Starting point is 00:00:00 And I don't do this with men very often. I started examining his body. And I looked, and I watched up and down. I looked at his ass, and I looked at the hole. And then I looked at his hands. Look at his hands. He's got these, like, claws. All right.
Starting point is 00:00:34 Hey, everyone. Will Menacher here. On just at the top of today's episode, it's Monday. I feel it's incumbent upon me to sort of get out in front of something and address something I said over the week. which has caused a lot of controversy, a lot of discourse. And I just want to get it all out here on the open
Starting point is 00:00:52 and just state for the record what's going on here. So on Sunday, I tweeted, holy shit, switched over to the Giants game as soon as the Eagles made that field goal. How the fuck did that happen? Listen, I realize I did not watch the last eight seconds of the Eagles Jaguars game in London, but had I not switched over to the Giants game,
Starting point is 00:01:13 I would realize that what had happened was that rather than kick kickoff aiming to get out of the end zone for a touchback. Nick Siriani actually just did a regular kickoff and allowed the receiver to run it back to like, you know, very, very far down the field. Then the Jaguars kicker hit a 56-yard field goal within one second left in the game. And that is indeed how the Eagles lost that game. I would just like to apologize to everyone who came to me for NFL commentary and we're hoping that I did know how that game ended.
Starting point is 00:01:41 I'll just like to say, I will do better in the future. and, you know, look, the critics, they're right. They are right. I accept your apology. Touchback is what I do to girls at the gym. Oh, Shane Gillis over here. I'm just kidding. Oh, and by the way, touch back implies that they touch first, and so it's consensual.
Starting point is 00:02:03 No, I just sort of like, I'm like... Oh, you poke? Yeah, well, I do sort of an invader Zim thing with them. The girls at Equinox really like that. I'm like, meep. Are there a lot of girls? who wear in Vader's Zim pajama pants at Equinox.
Starting point is 00:02:17 Oh, yeah, yeah, no. There's a lot of... Well, those are the richest people in Manhattan. Yeah. They're all people who got... became rich in settlements with getting hit by Circuit City trucks.
Starting point is 00:02:29 When people talk about old money in the Upper East Side, that's what they mean. That's all the people in Gossip Girl. They're based on those families. And they're all girls who walked the mile in middle school. Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 00:02:41 I don't... I actually had a weird dream. I had a dream that me and Amber had to, me and Amber Frost, we had to go to like a cookout in Jackson Park in Chicago that was hosted by a Mexican family where they were all emo or seen kids. And we were like, why did you invite us? And they would just get increasingly furious every time.
Starting point is 00:03:06 You know, we were like, we're not emo. We've never been emo. But I mean, I guess it's just all my experiences at Equinox. both doing the invaders, Zim stuff, getting choked unconscious in the sauna. What? Waking up. Did that happen?
Starting point is 00:03:23 All the, no, no. I'm lying. I'm lying. Well, just one more quick bit of business to get out of the way. Digger still sucks, and I will never bow to the mob. Sorry. Let people enjoy things, well, let people enjoy things. Hey, look, every year there's one of these movies.
Starting point is 00:03:43 People hail is like, oh, it's a subversive masterpiece. Or like, oh, wow, like, it's genius. Do you need I go down the list? The brutalist? Poor things. The substance. And, you know, sorry, I have to be in the position. Have your say about the last one.
Starting point is 00:03:56 It starts with everything. Everything everywhere all at once. Sinners. I'll go down the list here. But to paraphrase, Digger, you want me. You need me. Yes. You need me.
Starting point is 00:04:08 Wow. You need me. I got to keep making my thing. Will Medeker is Digger. Yeah, that's right. Wow, and that's why you hate the film so much. It reveals too much about you. It does, and it reveals too much about people getting mad at me over me not liking this movie.
Starting point is 00:04:21 Okay, I read the summary for Digger on Wikipedia, because, like, I'm not saying this one. But I was curious what it was about. I kind of, people spoiled it early on that it's, they're doing a play. But why was it bad, basically? I just, from my understanding of the Wikipedia summary, it sounds like a six out of ten, you know? Sounds like a, they're worse, there are better ones. I mean, like, the easiest way I could sum up
Starting point is 00:04:51 why I didn't like the movie, not funny. Zero chuckles emitted. And then the larger meta point it's trying to make or like, you know, people are saying it's making about how, you know, art is pointless. It's like, is not, like, pat yourself on the back for that one, for that fucking table. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:07 Like, I just like, the movie didn't do anything for me. The parts of it, there were supposed to be like a goofball comedy were not funny. And then the parts that were being like, oh, actually this goofball comedy is supposed to be not funny, weren't nearly despairing or upsetting enough. My take was that it's like all the fun of don't look up or don't look now. Don't look up. Yeah, whatever. Don't look up and poor things.
Starting point is 00:05:30 So like, you know, like maximum sound and fury signifying nothing. I've, you know, like, whatever. I've never liked the single one of Alifrandros movie. And that's because you're racist. Yeah. And this one is no exception. Oh, he did. He made 21 grams, right?
Starting point is 00:05:46 Yeah. Did you like, did you watch some Revenant, Felix? I fucking hate movies. Thank you. I hate movies where it's like some assholes lost in the woods. It's so boring. Oh, my God. It's one of my biggest fucking.
Starting point is 00:06:01 And they're not making a movie about it. No, it's just boring. It's one of my biggest fucking pet piece with everything. Like, have you ever done this where you see, like, it's a really good looking thumbnail. And it's like, you know, all the time. The grossest, scariest mystery. Quite literally, that happens to me all the time. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:18 It looks like body horror and then you kind of pull it up. It's like I've seen that open sore before. You think it, well, no, no. You think it's going to be like a cool murder that someone didn't solve, like one of those videos. And then it's like, oh, this guy was a hiker. And then he went to the trail that everyone dies on. And no one's heard from him in seven years. Oh, I wonder what happened.
Starting point is 00:06:37 So the Revenant, that is just never, that just looks like shit. It looks like a very dramatic version of that hilarious onion article from the 90s, the zookeeper getting violated by the bearer. Looks like it's playing that one for serious. Oh, there was another zoo incident this weekend
Starting point is 00:06:55 that people are discoursing about. What happened? Like, someone fell into a tiger enclosure at a zoo. And the tiger did an adorable thing. No, but they were like, Did they kill the tiger? And the question is like, do you kill the tiger or let the tiger kill the... I think you killed the parents of the kid who let the kid fall in.
Starting point is 00:07:12 I don't know as a kid. It was maybe an adult. Maybe they were like... The proposal stands. Cognitively impaired in some way. Okay, I'm backing away slightly. Well, it's a question over like, you know, what life is more valuable? Like, any random human or a tiger?
Starting point is 00:07:25 That's a good... That is a pretty good philosophy question. Yeah. Who's smarter? It's the trolley problem, but like, it's both... the tiger and an intellectually disabled person on the same track. It's a pretty good question. You know, it's like, it's a Harambe Redux.
Starting point is 00:07:42 Yeah, I don't, I just don't like that there are guys with guns on the righty in the zoo. I don't really like that. Seems kind of anti's the whole point of a zoo. Yeah, yeah. It's not cool. It's like they're teaching, they're treating them like the, remember the oil rig prison they go doing face-on? Yeah, of course. It's kind of like that.
Starting point is 00:08:01 I just, I really don't like it. I feel like, I don't know, if you kill an animal, will, like a tiger with a bone arrow, okay, you won that way, you burn that one. No one thinks that a person can kill a bear or a tiger with their bare hands. But bone arrow, okay, that's sporting, but like
Starting point is 00:08:16 a gun, fuck off. Killing a tiger with a bone arrow would be really hard. Yeah. It would be really hard. Perhaps even if possible. That's the point. I mean, you know, in more serious places, you don't hear about people falling into the pits all the time. I'm not blaming this guy if it's, you know, he's got
Starting point is 00:08:32 something wrong with him, but, you know, someone was supposed to be looking after him. They weren't doing their job. It just, I don't know. I don't, yeah. I just, um, does the tiger even do anything? I don't know. We do not have all the details, but we are willing to come down on the side of either the tiger or the person you fell in. I'm totally on the side of the tiger.
Starting point is 00:08:51 Yeah. Okay, it was in Yorkshire. So, yeah. So not even the weirdest thing to happen in Yorkshire. Uh, Homeland Safety investigation has been launched into the death of a man who was killed by a tiger. Okay, after Andrews' closure. Oh, he was killed. Yorkshire Wildlife Park.
Starting point is 00:09:04 Oh, maybe in England they shoot the person who falls in the enclosure. Well, maybe because there's England they didn't have guns. Oh, yeah, yeah. Because it's a disarmed population. They tried tasing the tiger. And they sent a damn social worker to talk to the tiger. They sent someone from the council. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:26 Yeah, no, in America, they killed Harambe. They just rid of, they marked his ass real quick. That classic moment. But, okay, let's, basically to start the show. It's Monday, October 12th. This is your choppo. It's me, Catherine and Felix today. And actually, we have another, like, animal-related story, Felix,
Starting point is 00:09:43 and I wanted to kick off the show with today. I was very excited. Oh, yeah, I know. Okay, I know this one. This is a Chicago story. I was very excited to tell Will about this. I was going to read here. This is, this is local officials in Chicago's 43rd Ward
Starting point is 00:09:58 have accused a 94-year-old electronics billionaire, bear a seed of creating a public health hazard by hiring goons to place nuts, seeds, and other foods around his home and nearby Lincoln Park, according to a city document reported by Axios. Sayyad's delegated for recreational feeding of local wildlife, according to the city,
Starting point is 00:10:17 has attracted flocks of pigeons whose droppings have in turn have in turn attracted a significant rat infestation. In the three years that the billionaire has been funding this dubious animal welfare program. I don't like editorial. like that. By the way, my eyes did the, you know, jackpot thing for Mooney Tunes.
Starting point is 00:10:37 When I read the billionaire's name, it's just Said Bear reversed. Shout out to Steph, who I interviewed about the AMIA bombing about a year or two ago on the show. I thought he would really get a kick out of a literal white Sid Bear, Syed Bear infesting. One of Chicago's honestly worst neighborhoods. with rats. Here's my favorite element to the story. It says here. This is a quote from someone.
Starting point is 00:11:09 The Lincoln Park resident Caroline Novak says, when I describe this to people, this gets into the kind of stranger than fiction aspect of it. It's like a luxury melange of really nice nuts. I'm talking Brazil nuts,
Starting point is 00:11:21 wall nuts. I'm no arborist, but these do not come from those trees, according to Novak, who is apparently one of the first spot say it's paid nut distributors and actions. These are not.
Starting point is 00:11:31 Acorns. All right. All right. So I also need to point out an important detail. This is like a systematized thing that these people are doing. Like one of the local TV stations
Starting point is 00:11:41 reported that there are literal like paid guys going around with messenger bags filled with the nuts that they are then depositing at the opening, you know, the open of the rat Warren. And again, these are expensive nuts.
Starting point is 00:11:54 The other critical thing which I think points to a potential, yeah, because they like reached out for comment being like, hey, so what are you doing feeding the rats? like, uh, nothing. Yeah. So, so the other important part of this is like, you know,
Starting point is 00:12:07 and this is like a very nice neighborhood of Chicago, right? Yeah, no, Lincoln Park, um, it is the infamous location of DePaul University. Yeah. Um, no, Lincoln Park's a pretty off-scale place. Um, but like,
Starting point is 00:12:18 it's, uh, it's quite near like a very popular, like, green market, farmers market. And so I think it's possible that these billionaires, like, hate the farmer's market and want to disturb it or something. Yeah, infested with rats. When you guys sit in Chicago,
Starting point is 00:12:31 a million years ago, wasn't that the place where the Airbnb owner? Oh, no, that was in March 2 around. It was like, here's the house baths. What, Wicker Park? Is that it? Oh, yeah. Oh, man, I have some post-traumatic stress disorder about Wicker Park. Oh, sorry.
