I was lost last year.

I was in one of the worst thoughts of my life,
and it was affecting my relationship with my wife, my family, my businesses,

You know, I was just saying before we started that we actually met.
because my wife fell in love with you and her mom died.
And she inherited her mom's properties.

Well, we had your brain to begin with.
And, you know, I want to call this episode extreme makeover.
I like that.
Brain edition.
I like that, actually.
I like that, you know.
We're going to reveal your new brain, right?
The old brain.
and what are the things you think have made the most difference?
Finding peace, I don't know if that makes sense,
but being more comfortable and being okay in my own skin,
having less anxiety, having less racing thoughts, self-doubts, more relaxed.
It's really hard to explain this kind of journey I've been on,
And it really started with a hyperbaric chamber and then, you know,
I'm meeting with you and then with some medications.
But I would say the biggest game changer has been the oxygen getting to my brain because
I've never had this feeling.
And my energy is high.
I'm a lot more positive than I was.
I'm feeling a lot better than I was.
So I would say, I mean, it's hard to explain the difference.
When I say I feel better, I feel like like a hundred times better if that makes sense.
It's like huge drastic change.
We do a study called spec, single photon emission computed tomography.
It's a nuclear medicine study that looks at blood flow and activity and how your brain works.
And it basically shows us three things.
Good activity.
Too little or too much.
And then my job is to balance it.
And so if we look at a healthy scan, here we're looking at the outside surface of the brain.
Here we're looking underneath the brain down from the top, one side than the other.
So here the color doesn't matter.
It's the shape.
Here the color matters.
Blue is average.
Red is the top 15%.
White is the top 8%.
And why it's here in the back bottom part of your brain, it's called your cerebellum.
And that's got half the brain's neurons.
So it's 10% of the brain's volume,
but half of the brain's neurons.
And when I scanned you originally,
this was really sleepy.
And, you know, I mean, the truth is we play ping pong together sometimes.
And now I'm a little more anxious to play you
because your cerebellum not good, much better.
Much better.
So now I'm a little worried.
I just don't have the skills, though.
I might be able to balance, brother.
So your first scan is awful.
Yeah.
I mean, it looks damaged here in the front.
It's got these holes, maybe the alcohol or some of the other stuff that's not good for you.
But when I watch your show and I see some of the houses you buy and they're like roach and
infested and mold filled and you just go, ew.
Yeah.
That's sort of how I felt when I saw your brain.
I'm like, no, no, this is not good for you.
Fix her upper.
And then I told you, this isn't your new one, but I said, look, if you do what I say,
your brain can be better.
So it's not permanently damaged.
but if we don't fix it, you're going to end up with dementia and divorce.
And I remember you telling you that.
Well, this is the follow-up scan.
So this is the first one.
And this is the second one.
And when I called you, I'm like, oh, my God, I am so excited.
That looks way better.
Holes.
No holes.
Damage.
Wow.
No damage.
This is the thing.
It's really, so this is a head injury.
You can just see how the front part of your brain, so that's the right front of your brain.
It's like somebody took a shovel and bashed it in, and it's healing.
How exciting is that?
That is real.
This is wild, actually.
Excited.
Now, it still can be a little bit better here.
And if you still have some bad habits, I'd like them to go away.
I can still be a better patient.
Yes.
I've improved though.
And so here is today.
But if we still keep working on it a year from now,
your brain can be just awesome.
How exciting.
This is incredible.
It's like what you do with that like roach-filled house that looks awful.
And then at the end of the show,
it's like this beautiful home that anybody would want to live in.
I can tell you get the same fulfillment.
I get with houses.
that you get with brains.
So, you know, yeah, the biggest impact is how many hyperbaric sessions did I do?
I think I did 68.
68.
And each one I spent an hour and a half about, so, I mean, we really committed time to this.
I've been taking all the vitamins every day, I think, for almost a year now.
And just we've been working really hard, and it shows them.
I'm just so happy.
And the vitamins, you're taking the packets, I think the red box,

Now, this was your first active scan.
And you have your emotional brain really busy,
but in this one spot.

And so if we look like your cerebellum,
not much going on here,
it is phenomenal.
Wow, that's a...
Much bigger difference.
I mean, this is what I think of is,
really healthy, and this is, I think of, is sick. Can I ask you? So when you look at those two
exact images, what are the two differences you're seeing? So terrible cerebellum, much better.
