contact. And then, And then finally, Dan Flood calls him the next day. So that's what went down leading up to September 10th in Charlie's life. So you're probably interested in Macy Crofts. And I'm, you know, this is public information that she was the driver of the bus, so to speak.

And she would be working with Andrew Seifer on this. He's the longtime head of the field. He is, I call him one of Tyler Boyer's guys. who was also present on that day. But you just start to wonder if Charlie's texting people the night before saying that he thinks he's going to die and he's under a lot of pressure. Why did no one shift this event inside? In fact, it's noted in those documents that they could have just told him if Brian Harple got on the ground and said, I don't like the way this feels. And Frank Turk said, I don't like the way this feels.

They still could have accommodated them potentially. They could have moved the event inside potentially. they never communicated this to the police at UVU. So you're like, who is Macy? And, you know, in the background, I worked on everybody. I've been working on everybody wanting to just know information about these people because I'm just trying to put together common themes. And I want to be clear, this thread that I came across has nothing to do with Macy.

You can't control what your family does. But, you know, when I learned that her father had passed suddenly, and that her family was involved in law enforcement in Idaho, I did come across a very interesting case of her uncle. In June of 2025, I should plot this actually on the timeline that Macy Croft's uncle was charged for action out of school, and I want to get these charges exactly right. Her uncle is Kip Krofts,

A warrant was issued charging Kipcrofts, that's her dad's brother, with sexual abuse of a minor. The girl was 14 years old. He was arrested without incident in June of 2025 by Nampa police officers. Nampa, Idaho, yes. That is where Erica Kirk just did an event. When he arrived at his job, that's when they apprehended him. He was accused of touching himself in a classroom while watching explicit adult content. in 2004. And then after he gets arrested in June, then in November of 2025,

Croft's attorney argued for a dismissal saying that while it was poor judgment for him to do that and to leave the door unlocked, he was trying to conceal his actions when the minor walked in. The judge in November had denied that dismissal and said there was more than enough evidence to send things forward to a grand jury.

The minor's testimony said that students regularly left their backpacks in his classroom. They picked them up after extracurricular activities, which he knew. So she was going in to get her backpack and came upon this. What then happened was the Canyon County prosecuting attorney, Alana Minton, told the judge

that a new piece of information came to light that we had previously been unaware of. the new information was that the door to Croft's classroom may have been locked at the time of the alleged incidents. They couldn't establish intent. It would be difficult for them to prove his intent for a child to see him. So it's not disputing that he was doing what he was doing. They're disputing the child's version of events and his version of events and establishing intent. Anyway, he ends up getting this dropped. I'm going to let you listen to the news clips on this. After months of court hearings and with trial sent to begin next week, the criminal case against former high school football coach, Kip Kroft, has been dismissed. I recalled one ever heard reporter Leslie Sully's, and I was the only reporter in the courtroom as prosecutors informed the judge that newly discovered information prevents them from proceeding with a charge of sexual abuse of a child under 16. What had been headed towards a jury trial instead came to a halt inside a King and County courtroom on Tuesday. The state is unable to prove one of the elements of sexual abuse of a minor under 16, even by probable cause, let alone beyond a reasonable doubt. The case centered on allegations that Crofts

exposed himself while watching explicit material in a Caldwell High School classroom with a 14-year-old student present. Prosecutors told the court that information uncovered during final trial preparation changed their ability to establish intent, a required part of the felony charge. The dismissal in this case is appropriate. It would serve the ends of justice. The judge noted the classroom was locked, not open, a distinction that directly affects how the intent would have been evaluated. The state explored whether the case could move forward under a lesser misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure, but told the court they were not permitted to modify the indictment. The state makes more emotion today moving to just,

the court to dismiss the senator. That motion was granted bringing the case to a close before a jury could hear it. Outside the courtroom, the teen's father who asked not to be identified to protect his daughter, said the outcome leaves his family feeling unheard. We're disappointed in how this was handled that the truth didn't get out. They felt my daughter, not me. It's not, you know, I feel like it's not about us. It's about the kids at the school. With the ruling, Croft's no contact order that applied to all was lifted. He was released from all pretrial restrictions. I spoke with Croft's attorney, which he stated, his client was never guilty of a crime and the dismissal before trial proves that. I don't know. I've never dealt with a case in which tangentially, there just seems to be so much

human trafficking, allegations of child sex abuse, allegations. Allegations. that Erica was frequenting the office that Jeffrey Epstein and his cohorts were frequenting. I've never, never, ever, ever could I have imagined this many common themes.

Again, Macy's not involved in this case is her uncle, but it got dropped on a technicality. So he's not guilty. His client, like he said, is not guilty. It's not about whether he did it. He's not denying he did the thing. It's about establishing intent

and I heard it from a person outside of Turning Point USA, who knew Charlie? And said that Charlie was gearing up to fire, turning Tyler Boyer, the person who introduced him and Erica. Allegedly, Mikey McCoy expressed to people that Charlie wanted to fire Tyler Boyer. Well, good news. Tyler Boyer is not fired because Charlie is no longer here. And Erica's in control and him and Erica go back.

Since before, Erica knew Charlie. It's good to have those sorts of relationships. You just wonder what those relationships are really about. And I think we have demonstrated that there's a lot of smoke here. In fact, I'd say this is a fire.