Starting point is 00:12:46 When my parents got separated in 2005 or six, my dad got a, like, a really depressing, like a 57-year-old man condo in Wicker Park at the height of the real estate bubble. Oh, no. And, like, I remember this is like a really bad string of events. First, he picked me up from school wearing a Manchester United track jacket. That's a very separated guy-ass thing to get into. He did not watch soccer. He was never, never heard him talk about soccer in my fucking life.
Starting point is 00:13:18 I don't know. I wanted to, like, walk, you know, five hours home instead of, and see, see more of that. But then he lived in Wicker Park. He was like three times the age of the median resident. there. And his apartment there, it was like wall to wall. It looked like the Dusoppel Museum. It was all African art. I'm not saying, I'm not saying it's embarrassing to be into African art, but he never, again, never showed
Starting point is 00:13:45 an interest. So it wasn't just like, it was not into this stuff. He sought it out. Yeah, I was like, where did you get this stuff? He's like, oh, you know, he's like, no, I don't. The African art store. So he was really mapping out the next phase of his life, the kind of guy he was gonna be. He was kind of like in the Revenant. He was doing it without a map.
Starting point is 00:14:05 Yeah. He fucking got lost out there. It was not mapped out. Lincoln Park, though, I mean, this is really showing my age. Wicker Park was like a cool neighbor. I presume it's like, you know, Park Slope now.
Starting point is 00:14:19 Right, I'm sure. Lincoln Park, though, it's not like the North Shore. Right. It's supposed to be like cool. Yeah, where you can't... Like Williamsburg. Yeah, like the North Shore,
Starting point is 00:14:31 whenever you throw a rock, you hit your intended target, Barnazvah. In Lincoln Park, that's only like half the time. Right. It's more like, I don't know, we have like a bifurcated Upper East Side. It's a combination of Interlake Shore Drive
Starting point is 00:14:48 in Lincoln Park, I would say. Do you think he just hates the farmer's market? I like the idea. I thought he was trying to like, bring down property like some Scooby-Doo Villager. But he lives in the neighborhood
Starting point is 00:15:01 so why would he want to take his own property to buy it up? Oh yeah. To buy it up and then he's going to exterminate the rats. I don't really know about things
Starting point is 00:15:07 like economics or housing policy. I love the idea that he just hates farm cars. He's like, these suck. I don't want these, I don't want these dirty people
Starting point is 00:15:17 selling their wares in my part. He's going to like start the next bubonic plague by feeding rats art like, you know, like artisan. Those like,
Starting point is 00:15:26 those good, like the Spanish peanuts. Yeah. Like the sort of skin on them, you know, that sort of that leafy, he's somehow the only guy who's gotten around the embargo
Starting point is 00:15:34 on Iranian, um, sasios and he's feeding them those. And he's feeding them to Chicago's rats. Yeah. I would like to know what the plot is here. I mean, he'll,
Starting point is 00:15:44 he's 94. So, I mean, I guess that goes, like, all these guys are pathological, right? Like,
Starting point is 00:15:50 it's never enough. They always want to make more money doing some scheme. But it's just, I have trouble seeing, where the profit like he's gonna have to live another 10 years to make money off this.
Starting point is 00:16:01 He's 93. Yeah, I know. It just, what do they, okay, what do they say he's trying to do? Like, there is no speculation over what he's trying to do. Like, like, he has not even said what he's funny to do, but like it's been years of this.
Starting point is 00:16:15 And like, he's been fined by the city and they're like trying to get him to stop, but he just won't stop. That's like, yeah. And like, and he has like a street team of guys who go out to distribute. nuts to fucking to rats and like
Starting point is 00:16:29 well also like that well it's like the birds and then they shit everywhere and then the rats eat their shit and the rats eat their own shit no the rats eat pigeon shit yeah yeah yeah I did not know that I've lived in New York for 20 or 20 years 12 years and I didn't know that that's crazy I mean maybe they don't have to eat some pigeon shit anymore because they've got all these premium nuts
Starting point is 00:16:49 well and then the article implied that the both the pigeons and the rats are eating the nuts but the pigeons also the nuts also attract pigeons yeah Who then shit everywhere, and then the rat. You know, it's dog days for rats. Well, and the billionaire has just, like, paid all the fines because, you know, what does a fine from the city cost, like, you know, 50 bucks or something? And, like, obviously, we all know, like the kind of, the classic,
Starting point is 00:17:10 the classic image of the old man, like, feeding squirrels or ducks. Yeah. You know, like, you know, like, this guy's not even doing it himself. Like, he has guys, like. He has his paid street team. Yeah, yeah. Like, you know, like, when you're out and, like, you're about to, like, enter a park, and then you just see like, oh, God, it's like two people with vests and a clipboard.
Starting point is 00:17:28 And, like, they're good. They've already clocked you. You're like, you can't just turn around. You walk in the park and they're like, oh, do you have a second for like women's rights or something? Or no, it's gotten even more predatory now. They'll just be like, do you care about a woman's right to choose? And what are you supposed to say, no? No.
Starting point is 00:17:42 My dad was always like in a life or death struggle with those people. This guy came to our, this guy was like going door to door in our neighborhood once. And he, he'd like, knock on the door. And he goes, do you have a moment for our. our environment and my dad went I don't care about the environment which was like he was pretty little he did care about the environment but he just like was being
Starting point is 00:18:03 objectionable and the guy goes well do you care about our future and then I just like from the basement I just heard like the door slam and he's like asshole because apparently like that was just too smart of a comeback for my dad well I mean like your dad was being very alpha by refusing to be like emotionally blackmailed
Starting point is 00:18:21 and most older people do not care about the future So, you know. Yeah, it's true. It's true. Yeah. I, it's like I do care about the future, but like I'm not going to let you with the clipboard be the arbiter of like. $10 a month for me for the Obama Foundation. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:34 I intrinsically feel, I just automatically feel sympathy for canvassers. Yeah. It seems like a very hard and underpaid job. Dude, it sucks dick. I'm always polite. I only ever fall for it. The last one I felt, you know, quote unquote fell for was years back when I, you know, was feeling like a bad person. other areas of my life.
Starting point is 00:18:55 And so I fell hook, line, and sinker for amnesty. And then it feels even worse when, like, you know, I probably was paying, like, $10 a month for, like, two years or something. And then you eventually, like, cancel. And you're just like, there's been enough amnesty. Yeah. My rule of thumb is, like, if it's not like, you know, if it's not like Emily's list, I don't know if they can't.
Starting point is 00:19:17 But, you know, if it's, like, a close to, if I'm only paying, if only 80% of my money is going to, uh, administrative. cost and it's like a pretty okay cause i i just i had to canv i did a paid canvassing job for three days when i was like 19 and i was so i would i would love i would love because you just feel like i don't want to approach people and like like what did that look like please cast paint the picture um i think i think whatever cause i shuffling up and being yeah yeah yeah yeah i can't get him at it was a betterman at yeah i just don't yeah i don't yeah i don't i don't i don't i i don't Out of your many talents, Felix,
Starting point is 00:19:55 I can't imagine the talent you have translating to being a salesman. No, like, you know, like, routinely approaching strangers to like, to like pitch them on something you do not give a shit about.
Starting point is 00:20:06 Yeah. Yeah, that's rough. Yeah, it was really, but the most ever got was just this, um, nice barista gave me like,
Starting point is 00:20:14 um, like a jar full of coins. And you were like, what am I supposed to do with this? No, I was really grateful. I actually had something to show for it for like, like one day.
Starting point is 00:20:25 All right. Well, moving on from rats in Chicago. There's no theories about this. No. The only theory I've seen is the one I floated about the farmer's market. Otherwise, there are no...
Starting point is 00:20:36 I haven't even seen a competing like further stretched theory. And it's like, Chicago real estate is already really fucking cheap. Like comparative. Compared to most other places
Starting point is 00:20:48 with like electricity. Maybe not in Lincoln Park. No, in Lincoln, but like, The equivalent, yeah, like, it's expensive to buy a house there, but the equivalent house, like, here or L.A. would be, like, literally 20 times more. Right. It's, no, we just, we overbuilt so much there.
Starting point is 00:21:06 We're so stupid that we fucking, we didn't get in on the real estate bubble. You know, our median rent in Chicago is only, like, $100 more than the median rent in, like, Mississippi. Really? Yeah. Yeah. No. So, I don't know. How is it even in his interest to bring it lower?
Starting point is 00:21:22 I don't know. And, you know, now we're approaching the rat housing bubble. They're building new construction like crazy down there. As you already pointed out, I feel like, what makes this even more baffling is like playing the long game, he's 93 years old. Maybe he has, you know, he's got that adrenicrum. He knows something we don't know. He's going to be around for it. Yeah, maybe.
Starting point is 00:21:43 Maybe he just likes rats. Maybe he's just a fan of, you know, pestilence and filth. That's a thing, no, it could be. You know, someone's got to be a fan. No, number one filth fan over here. That's absolutely someone's Twitter at. Some people got to be into it. He's also like sort of under the radar, you know, anonymous donations.
Starting point is 00:22:02 He's made huge investments in anti-picking up after your dog propaganda in Chicago. He's also got to... Don't pick up after your dog. Leave its feces smoldering on the sidewalk. He also has a street team of people who just litter. And shit on the street. Yeah. He's hiring dog owners to shit everywhere.
Starting point is 00:22:22 Yeah, if someone can get to the bottom of this thing. Hey, if you're in Chicago and you're on the rat feeding street team, please have no chopper trap house. Oh, that is such a chopper listener job. That is so my God, dude. Please write it. I really am locked the fuck into this story. I must know. So, yeah, we welcome on the ground reporting.
Starting point is 00:22:41 I bet if you, like, geolocated, all our listeners in Chicago, like half of them are just, they're people who are going around giving nuts to pigeons and squirrels. Or they're trying to get a job on that street team. Yeah, yeah. No. They're paying a living wage? I don't. Maybe they're just, um...
Starting point is 00:22:57 They're paid in the leftover nuts that the rats don't eat. Nuts are pricey. Yeah. They could just be like filth fans. Yeah. Filth fans 69. I mean, yeah, if you, if you are a white set bear, like, please get in contact with us. Let us know what you're trying to do.
Starting point is 00:23:14 Uh, and it will, like, if it's not too evil, you know, I mean, that's the weird thing, right? You can't really gentrify Lincoln Park. Yeah, it seems post-stantrification to me. I mean, maybe he's trying to do the reverse. I don't know. Get in contact with us, a old billionaire. It's fascinating regardless. We have an open mind.
Starting point is 00:23:34 Like, if we like what you're trying to do. Like, any explanation for why you're doing this is, by definition, fascinating. Yeah. Yeah. We really, like, I'm not kidding. We are open-minded. Like, we have this reputation. Like, we, you know, whoa, we hate everything billioners.
Starting point is 00:23:49 We like a lot of them. We like a lot of them. We like a lot of real estate guys. And, like, you were two guys from Chicago, me and you. Hey, by the way, RIP Ditka. Yeah. RIP Didka. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:02 Bears, who lost, like, utter dogs. Sorry, I'm just trying to run up the score on people hating you guys in this episode. Well, what are you going to do? Yeah. Dead comes for us all. I mean, it doesn't. There's only one real team in Chicago, and it's the White Sox. And then our hockey team, which, you know, is the only.