Cerebellular activity. And that is the top 10, you said it was top 8 or 10% of brain function.
So red is the top 15%. White is the top 8%. So in the health. So in the health, you said it was top 8%. So in the
healthy specs can, the cerebellum is most active.
And do you see how symmetrical it is?
It means both sides look like each other.
So this is terrible.
That's healthy.
All right.
So now when Heather tells me I'm doing dumb things, I can say, actually, no, I'm not
because I have a smart brain now.
So let's just talk about the practical difference in your life.
And can I ask one question first?
Is this what you would expect this improvement over a year's time?
Yes.
If people do what I say.
It's like the most important thing.
And what it tells us is your brain can respond and it can even get better still.
And at your level with running businesses and being on TV and
public speaking.
It's just easier when your brain works right.
Yeah, I agree.
Yeah.
I agree.
I tell people, you know, I kind of feel like I've been sick most of my life.
Inside.
Internal.
But that's one of the big driving factors, honestly, of my success is distracting me from me,
which I think I've shared it with you before.
And that's really why I threw my, I threw so much of me into work to distract myself from myself.
and my own thoughts because I tell people the worst thing for me is being alone by myself
with my own thoughts.
Now, is that easier?
Oh, today, no, today I feel like normal.
I feel normal.
Like, I can be alone.
I enjoy the biggest differences, I enjoy being alone now.
I enjoy alone time.
I enjoy, how do I explain this?
I'm just comfortable being in my own skin where before I was always just anxious.
and now I just feel a lot more relaxed.
So when your brain is damaged, the brain in large part is inhibitory,
which means it sort of settles itself down.
When it's hurt like this, any thought you have, you can't break.
And so that racing, mind, the negativity, it's your brain.
can't crowd it.
And now that it's much healthier,
you just don't have to believe every stupid thing.
It's a stronger than that.
Right. Plus, we worked on killing the ants.
Yeah, killing the ants. Yeah, yeah.
Like, if you get a crazy thought, everybody has them.
It's you don't have to believe them.
Yeah.
And then the present is not always
infested or infected by the past.
And ultimately for high performers, you want to be in flow.
Yes.
I have two Minnesota Timberwolves basketball players.
We always talk about flow.
And flow is sort of no mind.
And it's what takes you out of flow, being in the past with regret or the future with
fear. Yeah. And so you can always sort of bring yourself back to the present, but much easier
with the brain on the right than the brain on the left. And so many people have ADD, they feel
ashamed about taking medicine. But I think when we found the right ADD medicine for you,
things quieted down. Oh, major game changer. The dextradrine for
me is just, I mean, such a game changer. Such a game changer. And use the word flow a minute ago. And I've
been using that word a lot lately because I've been talking about my work. And I've made more progress
with my businesses and my work in the last couple months than I have in years. And I'm in this
flow right now where we're just flying. And a lot of it is from the positive mental health
that I'm putting out into the world and how I'm feeling about myself and my businesses and how I'm
handling problems and how I'm handling anxiety. So all of this is really paying off for me.
Like really paying up for me. And so a lot of people go, oh, well, I can't afford that.
And they don't ask themselves the other question, which is, what does it cost to have a brain
that's not healthy? Yeah. And if you think about what it cost you, it was a lot. Oh, it cost me a lot.
I mean, yeah, everything I say, yeah.
I mean, I've had some real mental health struggles,
especially during the years when I was sick with the cancers and the back surgery
and then, you know, all the opiates I was taken and, you know,
trying to get my hormones in line after they removed my thyroid.
It was a mess.
And that's why it's such a weird feeling to feel fine.
It's a weird feeling to feel fine.
Yeah.
Now, I'll be the first to tell you, I am not 100%.
I'm 100 times better than I was, but I'm still far from perfect.
So I know I have a lot of work to do.
So how do I get you to love your brain so much you want the one on the right?
So the one on the left is today.
The one on the right is if I could get you to even engage in better habits.
Yeah.
Now, much easier because your front of the way.
The anolobes work better, right?
What do you think it would take?
I think it's taking, meaning I'm subconsciously making better decisions.
I'm very excited to get back to the gym.
I've actually thought about starting to run to start where instead of just working on, like, you know, how I look physically.
I want to start working on my actual health.
So I'm kind of doing a brain remodel, an internal remodel.
and an external remodel.
Yeah.
But it started with the brain.
It started with the brain, though, right?
Because the brain, without the brain, I'm not going to get my butt up and go to the gym.
I'm going to be at home miserable at myself, right?
So having that, you know, that positive energy towards oneself is what gets you to go to the gym.
What gets you not to have that drink because you feel good.
And you don't want to be run by your habits.
Yeah.
You want to be run with intentions.
but but our habits create have you heard of neuroplasticity yeah so neuroplasticity is your brain can change
and obviously your brain change yeah i believe that what is it stem cell production increases is
it i think 800% after a hyperbaric oxygen session yeah yeah so one of the exciting things i did when
i first started going into hyperbaric was studying everything about hyperbaric so for me if i
study something and I get excited about something, I'm more interested in doing it. So I was actually
researching neuroplasticity and all those things. But neuroplasticity goes both ways. Whatever you
repeat your brain hard wires. And so if you repeat, you know, I drink at this time every day,
well, that time becomes a trigger. But when you say, oh, no, I don't want to do that. That doesn't fit.
what I ultimately want because I think if you go,
what do I ultimately want?
Energy and memory and creativity and passion and consistency and purpose.
I want my businesses to soar, right?
Yeah, all the things.
All of those.
Then you go, oh, well, those other things don't fit.
And ultimately, I want you to do what fits with what you want.
Yeah.
Right.
And so if I go, so what do you want really?
I know initially you just wanted none to suffer.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, I was when I said, you, I mean, you saw me.
I was suffering.
And when I say suffer, I was suffering 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
And I didn't know how to stop it.
So that's the first thing.
And that's why the substances came in because they could at least give you a break from the suffering.
But now you're not suffering.
No.
I'm not suffering.
I'm very excited about everything right now.
I'm, you know, as simple as like I'm excited about tonight, I'm going to both my kids' soccer practices, right?
Where, you know, before I would be so overwhelmed with work, I wouldn't even be thinking about the soccer practice.
And now I'm going to do a double-heder soccer practice tonight.
So it's the little things and it's being able, you know, running my businesses.
I'm so much better at working with my teams and delegating and hiring and my decision-making
is better.
And I mean, I can't even describe, I can't even describe how much I've improved.
I mean, it's, I was lost last year in a really bad way, actually.
So let's go back to what do you want?
What do you want in your relationships?
And you just said you want to be at your kid's soccer practice.
Yeah, well, I know.
I know exactly what I want.
The most important thing to me is, you know, being a good human one, which, of course,
I'm a good human, I want to be the best dad I can be and the best husband I can be and the best son and friend and all of those things.
Okay.
Which, you know, my whole life I've always strived for that.
Like, I've always, you know, wanted to take care of other people and do things for other people and just put that love out there.
but it's hard to do when you're so toxic inside.
And I feel like a lot of...

Okay, so seven or eight months ago,
I barely knew how to copy and paste on a computer.
And now through vibe coding and AI,
I can full on develop my own platforms.
So I'm building platforms,
automations, systems.
So I've learned everything about technology
I possibly can.
And through that,
I learned how to hire,
how to recruit.
So I've onboarded 10 new staff
in the last two weeks from all over the world.
And I was able to find them by going on GROC.
And GROC uses real-time data.
And I was having GROC search the Internet, search LinkedIn for people all around the world that might have won prizes or awards.
And then I personally reached out to them.
So it opened up even more creativity in my brain where, you know, instead of going through recruiters, I just went right to the source.
So I hired someone in Turkey, someone in Philippines, someone in Vietnam.
and all developers, and it's amazing.
Okay.
So work is impact.
And what do you want for your money?
It's not about the money.
It's about the accomplishment of continuing to buy and own real estate and continue to provide housing.
You know, one of the big things I'm actually excited about is bringing housing to Southern California.
Because honestly, I have no idea how people live.
It's so expensive for the average.
person to live. And with the rents being so high and the home prices being so high with all the
laws they're changing now, I'm excited to start adding all the units to housing and just creating
opportunities for people because there's really nowhere to go. I mean, it's expensive.
And so money, it's to create opportunity for others and also freedom for you.
Freedom. Yeah. That's the one big thing. I would love the freedom to try.
truly do what I want to do.