Starting point is 00:24:22 The only team of America with Native American regalia that was allowed to keep it. That is the only respectful one. Yeah. It's the only respectful one. The Atlanta Braves are still around. The Chiefs are still around. Yeah, the Chiefs are still around. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:34 All right. Chief is a position of power. Yeah, I guess so. Yeah, whereas, brave is an adjective. Whereas red asteris diskins, you know, that's, that's, yeah. The Cleveland one was crazy. The Cleveland Indian. Wait, you know it.
Starting point is 00:24:50 Let's, folks, woke is over. Let's bring back Chief Wahoo. I can't believe they called him that. That's fucking crazy. I had a journalism professor who was a huge Cleveland Indians fan, and I really just had to look right past that, just overlook it. He was an old guy.
Starting point is 00:25:05 He's dead now. Great professor. What class did he teach? Racial logos? The history of racialized logos. He taught history of journalism. Yeah, and he was from Ohio. Anyway.
Starting point is 00:25:19 All right, well, moving on from Chicago, to right here in New York, perhaps a slightly more serious issue to address. Ice shot someone in the Bronx this week. Side note, I've heard that you're not really supposed to say Marble Hill is the Bronx. It's technically a part of Manhattan. Oh, really? But yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:25:37 All right, well, in New York City this week. Yes, in New York City this week. And this is, of course, like, there's the issue of ICE continuing to operate as this lulledess Gestapo everywhere in America, shooting people. He had his, like, kid in the car. I mean, let's see. The guy who they shot, he did have a criminal record,
Starting point is 00:25:57 and he was undocumented, but his kid was in the fucking car. You're not supposed to fire into cars. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That is protocol not to do that. Ice agents that were dressed as construction workers. Which apparently they do. Interceptus report on this.
Starting point is 00:26:10 They pose his construction workers all the time. Yeah. Which is even, it was just so insidious. And, you know, like, outside of that issue, like this is, you know, this has brought up a lot of sort of the ongoing pressure pressure or sort of disappointment with Mamdani over him not firing Jessica Tish and like what, you know, what he can can or can't do about an issue like ICE operating in New York City and like shooting people. And like there's a number of demands that have been like, you know, made of Zoran.
Starting point is 00:26:42 And they are as follows. It's being made by DSA, both national and New York State. this is like abroad because like you know he's been protested recently and like there's now this kind of thing like you stupid idiots like how could you protest Zoran like he's on your side and then the people who are and then the people who are like
Starting point is 00:27:03 no like he's Zagran he's doing a genocide and like the thing with this is like I think Zeran has reacted to certainly being protest that his like October 7th vigil for being like supposedly pro-Zionist I think he's reacted it with a lot more maturity than the people both for and against him by just saying look I'm mayor of New York City
Starting point is 00:27:19 this comes with the territory. But that being said, I'm more annoyed at the people who are angry that people are protesting him. Right. Because it's just like, what are you mad about? Like, he's mayor.
Starting point is 00:27:29 Like, you know, he won. So, like, this is the job. This is what comes with it. But the question is like, and also, like, there will always be people who get mad. And look, like, he can't solve Israel Palestine, but like, I don't know, like,
Starting point is 00:27:43 how much more he can do. Like, he can't arrest Netanyahu, but like, there is more to be done. And, like, this is an issue. on which pressure should be kept on him to, you know, like, just go a little bit further or just keep going. Right. I mean, you know, we're opinioning ourselves,
Starting point is 00:27:59 but, like, the very least he could do is, like, not affirmative, make the affirmative decision to give money to an organization that, like, it's an organization of grown men who, like, are calling a middle school. Yeah. And literally going, can you expel this student for wearing a Palestine t-shirt? Like, that's, look, yeah, we're aware there are limitations. and we don't expect him to go out there and like, you know, declare, rename a street after Cassam Brigades. But like, there are, I don't think it would have been a huge scandal if he did not give that organization, $6 million for instance.
Starting point is 00:28:36 I just, I always hate this. The thing that I hate the most, you always see this argument come up, whether it is so wrong or whether whoever it is. You would see this with Obama too. he can't do the thing you like because they'll kill him because he's Muslim. And it's like implicitly saying like don't elect anyone like black
Starting point is 00:28:57 Yeah yeah. Let's only elect whites who are like the only people who won't be killed. Yeah. It's like what the fuck are you saying here? Well then what's the point of electing him? Because like he was elected.
Starting point is 00:29:08 Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Like he won and like has demonstrated quite a bit and now has like quite a bit of political capital and power to spend to use. And like I don't know. know what the limits of his power are. And I'm sure his power as New York City mayor
Starting point is 00:29:21 is quite limited when compared to the federal government. In terms of like being able to stop ICE from being in New York City or arresting them for being in New York City. You know, I proposed months ago on the issue of the synagogues auctioning off land and the West Bank were like, look, you can't
Starting point is 00:29:37 shut down the synagogues or arrest the people for doing it. But I suggested, you know, classic big city stuff. Like, I don't know, like booting their cars, harassing them with parking tickets. you know, fines of that nature, permits. I feel the same way about like the city should not be leasing space in the Navy yard to, you know, cry on eugenics, whatever military contractors
Starting point is 00:29:58 are building shit for Israel. Yeah. And like, but like there are good arguments and bad arguments here. And to Felix, going off your point, the really bad argument I've seen lately is like, don't you understand? Like, if he fired Tisch, all hell would break loose because the New York City Police Department
Starting point is 00:30:14 would simply stop performing their jobs and he would get blamed, for the attended explosion and crime. And, like, just recent memory here, like, an instructive example is Bill de Bozzi. Yeah. Bill de Bungler, right? Because, you know, he ran for mayor
Starting point is 00:30:27 on the promise of ending stop and frisk. And the same argument was made then. He did. He ended stop and frisk. Well, the argument against it was, you know, it's going to be back to the bad old days. And also, like, cops, it'll be back to the bad old days because cops will stop doing things like...
Starting point is 00:30:41 And caring about murders. Well, the thing is, like, the NlyPEDA under Bilabazio, in response to the him ending stop and frisk, Like, that not only did crime not go up, it went down. Despite the, the thing is the NYPD doing a work stop. They did, like, a passive kind of like workstop, like sort of passive line. Purely illegal.
Starting point is 00:30:58 Of like, you know, you know, just sort of standing down and just being like, you know, we're not going to like do our jobs for this mayor because he doesn't have our back. Once again, I need to stress here, crime did not explode. And in fact, maybe there isn't that big of a connection between the NYPD doing or not doing their fucking job. and the crime rate in New York City. Because, like, we all see, I mean, if you're in New York City, we all see them hanging around the subway
Starting point is 00:31:21 playing fucking Candy Crush. And by the way, that would be a good NYPD reform. I don't see anyone proposing. How about you can't be on your fucking phone when you're being paid? I think about this all... I think about this all the time.
Starting point is 00:31:32 Working hours. You know, like, people already hate cops, you know, for a lot of better reasons. But also just like, isn't it kind of like a credibility, like existential threat? Just to be having people who have a gun strapped to them and are empowered to kill you? by the state, just looking at their phones like slack-jawed in public spaces.
Starting point is 00:31:50 I don't know. Would you rather... Maybe I'd sound lib for that, but... Would you rather have them playing with their gun? I don't know. I'm gonna beat devil's ad of the kid on this one. Okay. I know.
Starting point is 00:32:01 Like, um, the subway cop job, that seems really fucking boring. Yeah. That's true. And it's like, okay, these guys weren't drafted. I get it. Like, you know, they're, they're probably bad guys. But, like, dude, just imagine. It seems really boring.
Starting point is 00:32:17 Do you think they're going to start reading now at like age 32? Probably not. And we don't know what, like everyone says Gandy Crush. Well, first of all, no one really plays Gandy Crush anymore. And if you guys played phone games, you would know that. People are playing other things. I used to play two dots. I used to play two dots on my phone.
Starting point is 00:32:36 There's other derivative kind of jewel sliding around style game. Actually, Snake is making a restrictions. They could be researching crimes. They could be looking up like the Wikipedia for like murder. They're on R slash murder. Yeah. They're watching those stupid videos that are like, this is the craziest unsolved mystery of all time.
Starting point is 00:32:58 This guy went into a cave exactly his width and circumference. And no one's seen him since. I wonder what happened. I wonder if that smiley face serial killer got him, the stupidest theory ever. What's the smiley face serial? I hate this one. Oh, wait.
Starting point is 00:33:12 I hate this one. What the fuck is that? Isn't this what Kane Parsons the backroom's guy is doing next? I think that was a joke. What? Yeah. I think so...
Starting point is 00:33:21 Is this like a creepy pasta thing? Yeah, I think so. It's practically. Okay, so they say, these cases of, like, young men getting drunk and drowning. Oh, yeah, I know what this is. Like, in these very disparate places
Starting point is 00:33:34 that all have, like, rivers running through them. The theory of it being a transnational serial killer is that, within like a mile or two miles or 10 miles of all these places, there was graffiti of a smiley face. Where all these like guys of a similar age drowned. And so like, A, that's like a pretty common way for like a drunk 18 to 34 year old to die.
Starting point is 00:34:00 Yeah. It's just to get drunk. Economically depressed areas. Yeah. They like die alone. There are no signs of like a struggle, just drowning. Getting drunk and swimming at night?
Starting point is 00:34:09 Yeah. What could go wrong? Sounds fun. Smiley face is one of the most common fit. Like, I don't think that someone's fucking tag. Like, Will, you were a tagger. If you tried to be, oh, this is my tag. It's a smiley face.
Starting point is 00:34:21 Yeah, people would read you to fucking film. But yeah, it is like an idiot thing to just like scroll on, you know, a phone box or whatever. I, uh... My tag was the peace symbol, by the way. So if you've seen that anywhere in the world, that was me. I got all world fame.
Starting point is 00:34:37 I saw a great video trying to prove that the Smiley Face killer is real. and this guy, I feel bad for this guy, Tyler Olivera. He sort of got his thunder stolen by that Nick Shirley guy. Oh, yeah? Tyler Oliver is sort of the thinking man's Nick Shirley. Okay. They're both awful, but like Tyler Oliver to prove that like this is a serial killer,
Starting point is 00:34:59 he just like in his video, he gets really, he drinks like 10 beers and then go swimming, and he's like, I didn't die. It's pretty good journalism. You don't see Nick Shirley doing shit like this. I'm sorry. But that is the sort of stuff our cops are, like, watching and listening to. No, I mean, it is, it is bullshit because they probably are getting, like, overtime pay to play clash of battles. I'm sorry, like some of the demands here is being made here.
Starting point is 00:35:27 This is a, sorry, this is being made by, like, Palestinian solidarity groups and others. There's, like, Miramandani can apply pressure to stop the illegal land sale of solely in Palestinian land. He can hold houses of worship and other organizations accountable for violations. It's in within the mayor's power to revoke the local tax exempt status of nonprofit organizations that participate in illegal Palestinian land sales. Also, another... All hell would break loose, but yeah. Mayor Mondani can disband the strategic response group and remove police commissioner Jessica Tisch. These are things that, like, I think are worthy demands to make of this mayor.