And that's what I've been working towards every day since I was a kid,
is really trying to work myself free.
And what do you want for your physical health?
You know, I was thinking about this.
I was telling you the last couple of days,
my physical health,
I've always historically wanted to go into the gym and lift weights and put on muscle.
I hurt my back six months ago, so I'm a little smaller at the moment.
But so I decided this time, I want to go to the gym, not for aesthetics.
I want to go for health.
I want to go for mobility.
I want to build my body back into an athlete's body at 45.
And how about for your mental health?
For my mental health.
Well, what's the goal?
Continue to do what I'm doing.
Continue seeing you, the hyperbaric, taking my vitamins, my medicines.
One thing that's very helpful is when I am consistent with the gym
because I just gives me a really good feeling.
So I'm just, I'm on a good run right now, and I just got to stick with it.
And the good thing is this.
There's conscious thinking and there's subconscious thinking,
and their subconscious thinking, right?
Historically, all these things I'm talking about,
I would consciously have to make myself do them.
And now I'm subconsciously doing them.
So maybe with mental health or emotional health,
it's stability.
Yeah.
And happiness.
Stability and how about spiritual health?
What do you want?
Peace.
I say it a lot.
And I get closer and closer every day.
And when I say peace,
that is being present, being in the moment, being content, being comfortable in my own skin,
versus, you know, hamster wheel running a million miles an hour. And my biggest problem,
historically, as you know, has been ruminating thoughts, which are these like spinning thoughts
that I just can't, I can't get rid of. Those thoughts, I mean, they'll still come around
every now and then, but they're not consuming my life. And it gives me space to breathe in
think and relax and make way better decisions.
And spiritually, one of the things I think about is why do you think you're on the planet?
Do you think it's like random or do you think you're here for a reason?
I think I was here for a reason.
I really, I really do.
And the days I want to quit, I remind myself of that.
You know, I survive two different cancers.
And my life has been a lot of series of ups and downs.
I know through my story, a lot of people found out they had cancer and their lives were saved.
And I know through my shows, I've inspired a lot of people and I've helped a lot of people.
And through my education, I've taught a lot of people how to change their life with real estate.
So I feel like, you know, I was put here to share as much as I can.
And I threw a big event in Arizona last year.
I threw it for a bunch of my students learning how to invest in real estate.
And we did a board break where everybody wrote their goals on a wooden board and, you know, everybody punched them and broke them.
It was so much fun.
And mine was simple.
It just said, I want to leave the world a better place.
And that's the one thing before I die.
I want to leave the world a better place.
Well, you already helped Hannah.
So, I mean, the world's already a better place because my red-headed wife is less stressed.
And I know her.
By now, she's a pro, isn't she?
She's, I know her.
She's a pro.
She's awesome.
Yeah, yeah.
So, you know, the reason I do the exercise with you, what do you want?
is every day I want you to just go, does my behavior get me what I want?
Right?
So it's not me telling you you shouldn't do this or you shouldn't do that.
It's, well, I want energy and I want memory and I want passion and I want purpose and I want
to make a difference.
And so when I want the cheesecake, it doesn't really fit because it's not good for me.
Right.
Right. Because ultimately you do your habits or you do what you want. And does it fit? I was at the White House and I was having dinner or lunch at a faith event. And I was sitting next to Lisa Trow. And Lisa and her husband Kenny owned Justify. So Justify is the last Triple Crown win.
named racehorse.
Oh, neat.
Sold for $75 million.
A horse sold for $1,000?
A horse.
And forever, when I teach, I'm like, if you had a million dollar racehorse, would you
ever feed it junk food?
And, you know, the rational answer is, of course, not.
And so now I'm sitting next to a woman that own the last triple crown winner.
And I'm like, Lisa, would you ever feed justified junk food?
And she goes, no.
And I'm like, would you ever feed justified junk food?
And I'm like, would you ever get him drunk?
And she goes, no.
I said, would you ever get him stoned?
She goes, of course not.
I said, why?
He would never live up to his potential, is what she said.
And isn't that what we want?
So damn true.
It's like.
And so ultimately doing the right thing is the ultimate sign of love.
Is do you love yourself?
And I would argue for decades.
you didn't love yourself.
No.
No.
That you were pretty unhappy.
Yeah.