Starting point is 00:36:01 Yeah. I don't think making them is like, you know, an totally unjustified attack on him or you're trying to undermine his progress because I think like, we don't, like, I don't like, I, I think it's pretty clear here that, like, for instance, why has he kept Jessica Tisch? Yeah. And I think, like, you know, there's reporting from last year that makes it pretty clear that this is a basically a deal that he made with the governor, Couti Hockel. And she was like, for her endorsement, he would keep Jessica Tish, which is, by the way, keeping your lap, the last mayor's police commissioner is, like, basically never done for the North Mayor. So this is already very much going against tradition, against the norms. But it's worth pointing out that Tish was not Adams' original pick.
Starting point is 00:36:42 Tish's police commissioner had to resign because of, you know, that whole fucking fraud dragnet. And yeah. And Jessica Tish is also not very popular among the NYPD Reginald. Well, because she's like has no law enforcement experience. Yeah, exactly. She's just some fucking, she's someone's daughter. Yeah, but it is rare to do that. It's rare to do that.
Starting point is 00:36:59 And like the thing is like, I think from the Mandani administration, I think they're like, look, this is we're going to, we're going to like let this one go, even though we know people would love us to get rid of her because to like enact our agenda to do like the popular things that people want us to do you have to deal with like the city's terrible budgeting situation and like next year there's going to be some huge hole in the budget and we need Albany to like basically make us whole and you're going to need whole cool to do that
Starting point is 00:37:26 and the thing is like I understand that real politic that calculation but like we don't get to pick and choose the circumstances under which we and wonder which we govern and like there are very pressing issues like, for instance, the genocide going on in Palestine or ICE killing people on the streets in New York City that's like, do you want to deal with like the short-term nightmare or the long-term nightmare?
Starting point is 00:37:46 And I think like both of these issues are things that I'm sorry. I think it is incumbent on the mayor to spend some of his political capital to deal with in the here and now rather than next, rather than the bigger issues next year. Right. And it just, I'm sorry, like no one fucking put a gun to your head and made you run as the pro-Palestine candidate who explicitly made, if not,
Starting point is 00:38:07 promises commitments to this cause that you if this is just oh hey this is just how business is done uh I wrap myself in this thing and I abanded it once I get in there okay what's the fucking difference between you and
Starting point is 00:38:23 maybe not Cuomo but like whoever whatever fucking city councilor could have had this job what was the point then like you know and I I would imagine that they're like okay getting involved in a huge fucking uh political The political battle with the NYPD
Starting point is 00:38:38 is going to like just suck up everything in my first term in office. It's going to like derail, you know, like daycare or free buses or like the popular things that I wanted to enact and that was associated with my agenda. But like, you know, the thing is like you have political capital and as far as Kathy Hokul goes, I would just, you know, counsel the mayor's office to realize at this point
Starting point is 00:38:58 she needs you a lot more than you need her at this point. She was able to effectively, with the city council, effectively stop his, planned to raise taxes on Pietater's. So, you know, she's definitely still has some muscle. To me, it's like, it's a misunderstanding of how politics works because it's like, yes, we came together to get our guy elected. And so, like, the idea that like, and there are leverage stops or it would be like unsporting of us to like continue to make demands of the guy we got elected, like, that's how it's supposed to work. Because then if he doesn't do the things that
Starting point is 00:39:30 he promised he would do for which we elected him, then we might not support him next time. You know, And politicians will act like politicians. And, like, you know, that's, you know, part for the course. But I think, like, the safer way in on this is just, like, New York is supposed to be a sanctuary city. And NYPD is essentially backstopping ICE actions. You know, getting rid of Jessica Tisch is, like, not the point here to me. I think it's about meaningfully not allowing NYPD to coordinate with ICE.
Starting point is 00:39:57 Right, right. That is that. Like, like I said, boot their cars. Yeah. Yeah. Like, you know, give them, like, civil summons and so like that. demand that they don't cover their faces or dress as construction workers. I don't know like what legally, what, like, what authority has to make those demands of
Starting point is 00:40:12 advice. But if any mayor in the entire fucking country has the ability to, you know, put this to the test about whose authority is it really? Well, the point is, like, you put it to the test. And if you can't do something or you've been checkmated in some way, I think it's incumbent upon you to then explain and name publicly, like, to heighten the contradiction and say, like, here's why I can't do it because X, Y, and Z. Yeah. After putting it to the Yes. Yeah. So, I mean, like I said, I think these are reasonable demands to make of Blandani and like, Tish.
Starting point is 00:40:42 I'm sorry, like, would it really be that big a deal to get rid of her? I agree on that. But like, okay, I'm sympathetic to the idea that like, okay, yeah. If he got rid of her, she would not necessarily be replaced by someone much better. And like for the budget shortfall, okay, I don't necessarily agree with that, but I can see the argument. But for things like, again, the $6 million for the getting middle schoolers fired organization, not going after these synagogues that are, I'm sorry, conducting fucking illegal land auctions. And the whole anti-Semitism task force in general or whatever he's calling it.
Starting point is 00:41:21 I'm like, you did not have to do that. Yeah, there is no defense for that. What is the bounty there? What is he getting out of that? Well, because I feel like these same groups are. going to stop you on everything anyway. Yeah. You think that organization that he gave $6 million to is like
Starting point is 00:41:37 actually going to not call him anti-Semitic over free pre-K? And the results of that... I don't know. I don't think so. I'm sure there's not like some great woke police commissioner are waiting in the wings. But the point is sometimes a symbolic demonstration of power has its own benefits. Right. Right. Absolutely. I think that's another thing the left
Starting point is 00:41:53 fails to realize. Just a scalper and get someone else in there and just say that like... Get your guy in there. And like whoever you appointed, like, I'm sure like... A police commissioner at the end of the day. But the point is, like, even if it's a lateral move, I think there is a benefit in publicly just being like, here is a woman who basically is there to prevent a good chunk of your agenda from happening.
Starting point is 00:42:14 And she's a guide-in-the-wall Zionist. And I'm sorry, like, that is a reason enough to get her out. Yeah, just get her out. You know, and again, I do understand that she does seem to be a consensus pick between Mamdani, Hokel and, you know, a lot of other, let's say, big money groups. So, you know, I can see the argument, but, you know, yeah, try something. Man, I was talking with someone about how, like, the free press, it could be, it could have been so good, right? Not like a good, like, actually a more evil force in the world.
Starting point is 00:42:49 If it was, like, the thing they build it as, right? Right. Like, if it was really, like, we're going to ask the questions everyone is too afraid to ask. Like, we're going to make a whole article series. or documentary called like lesbians what's going on with them. That would be huge for the repress in particular. Yeah, yeah, but they won't do it. They're stupid, you know?
Starting point is 00:43:07 They just write these articles like Leibowitz talking about Scooby-Doo and all this shit. Olivia Rheingold putting her camera two inches from her face. But this would be an article from the, I wouldn't subscribe to them, but I would read it. I would get a free link. If they did a thing that was like Jessica Tisch, why did she become a cop? Like, what's her deal? Yeah. Is she weird?
Starting point is 00:43:30 Was she like kind of a employee growing up? Yeah, she wasn't. But she's kind of a cop. Are you? Like what, like what happened there? Are you just saying? Are you just saying that? Because she, she's not hot.
Starting point is 00:43:42 No. No. Oh, do you think there's a stereotype of cops being hot? No. Whenever you read about someone who like had to marry their brother's widow, you always imagine them looking like that Jessica Tish. Because it's like a really like just glum duty you have to do.
Starting point is 00:43:58 But like what's, When did, so she wasn't, she wasn't like, you know, in a uniform and shit. No, no. When did she decide to do this? I don't know. This is, dude, this is the free press is so bad. They're dropping the ball so bad. What?
Starting point is 00:44:12 So was she like, she was like 45 years old and she goes to her family that. Who are like, who are like the real estate. The real estate. The state. You could do anything. The Tish is. They own NYU. They own the giants.
Starting point is 00:44:24 They own like half of the world. The Tishas have made billions from fucking. tobacco, real estate, like all the most evil shit. And like she could have done anything, right? Like, she could have. She's a cop like Batman as a cop. Right, right. It's so fucking weird.
Starting point is 00:44:40 It's like, did she go to her dad, you know, in his like, you know, life support unit, mecksuit? Her like 183 year old dad who's like John McCain's mom is like, I want to, I'm dad. I'm 47. I want to be a cop. He's like, okay. Like, what happened there? I have, like, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:44:59 It's so weird, right? Like, it would be kind of interesting if she had started, if she was like, when she's like 19, she goes to the academy. But she clearly did not do that. She did not do that. So, like, she made her dad, I don't know, like, buy a bunch of helicopters, her guys instead in Ireland. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:15 And so they make her like a police captain, which is 49. It's so weird. Yeah, because, like, okay, yeah, like, she has no experience. She gets older every time. She has no experience in law enforcement. And you're right. I don't know where she's just, like, commissioner of the NYPD, which is usually a job, like, you know, like,
Starting point is 00:45:29 Ray Kelly or Benjamin Bratton like like a Cragan from SVU like some guy who looks like that since he was like 18 years old I don't even know if she's divorced how would you be commissioner? I'm not again
Starting point is 00:45:44 I'm obviously like I love the idea of a female woman commissioner coming to NBC this fall female cop female woman cop but they like they don't like again it's like I know There's like very, a lot of different types of cops that women are.
Starting point is 00:46:03 And it's not like the little Wayne song. Give me the run down. What are some of the times? Oh, well, it depends on where you are. But like, you know, well, like, okay. Let's talk about the city then. Okay, in the city, you got, you got kind of like that, they look like a realistic version of Dixon from Reacher.
Starting point is 00:46:21 Like that kind of like Irish Latina look. Okay. You got sort of like severe blonde lady. You know what I've never seen. I've never seen a East Asian female cup. Interesting. A lot of men. A rare,
Starting point is 00:46:37 a rarer phenotype is, you know, baddie who's very small. Like a small bean female cat? Oh, like a five foot even. Yeah, who's like a baddie looking.
Starting point is 00:46:47 That's more like a sheriff thing. Yeah. It's more like a sheriff. Fair enough. Yeah. Yeah. That's like there are a lot of... We're in the realm of fact.
Starting point is 00:46:56 Sheriffs are more like a butterball type. But anyway, like... I see sheriffs is more like cousin phenotype. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You know, like, big old boys who, like, couldn't cut it in the academy. But, yeah, like, I prefer for the, like, the chief of police to be, like, yeah, a Kragon. Or really, like... He's been divorced 60 times.
Starting point is 00:47:15 He's a recovering alcohol. And a pregnant of any race. You know, like, a classic Bernard Carrick, when he was fucking his mistress in the apartment units that were from 9-11 rescue workers. Oh, my God. He was, like, looking at the, looking at the pit. Getting hard. Just like, just putting it in work. Oh, do you think he was like a minded JSON picture?
Starting point is 00:47:34 Yeah. Oh, Grand Zero. I feel you every beat. Yeah, he's got like handprints on the fucking window. Yeah. Oh, my God. And like, yeah, like, those are all guys who's head, like, who's, like, fucking head in face. Looks like a bullet.
Starting point is 00:47:45 Yeah. Who's, who's, you know, like, they got, like, the, the neck fat. Yeah. You know, like the head fat where it's like, you know, you can see every poor. Yeah. Here's what the female police commissioner in a. real city looks like. It looks like if Ed. Thalco was like, was nurse Jackie, like had to live the real life of Nurse Jackie. Yeah, I could say that. I'm pillhead. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Like,
Starting point is 00:48:09 if Edelco wasn't like, they didn't let her be on TV. Right. That's what, that's what she would look like. And it's like, that's not just got Jessica Tish is. She's like, she clearly like has only been a quote unquote cop for like three years. It's such fucking bullshit. She never even went to the police academy. Yeah. What the fuck? How are they okay with this? Okay. Like, okay. Uh, okay. Can she make cool sound effects? No. She does no impressions, no sound effects at all, as far as I know.
Starting point is 00:48:37 Well, this is why she's not very popular with the rank in trial. You know? Why? She's not going, meow, how come, like, dude,
Starting point is 00:48:46 cops are so tough against Ville de Bon Garo. And then this, like, 49-year-old jab. Her daughter. For her bat mitzvah present. It gets to be, like,
Starting point is 00:48:57 the queen of police. She got Bob Mitzvitt at 40. Yeah. Here's your present. That's what her dad says. And they're like, oh, I guess we're okay with this. It's like you guys are fucking pussies. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:07 You guys all turn to your back on build a bunglero, your best friend ever, who genetically has so much more in common with you being the is a German who's pretending to be Italian. And now I'm sorry, you have this fucking money changer. Jessica Tisch. I'm just kidding. No, I just, I like, dude, they are such. fucking doormats. NYPD cops, a real dormant.
Starting point is 00:49:32 But it is weird. Like, to just like say it out loud, like, seemingly out of nowhere, the daughter of like the biggest, like most richest, most powerful family in New York City becomes the head of the police department.
Starting point is 00:49:45 Yeah. With absolutely no experience being a cop whatsoever. My third eye is wide open. How are they okay with it? Yeah. How the fuck are they okay with it? And you know, like,
Starting point is 00:49:56 it's probably, she probably like got them memo. She probably reads the free press. And she stopped doing this probably three or four years ago, but you know in the first year she was like land acknowledgments on Zoom.
Starting point is 00:50:11 Like making the guys in the whatever the Pentagon is for cops like do asexual awareness day and shit. She was probably just like boilerplate woke which is like too woke for NYPD. I just like did like mutiny.
Starting point is 00:50:27 NYPD all you guys of Staten Island, all you, all those guys, my favorite guys in NYPD were those Roman centurion-looking guys in the Hasidic tunnel video. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. They've got to rise up. They've got, you've got, rise up, find a Kragan to rally behind and put him in there. Okay, so quite literally, I looked this up. She has only really ever held leadership roles in the NYPD. Came in. Does she has any other work experience? Yeah, 2008 NYPD Counterterrorism Bureau. Counterterrorism Bureau? What is this fucking British army in this year?
Starting point is 00:51:01 Year 600? Like her dad buys her a commission? It was putting her on the track to get this. And that was as an intelligent research specialist slash policy. Then she was the deputy commissioner of information and technology. Then she was the commissioner of that office. Then she was the Department of Sammentation Commissioner. And now she's the police commissioner.
Starting point is 00:51:21 She was like a sideline and garbit, like being in charge of garbage? She's been waiting in the wings a long time. No, she hasn't. Well, I mean, these are, like, kind of, you know, like, for failed daughters who are going to be a police commissioner one day. I would love to see her, like, try to give someone a ticket. She wouldn't know what the fuck she's doing. And that's, like, that's most of what the NYPD, most of what cops in big cities do.
Starting point is 00:51:44 It's revenue collection. How do you think Chicago built its fucking hideous addition to Soldier Field for the Bears to lose in? Revenue collection, writing tickets. If Jessica Tisch tried to. rate a ticket, she'd probably kill herself and the driver. She doesn't know what the fuck she's doing. She would have, it would be a parked car with no one in it.
Starting point is 00:52:03 It would accelerate towards her, causing her to discharge her firearm. Yeah. This is a nice. This is a nice part of her personal life, Wikipedia page. In January 2026, Tishaphizza to the entrance of your office at one police plaza and recited the accompanying blessing in the presence of Jewish members of the department. All three of them.
Starting point is 00:52:21 How many Jewish cops are there in New York? Like, come on, guys. Oh, my God. She's, like, rubbing it in, too. Like, she probably took down, like, those special beads that Catholics like. I don't know what they're called. Rosary.
Starting point is 00:52:35 She took down all of Eric Adams' African masks. Yeah. Bought from your dad. She bought from my dad, yeah. Dude, yeah, she took down all this open-stay shit. Yeah. Putting up a Mizuzza. I feel bad for people,
Starting point is 00:52:52 Jewish people, with OCD, because every time I see a Mizzusa, it's just, I'm like, that's, it's off center. I got a, I got a, I got a, I got a, isn't it meant to be kind of crooked? Yeah, that's what I don't like about it. I got to say, my, my mother hung a Mazzuzza in the house, not knowing what it meant. I think she was just like, you know, it's kind of like, oh, pineapples are good luck. So I was like, you know that that's like, that's like, that's like not for our people.
Starting point is 00:53:16 But pineapple, is that like the swinger? It's also the swinger thing, but, you know, it's, or, you know, like, we're hanging like a welcome flag. something. My parents don't have a pineapple, but you know what I did. Yeah. Well, I've heard Jessica Tiss does. Have you? No, no, I don't know. Allegedly. Well, glad I got that on the record. She's making, like, all these Roman Catholic cops, like, get doused with, like, in the
Starting point is 00:53:40 Mizzuzes' Kabolic energy spray. She's, dude, they're just taking it. Do Jewish people have, like, an equivalent of holy water? No, not really. No. No. I mean, well, we don't have any Christians are the only people who do this Like stupid water stuff It's pretty fucking dumb man It's really like it really is like
Starting point is 00:54:03 You guys got that from fucking A guy named Odissar or some shit Like this is not real This is fucking dumb Oh my God I love when they do baptisms and like indoor pools Yeah Oh you know for adults
Starting point is 00:54:15 Yeah I love that Like he gotta get in and get out before the swim team arrives The Catholic one There's at least like some, I'm not going to say dignity, but it's not as silly, I guess. Yeah. Yeah, we don't have a lot of water with our shit. There is one really gross water thing, though.
Starting point is 00:54:34 What is it? Oh my God. I had to do a fucking orthodox passover once. Really suck dick. And so you have to pass around this like bowl of water to wash your hands in. But because it's a bowl and not running water and there's like, It's just getting fucking grosser and grosser.
Starting point is 00:54:56 And like... If you go 10th, you're just like... Yeah. Dude, if you go second, it's... Yeah. Oh, my God. It fucking pisses me off so much. But that's orthodox.
Starting point is 00:55:05 Did you decline to take part where you like, I got... I'll just head into the side bathroom really quick. I was like 15. So I was like, I think I was trying to be... I thought I would like get yelled at if I didn't. Probably. I should have...
Starting point is 00:55:17 That happened to me now. Well, I wouldn't even be there now. Yeah. But I would stand up for myself if I was. but that's our one water thing Sorry, I mean like This got his way off I'm sorry
Starting point is 00:55:26 I just I'm so I've always wanted to like Know this about her And I've never gotten any fucking answer Yeah Well uh long story short Give her the can Yeah yeah give her
Starting point is 00:55:37 Yeah give her the fucking boot Get her out of here Yeah Zoh Ron You're a very popular mayor I think you I think you can withstand it Yeah period Like make go out there
Starting point is 00:55:46 And make a speech And be like hey I thought this woman was like fucking, you know, writing tickets and shit. Turns out she's been a cop for like nine months. It really is bullshit. Hey, look, I thought she was going to
Starting point is 00:56:01 solve the smiley face murders. That's what he's got to do. He's got to do. He's like, he's like, he's like, no, like, say, on firing her because of her inability to close the smiley face. And he brings someone in and he immediately solves the biggest cold case, surreal the killer
Starting point is 00:56:17 a whole time. It was Jessica a fish who did it. And the killer has been sending notes saying, I gave you all the clues, Mrs. Policeman. And she hasn't done shit, all right? Yeah. And people are getting drowned all over the fucking country now because of it.
Starting point is 00:56:33 Oh, yeah. He should make some, like, bullshit graph that shows, like, the amount of smiley faces tripling since she's been commissioner. The next thing I want to talk about is obviously, like, very adjacent to, like, the NYPD, Mom Dani Tish story because today, basically, Homeland Security just executed
Starting point is 00:57:05 a warrant on Ilan Omar's house in D.C. And like, basically like, at 6th and like, to, apparently, to search for immigration documents from like 30 years ago. I think that maybe her father filed on her behalf. When he legally immigrated
Starting point is 00:57:21 to this country and they're looking for immigration documents that her father filed, like, I don't know, 20 or 30 years ago. This is like, obviously, before an election. I don't know what more needs to be said about this
Starting point is 00:57:32 other than this is just literally like fascist. Yeah. It's also obviously well, you know, and like the other thing
Starting point is 00:57:37 is like by doing it they very clearly are trying to like rejuice. Remember when we were at CPAC and Ball and Berkman were doing
Starting point is 00:57:46 the she married her brother thing. Yeah. And then like the married her brother thing people have not like that's been transmitted to like she had sex
Starting point is 00:57:53 with her brother. Yeah. And it's like look, I want to make clear it. If you have married a sibling for like commit immigration fraud. First of all, I support that.
Starting point is 00:58:02 I have no problem that whatsoever. It doesn't necessarily mean that you're also having an incestuous relationship with them. That's the fraudulent part. We like it. We stand by it. Do more of it. The other thing is like I was reading an immigration
Starting point is 00:58:15 law expert saying that like even if that were the case that her father fraudulently filed papers on her behalf, that still is on too legally tenuous of ground to even repeal her green card. So like, you know, this is, it's just harassment. It's harassment.
Starting point is 00:58:31 It's like, it's using the Justice Department and like, Homeland Security to harass a political opponent. And then obviously, like, they leaked all this to Fox News. Like, they were ready. They had the exclusive. And the thing is, like, are they really looking for these immigration documents? No, they're looking for everything. And, like, anything they can do to embarrass her or, like, gin up some other phony prosecution.
Starting point is 00:58:47 Like, they're going to do that. It's also interesting that they did her D.C. house and not her residence in Minnesota. Well, that's what that's what everyone knows. You keep the documents in your second house. Yeah, you keep the documents in the D.C. I mean, yeah, it just, it like doesn't even, there's practically like not even a point in poking through the justification,
Starting point is 00:59:07 but it's just, it's so self-evidently intimidation or an attempted intimidation. I mean, like, why wouldn't the government have like digitized versions of those? Yeah, exactly. If they were done any time in the last like fucking 300 years. And also like, I just like, the fact that she is a legal immigrant and citizen of this country, like the reason Trump goes after her so often, this was like, okay, like, he's made Somalians into, like, you know, a racist boogeyman for his, like, you know,
Starting point is 00:59:36 submental base of followers. But what they hate about, like, immigrants in general, but Elon Omar specifically is like, okay, let's say for the sake of argument, oh, like, she didn't enter the country fraudulent. But, I mean, like, who gives this shit at this point? She's a fucking congresswoman. Yeah. Isn't that not a success?
Starting point is 00:59:52 I mean, isn't that, like, isn't that what we want immigrant? Isn't that, like, by definition, assimilating and immigrating the right way? Yeah, but that they don't. They don't give a shit about that. Yeah. They don't care at all. Yeah. I guess like where I want to go with this is like, okay, there's a good chance
Starting point is 01:00:07 that Democrats are going to win the midterm elections. Maybe they'll win the White House in 2028. And once again, it's like demands on Mom Donnie here. What are you going to do? Because like to me there's two possible outcomes here. The first is not just abolish ICE, but I would like to see the complete abolition of the entire Department of Homeland Security. Yes.
Starting point is 01:00:24 Yeah. Like it actually does not need to exist. It is a like, like, high. Highly politicized. Secret police ass. It's an organ created by the war on terror to exercise, like, you know, exercise, like, surveillance and control over Americans based on political affiliations. There is absolutely no need for a Department of Homeland Security.