With yourself.
Very unhappy.
And now with a better brain, you have more self-love.
Yeah, 100%.
And with that, it's fueling me to want to be like the best dad I can be.
And like right now I'm so excited about booking this.
I'm a fishing trip with my son and taking my daughter to soccer.
And it's just I didn't.
I mean, I was doing those things before, but I was like drowning inside.
You weren't present.
Yeah.
And now it's just like this weight has been lifted off of me.
And I just feel like I'm living for the first time in a long time.
So I think more hyperbaric and continue with the supplements and just work on your habits.
You know, when I decided I'd get healthy, it was a long process.
You know, first it went from soda to diet soda.
And then I'm like, oh, no, that's not good for you either.
So then I was sparkling water with a little lemon.
It's a really bad habit.
It's just a process.
And I think if you just be really proud of yourself for the progress you've made and go every day, when or I learn?
Oh, I love that.
I learned that one from you.
When are I learn?
You know, one thing that's been impactful actually is because, you know, I've shared with you,
I, you know, throughout my life, I've had a lot of mental health struggles.
One of my worst, I was 19, 20, when I'd gained 60 pounds and I was, you know, ready to, you know, just call today.
I look in the mirror today and I think, man, if 20-year-old me and the darkest hour knew this would have been my life,
I would have lived such a better life.
But I was so sick and toxic inside that I never thought about what I could do or what I could accomplish.
and I was just living in this moment of pain and misery.
I was unable to get out of.
You know, people ask me like, are you proud of yourself?
And sometimes I really, I feel like even to this day,
I still feel like, you know, I'm failing at a lot of things.
But every now and then I'll take a moment to reflect from being a 20-year-old kid,
60 pounds overweight in a garage to today.
And I always say that 20-year-old kid would be very proud of himself.
We ever talk about the gap in the game?
I don't think so.
It's a great book.
I like it so much.
and it says, are you in the gap looking at your life measuring success going forward?
Or are you in the gain measuring success backwards?
So the gain is looking at the 20-year-old and go, whoa.
If I could see what would happen, I'd be pretty amazed.
The gap, and for so much of my life I was in the gap.
It was like, I'll be successful when I get into medical school.
And then it's I'll be successful when I finish my psychiatric.
I'll be successful when I write a book.
And then I wrote a book.
And then I'll like, oh, I'll be successful when I write a New York Times bestseller.
And I have 12.
But then it's like, oh, no, I'll be successful when I write a number one New York Times bestseller.
Or no, I'll be successful when I sell a million copies.
And it's just this hedonic treadmill that makes you miserable.
And the better question, rather than I'll be successful when, is I know I'm being successful when.
And then you fill in the blank.
So I know I'm successful when I spend time with Tanna and my kids and grandkids.
I know I'm being successful when I'm being a good leader.
I know I'm being successful when I wear what I want.
When I deal with you to know whiny people.
When I work on projects, I love.
So if you could go rather than I know it be successful when I make this much money,
because that's such a trap,
I know I'm being successful when I'm with Heather,
when I'm with the kids,
when I'm working on something I love,
when I'm being a kind leader, whatever it is.
What would it be for you?
All those, everything you just said, I mean,
I truly want to be a good human.
I really want to be the best dad.
I really want to be the best husband.
I want to be the best leader.
You know, over the last couple decades,
I've learned a lot.
And it's been of Rocky Road.
And I really want to give back to that next generation.
And I want to give back to, you know,
with the staff around me and the people in my life.
pour into them because like, you know, over the years, a lot of people have poured into me too.
And I feel like I just have a much larger drive today to really give back and help than I ever had before.
And I think the interesting thing is this.
Until we started working together, I never put myself as a priority for anything.
I never really thought about my energy, my thoughts, my feelings, how things would affect me.
I was just a warhorse.
And I actually stand up for myself today.
I say no to things.
And I have maybe in a way I've become a little bit more selfish, but because I'm taking
better care of me.
But because I'm taking better care of me and being a little bit selfish, I'm able
to give so much more.
You mean you have better boundaries?
You have to like lose the selfish because that's got a negative connotation to,
oh, you have better boundaries.
Because when people have ADD, they don't have boundaries.
And somebody asks you to do something and you say yes,
before you actually go, does this fit with the goals I have for my life?