Starting point is 01:00:43 The Homeland's fine. You know, we don't need this shit. So the answer is, like, okay, either get rid of these, like, atrocious federal law enforcement agencies that, like, literally exist only to break the law, only to, like, provide, like, harassing of not breaking the law as you harass, you know, American citizens or not American citizens for that. It's to like, you know, create this kind of like, you know, just federal security panopticon and criminalize more and more like behavior of like,
Starting point is 01:01:07 lawful citizens be the, uh, lawful citizens or just undocumented people who still obey the law. Like, no reason for any of this. So like either get rid of this outright or if you're not going to do that, start using the apparatus of federal law enforcement to persecute your political votes. Yeah. Well, that's never, neither is ever going to happen. They're not going to do either of those things.
Starting point is 01:01:28 And I understand MAGA is like they regard what happened to Donald Trump and like his conviction as like it's purely political prosecution. And then they're like, okay, well, we're just going to do the same thing. Okay, but like, uh, fair play. You know, that's all the more reason to actually go for it. Yeah, I know. Because they're going to treat it the same way. Yeah. Like, they already have been.
Starting point is 01:01:45 But they won't. They won't do either of these things. That's exactly it. They're not going to do either one of these things. No. No. And in fact, they will not even even propose any kind of meaningful rollback of any of the things that like, you know, Trump has done to greatly expand the Department of Homeland Security and ICE.
Starting point is 01:02:02 I'm like, yeah. I really don't even think they will meaningfully begin to roll back any of it. I just think, like, this is our new normal, and they will continue to bargain from this new set point. Like, if you create these, like, law enforcement organizations that exist basically solely to... Be the Gestapo. Yeah, like, to attack democracy and civil rights head off. And, you know, he's probably going to deploy ICE to fucking polling stations. I'm saying like, okay, well, if that's the case, if that's the new normal, then like you,
Starting point is 01:02:31 like, if you're Democrats, once you have power, then use these law enforcement bodies to enforce the law against your opponents or make up a law to prosecute them or persecute them outright. Never going to happen. I mean, it's sort of like the tissue thing, right? It's not a silver bullet, obvious. Yeah. Like, you're seeing that in Brazil. It does not solve all your problems.
Starting point is 01:02:49 It doesn't even necessarily prevent those people from coming back. But just the fact that you won't do it is. failing a test. It means that you flinched when the other guy will do it. You've got to raise the stakes. Yeah. You have to, you have to, you have to extract some price when they try to fucking bitch you out. Yeah. The Democrats hate stakes more than anything, which is why they seek to constantly discipline their own electorate into, you know, actually the stakes are just voting. You know, like, there's, there's no real policy implications of electing us or not electing us or asking anything of us. It's just, you know, yeah, it's like,
Starting point is 01:03:24 The Democrats, like, you know, whole thing is being stakeless at this point. Put these fuckers in jail. Yeah. Get a warrant to search their fucking computers and fucking houses. Yeah. You don't think they're into any dirt? I mean, they're doing it openly. Oh my God.
Starting point is 01:03:38 The courts would be tied up with CP charges from now until, you know, 20. Yeah. How easy do you think it would be? Like, okay, I don't want to, like, put it entirely on her. But, like, if you put the same level of rigor to, like, Melania's immigration. Yeah. Yeah, oh my God. So you came to this country to like,
Starting point is 01:03:58 to like be put on sale at Wife Mart. To, too, quote, model. What the fuck? Yeah, what the fuck is going on? How was that not spurious? She simply got a visa to be a model. To be a hostess at Russell Simmons parties. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:04:14 It's legal work. Yeah. She did it the right way. Yeah, she did it the right way. She did it the right way. She did it. And now she's our beautiful first lady. And by the way, just like,
Starting point is 01:04:23 you're talking about like two people who have been in this country. I think for like a comparable amount of time, Melania Trump and Elon Omar. Look at the way the two of them talk. Yeah. Yeah. I know Melania can speak English, but like speak American lady.
Starting point is 01:04:38 Yeah. Enough. Jesus Christ. Enough. That's like one of the things that's fucking GTA for. This is one of the things that pissed me off so much about Melania, the documentary was just like all these megachuds like fall all over themselves. Everyone who called like Michelle Obama a chubber.
Starting point is 01:04:53 Chimp and like said she was like objectively speaking disgusting to look at or not attractive or like Melania is so beautiful and I'm like come on man like she's she's a fun house mirror Yeah neither here nor there but drives me okay I mean like Maana she's got she's got really bad plastic surgery but she was she was first lady she was she was beautiful looking here but she's got obvious plastic surgery which used to be like the fuck off right also also also also also also First lady. But Catherine, also, much more importantly, she was and is allegedly a prostitution whore. Right. Okay?
Starting point is 01:05:31 Yeah, yeah. She was using that, you know, allegedly, or at least the outlines of her life and, would perhaps, general narrative. She was a Slovenian model who was, you know,
Starting point is 01:05:44 imported to this country through a modeling agency. Who did in certain circles with certain deceased of financiers? I bet if you shaved her head, she has a fucking bar coat. Like 1847. I swear to, I just not to like zero back in on physical appearance here.
Starting point is 01:05:59 Have you noticed that like all the women in like Trump's or like in his family? They all have this like Unabube thing. What do you mean like a uniboub? It's like Ivanka has it. Melania definitely has it. We're just like they're trying to create like just one big. Like one sort of like shelf. One perfectly symmetrical middle boob with no cleavage.
Starting point is 01:06:19 It's so weird. It's like Trump has this OCD thing where he hates. he's like, we need to, like, get rid of the separation of the two. Yeah. Just has to be one perfect kid. They reacted too far, too hard against, you know, the 90s fake hit, which was just two, two isolated mounds. Yeah. It's really good you have a woman on for this one.
Starting point is 01:06:37 You know, we've talked to a lot of women's appearances. Yeah. We'll see me, actually. I just, well, I don't even, I don't even know if this is, I think it's like kind of, it might be plastic surgery. I think it's also the way their clothes are cut. I feel like, I, I know. never see anyone else who does who looks like this.
Starting point is 01:06:56 Like the Unibube thing. I don't see it anywhere else. It's fucking nuts. Yeah. And it's so clearly like at his direction. That's like something. If he was a woman, he would have that.
Starting point is 01:07:05 Like he would design like the world's weirdest bra. It's something he's definitely into. And again, this is something the free press could write about it. They're not brave enough. They won't touch it. Who will touch it? They suck so fucking bad.
Starting point is 01:07:22 They have like, Eight shows with Barry Weiss's, you know, I'm going to be polite here. Fucking dumb, dumb of a sister. I'm not going to be rude here. But she's got nothing going on. She didn't even get into Columbia. Yeah. All of all of her wall street journal op-ed piece about it.
Starting point is 01:07:42 Oh, my God. All of her sister's articles are like, what it's like being the girl who gets kicked off hinge for sucking. We're not getting enough likes. It's like, holy shit. Shit, lady. And what is going on with the ages of these children? She's supposed to be a zoomer. She's like 26.
Starting point is 01:08:01 Barry Weiss is 49. Every woman is 49. Were Barry's parents like six years old when they had her? And then they're a normal age. It's so confusing. We are on to the conspiracy of the Weiss children's ages and Jessica Tish's career. Get rid of Susie.
Starting point is 01:08:18 And write all these articles that I want her. I would love. Figure out what's going on with this. fucking Unabob. Who did he touch on in the family? When did he touch them? How did he touch them? Your family group chat needs to be the editorial board of the free press.
Starting point is 01:08:32 The credit, yeah, credit to my sister. This is my sister was the first one who brought this up. That, like, the free press, if they, like, actually were what they said they were going to, like, they would make, they would actually be profitable. They should be way bitchier than they are. This is a loosey thing. Really, like, they, if they did the things that, like, a normal place wouldn't touch, Yeah, if you did, if they did like a 10-part documentary about like studs who play basketball with the YMCA.
Starting point is 01:09:02 You know what I mean? Like the Washington Post isn't going to do this. Two more things I want to get to today. One, the now proposed upcoming live streamed execution. Oh boy. Dallas on the Ford Hood shooter. Who's hosting a watch party? This is a Pete Hengseth special that we're not.
Starting point is 01:09:23 Okay, once again, like, I sort of have to, like, I stumble over myself because, like, you know, like, I, you know, you sound like the classic lib here. But, like, America now having the capital punishment is bad enough, like, that woman in Tennessee that they just tried and failed to kill. Yeah. Twice. Yeah, they have to do it again now. Like, having the capital punishment at all. Makes us a load to your country. Crossing, you know, passing through this veil, we're going to.
Starting point is 01:09:53 now seriously proposing having publicly live stream televised executions. Because one of the things about executions in general is there's all of this kind of pageantry to kind of like, like, you know, provide the notion that like the state is acting with impartiality or, you know, there's like curtains that open and, you know, like someone pushes a lever but you don't really see who. You know, there are all of these things that are intended, but of course now fail all the time to provide some sheen of dignity or, you know, or at least Yeah
Starting point is 01:10:23 Sorry Our cat is literally like Inside the couch right now Like still managing to play with a toy But but no yeah No this is It's the same thing I thought Like during the
Starting point is 01:10:36 You know The summer or the spring or whatever it was You know That The like Streamer who like calls people The N words And like shot a guy
Starting point is 01:10:45 Oh yeah Yeah It's like what is this fucking Romania Like what the fuck are we doing? It just And the rationale for it is so fucking dumb. Like, no one is against the death penalty because they're like, I love Nadal Hassan. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:10:59 But the point is, is that, like, the government is eminently fallible and that there is something inherently fucking low class in chintzy and fraudulent and, like, Baltic about doing this. And, like, they're saying we have to do this because it's like, oh, it will make criminals afraid again. First of all, Nadal Hassan is like a crazy al-Qaeda. Cata guy. Those guys, like, they think they're going to die.
Starting point is 01:11:24 Who the fuck was going to get into fucking Elkata stuff? And they're like, oh, wait, I could die. I could be killed during it. Yeah, exactly. That wasn't going to prevent. That's not going to deter anyone who was going to do an effect of a dad.
Starting point is 01:11:35 Yeah, the death penalty is not a deterrent for crime of any kind. Did you see Palmer Lucky's statement on this? Oh, yeah. Okay, it's like, he was the one being like, like, this is very justified and necessary. And the argument he was making is that, like, this is the ultimate symbolism of, like,
Starting point is 01:11:50 the state's monarchy. on violence and that like because of that it should be carried out publicly both as a deterrent to crime and also like as a kind of like that we we shouldn't keep secret you know like the gravest act the state can commit and like I think like making executions public I don't think that that would increase support for the death penalty no I think like when you see like how just actually squalid and evil it is like I don't think like people are impressed by like this sober serious authority of the United States because it looks fucking on awful. Yeah. But he's saying now it's like a firing squad. That's like, you know, more traditional. Yeah. And he's saying like, oh, like, isn't this guy in a wheelchair also?
Starting point is 01:12:27 No, Palmer Lucky. No, no, no, no, Donald's on. Oh, yeah, yeah. Yeah. So I saw a line which was just like, so America, which was like, he will be strapped into the wheelchair when the firing squad takes his life. And it's like, Jesus Christ. This is this is America.