And so what I want you to do is when someone asks you to do something
or you get an impulse to do something to go,
I have to think about it.
And then you go back and you go, okay, this is,
what I want my relationships, my work, my money, my physical, emotional, spiritual health,
does that fit?
And if it's not hell yes, it's hell no.
All right.
So I have this just brought up something.
I haven't answered your question.
The next thing I really, really want to work on is what you just said is how I accept
things and to react to things and absorb things before responding.
because that is still one of the areas where I'm very reactive,
where I need to do what you said.
I need to hear it, absorb it, think about it, then respond.
And always.
So the other tattoo I would have is true.
Does it fit?
Does it fit?
So if Tanna irritates me and I get a rude thought,
I don't say it.
Or at least go, does that fit?
will it get me what I want?
Because I have the same goal with her
100% of the time,
kind, caring, loving, supportive, passionate
relationship.
Yeah.
She's seen her.
She's beautiful.
I adore her.
She adores you because you guys take great care of each other.
But kind, caring, loving, supportive, passionate,
if I say this, does it fit what I want?
because it's very easy to blame other people.
You know, you did this.
That's why I reacted that way.
And that's just not helpful.
Right.
You never want to give your power to someone else's behavior.
Tana's got this great saying on responsibility.
So she had thyroid cancer too.
Yeah.
And when she was, I think, 23.
Yeah, she was young.
And she went to Hawaii, her uncle who was a drug addict, who scared her when she was young,
but he ended up getting clean.
He was teaching this course for Jack Canfield.
And she was depressed.
And he asked her, he says, how much responsibility do you want for your cancer?
And she goes, it's cancer.
It's not my fault.
And he said, I didn't say anything about fault.
Responsibility is just your ability to receive.
respond. And then she got it. She goes, oh, I want 100% responsibility. And so in your relationship with
Heather or with the kids, how much responsibility do you want? Yeah. And I know with Tanna,
I want 100% responsibility that, and she knows how to push my button. She doesn't. But it's like always on me,
how I respond.
And do I respond in a way
that gets me a kind,
caring, loving, supportive,
passionate
relationship? And people go,
oh, well, you're just a wuss
or a milk toast.
Trust me, I am not.
Right? I mean,
like she embarrassed me when we were at a party.
I wouldn't say anything at the moment,
but later I would say something.
But you have, you restrain yourself
in the moment because that takes control.
And I would end up paying for it for a long time.
Because women, I just did this study on male and female brains, they have way more activity.
Oh, I believe.
Especially in the memory parts of their brain.
So they will file it.
That's Heather's jokes.
Just always ask yourself before you say something, what does it fit?
And it's not that you shouldn't say it.
it's, well, does it fit what I want?
And with her, if you have the same goals I have,
I find most men who love their wives,
they want a kind, caring, loving, supportive, passionate relationship.
And it's like, well, does it fit?
And if it doesn't fit, don't say it.
And over this last year, our relationship has gone exponentially stronger.
I would say hands down the strongest,
it's it's ever been and we've made just huge um not that we were bad but we you know we're just
we're more in sync today um than we've that we've ever been before better brain more love yeah and
it's like we're like we're more about family and trips and kids and a lot different than some
of the things we used to discuss right so it's you know we're both evolving as a couple and i think a lot
of it is from me getting healthier. And, you know, Heather, she's fantastic because she's very
supportive. And, you know, she's always here for me. And she, she's been a big help for me in many
ways. I'm so pleased. Questions for me? I know this journey started a little over a year ago.
I was personally in one of the worst thoughts of my life. And it was affecting my relationship
with my wife and my family, my businesses, and I was just in a very overwhelmed place.
And today, it's just unbelievable the progress.
And it's one of those things where you don't really believe things unless you, you know,
experience it like I'm that type because everybody's, everybody talks, right?
I'm not more like, hey, you know, talk is cheap.
Let me see it.
And to actually live this experience and then see this experience and then see this experience
and then be here with you, it's just been life-changing.
So does it make you want to do things even better so you can have even a better
brain?
100%.
So I say it all the time.
My favorite thing is hyperbaric oxygen because I can't sleep anywhere I go.
I can't nap.
I get in that thing after three minutes, I'm out, best nap in my life.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's amazing.
So I want to continue the journey.
there is room for improvement you showed me, so we still have some work to do.