Starting point is 01:12:41 They're, they're going to. What's the thing we say about like North Korea is really just us. They're going to, they're going to use like that fucked up 85 pound M7 rifle that doesn't work. Pete Hedgg says they're going to tell him about how oh,
Starting point is 01:12:54 they only give one guy live rounds and he's going to go, that's fucking dumb. Like two guys are going to shoot each other
Starting point is 01:13:01 by accident. The rifle is going to jam for the rest of the guys. Nadal Hassan will survive. It's going to be
Starting point is 01:13:07 in, what's the Al Qaeda magazine again? I used to be subscribed but I changed my address. Oh,
Starting point is 01:13:12 it's going to be in there. It's going to be in there. It'll be amazing. Nadal son like fucking defeats
Starting point is 01:13:17 American executioners. They're going to fuck it up. No, it's so fucking done. I don't know. I don't know how you can, how after like you've all day,
Starting point is 01:13:30 you can be like, okay, this is going to get like the dignity and lethality of the American state back. We didn't even have the, the state did not even have the monopoly on violence in a fucking elementary school. Yeah, exactly. Like that's out the door, Palmer, you fucking shithead. Palmer Lucky wants to bring executions. This is from Business Insider.
Starting point is 01:13:50 Homer Lucky wants to bring executions out from behind the curtain. The co-founder of the Andrewl weighed in on the case of the Dahl of Sahn, who was convicted of killing 13 people at Fort Hood in 2009. Defense Secretary Pete Hegeseth said that Hassan's execution would be live streamed. Lucky said that he'd been outspoken on wanting public executions for over a decade. Awesome, man. Imagine being outspoken on that. Like, that's your political issue.
Starting point is 01:14:15 Yeah. He says, executions should be public and brutal, not private. and medicalized, Lucky wrote in a Sunday post on X. They're the ultimate example of the state's monopoly on violence. And it's like, uh, shooting some guy in a wheelchair, like that doesn't seem to be like the ultimate. It seems like a dying empire. It's like we are losing wars around the world
Starting point is 01:14:36 and we're probably still going to start more before this term ends. And so like, you know, the way we're really going to bring back American might is by shooting a guy in a wheelchair to death. That was the guy building my weapons. Like this is, this is going to be our ultimate show of strength. Yeah, exactly. Your fuck-ass missiles don't even work, okay? So, like, maybe focus on your own monopoly.
Starting point is 01:14:54 I'm on your own fucking paper. I hate himself. Yeah, I despise him. I also love that, like, I swear to God, there is something about the way he dresses that is so violently insulting to me. He dresses like East Ventura, a pet detective. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:15:08 And, like, that awful facial hair he has. He has has a guy who looks like that being like, I've been a out long-standing proponent of brutal, televised public executions. It's like the only, like, you are making America into a third world country. Yeah, absolutely. These are the only people who are active. It's not, it's not Somalians.
Starting point is 01:15:27 No. It's not fucking, uh, people from Central America. It's not people from India or Pakistan. It is, yeah, Ace Ventura. It is, it is the wealthiest country on earth spending all this fucking money with you on missiles that don't work. Ace Ventura pet molester. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:15:42 This is, this is, yeah, the fact that this guy is not like, he is a known. figure and newspapers are talking to him and he's like yeah I'm in tons of discord channels where we jack off to Gore and I've been a proponent of that for many years. No but that's I'm assuming I'm assuming if he's like this
Starting point is 01:16:02 hard up for public executions like it's just fucking Azerbaijan or something yeah yeah another country that like does public education well you know other countries that's public execution is Iran yeah you know and we invaded them because you know they needed to be liberated so badly
Starting point is 01:16:18 They do things like that. You know, like, I don't know, like, China still has the death penalty. Russia still has a death penalty. America does. Like, go down the list of countries that still have capital punishment. The list that we are in the, you know, the other countries that we are in the company would not make you particularly proud. And like, at least China occasionally will kill like a banker or something or a politician.
Starting point is 01:16:38 You know what I mean? You know, we've been covering the pike botched execution at the Intercept. She had burns up and down her arms because, you know, whatever they shot her up with, failed to find a vein. So she was like sizzling from the inside out with whatever these awful fucking like phenobarbital chemicals are. Like we, you know, we as the state obviously shouldn't be killing anyone. But also we are so fucking bad at it. You know, like there's no justification.
Starting point is 01:17:04 Like that should be the easiest thing ever to like inject something, figure out what you inject someone with that kills them. Works on cats and dogs at the end of their life. Dude, just give them a bunch of like fentanyl. Just keep pumping. I think the lethal injections are getting really hard because like states literally like the companies won't make it
Starting point is 01:17:22 they won't make it anymore so they're like Well yeah they were getting it like Off label Making some home brew Out of fucking Drino or something Like yeah Just no evidence of a barbaric
Starting point is 01:17:33 Evidence of American collapse Just a barbaric culture and country Like an uncivilized people Like unworthy of rights Yeah so actually I've come around Full Segular I'm for a capital punishment now too.
Starting point is 01:17:48 It just needs to be applied but only for people who like to digger. There's one more thing about the public execution that Felix made me think of you. It says Trump's comments, he's a vicious killer. Killed 13 people in cold blood, wounded over 20. Some of these people will never have their lives back
Starting point is 01:18:07 in a true sense. Trump's comments came a day after he told reporters that he absolutely approved the live stream plan announced earlier this week, which had drawn skepticism and criticism from members of his own party. Vice President J.D. Vance said Friday, he was not sure the federal government would live stream the execution, adding that if it did, he would not watch the event. Yeah, we know what's on. We know what's on during the event. No, no. I love that. He's just like, he's like, yeah, man, we're going to public execution? Why not?
Starting point is 01:18:35 But if it's going to be on TV, I'm going to be watched something else. There's so many other good options on streaming. Emily and Paris? No, he's like, you should check out Emily and Paris. If this preempts American Idol, I'm going to be pissed. Dude, J.D. is the biggest Emily and Paris fan. Well, I love this comment about it where he was just like breaking it down and he was just like, sort of just like, why doesn't the couple just get together in the first episode? It's our family. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:19:00 He's like fundamentally does not understand like how shows work, like why it's a show. Yeah. It is, that is literally like if they, if movies were made only for aunts. Yeah. That's what it would be like. Yeah. Like there was an S&L. bit about this. Like a movie for moms
Starting point is 01:19:16 finally where it's just like there's no conflict. It's just like they just want to be like mom I love you. This is a symptom of being raised by the council of grandma. Yeah. Oh my God. Like you're a dumb man and like you process you like grandma television. No dramatic facing.
Starting point is 01:19:32 No rising or falling action. Why doesn't Rote Runner just team up with the coyote and they can open a store together? All right. I guess the last story I want to get through here. a political controversy, big Senate race in Texas. I love this story because, like, this was like a thing. The fact that Talafriko is leading Ken Paxon in that race,
Starting point is 01:19:58 and there's like a good chance that Texas, like that Senate seat is going to flip blue in Texas. The Republicans are so desperate that they came up with, like, possibly the dumbest scandal imaginable. Yeah, dude, I... Like, this is like... Well, I mean, it's also just... just such a return to farm. It's like this has been done
Starting point is 01:20:16 before, but it worked that time. This is like if the Nixon administration tried and failed to do Watergate and then like he was impeached that Monday. Yeah, yeah. I mean, like, I never thought they would, do you remember during the Roy Moore
Starting point is 01:20:31 Senate race when, I forget who it was, but they like, they called up one of them Roy Moore's accuser and they were like, hi, I'm fucking Jewie Justein from the Washington Post. And he, like, offered money for an accusation against Roy Moore. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:20:50 And just this random person of Alabama was like, okay, buddy. I didn't think they could, like, fuck up worse than that. Okay. But this one, this one is really bad. No, like, this is like the second, like, mark two or three generation of, like, Roger Stone's homunculine. Yeah. Of, like, political rat fuckers and dirty tricks artists. Which of, like, of which the GOP used to be extreme.
Starting point is 01:21:14 extremely proficient and effective. And even like the James O'Keefe of it all, like he got some dubs. Someone pointed this out the other day that all the guys who do this now for the Republican Party, they are, it's like the Steve Bannon thing where he's like,
Starting point is 01:21:29 I'm like Dark Vader. They put in their bios on Twitter, hatchet man. Yeah. So it's just like advertising to everyone. Hey, I'm going to lie about a bunch of stuff. You're like, you fucking idiot. That's not how you do it.
Starting point is 01:21:41 Well, I mean, like, I think they've realized that it really doesn't matter. I think this is like a play for their base, you know, to give them something to sign. I also think it's like a play toward unreality. Like, yeah, exactly. It doesn't matter. It's so cheesy and phony, but like their base doesn't care. So like, but the point is like they're trailing James Telfrico, who, the vegan.
Starting point is 01:22:00 Did you see Trump? He was like, he's a vegan. He's a vegan. You know what that is? You take the meat and you throw up the meat. He was like saying that he's gay, bulimic, vegan, like, in his mind. That's so funny. They are so out of ideas that they're being.
Starting point is 01:22:14 like he's he's not even a good vegan. He's actually like doing something worse, which is like eating animal meat and then not even keeping it down. Like, oh, like he like... And also like, yeah, that's gay. Or like he's trans and like that's what they've been doing so far. But like basically now that they have an actual thing to grant one to do you.
Starting point is 01:22:29 Which is basically over the last week and a half or so like Talrico. 13 days. Yeah, like Talrico like hasn't been on the campaign trip. And with the last like his campaigns, like their explanation for this is that he had the flu and he's recovering. And you know, like taking time off. you know, feasible.
Starting point is 01:22:45 This is like, you know, a very big Senate race and the people are like, oh, like, this is concerning or like what's really going on here? Yeah. You know, like, to ask the question, like, oh, what's really going on here? And then, like, maybe you're not satisfied with the explanation.
Starting point is 01:22:57 I don't know. It doesn't matter. What they tried to do is, like, I cannot stress this enough. Based entirely on the fact that another Texas politician basically, like, admitted him. I don't even know who this textbook politician was, but it was like a couple years ago,
Starting point is 01:23:12 like admitted himself. into this clinic outside of Cincinnati. They called like the Lindra Clinic. It's like some mental health treatment facility. Because of that and because of like this past weekend or week, they looked up a private chartered jet that left Austin and landed in Cincinnati. And they were like, there it is. Well, and they have this weird call.
Starting point is 01:23:35 Well, and then the call that which is like. Like a recorded phone call, which is so weird. It's like the person on the line is like, well, Will Summer now has like the full six minute. call and like would it surprise you to know that like the call does not purport to show what it happened? Because it's like okay this guy called up this clinic pretending to
Starting point is 01:23:52 be James Tolrico's cousin to ask like you know like is he has he been admitted excuse me could you violate HIPA real quick? And then like the full call like he keeps badgering this woman would like be like was he a patient? Was he discharged? And they're like we don't have any patient by that name on file. And then after like six minutes
Starting point is 01:24:08 of being asked the same question over and over again thinking that this person is like a relative The person the other end of the line just goes, I don't know, maybe they were just discharged. And like, that's the segment of the call. Doesn't the person on the call are also like, or no, the person on the other end, like, asked for like a confirmation number or something.
Starting point is 01:24:26 Like, oh, could you give us like the pin? Yeah. Which, again, seems like, okay, did you call a hotel? Like, you know, with all healthcare stuff, they ask for like your birth date. And yeah, it's just, it is so far from a smoking gun. But, like, it just, I think it's amazing they're doing this one. while they're having Federman on Fox
Starting point is 01:24:44 like every day like okay so now it is disqualifying to be a big stupid crazy guy which you make up your fucking mind and this is all being in defense of Ken Paxon who is like he's hated in Texas and hated by like many Republicans
Starting point is 01:25:01 as well for like his outrageous corruption all the money he's cost the state of Texas personally like having to like defend himself against his various lawsuits and criminal judges. They had to do an ad where Ken Paxton's wife is like, his ex-wife is like, you may be wondering why I'm endorsing, she doesn't even endorse PACC. She says endorsing the Republican Party, but it's because, like, think about, if you didn't
Starting point is 01:25:25 follow this shit, which let's be honest, most Texans probably don't even know, like, what state they're in. They don't know in an election this year. They're pretty stupid people. They would go, wait, why is it weird that like someone with his last name isn't expected to like endorse this party. Yeah. And then they would look up like the 700 pedophiles that Ken Paxton is personally like busted out of prison. Well, yeah.
Starting point is 01:25:49 And then like also Paxton having to say things like, uh, defend himself. He's like, people are saying I'll let this child molester out of prison. But like, he spent a couple days in there. Did you, did you know, Paxton wanted, I found this out last, as son told me last night. Paxton wanted the guy to only do a day in jail. And even the fucking shithead judge was like, no. Well, I'm sorry, like, any judge in Texas... Which is insane.
Starting point is 01:26:14 For a child rapist. And the whole Republican politician thing is being tough on crime, especially with petos. No, and like... Yeah, that is absolutely insane. The thing is like, I don't know, like, the guy who did this hell thing, he's like, a Nick Shirley clone. He's one of these, like, opportunists.
Starting point is 01:26:31 Like, he's like, oh, I feel myself outside, like, an anti-ice protest in Portland, Oregon or whatever. Like, it's just like these kind of freelancing, like, bad fuckers who, like, who literally now have put themselves in a situation where they could easily get sued for liable and have it easily clear the very high bar of intentional malice
Starting point is 01:26:50 because they've openly said we don't care of it's true we're just trying to hurt his campaign Yeah exactly I'm also curious Jack Birkman does it say Yeah yeah Like Jack Berkman and Jacob Wold
Starting point is 01:27:02 They were like the high watermark for like oh wow Like you know Roger Stone was as bad as he was like, you know, then we downgraded to those two clowns and now we are on like some of the, some of the worst like ditch diggers. Like, you know, they just don't have that dog in that.
Starting point is 01:27:18 They're smart enough to like, they know that they can't be on record like saying, like, I can't wait to steal money for boozy. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Then we have no intention of securing a pardon for him. Yeah. No, it, I noticed all, the, the locus of this, whatever you want to call it, spectacle. It was all people who worked for,
Starting point is 01:27:39 the Blaze. Yeah. The Blaze is just like, that is the fucking dumb, dumb farm for the... Yeah. It really makes the Daily Wire or even what's the other one? Daily Color. Like, seem... Yeah, or the Daily Color seem like for intellectuals. Because all those other places, at least say they're like committed to a thing, right? Like, like, the Bright Barth, the Bright Barth thing, you're committed to this, you know, completely refuted, but like this civic nationalist ideal of Trump. Well, and, you know, the Blaze... And the Daily Wire, you're committed. You're committed.
Starting point is 01:28:09 to being like a modern neocon. The blaze is like, I'm a Zionist and a Groyper. Make up your fucking mind, asshole. Over the course of about like 48 hours, like a lot of posts are getting to leave it. They're like, they're quietly trying to pretend that this never happened. Because they thought like,
Starting point is 01:28:25 they just thought, oh, we'll get it out there and maybe it'll pick up. I think like the Occam's razor here, like a simple definition is like, I don't know why Tel Rico took nine days off. Like, was he recovering from, was that 13? I mean, that's a long time for a guy. But the thing is like, And the midterms are two weeks away. So it's a legitimate question to ask, but he's also not Joe Biden.
Starting point is 01:28:43 You know, like... Yeah, it's a legitimate question. He says, is like recovering from a nasty bout of influenza. Fine. Like, if you want to catch him in a lie, it better be a kill shot. Whatever. I think, like, Akim was raising here. I think maybe the more, like, the more telling explanation for all this is that, like,
Starting point is 01:29:00 the internal polls probably shown him so far ahead of fucking Paxson. And he took a little vacation. He's like, I can take a little vacation, like, three weeks before this election. Yeah, maybe. And I think, like, like, they're like... And that incenses them even more. They're stuck with a candidate so bad that, like, Texas may have a new Democratic senator. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:29:15 And, like, this is the fucking half-ass shit that they have to try to come up with. They are not coming correct. They're a better one they were just saying he was trans or something. Carrie Lake said that he was out because he was getting bottom surgery. Which is so fun. It's a lot longer recovery. Yeah, seriously. I was thinking about this.
Starting point is 01:29:35 You know, a little FFM. You could be back on the trail. That's what I was saying. imagine like you don't do hormones you don't get F it you just immediately go to bottom yeah you just like you just get a pussy over yeah like that's the approach that's the approach that's the approach you take with workouts where you're like oh man I really don't want to do squats all the squats are the heartless part of my workout I need to get that done first and it's all like just it's all downhill after that it's all easy after that maybe if that's how
Starting point is 01:30:04 he's doing this we don't know But, like, you know, again, like, my favorite detail of this is that, like, the big reveal was that, like, they tracked a single private chartered flight that left Austin and landed in Cincinnati. But, like, there was no implication whatsoever, like, who owned this jet? Was it connected to Tel Rico in any way? Like, is there any evidence that he was on the plane? There was just like, there it is. Yeah. Case closed.
Starting point is 01:30:30 It's from Texas. There's a significantly higher likelihood that it's, like, a guy from the Rogan orbit getting, like, some humiless. new made-up medical procedure. Oh, I'm getting, I have to charter a jet from the comedy mothership so they can sound me with a red light. Or maybe he was just, I really had a craving for that famous chili. Yeah, the skyline chili, yeah. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 01:30:54 And that Telugu said apparently that he's never even been to the state of Ohio. Which, again, is like, you want to be really careful with that, because if they can prove that you've been to Ohio, Bill and I know this personally, then you're caught in a lie. But, like, I feel like that must be true. Otherwise, you know, yeah, would be an easy thing to disprove and then you would be a liar. Well, look, one of the reasons they were able to prove the phone call was,
Starting point is 01:31:16 uh, if you count that as proof, was bullshit was that. Oh, yes. Calerico was at a Casey Musgraves concert. Like, when they said, when he was supposedly, like, in the fucking loo bin. In a padded room. But I would, like, this is why they're such a bad hatch.
Starting point is 01:31:31 Like, if I was a GOP guy, I would go, obviously James Telefrico is going to go to a, libtarded mental institution. Isn't that like something they would do for you at a lib tarded mental hospital? Like you're okay for therapy. You're going to a Casey Musgraves. No offense to her.
Starting point is 01:31:48 Maybe Bridgers was sold out on me. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. No, I support Casey Musgraves. She has a good song with one of the other great libs of country. The fucking the guy who was with Brianna chicken, Frank. Zach Bryan.
Starting point is 01:32:03 Yeah. Oh yeah. Didn't he just wear a free palace on D. Yeah. Robert at Jolette Stadium. I support. I love Zach Bryan. He's a two first names guy that I wholeheartedly support. A lot of people don't like Zach Bryan because they think he like did me to to Breonna Chicken Fry and he didn't.
Starting point is 01:32:22 Inconprehensible sentence. No, he just got drunk and Brianna Chicken Fry, she doesn't deserve this, but she isn't one of those people who it's like, we've all known these women. They only hang out with her aunt who is two years younger than. it's the only they did all their friends or aunts that are younger than them and he just got he got drunk and went you're an idiot you're fucking nothing
Starting point is 01:32:43 and that's pretty funny I don't know why he did I mean musicians are temperamental yeah that's like if that's the worst thing a musician does like yeah count yourself lucky so support to Zach Bryan support to Casey Musgraves
Starting point is 01:32:58 I don't know any other libs you at Faith Hill shout out to Faith Hill Is she a lib? Yeah She did like some Dolly Parton, she was kind of a lib. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:33:07 She was for literacy, which is, RIP makes you a lib at this point. Babe Hill did some fucking shit for teachers. Well, she divorced Garth Brooks. Well, the point is... Garth Brooks is kind of lib. The point is, if... But you have country music,
Starting point is 01:33:18 Megastars wearing a free Palestine shirt at Robert Crafts Stadium. You've lost America. Sorry, Zionists. It's over. Bye, bye, bye, bye, bye. Yeah. Wrap it up.
Starting point is 01:33:30 Wrap it up. All right. Well, let's, uh, let's, let's wrap it up the show. show. Let's wrap up the show there and just leave you with a couple of plugs. We've got the screening of chunks at ERF on Friday in Bushwick. Please come by that. Felix, you're going to be there? Well, I will be there with the pot about list boys, screening chunks in Bushwick on Friday. So please come out to that. We'd love to see you there. And also just the Players Club, this season of Players Club, reaches its conclusion.
Starting point is 01:34:01 Yes. I actually recorded it out of sequence. I had to do Secre. is the last episode, but I believe the last episode will actually be our conclusion to Eldon Ring. The episode entirely about Eldon Ring Shadow of the Urd Tree. I think put together, we recorded 23 or 24 hours
Starting point is 01:34:19 solely on Eldon Ring. Oh my God. Yeah. What a journey. It was a real journey. If you are like, you know, a Democratic Texas Senate candidate who's currently in a straitjacket at the Laughing Academy, if you've been sent to the funny form to get bottom surgery,
Starting point is 01:34:34 and get your brainwashed. Basically just throw that on in your show. Popping those earbows. It'll be done. By the time they let you out to go to like a liberal concert, the episode's over. I know, this is a very fun season record.
Starting point is 01:34:48 I am already planning the next season. Next season is not going to be a singular theme. It's just, I'm going to do just individual games that I feel like are either unheralded or strange or just such interesting disasters that I feel like are undercover. One game I am for sure doing, I have already said that me and Willard doing Resident Evil 4. Nice.
Starting point is 01:35:11 One game, another game I am also for sure doing. One of my favorite awful games of all time, it's called The Quiet Man. And it is... It's a video game about a deaf guy. Yeah. Where to simulate the experience of being deaf, there's no audio. But they also filmed like full motion video where they like blocked off streets in New York. So this was a very expensive.
Starting point is 01:35:34 game to make, but there are also no subtitles. So you have no idea, you have to beat the game to unlock the version like with subtitles. That's sick. And the plot is I almost kind of want to make you play The Quiet Man. Okay. It's so fucking bad.
Starting point is 01:35:50 I don't know. The Quiet, I'm just really excited to do The Quiet Man. I can barely contain myself. But I'm going to do a lot of, I'm going to do games like that, Canaan Lynch 2, something I actually like. And probably another fucked up one. I feel like Detroit become human is like over.
Starting point is 01:36:08 Nothing's going to be funnier than the E-Chain stream. We did about that one. But I'm going to find another one as bad as The Quiet Man. And I'm going to do it. Well, just a final plug here. As Players Club draws to a close of the season, movie mindset begins anew. Look for movie mindset to start very shortly.
Starting point is 01:36:27 We already got a bunch of episodes in the camera already. We got some good stuff coming. I will say, though, I kind of regret that we already recorded the Tom Cruise episode before the events of this past weekend. It's not too late to do a pickup. But, yeah, Hesse and I back with movie mindset very shortly. So that does it for us today, everybody. Until next time.
Starting point is 01:36:47 Thanks for having me. Bye, bye, bye. You'll get by. If you smile through your fear and sorrow, smile and maybe tomorrow. You'll see the sun come shining through For you Hide up your face with gladness
Starting point is 01:37:23 Hide every trace of sadness
